So with connecting MLP to the Energon universe, I came up with this.

So it takes place a little down the line as the whole transformers war has become more public.

The decepticons and Autobots gets a strange energy reading of surge of Energon, but it disappears as quickly as it began. Deciding to check it out, decepticons check it out.

The signal comes from Canterlot High, and if course as soon as the Decepticons appear, you know a war breaks out.

During the war, a decepticon traces a faint signal of Energon coming from a student of the school, this version of Sunset Shimmer.

The decepticon threatens her to reveal what she has done with the Energon, but she just smiles. This Sunset Shimmer is darker, almost something out of a nightmare.

Before the decepticon could get anymore answers, he gets destroyed either by the Joes or the Autobots, take your pick. They tell sunset to get to safety, but all she does is smile… a really creepy smile.

After the war with Decepticons are pushed back, the one that gets destroyed finally wakes up only to find himself staring at Sunset. He threatens her and tries to destroy her, but finds out he can’t. Instead of a machine, he has found himself in the form of a cute animal. This Nightmare Sunset reveals that the signal from earlier came from her usage of Energon with lament residue of magic to cast a spell, the same kind of spell she used to turn this decepticon into a cute mascot animal. But enough about that, as a new school year was just starting.

The idea of it this MLP universe is like that of the show “Once upon a Time” where the cast of MLP have been transported to the real world and have become humans in this “Equestria Girls” universe, with none of their pony memories.

Then you would have the story of characters unlocking their memories of their other lives, as well as what led to this situation.

I just realized something. If Transformers and GI Joe crossover... would the Brawn and Covergirl marriage plus kid get mentioned or even more chaotic added??? The absolute chaos when Optimus realizes not only is another Autobot is on Earth but had a family with one of the locals.
