Are you alright? You haven't posted anything in a while. We're worried about you.

Im safe, im alive, dont worry. I have my surgery this month.

Thought I have currently shelved the project, i haven't decided on the final plan of what i will do with, I fully plan to finish the second chapter at some point.

But there was a lot of mismanagement with this project. Me putting too much pressure on myself, both over planing and underplaning, and me having a unhealthy work ethic, not talking proper breaks and drawing for 10 hours or more. none of this was the readers fault by the way, almost everyone was so kind and patient. no the pressure was all my own. i come from a family of workaholics my granfather retired at 94 when his company pressured him to retire, my mom works 3 jobs not because she needs to but because she wants to one them not even payed, healthy work ethic was never something i was taught and now, at 23 I have to learn how to work without destroying myself for it.

For the time being especially after my health returns i want to focus on smaller projects, one off comics, animation, illustration maybe even non comic writing like personal stories and fanfiction, improve my animation skills and find healthier ways to manage bigs product wether its this project other other ones i have ideas for some tf realted some not

I will make a bigger post after the surgery and once I have a better idea of how I wanna move forward.

As far as they can tell its not currently cancerous but it is still draining on my health. But it can't kill me unless it develop into cancer. Hoping to get a set date for surgery soon.

Sometime this week, maybe Thursday or Friday, but no promises right now since I cant tell how much energy I will have day to day. It's a 7 page batch but im over halfway done.

So I've been trying to keep up new pages every two weeks or less, and I have managed this since the start of chapter 2, but irl events and personal health have made it harder and harder to keep up with every page batch, these problems started around spring last year.

I'm having medical issues, I prefer to keep them mostly private, but it's something that's been getting worse over time. I'm having a lot of exhaustion, and it's hard for me to keep up the grind I had, I'm probably going to need to get surgery at some point soon.

I'm gonna still try and put out pages, but the two-week things probably not coming back till I can get my health a little more stable again. Think I'm going to aim for 3 weeks for now, but I might be later.

I might do a little more one-off non-Synergize art I love Synergize, and I will still be working on the comic in the background, but I feel a certain level of pressure when I do synergize stuff to keep up a level of quality, so you might see more art on my main or side art blog, also start doing more non-art things in my free time like video games until I can get the energy to purely art grind again. I'm not burnt out, but my body just won't let me put out pages at the rate I was before, I have the motivation, just not the energy. My own body is betraying me, and their nothing I can do but wait for more doctor's appointments.

Based on the Cybertrobian diet post, cyvertronians can't taste? Like, they can't taste some substances or they can't just taste things at all? Not even energon?

The fact most cybertronians will only ever consume energon is one the main reasons they don't need taste. They have an extremely restrictive diet so taste isn't really a thing for them, most cybertronian on cybertron will have a pure diet of only liquid energon their entire life.

Cybertronians do have chemical reception in their proboscis and outer protometal, but it's not like "Oooo, this tastes salty" and more like "This compound contains 8% sodium interesting."

Cybertronians also do not have any sense of smell but are able to pick up on chemical signals in the air or by touching things with parts made of proto-metal. A cybertronian would be able to detect the level of sulfur in the air, while a human would be annoyed by the awful smell. also probably worry the cybertronian their with because the human seems extremely distressed by the sulfur, but data shows the sulfur levels in the air are at a non toxic levels for humans but this one is clearly distressed, even after being given this information.

When determining the quality of energon or other various fuel soures cybertronian judge it on its electrical signals and cemicals data instead of taste. The fact a human would prefer to consume a lower quality fuel source because it "tastes better" is a very confusing concept to them.

Protometal and other parts made of nanomachines can heal, everything else needs to be repaired manually.
