Do you remember when that made Meg feel so guilty that she ended up having a breakdown over it because she genuinely thought she had gotten her brother killed?

the way the fandom (and canon!) treats Nico versus Meg is so amusing to me given they have like one year between them at best. Meg in TOA is older than Nico in TLO. Why is every 13 year old in TOA babey when Nico is treated like the hottest emo boy who needs to enter a relationship Right Now or he'll Die but he only just turned 14. Meg is even shown to be basically equivalently powerful to a Big 3 kid. but she needs to be chaperoned meanwhile Nico at 11 is just let loose on the world unsupervised after beating up a ghost

I imagine that post toa (After Trials of Apollo ) Meg teaches Lester how to go Shopping for groceries. She writes a list at 2 am in the morning with the ugliest handwriting the world of hafbloods has ever seen and gives it to him to read it while searching for Store items. I also imagine Meg sliding, with the shopping car, down the aile in the supermarket, when meanwhile Lester tries to read the fucking paper😂 he also has a lot of pircings and Meg wears the strawberry earings, her sister Miranda has given her as a final welcome present for camp! Also if you look closely you can see that Zeus is Not really happy that his son is spending his time, his now again GODLY time, with the mortals and orders Hermes to get him. Wonder if he does…….
