a master of djinn is not popular but i swear it's the most underrated book i've read because everything about it is purely genius GENIUS (the characters, the story the setting) everything 100/10 read it. the noblemans guide and greywaren are a perfect way to close a story i loved them.

There's honestly nothing like accidently pulling an all nighter because somehow just when you realized it was far too late and were about to finally go to bed, you stumbled upon the Percy×Monty wedding scene again for the first time in forever and now refuse to sleep before reading the entire thing again

today’s little bit of nobleman’s guide appreciation: adrian at the beginning worrying critics would tear apart his work, and worrying that they’d make fun of his overuse of “simply put��, and when he actually publishes it after the end that exactly happening, and adrian having to lie down for a week, exactly what he feared would happen--except he gets back up, and gets back to it. absolutely stellar.
