elliot couldn't help but smirk at patrick’s response, pleased by the confirmation of his correct answer. "i thought as much," he replied, his tone as assured and confident as patrick’s demeanour. the fellow escort hadn’t disappointed him yet, and with the night still young, there was plenty of opportunity for patrick to keep him on edge, making him eager and needy. elliot couldn’t think of a better way to spend his time. "and i do aim to please," he added with a smirk, as if to seal his confidence. patrick pulled him effortlessly into the crowd, the anticipation crackling between them. elliot was certain that patrick was about to touch him, to drive him wild, make him see stars, and perhaps even beg for more. elliot had never been, and never would be, above begging.
the kiss was everything he had hoped for — better, even. combined with patrick’s words, it left his head spinning. elliot kissed patrick back with equal fervour, his arms wrapping loosely around patrick's neck. the heat between their bodies was undeniable. when patrick's fingertips grazed over elliot’s length, he inhaled sharply. he’d been hard for a while, so any touch felt electric, and he was desperate for more. each flick of patrick’s wrist, every subtle movement, squeeze, and tug sent waves of desire through elliot. he bit down on his lower lip, trying to stifle his moans, but his hips instinctively rocked forward, and his body’s reactions were hard to miss. "fuck," he hissed, his voice low but unmistakable. he tangled his fingers in patrick’s hair, gripping tightly as he rolled his hips subtly into patrick’s hand, his desire palpable.
I can be quiet. That was the only response Patrick was willing to hear from the other escort’s lips. Sure, they had the game to settle but it could wait a little long for the results. There was just something in Elliot’s eyes that lured him in, that made him want to lose any and all control. It was going to be quite the challenge to merely resort to his hand, even more so when Patrick wasn’t exactly coy when it came to drop on his knees and take what he craved. But as much as he would love to have Elliot throbbing between his lips and on his tongue, that was a show for a far less crowd. A party of two, considering how things were quickly escalating between the two of them. “That’s the right answer, Elliot. I did not expect anything less.” With a lingering smile, Patrick took the other man’s hand and pulled him into the middle of the crowd. Let them dance a bit, let the crowd around them keep doing what they were doing while the two of them would be too damn lost inside their own little bubble to even care.
“I can feel how hard you are.” The escort pulled another of his trademark smirks before he pulled Elliot into a heated kiss, one that held all the promises of things they could get up to that night. It started with a game but it had become so much bigger than that. So much bigger than the two of them. “Try to be quiet.” Still dancing close to Elliot, Patrick’s hand slithered past the waistband of the other man’s pants, not even bothering with opening them until his fingertips brushed over something particularly hot and particularly hard. A little wrist movement was all it took for his grasp to close around the apparently imposing member and even though the constrictive space made it hard for him to maneuver, Patrick slowly began to stroke just the wet, pulsing tip of the other man’s cock. “Can’t wait to have you in my mouth later.” Never one to mince words, Patrick bite down on his bottom lip as he readjusted his hand for a more intimate and assuring grip. Limited movements but enough to jerk Elliot off – not even bothering to pay attention to the crowd. Fuck them. “You’re so fucking hard, baby… It’s making me throb…”

A funky little post about Allisons villain (?) arc and unconscious transphobia
So, I’ve seen a lot of posts about how Allison hates Viktor this season but still respects his name and pronouns, and as much as I enjoy these posts, I don’t feel like they’re strictly true. Especially with my transmasculine reading of Allison’s emotions.
To clarify, I’m not calling Allison transphobic and I do understand that the Doylist explanation of this season is that they didn’t plan for Viktor to be trans with this plot, and they didn’t want Elliot Page’s first (?) role after coming out to be rife with transphobia.
However, as a transmasc person, I felt like how Allison felt this season included some unintentional transphobia.
So, one of my favorite things about this arc (as much as I hated Allison during it and was so glad for her redemption) was how easy it was to track how she got there. She had lost the two people she loved most, she needs control, she felt unsupported and abandoned.
And abandonment what this is based on. More under cut so this isn’t annoying.
One of the most common threads I see in “supportive” cis women is that past the support, they feel betrayed and abandoned. Even if they think they support everything, quite a few unconsciously feel like they’ve been abandoned by someone who was supposed to be their sister in arms.
Allison and Viktor had always been the two “girls” on the team. Despite Viktor’s removal from the Academy, they’ve obviously bonded over this and are one of the closest sibling relationships on the show (backing up my odds and evens band together claim). See the “sisters? sisters” moment from season one.
So Allison, who has been the only public girl on the team and has suffered for it, feels like she’s lost her one ally on this subject in the family. I don’t like this train of thought and I don’t support it. But I can see where it’s coming from. Keep that in mind when I explain this.
Plus, Allison’s obviously suffering from other abandonment this season. She’s lost her husband and child, her ex-husband doesn’t even recognize her, her father doesn’t think of her as his child, and notably her ex has a new girlfriend/is getting married. All of these are things that hurt her, whether she reacts to them well or not (see the creepy scene where she rumors Luther).
So when you add Viktor to this, it’s easy to see how she feels abandoned. I don’t think she knows she feels abandoned, similarly to the Patrick and Reginald points I made above. But she still feels hurt.
Thus, part of her anger towards Viktor is unconsciously that she feels like he’s left her to become just another white man. And I could write a separate post on how both men and white people and white men have hurt Allison. So as much as she supports her brother, it isn’t just that she views Harlan as killing her mother (leading to Claire’s nonexistence) and Viktor as keeping it a secret. It’s also that Viktor has left their bond as “sisters” (which was enforced earlier in the season when they were the two sharing a room genderwise).
Also, there have been a few moments this season that I think back this up. One of the notable ones for me is when she makes fun of Viktor’s presentation at Luther’s wedding, saying “an oversized button up? how original” sarcastically. I felt like it was more of a dig at Viktor’s presentation than his clothing, specifically his own masculine presentation. Similarly, she blames him for things she forgave him for before. I think this plays into the feeling of men not being her allies while women are: now that Viktor’s a man he doesn’t have the right to do these things to her.
Obviously, Allison shouldn’t feel this way, and her feelings of abandonment don’t justify anything this arc. Hell, I’m just glad she did respect Viktor and his pronouns all season. But I don’t think that she’s “fine with Viktor being trans but not with Viktor doing [insert said action here]”. Instead, I think she’s unconsciously adding his newfound identiy to a list of ways he’s wronged her. And she doesn’t even realize it.

Feb 2018
The Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) counted over 100 people killed or injured by alleged perpetrators influenced by the so-called "alt-right" — a movement that continues to access the mainstream and reach young recruits.
On December 7, 2017, a 21-year-old white male posing as a student entered Aztec High School in rural New Mexico and began firing a handgun, killing two students before taking his own life. At the time, the news of the shooting went largely ignored, but the online activity of the alleged killer, William Edward Atchison, bore all the hallmarks of the “alt-right”—the now infamous subculture and political movement consisting of vicious trolls, racist activists, and bitter misogynists.
But Atchison wasn’t the first to fit the profile of alt-right killer—that morbid milestone belongs to Elliot Rodger, the 22-year-old who in 2014 killed seven in Isla Vista, California, after uploading a sprawling manifesto filled with hatred of young women and interracial couples (Atchison went by “Elliot Rodger” in one of his many online personas and lauded the “supreme gentleman,” a title Rodger gave himself and has since become a meme on the alt-right).
Including Rodger’s murderous rampage there have been at least 13 alt-right related fatal episodes, leaving 43 dead and more than 60 injured (see list). Nine of the 12 incidents counted here occurred in 2017 alone, making last year the most violent year for the movement.
Like Atchison and Rodger, these perpetrators were all male and, with the exception of three men, all under the age of 30 at the time they are alleged to have killed. The average age of the alt-right killers is 26. The youngest was 17. One, Alexandre Bissonnette, is Canadian, but the rest are American.
The “alternative right” was coined in part by white nationalist leader Richard Bertrand Spencer in 2008, but the movement as it’s known today can largely be traced back to 2012 and 2013 when two major events occurred: the killing of the black teenager Trayvon Martin and the so-called Gamergate controversy where female game developers and journalists were systematically threatened with rape and death. Both were formative moments for a young generation of far-right activists raised on the internet and who found community on chaotic forums like 4chan and Reddit where the classic tenets of white nationalism — most notably the belief that white identity is under attack by multiculturalism and political correctness — flourish under dizzying layers of toxic irony.
The Killings Started in California
The timeline for alt-right killers began on May 23, 2014.
On that day, college sophomore Elliot Rodger stabbed his three roommates to death before driving to a sorority house at the University of California, Santa Barbara, and shooting several women. He then killed or injured several pedestrians with both gunfire and his vehicle before exchanging fire with police and eventually taking his own life. He ultimately killed seven and wounded 14.
Rodger left behind a sprawling 107,000-word manifesto titled, “My Twisted World: The Story of Elliot Rodger,” which contained passages lamenting his inability to find a girlfriend, expressing extreme misogyny and various racist positions including disgust for interracial couples (despite the fact that he was multi-racial himself (half-Chinese)).
“How could an inferior, ugly black boy be able to get a white girl and not me? I am beautiful, and I am half white myself,” Rodger wrote. “I am descended from British aristocracy. He is descended from slaves.”
Rodger frequented PUAhate, a deeply misogynistic forum populated by failed “pick up artists” dedicated to revealing, “the scams, deception, and misleading marketing techniques used by dating gurus and the seduction community to deceive men and profit from them.” Discussions about women on the forum are at best objectifying and at worst, violent.
The term, “white sharia,” allegedly coined by Sacco Vandal of the popular alt-right site Vandal Void, is a radical response to Patrick Buchanan’s argument in Death of the West: that the increase in immigration and decline of white birthrates is leading to the end of Western civilization. Rodger’s celebration at the 504um, one of the premier alt-right forums, is the rule rather than the exception, and locates misogyny at the core of the alt-right.
Andrew Anglin, the neo-Nazi Daily Stormer’s founder and chief propagandist, has his own troubling history of vicious misogyny, tracking all the way back to high school.
In the aftermath of Rodger’s killing spree, a user at 4chan/b/ posted a photo from Rodger’s Facebook page with the note, “Elliot Rodger, the supreme gentleman, was part of /b/. Discuss.” This sentiment was echoed by other /b/ users who found similarities between his lexicon and that of the noxious board, including the term “beta,” used by men online to describe themselves as lacking the physicality, charisma and confidence associated with alpha males.... The term resurfaced on 4chan/r9k/ in the wake of a shooting at Umpqua Community College in Roseburg, Oregon, by Chris Harper-Mercer, who killed nine and wounded at least seven others at the college on October 1, 2015. “This is only the beginning. The Beta Rebellion has begun,” one anonymous user wrote. “Soon, more of our brothers will take up arms to become martyrs to this revolution.”
Although never proven, it is widely speculated that Harper-Mercer was a user on the board as warnings against attending school the following day that circulated on the eve of the shooting. Authorities believe Harper-Mercer, who like Rodger was multi-racial, was also motivated by white supremacist ideas. The Government Accountability Office categorized the Roseburg killings as “white supremacist” in an April 2017 report.
2017: A Year of Alt-Right Violence
The first killing in 2017 that can be tied to the alt-right occurred on January 29 in Canada. A 27-year-old university student named Alexandre Bissonnette allegedly brought a semiautomatic rifle into the Islamic Cultural Centre of Quebec City and shot and killed six worshippers while injuring 19—two critically.
On May 20, 2017, Sean Urbanski, a 22-year-old University of Maryland student, allegedly stabbed and killed newly commissioned Lt. Richard Collins, III. Authorities described the attack as “totally unprovoked.” Urbanski approached Collins, who was black, and two friends at 3 a.m., seemingly intoxicated, and said, “Step left, step left if you know what’s best for you.” When Collins refused, Urbanski stabbed him. Urbanski, however, was a member of a Facebook group called “Alt Reich: Nation”.
Less than a week later, Jeremy Christian, a 35-year-old Portland resident, allegedly stabbed and killed two people and severely wounded another passenger on a train while they were defending two young women from his anti-Muslim and racist remarks. Christian, who identified as a white nationalist and had a history of violence and mental illness, had a Facebook page filled with racist and bizarre political content. Witnesses at an alt-right free speech rally in the month preceding the stabbing saw Christian wearing an American flag cape, yelling racial slurs and making Nazi salutes.
Two months later, on July 14, 2017, Lane Maurice Davis, 33, allegedly stabbed his father, Charles Davis, to death at the family home in Skagit County, Washington, after accusing his father of pedophilia. Davis, a conspiracy theory obsessive who went by the name ‘Seattle4Truth’ online and accused his father, not based on his own experience, but instead on his belief that liberals around the world are participating in secret pedophilia rings. Davis was reportedly a researcher for Milo Yiannopoulos and claimed to have ghost written pieces on Breitbart News for the former tech editor.
In the months leading up to Unite the Right, members of the alt-right colonized and organized themselves on the gaming chat platform Discord. This includes Auernheimer who was a frequent participant in the Daily Stormer’s server, “Thunderdome,” where he regularly interacted with site readers and put out calls for action.
Young, White, Angry, Male
According to Dr. Eric Madfis, author of a 2014 paper on the intersectional identities of American Mass Murderers, young, white, middle class, heterosexual males commit mass murder at a disproportionately high rate relative to their population size in the United States.
The rate of mass murders spiked in the 1970s and 1990s. Between 1966 and 1999, there were 95 cases of mass public shootings. Between 1976 and 2008, mass murders occurred roughly twice per month, claiming an average of 125 deaths each month. A more recent study published by Mother Jones identifies 95 mass shootings in the United States since 1982. Of those, 55 (59%) were committed by white men.
FBI crime data suggests that ages 16 to 24 are peak time for violent crime. According to Dr. Pete Simi, Director of the Earl Babbie Research Center at Chapman University, "This is a period of substantial transition in an individual's life, when they're less likely to have significant attachments in their life that deter them from criminal violence."
Madfis’s 2014 paper from the University of Washington investigates the role of intersectional identities in mass murder incidents and argues that young, white males' unique downward social mobility, relative to his expectations, accounts for their overrepresentation as perpetrators of mass murder.
Only one in five mass murderers are “likely psychotic or delusional,” however, according to Dr. Michael Stone, a forensic psychiatrist at Columbia University.
A 2001 study conducted by Meloy examining 34 adolescent perpetrators of mass murder found that 59% were the direct result of a triggering event. That rate jumped to 90% among adult mass murders.
Dr. Elliott Leyton, an expert on serial homicide, argues that contemporary mass murderers often target the perceived source of lost financial stability or class prestige. The alt-right, which couches its mission in terms of surviving literal extinction, routinely laments so-called reverse racism and affirmative action as well as immigration in all its forms.
The grievances collected by those motivated by the white nationalist ideology at the heart of the alt-right often do not begin with racist propaganda, but rather in the toxic communities of the men's rights movement... The age-old racist argument - that black men are 'taking our women' — is made regularly. Racist slurs are chucked around casually. There seems to be a significant overlap with organised white supremacy."
Andrew Anglin once wrote “[o]ur target audience [for the neo-nazi website Daily Stormer] is white males between the ages of 10 and 30.”
Wiring Young Neurons
“Our target audience is white males between the ages of 10 and 30,” Anglin wrote in his “PSA: When the Alt-Right Hits the Street, You Wanna be Ready.” “I include children as young a ten, because an element of this is that we want to look like superheroes. We want to be something that boys fantasize about being a part of. That is a core element to this. I don’t include men over the age of 30, because after that point, you are largely fixed in your thinking. We will certainly reach some older men, but they should not be a focus.”
[Richard] Spencer told Mother Jones in December of 2016 before a contentious speaking engagement at Texas A&M University. “I think you do need to get them while they are young. I think rewiring the neurons of someone over 50 is effectively impossible.”
Undeniably, their efforts have had success. Mainstay racist conferences, like the annual gatherings of American Renaissance and the National Policy Institute, are attracting larger audiences, no longer dominated by their once singular demographic of middle-aged white men.
On a panel at Harvard University in October, Derek Black, son of longtime white supremacist Don Black, who once represented the future of the movement until he renounced racism during college, described his surprise at seeing so many young participants in Charlottesville:
I can say for sure my entire life in white nationalism I went to conferences many times a year. I spoke at them. I tried to organize them. I organized online through my dad's site [Stormfront] through organizations whether Jared [Taylor]'s AmRen or David [Duke]'s EURO or Council of Conservative Citizens … Everybody at these things is gray-haired. Me and two other people would be under 40. That was it. Which is partly why I took this impression that this is not gonna last. And a lot of that is because young people have a lot to lose … Young people who show up to a rally like that are going to get their identities exposed online and then it's gonna be hard for them to get jobs … I cannot actually explain what changed. The one striking thing about Charlottesville…was there's a ton of young kids like college-age or actual college students who got on buses and went to this who I don't think had been to an event like that before.
Alt-right groups such as Identity Evropa and Vanguard America are marketing themselves exclusively to college and high school-aged individuals.
Then, on October 19, barely two months after the chaos of Charlottesville, the University of Florida was forced to host a Spencer speaking engagement under threat of a lawsuit........................ Hours later, three of his supporters were arrested for attempted murder after an alleged confrontation with protestors in which Spencer’s supporters threw stiff-armed salutes and one fired a shot at the urging of his accomplices.
Not Even 21
James Alex Fields was only 20 years-old when he drove his Dodge Challenger into a crowd of attendees and protestors during August’s Unite the Right rally in Charlottesville, Virginia, injuring 19 and killing 32-year-old Heather Heyer. Fields stood with members of Vanguard America during the rally and carried a shield with the militaristic, alt-right group’s insignia on it.
According to police records, Fields also had a troubling history of childhood domestic violence — which experts see in about 1 in 6 mass killers. In 2010, Field’s mother called 911 after he attacked her for telling him to stop playing a video game. Other records reveal that he brandished a 12-inch knife at her on a separate occasion. His disabled mother uses a wheelchair.
Just three months prior to Unite the Right, another young, white man with a history in the alt-right, 18-year-old Devon Arthurs, allegedly killed two of his roommates... in Florida. Arthurs, who was taken into custody by authorities after holding employees of a tobacco shop hostage, had converted to Salafism, an ultraconservative form of Sunni Islam, and begun defending ISIS online a year prior. He was previously a leader of a National Socialist group known as the Atomwaffen (“Atomic Weapon”) Division which formed on the fascist forum Iron March.
In the year leading up to the shooting, Arthurs appeared to be blending his alt-right beliefs with his newfound adherence to extremist forms of Islam. His username changed from Weissewolfe to Kekman Al-Amriki, a combination of the trollish god of “meme magic” common to 4chan and the name of an American member of al-Shabab, an Islamic militant organization. According to VICE, Arthurs also spoke of “white sharia,” a concept exemplifying the brutal, misogynistic core attitudes of the alt-right and those it has inspired to violence.
Leaderless Resistance
In 2014, after longtime Klansman Frazier Glenn Miller Jr. killed three at a Jewish community center and a retirement home in Overland Park, Kansas, Brad Griffin of Occidental Dissent published an article on the topic of “self detonating lone wolf vanguardists.” According to Griffin, “a ‘self detonating lone wolf vanguardist’ is someone who is radically alienated from society and who has given up on persuasion, a fanatacist who is inclined toward violent methods of bringing about eschatological political change, who usually acts alone or with an accomplice in the name of a movement without the support of assistance of any group, and who typically explodes, lashes out, or ‘self detonates’ without warning in rampage shootings, murder-suicides, and bombing campaigns.”
In its just over four years of operation, the Daily Stormer’s audience included at least three readers who were either convicted or indicted for murder.
"An Age of Ultraviolence"
On June 17, 2015, Dylann Storm Roof killed nine African-American worshipers and wounded one while attending a Bible study class at Emanuel African Methodist Episcopal Church in Charleston, South Carolina. Roof, then 21, told his victims, including Reverend and State Senator Clementa Pickney, that, “I have to do it. You rape our women and you’re taking over our country, and you have to go.”
In a manifesto posted to his website, lastrhodesian.com, Roof cited the Trayvon Martin case as his inspiration for searching on Google for “black on White crime.” According to Roof, “I have never been the same since that day. The first website I came to was the Council of Conservative Citizens. There were pages upon pages of these brutal black on White murders. I was in disbelief.”
On March 22, 2017, another Daily Stormer reader, James Harris Jackson, was arrested after stabbing 66-year-old black man Timothy Caughman with a sword in Manhattan. Jackson, an army veteran, was 28 at the time of the alleged stabbing. He travelled to New York from Baltimore, Maryland, to conduct a “practice run” for what was intended to deter white women from race-mixing. He told a media source after his arrest that, “the white race is being eroded.”
On Friday, December 27, a 17-year-old white male, reported to be Nicholas Giampa, allegedly shot and killed the parents of his ex-girlfriend in Reston, Virginia, before turning the gun on himself. According to reports, the parents had facilitated the break-up after learning that Giampa held neo-Nazi beliefs.
Giampa’s account also attempted to engage with those of alt-right leaders and organizations like Mike Peinovich, VDARE, the Traditionalist Worker Party, Identity Evropa, as well as Vanguard America, the neo-Nazi group that James Fields was photographed with in Charlottesville. One of Giampa’s main obsessions, however, was the hardcore neo-Nazi group Atomwaffen.
2018 is already off to a disturbing start. On January 2, Blaze Bernstein, a college student who was gay and Jewish went missing and was later found murdered. Friends of the accused murderer, Samuel Woodward, told ProPublica that Woodward was a committed neo-Nazi and member of Atomwaffen which may have as chapters in as many as eight states.
This former Atomwaffen member also said that the events in Charlottesville had a major impact on the group. Its membership doubled.

Seeking Literate Partners!
Disclaimer: Male authors, please stop contacting me. I've been burned too many times. If you persist, I'll ignore your message. Hello, you can call me Doe! I'm 25+ and a proud cat mom. I write multiple paragraphs/novella style (200-500+ words). I love to write detailed descriptions and delve into a character’s head/emotions as well as surroundings. I compare it to writing a novel together. I understand if the scene doesn’t have alot going on and therefore requires less like rapid fire. I adore having long, thoughtful replies where we truly immerse ourselves in the world. I'm hoping to find a partner whose as enthusiastic and passionate about the plot and writing as I am. When I get invested in a story, it’s 100% dedication. Getting a reply is the highlight of my day. I'm a big fan of romance and using face claims. I’m the type to make pinterest boards, spam you with gifs, headcanons, and send you songs that remind me of our characters and/or ship. I'll get excited if we come up with future plot ideas, or if our characters are being cute or angsty and I can yell about it in the chat. Last but not least I only do MxF (with myself in the female role) and don’t double, but I’m more than happy to write side characters of either gender to help move the story along. I'd highly prefer female authors writing male characters. Searching For - 21+ partners - For you to have an excellent grasp of grammar, punctuation, spelling, and capitalization. Both in character and out of character. (Literate to advanced writers only, please. I'm not looking for newbies or those who have English as their second/third language). - Plot before smut. While mature themes will be in my plots, and are even encouraged, there needs to be chemistry between our characters. I like to have a good mix of plot and tastefully written smut, along with doses of angst and fluff. - For you to write as an older man (40s+/50s+). I'm a sucker for the gruff and tough men with dark pasts who secretly have a soft heart. I also love those grumpy, hypermasculine men being intimidated by soft yet commanding women. The youngest I write is early 20s. - Please be enthusiastic and invested when it comes to plotting/worldbuilding. There’s nothing worse than receiving one sentence in reply to two paragraphs of ideas, or having a doormat partner who says “sure” to whatever I ask. Tossing ideas back and forth, watching them snowball into amazing plot threads brings me joy. - Joining me in the wonderful world of ship/character development is kind of a must. It’s one of the things that makes writing with a partner so much fun. I also like to make friends with my partners! - While I'd prefer real life face claims, I'd also be open to using realistic art if you're uncomfortable with real life. I draw the line at anime/cartoon art. Faces I'd love to write as: gal gadot, rooney mara, ruth negga, saoirse ronan, sophie turner, jessica chastain, jennifer morrison, mia wasikowska, natalia dyer, brit marling, deborah ann woll, mackenzie davis, emmy rossum, adria adjora, chyler leigh, hayley bennet, tashi rodriguez, lily james, cara delevingne, maya hawke, katheryn winnick, elizabeth olsen, abigal cowen, sophia lillis lauren cohan, zoey deutsch, paulina singer, crystal reed, hayley lu richardson, ask about others Faces I'd love to write against: jeffery dean morgan, hugh jackman, robert taylor, jr bourne, jon bernthal, jason issacs, anthony varrecchiah, brett tucker, david harbour, frank grillo, iain glen, josh duhamel, patrick petitjean, ethan hawke, christian bale, rory mccann, younger sam elliot, titus welliver, viggo mortensen, joel miller (illustrated face), ask about others If you've made it this far, thank you! You won't be disappointed in writing with me. I tend to be online daily and while I'd like it if you were too, I understand that real life things comes first. Let me know if you're going to be inactive/can’t continue. If you suddenly stop replying ic and ooc, I'll drop the story after 2 attempts of gauging continued interest spaced a week apart. Below are genres and pairings I love. Feel free to combine as many as you'd like and I’m sure we can come up with something great! Current cravings are in bold. Two thing I don't do are slice of life and historical plots. Genres: - crimes in remote locations - spooky small towns - post apocalyptic/dystopia - supernatural/modern fantasy (A/B/O, werewolves, shapeshifters, alpha x rival pack alpha's child, werewolf x shifter, alpha x new werewolf, involuntary mate-bond, mating/claiming) - southern/mid western gothic - murder mystery (small town or big city) - modern/dark fairy tale retellings - sci-fi - cyberpunk/retro-futuristic - little coastal towns or little towns in the mountains - emotionally charged/dark and gritty - superpowers/gifted - unresolved sexual tension/slow burn - redemption - pacific northwest - suburban gothic - luring to the other side - reincarnation/multiple universes - western inspired + modern day (such as longmire) - christmas inspired - culture clash/two characters from different sides Pairings: - age gaps (older man x younger woman / 15 to 25+ year gap) - enemies to lovers/villain x heroine - cop x criminal - doctor x patient - friends turned lovers/pining - grumpy x sunshine - the broken man x the woman that becomes his light - fbi agents/cop partners - dark hearted man melting for the innocent woman - friend x best friend’s older sibling - boss x employee - neighbors - single father x friend - firefighter/cop x victim - mentor x mentee - hurt/comfort - height differences - pet names (sweetheart, baby girl, kid, kiddo) - lady and the tramp esque/class difference - creature x human/creature - ex-con x anyone - bodyguard x assignment - widow/er falling in love again - biker x civilian - rancher/mountain man x city girl - affair (with so's sibling, with so's friend, with neighbor) - hitman x target - serial killer x fbi agent - soul mates - experienced x inexperienced - local x vacationer - injured/scarred warrior washed out from their former glory x royal/heir-to-be (modern day / Sansa x Sandor inspired) - friend x best friend/boyfriend's father - daughter in law x father in law - park ranger x camper - bounty hunter x bounty - power imbalances Tropes/Themes: the papa wolf/hot dads, cultured badass, jerk with a heart of gold. ladykiller in love, mountain man, mysterious protector, southern gentleman, tall, dark, and handsome, knight in sour armor, red string of fate, villain takes an interest, porcelain to ivory to steel, when person a gets injured/kidnapped and person b goes absolutely feral to save them, cowboys tiny women and big men, the monster being treated gently for the first time in his life, two characters forced into positions where they have no choice but to reconcile their differences and grow together/trust each other, forbidden relationships, trying to escape childhood demons & reuniting in adulthood Fandoms: (I don't write canons or do canon x oc) Star Wars, X Files, Haven, Fringe, Stranger Things, Heroes, The Wolf Among Us, Mercy Thompson Series, True Blood, Marvel, The OA, Disney personified, His Dark Materials, Beastars, Horizon Zero Dawn, The Last of Us, Cyberpunk 2077 Plot Ideas: I have too many to list here but take a look at my google doc and let me know if anything catches your attention. I don't have time to do a proper Elliot Abrams thread but here is the issue as I see it: Abrams in the 1980s was not just an ordinary Reagan administration official, he was an especially hard-line Reagan administration official

Turnadette #11 -- “You’re a monster!” - Anon
He’s let his temper get away with him without warning; self-deprecation swallowing him whole until he lashes out, unable to contain his emotions anymore. He doesn’t mean to direct his anguish towards her. Doesn’t mean to spit the vitriol that he does, but he sees the moment the words hit her; vowels and consonants lashing against her harder than a physical altercation would. She squares her shoulders, jaw clenching for a moment before she snarls at him.
“You’re a monster.” The words instantly impact him more than he could imagine, all the fight draining from his body as he sinks down into the nearest chair, head in his hands. “Is that what you want me to think of you Patrick?” she demands, crossing to kneel before him. He doesn’t dare look up, self-loathing consuming every iota of his being for making his wife consider such a thing.
“I’m sorry,” he mumbles, trying to keep from breaking down in front of her. He’s so angry at the restrictions of his job. Of medicine. Of what he is able to do in order to help his patients and what he cannot perform. He is no miracle worker, and it breaks him. He hears Shelagh sigh, her hand coming to rest on his knee, delicate fingers playing with a stray piece of thread on his trousers.
“Patrick,” Shelagh starts, voice level despite the ire he can hear lurking beneath. Her patience astounds him each and every day. “I... I spoke out of anger. I don’t think such a thing of you. I never could,” she whispers, stroking his knee. “But I do think you need to find someone to speak to if you’re getting this agitated whenever you can’t help a patient. I am always here to listen to you Dearest, but... I don’t always know how to help. And I don’t want your fury to reach Timothy or Angela.” He winces, realising how easy it would be for their children to witness such a scene, instantly regretting every decision he’s made since returning to the surgery.
“Alright,” he agrees, swallowing hard as he dares to look up into the eyes of his wife. She no longer looks agitated but instead sad and resigned, her hand coming up to cup his cheek. “I’ll speak to someone. I promise.” She smiles softly at that, rising and pressing a kiss to his forehead before heading to the door.
“Take a few moments to get yourself sorted before coming home. I’ll go get tea started.” He watches her go with his heart aching. She’s right. He does need to speak to someone. He doesn’t want to fall into the rabbit hole of depression again. Not if he can help it.
Turnadette #31 -- “I fucked up.” - @the-cats-meeowww
“Shelagh?” Patrick asks, coming into the kitchen with a worried look on his face. His wife doesn’t turn to greet him, slamming another dish into the sink with more vehemence than is necessary. “I fucked up,” he offers, having received no additional reaction from her. She snorts, another plate clinking into the water.
“Damn right you did,” she snarls, running a clean glass under the tap before dropping it on the drying board. Patrick winces, treading carefully across the tiles.
“I’m trying to fix it,” he continues, taking in her posture and trying not to cringe as he hears glass smacking against the sink.
“No bloody idea how you’re going to manage that,” she mutters, sniffing slightly. Edging closer, Patrick holds the parcel in his hands out to her, trying to use it as a peace offering as his wife’s blue eyes finally flicker up to take in the sight before her. She blinks, scrubbing the back of her hand over her nose as she tries to sniff back the angry tears that had been falling since she banished him from the house nearly an hour before.
“I bought the right kind of biscuits this time,” he says, shaking the packet to draw her attention to it. Shelagh lets out a watery laugh, frowning at him for only a moment more before wiping her hands on her apron and accepting the gift.
“Thank you,” she says, one hand rubbing at the small of her back while the other holds tight to the biscuit package as she wanders over to the table, sitting down with a sigh as she strokes a hand over her swollen belly. “I’m sorry the pregnancy is making me so daft.” Patrick shakes his head, coming to sit across from her at the table.
“It’s quite alright Love. I promise,” he assured her. Shelagh blushes slightly before reaching for the biscuits and quickly devouring three of them. Patrick chuckles before getting up, wandering over to the sink and rolling up his sleeves.
“I’ll finish the dishes in a moment Patrick,” she calls, looking over her shoulder at him.
“I’m quite happy to do them. It’s the least I can manage for bringing you the wrong biscuits.”
Turnadette #70 -- “This is why I fell in love with you.” - Anon
“This is why I fell in love with you.” The words were said so softly that she almost missed them, his gentle timber carrying them across the room. Looking up, Shelagh found Patrick leaning against the doorframe, arms crossed over his chest and a soft look on his features.
“Because I can tidy a room?” she offered in reply, chuckling as she finished making their bed.
“No,” he said, shaking his head in amusement. “Because no matter what’s going on, you take so much care with everything and everyone.” Shelagh raised an eyebrow in confusion, silently prompting him to continue. “When Timothy scraped his knee, you made sure not only to take care of him as a nurse, but to make sure he was well tended to. I was drowning in work and my own mind and yet, you had the ability to take care of my son where I couldn’t. And, in turn, you took care of me.”
Shelagh blushed, looking down at the edge of the duvet as she tucked it under the pillows, glancing up at her husband from beneath her lashes as he crossed the room, coming to stand next to her a heartbeat later.
“Well I couldn’t very well let poor Timothy bleed all over,” she muttered, shaking her head as Patrick wrapped an arm around her, his hand coming up to cup her cheek and gently force her gaze to meet his.
“You saved me that day Shelagh,” he breathed, voice soft. “You made me realise that I needed to care about things again. About people. You made me realise I wanted to. And that I wanted you by my side while I did so, because you became one of the people I desperately wanted to care about.” Patrick smiled at her, easily meeting her lips when she stood on her toes to kiss him.
“I love you,” she murmured, lips still pressed against his.
“I love you too,” he replied, tugging her just a little bit closer before sweeping her off her feet and into his arms. Shelagh let out a squeak at that, laughing as she found her husband quickly depositing her on the bed.
“Patrick! I just made the bed!” she protested with a laugh.
“I’ll help you make it again,” he responded, crawling on top of her and kissing her deftly. “I’ll even try to care about it as much as you do.” Unable to resist him, she giggled, twining her hands in his hair as she pulled him into another kiss.
Their clothes ended up in a much messier state than the bed.
FitzSimmons #153 -- “Put me down!” - Anon
“Fitz!” Jemma screamed, her arms snapping around his shoulders as she felt herself being scooped up off the ground, her ankle, still throbbing in pain, no longer attempting to take any of her own weight.
“Jemma –”
“Put me down!” she rushed, trying to swat at him and wriggle out of his grasp at the same time.
“Jemma, no. Stop squirming,” he countered, frowning as he took a moment to get his balance before he started walking, carrying her towards the plane. He had seen her fall from across the field, a look of agony crossing her face before she ended up in the grass, scrambling away from her attacker as best she could while on the ground. He knew she hadn’t meant to twist her ankle, but he had instantly felt nauseous with fear, his hand whipping up until he shot the other man in the back of the head with his ICER, watching the thug land a mere foot away from the English woman. She had blinked up at Fitz in shock when he rushed to her side, his eyes scanning her body for all of a split second before he had her in his arms.
“Fitz, I’m fine, put me down,” she urged, trying once more to get out of his hold but failing miserably.
“D’you need any help?” Trip called from where he was jogging towards them.
“We’re fine!” Fitz yelled back, trying not to grind his teeth at the assumption that he couldn’t even help Jemma back to the plane on his own. Trip threw his hands up in surrender, a smirk playing on his face as he turned back to help Coulson.
“Fitz -”
“Look, Jemma, you’re obviously in pain. I saw how hard you went down. Just let me help you, alright?” Fitz said, exasperation seeping into his voice. Looking down he found her brown eyes gazing up at him, a strange expression on her face.
“Okay,” she acquiesced, voice suddenly quiet and gentle in the summer sun, her eyes dropping to the ground as she let her head loll against his shoulder, the grip she had on him becoming more relaxed as he continued to cross the field and moved onto the ramp of the plane. May stood in the cargo bay, a smirk on her face.
“FitzSimmons. Everything alright?” she asked, voice not giving any emotion away.
“Jemma’s hurt her ankle,” Fitz said just as Jemma interjected with “I’m fine.” May shook her head, turning towards the stairs.
“Get her onto the sofa. I’ll get you some ice.” The pilot called, already disappearing. Jemma looked like she wanted to protest but sighed, allowing Fitz to carry her up the stairs. It was only once she was on the sofa that she took stock of the throbbing in her ankle, Fitz’s gentle hands prying off her shoe and sock to reveal the swelling that was already starting. May dropped the ice pack into Fitz’s waiting hand a moment later, the engineer carefully arranging it on Jemma’s skin before he elevated her foot.
“Is that alright?” he asked quietly, watching Jemma’s expression. She nodded, hissing slightly as she tried to move before she gave up, flopping back against the sofa cushions.
“I guess it does kind of hurt a bit,” she muttered, fidgeting with a loose thread on her jumper. Fitz reached up and caught her hand in his.
“We’ll get you sorted, don’t worry,” he assured her, the hand that wasn’t twining with hers absently rubbing at the sore joint, his fingers playing over the soft skin of her ankle.
“You going to carry me everywhere if we can’t?” she asked in jest.
“Always,” Fitz answered, voice more serious than Jemma anticipated. When her gaze flickered to his face, she saw the sincerity there and an emotion she had never recognized on him before. Without thinking about her actions, she leaned up, gently pressing her lips against his. When she pulled back a moment later Fitz’s eyes were wide. Smiling, Jemma lay back down, keeping Fitz’s hand in hers.
“Thank you.”
Turnadette #181 -- “If you’re bored; Wanna have sex?” - Anon (x2!)
“Ugh!” Shelagh groaned, flopping back onto the sofa. Patrick chuckled at her, watching the way she stared at the ceiling.
“Everything alright my love?” he queried, trying to suppress the grin as his wife kicked at a pillow.
“I know we said it would be nice to have a weekend on our own with the children at Granny Parker’s but Patrick... without work or the children... I hate to confess this, but I am utterly bored,” Shelagh answered, frowning at the bellowing laugh that filled their parlour in response from her husband. “It’s not funny.”
“Shelagh, you and I barely have a moment to sit still most days. The weather is appalling outside, the children are being entertained elsewhere and, for once, we don’t have to be rushing off for a baby to be born or something at the parish. Just relax,” he urged her, looking back down at his newspaper.
“You can’t tell me you’re not a little bit bored as well,” she countered, sitting up to look at him. He shrugged, paying her no heed as she fidgeted about, his eyes skimming the football scores.
“I suppose just a little bit,” he agreed, frowning at the state of Chelsea’s standing.
“If you’re bored... would you like to have sex?” Shelagh offered. Patrick nearly choked on his tongue, not used to his wife being so verbally forward in the middle of the day. Dropping the newsprint on the ground he looked up, only to find that she was toying with the third button on her blouse, the top two already undone. He opened and closed his mouth a few times, trying to find his voice.
“I... would not be opposed to such an idea,” he agreed, standing up so that he could advance on her. Shelagh giggled, letting out a scream when he swept her off the sofa, carrying her towards the stairs.
“Patrick!” she laughed.
“Must cure that boredom Shelagh, its extremely important,” he grinned, kicking the door shut behind them as he walked them to the bed.

FitzSimmons #184 -- “Can I touch you?”
His movements were hesitant and stilted, fingers trembling slightly as they rested against the thick denim of his trousers, eyes fixed on the woman who perched upon his lap, her lips red and swollen from the kisses they had been sharing for the better part of an hour.
“Hi,” Jemma said, grinning as she leaned back just far enough to look him in the face, her hand stroking over the stubble that was on his cheek. Swallowing hard, he chewed on his lip for a moment before answering.
“Can - can I touch you?” Fitz inquired, trying not to wince at how insecure his voice and the question it posed sounded. Instead of mockery, Jemma’s expression softened as she ducked down to kiss him again, squirming slightly until her hips moved forward, fixed directly against his a moment later. He tried not to moan, but failed miserably, his body reacting to her proximity as he pushed up towards her, his hands finding their way onto her waist a split second later.
“I was hoping you would,” she murmured against his lips, rocking against him slightly. Fitz tried to stifle the groan that wanted to break out of his throat at the movement, his hands playing over her skin then. One stroked up the front of her body, slowly coming to rest over her breast while the other cupped her backside, holding her tight to his groin. Squeezing at her breast gingerly, he couldn’t help but push up against her, head spinning at the whimper she released at the friction it caused.
“This okay?” he questioned, feeling her nipple harden beneath the fabric of her blouse and bra. She responded by grinding down against him.
“Yes,” she breathed, nuzzling her nose against his. “You... can you... harder?” she muttered. He did as she asked, increasing the pressure of his hands until she was kissing him again. Moaning into his mouth, she wrapped her legs around his waist, so consumed by sensation that she barely noticed he was moving until she found herself on her back, his body pressing down on hers as he stayed between her thighs, one hand now braced against the sofa cushions while the other remained on her chest, trailing up and down her ribcage.
“This okay?” he asked, voice coming out in rough pants as he ground down against her. Jemma nodded, whimpering.
“Keep touching me,” she begged, hands tangling in his hair as she dragged his lips back to hers.
He didn’t need her to tell him again.
Ambiguous Pairing #187 -- “Already? Do I really have that much of an effect on you?” - Anon
She’s was grinding against his leg as they kissed, her touch becoming more frantic by the minute. They’d already made love once that morning, having elected to stay in bed longer than either normally felt necessary, the sun slowly coming up until it spilled through the gauzy curtains, painting their skin in warm pinks and golds.
“Already?” he asked, voice teasing as it rumbled out of his chest, still thick with sleep and disuse. “Do I really have that much of an effect on you?” She responded by biting at his shoulder, a breath huffing out of her.
“No,” she groused, moaning when his hands found their way to her ass, gripping her cheeks and rubbing her more tightly against his thigh, the skin quickly becoming slicked with her arousal. “It’s my damned hormones.”
“You wound me,” he countered with a chuckle, letting her shift herself in small circles, her body craving release. Sensing her urgency, he moved one hand from her backside to her clit, rubbing it as she ground against him, her hips hitching as she crashed into an orgasm, her back arching as she shook through it.
“Oh!” The word fell from her lips as if by accident, her body having surprised her with how quickly she came. Slowly, he moved his hands to her back, stroking up and down her spine as she melted against his chest, tucking her head beneath his chin as she panted.
“Alright?” he murmured into her hair, kissing the crown of her head as he posed the query.
“Mmhmm,” she replied, yawning as she gave the affirmative. He chuckled, cuddling her close. “First I’m constantly craving sex, then I’m constantly exhausted. How am I supposed to cope with this for another four months?” she groused sleepily, eyes already fluttering closed.
“By having tons of sex followed by an equal or greater amount of sleep,” he grinned, helping to lay her down as he rubbed his hand over her swollen belly.
“You’re still going to have ridiculous amounts of sex with me even when I’m the size of a house?” she asked, blinking her eyes open for a moment to look at him. Leaning down he kissed her, keeping a hand on her stomach.
“I will always love you and I will always want you. No matter what. Even if you do end up absolutely huge and unable to see your feet or get off the sofa on your own,” he added the last bit with a grin, laughing as she slapped his bare chest.
“No more sex for you today,” she grumbled even as she snuggled into his side.
“Yes Love,” he agreed.
“That was probably a lie,” she added around another yawn a moment later, a pout on her lips as she remembered how insane her libido had become since she entered her second trimester.
“I know,” he chuckled, laying down next to her.
“Love you.”
“Love you too. Get some sleep. We’re going to need it for the next round.”
“Ugh.”
Elliot/Olivia #190 -- “We can’t do that here!” - Anon
His lips are on her neck when she recognises the noises she’s making, her breath catching in her throat just as his teeth graze the skin where her pulse races.
“I want you,” he growls, hands clinging to her hips as he backs her up against the door, the latch clicking into place a second later as he brands her with tongue and teeth, one hand going to her belt while the other reaches up to loosen his own tie, the silk hitting the ground a second later.
“We... we can’t – oh God – do that here,” she whimpers, panties already soaked through as he manages to drag the metal from the leather of her belt buckle, swift fingers quickly delving into her dress pants before they press against her sodden centre through the damp fabric.
“Why not?” he questions. She can hear the grin in his voice as he pushes a finger beneath the hem of her underwear, tracing circles on her clit before edging forward and allowing himself to breach her. She can’t help but gasp at the sensation, her hands going to his shirt as she unbuttons the Oxford before shoving it off his shoulders, shaking hands gripping his biceps and pressing into the dark ink that adorns the left.
“A-anyone could hear us,” she rebukes, knowing the tiniest bit of resolve she has left is already crumbling as he works his hand between her legs, her own yanking his pants open before she shoves them down just enough to release his erection.
“And yet,” he teases, nipping just behind her ear as he drags her trousers down and off, hoisting her up of the floor a split second later, her legs instantly around his waist as he presses her into the door.
“Shut up,” she grumbles, gasping as he enters her without preamble, rocking against her.
“Mmm,” he smiles, kissing her as her nails scratch against his shoulder. “You feel so good Livvie,” he breathes, drawing a moan from her as he hits a sensitive spot, her back arching as much as it can.
“Elliot, please,” she groans, rolling her hips against his as his pace increases, his hands on her thighs as he pulls her tight against him with more urgency, his eyes meeting hers in the dim lighting of the room, the empty cots behind them casting shadows on the floor as the streetlamps attempt to break through the gloom. He manages to thrust into her just right then, stars exploding behind her eyes as she shatters around him, body nearly convulsing with pleasure. He follows a moment later, his growl of release echoing around the concrete and plaster as he holds her to him, panting into her neck.
They stay pressed against the door for a few more minutes before she wriggles out of his grasp, sweat cooling on her skin as she winces, bending to grab her trousers from the floor before dragging them back up her legs. He watches her with amusement, tucking himself back into his pants before accepting the shirt she offers him from the floor. She waits until he’s dressed, dragging her hands through her hair to try and straighten it, before she reaches for the door. He stops her, his large palm covering hers as her fingers grip the still body-warm metal.
“Elliot?” she asks, looking up at him, heart pounding at the look that she sees on his face. Gently, he bends down to kiss her, thumb stroking her cheek as he cups her face in his hands, his touch soft.
“I love you,” he murmurs, leaning back to look at her as he says the words. Olivia blushed, ducking her gaze before she lifting her eyes back to his.
“R-really?” she questions, voice timid. Grinning, he nods, pecking her again.
“Yeah, Liv, really.” She smiles, letting his hand settle onto the small of her back as he leads her back to the bullpen. If Fin or Munch suspect anything, neither comments on it.

Attention PuzzlePaws Fans! We interrupt the usual blogging of reviews to bring you a special post!
Begging posture, ~2014
Our lovely mascot, Pandemonium has turned 15! She’s been with me through all sorts of adventures and I thought it a good idea to write up her story.
I have Mom’s Papasan and her platypus! 2015
I started rescue work when I was 14. We lived out in the country, and it was not uncommon for people to drop unwanted pets in the area. The summer I was 16, a scrawny, bedraggled looking tortoiseshell half-grown cat staggered down my driveway. She was dehydrated, dazed and had burnt the skin of her paw-pads on the hot asphalt, trying to find her way home. I ended up naming her Gilligan McGilicuddy after my mom’s old tortie and the fact that Gilly staggered for weeks with her feet wrapped as her burns healed. Gilly was Pandemonium’s grandmother.
Pan was born on St. Patrick’s Day in 2005. She was one in a litter of four, who were called Nick, Nack, Paddy, and Whack. (I apologize for my younger, dumber, racist self.) She is almost entirely black with a white spot on her neck, what is sometimes referred to as an Angel’s Kiss.
This is my pillow! 2013
My boyfriend at the time, immediately took a shine to Paddy. She was a complete Daddy’s girl. He renamed Paddy to Pandemonium, and spoiled her outrageously. When the relationship ended abruptly after 3 years, I’m not sure who was hurt more, me or Pan, who he left with me. Don’t tell me cats don’t mourn. Pan kept me sane, and I kept her alive.
I don’t like you, human!
For years, Pan was clingy to me, and distrustful of any men. I fostered and adopted other cats, and moved several times. Eventually, I moved to Virginia. When Spouse-Critter and I got married, Pan had a really hard time adjusting. We had a tiny apartment, and SC had a fur-son named Zane that had to adjust to living in a multi-cat household. There were cat territorial disputes, and worse, hisses and swats when SC and I cuddled. Pan did NOT want a new Dad!
Keep petting, I may like you later. 2018
It took time and moving to a larger house, but after 7 years, Pan will let SC cuddle her and will occasionally choose to sleep on him. But she is most definitely my girl. Or I’m HER human, to be honest.
Like most pet-owners, I’ve developed multiple nicknames for my pets. I’ve always held with T.S. Elliot’s Naming of Cats, and most of Pandemonium’s nicknames are variations of a theme. She is: Pan, Panu, All-the-Demons, Pan-demon, Panna-cotta, Pan-Noodle, Pan-pan, Panda, Newds, and Noodley-o.
Pan sleeping on my shoulder. 2018
When my disease started to get bad, Pan became my therapy cat. She’s mostly self-taught, but being a warm, cuddly, mobile purring companion doesn’t take much. Pan can tell when I’m having a flare or am overstimulated and makes a point of oozing up my body to cuddle on my lap or chest. I’m certain that there is a very special magic that cats have that allows them to go from weighing 7lbs to 30lbs or more.
Bad Flare day, 2015
As she’s aged, Pan has gained a few health issues. She nearly lost one of her nine lives by eating thread from a sewing project I had been working on. It got caught on her tongue and tangled in her stomach. I had a wonderful vet who worked with me to save her, but Pan has had a touchy tummy since. We have to keep her from all yarn and thread, and watch her carefully for eating and drinking too much, too fast.
Winter sweater, one of many.
You’ll often see Pan wearing outfits. She has developed an allergy to fleas (we medicate for fleas, but her brother goes on walks and sometimes brings some home), as well as over-grooming when stressed or anxious. I prefer to clothe her rather than subject her to the Cone. Besides, she looks damned cute!
This slideshow requires JavaScript.
Pan is the last of her bloodline, my sister who had her half-brother lost him last fall. I’m incredibly lucky to have shared the last 15 years with Pan, and I know that every day is a gift.
Happy 15th Birthday, Pan!

Okay ! So for now, I think I’m going to be deleting any old threads that aren’t starters ! I will write a list below of who I owed, and what is being removed. If you still want our thread, give this a like and I will reply to our thread too, if not, I’d love to start something new with you...I just know that now, with the new university year starting, I won’t be able to get them all done and having anxiety over that, just isn’t healthy ! i am very sorry for any inconvenience this might have.
I’ve got to reiterate for my own piece of mind, that it is not the ship / verse that I don’t want, but the current threads that I am going to struggle to reply to. Having 60+ drafts is making my muse flat-line, and it really is because I don’t love what we have, it’s because I’m an idiot and don’t keep up with threads as well as I should do. I really want to write with everybody tagged underneath this post though, and I am really sorry for letting you down.
If you have Discord you should add me : emptiedstage#9034 so we can plot / plan / progress our verses / ships, etc, or even plot new things because I am a sucker for all the things, but knowing we can do it on Discord too, makes it a whole lot easier to deal with.

Searching For - 21+ partners (Since people have asked, it's fine if you're 20) - For you to have an excellent grasp of grammar, punctuation, spelling, and capitalization. - For you to write as an older man (firmly 40s+/50s+). I'm a sucker for the gruff and tough men with dark pasts who secretly have a soft heart. I also love those grumpy, hypermasculine men being intimidated by soft yet commanding women. If you're uncomfortable writing large age gaps please don't bother contacting me. The youngest I'll go is early 20s for my girls. Faces I'd love to write as: gal gadot, rooney mara, ruth negga, saoirse ronan, sophie turner, jessica chastain, jennifer morrison, mia wasikowska, natalia dyer, brit marling, deborah ann woll, mackenzie davis, emmy rossum, adria adjora, chyler leigh, hayley bennet, tashi rodriguez, lily james, cara delevingne, maya hawke, katheryn winnick, elizabeth olsen, abigal cowen, sophia lillis lauren cohan, zoey deutsch, paulina singer, crystal reed, hayley lu richardson, ask about others Faces I'd love to write against: jeffery dean morgan, hugh jackman, robert taylor, jr bourne, jon bernthal, jason issacs, anthony varrecchiah, brett tucker, david harbour, frank grillo, iain glen, josh duhamel, patrick petitjean, ethan hawke, christian bale, rory mccann, younger sam elliot, titus welliver, viggo mortensen, joel miller (illustrated face), cillian murphy, ask about others If you've made it this far, thank you! You won't be disappointed in writing with me. I tend to be online daily and while I'd like it if you were too, I understand that real life things comes first. Let me know if you're going to
be inactive/can’t continue. Genres: - crimes in remote locations - spooky small towns - post apocalyptic/dystopia - supernatural/modern fantasy (A/B/O, werewolves, shapeshifters, werewolf x shifter, alpha x new werewolf, involuntary mate-bond, mating/claiming) - southern/mid western gothic - murder mystery (small town or big city) - modern/dark fairy tale retellings - sci-fi - cyberpunk/retro-futuristic - little coastal towns or little towns in the mountains - emotionally charged/dark and gritty - superpowers/gifted - unresolved sexual tension/slow burn - redemption - pacific northwest - suburban gothic - luring to the other side - reincarnation/multiple universes - western inspired + modern day (such as longmire) - christmas inspired - culture clash/two characters from different sides Pairings: - age gaps (older man x younger woman / 15 to 25+ year gap) - enemies to lovers/villain x heroine - cop x criminal - doctor x patient - friends turned lovers/pining - grumpy x sunshine - the broken man x the woman that becomes his light - fbi agents/cop partners - dark hearted man melting for the innocent woman - friend x best friend’s older sibling - boss x employee - neighbors - single father x friend - firefighter/cop x victim - mentor x mentee - hurt/comfort - height differences - pet names (sweetheart, baby girl, kid, kiddo) - lady and the tramp esque/class difference - creature x human/creature - ex-con x anyone - bodyguard x assignment - widow/er falling in love again - biker x civilian - rancher/mountain man x city girl - affair (with so's sibling, with so's friend, with neighbor) - hitman x target - serial killer x fbi agent - soul mates - experienced x inexperienced - local x vacationer - injured/scarred warrior washed out from their former glory x royal/heir-to-be (modern day / Sansa x Sandor inspired) - friend x best friend/boyfriend's father - daughter in law x father in law - park ranger x camper - bounty hunter x bounty - power imbalances Tropes/Themes: the papa wolf/hot dads, cultured badass, jerk with a heart of gold. ladykiller in love, mountain man, mysterious protector, southern gentleman, tall, dark, and handsome, knight in sour armor, red string of fate, villain takes an interest, porcelain to ivory to steel, when person a gets injured/kidnapped and person b goes absolutely feral to save them, cowboys tiny women and big men, the monster being treated gently for the first time in his life, two characters forced into positions where they have no choice but to reconcile their differences and grow together/trust each other, forbidden relationships, trying to escape childhood demons & reuniting in adulthood Fandoms: (I don't write canons or do canon x oc) Star Wars, X Files, Haven, Fringe, Stranger Things, Heroes, The Wolf Among Us, Mercy Thompson Series, True Blood, Marvel, The OA, Disney personified, Horizon Zero Dawn, The Last of Us, Cyberpunk 2077 Plot Ideas: I have too many to list here but take a look at my google doc and let me know if anything catches your attention. elliot had always been someone who didn’t embarrass easily, and that was definitely working in his favour right now. he was good at keeping things light and not taking life too seriously, which had served him well. he didn’t stress over the things that usually bothered others — although he did have a tendency to overthink sometimes. but he couldn’t overthink this, not when patrick looked so pleased with himself. "i sure am, and you’re making the most of it, aren’t you?" elliot mused, a smirk playing on his lips. he shrugged when patrick commented on his choice of underwear. "you would’ve found out sooner or later," he quipped, the smirk still firmly in place. he kind of loved that patrick now knew what he wore under his jeans. patrick's next words made elliot laugh. "now i'm going to be thinking about you doing just that… was that your plan all along?" he asked, a fond smile tugging at his lips. patrick was insanely hot and confident, and it was driving elliot crazy, which he was sure patrick enjoyed.
his smile faded as he watched patrick bring his underwear up to his nose and take a sniff. elliot’s lips parted, and his eyes darkened with desire. "fuck, patrick," he gritted out. he’d already been hard most of the night thanks to patrick, but that one action had his cock twitching with need. he was so fucking turned on. he didn’t care about who had won the game at this point — though his competitive side still wanted to know. but choosing between finding out the winner or getting jerked off? there was only one answer, and it definitely wasn’t the former. as Patrick pulled him closer, elliot's hands settled on his hips. he bit down on his lip as patrick brushed his lips against his cheek. "i can be quiet," elliot promised, too needy for patrick to even give it a second thought. the idea of getting jerked off right here, right now, had his whole body humming with anticipation. he needed it.
There was no doubt in his mind that Elliot would do what he had requested. Why would it? They were so far gone into one another that a mere request like that would be child’s play. But Patrick was thinking the long game. While it would be quite hot to have a souvenir from tonight from Elliot, he was also aware that once he collected that little present, the other escort would be walking around commando. It would make his touches all that more interesting… not to mention that if he gave Elliot the hard-on of his fucking life, everyone paying attention would notice it. They would realize how fucking hard he was and they would also be quite aware that he was the sole responsible for such a feat. Patrick always played the long game. He liked to tease and provoke, he liked to drive someone to the edge of insanity before keeping them there for a while longer. There was nothing hotter than seeing someone trying to maintain some modicum of control when deep down, all they wanted was to embrace their desires without reservation and judgment. Be free to do whatever the fuck they craved and damned be the consequences. “Try not to take too long. I’ll feel lonely.” With a quick wink and a wave, Patrick bite down his bottom lip as he watched Elliot go toward the bathroom, knowing full well that he would get something out of it upon his return. In the meantime, he did what he did best. He danced with others – sweat covered bodies grinding in the most sexual of manners as he kept entertaining some random dude ( after collecting his phone number ), always glancing toward the bathroom to where Elliot had vanished to. What was he doing? Was he touching himself in there? Putting some water on his face to cool off? Or maybe he was being the nicest little boy and did exactly what he told him to. Whatever the path Elliot took, Patrick truly only cared for the outcome. And when he saw Elliot come out of the bathroom with a steady pace straight toward him, he knew he was in for one heck of a surprise. He quickly dismissed the dude he was dancing without even sparing a glance in his direction, focusing fully on Elliot. Soon, something was on his hand. He actually did it. And the smirk on his face when he felt the lace against his fingertips was probably one of genuine surprise. Who knew Elliot liked lace? Good to know for the future. “You naughty, naughty boy.” Without shame, Patrick unfolded the underwear in front of his face, not giving a rat’s ass if anyone would see what he was doing. This was a show for Elliot and Elliot alone. “You were keeping this pretty little thing under your jeans?” One of his eyebrows arched with mild amusement. That was definitely not what he was expecting – which was quite good. He liked being surprised every now and then. “I’ll be sure to take… very good care of this. I promise I won’t even jerk off thinking of you while sniffing them.” Speaking of sniffing…. The escort clenched the underwear in one hand and brought it to his nose, taking one good, long whiff of Elliot’s musky scent without even looking away from the other man’s clear eyes. Oh… he loved that smell. There was something so fucking arousing about a person’s natural musk.
“Mine now.” With a wink, Patrick carefully placed his prize on the pocket of his jeans, already thinking where he would store such a valuable treasure. “Now – we can go count our phone numbers and see who won…or we can dance a little bit.” Wanting to be the one drawing Elliot close, Patrick slipped his fingers past the waistband of the other escort’s pants to lure him in. Pull him close to his body as he brushed his lips seductively over Elliot’s cheek. “I bet I could jerk you off right now and no one would be the wiser… You would just have to keep quiet…”

The Second Doctor Volume 2
Latest Review: Writers: Julian Richards, Rob Nisbet, John Pritchard, Tony Jones Directors: Helen Goldwyn, Lisa Bowerman Featuring: Anneke Wills, Elliot Chapman, Frazer Hines, Daphne Ashbrook, Louise Jameson Released by Big Finish Productions - June 2018 Order from Amazon UK What with Big Finish’s ever-accelerating expansion into new realms of the Doctor Who universe, from boxsets chronicling the exploits of underserved New Series allies to their ambitious work reviving axed spin-offs like Torchwood, it’s often all too easy to forget that the studio’s roots lie in offering classic incarnations of the titular Time Lord a bold new lease of life. How better to remind us of this noble goal, then, than by transporting us back to the 1960s with the latest Companion Chronicles boxset, showcasing Patrick Troughton’s tenure at the helm of the TARDIS in all its monochromatic, bowtie-donning and frequently base-sieging splendour? Whereas those content to explore Troughton’s televised adventures alone can only – barring telesnaps or the painfully gradual drip-feed of animated reconstructions from BBC Studios – experience but a minute fraction of those serials in their entirety at present, our lives are different to anyone else’s: we’ve got The Second Doctor Volume 2. So without further ado, let’s dive straight into this nostalgia-laced new collection and discover whether there’s life in a bygone era yet or whether, much like the ancient Cyber Tombs of Mondas, some artefacts are better left buried… “The Curate’s Egg”: “I’ve walked on the moon. I’ve faced down the Confederates of Brilpoor. But there is nothing, nothing in the universe as exhilarating as riding a dinosaur!” Had soon-to-be showrunner Chris Chibnall’s 2012 Eleventh Doctor odyssey “Dinosaurs on a Spaceship” aired in the Troughton era rather than the dying days of Matt Smith’s, then Julian Richards’ charming opening salvo offers perhaps the perfect approximation of how the story might’ve played out under such circumstances. Dropping the newly-regenerated Doctor, Ben and Polly within spitting distance of a castle populated by cybernetic dinosaurs, “Curate’s Egg” throws caution to the wind, embracing Doctor Who’s frequent flirtations with the fantasy genre through elements as unashamedly ridiculous as mind-swapping gizmos, talking T-Rexes as well as arguably the best canine-themed visual gag of the year so far. Will it all seem too far-fetched for some listeners? Quite possibly, although Anneke Wills and Elliot Chapman – working on double duties here, albeit with Ben only featuring in proceedings for 10-15 minutes at most – do a fine job of keeping events grounded with their heartfelt exchanges as Polly and underappreciated scientist Andrew Clarkson respectively, their joint irritation at society’s efforts to side-line them at every turn adding a welcome emotional core amidst all the prehistoric hi-jinks. Indeed, so brimming is “Egg” with potent concepts – not least the Doctor’s underlying efforts to regain his companions’ trust in the wake of his recent renewal” – that this reviewer couldn’t help but wish at times that Richards had explored some of them in greater detail over the course of his jam-packed hour, for instance by saving one or two ideas for future scripts instead. Food for thought next time around, perhaps. “Dumb Waiter”: “Die, false Doctor!” Anyone well-versed in the increasingly popular art of the meme will doubtless recall one such trending gag which did the rounds on social media in April, come the release of Marvel Studios’ long-awaited cinematic superhero epic Avengers: Infinity War: Marvel: “Infinity War is the most ambitious crossover in history.” Me: “[Insert award-worthy viral response here.]” Apologies if the experience of reading the last 55 words felt akin to learning a foreign language for the first time, but put simply, Infinity War might’ve just met its match in the eyes of Doctor Who fans worldwide with Volume 2’s sophomore instalment. Just as we’ve seen multiple Doctors cross paths in anniversary specials from “The Three Doctors” to Big Finish’s own The Light at the End in 2013, so too does the audio behemoth’s wide-ranging Who license allow them to bring together companions from differing eras of the show at times, and in this case it’s the turn of James McCrimmon to shine alongside one Leela of the Sevateem. In other words: cry havoc and let loose the dogs of war. Thankfully – not that this should come as any surprise given the levels of acclaim which both stars continue to court with their audio portrayals – neither Frazer Hines nor Louise Jameson disappoint, their hallowed characters’ clash of primal wits so ferociously unpredictable and regularly hilarious that you’ll soon wonder how it’s taken so damn long for this heavenly pairing to occur. That’s for the best too, since the core plot of “Waiter” leaves something to be desired in comparison, its rapid barrage of reality-warping setpieces and convoluted technobabble rendering the TARDIS team’s trip to a deeply sinister garden party, even more, overwhelming for the audience than it is for the Doctor as his present and future collide before his eyes. Scribe Rob Nisbet has his character drama down to a tee, then, but he’ll still need to work on balancing this with comprehensible plotting in order to craft the next Big Finish masterpiece. “The Iron Maiden”: “I suppose that time makes legends of us all…” It’s worth noting from the outset that Volume 2’s penultimate chapter, John Pritchard’s “The Iron Maiden”, houses all the components of a great Doctor Who serial – intriguing temporal anachronisms by the dozen, an extremely sympathetic central supporting character with whose mind these anomalies predictably play havoc and quite possibly the finest companion of the Troughton years, Wendy Padbury’s Zoe Heriot, taking the initiative as our de facto protagonist this time around. Upon sitting through the credits one hour later, then, imagine this listener’s disbelief at only being left with the following inescapable question: just what went wrong here? Despite her touching struggle to endure the seemingly endless conflicts of 14th century France, all while realizing that the worst is yet to come thanks to the suspect arrival of First World War technology on the scene, Jo Woodcock’s fascinating prophet-of-sorts Marie is criminally underserved here, lacking much to do beyond trigger the plot with her mysterious visions and prompt Zoe’s occasional epiphanies as she gets to the bottom of the situation. Throw in the disappointing absence of any real suspense – in spite of the deadly weaponry in our heroes’ vicinity – as well as what should’ve been a hugely poignant denouement falling surprisingly flat due to our minimal emotional investment in the ensemble, and “Maiden” unfortunately ranks as the boxset’s weakest link by some distance. “The Tactics of Defeat”: “We’re on the clock, Zoe.” Volume 2, in stark contrast to prior Companion Chronicles collections, opts out of binding its four serials with any ongoing plot threads or recurring thematic beats, such that “Tactics of Defeat” isn’t nearly as burdened with tying up loose ends as The First Doctor Volume 2’s “The Plague of Dreams”, wherein Guy Adams faced the intimidating task of endowing the First Doctor with a more fitting send-off than his abrupt departure in “The Tenth Planet”. If the benefits of this procedural structural approach weren’t already obvious to Big Finish upon commissioning the set, then they’re downright unmissable here, with Tony Jones’ refreshingly understated quasi-season finale proving all the more satisfying as a result. Not dissimilar to “Curate’s Egg”, “Tactics” pairs Zoe with her supposed Foe from the Future – better known to us as UNIT captain Ruth Matheson. Why the change of moral allegiances on Ruth’s part? Is everything as it seems? Both fair questions, but you won’t find us spoiling the answers here; much of the piece’s appeal lies in the constant twists and turns which Ruth’s mission to recover plague-emitting extra-terrestrial technology from a decaying temple take, not least Zoe’s supposed oncoming demise at the vicious hands of unknown assailants. The latter plot element might appear unthinkable given our foreknowledge of events to come in “The War Games”, yet we’re also well aware by now that “time can be re-written”, and indeed future Doctor Who scribes should keep in mind Pritchard’s tense work here as a prime example of how to put gripping new spins on the well-worn paradox-driven story format. Come for Daphne Ashbrook’s still-endearing work as the constantly resourceful, inspiringly courageous Ruth; stay for one of the more innovative scripts that we’ve seen enter classic Who’s audio pantheon for quite some time. The Verdict: How much you’ll get out of Volume 2 depends largely on what you expect from Big Finish’s Second Doctor productions – if you’re looking for authentic reprisals of the Troughton era’s unashamedly outrageous jaunts into fantasy territory or surreal mind-trips into worlds hell bent on distorting their visitors’ perceptions, then the fifth Companion Chronicles boxset since the range ceased its monthly output will fall right up your alley. If, however, you’re hoping to see the scribes involved push narrative / creative boundaries given their lack of 1960s budgetary limitations, then barring the basic set-up of “Curate’s” and the brilliant “Tactics” in its entirety, the end product mightn’t offer quite as much bang for your buck. But while we can’t afford the collection with quite the same glowing recommendation as its Chronicles predecessors, rest assured that there’s still plenty of entertainment in store for any Second Doctor fans craving further sustenance after last year’s "The Power of the Daleks" animated rejuvenation. And who knows – if Matt Smith consulted Troughton’s work in “The Tomb of the Cybermen” as part of the inspiration for his portrayal of the Eleventh Doctor, perhaps future stars lucky enough to portray the Time Lord’s allies might follow suit by picking up Volume 2, thereby starting the cycle of legacy anew… http://reviews.doctorwhonews.net/2018/08/the_second_doctor_volume_2.html?utm_source=dlvr.it&utm_medium=tumblr
