10/4/24
I keep talking bc I haven't focused on me in a long time: 10:10 p.m
More added to it by 10 p.m
9:42 p.m
Added to/significantly changed 9:51 p.m
I'm still not able to look at what happened to my mother bc i can't cope with it but I'm coping with the reality of it by saying, she would be dead. If they couldn't do this for her she would be dead. And I get to have my mom bc of that.
Also I had something else to say but I forgot. I'll remember and reupdate this if i remember.
I remember all the things:
1) I'm slowly starting to wear the potential poison ivy clothes... so far I've started with socks. I can live with poison ivy feet......
I wore my poison ivy jeans today... my dick will still be protected by of my clean not poison ivy boxers..
Eventually I'll go to my shirts... then my hoodies.. and then my boxers... but that may take a while.
If i keep the attitude that my socks would give me poison ivy but they haven't, and my pants would but they haven't eventually I can move to shirts, hoodies and boxers.
Everytime she brushes up against me my brain is there is poison ivy but maybe there isn't.. so it's hard bc I know it probably isn't there but it could be there and what if I didn't wash my clothes right to make sure it was out bc I didn't... bc it's potential... not gaurentee..
Saying I'll kill myself if I get poison ivy in sensitive spots helps me cope bc I have a way out of my worse fear and it's all I got so far.
Also I haven't been masterbating bc of my anxiety about spreading posion ivy... it sucks.
2) it's been 3, almost 4 months since my circadian rhythm has been fixed. It's a big accomplishment and I'm proud of myself.
I'm never going back.
3) about killing myself if I had to get a colostomy bag... I mean i would in this given life i have atm.
If i had kids and a wife and something to live for maybe things would be different but they aren't.
4) also I'm getting my MRI very soon so we will figure out what's wrong with my ears. They still pop and weird things have been happening with them I've mentioned it before as it happened. It could be tmj for all I know but I think it's more than that.
5) Lastly Riley is crated too much. 8 hours a day and then i take her out and she poops and liv locks her back in... then she get out again and lays in it anyways and monitors my door.
I do love the dog but I got to crate her when I leave, when I cook, when I showers, when I shave my face and head and when I do laundry.
But everytime she poops in the house after ive released her, liv puts her back in....
It's ranging on dog abuse/neglect. Not bc of me but bc she's being over crated and I can't stop liv from doing it. I only do when I have to... i didn't this morning when I cooked bc I felt bad cause I knew she would be locked away most of the day when I was with my mom...
Today she jumped up on me a second time when i put my gloves up on the fridge... so I have another shirt in the washer/dryer bc of her shit paws.
I hope my mom comes to her senses when she comes home and realizes that the dog is unhappy and we aren't giving her a life she deserves.
She went to bite my arm, playfully to get me to play. She didn't actually do it. But she almost did. So I had to stop playing with her to discourage that behavior.
She's recently started stepping in her shit... I feel like shes acting out bc she's being crated too much... yet I don't over do it but liv puts her back in... and then it's even more time.
Idk what to do about her. She's actually a sweet dog and she deserves better but my mom will hate me and my sister will evict me if I save her.

So I’ve been cutting back on caffeine for the past few months, which may seem like an easy thing but I have regularly been ingesting an average of 200+mg daily since I was 12 - so for around 15 years now.
Sometimes it’s in the form of soda (Mountain Dew, which I hate because it is literally my biggest weakness and it’s ruining my teeth). Sometimes it’s in the form of a Stay Awake pill.
The past week and the stress of it means that I have bounced from one can of soda a day in the morning (which is where I like to be) to three bottles throughout the day for the past few days - so from 12 oz to ~51 oz.
So around 54 mg of caffeine to around 230 mg.
I do this pretty often, actually. Cut back when I’m not so stressed, skyrocket to a lot when things get rough.
My excuse is that it helps me focus and calms me down - which is true. Maybe it’s the caffeine affecting my ADHD symptoms, which was probably why they didn’t catch me in high school because I pretty much only drank Mountain Dew. It also helps head off headaches, but it’s up in the air whether that’s a placebo affect or actually a thing for me.
But also my insomnia is getting bad again (despite the Remoran) and my face hurts and my TMJ is acting up and my teeth are hurting because I don’t have insurance and fillings are fucking expensive.
Anyway, all this to say: I’m going to try cutting back again, slowly, as the month goes on. So if I seem prickly and a little short-tempered, it’s the withdrawal. Which I can tell you from a lot of experience, is no joke.

[181117] B.A.P Forever Tour in Philadelphia - Highlight of my Life
This was really one of the best concerts I’ve ever gone to. Despite being skeptical of JSJ from the beginning, I was still willing to risk it and buy the tickets. I was debating for a while to drop $400 or not for m&g but when you think about it, it was only $30 per photo with each of the boys (+ a hat, hoodie, and whistle) so that’s HELLA worth it. So I dropped nearly $600 for this concert but for real it was SO worth it. I was even willing to go down by bus all by myself and possibly wandering the streets of philly late at night for it but luckily was able to catch a ride!
These two BABYz gave out numbers from the very beginning like they marked down if you were plat or baby package and in the end JSJ and fans actually honored them! It was really great cuz we were able to leave the line to go to the bathroom or get food! BABYz around me were so nice and friendly too ;u; When it was time to go in to soundcheck and for the concert, we all actually got in order! It was REALLY nice like wow thank you philly babyz!! We were let in a little late for soundcheck cuz apparently bap was doing some kind of interview?? As for soundcheck, it was sooOOOoooOOO good!!! They kinda mixed up plat and baby but oh well whatever I still got like 3rd row so *^* WOOHOO! The stage was up really high and the venue was quite small, but philly crowd’s passion was explosive and powerful!! At the beginning of soundcheck Zelo kept like peeking out from the backstage door *^* they were ODing the fog machine so you could only see silhouettes at the door sometimes OTL. Daehyun was the first to come out! He came in this big puffer jacket and had earphones and and was smiling so cutely!! That wonderful wonderful kitty smile!! OH MY HEART PLEASE HAVE MERCY!! And then the others came out! <3 Zelo was wearing like PJ pants lmao the same one he wore in that IG pic of him in the truck, jongup was wearing leather (i think.....), himchan wore the tour hoodie, and youngjae wore a long coat. BUT YEAH the first song they did was TMJ and the crowd was hella LIT!!! Like everyone was singing their lungs out and jumping and being really really excited! We all started jamming out hardcore at the very first note of TMJ and I just knew it was about to be epic. BAP was sooo happy!! They really enjoyed it as well! And then they did DWIF and omfg daehyun was soooo cute cuz we were so loud during the OH!! part that he was like :O!!!!! and gave us two thumbs up!! The others were really happy too!! And then Zelo was controlling the crowd with his hands LOL like he was making us go side to side like a wave and then jongup was doing this weird dance too lmaooo we hyped up each other so much! It was soo much fun ;A; too bad we couldn’t record but JSJ got a ( video )~!! Like just listen to BABYz singing along at the beginning!! ( dh shocked at 0:41, thumbs up at 0:51)
We had to go back outside again after the concert and that’s when the line got a little messy since now there was also GA peeps and the sidewalk is only so big to fit like 3 different lines. But it worked out in the end and we got in order!! AND YA GIRL GOT FCKN 2ND ROW HEEEEEEEEELLLL YEAHH!! I had a GREAT view!! There was actually quite a lot of space and like NO pushing!! (except this one bishhhh but whatever that’s another story -.- i’ll delete her from my memory) But wow pit was fCKN great like wow the fanchants!! The whistles!! NO PUSHING!! LIKE WHAT WOOOW I LOVE YOU (this was an all standing venue btw). When we were waiting for the concert to start, they played a bunch of their songs and everyone was scream-singing the lyrics (well more like trying to LOL we can’t korean) We had our own bap concert with an empty stage lmaooo
AND AHHHH BAP WAS SOOOO GOOD AT FANSERVICE!!! Himchan noticed me like several times i fucking cRy!! He looked and waved at mee TWICE and like gestured to focus on zelo for recording and taking pics when it was his part AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!! Like last year he saw me struggling in pit (cuz that was HELL) and looked worried I CRY and he smiled at me too huuuhuuu himchan youre a fckn angel I LOVE YOU!!! I made a half heart at daehyun and hE FCKN COMPLETED IT I WAS ABOUT TO FCKN DIE RIGHT THEN AND THERE LIKE !!!!!!!!!!!! JOngup threw so many hearts and kisses at the crowd and youngjae blew so many kisses!! They were waving as much as possible to fans and daehyun, bless his heart, kept saying thank you!!thank you!! at any chance he could get!
During Q&A, bap spent the longest time arguing about harry potter houses pmsl and then yj was just like idk i never watched it (shame on you bro) and then himchan was like EXPECTRO PATRONUM!! (nerrRRRddddd). Jongup said he was fckn Dobby like bruH thats not even a house!!! YJ was like forget this!! and said, “PASS!!” Himchan said that he was Slytherin and then jongup said that Himchan would be fkcn Snape and did this dramatic coat sweeping straightening up his back thing LOL so himchan said Jongup would be a muggle pmsl Zelo did like a broom riding imitation??? irdk.... Next question was what was your favorite song that you’ve ever made. Jongup answered Photo and sang a little of it (so then where is the studio version biiSHHHhh) but lol BABYz were like SEXY CLAP!!!!!! Youngjae pulled out a question, looked at it and was like NOPE! and put it back pmsl! The next question was what tricks can Mochii do and then youngjae was frckn like body slamming zelo and jongup lmaooo. Zelo was sooooo cute he was telling the story of how Mochii bit in all in English!! He said how he was eating and was struggling to explain that Mochii was under the table so BABYz were helping him! He said that he dropped cheese and then Mochii went to eat it but Zelo tried to stop him. Mochii bit and and then Zelo was like “ooh! bloood! my dog is ...wildlife” but the way he said blood was soo cute like the oo in moon instead of “blud” This sweet precious boy!! His English was so good!!!! The next question was to sing happy birthday to a BABY named Jenny (wow you LUCKY girl im sooo jelly omfg). So Zelo sings her hbd really dramatically lmao and they give her their sweaty towel and Zelo gave her a water bottle too!! They’re so sweet!!!!!!!
During their other talk segment, Youngjae was like since our tour in america, philly has been the most passionate! So we all SCREAMED and cheered like crazy! Daehyun was like hold up!! AGAIN! and went to grab a phone. He made us all scream and cheer again so he could record it. The boys kept gesturing to scream louder and more and were totally enjoying the cheers! I hope we conveyed our love for them well enough!! Also Daehyun release that footage soon pls!!! He told us we did a good job screaming lmaoo! Youngjae kept making sounds for us to repeat lmao like ooOOoooo (idk how to describe it LOL) and then was like “maestro!” when trying to silence us with his fingers like a conductor LOL but we kept screaming things LOL someone was like “this is my first kpop concert!!” so youngjae was like “sounds good!” and gave a thumbs up. Jongup also did the conductor thing hahahah Daehyun promised to come back again next year and I REALLY REALLY hope that they do!!!!
The solos were beyond amazing. Like rewatching youngjae and daehyun’s solos made me tear up like how do such beautiful voices exist in this world? Did I really hear those ethereal voices in real life? It was sooo mesmerizing and breathtaking! Youngjae’s gorgeous baritone voice singing that smooth ballad huuuhuuu my heEArt!!! Daehyun’s heartwrenchingly beautiful voice, song, and lyrics wow let me just lie down and drown in my tears rn bYE! DaeUp’s duet was so cool, Jongup’s TML was perfect as usual, Zelo’s solo was sinful oh my those hip and that peach *blushes* it was suuuper fun and Zelo enjoyed it a LOT too!!! He lifted up his shirt!!
THEN IT WAS M&G TIME!!! They set up the background right in front of the stage. We lined up to go in and bap was standing like: jongup, youngjae, daehyun, himchan, zelo! It was plat individual photos first, then baby group + hi-touch, then plat group + hi-touch. BABYz really went for it!! Like a lot of us got hugs! We were able to watch the whole m&g but they didnt let us have our phones out ;A; (and I also had used up all 6.5 GB of space on my phone OTL) BAP were SOOOOOOOO sweet UGH we stan literal ANGELS!! They love BABYz so fricken much!! JSJ was sooo nice to allow a lot of fan interactions AHHHHHHHH BAP did a lot of cute poses and played around with BABYz! LEt mE TELL YOU THAT BAP IS SERIOUSLY SOOOO FUCKING BEAUTIFUL, HANDSOME, GORGEOUS, STUNNING, MESMERIZING, UP CLOSE HOW DID MY HEART EVEN SURVIVE?????? I GOT TO BEAR HUG EVERYONEEEE THEYRE ALL SO TALL AND IM HELLA SMOL SO THEY HAD TO SQUAT DOWN FOR ME HUUHUU THYE LIKE PATTED MY BACK DURING THE HUGS TOO AHHHHHH WE HAD A DECENT AMOUNT OF TIME WITH ALL OF THEM!!! I TOLD DAEHYUN I SAW HIM IN KOREA IN ASU AND HE WAS LIKE OOOOOH THANK YOU!!! CURSES TO MY TINY AF VOICE CUZ I DONT THINK THEY ALL EVEN REALLY HEARD WHAT I SAID SOMETIMES!!! I told Zelo he was too tall for me lmaooo I really wanna see how much he had to bend down for me! I seriously wished that my m&g was recorded but :((((((((((( After my m&g I legit squealed and hugged my friend lmao but the staff yelled at us for being too loud LMAO BUT GIRL WE JUST HUGGED FCKN KINGS LIKE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We tried to contain ourselves as much as possible LOL Daehyun said thank you out loud to a lot of BABYz after their m&g! Zelo kept dabbing at BABYz lmaooo a lot of them didnt notice tho cuz he would do it after they had already passed him HAHAHA when it was my hi-touch I dabbed at Zelo hahah and he dabbed back :D I wanted to get a group hug from them but i got too excited and FUCKING FORGOT to ask for a group hug *kicks myself* Now I wish I had written my name on a name tag (like “HI I’M JUNIE”) and hope they wouldve said “HI JUNIE” but I didnt OTL
I really wish I could relive the whole day. I wish I was able to record my m&g and got a group hug or them to say my name or I had said something more to them but it’s ok my heart is very very happy and I love bap soo much. My 7 year love for them continues and I will really love them forever. Let’s meet again soon, my loves! I’m looking forward to then~!
#i wrote this during the 2 hour drive back to the city#i actually ditched my friends that weekend to go to the concert LOL cuz it was the same weekend as an anime convention#but i dont regret it at all LOL im sorry friends#i still remember the m&g#i miss them a lot#this fanaccount is so cringe but hey its my feels#lowkey wish i can like steal the venue's security footage of the night lmao#gosh theyre so beautiful#i wish i couldve gotten that last group hug though huuhuu#oh yeah warning this thing is hella long#if you read it then wow#fanaccount#bap#reread this to relive that night#and now im sad#:(

90. What makes you angry? White privilege, misogyny, Canadian and American politics, Christian people who don’t act loving and don’t seem bothered by it, when people don’t return their shopping carts in parking lots, when people can help others but don’t, cancer, narcissists.

All the asks ending in 1
1. How many people have you had sex with?I’ve had sex with 9 different people so far in life.
11. How would you describe your sexuality using only adjectives?Kinky, completely submissive, phallically fixated, fluid, queer.
21. Are you happy with your body?I fuckin wish. I like my face a lot and it stops there pretty much.
31. Describe your most unusual/taboo fantasy.Ive already answered this, scroll down a bit. But for a short reminder it’s related to being a live-in slave.
41. How do you feel about BDSM?🤤
51. (Vagina-owners) Do you ever squirt when you come?Ah no but i get incredibly wet, like I never need lube for anything internal.
61. Do you enjoy giving oral sex? Why?I don’t like eating out vaginas unfortunately. Like, I’ll do it but if I can get out of doing it then I’d prefer not to. Vagina flavor is just not my jam. Like yeah I know everyone tastes different but the base flavor, just the general ‘yup that’s somebody’s vagina’ flavor is something I apparently cant get over easily. Also I have bad TMJ so it hurts after more than a few minutes. I LOVE sucking dick though. I’m very soothed by sucking in general, I’ve been known as a leech when it comes to making out and hickeys. So sucking dick is fun and also like, kinda calming? They’re so soft and like, don’t have a flavor (well, until the end). Idk it’s nicer.
71. Do you like it in the butt?I’ve never done anal with another human being. I don’t think I’d hate it but I can guess I won’t love it by any means. It’d definitely be one of the things I do for my partners sake not mine. I’m also terrified I’m gonna shit when they pull out lmao. I own 3 butt plugs now tho and idk they’re kinda nice. They’re actually really nice to have in when being fucked so there’s that?
81. Describe your most recent group sex experience. The closest I’ve ever come to group sex was making out ferociously with 3 of my other friends and we were all pretty drunk and having a good time and decided to move the shenanigans to a friends bedroom but on the way there we all sat in the kitchen to quick talk about boundaries and consent should anything go farther while we were down there but one of the friends realized he was much too drunk to be making these decisions and also got sick so we ended the night there and took care of our unfortunate puking friend ☺️
91. Post a selfie. Will do! Should be the next thing I post 😘

A SUPER SAGA DO FIM DO MUNDO.

The Relationship of the Trigemino-Cardiac Reflex to Sleep Bruxism
Lupine Publishers| Online Journal of Neurology and Brain Disorders
Abstract
The trigemino-cardiac reflex is well researched in medicine. A newly proposed classification based upon the region stimulated elucidates sleep bruxism’s paradoxical effect on the trigemino-cardiac reflex, characterized by tachycardia, hyperpnea and hypertension. This article discusses this complex relationship and the resulting signs and symptoms reported in sleep bruxism, and how it meets these new criterion.
Keywords: Trigemino-cardiac reflex; Trigeminal cardiac reflex; Masseter inhibitory reflex; Sleep bruxism
Abbreviations: TCR: Trigemino Cardiac Reflex; MIR: Masseter Inhibitory Reflex; SB: Sleep Bruxism; GG: Gasserion (trigeminal) Ganglion; GERD: Gastro-Esophageal Reflux Disorder; OSA: Obstructive Sleep Apnea; RF: Reticular Formation; TMD: Temporomandibular Dysfunction; HR: Heart Rate (pulse); MABP Maximum Arterial Blood Pressure; 5-HT: Serotonin
Introduction
The trigemino-cardiac reflex (TCR) is a unique and powerful brainstem reflex that has received a great deal of research interest. Sleep bruxism (SB) is sleep disorder that affects the TCR as well as other brainstem reflexes via stimulation of the brainstem; at the level of the gasserion ganglion (GG). This paper will discuss the unusual relationship of the TCR and SB in addition to how well sleep bruxism meets a new proposed classification system for TCR activation.
Literary Research
Relevant literature was identified through searching PubMed; Research Gate; Google scholar database and Mendeley web library using the search terms “trigemino-cardiac reflex”; “sleep bruxism”; “GERD”; and “masseter inhibitory reflex”.
Discussion
Sleep disorders are an increasing health problem in all countries that have a direct effect on quality of life and productivity/safety of workers [1-3]. Sleep bruxism (SB) is a movement type sleep disorder characterized by transient tachycardia; tachypnea and hypertension occurring slightly before; during or slightly after the bruxism event; resolving immediately after the event ceases [4].
This increase in sympathetic activity has been shown to result from stimulation of the TCR at the level of the gasserion ganglion (GGa) [5-7]. SB is seen to occur concurrently with sleep apnea; occurring immediately before or after apnea events; but may also be seen on EMG studies independently of OSA [8]. SB also results in micro-arousals from sleep; classifying it as a true sleep disorder. Epworth Sleepiness Scale scores of 4 to 9 are characteristic of SB whereas scores of 10 and higher are suggestive of OSA4. The daytime sleepiness (males) and tiredness (females) seen in SB have similar deleterious effects on alertness; productivity and quality of life to OSA. In addition; SB is associated with the inception of chronic myofascial pain [9] affecting the orofacial region; tension and migraine type headaches; and temporomandibular dysfunction syndrome (TMD) affecting the temporomandibular joints [9-10].
The TCR is a powerful brainstem reflex that manifests as a sudden onset of hemodynamic influences on heart rate (HR); blood pressure (MABP) and has been associated with cardiac arrhythmias; asystole; apnea and gastric mobility [11]. It is an oxygen-conserving reflex that was first discovered in 1999 [12]; with considerable research ensuing [13-17]. The reflex may be activated by mechanical or chemical stimulation of the trigeminal nerve at any course along its distribution. Stimulation of the TCR results in neuronal signals being transmitted via the trigeminal nerve to the GGa; continuing to the sensory nucleus of the trigeminal nerve (V5) in the brain stem (mesencephalic nucleus). Signals are then transmitted polysynaptically through the reticular formation (RF); via short internucial fibers; to the dorsal motor nucleus of the vagus nerve (X). This pathway is considered as an afferent to the TCR (Figures 1-3). Parasympathetic neurons comprise much of reflex; arising in the motor nucleus of V5. Stimulation of V5 results in bradycardia; hypotension; as well as apnea and gastric hypermobility [17]. The reflex is of utmost importance during surgical procedures adjacent to the branches of the trigeminal nerve as the TCR can inadvertently be stimulated compromising the surgical procedure [18-21]. In procedures near or in the GGa; the opposite effect may be encountered: tachycardia; tachypnea and hypertension and gastric hypomobility [22,23].
Meuwly; Galoanov et al have proposed a new classification for the TCR based upon where the trigeminal nerve is stimulated (Table 1) [17]. The classic “diver’s reflex” results from stimulation at the level of the first branch of the trigeminal nerve and the typical TCR response of bradycardia; hypotension and hypopnea. It is a cutaneous stimulation of the trigeminal nerve; on the ocular and nasal skin regions. The peripheral classification includes the actual orbit of the eye (by compressing the orbit); the maxillary branch (V2) and the mandibular branch (V3). Only the maxillary and mandibular stimulation regions result in the paradoxical sympathetic response of tachycardia; tachypnea and hypertension (Figures 1-3). In this classification; the only region of stimulation of the TCR occurs at the level of the GGa; all other regions react as expected. This stimulation at the level of the Gasserion ganglion can result in paroxysmal brady or tachycardia; hyper or hypotension and apnea or hyperpnea; depending upon the stimulus. A recent study described this phenomenon and concluded from the research that HR was the most significantly affected and the most useful measurement in the determination of TCR [24]. A diagnostic criterion that is generally accepted is of a heart rate decrease (or increase) of 20% or more from baseline; for a positive TCR diagnosis [17]. Table 2 lists other cause-effect relationship criterion proposed to diagnose and differentiate TCR proposed by Meuwly et al [17]. Sleep bruxism meets the first five of seven criteria of Table 2. GGa nerve blocks have an elevated risk profile and do not meet ethical standards for trials; and anticholinergic drugs fail to suppress the TGR effects of SB. By utilizing this additional criterion as well as the decrease (or increase in the case of SB) of HR by greater than 20% ; discrimination of other sympathetic and parasympathetic disorders that could affect HR and mimic the TCR is possible; rendering a more accurate diagnosis of this condition [24].
Research has also found a genetic commonalty in SB sufferers: a polymorphism of the HTR2A gene on chromosome [13-25,26]. This gene codes for 5-HT (serotonin) receptors in the brain and gut. The masseter inhibitory reflex (MIR); another brainstem reflex; is located in the mesencephalic nucleus and has the MIR reflex nucleus affected by this polymorphism [27,28]. The resulting hypersensitivity to serotonin results in loss of inhibition by the MIR as well as activation of central pattern generators involved with chewing. In SB; extreme muscle contractions of the masseter; temporalis and suprahyoid muscle groups result [29]. The HTR2A polymorphism; seen in SB; was found to occur frequently in other conditions including obstructive sleep apnea; tension headaches; migraine headaches (without auras) and a myriad of psychiatric disorders [30-33]. Interestingly; OSA has headaches as a commonly reported symptom; often upon waking (assumed to be due to hypercapnia). In recent studies of the TCR it was demonstrated that; at the connection at the level of the reticular formation and nucleus ambiguus; there appeared to be an endogenous modulation. It was also found that the 5-HTR1A and 5-HTR2A serotonin reception genes were involved in mediation (stimulation; depression) of the connections (antagonists altered the TCR) [17]. With the 5-HTR2A polymorphism known to exist in SB; it is reasonable to assume that this and other regions could also be similarly affected (potentially resulting in hypersensitivity of the TCR).
During SB bursts; there is an ensuing cascade of events that occurs (Table 3). There are a number of cranial reflexes involved including the TCR; the MIR; the sucking reflex 4 (which can result in trauma of the buccal mucosa and development of linea alba lesions); and the swallowing reflex [34-36]. Scalloped borders of the tongue are also a common finding in SB; resulting from activation of the genioglossus muscle pressing the tongue forcibly against the teeth [37,38]. In other research it has been shown that there is a commonalty between SB and gastro-esophageal reflux disorder (GERD); supporting SB’s influence on the vagus nerve [39,40]. This can manifest as tooth erosions on the inner or lingual surfaces of the teeth and increase susceptibility to dental caries [41].
With the suppression of the MIR; the forces generated during SB events far exceed those of normal chewing [29]. Damage to the teeth is common including:
a) Sensitive; loose or broken teeth [44]
b) Abfraction lesions [44]
c) Accelerated periodontal disease [45]
d) Formation of mandibular tori [46]
e) Eagle’s syndrome (calcification of the stylohyoid ligaments) [47]
f) Elongation of the coronoid processes [48]
g) Excessive compression of the TMJ; often initiating or accelerating degenerative changes [49-51].
As expected; these forces can be a contraindication to some dental procedures including porcelain crowns and inlays [52,53] and dental implants [54,55].
Conclusion
When considering how SB affects the TCR and MIR; the range of signs and symptoms observed during SB events can be readily interpreted. Restless leg syndrome (RLS) is another movement type sleep disorder that results in activation of the TCR similar to SB. Tachycardia; hyperpnea and hypertension (TCR stimulation); shown to also occur in RLS; has been shown to be a risk factor for heart disease in a number of studies [56,57]. To date SB has not been studied to the extent of RLS and it is not known at this time if SB is also a risk factor for heart disease. With the significant effect of SB on the TCR; Further research is certainly warranted.

Results of complex rehabilitation patients with temporomandibular joint disease and parafunction of masticatory muscles.
Stomatologija. 2018;20(4):130-138.
Abstract
OBJECTIVE:
Definition of the effective and appropriate essential use of myogymnastic exercises and orthopedic methods of posture correction in the complex rehabilitation of patients with TMJ pathology and parafunction of the masticatory muscles.
METHODS:
In the study, 63 patients (11 men and 52 women) aged from 20 to 67, with the middle age 31±2.3 were treated, 43 of them had TMJ disease. In 51 patients, parafunctions of masticatory muscles were diagnosed. The treatment was carried out with the help of uncoupling the dentition rows of the splint, made after the TENS-therapy; used medicamentation treatment, using an individual plan for myogymnastic exercises and individual insoles for correction the posture.
RESULTS:
Total effectiveness of the treatment is shown as the average of the findings. Analysis of treatment dynamics was due to only those data the results of which after treatment in the control and main groups were different. Treatment effectiveness of the main group in comparison with the control one is as follows - periodontal vessels dopplerography - 16.22%, tonus of the right chewing muscle - 11.45%, right temporal muscle tone - 4.8%, the number of hours per a day in case of increased tone of the chewing muscles - 12.9%, mouth opening amplitude - 17.1%. Thus, total treatment effectiveness in the main group was 12.49±2.18% higher than in the control group.
CONCLUSIONS:
Results of complex rehabilitation, including myorelaxation procedures, medicamentation treatment, splint therapy, an individual plan of myogymnastic exercises for chewing muscles, and correction of posture using individual insoles showed its effectiveness more than 12.49±2.18% in comparison with traditional methods of treatment.

how's your adderall treating you sis?
mentally? it could be better and when I say that I mean I’m still not focusing as well as I should be/did on IR. physically? I want to die sdjfskdkdskds the side effects are not great but the worst ones are the dry mouth and involuntary jaw clenching
my dry mouth is so bad that I went through three (3) entire bottles of water within an hour and a half or so while working tonight. like..... I drank that much about 51 oz of water and still had really bad dry mouth (and also had to piss like a racehorse about two hours in)
the involuntary jaw clenching is getting on my nerves and so much worse than the last time I was on Adderall and I HATE IT. idk what to do about it but I luckily have a med management appointment tomorrow so I’m gonna talk to him about it because I’ve gotten TMJ from this before and I do NOt want it again
