Hope To Stay A While, Just Till The Rain Stops
Chapter Three - This Is Why We Don't Have Knives At The Table
Word Count - 1244

Chapter Two - Welcome To The Club
Dinner was… tense.
Damian glared daggers at me, my mother avoided eye contact, Bruce kept looking between me and Damian, Richard and Tim ate as if nothing was wrong and Alfred kept moving between the dining room and kitchen.
I myself hadn’t touched my food, opting to push it around with a fort instead. It wasn’t that I didn’t want to eat, but rather my mind was too occupied to try.
Bruce Wayne, billionaire and one of the most influential men on the planet was my biological father.
I was the daughter of Bruce Wayne.
The 17 years of my life, I had been calling the wrong person ‘father’. The last 17 years of my life I had only been living a half truth; my mother had only told me a half truth. I only knew half of myself. I had a brother who probably hated me, a rich-ass father who owned one of the largest companies in the world and it had taken 17 years to learn the truth.
Damian snapped first, slamming his hands on the table and standing so fast his chair banged against the floor.
I jumped at the noise.
“I refuse to believe it!”
“Damian!” Bruce reprimanded, frowning at his son.
Damian then snapped his attention from me to his… our father. “You said I was the only blood child!”
“That was before I knew of Y/n’s existence.” he said, standing.
I scoffed, finally reaching my breaking point as well. “Yeah, ‘cause I’m like some fucking new insect species that’s just been discovered.”
“Language!” my mother snapped.
I also rose from my seat, dropping the fork. “No, I have every right to be angry. You lied to me for 17 years.”
Tim and Richard remained silent, watching the exchange.
“For 17 years I’ve been telling myself that I’m not good enough for my father only to find out I was trying to meet the expectations of the wrong guy.” I glared down at my mom. “You let me get depression, anxiety, insomnia for Christ sake! You put me through hell! And for what, to keep me from him!?” I gestured to the man in question.
He and Damian remained silent as well.
“I did it so you didn’t interfere with his life.” she meekly tired to justify.
I laughed dryly. “Well congratulations, you just made me feel like a burden to everyone else’s lives.”
My mother remained silent, looking at her lap. I scoffed again, crossing my arms and flopping back down into my chair.
“I want proof!” Damian demanded after a brief pause.
“How you gonna get that, genius? DNA test?”
“Yes.” he answered seriously.
“And what if the public find out? The perfect ‘Bruce Wayne’ having another bastard child is really the headlines you wanna read?”
“We have a private lab.” he snarled.
“Enough, both of you.” Bruce snapped.
Damian continued to scowl down at me while Bruce sighed, running a hand through his hair. “Damian is correct. We do have a lab in the Manor and Alfred can conduct the test, if you’d like.”
“Yeah.” I murmured, still keeping my head down.
Alfred, who had watched the whole exchange, cleared his throat. “I will collect the equipment needed to take blood samples. Please continue the meal.”
I managed to sit another few seconds before getting up and storming toward the doors but Damian moved fast and blocked my exit.
“You will never be a blood child in his eyes. I am the only one.” His glare might’ve scared another, but right now I’m sure my glare rivaled his own.
Oh wait, it probably was the same because we have the same father.
“Don’t worry, I didn’t plan it.” I hissed through gritted teeth, moving past the little rat and into the Manor.
I had no idea where I was going, so I followed the lights to the balcony and sat on the railing, overlooking the gardens. Gotham City shone brightly in the distance but I didn’t care.
Instead, I stared down at my hands. What Damian said shouldn’t of hurt, but it did. After all I’d been through, a small part of me hoped that I could at least make my real father, who I’d only know for an hour, proud. But knowing me for an hour was all people needed to realize it would be better to just walk out of my life while they had a chance.
And these hands. There were my own but now they felt so different. They held a different weight because deep down I know that my very DNA was different to what I believed it to be my whole life.
“Hey.”
I nearly fell off the railing but steady hands caught my waist. Spinning, I was met with Bruce looking down at me in concern.
“Thanks.” I mumbled, looking away again.
Bruce waited a moment before sighing, then swung his one leg over the railing and then the other, sitting beside me. “I know this must be hard.”
“Well its not every day you find out that your father isn’t your real dad. Instead he’s a billionaire.”
Bruce remained silent so I spoke up. “How’s Damian?”
“He struggles with anger issues so we’ve working on new methods for him to ‘control his anger’. He’s doing that.”
I didn’t want to know what that meant.
“Why is it that you asked about Damian?” Bruce asked.
Why had I asked?
I shrugged. “Dunno. Guess he is kinda my brother.”
Bruce hummed, keeping his eyes forward. I however, turned to look at him. He had such a strong aura around him, like he carried burdens that weren’t his own yet held them so effortlessly that no one noticed.
“I have a question for you.” I spoke up.
He turned to face me.
“Why did you tell me? You could’ve just paid my mom to keep quiet. Why now?”
Bruce turned away for a moment, collecting his thoughts, then turned to face me again. “Because you are my daughter, and as your father it is my responsibility-”
I cringed at the word and he corrected himself.
“It is my wish to ensure that you have a good life. I want to be able to support you, but if you want me out then I’m out. But I want you to know that I, we, are your family.”
I was speechless. This was different to the treatment I’m used to.
Someone cleared their throat and we turned to see Alfred with a small bag in his hand.
“Are you sure you want to do this?” Bruce spoke up beside me. “I don’t really think it is needed, but if you want proof.”
I looked at him, then to Alfred, then down to my hands again.
I wasn’t who I thought I was this morning, but that wasn’t necessarily a bad thing. Yes, I had been lied to, and my life was through upside down an hour ago. But, Bruce wasn’t forcing this on me.
I didn’t know Bruce, didn’t know his story or his life, but I felt I could believe his words. I wasn’t always here, like it or not it was here I was going to be. Even if I didn’t stay long, I had a place here.
“No. I don’t think we need it.”
I looked up at Bruce, and he was smiling. A real smile, a kind smile. A happy smile. “How about I show you to your room?”

Batboys x quiet! reader(who is not quiet in private)
( some of the reasons for the quietness is a bit traumatic so uhh warning)
Dick grayson -
opposites attract is possibly my favorite trope ever. And that is exactly what you guys are . Not exactly golden retriever x black cat though people who didn't know you guys well assumed such .
Dick would get exhausted spending forever being charming and charismatic for even the most extroverted of people get tired when they had to manage multiple superhero teams, a detective squad and the whole batfamily.
You were silence, peace serenity almost..until you weren't. Grayson was worried about this relationship in the start, after all you guys were really different. He was afraid you were going to be annoyed by his sunshine self, and that when he isn't feeling like talking, the conversations would go silent.
But you really are so different when comfortable with someone, and its tough not to trust and drop your shield with grayson.
It took him by surprise slowly seeing you open up and show your weird side. It somehow made him cherish it more and even want to show sides of him that only you got to see.
When he asked you why you weren't like this with everyone you said " My parents had a habit of talking over me, sometimes outrightly not hearing me speak at all. No matter how loud I spoke..i wondered if they couldn't hear me...if anyone even wanted to you" "why me then?" asked dick , "you're nothing like my parents, I know you care" and he does..he really does. He won't ever let you feel like that every again. He will make sure everything you want said is heard, and if not he will burn it into the skyline
Jason todd
he appreciated it, a quiet person in public. He hated being in public, he hated the buzz the noise the push the touch of humans around him. He felt strange
till he feels you hold his knowing you felt just as strange as him. Leave the gala and walk around the library , one earphone in each ear listening to whatever you wished to play.
Pulling you close in crowded areas- was it for you or for him? Glaring at anyone who dared tease you about your quietness. A single glare usually does the job but don't worry ...other ways exist too.
He loves that when you two are alone, you are a completely different person. It makes him feel special, like he is the only one who understands you. Because you're the only one who understands him.
When he asks " well I guess I never felt like people liked what came out of my mouth.. my humour too dark, my words too dumb and I didn't make sense. So I stopped trying" don't worry about being cringe..he understands you completely
Tim drake
he is intruiged. How do you pull such a perfect facade. How does one look so poised and collected with those rich assholes and so wild and untamed with him?
He could never really perfect the act the way you did. He's seen you grow up, but somehow its like you were born with two people living in your brain.
If you're this mysterious to your childhood lover, how does anyone in the world even think that they could know you, both versions of you.
Dont get me wrong, he loved it, A mystery he never could solve, not even with your help.
" Teach me your ways master" "I remember you wanting me to call you that last night..oh no wait it was si-" "shut upp" "fine ill tell you timmy boy, I just believe those rich stick up their ass puppets don't deserve to see all ..this.." "what about school kids, friends , teemates-" "I don't need anyone to get me as long as you do"
He will never get it, even if someone engraved it into his skin he wont understand everything about you , you'll always be the case he couldn't solve.
AND WE ARE BACK BICHES , send in requests and stuff, inbox open again blah blah I'm feeling much better now but I might push angst stuff more

Favour
Pairing: Cassandra Cain x reader
Pronouns: She/They
Warnings: none
Word count - 0.9k
A/n: this sucks balls but there is like two good Cass fics on here so i had to write one.
Cass pov
"Oh come on please!" Tim whined. "His dad won't let him come unless she goes," Tim had finally gotten a date with Conner only problem, Clark and Lois wouldn't leave their kid home alone for a weekend while they went on their anniversary.
"No,”
"Please, this is like the only time he can come to Gotham for more than a day, Please Cass just this once,”
"Why not get Steph or Babs to hang out with her," I'm sure she was nice but I was not interested in hanging out with some random super who's name I didn't even know.
"Babs is in Bludhaven with Dick and Steph is helping Bruce with a case,”
"Jason?" literally anybody else.
"Really? He's Jason, who knows where he is," Tim said, rolling his eyes. "Just do it. Please,”
"Kate,”
"She’s with her Girlfriend, just please I'm begging you," He grabbed my shoulders and shook me, "I'll do anything," I couldn't stand his puppy eyes.
"Urg fine but you owe me big time," His eyes went wide and he hugged me. "Go call Kon," He grinned ear to ear and ran up the stairs to his room. I already knew I would hate every second of this inevitably awkward weekend.
Y/n pov
"NO!"
"Please just go, Cass agreed to hang with you,"
"No, Cassandra scares me and I don't want to be third wheeling you and Drake the whole time. Pick a different weekend," That was a lie. Not completely, Cass did scare me but it's not like she could fly. And I had never spent any time with her but I knew she was pretty, gorgeous even and knowing me, I was bound to get flustered and embarrass myself. I turned and started to walk away.
"Bitch," he muttered under his breath. Temper. One of my many faults. I turned around and used all my strength to punch him across the face. He brought his hand up to his jaw, which if he had been human would've been broken. He swung towards me. I ducked but tripped backward knocking mums favourite lamp over and we watched in slow motion as it shattered. We looked at each other before he screamed, "MOM!”
"I'll go if you don't tell mom," I panicked. Mom loved that lamp more than us. I'd never be aloud out again.
"What honey," She stepped into the room and just about passed out.
"Krypto knocked over the lamp," Mom wouldn't let the poor boy in to house for at least the next week now. Oh well, sorry Krypto. She stomped off and started screaming at the poor boy before storming back upstairs. "Better get packing sis," I simply rolled my eyes and did just that.
"Bye Mom, Bye Dad!" We yelled before taking off toward Gotham city. We landed on Bruce Wayne's door step before Conner knocked on the door.
Cass pov
Bang bang bang. They were here. Tim came rushing down the stairs and bolted to the door. He opened it up and hugged Conner. I looked behind him and saw someone. Must be them.
"Hey, I'm Cass,"
"Y/n" I just nodded. I knew nothing about this person and I could tell she didn't wanna be here either.
"Why don't you come set up in my room," She smiled and picked up her bags before following me inside. I helped her with all her stuff and we set up a mattress on my floor for her. "I'm guessing you didn't wanna be here?"
"Nope, Kon blackmailed me sort of,"
"Sort of?"
Tim pov
"I sorta feel bad for forcing them into this,"
"Same but it was the only way we could see each other,"
"True, wanna make sure they haven't murdered each other yet?"
"Couldn't hurt,"
Y/n pov
After me and Cass got to talking, she wasn't so scary. She was sweet. Just as pretty as she was in pictures, if not prettier. God her voice was perfect. I could listen to it all damn day. She was my dream girl. There was no one like her.
"Y/n?" I was snapped out of my daze and Cassandra looked at me, confused.
"Damn I knew it," I mumbled. I knew I would do something like this.
"Knew what?"
"That I would get flustered because your just so pretty and cool and now I just admitted that so it'll be even more akw-" She shut me up with her lips. After the shock of her kissing me passed, I kissed back and slide my hand up to the nape of her neck. She pulled back, only because we needed air and rested her forehead on mine.
"You tend to ramble you know," I just smiled. The door swung open and we jumped away from each other.
"Huh, good to know your both still living," Conner said with a laugh. Both of our faces were bright red. "What?"
"Since when did you start wearing lipstick Cass?"Tim questioned. Cassandra brought her thumb up to her lips and wiped off the makeup. The detective glanced at his sister, me, then her again. his confused look quickly turned into an ear to ear grin.
I gave him a look daring him to say something to Conner which shut him up before he could take another breathe.
"Y/n put some on me," She grinned at me.
"Let go babe, leave the girls alone," Conner said to his boyfriend, clearly oblivious to what was going on.
"Sure," After the boys left me and Cass looked at one another.
"Favourite movie?"
"Y/f/m,"
"Perfect," Cass said. She set up her tv and laid down in my lap. My hand went straight to her hair and we slowly drifted off to sleep.

They can't know. Part 1.
(Okay, this shit is super long and not at all what I planned to be, but you know what? I'm still happy. For those of you who are waiting for the Jason Todd story; I'm working on it. I already finished this one so I might be posting it the other part today.)
Warning; Angst, Hints of anxiety, Cursing. ( I think that's it)
Request; None. ( You can send me.)
You weren’t a superhero like the rest of your family, but that didn’t stop you from hanging at the Batcave, the coolest place on earth, especially from using the gigantic screen of the bat computer to watch movies. Your brother Dick was spending days over to visit you and invited his best friend. You were watching your favorite tv show while Wally West, aka Kid Flash, was somewhere at the Batcave with your older brother.
- Wally? Wally? - Dick snapped his fingers on his face - Wally!
He jumped facing an annoyed Dick.
- W-what?!
- Are you listening? This is important, dude!
- I know, I was! - He said trying to distract Dick from looking behind his back at the direction he was staring; Yours.
- Were you seriously watching tv rather than listening? Really, man?
- I got distracted, sorry! What were we talking again? - Relief ran his body.
Dick scan his face with suspicious before turning to talk to you.
- Y/N?
- Yeah, Dickie? - You said still staring at the Bat-computer.
- Can’t you watch this back at the Manor?
- Sure. - You responded, eyes still on the scene, not moving an inch.
Dick waited a minute until speaking again.
- So?
- Huh? What? - You said making Wally smile at your concentration.
- Will you watch at the Manor? - He asked impatiently.
- Nope. Now shush.
- But you said you could!
- That I could, not that would! Now shut up, the love of my life is talking. - You said, waving your hand at them, talking about your favorite actor.
Wally put his hand dramatically above his heart.
- But Y/N! I thought I was the love of your life!
- Sure, whatever floats your boat, dude. - You sighed dreamily seeing the actor taking off his shirt. - I thought you were talking about something important?
Dick turned to Wally again with a “see what I have to go through every day” face before continuing his speech.
- So as I was saying before being so rudely ignored, I was thinking about doing a YJ reunion. What do you think?
- Why? Is something wrong? - It confused Wally, he remembered none bad news involving his old team.
- No. Not at all. But I figure that would be nice for the new members to meet the original gang.
- That’s cool, bro. Have you talked with the others yet?
- No, not yet. I’ve been playing with the idea for a while now, so I figure to ask since you were already coming. What do you think?
- That’s a great idea, but you need to check with everyone though.
- I know. I was planning to do it today. Do you think you can stay with Y/N for a while?
- I’m still listening, Dick. And we’re not kids. - You said.
- I know, I know. I’m going now, see you guys later. - He said getting out of the cave.
- Bye! - You and Wally shouted.
He stood there for a minute before going in your direction. He got behind you and put his over your eyes.
- Guess who? - He whispered in your ear making you shiver.
- Ha, Ha, hilarious, Wally. Get off me. - You took his hands off your face.
- It wasn’t what you said last night if I remember well... What did you say? Oh, I remembered now. “Oh, yeah, Wal...” - You turned, putting your hands on his mouth keeping him to mimic you.
- Would you, please, shut the fuck up? This place has cameras, you know? Do you really have a death wish?
- Come on, babe. You know I love you. - He wrapped his arms on your shoulders and rested his chin on the top of your head.
You hugged and kissed him on the corner of his mouth.
- I know, I love you too.
And you did. More than anything. It hurt you couldn’t be with him around your family. You knew that eventually, they would find out or you would have to tell them, but the thought of fighting them about your relationship scared the hell out of you. The whole problem was with your ages. Even if you were eighteen, what you was, Wally was way older than you; he had Dick’s age, and, since little, your family protected you like you were made of glass.
Your father had an affair with your mom before Dick was Robin, and she was a model. When you were six, the police arrested her for being an accomplice of a corrupt Mayer that she was dating and sent you to live with your father. At the time Dick was already thirteen and Robin, but since you were just a baby, you didn’t understand it. Babs was your hero, she spoiled and played with you.
When Jason came, you were twelve and knew about your father’s double life. In the first weeks of his time at the mansion, Jason was quiet and seemed angry all the time, your ages were close so you tried to be his friend, not realizing that a fourteen-year-old boy would rather die than play with dolls. When he died you were fifteen and cried until you couldn’t breathe anymore.
You became sad and angry and wanted to take the joker down yourself and begged to your father to train you to be his next Robin. He said no, not being able to even think about losing you as he did with Jason, so you moved in with Dick for a few months and trained martial arts with him. It was a nice brother-sister bonding moment and gave you the time you need it to calm down and realize you didn’t want to fight crime.
When you came back, you found out that there was a new Robin, Tim Drake. And a new Batgirl, Cassandra Cain. At first, you didn’t know what to think about them. He wasn’t an orphan as Dick or Jason and didn’t live at the mansion with you but he was younger and fun to be around and she was peaceful and quiet so you decided that Jason wouldn’t mind if you took them as siblings. Then Jason came back, and you were extremely confused. All those feeling that came with his death came back with the addition of your anger towards him. How could he not come back for his family? For you?
When things calmed down, you couldn’t be more happy for having your brother back and cried to sleep holding him. Stephanie was awesome, you finally had a girl around age and could talk about stuff you couldn’t with your brothers. Damian was hard. He knew you were his father biological kid too but didn’t understand why you didn’t want to fight. He more often than not was rude, and you grew very insulted when he treated Alfred poorly. When he moderated his temper, you suspiciously let him enter your heart. And became thrilled about having a baby brother. Duke was happy and cool and you came to care for him too. There were so many of them, so many that you would disappoint for lying and keeping secrets. Not only with you, but Wally was also Dick best friend, and you knew it hurt him as much as did with you. But you loved Wally so much and were not willing to let him go.
- Hey, babe, come back. - Wally kissed your cheek drawing your attention. - What were you thinking?
-About my family. Their reaction when they find us out.
- No wonder you took so long, you guys multiply like bunnies. Don’t worry, babe, we will be fine.
You looked around checking if no one were coming and stand up, wrapping your arms around his neck. His arms on your waist pulled you closer.
- So... Kid Flash, what do you think we get out of here?
- I would love to. - He smiled - What do you think about France?
- Wally, you’re not taking me to Paris on my pajamas.- You got closer, your noses touching each other. - I was thinking something closer like… I don’t know... my bedroom? - You smiled giving a little peck on his lips.
Suddenly your legs didn’t touch the ground anymore and Wally was carrying you in bridal style, making you laugh.
- Well, then why you didn’t say earlier?
XXX
You would kill him, he would have to super-speed his ass to the other side of the planet to run from you. You grunted frustrated grabbing your makeup case; the hickey looked like a neon sign on your neck, not even your hair covering. He was dead.
A knock on the door made your soul leave your body for a few seconds.
- Y/N? Are you in there? - Your baby brother asked
- Yes, Damian. I’ll be out in a few, okay?
- Okay, I will wait in the bedroom.
- Shit. - you whispered trying to cover the bruise in a rush. You did the best you could and hoped your hair would help you.
You got out of the bedroom seeing your brother sitting on your bed with his legs crossed.
- How can I help you on this beautiful day, my baby brother? - You said lying down on the bed.
- I’m not a child, Y/N, much less a baby. But you could do something for me, yes.
You pulled him down on the bed as well and turned to face him, your arm under your head.
- Tell me what.
- Can you ask Grayson to not do the ridiculous reunion on our house? I’ve tried but he won’t listen.
- Why? I’m excited to have the guys over. You’re not?
- No, I’m not looking forward to having a loud and uneducated crowd on our house.
- Oh, come on, Damian. You can’t be serious. - You faced the ceiling. - Think like this; In a few years, the people coming will be your old team. Would you like someone to stop you?
Damian stopped to think for a few moments and got up.
- Well then, I suppose there’s nothing for me to do. Do you want to join me for breakfast?
- I would love, Damian. Just give me a moment to get ready, okay? Go ahead, I’ll catch you in a few secs.
You watched him get out and close the door before running back to the bathroom, to perfect the foundation on your neck.
XXX
By the time you made to the kitchen, Damian was throwing blueberries on Tim’s hair who was too busy staring at his coffee to notice anything.
You hugged him and took the little fruits from his hair getting a nasty look from Damian.
- Hey, Tim. Why are you up so early? Did you came from Steph’s or spend the night at the cave?
-... huh? Oh, Cave.
You glanced at the bags under his eyes and shook your head.
- You know... You won’t be able to stay awake at the YJ reunion if you don’t sleep, right? Why don’t you give this... - You took away his mug- And go upstairs?
- I will, I’m just waiting for something to be ready down at the cave, and I’m going to bed. - Tim tried to reach for his mug back while you took out of his grasp.
- What is so important that’s keeping you awake?
- I’m doing a backup of the camera recordings at the Batcave so I can have more space in the HD. - Tim rested his head at the table.
- Why you’re doing it? Is something wrong, Drake? - Damian searched for the cereal on the kitchen cabinet.
- Not really, but since Dick’s is throwing a party, I wanted to make sure nothing goes off my eye.
- That’s mean, Timbo. I know we are offensively rich, but no one will rob us. - You teased him. - And since when we’re calling it a “party”?
Tim straightened his back.
- I didn’t mean like that! I was talking about not letting us vulnerable to attacks! I... I didn’t...
- Relax, Timbo. I’m mocking you.
- You’re awful, Y/N, I’m too tired for this. And we both know it’s not really a “reunion”. - He got up and search for the milk in the fridge. - Also, I want to see if the new program I installed last week works.
- What does it do? - You asked taking a sip from his intact coffee.
- It shows the persons that visited the Mansion or the Batcave, but just Wally came so there’s not really too much to see. Did you drink my coffee? -Tim narrowed his eyes.
- ... No? - You stopped to think about what he had said before the question, choking a little - W-wait, You will analyze the records from while Wally was here? Like all of them?! - The scenes of you and Wally making out around the house while you were alone passing through your eyes, the panic making your voice higher.
- ... Yeah? Are you okay? - He asked skeptically.
- You know, Tim. You’re looking so tired, are you sure you have to do this right now? Why don’t you go to sleep? I call you when it’s ready, how about that?
- Yeah, Drake, you’re looking like a zombie.
Tim took his eyes from you and stared at Damian.
- Looks who’s talking, the real zombie.
- Well, at least I’m not a... - You turned their discussion off, trying to figure out what to do. Grabbing your phone from your back pocket, you text Stephanie.
“Hey, Steph. I need a favor.”
Her reply didn’t take long to show.
“Sup, what can I do 4 you?"
“I need you to take Tim out of the Manor. Can’t tell u why.”
“Is everything okay?”
“Yes, just do it, please?”
It didn’t take long until Tim’s phone rang.
- Hey, cutie. You’re... what? - Tim looked around his face growing red. - Uhum... Yep... I’m coming. Bye.
You looked at him questionably.
- I have to go. - Was all he said before leaving.
- That was weird, wasn’t it?
You looked at your little brother doing your best innocent face.
- Completely. - You got up and ran to your bedroom.

Protector (Batsis Reader)
(This is from a chapter of my original story but I quirked the character to be the reader. The reader can teleport and turn invisible and your hero name is Viper. You're also part of the Teen Titan's and Connor Kent is your love interest, although it's not too evident in this chapter. Alexandra and Alex are original characters in the Titans based on my two friends. If you like this chapter and you want me to publish the book, let me know. I would make the original character the reader)
Y/N's POV
"I'm going on a walk!" I announced, opening the Wayne manor door.
"Alone?" Alfred asked, walking towards me.
"Yeah," I shrugged.
"You may want to have one of your brothers accompany you," Alfred said. "Or Ace. You are the daughter of the infamous Bruce Wayne. And you're injured."
"I'm also the Teen Titan Viper," I chuckled. "I can take care of myself, Alfred. But thank you."
"Do be careful," Alfred said as I walked out of the large mansion.
I looked around as soon as I was outside before teleporting into the city. I teleported to an alleyway next to Gotham City Park. I swiped a strand of hair from my face before walking into the park. I smiled at the kids laughing and playing on the playground, remembering when Dick would bring my brother and I there when our parents and Bruce were working.
That's when I heard the scream. I spun my head to see two men with penguin masks grab a kid and pull him into an alley, his parents and all other adults apparently oblivious to the kidnapping.
"Hey!" I yelled, running toward the child and his kidnappers. I stopped at the alley, noticing that the child and the men were gone. I furrowed my brows, walking further into the alley. "Hello!"
"Help!" the child's voice echoed through the alley. I continued walking, ignoring the fact that the echo was unnatural, due to the fact there was no building covering the alley or stopping the sun from shining down. "Help!" I noticed that I had found the end of the alleyway. "Help!" I looked down to see a doll, the size of a small child, it's mouth open.
"Oh no-"
"You Y/L/N," a voice said from behind me. "So quick to save the day." Before I could turn around, I felt a slight prick in my neck. I turned around to see the familiar plump and long-nosed figure of Oswald Cobblepot or the Penguin, as well as the men from before standing next to him.
"Cobblepot," I mumbled, feeling drowsy.
"Careful there," Penguin said as I stumbled towards him. "Maybe you should just... relax."
I reached back and pulled out the thing that had pricked me. It was a small tranquilizer dart. I threw it to the ground as I fell to my knees. Dad, I thought before everything went dark.
***
"Wake up!"
I groaned, fluttering my eyes open. I tried to move my hands, only to feel a coarse rope around them. My eyes shot open at that realization. I sat upright, trying to move my legs, only to find them each tied to the leg of the chair I was sitting in. I looked around, to find myself in what looked like an abandoned penguin exhibit. I sat on a makeshift iceberg above freezing water, I let out a breath, noticing it come out in a puff of mist.
"Good, you're awake." I looked up to see the Penguin, in his top hat, monocle, and usual penguin tux. He held a raw fish, biting off it's head. He leaned casually on his lethal umbrella, a blade sticking out from the bottom.
I stayed stoic. First thing Bruce taught me in a kidnapping. "Why am I here Cobblepot?" I asked.
"Just a playing card," Penguin shrugged, some of the fish spitting from his mouth.
"So you want my father's money?" I scoffed. "Spend all of your family's fortune on that disgusting fish or buying this run-down zoo?"
"We both know Bruce Wayne isn't your father," Penguin said. "Your father blew up." He pointed the fish at me some of it's gut splattering on my face. "But yes."
"Why do you need Bruce Wayne's money?" I asked, pressing the Titan's distress button on my bracelet.
"Why do any of really need money?" Penguin sighed. "I need to rebuild the Iceberg Lounge."
"You really think people would go to a club owned by a former villain and current psychopath?" I scoffed. "Built off of stolen money?" Penguin growled and slapped me across the face with the half fish, splattering more guts and blood across my face. I spit out the few that got in my mouth.
"Some people don't matter who owns the club as long as they can spend their money on booze and beautiful women," he said, swallowing the rest of his fish. "Now let's notify Bruce that we have his dear little girl here, shall we?"
Penguin pulled out a phone and typed in Bruce's number and turned on the speaker. I tensed as the ringing began.
"Hello?" Bruce's voice rang through.
"Oh hello Bruce," Penguin said into the phone.
"Cobblepot," Bruce said. "What-"
"I just wanted to let you know that I have your dear daughter here with me," Penguin said. "Here Y/N, say hello." He held the speaker towards me, but I stayed silent. I felt one of his henchmen, grab my hair and yank, making me let out an involuntary yelp. He used his free hand to press a gun under my chin.
"Cobblepot, don't hurt her," Bruce said.
"Bruce, I'll be fine don't'-" I let out a strangled scream as Penguin stabbed my bicep with his umbrella.
"Y/N-"
"Now Bruce, she'll survive, as long as you get 4 million dollars to the Gotham Zoo, by noon," Penguin said, his blade still in my arm. I glanced at the clock on the phone, seeing that was ten minutes to noon. "If not then..." He twisted the blade, making me bite my lip to keep in a scream, but a small whimper arose. He then hung up.
"You won't kill me," I said through pained whimpers.
"I won't." Penguin agreed, pulling the blade out of my arm hard, making me yell again. I felt thick, warm blood drip down my arm quickly, and heavily. "But he might." The gun was pressed harder against my chin.
I swear Alexandra if you don't hurry-
My thoughts were cut off by Penguin being thrown off the makeshift iceberg. I held back a smile upon seeing Alex fully costumed, standing in front of me. She grinned at me.
I heard a loud crash and felt the sun shine on my back before left my chin. I watched as the man was thrown into the cement wall.
"Are you okay?" I heard Alexandra ask from behind me.
"I've been through worse," I said. I turned to see Jaime shoot another henchman into the wall with his scarab's laser.
"Superboy, get Y/N free," Raven said, flying above me. She created a magic cage around Penguin.
I felt something hot between my wrists before feeling the ropes snap. "You sure, you're okay?" Connor asked, flying in front of me.
"Totally," I shrugged, placing a hand on my bicep to stop the blood. Connor looked unsure but quickly laser-eyed the ropes around my ankles. I stood up and turned around to see Alexandra toss another henchman into a pile she had created and Alex ran around them, tying them up quickly.
"How'd you super twits get here?" Penguin asked.
"Shut up," Alex said, making faces at him.
"We're just here to help any citizen in danger," Alexandra said, placing a hand on Alex's shoulder.
"Raven, get him to GPD," Jaime said. Raven nodded before flying out of the hole they had created coming in, the caged Penguin behind her. "And Superboy-"
That was when Bruce appeared. He dropped dramatically in front of me, Dick and Damian following close behind. All fully suited up.
"Guess they beat us to it," Nightwing said, grinning at the Titans. "Nice job team."
Robin rushed to me, pulling my hand from my arm. He glared at me as he noticed the gushing blood. He pulled out a bandage roll and wrapped my arm. I winced at the roughness of his wrapping skills. "This is why you don't go on walks alone," he said, flicking my forehead.
"Thanks for the love," I said, rubbing my forehead.
"Robin's right," Bruce said, narrowing his eyes at me. "You could've gotten killed and worse, you could've gotten out of this by using your powers."
"I couldn't have given myself away," I said. "They could have connected me to Viper, then to you and to Robin and Nightwing!"
"Your safety is more important than our identities," Bruce said sternly. "I don't want you to leave the manor this week."
"Are you grounding me?" I scoffed. "Over something that wasn't my fault?"
"Busted," Alex mumbled.
"Bats, that's not fair," Connor said, walking forward. Bruce sent him a classic Bat glare, a mix of intimidation and Dad guilt. Connor stopped. "Or you know, whatever. Your kid."
"You can't-"
"I am your father, Y/N Wayne," Bruce said. "We're going back to the manor and I forbid you from leaving."

Title: little delinquent pt i
part i | part ii
Warnings: Female!reader (bat!sis), mostly family fluff, AU, hurt/comfort
word count: 3000~
It had Bruce and Dick sharing a look for a moment before the latter spoke up, “It’s not like I’m against continuing to expand the family, but…” he eyed the child you held nervously, “please don’t start bringing home every child you find…” he tilted his head, “he’s bad enough.” Bruce settled a light glare at his first son (that definitely wasn’t what Bruce was thinking), though Dick was stilled by the way your eyes narrowed at him instead.
“His name is Terrence,” that was all you said, brushing past as they were suddenly on guard at the inherited Wayne-scowl on your face.
a/n: Terry as a baby tho with an overly protective big sis/mom reader… I can’t get this out of my head lol. Also batfam are very close with bat!sis reader in this, so lotsa fluffy sibling intimacy. Because I want the fluff haha.
(it actually turned into more plot than fluff sighs)
idk pairings/haven’t thought of that, I just didn’t know how to tag it so i used pairing tags??? lol despite that, I don’t feel comfortable putting Damian, Bruce, nor Terry in the tags ee;;;; Jason’s not in this chapter but he’s in the tags anyway sighs, he comes in around ch3.
-
A light lit up on one of the many monitors in the cave, a box popping up not a moment later with the alert, attracting the costumed people in the room. Bruce was second to the computers, Tim immediately making certain that the alert said what he thought it said, “Good. She’s back.” He sighed heavily, relieved before trudging towards the car port. Sure he was upset, they all were, but at the moment they were just glad their sister was back and alive. She’d get quite the talking to about scaring them all like this, especially from Tim and Bruce, later.
It almost felt like an eternity as her bike came into view, skidding to a comfortable stop with minimal sound. She took a moment to adjust herself, and they didn’t miss the small form clinging to her frontside. It was aggravating how slow and careful she was being, how slowly she got up from her bike as if the young child she had with her was the most fragile treasure. She shifted so that the bundle was curled up in her arms, messy black hair hiding most features as their face buried in her shoulder, frightened. The kid had to be about a year old or so, they assumed, quiet and trembling in her hold.
Damian stood next to their father, annoyance on his face as he bit back harsh words. Of all the people in the world, like Alfred, his sister was someone he never wanted to hurt. He couldn’t even imagine such a thing. “You turned off your comms,” Bruce stated, she only nodded, not usually one for hiding what she was up to. He went to open his mouth again, but Damian’s cold tone beat him to it, “you were missing all night.” She nodded at him again, lips pursed to keep herself from saying anything.
She was struggling with her feelings right now, incredibly upset at the way her family was staring at her, as if she herself were a child. It was really hard for her right now to be the loving big sister she’s always been since coming to live at the manor. All she wanted to do was forgive them for their mistrust, or to tell them everything to take that distrust away. She hated feeling like a bad guy, and she did her best to stand firm on how she felt, but her resolve was crumbling fast in their presence.
You couldn’t help it, your family had that kind of effect on you, always weak to them and their needs.
You would always forgive them. Always.
Tim was first to rush over, quickly pulling you into a hug (careful of the boy), and a slight tremble in his tensed hands kept you from pulling back. He rested his head on the shoulder opposite the kid’s head, arms refusing to move as the other three strode over. “Stupid, where were you?” Tim mumbled into your shoulder, your response was to bury your cheek in his hair, “I was… we were so worried. You don’t just go dark on us like that, especially not on me, you know that.”
He shifted his head to look you in the face, foreheads pressing together. Reaching up, he gently took off your domino mask so your eyes could meet, him doing his best to stare you down. A silent conversation began, your somewhat desperate look of, ‘I’m sorry, I have my reasons,’ and his shoulders sagging a little, ‘I’m still not happy about this.’
It had Bruce and Dick sharing a look for a moment, the latter speaking up, “It’s not like I’m against continuing to expand the family, but…” he eyed the child you held nervously, “please don’t start bringing home every child you find…” Dick tilted his head, “he’s bad enough.” Bruce settled a light glare at his first son (that definitely wasn’t what Bruce was thinking), though Dick was stilled by the way your eyes narrowed at him instead.
“His name is Terrence,” that was all you said, brushing past as they were suddenly on guard at the inherited Wayne-scowl on your face.
“Hey, uhm…” Dick coughed nervously now, stomach flipping and looked between Tim and Bruce, “has she… ever made a face like that before?” Tim frowned, shaking his head, “you actually upset her. That’s an accomplishment, Richard.” Tim went to change so he could follow you, wanting to know everything about what you had been doing and where you had been. “I… meant it to be humorous…” Damian just scowled at him, “it was in poor taste, Grayson,” he turned, wanting to change before following you and Tim, curious. Dick just sighed into his hand, knowing he’d have to make it up to you later, or the others would hold it against him.
“Babybat, too? Ugh.”
Usually you handled his joking around without much issue, what the heck?
“Good job. Whelmed yet?,” Bruce turned back towards the bat computer, intent on discovering things himself (and to alert the others, still out looking, that you were safe). After all, there was only going to be so much you’d say (call it a father’s intuition). Dick frowned at his father making fun of him, unamused, “...haha” He grumbled and went to change, following after his siblings with a yawn finding it’s escape (they’d been frantic all night, looking everywhere).
-
“You understand we’re not letting you out of our sight after this, right?” his ears perked up at Damian’s tone, uncertain if he was joking or not. Rounding the corner into a smaller sitting room, he stopped before leaning broad shoulders against the doorframe. “That’s terrifying, Dami.” Dick grinned at the glare his youngest brother sent him, eyes turning to you and the child on your lap apologetically, “Sorry, about before.”
You only waved your hand as if to dismiss the earlier conversation, a sign that Dick took to push off the wall and walk over for a better view, “So, Terrence, huh?” You only nodded, stuck in your thoughts, thinking things over. All your attention was kept on the child snuggled up against you, staring at the other’s in the room with a mixture of curiosity and fear.
Dick’s brow raised now that he got a good look.
“Okay, I know I said I was sorry, but…” Damian’s fingers strained to not curl into a fist as he gave Dick a hard, pointed stare, but he didn’t go farther as your hand patted his arm. “Black hair and blue eyes,” Tim sighed at Dick, “I’m just saying.” He shrugged, stopping himself from wondering aloud if the family was cursed.
You could only huff in exasperation as you buried your face in Terrence’s hair, the child wiggling to look up with huge blues. You smiled down at him and leaned back into the cushions, letting him rest against you at an incline, bouncing your leg lightly. His small hands readjusted to grasp onto your shirt, head using your chest as a pillow while he kept watching the men and scrunched his nose.
“So, where’d he come from?” Dick sat across form you, seeing as Damian was sitting next to you on the small couch, Tim in the chair to your other side (all your recon gear was in a pile on the floor next to you). A frown settled on your face, staring at the floor as you kept your face buried in the child’s hair, then shook your head. Stubborn. Tim frowned at you and the child, arms crossed in contemplation, and Damian was staring at the child wide-eyed in amazement (he was so inexperienced). Dick crossed his arms and leaned back, biting the inside of his cheek, “…hey,” your attitude was worrying him, you’d never been this closed off before.
Your eyes shifted from the floor to look at Dick, cycling to Damian and then to Tim, straight faced with having made your decision (even though you had already made it hours earlier). Looking to your family, you took a deep breath to brace yourself, “he’s mine.” All three of the men stiffened, Damian shaking his head, “you weren’t pregnant. Impossible.”
When your eyes met his, he squinted slightly, your head tilting forwards, his turning away, “tt.” Dick was a bit jealous at how you had such a strong connection with Tim and Damian, wishing he could join in on the exchange of expressions (unfortunately, his innate big brother intuition with his siblings only took him so far. Living in Blüdhaven meant he wasn’t as involved in family as he wanted).
Tim was being incredibly careful as he sized you up, taking in the kid’s appearance and the way you were keeping your eyes on the men like a hawk. Damian had relaxed next to you, shifting his weight to lean against your side as he began poking and prodding at the child. In turn, Terrence just tried to grab at Damian’s fingers with his small hands, at times trying to bite him when his finger booped him on the nose (Damian noticed and started turning it into a game, as if he were playing chicken with a cat and it’s claws).
Terrence became a bit more comfortable, too focused on Damian’s antics, and he let out a small laugh, causing Damian to freeze in place. He hadn’t expected it, too absorbed in the game he had made up and instantly his ears turned red, suddenly self-conscious. The finger that had been frozen in place was hovering dangerously close to Terrence’s face and, taking the invitation, the child bit down. He would have yelped if he hadn’t been so well trained, barely able to contain himself, Damian jerked his finger out of the child’s biting range.
Dick cracked a smile and you did your best to not laugh, Tim however was studying his youngest brother, it was cute when he acted his age.
“So, he’ll be staying here then?” You nodded at Dick, “think B’s gonna be okay with this?” you shrugged, it wouldn’t matter, you’d refuse to give the kid up, “So…” Dick shifted, failing to keep his face straight, “Damian’s not the baby anymore.” As wary of the kid as he was, he couldn’t pass up the moment to tease his favorite brother.
“…Grayson,” Damian glared at Dick before reluctantly looking at the kid, silently agreeing. He wasn’t the baby anymore, “we… will need to outfit a nursery room, then.” Dick couldn’t hide his smile, letting it spread on his face at his younger brother’s quick acceptance, “guess I’m gonna hafta visit more often then if I want to be the best uncle.” Both Tim and Damian’s heads turned in unison at Dick, eyes narrowing in a way that made Dick want to step back, nervous.
“No way, I’ll be--” Tim was cut off,
“As if you could be better than me, Grayson,” he sent a pointed look at Tim, “I will be the best uncle.”
You were just glad your brothers were taking this so well.
“Sure.” Tim deflated a bit as Bruce walked into the room, looking at his boys before turning to you and the child, “If you wouldn’t mind, I’d like to speak with—” Just like Tim, he was cut off, “I won’t tell you anything about him.” Bruce frowned at your stubbornness, not liking that this was how you chose to respond to the situation. “You’re not getting out of this, we’re going to have a talk,” he stopped himself, correcting his remark after a moment’s thought, “…a few talks, actually.”
“No.” you frowned and he crossed his arms with a more serious ‘I’m your father, do as I say,” look about him. “It’s not up for debate.”
The brothers just looked back and forth, opting to stay quiet instead of getting involved. It did no good when the two of you got stubborn with one another.
“You can’t take him from me.” Your father’s stare softened slightly, shaking his head, “we need to discuss that, too.” Honestly, he wasn’t as interested in whether or not you kept the child, the problem was how quiet you were being about him. Something wasn’t right about the situation, and his preliminary searches came up with nothing.
He only had a first name, it wasn’t much to go on.
Terrence was staring at Bruce, one of his chubby little hands left your top to shove his thumb in his mouth. The unwavering stare the kid was giving him… if he didn’t know any better, Bruce would think he was being challenged. It took all of Bruce’s will power not to look down at Terrence, he wasn’t great with children, let alone an infant. He was broken from his thoughts of whether or not the kid actually was challenging him, or if he just had no clue about what to do in this situation (he didn’t want to admit it though) when you finally replied.
“You won’t find out where I was.” It was a statement.
He studied and trained hard to make hiding from anyone and anything look natural, you seemed to have been born with the (suddenly annoying) skill.
“Your thoroughness is worrisome.” He sighed, feeling this was going to be a bit… difficult.
The siblings all shared an amused laugh before Dick got back to his feet, another yawn escaping, “I’ll be in my old room, need some post-mission Z’s.” He felt like a zombie walking out of the room, hoping he’d beat the sun before it got too high. “See you and the kid in the… morning…?” He had almost no interest in trying to make his brain work, already resigned to bed.
“Then, you as well.” Bruce nodded to Damian and with a sigh, he stood up, “alright, father. Good night,” before Damian could leave the room, you were suddenly standing by his side. “Rest sounds good right now,” you avoided Bruce’s disappointed look, watching as Tim rocked forward from the chair to his feet before stretching.
Giving out a small hum, you quickly retreated into the hall with Damian, waiting for neither Tim or Bruce (mainly Bruce). As you left, Bruce turned to Tim, questioning what was going on, “Sorry, but…” he started, “I have no clue about this one…” Tim scratched the back of his head, staring at the floor sheepishly. He felt at a loss, not having been given the silent treatment by you since you were kids.
You were literally in each other’s business all the damned time.
-
Damian walked comfortably next to you, eyes drooping (even though he’d never admit it), and you dropped him off at his bedroom door.
“Night, Dami.”
“Good night,” you gave him a small hug, ruffling his hair as his ears flushed for the second time that night. “You’re lucky I’m going to sleep…” he huffed, hair now a complete mess. He entered his room, leaving you alone to the halls, “I think a quick shower would be nice…” you were walking towards your room now, intent on getting comfortable and relaxing before getting some shut eye. Dick was right, it was an exhausting night.
Hand on the door of your room, staring at the child struggling to stay awake in your arms, you shook your head.
It was worth it.
And you’d do it again. Every time.
-
Tim entered the room hesitantly, no knocking, he was certain you wouldn’t answer, anyway, but he checked to see if it was okay before closing the door behind him. Looking around to gather his bearings, as you had the light off, curtains drawn, and it was nominally darker than the halls, he spotted the top of your head over the edge of the bed. Quickly, quietly, he crept over to stand a few feet from you, but your eyes stayed on the sleeping child in your lap, refusing to look up.
He settled himself closely next to you, sliding down to sit on the floor and leaning against the side of the bed, shoulder rubbing your own. He looked to the child in your lap as well, then gave a small hum before lightly nudging you.
He wasn’t able to see well, but after adjusting to the lack of light, it became easier to understand his surroundings. It became easier to see your features, to see the kid in your arms, and it was easier to grasp the way you frowned in anticipation when turning to look him in the face.
He wasn’t certain why, but he braced for something, suddenly uneasy.
Your lips moved to form the word, no sound coming out, too terrified the walls would listen in, ‘Cadmus.’
Tim’s eyes widened in panic, the child’s big blues flashing in his mind, and it suddenly felt like everything was coming together. It was the one piece of useful information he was missing, the one piece that you made certain they wouldn’t be able to follow when you disappeared for the night. He looked to the sleeping child in your arms, then back up at you, brain going into overload. How...?
He understood now.
His hand found yours, squeezing tightly, reassuringly.
You slumped against his side, relieved.
He understood.

Okay, how about ethereal and kalon with Tim! :D (Separate or together, however you wanna do it, sis.)
let’s do this let’s go :D
ethereal: (adj.) extremely delicate and light in a way that seems too perfect for this world
kalon: (n.) beauty that is more than skin-deep
The day was warm, the breeze was cool, the sky was pretty and blue, the birds were lazing around, and Tim was never happier to be alive than he was then. You were to his left, curled into Tim’s side, your head on his chest as he ran his hand through your hair. His eyes were closed as he lay on the blanket you two had set up for the calm date, and he continued running his hand through your hair.
“It’s a nice day,” you commented as you snuggled a little closer.
Without opening his eyes, Tim hummed and said, “Yeah. You sure know how to pick them. What are the odds? The one day Gotham decides it’s not depressed anymore out of the year, and it’s our park date.”
You didn’t answer, and Tim quirked a brow in suspicion, cracking a baby blue eye open to look at you. You buried your face deeper in his shirt, trying to bide your smile,.
Chuckling, Tim kissed your hair. “Oh, you scheming little sneak. You knew today was going to be sunny.” He paused, opening both eyes and bending his arms to lean up a little without disturbing you too much, squinting at you. “Wait a second. Is that why you told me to cancel all my appointments today, and it had to be today?”
“Uh-huh,” you replied, lifting your head and perching your chin on his upper torso, smirking a little. “Even called Tam, Selina, Kori, Jason’s best friend, and Alfred to make sure we had a quiet, peaceful date. No vigilante or W.E. business today, Mr. Drake-Wayne.”
He couldn’t help but laugh a little at your determination, moving his hand to tilt your chin up a little, capturing your lips in his for a sweet kiss.
“You,” he started after the kiss was broken, “are a genius, babe.”
“Of course. I’m dating the world’s most stubborn hero, I have to figure out ways of getting him to shower, eat, and hydrate and have him think it was all his idea in the first place.”
“That hurt. Hit me right in the heart, babe, How cruel.”
“Stop being dramatic, Tim, only Dick can pull it off.”
You laughed together for a few minutes, still grinning afterward, and Tim flopped back onto the blanket arms eagle-spread.
As you shifted to get comfortable again, even pulling his arm back over you, Tim closed his eyes again, contented smile on his lips.
Oh yeah. It was a pretty good day.

Batfam Learning About Batman/Joker Clone Headcanons
Requested by anon: "Hi, I was always fascinated by Suberboy being a clone of Superman and Lex Luthor. Do you think you could do headcanons for the Batfamily finding out the beautiful baby girl they found in a lab is a clone of Bruce and the Joker? I'm going to climb back under my rock. Congrats on the milestone you deserve it.”
A/n: This is such an interesting idea!! I hope you like it my love and I did it justice (lol get it...justice... bc batman). ______
When the tests first come back confirming it. Everyone is shocked.
The baby is a clone of Bruce and the Joker? How?
There are so many questions.
But one thing is established. Neither the baby when she’s older or the Joker are to ever find out.
The baby is adopted into the family and everyone take helps raise her.
Some help more than others.
Alfred is the main caregiver
Bruce is next
Cass is always around to help.
Then Dick
Surprisingly Jason sometimes makes more time than Dick
Then Tim and Damian are about even.
As the baby grows they definitely monitor her mental state. Joker’s DNA is in her system which means mental illness is too.
Every member of the family would die for the child.
Also everyone has their own special talent with her.
Alfred can always get her to eat.
Dick always can make her laugh.
Bruce is best at calming her down.
Jason can get her to sleep like nobody else.
Tim is the best at teaching her things.
Cass is notorious for knowing exactly what she needs.
And Damian is always the first she’ll look for if she’s scared.
Honestly there isn’t a family that could love her more than this one.

May I ask, please and thank you, the batboys as yanderes with a reader who can teleport?
Yandere!Batboys x Teleporter!Reader Headcanons
- Credit to the gifs owner - Please be specific about characters wanted in requests -
Masterlist Navigation
Dick Grayson
• Dick would be pretty confused and shocked that you have this ability, especially as he hasn’t seen anyone with it before. But knowing that you’re unique only makes him like you even more.
• He would feel a little bit anxious about you teleporting all over whenever you wanted to, mainly because you could disappear at any moment and he couldn’t stop you. He hates the thought of you leaving, especially when you may have a little disagreement together.
• Dick is a clingy yandere, and there’s not much you can do to make him calm out of it. Although, you being able to teleport does mean you can escape him a lot easier than any other person would be able to.
• Dick would only want you to use your powers when you absolutely needed to, he wouldn’t be a big fan of you just using it casually. Plus, since he’s a yandere, he doesn’t really want you fighting and potentially getting yourself hurt; so even missions are restricted.
• You can get away pretty easy when you have free reign of your powers, but Dick would always try to get them under his control to a certain degree. He has a lot of access to technology, and if it’s found that a specially made device can stunt your teleportation then he would absolutely use it to keep you controlled.
Jason Todd
• Jason would initially be excited at your power, especially if you’re able to teleport other people with you. He thinks it’s handy and amazingly unique so you won’t hear many complaints from him until he wants to stop you from leaving.
• If you teleporting was a regular thing and you used it for every day activities then he would get used to it pretty quickly. But if you only used it rarely then he would probably be jumpy whenever you teleport to him as he’s always on guard after something dangerous such as missions or patrols happen.
• As a yandere Jason wouldn’t like the thought of you being able to leave him in an instant. So, he would try to convince you to stay with him as much as possible especially if he isn’t able to stop you from leaving.
• If Jason does end up taking control over you as a yandere then your teleportation would be restricted to being done only when needed. It would be used to protect you and others but he would still hate the thought of you fighting along side him just in case of you getting hurt.
• Since you can teleport it would probably be pretty easy to get away from Jason, especially if you can teleport long distances. You would feel tied down to him more due to emotional aspects and the thing that stops you from leaving would be the guilt of having to make him lonely again if you do.
Tim Drake
• Tim would be amazed at your ability and would be openly excited about it, so he wouldn’t really express for you to stop doing it any time soon. He wants to find out how it works, but he wouldn’t do anything experimental that might hurt you like most people would to find out what causes your powers.
• Tim does get startled when you teleport to him out of nowhere, especially if you hadn’t given him any notice. But usually he just shakes it off and ends up happy that you’ve come to see him.
• Tim is strong but it’s the emotional part of him that you need to watch out for. He wants you to have your fin and to be free while teleporting, but he will cause a lot of emotional pain if he ever thought you would leave him - and this can happen easily as he’s constantly needing you to dote on and reassure him.
• He’d more than fine with you using your powers to help other members of the team get away from danger or someone innocent who managed to get wrapped up in the situation. He would only put his foot down once he thought that you were going with them with the intention of doing something behind his back.
• Since you can teleport it would be pretty easy to get away at first, but just like Dick, Tim would find a way to either find out where you were pretty quickly or would have something that stops your ability of teleporting completely. It’s only a matter of time before Tim finds you again.
Damian Wayne
• Damian would be pretty curious about your powers and the different aspects of them, but he wouldn’t be too outwardly excited. He knows many people with special abilities and he’s noticed that most want to be treated just like normal people.
• Damian would come to terms with it pretty quickly, mainly as he’s been up against much stranger things and he has no need to feel any threat from you. However, he would dislike it if you used it to try to surprise him or sneak around.
• Damian would be extremely dangerous as a yandere, and you would have a hard time escaping him to begin with. Not only is he strong but he’s also well versed in many things and intelligent, so trying to get away would be a challenge for anyone.
• He would only start to restrict you from using your powers if he felt that you were going too far with them or doing something behind your back. Other than this, he would be pretty relaxed with your freedom and how much you can teleport before hand.
• Damian has eyes everywhere and a lot of connections, plus it’s easy for him to get to place to place. He’s patient so even if he knows he can’t find you immediately he’ll have you tracked down and you’ll be back with him in only a matter of time.

Hello there! Can you write hcs for Tim with a reader who's Wally West's younger sibling please?
Tim Drake x West!Reader
You don’t have super speed like your older brother
But you know all about his double life
You honestly keep your distance from it
Sure Wally was Kid Flash (or used to be)
But you still didn't want to meet other people or what not
It was because when you were younger, Wally told you that they k-worded the people who knew too much
Being older now you knew it was a joke
But you didn't want to test it
Even though he wasn't offically a superhero anymore
He still hangs out with this friends and everything
That's how you meet Dick Grayson
You know he's a superhero or something of the sort because he's friends with Wally
But you didn't try to find out his alter ego
One day Wally gets called for an emergency back to the cave
Only problem is that your parents aren't home
And Wally isn't sure how long he'll be gone
He can't leave you alone since you're a minor
So he isn't sure what to do with you
Until Dick gives him the idea to drop you off at the Manor
Even though you don't like the idea of being dropped off at a strangers house
Dick reassures you that his little brother is there and will keep you company
You want to complain and protest
But you see that Wally is at wit's end and then agree
Him giving you the biggest hug
"Thanks baby sis."
"Just bring me back a souvenier."
"You got it."
That's how you found yourself at Wayne Manor in Gotham City
After being haphhazardly speeded all the way there
And that's how you meet Tim
"Hi, nice to meet you, I'm (Y/N)."
"I know."
"You know?"
It's only then he notices the weird look you're giving him
"Oh, I'm not a stalker or anything. Just Dick told me you'd be coming home."
"Ah."
He shows you around the house and it's clear he's not sure how long you'd be staying there either
It's kind of awkward to be honest
You two have hardly a clue about each other
Luckily Alfred is there before things get too awkward
"Miss (Y/N), your brother tells me that you're quite the master at cheese viking."
Your eyes light up
"Yeah! I have the high score back at my hometown's arcade!"
"Master Tim quite enjoys playing Cheese Viking himself."
Alfred to the rescue indeed
You two end up playing Cheese Viking the entire day
At the end of the day you kind of forgot that you didn't have to go home
You spent the entire night together until Alfred said that it was time to bed
You let Tim pretend he was going to bed even though you knew he was going for patrol
"Well, be safe!"
"Hehe, why wouldn't I be safe? I'm just going to bed!"
You're surprised he thinks you'll believe that
"Sure..."
You spend the next few days together
Just nerding out
And Tim always has something new to do every morning
Even though Alfred has to coax him into it
Tim finds himself getting a slight crush on you
He tells himself it's just a summer fling kind of thing tho
And that he'll grow out of it after you leave
Cuz lord knows this never ending mission of theirs is a lonely endevour
Damian's words not his
You get really close during the time you spent together
When Wally's mission gets over he comes to pick you up
And you're upset you have to say goodbye to Tim
But you try and focus on the fact that Wally is safe and happily go home with him
You hadn't realized you were homesick until he came back home
You were so excited and relieved that you totally forgot to give Tim your number
You only realize a few days later and you're unsure how to contact him
You briefly wonder if you should ask Wally
But you don't want him to get upset
So you just suck it up
Dick meanwhile notices how his little brother feels a little down
"What's wrong Timmy?"
"Nothing..."
Dick tries to hide his smirk
"You know I have (Y/N)'s number right?"
"Really? I mean...uh...could I have it?"
To say you were excited to see a text from Tim was an understatement
Texting him non-stop for the next couple of days
Even calling and facetiming
Until Tim asks you on your first date
And you're ecstatic
One thing to mention is that Wally has no idea you two were so close
He's painfully oblivious
Artemis finds out when you confide about how nervous you are for the date
Promises not to tell Wally
Partly because you asked her to
And partly because she likes that you felt close enough to ask her
When Tim shows up at your house, Wally thinks it’s just for a playdate
Completely ignores the possibility of him being there to pick you up for a date
Even ignores the fact that he has flowers for you
Cuz he just thinks you’re too young to be dating
Even though he started dating Artemis about the same time
When he finds out though it’s like hell boiled over
You’ve never seen Tim intimidated but he just stares at Wally in fear as he’s tapping his foot on the couch
Your big brother is fuming because he caught you two kissing in your bedroom
Artemis and Dick are there but just smirking and waiting to see what he’ll say
“This!” He gestures between you two, “Is not happening!”
Before anyone can say anything you speak
“If you can have a robin then why can’t I?”
And boom
Artemis is laughing her ass off and both Dick and Wally are blushing
“I’m not dating Dick!”
“Oh really? Then the date nights you two have are a little weird don’t you think?”
Dick likes you so he’s definitely on your side
So is Artemis
Wally eventually relents but he doesn’t like it
Not until you get into a huge fight with Tim
And you’re at home sobbing your eyes out
And Wally goes over to his house to kick his ass
Only to see that he’s in a worse state than you are
Eyes red and puffy, hair all messed up and it looked like he was crying all night
And he realizes how much Tim really cares about you
So he convicnes him to make amends with you
And basically now treats him like a member of the family
And his blessing means a lot to you
And now you have a Robin of your own
“FOR THE LAST TIME I’M NOT DATING DICK!”
“WELL ALL THE FANFICTION SAYS OTHERWISE!”

Hope To Stay A While, Just Till The Rain Stops
Reader's world is thrown into a spiral when a 17 year lie comes to the surface.
Chapter One - Passing In A Blurr
Word Count - 768
-image not mine-
Chapter Two - Welcome To The Club
2 months. 2 months since we’d moved to this shithole of a city.
Why’d my mother move us halfway across the world to Gotham city I had no idea but here we were, in this ever-raining smog filled with criminals.
Our apartment wasn’t in a bad area, that meaning it was safe to walk as a group and not get killed but good luck if you’re alone.
My mother hadn’t really given any warning of us moving. She told me a month before we left to start packing my valuables and then we got on the plane and landed in Gotham on the first day of summer.
The city wasn’t that bad. What it lacked in safety it did make up for in uniqueness.
But it was my mother that threw me off the most. Since arriving here she was so on edge when we went outside, constantly looking over her shoulder like someone was following us. Her job hadn’t started and I was to begin my final year of high school at the end of summer so we were home together a lot yet she often left, stating she needed to go to meetings. She always came back a short while later and avoided me, choosing to rather make up an excuse of housework or unpacking.
The apartment was already furnished when we arrived so it was just adding some personal touches to the two bedroom flat. I was given the room that over-looked the city.
On nights when the sky was clear I got a beautiful view of the city lights from Gotham’s skyscrapers, the largest being Wayne Enterprises.
It had only been 2 months, but this shithole city had grown on me. Looking out over the buildings from my window ledge, I saw Gothamites moving around hurriedly. Groups of teenagers meandered, enjoyed the freedom of the city while smaller families with children moved idly through the park. This is what I had come to learn was a normal Saturday in Gotham.
Leaning back and turning my music up, I let myself be absorbed into the sounds while watching the people move about. My peace was interrupted when my mom opened my door and called to me.
“Get dressed in this. We’re going to meet some people.” She opened my closet, grabbed jeans and the most feminine shirt I had and threw the clothes on my bed. She then spun on her heels and left my room, closing the door behind her.
I blinked. This was unusual. She usually told me days in advance if we had plans and made sure we were ready an hour before whatever was planned. Why was this so sudden?
Knowing I wouldn’t get any answers from her and fighting would be futile, I sighed and got off my perch. Changing out of my comfy pajama’s and into her choice of clothes, I retied my hair and grabbed my sneakers. She stood at the front door, reading something on her phone.
When she spotted me, she hurried to shove her phone in her pocket and opened the door. “Let’s go.”
“Ok…”
This was really weird. Locking the door after her, I skipped down the steps to catch up to her. Why was she in such a rush? Ushering me into the Uber, she took her phone out once again and began reading, making sure to angle her body away from me. Choosing to ignore her, I looked out the window to watch the passing city.
My eyes caught the headline on a newspaper stand. “Batman: Hero or Hell bringer.”
This city was home of that caped vigilante and in the few weeks I have been here I’d learned another thing; Batman was one of the only things this city spoke of. Well, Batman and his group of bird- themed sidekicks.
So many theories of how the younger crusaders joined Batman, who Batman himself was, what was Batman’s true intentions. I’d often seen the ‘Bat-Signal’ on nights I couldn’t sleep and opted to look out the window but never the man himself, or his allies. Not even shadows.
I was beginning to wonder if everyone in this city was just suffering from mass illusions caused by the pollution.
“We’re going to meet a very important person, Bruce Wayne. I expect you to be well mannered and address him as Mr. Wayne. You understand?” My mother spoke.
My eyes widened and I snapped my head in her direction. Why the hell were we meeting the Prince of Gotham?
My mother’s closed off demeanor made it clear that she didn’t want questions. “Yes mom.”

Flying Graysons (Dick Grayson)
Request:Hey love! I came across your blog and I can't describe how in love I am with it. Can you do an imagine where the reader is dick Grayson's real sister and she passed away with his parents but the boys find a picture of this really beautiful girl and they ask him about it? Thank you lots! And hope you have a great day or night haha 💜
Gifs don't belong to me. Notes: While I was writing this, I realized John and Mary (Dick's parents) have the same names as the Sherlock and Supernatural characters!
I headcanon that Dick is such a hoarder. "You can't throw that old pair of tennis shoes away! I played basketball with Bruce for the first time with those!"
Warnings: Death, Blood, Grief,, ANGSTY AND SORTA FLUFFY??, Swearing Since the ages didn't line up, I made Reader 18 and Dick 10 when you died. Italics are memories.
Hope you like it, anon!
Hailey's Circus. It was Dick's home for the first 10 years of his life. It was also where the worst tragedy of his life took place. His family died that night, including his mother Mary, his father John, and his sister, you. The last time Dick talked to you, you were getting ready for the act that night. You were nervously walking around, doing the occasional gymnastic move. Dick walked up to you just as you did a backflip. "Hey, Y/N!" He yelled in his usual loud voice. You turned around, letting out a smile at your younger brother. "Hey, Rich." You were the only person to call him Rich. He pretended to dislike it but he really loved it.
Despite the age difference, you and Dick were close as could be. You were just like Mary, kind and brave. Dick looked up to you as a role model. Your gymnastic ability was outstanding and you were so kind, always going out of your way to help those who needed it.
"What did you need?" You questioned, going up to ruffle his hair. He stuck his tongue out at you and fixed his hair. He lifted an object up and shoved it in your face. "Look, I got a camera!" He grinned.
You two would always take pictures together before every show. It calmed your nerves and you would put the pictures in your memory box. You laughed lightly, taking it gently from his hands. "Let's take a picture together." You smiled, leaning down to Dick's height. "Say Grayson!" You yelled, grinning widely.
There was a flash and a piece of paper came out of the camera. You picked out the picture and gave it to Dick. He smiled widely, hugging you and quickly running to put it in the box.
It was finally time to go on and by now your nerves were calmed. "Please welcome, The Flying Graysons!" The ring master yelled out and you all cartwheeled out, flipping around and posing for the audience. The crowd let out cheers and yells.
"Tonight, the Graysons will be doing something dangerous, and daring, brave and bold!" The ringmaster shouted into the microphone, cueing lights to shine brightly on the diving board you were to perform stunts on.
"Tonight they will be performing with no safety net!" The crowd let out even louder cheers. Your mother jumped onto the holder and swung to the other side. Your heart pounded furiously as you watched her come back and call for your father. He grabbed onto her hands, successfully pulling off the stunt. But suddenly the rope snapped as they were coming back to the other side and the room filled with horrified screams, yours and Dick's included.
You watched in horror, reaching out for them as you screamed. You accidently tripped as you reached out and you fell off.
You watched Dick scream and reach his hand out for you as you fell. The last thing you saw was him crying out for you. Then everything went black. You died beside your parents, bloody and scared. You left behind Dick, who's entire world had shattered.
A few days later a man named Bruce Wayne, one of the richest people in Gotham, came up to Dick and offered to adopt him. He was still mourning and scarred by the images of his dead family, but he accepted. He had nowhere to go and staying with the circus wasn't an option. So he left, taking along the memory box you both treasured. It was years later, and he was moving his stuff that he hadn't bothered to get from the manor when he had originally moved out to his apartment in Bludhaven. His adoptive brothers, Tim, Jason and Damian were helping him pack his stuff.
"Damn Dickie, had no idea you had so much shit." Jason scoffed, throwing another shoe into his bag. Dick rolled his eyes and put the shoe in the proper bag. "It isn't even that much stuff, Jason. And you were the one to offer to help." He replied.
Damian, who was sitting on Dick's bed, made his famous TT sound. He had refused to help, but he was bored and decided to tag along. "Shut it, Todd. I bet your apartment is full of trash you never bothered to take out." Jason whipped around and glared at him. "For your information, demon spawn, my apartment is cleaner than your mouth." Damian was about to let out an insult but Dick silenced them.
Tim, who was under Dick's bed throwing out pizza boxes and other trash, let out a disgusted noise. "Jesus, Dick, ever heard of a trash can?" Dick glared and grabbed a piece of paper from Tim, who was about to throw it away.
"Excuse you, Timothy, but this piece of paper has significant value to me. I drew this tree for Bruce and he called it interesting." A few scoffs and a TT were heard, but after that it was silence.
Tim was throwing away yet another pizza box when he found a box that wasn't full of moldy pizza. It was a light blue box with "Y/N and Dick's box" written in cursive on the lid. He pulled it out and opened it.
It had a blue baby blanket with the name "Richard Grayson" sewn onto it in cursive that looked a bit similar to the writing on the box. Tim guessed it was written by the same person but a long time before the box was around. Beneath the blanket was a bunch of photos. Tim grabbed one and smiled lightly. A young Dick stood next to a beautiful girl with y/h/c and y/e/c. She was doing a peace sign and they both looked extremely happy.
"Dick, who's this?" Tim questioned, getting up from his spot on the floor to hand the box to him. Dick turned around and walked toward Tim. He let out a not so small gasp and everyone crowded around him. Jason took a picture from the box and whistled. "Damn Dickie, she's hot." Dick growled and snatched the picture back. "That's my sister, you ass."
Even Damian was paying attention now. "Sister?" They yelled out in shock. Dick looked down at the picture in his hand and smiled lightly. It was the last picture you took together. "I haven't looked in this box for years. It hurt too much." He said lightly. Grief shot through him but he continued to look through the box. It was full of pictures, some of you and Dick and some of the entire circus together.
"Before every show, we'd take a picture together. Sometimes with the entire circus," Dick smiled. "This is the last picture we took together." He held it out for the others to see. The boys were astounded by your beauty. "She was so kind and beautiful, everyone loved her. She was the best big sister ever."
Damian gave the picture back. "What happened to her?" He questioned, ignoring the look Tim gave him. Dick frowned. "She died with my parents." The room got quiet after that until Damian spoke up. "She was pretty." It shocked everyone to hear that from him but Dick just smiled. "Yeah, she was." After that everyone went back to cleaning, feeling a bit down. They wished they could have met you.

Club Fits-BatBoys x reader HCs
(I don't know what this is lol)
Dick Grayson:
Dick couldn't stop staring at you when you walked into the club
Like sis please! the blue color on your skin and the lowcut was driving him crazy
After you had your first drink, he slid up to you, interrupting your talk with the bartender
"You really know how to show out. I'm jealous." He smiled his pearly whites.
Flirting with Dick was your favorite pastime ever since you met him
Both of yall just barely crossing the line from "co-workers" to intimacy
"You know blue is my favorite color." You smirked, turning more towards him so he could get a peek down your chest
"Fuck." He whispered and ordered a round of shots, like he was supposed to be doing for the group at the booths
He noticed your body was gaining more attention and grabbed onto your arm
Grabbing the drinks then your arm, he pulled you with him
"Woah. Hey, you know I'm not worried about them."
He grinned at that. "So you're gonna stop teasing me?"
"Oh babe never." You laughed
Tim Drake
Bruce had you and Tim go out to the club to figure why people were missing in the area
Tim had been crushing on you for so long!
Literal heart eyes every time you talked to him
Jason and Damian, hell even Alfred loved to tease him
He was sure Bruce sent you with him on purpose
When you came over to catch a ride with him to the club, his brain stopped
You looked like a straight goddess and your skin was looking so soft and you were showing so much
"Have a good time. Tim be respectful and watch over y/n." Damian glared
Rolling his eyes, he led you to the car and to the club
"I know this is a mission so we need to blend in." You grabbed his wrist and pulled him to the dance floor
"Shouldn't we find a booth or something first?" He asked, looking down at your hand around him
Fuck you made him so nervous all the time
You, on the other hand, were making a move tonight!
"We can watch from here." Pressing your back to his chest and bringing his hands to your hips while you started to roll them to the music
Tim groaned, causing you to laugh
"You're supposed to be paying attention to other people Tim. And being respectful." You teased.
Tim was always calculating but he was in no way prepared to handle your teasing all night
Not when your ass was grinding in a circle on him and his fingers were gripping into your skin

Stone Skipping Final Part
Summary: The Batfamily has always been so crazy that no one notices the silent sister. She’s made her way through college with no one else realizing, sometimes forgetting about her completely. How many times can she bounce back before sinking?
Warnings: Angst?
Request: Part one wasn’t.
Pairing?: Family; Batfamily x Sister! Reader a small bit of Bart Allen x Reader at the end.
———
The CCPD was calmer than normal, no crimes from any of the rouges but it could not be said by some of the other cities in the country. Work was simple, a catch up day of reports for most. (Y/n) Wayne was looking through a few cases that were thought to be linked. She had been working for the CCPD for the past two years, starting the job in her last year of college.
It had been five years since Damian and her moved to Central City. Damian worked as a veterinarian not too far, though (Y/n) said he would’ve been a good asset to the Police Department as a detective. Both left the lives they lived in Gotham behind, not wanting to go back. They may be the biological heirs to the company but they knew Tim could handle it just fine. Neither (Y/n) or Damian ever made a move to talk to their dad or brothers. Alfred was the only one allowed to stay with them.
"(Y/n), there are two men asking to talk to you," an officer stated.
"What are their names? Because if it's my dad or brother's I don't want to speak with them."
The guy nodded and walked away to go talk to the pair that wanted to talk to her. Quickly she compared fingerprints and weapons from a recent case to one that happened a few months back. The crimes were very similar, too similar in the way they were planned, they had to be connected in some way or shape.
“(Y/n), they said their names were Bart Allen and Jon Kent. Do you still want them to come in?”
A smile graced the young woman’s face and she nodded, “Yes right away.”
Jon, Bart, Damian and (Y/n) were all close friends. They helped each other out and helped each other through school. More often than that they just hung out like normal people and lived normal lives. Inside jokes and random visits were a normalcy among the group, not one falter was possible between them. (Y/n) was going to guess that the man was new to the station since everyone knew who Jon and Bart were. Looking up as two figures she stood up sharply a glare in her eyes. Now she was certain the man was new or paid off, no one would let those two in to talk to her. It was common knowledge that the (Y/n) and Damian Wayne didn't talk to the rest of their family and everyone knew who was in the group.
She tapped her bracelet that went unnoticed at the sight of the two. Damian would come as soon as possible, as would Bart and Jon. She needed to get away from these two, now.
"Sit down sis, we just want to chat."
"There is nothing to chat about Timothy. Why did you and Richard come? You know I want nothing to do with Gotham or the rest of our family. So why are you two bothering me while I'm clearly working?"
Both men frowned at her, "Look we just wanted to apologize about-"
"About what?” (Y/n) cut off. She was well aware that her co-workers were getting ready to move the two young men if needed. “About forgetting my existence for all the time you’ve known me? Only showing you cared when I left for Central? Richard, Timothy, if you wanted anytime to apologize then it should have been soon after I left. It’s been five years, not five weeks, five years. I’ve made a life for myself and so has Damian, we don’t plan on leaving our new lives.
“If you wished to apologize then go ahead apologize, that doesn’t mean a I’ll be forgiving you for what you did. You can talk to Damian, that is if he doesn’t punch you first.” She nodded as she looked past the two and to her friends and little brother. None of them looked happy, in fact Damian looked ready to murder both of them, Tim mostly.
“Honestly, don’t you remember when we skipped stones?” Dick tried to get to her. All he got was a blank look and a nod. “We had fun and we were siblings.”
“The key words in that sentence are had and were. Dick, you have no right to come here and make sure she talks to you.”
Dick looked at Bart in surprise of what came out of the young speedster’s mouth. Jon nodded in agreement and Damian was faster than you could blink. One second he was next to Jon and the next he was in front of Tim. The only things holding back were his morals and Jon’s grip on his arm.
“(Y/n) we can remove them from the premises if you wish.”
“That won’t be necessary Captain. I’m sorry for the disruption, may I leave early?”
“Of course.”
The woman packed her things and grabbed Tim’s and Dick’s arms before dragging them out with her three boys behind her, all chuckling in amusement. Soon they reached a small diner where the six got a table.
“Why are you two here?” (Y/n) questioned. She looked Tim dead in the eye and he couldn’t help but remember the night she had left, the day right before Damian’s graduation. Dick couldn’t believe how much his sister had grown from when he last saw her on Christmas about six or seven years back.
“We wanted to talk,” Dick replied, he was trying hard to stay calm but couldn’t as Jon sat next to him, giving him pointed glares.
Damian rolled his eyes from across Jon, “Well, we’re talking. You better say what you need to by the time this early dinner ends. We have places to be.”
“The winter festival,” Tim guessed. “We know what you four have been up to for the past few years. You all volunteer at homeless shelters, help out where ever your needed, only as your civil identities. You four are like everyday heroes that help with the small stuff.”
“While that is all correct, why have you been keeping tabs on us in the first place?” Damian questioned, his eyes zeroed in on the older men.
Dick shrugged, “Wanted to make sure our little siblings are well and safe.”
The two Waynes scoffed and rolled their eyes, glancing down at the menus. They both doubted that was the reason why they tried to corner (Y/n) at her job. The waitress took their drink orders and hurried off but the tension still stood.
“Look, why are you really here? What could you possibly know?”
“Enough,” Tim said causally. “Damian’s a veterinarian, not that I’m surprised by that. You’re a forensic sciencetist, that was a little startling seeing as you went to medical school. Jon’s a journalist like Clark, one of the best actually which is surprising, I always remembered you as a goof ball. Bart is also a scienctist that specializes in physics. All four of you live in Central City, right across the hall from each other in fact. (Y/n) and Damian live in the same apartment that the had moved into and Jon and Bart live as roommates right around the hall. However, Jon and Damian spend more time with each other while Bart and (Y/n) spend more time with each other. Should we be worried about that?”
“Should you even care?” Bart snapped. “These are our personal lives and no offense Drake, we don’t want you in it. You had your shot and you missed it.”
“Look, we just want to set a new play field,” Dick began. “We don’t have to be friends though we’d prefer it. We know being siblings is out of the question so friends?”
“Acquaintances,” Damian spoke up. “We’ll see about friends in the future but we’re acquaintances. I don’t forgive you for what you’ve done and by the look in (Y/n)’s not forgiving you guys either.”
“Damian’s correct, I don’t forgive you and nor will I be your friend at this time. We will only be acquaintances and nothing more. I have not intention on being your sister in any time.”
The six sat in silence, a little less tension than before. Soon after dinner was over they went their separate ways. Though Dick and Tim were not Damian and (Y/n)’s siblings and would never be, perhaps becoming friends would be better. The pair went back to Gotham and informed everyone of what had happened, no one was overly pleased. The group of four however enjoyed the rest of their evening laughing and talking all happy that the festival was taking place.
There were things that had changed over the past five years like stones being skipped.
First, Damian stopped being so serious and stiff. He would talk, laugh, and joke like most people his age would. He enjoyed his life as he lived it and didn’t insult people unless they deserved it. The press and media saw the change of the Past Gotham Prince and people saw him as he had truly become. A young man with a love for animals who was actually a truly caring person that would help anyone and everyone.
Second, (Y/n) had let her emotions take more control over her thoughts and actions than she normally had. She was able to help as many people as she could both in and out of her job. She was great at her job and people seemed to recognize her as more than just a silent and pretty face. She was a smart woman and was ready for most anything and to help those who needed it. She wasn’t Gotham City’s princess anymore but a Central City Hero.
Third, Jon had indeed moved to Central City and followed Clark’s footsteps as he became one of the best journalists known around the nation. He gave his adoptive parents a run for their money as he wrote and got his stories published. His powers helped him, especially his super hearing which could pick up most conversations that he wanted to hear. He was a favorite in Central City for his writing, it was something that surprised those closest to him but he had a natural talent for it.
Fourth, Bart gave up the superhero gig and started a normal life. He’d get called in about once every year for an extreme emergency and that was all he’d listen to. He didn’t have an easy job as a physicist as it was a complicated task but he enjoyed it none the less. He was one of the best in the city.
Fifth, Bart and (Y/n) had gotten together, but they didn’t go public. Last thing they wanted was for the press and media to find out so they just acted like good friends in front of people. It hasn’t changed the group’s dynamic at all, they were all great friends and that would never stop.
They had changed into people they never thought they would be. All four were happy, glad to have each other and glad to have left.
“Stone skipping?” Damian asked as they got hot chocolate.
“I was naive, thought it was fun. I liked to see how far I could get it to skip before sinking.”
The group smiled and joked around, teasing each other as the winter festival brought joy to everyone there. Even so, Damian couldn’t help but think that people themselves were like skipping stones, they could only go so far before they sunk to their lowest point. It was only a matter of time before someone went to pick them back up again and test how far they could go once again and doing better than before, perhaps even reaching the goal that was set. It was a never ending cycle and he couldn’t help but smile even more as he realized that his sister was like an embodiment of that cycle.

Note: I don’t know why, but writing the last part made me very emotional. When writing this chapter I realized what Damian had and I hope I’ve entertained you! You can message me request if you want me to write something but I hope you all have a good day and enjoyed what I wrote. Also shoutout to @lizlil for being so kind and writing what she had. But shoutout to everyone that liked the story or commented on them.

Title: little delinquent pt ii
part i | part ii | part iii
Warnings: Female!reader (bat!sis), mostly family fluff, AU, hurt/comfort, language
word count: 4000~
-
a/n: still no jaybird lmao I’m sorry, but I brought in mamabat duke, because he’s the best at being a mamabat without smothering you like your other siblings. Steph too because she’s your sweet bean partner in crime u v u)9 For my sanity, Metropolis is in Deleware across the bay from Jersey (tho Gotham is still north of Atlantic City).
-
He wasn’t certain if he should be proud or upset at how quickly you’d turned Tim against him, the two of you now working in unison, playing ‘keep away from big papa Bruce.’ No matter when he tried to approach you, something always seemed to happen or come up, and it was actually starting to get on his nerves. Worse was Damian seemed to be joining in, his rebellious nature being nurtured by the influence of both Tim and yourself.
He knew it would be difficult to deal with you and your ability to hide anything, just like you could hide yourself, but… Now he had to deal with more than just you, and Tim wasn’t going to make it any easier for him. Oh no, this was going to be a headache with you two. And Damian… He couldn’t trust that his son wouldn’t give away anything he did to you, his loyalties giving out to the growing childish nature he was developing. Bruce was again at a loss, should he be happy Damian was acting his age, or upset that he was more interested in working with the ‘opposition?.’
“It’s not a mission,” Damian had commented, so it was “fair game.”
He rested his head in his hands, fingers lightly massaging his temples as his elbows supported him, propping him up on the ornate desk in his study. Fucking hell, he had to outsmart both the tech sleuth and the stealth agent of the family. Information was literally their game. Rather than giving into the growing frustration in his stomach, he stood up, now a bat on a mission as he quickly headed down to the cave. He thanked his moody bat heart that it was just two of his kids (he wasn’t certain of Damian yet, the wild card), and not… more…
The League computers would definitely come in handy right about now.
He was gonna go full fucking vigilante detective bat mode on his kids.
Again.
He groaned.
-
[bigR] Dad took off for the League, bet you can guess why.
Flipping your personal phone closed with a light snort, you refocused your attention on buckling the toddler into the hand-me-down car seat. You’d definitely have to get him a new one on your shopping trip, you just hoped Duke’s car could fit everything…
Damian was securing his sword between him and the kid before he crawled in, closing the door and putting on his safety belt. You grinned at him as he avoided your smile, looking away instead, “hurry up.” Shaking your head, you leaned in to rub your nose against Terrence’s own, his chubby fingers coming up to grab at your face, hair, clothes, ears, and earrings ohgodstop. Having cooed at him enough, and having been assaulted by his little nails, scratches now on your chin, you leaned back and out of his reach, closing the door softly.
“Are you sure it’s okay to shirk off for the day? You’re the one usually patrolling at this time…” you headed to the passenger side, “Big guy said it was fine, besides…” Duke smiled and nodded his head towards the car with a wink, “wouldn’t want to leave you alone with a bunch of kids.” It’s not like he was wrong, but you were skilled enough to handle your brother and… son… ah… that was going to get some getting used to. A smile and spread on your face with a light laugh as you climbed in, settling, and closed the door behind you, “ready to get going?” Damian glared at you before refocusing his attention on Terrence, ignoring your obviously dumb question, “Pennyworth mentioned Todd having finally gotten back before I left.”
Duke had started up the car and checked over everything before heading down the manor drive, now officially on the road. Meanwhile, you hummed happily, “guess I’ll have to go see him when we get back.” Damian made a face, “gross.” You rolled your eyes in amusement, “you knew what my reaction was gonna be.”
The two were ridiculous in how they treated each other, honestly.
“It’s still gross.”
The ride down the ocean side drive was calming, the windows lowered to let the cool ocean breeze in. Damian was back to his “poking the toddler’s nose” game, having gotten used to the sound of a baby, and no longer acting like it wasn’t his fault when he made the toddler laugh.
Meanwhile,
“So, who made you the baby-sitter?” Duke kept his eyes on the road, the ever-responsible budding adult that he was, “Bruce, actually.” He grinned at the way you looked at him, catching sight from the corner of his eye, “surprising, I know. Woulda thunk Tim’d have asked, huh?”
Nodding, you leaned back, “well, I mean, yeah. He’s been pretty upset since the other day, he won’t leave Terrence and I alone at the manor. He’s been staying over...” You might have felt bad for lying to Duke, but the truth was that you were lying to everyone but Tim at this point. Not that it was the first time you’d lied to them. You told the truth so often that they took you at your word, never catching on when you did fib, but you were pretty certain this would blow up in your face.
They’d catch you eventually.
This wasn’t one of those easy to digest lies either, that was the complicated part. It terrified you how they’d react once they learned the truth.
Then…
Before that happened, you made the silent determination that you’d make your… son a part of the family. They won’t be able to decide anything for him then, they’d be in too deep, you’d make certain.
Yeah, you could be a little… manipulative sometimes.
Probably something you got from your father.
“What’s up?”
“Oh, sorry, nothing. My mind was just wandering,” Duke frowned a little, flipping on his blinker while coming to a slow crawl, “not believing you.”
Turning your head to him, your grin was a bit scary, “okay, so, I was just thinking about if your car can fit everything I’m going to want to buy.” It was enough to distract him, a groan finding its way out as he pulled into the ticketing line for the ferry.
“If..??”
Now, to really drive it home, you pulled something from your purse and waved it at him, “Is… is that…” he eyed it nervously. “Yes, yes it is, dear brother.” His ears burned as he turned his eyes from you, hand now outstretched in your direction.
“You’re paying the ferry, then…” he muttered.
You put your dad’s credit card on his palm,
“Rich little daddy’s girl.”
This time the snort came from the back seat, “I have one as well, Thomas. You need only ask father.”
Duke sputtered and refused to acknowledge either of you till after having crossed the Deleware Bay.
Rich kids. Honestly.
-
Metropolis always amazed you, honestly, the bright skies overhead and the amount of people without a care in the world was enviable. Still, it just wasn’t… home. By now you’d developed some serious Stockholm for the cesspit that is Gotham. Even so, you preferred to go shopping here, their selection of high-quality stores mixed with less people recognizing you, and your family, were boons.
As you stared up at the towering high rise in front of you, Damian having disappeared inside minutes before, there was one other reason for coming to Metropolis…
“You’re always so slow! I told you to hurry up!!”
“Who’s slow?! You’re the slow one!!”
“Boys, please—”
The loud sound of twin crashes echo’d out the opened lobby door, the two boys in question bounding out with plenty of energy and two very red chins. “That… looks painful…” you smiled, walking over to check Damian’s face for actual injury.
“Tt, I’m fine.” He smacked your hand away, glaring at the super next to him, rubbing his own, already healing chin. “Hey Jon, enjoying Metropolis?” The bright-eyed boy, sans cape, grinned at you from ear to ear, “There’s so much to do here!” he almost lifted off the ground in his excitement, “but I miss the farm.” A chuckle came from the entrance to the building, deep and warm and just as kind as the child now sticking his tongue out at your youngest brother. On the man’s broad shoulder was an overnight bag, and a sheepish smile on his face as if he felt guilty.
He probably did, the two boys were a handful.
Duke was leaning against the roof of the car with a huge dopey smile on his face, waving at the man approaching, “Hello, you must be the chaperone, Duke Thomas?” your newest brother nodded enthusiastically, almost at a loss for words, “Yup! I-I mean y-yes, it’s nice to meet you, sir!” Clark only chuckled, far too used to such formalities, “Clark is fine, our families are… close, after all.” He watched the boys pull at each other’s faces in mock battle.
“Ah, Clark! It’s been a while!” the older male smiled as he stopped a few feet from you and the car, hands resting on his hips, “Miss Wayne.” Near immediately, his eyes shifted to the backseat of the car and he leaned against the door, looking in.
“Bruce has another kid? He looks like how I always imagined him to look as a kid, suspiciously innocent,” you froze, and he would have laughed at the thought of Bruce with more secret kids, but he straightened. Looking at you in concern instead, he started, “I know he’s not… the most affectionate father, but…” you quickly shook your head, attempting damage control. “It… no, he’s not dad’s…” You laughed nervously at the look on his face, his hand raising to point at you as his mouth opened and closed a few times, trying to process.
“Yup. He’s… His name is Terrence, and he’s… my… son…” your tone turned warm and kind, and your eyes settled on the babe in the car with all the grace of a mother, just like Lois when Jon had been born, the older super nodded thoughtfully. “I’m glad it’s you, then. If anyone in that family can raise a good kid, it’ll be you.” The two of you shared an understanding smile, though yours was accompanied by a twitch or two, swearing he enjoyed his little joke, before he turned his head painfully in surprise, as if an enemy had suddenly appeared.
Following his sight, you had to laugh at the dark glare on Damian’s face directed at Clark, “well, I think it’s time I take my leave, then.” He scratched the back of his head, avoiding the kid’s gaze. He wanted to inquire more about the new addition to the family, but it would have to wait. Jon gave his dad a huge hug, getting his hair ruffled in the process as Clark waved at Duke, chucking the overnight bag into the car.
With a last good-bye to you, he turned high-tail and ran, as if he were almost eager to get away. Watching him jog slowly inside the building, you almost swore his steps were far lighter than his build, “probably prefers to float…” looking away, you missed him trip.
“Alright, c’mon you two. Get in.” when you’d opened the door, the two boys stared in horror, “I’m not sitting in the middle.” Damian ground out before Jon pushed him with more force than Damian could resist, “HE’S YOUR BROTHER!!! YOU SIT IN THE MIDDLE!”
“STUPID! HE’S MY NEPHEW!”
“Still, you sit next to him…” Jon pouted, and combined with your stare, Damian crawled in with a grumble, “Stupid super.” Jon ignored him without issue, and you’d have to ask Damian about it later, curious as to why his best friend was so used to his insults like it was a common occurrence? Then he climbed in after, shutting the door behind him.
“Nerves of steel, that one,” you mumbled, getting back in the car as Duke laughed lightly, starting the car up before heading a bit further into the city. After a few minutes and a few stop lights, Duke gave in to the side-glances you kept giving him, having caught them from the corner of his own eyes, “what now?” The growing devious grin on your face had him on edge, “speaking of nerves of steel…” a shiver hit the back of his neck, “please don’t.” His begging stopped nothing, “fanboy,” but of course you would, and he did his best to pay attention to the road, “don’t make me ignore you all day.”
“I thought it was cute though? Haha, Izzy would be jealous.”
“It’s… I mean, he was…” his ears were burning, especially at the mention of Isabella’s name, and he pouted worse than Jon had.
“I know, but still. You know you’ve met him before, right?” Duke looked like he wanted to disappear in his seat, “just… in costume…” you hummed in amusement.
It didn’t take long for Duke to pull into the parking lot at one of the high-end furniture stores, resting his head on the steering wheel for a moment after parking. The two boys were already out of the car, bickering and racing into the store, “you have no taste! It’s all dark! You can’t put a baby in a depressing room!”
“YOU WANT TO BLIND HIM WITH BRIGHT COLORS!”
“YOU WANT TO SCARE HIM WITH DOOM AND GLOOM!”
The two were practically racing at this point, shoving each other back and forth, though Jon often made Damian stumble through raw strength, and Damian often made Jon trip through dirty tricks.
“Aaaaand there they go.” You were already out of the car as you said it, heading to the driver’s backside door. Duke stepped out before stilling, his face falling at the straps in your hand, outstretched towards him, “you have got to be kidding.”
“Nope, you’re the babysitter today, Papa Duke.”
He took the child carrier from you, strapping the pack on with a depressed aura of resignation, “this so doesn’t look cool.” You snickered as you transferred Terrence over to the pack on Duke’s front, “yeah, but people won’t mess with a big guy like you. Besides, I can handle Damian better than you, can you take care of our son?” you teased him.
“Yeah, I can take care of… him…” Duke eyed the child looking around at everything he could, taking in every sight with silent baby contemplation skills, thumb in his mouth.
“Don’t worry, I won’t tell Izzy about us,” you thought for a moment as he ignored your comments, switching tactics. Eyeing him before patting him on the shoulder, you began heading after the two boys, “when you get back, tell Izzy you think she looks like a piece of candy.”
He had a confused look as he followed after you, catching up in a speed walk, “what’s that supposed to mean?”
Not only did his ears turn red, but his entire face and neck burned hot at the suggestive smile on your face, “Oh… wait, w-why out of nowhere though?!”
“You forget, I live with nothing but men. Harper’s not around often and Steph is the only female I see on a regular basis.”
“Get some friends,” he groaned.
“That’s what family is for.”
Ugh.
-
Shopping actually went a lot better than expected, and you were able to get a new car seat at the behest of Damian, “no way you’re using a hand-me-down,” he all but threatened. There were some smaller things you could easily fit into the car, a few boxes, one for a mobile, one for a few bed sets, a giant pregnancy pillow -- regardless that you weren’t pregnant, you wanted the giant horseshoe pillow. Jon was jealous of it, now wanting one of his own, as you picked up some non-essentials.
The bigger things would have to be shipped, a crib for a few months till he was big enough, small bed with side bars so he wouldn’t fall out when ready to swap out the crib. They even had a huge rocking chair! It was probably one of the most comfortable things you had ever sat in, its ability to “rock” you back and forth on its slides without losing much momentum was heaven.
And you could curl up in it.
Somewhere in all the chaos, just as expected, you’d gone and lost both the boys. Or, well, more like they lost you. Duke was still dutiful with Terrence, and he was also really amazing at looking at details and knowing what item was better than the next. Sure, you’d been taught the same skills, but you were preoccupied with Damian and Jon (until you weren’t).
“Hum… hey, I’m gonna go check out next door, okay?” Duke turned to you from the different curtains in his hand, having taken to looking at a few general things for the room; curtains, bookshelves, a desk or two.
Unlike your father and most of your family, you had far more free time to do these small things yourself, never needing to hire an assistant to do all the work. You only needed some help with moving things, of course. It was something you’d picked up from both Alfred and the Kents, the equally uneasy and comforting feeling of being humble.
“Sure, which one?”
“The clothing store, I think there’s a dedicated kid store a bit further down the mall strip, I’ll probably make my way towards that.” Duke pouted, “leaving me alone with the kids?”
“Just one.” To emphasis your point, Terrence decided to start pulling on the same curtain as Duke, though Duke swatted his hands away quickly. A one-sided glaring contest began as the kid kept his frown on Duke, not looking away.
Duke looked around ignoring him, “that’s… true…”
“Thanks Papa Duke!” you gave him a hug, burying your face in Terrence’s and pelting him with kisses, pulling back only when his laughter echoed around the three of you. Duke refused to look at you as you cooed at the child strapped to his chest, awkward, “I hate you.”
“You love me.”
He snorted and went back to picking out curtains, “and don’t you forget it.”
“You have my card still, right?” He nodded, not even bothering to ask if you needed it. He knew you didn’t carry paper notes around, having seen you use your phone to pay for things physically too often.
Taking that as your cue, you turned to leave, “text if you need anything, and keep an eye out for the boys, I’ll… look, too,” and a moment later you were outside the store, stretching in the sun with a big breath of fresh air. Dang you loved Gotham, but also? Dang you loved Metropolis, too.
-
[steph] hey, herd u like
[steph] have a baby now???!
[steph] ;)))))
The buzzing of your personal phone caught your attention,
[you] tim? also, switching over for a bit.
You switched recipients,
[you] ready.
Turning the phone off and flipping it closed, you began walking in the opposite direction that Duke had been told, popping the back of the case off and pulling out the battery.
You’d asked Tim to redirect a dummy signal for your phone, keeping it within a five-foot radius of Duke for the next forty minutes or so. He’d given you the thumbs up, your telling him everything when you got back being his payment for helping.
He was very curious as to why you were breaking in to the LexCorp building.
The rather fast-paced walk (almost a light jog) to the building wasn’t that long, you’d made certain the stores you chose were close on purpose. Taking out your business phone, you opened it to another text as you started up a rather… illegal app. Your phone’d been rooted from the moment you had it, and it was hooked up to a very specific closed network.
This outing was one of the only chances you’d get, having lucked out with the more lenient Duke, as your other siblings were far more vigilant. Damian meanwhile was distracted by Jon, the two acting more like brawling siblings than best friends. Though Damian preferred the term rivals, but Jon was just happy to have a close friend he could be himself with.
[splr] he couldn’t contain himself
[splr] was vibin’ like flash lol
There were very few people who had access to this phone, and unfortunately for Tim, it was a hazard for both of you to have any kind of connection to him on your work phone. Stephanie however was one of the very few people who got to have that privilege.
[you] remind me to thank him for stealing my thundr
The family had the Bat-computer, Batman had the League’s Womb mainframe, the Robins had their Nest, and you? You had access to something older, reborn too many times, and set up and now maintained by some genius mastermind you’d never heard of.
It was a mostly defunct information network by this point.
You’d met some really interesting people when you used to tail your father, and through repeated encounters, you’d met even more interesting uh... “friends.” Eventually you weren’t stalking your dad, instead, you were learning to do what you did best: Spy-games and recon.
And you’d impressed the wrong people.
But you didn’t mind, you liked the constant link to “their” information hubs.

The Society’s Networks.
You knew your dad suspected some of your activities, but he never approached you about them. Probably because Batman enjoyed your access to these networks often when they were online, having come to you on multiple occasions to see if you could help with his detective work.
You were playing double agent, compiling what you could from the chatter picked up from specific phones hooked into the closed channels. Sure, they weren’t always active and so sometimes you had to go with information from recon, but you did what you could, your bias for your bats, and birds, too strong. For your family.

Not that you’d ever shown him, if Batman knew what kind of information the Society had in their databases, well… you were pretty certain the world would burn.
He once said it was best he didn’t know, something about helping to keep a balance between the good and the bad, causing both sides to stay in check.
The database’s app held all kinds of information, and as you downloaded the LexCorp building plans (sans recent modifications), you stared at the towering complex in front of you. Before you went further, you made certain the matrix encryption program was running, after all, “no reason to let anyone know I’m here.”
“Done this tons of times, can totally do this again,” but LexCorp was terrifying, Lex Luthor was terrifying, almost as much as Wayne Enterprises. Here’s to hoping your dad’s technology and Tim’s brain were smarter than anything Lex could cook up.
Besides, wasn’t he under house arrest right now?
It did nothing to calm your nerves.
“Nerves of steel, totally.”
You had to be fast.
