Tango has a massive soft spot for mole rats. hates killing them and thinks that they’re absolutely adorable! they would #rather be electrocuted than to admire that they have feelings though!#Murphy is the second eldest of 5siblings with her twin brother Tom being marginally older #they all look very similar (freckles. light brown hair. tanned #and front teeth gaps) and they have the youngest is tallest / oldest is shortest height variants haha!#they grew up together and stuck together even after the youngest was killed in a battle on Aus soil against fallout china. they all decided #to move to America and enlist (as was common) but we’re all put into seperate squads). the bombs fell and she lost track of her 3 brothers #after the whole being frozen for 210years.. perhaps they are still out there ..#Libby is just over 100 and remembers back when the super mutants actually were an organised threat.. rather than small groups #slick is only an average shot but his tactics are excellent and he has very steady hands as well as enough medical knowledge to be a useful #field doctor! he would much rather be helping than shooting anyway #Thorn is part of tangos timeline/au and because she convinces Kellogg to take her directly to the institute #none of the usual teleporter run around missions happen as well as reunions happening in almost a second time.. that has a lot of #impact on how the story changes for everyone involved!#while nathan is the present time is barely a husk of his former self albeit in a much more dangerous body #he has retains enough of his subconscious memeories to be increasingly dangerous to power armour users.. imagine if when a deathclaw picks #you up it also knows how to operate the release latch rip #typos! ocs tag #typos! tango tag #typos! #showstopping cinematic excellence etc #tom hardy is phenomenal and i enjoyed his character and acting in general don't get me wrong!!#and what i'm about to say now is probably an unpopular opinion (since my opinions are always unpopular in every media) but...#see this could've been the closure of his character like everything has been set to this showdown #he tried to get arthur killed basically betrayed tommy #and when tommy outwitted luca alfie knew the jig is up that tommy is gonna be after his ass plus the skin cancer #like alfie wanted this...he wanted to die in his own terms and by tommy himself instead of either by the mafia or by cancer #he was already doomed!! but no they had to drag him out throughout the show...no one cheered no one clapped #he has overstayed his welcome on the show and i believe this is mostly because tom hardy is a fan fav and a good friend of steven knight #and just didn't have the same impact anymore #peaky blinders #cillian murphy #tommy shelby #pb text post

Holo-technology is an ethical nightmare. Lemme just magic up a person with individual thoughts and feelings to entertain myself, and then shut them off at my leisure. I’m sure this will have no real-world ramifications for me ever in my life.

What if. What if I made my sole survivor trans. House wife lawyer turned themself in the wasteland. What if. What if I did that.

Like you’re no longer burdened by your pre-war self. A miserable person, though loving of her husband, who never got to be who they wanted to be. Or maybe never thought about it to begin with. But the wasteland? well all the structures of society that held her back before aren’t there anymore. No one knows who you are, only that you’re someone looking for your lost son and maybe that you were cryogenically frozen. Your husband is dead. Your kid wouldn’t know whether or not you’re his mom or dad, he’s a baby! It’s a clean slate isn’t it? Codsworth wouldn’t give a damn, if anything he’d put on that cheery voice qnd be proud of you…

Might make you seem less frail to the people who stole your son? Maybe they don’t recognize you, or rather, maybe they see the wasteland hasn’t killed you so much as hardened you to a fine point. I mean there’s a film noir detective running around, a zombie as mayor of an entire town, huge green dudes, and giant fucking murder lizards around. You’re only going to be half the freakiest thing around. Besides! People are getting swapped out for fakes, you’re all starving and dehydrated, radiation poisoning is constant threat, and people constantly attack each other to get any resources they can. You’re hardly their biggest worry at the moment, right?

Now that I think about it, the sole survivor is a fun character to make trans. Hmmmm.

#also as an aside why the fuck does Nora have power armor training. the game didn’t think too hard about that.#MacCready needs a boyfriend #and Kieran. well Kieran would make an excellent man #fo4 #fallout 4 #the sole survivor #sole survivor #fuck you. makes your house wife a man #also as an extra aside #I get why people don’t like it #but I do like the theory that the sole survivor is a synth #like inevitably it is entirely your personal preference wether or not you like the idea #but I got it started in my head when I saw some of the skeletons in vault 111 are in the same place they were as you entered #and some of your neighbors are already in the vault. despite the fact that elevator is too slow for it to have made two whole trips #the entire other section of the vault is full of dead frozen people ! how the fuck did they get there #you were in a rush to get down there as soon as it started happening #like I KNOW Bethesda isn’t that thought out #and that there are just as many weird details with that line of thinking as a plain old human sole survivor #but it’s a really fun concept #don’t know if it fits Kieran but y’know #like I know there’s not many reasons for the institute to do that #but they also don’t really get a defined #reasons for sending synths out in the first place as far as I remember #all I remember is tinker Tom talking about terraforming and maybe being right???#whatever #I like it. I’m having fun. even if I don’t super buy into it #I love the idea of it #anyways #I’m done #fallout
