Y'all there's so little tommy content 😭 I'm suffering fr. Anyways let me attempt to fix that~ with the bits and snippets

It's deep into the night. The light of the moon lights up your room as you and Tommy sleep. You both like to cuddle during the night, and today is no exception. Tommy's arms are wrapped tightly around your waist as you're slotted against each other, front to back. Tightly grasping onto each other in lovers embrace.

Tommy stirs softly as he feels something cold and wet spreading and trickling down his thigh. His sleep dazed mind can't figure out what's going on. Tommy props himself up on one hand and looks at you, holding his other arm captive under your head. He pushes the covers away to investigate the wetness.

Tommy stills as he sees blood.

His usually level-headed mind goes into panic. Were you injured from today's mission and didn't tell him? Were you hurting the whole time? Didn't you trust him? He thought that his confession would make you both even closer to each other. He himself trusted you with his life.

Tommy's thoughts spiralled. He decided to investigate further.

Your front was clear of blood... And then it clicked. You must be on your period! Tommy wanted to punch himself for not realizing sooner and letting his mind come up with senseless scenarios. You both loved each other, trusted each other. You've both accepted each other's flaws.

Gently, he shakes your shoulder. Trying to wake you up. But he knew you're a deep sleeper. Eventually he managed to wake you though.

You, still in a daze from the sleep, turned around with the intention of going back to its embrace. Tommy didn't let you though. He took you into his arms and carried you into the bathroom.

Your head lolled to lay against his chest. The beat of his heart trying to lull you back to the blissful sleep again. He set you down but still held you, he knew you're still tol sleepy to stand on your own. Tommy your cheek softly. His lips warm against it.

"I'll bring you clothes if you want to shower?" He murmured into your ear as your face now showed your confusion. "You're bleeding, love."

It takes a bit to register in your mind what he means, but once it clicked and your senses started waking up too, you felt the dampness.

Your cheek turning rosy as he walked out of the bathroom to change the bedsheets. By logic you knew this was normal, and as your partner who you also shared an apartment with he was bound to be aware about your periods at some point. But you still couldn't help but feel ashamed. Perhaps it was something the society has ingrained into all women.

He did as he said and brought you new underwear and his shirt. He didn't bring any pants as you didn't like sleeping in them but now felt like you needed them.

You both laid down on the bed again. Both still tired from the mission and now this little thing. You tried to lay little further from Tommy. He was quick to notice though.

"Why are you so far away?" He wasn't going to let you stray from him. Tommy got tired of awaiting your answer as he saw you couldnt make out your words. You both weren't native English speakers so he understood your struggles with expressing yourself. "Do you not want to...cuddle with me? Did I offend you?"

"No, no you didn't offend me, Tommy. I just... Don't want you to feel disgusted."

"My love, I've grown up around many women, and there's nothing to be ashamed of. It's a natural part of who you are. Didn't I tell you I love all of you? It's not something you can control, nor should you have to." The softness of his voice made your heart swoon.

You laid your head on his chest, the distance you've set wouldn't last the whole night anyways, you both radiated towards each other too much, and like than you both fell asleep.

Tomisaburo Arashikage x injured reader | headcanons

Yeah so I'm down bad for this man😔

- Tommy almost suffered a heart attack when you passed out in his arms for blood loss. He rushed you to the hospital as fast as he could, his heart beating so hard he thought it would break out of his ribcage. After all you- his heart, home, lover, future wife,... Was currently rushed into emergency surgery.

- His mind came up with a haphazard excuse of what happened to the staff that asked. He couldn't exactly tell them about the mission you were on... Their scrutinizing faces didn't go unnoticed by Tommy, but his mind was stuck on replaying tonight's events.

- Once you come out of the surgery and the doctor allows him to visit you, he leave your side.

- Tommy is very caring. He'll stay in the hospital with you for as long as you're there, sleeping in the uncomfortable hospital chair that makes his back hurt.

- Holds your hand the whole time!! So your unconscious knows you're not alone.

- It gets to a point where he refuses to go home because you're his home. After he left the clan, you were one of the only people that stood by him. You were his biggest supporter, and he was yours. Tommy's loyalty is unmatched, and he won't ever leave you in an untrustful environment alone.

- That's right, he doesn't trust that the hospital is exactly safe. He has lot of enemies that would like to exploit a moment of weakness. His or peoples close to him. There's no better way to ensure your safety than to be with you.

- He will pay for a private room. This is not up to debate. He wants you to be as comfortable as possible when injured.

- Your healing doesn't end with the day you get discharged though. No, Tommy makes sure that you're following ALL of the doctor's orders. No slacking. Actually all slacking. Expect to be kept in bed for another week or so, maybe more.

- That also means no exercise. Absolutely none. Light walks maybe... Under his supervision, of course.

- Don't even try to make any negative comments on your looks after being cooped up in bed for weeks. Tommy loves you, and your still the most beautiful woman he's ever met.

- Lots of hand, forehead and cheek kisses! The whole time! Tommy is very affectionate. This incident will just exacerbate his affections.

- Besides, you almost died. Tommy will be shaken from than for a long time. So he doesn't care what you look like or that you haven't showered for a week. He loves you and never wants to go through that again.

- The scar that the wound leaves behind is a reminder to Tommy. A reminder to never take you for granted. A reminder that everyday is a gift. A reminder to appreciate you everyday. A reminder of the day he almost lost you forever.

- There won't be a day where he won't kiss it.

- Tommy says he doesn't have nightmares, but the way he squeezes you at night and murmurs your name makes you think otherwise. He'll never admit it when you question him.

- His protectiveness gets amped up. You need to pee at night? He's going with you. What if somebody sneaked into your apartment? Yeah, no way you're going alone.

- If you tell him to back off, he's going to dial down on his overprotectiveness. He really just wants to help you as much as he can when you're still healing and also to calm his wandering thoughts.

- Altogether, this whole ordeal made him more clingy, especially during bedtime when there's time for mind to wander.

Chapter 1

"How do you know Storm Shadow?" Duke asked the young woman standing beside Snake Eyes. She appeared delicate, yet her combat skills were unbelievably formidable. She had fought Storm Shadow, the Cobra ninja, on equal footing. But strangely enough, Storm Shadow seemed more focused on the black-clad ninja than on her.

"Storm Shadow? I know him by a different name, Duke." Mochizuki Kira said in a calm voice. "I knew him before he joined Cobra. I knew him as a friend… and as my fiancé."

"W—what?! Fiancé?!" Ripcord was stunned. The idea that the white-clad ninja had such a sweet and beautiful fiancée was unbelievable. "Wait… why 'fiancé'? And do you really know him?"

"I know him as Tomisaburo Arashikage… or simply, Tommy."

"Kira, when we enter the Arashikage estate, you must be respectful toward them," Mochizuki Toshiro told the little girl in a bright blue kimono as they sat in a limousine. "You are to marry one of Sen-sama's grandsons." The brown-haired man looked out the window before continuing.

"Sen-sama suggested that you stay with them until you reach marriageable age. This will allow you to learn their customs and traditions, and get to know both grandsons. If you ever feel unhappy or if anyone mistreats you, please inform me or your caretaker, Makiko, immediately."

From what Kira knew, the head of the Arashikage clan had two grandsons. Her own children had all passed away in tragic circumstances, leaving only those two as her heirs. Unsurprisingly, Sen sought a bride from another remaining ninja lineage, and the Mochizuki clan was one of the selected families.

The Arashikage estate was more like a castle than a house, at least in her eyes. It was a grand estate with what seemed like a small village within its boundaries. The Mochizuki family's car pulled up at the entrance, and a chauffeur rushed to open the door for the father and daughter.

A middle-aged man greeted them with a bow before leading them to the main hall, where they would meet Sen and one of her grandsons. The two bowed respectfully. Sen looked at Kira with a warm smile. "Kira has grown quite a bit, hasn't she, Kenta?"

Arashikage Kenta, one of Sen’s grandsons, glanced at Kira before sneering. "This girl? She's ugly," he scoffed. "An ugly duckling like her is lucky to have anyone marry her. She looks like a clueless fool."

Kira lowered her head, her small hands gripping her kimono tightly as she endured the cruel words.

"Kenta..." Sen's displeasure was evident in her expression. "You shouldn't speak like that—"

A loud thud interrupted them as if someone had just slammed into the sliding door. The four turned their attention to the entrance just as the shoji door slid open.

A boy with a tall, lean figure stood there, dressed in a dark-colored jinbei, exuding far more elegance than Kenta. Before Sen could scold him, the boy spoke loudly:

"I will marry her!!!"

The boy declared, his voice unwavering. "I will marry Mochizuki Kira when she comes of age. I don't care how she looks when she grows up—I will marry her."

Sen shook her head, though a faint smile formed on her lips. She already knew which grandson would end up as Kira’s husband.

"Fine. You can have her, Tomisaburo," Kenta grumbled. "I don't care."

"She is not an object, Kenta. She is a young lady. Show her some respect."

Kira looked up at the boy standing in front of her. He appeared to be older than her but younger than Kenta. She remembered his name clearly. Her heterochromatic eyes focused on him as he bowed before speaking.

"Arashikage Tomisaburo. But you can call me Tommy."

Kira returned the bow and said softly, "Mochizuki Kira. It's a pleasure to meet you, Tomisaburo—"

"I told you, just call me Tommy." Tommy insisted. "Grandmother, may I take her for a walk?"

"After your training—"

"I already finished training with Hard Master." He replied before grabbing Kira’s hand and pulling her out of the reception hall. Sen could only shake her head in amusement as she turned to Toshiro.

"It seems your daughter already has a husband waiting for her."

Tomisaburo led Kira toward the Arashikage estate’s garden. Servants and caretakers bowed to them as they passed. Kira, still holding his hand, finally spoke up.

"Tommy-san, did you mean what you said?"

"I told you, just call me Tommy. And yes, I meant every word, Kira-chan," he said. "Don't let Kenta’s words get to you. He says awful things to everyone, even to me, his own cousin."

Kira nodded. Then, she felt something tucked into her hair. She reached up and realized he had placed a small sakura flower above her ear.

Tommy grinned. "You're beautiful, Kira-chan. And when you grow up, you'll be even more beautiful."

Her cheeks flushed lightly. Tommy held her hand again. "Come on, let me show you around."

Thus, that was the first meeting between Mochizuki Kira and Arashikage Tomisaburo. No one knew what the future would hold for them, but fate would decide.
