the cats have bottom surgery now?!?!?!?! (i mean this in a good way)

Yes, but only for MTF surgeries, and even then we're just talking about orchiectomy (testicle removal). It would be too invasive for the cats to do hysterectomies; their best antibiotics are salt and honey and I think it's obvious why you don't want that in your pelvic cavity

Meanwhile I think I could explain how easy a cat orchiectomy is if you gave me a conker and a sharp mussel shell. I worked under a vet who could do it in 30 seconds.

(Allowing for a little bit of wiggle room in the realism of poppy seed anesthetic)

I did try to think about what the equivalent would be for top surgery, but then realized it was kinda moot anyway since cats don't really have noticable breast tissue. I do wonder if there could be jowl reductions, though, since those don't go away on their own after an orchiectomy...

But in either case, Frostpaw would be transitioning at an age where her stud jowls wouldn't have come in yet.

Came across these limited time flavour chips (S$3.05 each) during my grocery shopping trips at NTUC. The two being Lay’s Stax Truffle and Lay’s Stax Shrimp Tom Yum flavours. The latter is like eating the traditional Thai cuisine in a potato chip. You get the spiciness from the Asian herbs with bursts of citrusy lime in a single crisp. The truffle flavoured one I have not eaten yet, but I guess the taste wouldn’t be too far off from Lay’s Truffle Flavoured Potato Chips.

Now, on to the next bag of chips - Lay’s Salted Egg Flavoured Potato Chips (S$5.30). Tearing open the bag, I was surprised or should I say dismayed to find the chips practically in crumbles. Pinching a small bundle of the potato chips and dropping them into the mouth, there is the familiar salted egg taste with a hint of sweetness in every crunch. While the salted egg flavour is present, it could do with a stronger profile. In the meantime, I will stick to my truffle flavoured chips.

Important:

Ruby is still a lesbian in my AU (I didn't change her orientation), however, the times when she was younger, LGBTQ+ people weren't very welcome, so she tried her best to keep it to herself. Jacob knew his wife was into women and despite them getting divorce eventually, they remained friends - Jacob now has a new family, while Ruby has a girlfriend named Ivette.

She also lives with Perry, Patsy and Poppy in Mayflower. And finally, Ruby no longer lives and/or knows Lucy, Tom and their families. By the way, during the events of DM4, Ruby was away from town, enjoying her free time in spa (with Yvette, of course).

Sweet and hot peppers, tomatoes, herbs, eggplant, okra. Marigolds, African daisies, sunflowers, sweet pea vine, black eyed susan.

The veg garden has been receiving the bulk of the attention, but that's cuz the flower garden is established. I just need to weed and pull grass from the flower garden. Haven't decided whether I'm mulching it or not.

My pots are badass this year, and I put them all together myself. If I came across those at a plant nursery, I'd buy 'em 🤣
