Harry and Prince William's wedding guest list differences are very telling TLDR; William has closer connections with his family, not just first cousins or family who you're 'expected to invite' but also his mother's maternal side of the family and the Queen Mother's side of the family, he's also got a large social circle from his time at Uni and during the time him and Catherine were dating. He seemed to get along with people from Catherine's world. Harry on the other hand invited family you're expected to invite, like immediate aunts and uncles, first cousins. He also seems to aristocracy. I don't know if it's because he's a snob or the aristocracy were the only people who tolerated him. (guest list at the bottom) All of the Queen and Princess Margaret's decedents are invited, as expected.William invited more distant cousins he invited the Queen's cousins, his father's second cousins and in some cases his third cousins. Harry on the other hand invited a handful of his grandmother's cousins. Since they're working royals i guess the Queen invited them.From the Spencer side, Harry only invited his aunts and uncles and first cousins. William along with his aunts and first cousins, also invited Lady Anne Wake-Walker (nee Spencer), his great-aunt (Diana's aunt). Lady Anne's daughter and son-in-law Elizabeth Wake-Walker and Anthony Wake-Walker. He also invited his second cousin, Davina Duckworth-Chad and her husband Tom Barber.Harry had one member from the Bowes-Lyon family, one from the Mountbatten family, and from the Parker Bowles family he invited his two step-siblings and one of Tom and Laura's cousins. He also invited Catherine's immediate family. Meghan only had her mother at the wedding. It honestly doesn't seem like Harry has a lot of friends who he made himself. Compare that to William and Catherine's wedding where they have friends from Uni, someone who worked at the grocery store they frequented, the Middleton family's butchers, neighbour of the couple's while at university, in some cases his friends parents were also invited.William's wedding also had a load foreign royals compared to Harry who only had Prince Seeiso of Lesotho and his wife, and The Hereditary Prince and Princess of Oettingen-Spielberg who aren't 'technically' royalty. As he moved into his late 20s and 30s, Harold had a hardcore group of dudes bros. This is the group he hang out with more than the Van Cutsems or even the Van Strawberries and even Guy Pelly. Only Skippy and Charlie van Strawberry survived the semi-cull. 

You saw some of that new group in Vegas, while the press wasn't interested in showing them except for Skippy and Adam. Ps: Most people assumed Adam was one of the RPOs.

Jake Warren - his daughter, Zalie,  was one of Harold's flower girls and is Harold's goddaughter. Jake's father is The Queen's racing manager Johnny Warren. 

Adam Bidwell - started out as a Sentabale ambassador and quickly became tight with Harold. He was the only one of Harold's friends who spoke to Meghan at that infamous polo match where She showed up with newborn Archie

Tom 'Skippy' Inskip - nuff said

Also, Meghan used his dog on IG ( image of dog wearing union Jack) when she was leaking about the relationship with Harold)

Charlie Gilkes - Charlie and his wife are in one of the most notorious pics from that Meghan + Archie polo match looking at her with expressions of incredulity, worry, WTH ......

Sam Branson - this friendship lasted as long as the Cressida relationship because Sam is married to Cressida's sister Isabella. 

The interesting thing is that i don't think Arthur and Charlie G cut off Harold immediately because they were accidentally in the background of a photo Harold took with a fan whilst in a pub in Holland for Invictus 2022. Ditto Charlie Van Strawberry showing up in Montecito for a brief visit that ended up in an obviously staged papstroll with Harold. 

Once The Queen died, all of them distanced themselves from Harold. 

Ps: I think The Queen's death was a gamechanger for the Sussexes in a way that is best described as death by 1000cuts. Sure, some changes were huge and immediate and we can probably guess those, but the little, many tiny cuts that reveal themselves later also happened. Those will continue to reveal themselves forever ie into future Sussex generational descendants.

What Harry's friends knew

I don't know if a "bucks party" is like a bachelor party - a stag party held for the groom the night before his marriage, or if a "bucks party" means it was a party in Buckinghamshire. Either way, it seems the above tea is alleging that Meghan was the "paid entertainment" at the gentlemen's party, and that Harry didn't believe his former best friend, "Skip", when he tried to warn Harry about his wife's past.

Guy Pelly and his wife Lizzy life in the US and have a vineyard there (Virginia),

Trying not to upstage the bride

For the ceremony, Meghan chose a £1,200 floral print maxi dress by Canadian designer Erdem. 

Harry opted for a bespoke navy suit, believed to be from his favourite Savile Row tailor Gieves & Hawkes, and teamed with a yellow rose. 

Meghan accessorised her elegant attire with a nude clutch bag and a pair of £249 gold-rimmed sunglasses by Dior to shield her eyes from the hot Jamaican sun.

The bride did her best to stay in the spotlight in a breathtakingly simple white satin gown with a plunging neckline and full, flowing skirt – a direct contrast to Meghan’s high-necked style.

Meghan's tender touch for her prince 

Meghan placed a protective arm on Harry’s back as she steered him out of the church and guests say the pair were very tactile throughout the reception as she was introduced to his old friends. 

At one point they were seen deep in conversation, as a jacketless Harry drank a beer and Meghan an Aperol spritz cocktail as she continued to rub his back.

Minutes later, she moved even closer, gazing into his eyes and putting her arms around his neck.

‘They are both head over heels and don’t care who sees it,’ said an onlooker.

DIRTY HARRY: Harry branded "'disrespectful' towards women "during Swiss ski trip where he spent night with teen 8 years younger

The incident took place when Harry visited a branch of pal Guy Pelly's nightclub Public in Verbier, in the Swiss Alps. Harry, who was single at the time, had travelled to the resort with upper-crust pals including Pelly and Tom Inskip.

On another occasion, Harry is said to have invited a younger nightclub hostess he met while out in London to royal residence Balmoral, along with his pals. The source explained: "She was a young girl, 21 or 22, and of course she jumped at the chance to go to Balmoral for a shooting weekend.

"Harry had seen her working in a club and took a shine to her. He tended to go for blondes in particular at the time. She was northern and working class and had an accent - and was extremely attractive.” Harry officially invited her as Guy Pelly's 'plus one' but it was said it was the Prince who seemed to have set his sights on her.

Our source went on: "While she went and enjoyed it, she did not allow anything romantic to happen. But I recall Harry criticising her afterwards and mocking her and her accent. That is what Harry was like back then. He can preach about every subject under the sun, but there are a lot of people out there who knew what he was like back then and knew him during his wilder days."

The source said they decided to speak out about Harry's behaviour towards girls after the Prince described himself as a feminist. They said: "I feel this shows hypocrisy by Harry."

Article from The Telegraph about Harry's new circle of friends. Unless I am mistaken while some of his UK friends have visited him in the US, none of them have really spent much time there. I am sure Guy Pelly and Tom Inskip could absolutely air all the dirty laundry on Harry if they were given the okay. And the Van Straubenzees probably don't want to get pulled int too much. They have to deal with their other aristocratic friends in the UK and also William. At some point people won't find it smart to remain friends with both brothers.
