Another Portal had suddenly opened, although at this point it was less surprising. This time a small brown echidna poked his head out, smiling a huge grin. "Hey Iris! I figured you should know now we have a little assistant in our family too! I thought she could use a friend! Come on Fae, go say hi!" Suddenly a non-echidna girl would fall through the portal, presumably pushed. A blue cat-bat hybrid she appeared to be... and she seemed very confused at her current situation. (I thought this would be funny and a chance for our sonas to interact LMAO)
Iris was in the midst of enjoying their morning coffee time when this happened. Catching them off guard but the least not too surprising considering their interdimensional shenanigans, at least they had their morning coffee to deal with the day.
Yet this was exciting! Their other Guardian friends had someone to help them out in their day to day, Iris couldn't help but relate in their own current position. As Fae gracefully flops into this dimension Iris goes over to her side helping her up and excitedly introducing themself. "Hoi there new friend!! I have a feeling that we can chat echidnas for hours!!" Iris beams excitedly.
Sabre walks into the kitchen looks up at the pair, then immediately turns to leave with a sigh and a shake of his head. "not today..." he mumbles to himself as he walks off.

I’m on day 2 of my draw a portrait of Marcia a day with no artistic training or knowledge until I become good at art and specifically good at drawing Marcia challenge and I think it’s going very well so far :) it still doesn’t look like her but I think it’s a marked improvement from yesterdays drawing!

mine craft !!
#mine#i did cartography today like i said i would!!!!! it was lovely#i found...hmmmm what did i find#a few normal biomes...taigas and dark forests and frozen peaks or whatever#and some modded ones...yellowstone...rocky mountains...et cetera#found two villages one alive one abandoned...got some decent loot...saw some goats...and some beautiful views#adopted a third dog!!!! idk what variant she is she looks a bit like a hyena or a siamese cat. super cute#i named her hana :) i decided all my dogs will have names ending in a lol#laika and hana are named after bbhf songs freya is just a name i like#and then in the abandoned village i found the most BEAUTIFUL kitty cat and i adopted him too and named him alistair#(hana and alistair only took 1 bone/1 fish each to tame!! and i remember laika only took 2!! so lucky)#anyway i brought them all home AND i brought a few pigs into the barn :) yayyy#next project i think will have to be making a basement of some kind...#i think theres actually a tunnel or something under my house so ill have to work with that lol#but i brought a bunch of work blocks from the village so i need to put those to use plus i have an enchantment table now#and more cartography of course...rubs my hands together evilly#i accidentally made an x4 map a while ago so i think my first 4 x3 maps will just be the ones covering the same terrain as that one#when the x4 is done i'll frame it above my bed. cutes :) and maybe i'll use the basement space to make the mega-map using the x3s#im going to have more than 4 x3s obviously. im not a casual. but u know

I found a really nice Picrew this time! 😁
A few Fun Facts for some of these, the design for no. 2 - more specifically the hair, green ribbon & facial expression - is based on this character (from a show (based on a children's book series from the UK) that was one of my favourites to watch in the early 2000s era of Cartoon Network, even though it has been long forgotten or never heard of by most). No. 3 is Shiho Hinomori, the bass player of Leo/need, from the game Project Sekai. No. 4 was made to resemble Kaai Yuki, a vocaloid, and speaking of, no. 5 is, of course, Hatsune Miku~ It is heavily inspired by her "Rolling Girl" design.
I am especially proud of the designs I chose for nos 6 & 7. 😁 And guess what? I decided to make no. 9 very special. Why is it so special? Because it's you! SURPRISE!!! 🎉🎉🎉
Or, well, it was my *attempt* to make it look like you, I know it's probably not very accurate. 👉🏾👈🏾 I don't know exactly how long your hair is, and I'm sorry if I got the shape of your glasses wrong. 😅 Regardless, I hope you like it! ♡
