HORIZON, the musical: "RETURN TO MERIDIAN" –or a feeble attempt at fanfiction.

A journey back to the heart of Horizon world, both literal and emotional.

This 'gamified fic' is an experimental concept, designed as an immersive "interactive reading" in sync with the Horizon games' OST—kind of like a 'reversed-soundtrack'.

Instead of writing music to illustrate a story, as is usually done, I thought it would be fun to try it the other way around. Because, why not? ^^

The layout will [guide you to] follow the flow, with the text becoming a mere subtitle to the music... which is ultimately the true hero of the story here.

Today is Friday, February 15, 2023

Hi everyone, if you had read the previous posts, well first, no you didn't ;), I deleted those posts and all reblogs I made. The tag system never got started well for the reblogs, all that are remaining are my original posts, yes I know there are not many...

Anyway I decided I want to continue this blog just for personal use, but instead I am going to start a new blog, so please follow that one instead. I find this blog too embarrassing...

My new blog is not going to be an aesthetic blog, just a generic ol' blog with everything, hope that's fine...I'm going to make another textpost with it and pin that post.

Funnily enough I'm starting a new blog just a few days off the year anniversary of me creating this blog

We are entering the Endgame Territory.

I am working hard on whats coming, which is definitely the hardest update I have ever drawn! I have been saving this final plotline for over a year now and I am feeling so many emotions about finally getting it on paper! (on... tablet? digital canvas?)

I hope you guys are excited! I also hope the wait for another update wasnt too bad!

Have you watched Dungeon Meshi yet? I feel like you would LOVE dungeon meshi (see also: I think it would give you obsessive brain rot)

I uh... um... yeah I like Dungeon Meshi a normal amount.

#ask #I am so glad that I give off the vibes of someone who likes Dungeon Meshi. The brain rot is nearly a decade old!#I do recommend looking through the link on 'Dungeon Meshi' - that's the whole chronological tag of the art I've done so far.#Ryoko Kui is a huge art inspiration and I honestly feel like I got a *lot* better after drawing her characters.#Probably because I was looking at more references than I normally do but hey! Progress is progress!#Dungeon Meshi updates kept my deeply depressed ass alive in the darkest moments.#Now it's responsible for being something that got me noticed by the person who made Nico the catboy.#I think I might actually be a bit more known *for* the Dungeon Meshi art than the MDZS content at this point.#When season two comes out I *will* be back for Thistle Thursdays.
