New Year Update

Today, I fully finished And They Were Roommates. I just need to sleep on it and reread every chapter before posting, but for sure, it will all be up this month. I was smiling like an idiot while writing the ending, and then I laughed like a maniac, imagining how much you all would hate me if I made the previous chapter the last one. Although, that did spark an idea for another fic, but I’ll share that later.

For now, here’s a tiny teaser of the ending:

Besides that, I have tons of ideas for longer fics (about ten😅), with eight being planned as a bit shorter. There are four Modern AUs—three about Ace because I'm insane like that🫣, and one with Law. In addition, there’s one about Zoro, one with Sabo, and two with Law. I need to decide which one to focus on right now (there's no way I will be able to put them all out this year).

I also have two hopefully bigger ones in the works: one featuring Ace and a Marine’s daughter, and another with Law and one of his crew members, possibly with OCs instead of a reader insert. I want to fully flesh out these characters, and since these fics will be longer, avoiding descriptions would be much harder. However, these stories will require a lot more time, dedication, and improved writing skills, so it might be a while before they see the light of day. Fingers crossed they eventually will!🤞

Right now, I’m working on a longer one-shot about Roommate Law. Instead of being cute and fluffy, it’s going to be pure angst (the one I mentioned earlier). I’m also planning one for Valentine’s Day with Law and fake-dating during a charity event his hospital is hosting. I had this idea for Ficmas but knew I wouldn’t be able to write it in time, so I’ll tweak a few things and hopefully finish it by February 14th. Honestly, I kind of feel like that story fits better for Valentine’s Day than Christmas anyway.

I also have some one-shots (mostly about Law and Ace, since they’re my favorites, as you can easily tell by looking at my blog🫢) that are more or less done, and many more swirling around in my head.

Most, if not all, of my followers are here for One Piece, as it’s what I’m currently hyperfixating on the most and posting about the most. However, I’m also planning to finally finish and post some content for Genshin Impact as well.

I know it seems like a lot, but I have an awful habit of working on a few things at once. On top of that, I’ve been writing for a while before starting to post, so there are already quite a few works in progress. That’s why I wait to post longer stories until they’re mostly finished—otherwise, the wait for chapters would be endless (or forever, haha).

Maladaptive daydreaming and possibly ADHD is an interesting combo! 🤯

i can't believe my rant is so long already and i haven't even mentioned the mv, so i'll keep it short lol. but im a sucker for the high school setting (i mean if that doesn't help me romanticise school idk what will atp) and even still his mv is just such a masterpiece.

like it's an actual 2010s coming of age you cannot convince me otherwise. i love how it's so deeply personal and i feel like you can see how he actually cares about what he's creating. just him being himself and playing and singing and just idk existing makes me so happy. and that last panel of him adding the music doodles alongside his player sketch destroyed me. safe to say, someone was def cutting onions.

#2 youth - lee know & hallucination - I.N

the youth mv just simply blew me away. i was obsessed with the concept ever since the teaser dropped and the mv did not disappoint. i'm in love with his long hair, the boba eyes, his outfits, his acting, EVERYTHINGGG. and watching him perform it live and his interactions and dance alongside the other dancers is just so cute and makes me happy everytime i look at him.

believe me when i say this, but i would be lying if i said i didn't get wrecked by jeongin after watching this performance. this was i think the first performance video i watched from the tour and i was obsessed since the first watch. (i literally learned the choreo of the chorus literally weeks after his performance, yeah) i just love the vibes of this song + his siren like vocals so much. the mv was also so artistic and pretty, i loved it! and the thing is, one of my closest friend is jeongin biased, so i get to obsess over his performance a lot with her lol

#3 so good - hyunjin & ultra - changbin

SO GOOD IS MY JAMM!!!! literally always on the top of my hype playlists and always just gets me so energised and hyped up. same with ultra, these songs just give me the biggest serotonin boost. and watching them perform it is just a spiritual experience. hyunjin's dance break has me with my jaw open and changbin's body roll is nothing short of iconic. i only feel that maybe their mvs couldn't do the songs justice (but they both looked so attractive my god), but theres nothing like a live performance so i get it.

#3.5 hold my hand - HAN & railway - bang chan

han is such a superstar. the song is good, no doubt, but there's something about him performing it live that just makes it a 100x better

and um as a bang chan girlie i know this is surprising but just hear me out okay! it's just that i dont really listen to like smexy songs that often and like you'll only find me listening to this song on very specific times, so thus this ranking lol. the mv was also CRAZY. like goddamn, i think it's time you own up to your grown ass adults songs christopher because the only train i saw was the one with my sanity leaving me apparently. yeah anyway so it's just that i don't listen to this song as much as the others, but it's still such a good song though like sometimes you just wanna feel like that girl? this song with give you that.

before you come for me, i know. believe me putting his song here is hurting me almost as much as it's hurting you but probably not as much as lix when he was writing this song cause damn brother, who hurt you?? 😭😭😭 so yeah the only reason this is here is because it's a sad song, and i rarely listen to sad tracks because i use music as a way to like uplift and motivate myself, so i just don't listen to it much.

but other than that, this song is nothing but straight out of a fairytale. the whole beauty & the beast backstory works because he looks nothing but majestic performing it at the concert (i think he has one of the prettiest sets) as well as in the mv! i just love lix's voice so much— i remember making my non-stay friends listen to this and they were genuinely surprised when they got to know that this song was actually sung by one guy.

now that i think about it, this is one of my fav skz sad song (another one of my favs is also deep end!) but it's low on the list because it's just such a sad ass song lol. (but again I do love a good plot twists in songs heh so i love how the chorus and tone of the song changes after the "meeting belle" part)

OMG I CAN ONLY PICK FIVE?? OK LET’S GO:

lie detector (tim’s ily) — I think this moment is my favourite part of the episode by far, because first off you have the question about the bugs which was SOOOO cute and so encapsulating of chenford’s relationship that it had me giggling at my tv and twirling my hair lol. but then lucy takes the time to seek out confirmation of his love out of her own will, not because she needed to be proven right but because she wanted to hear it 🥹 and he immediately says yes! he loves her! we finally get to hear it and the lie detector shows it’s true and it’s just so gratifying for chenford fans to finally get this

cop cutie! cute and on duty! — GUYS I KNOW IT’S CORNY BUT HATERS WILL HATE, DADDY COP IS A BANGER!! this was so funny and such an earworm— and to those saying they thought it was an old episode when it opened on that scene, lemme just say SAME lol— but then to up the ante by pulling out the choir as if literally singing for and rejoicing the 100th episode was just so perfect and classic rookie: a little hokey but well executed and fun and all around heartfelt. 10/10 I need it on spotify right now.

if I ain’t got you by alicia keys (lucy’s ily) — okay I’m scared some of you chenford girlies are going to tar and feather me for not putting this at number 1 or 2 but HEAR ME OUT: I’ve expressed my problems about this temporary argument solution!! I think this whole scene is so gorgeous for so so so many reasons: lucy and tim dancing as a couple for the first time, the matching outfits, the kiss, ugh all PERFECT I love my babies 🥹❤️ that being said, I don’t like how so much of the resolution/peace between them relied on tim being completely in the wrong when I feel like it’s a more nuanced issue than that and denies lucy any opportunity to critically reflect on her own feelings about this. and also, it does seem weird to me that she wouldn’t have said ‘I love you’ back to tim when he first said it?? they smile at each other but then they’re back to looking awkwardly from afar at the wedding (prior to this scene of course) and so I’m a bit uneasy at the implication (which the writers did not necessarily add on purpose) that lucy’s ily depended on him admitting he was wrong in any way. but idk maybe I’m just being too nitpicky here, I still ADOREEE THIS SCENE FOREVER AND EVER I want it on my grave k thanks

tim down on one knee — need I say more?? this imagery of him on his knee with the ring staring up at lucy was a glimpse at chenford’s future and it was such cute teasing, god I love writers and showrunners when they add messy fun little teaser moments like this! plus tim totally kicked ass, all covered in blood and ready to pass out, and ah, I do always say the best kind of lust is bloodlust 😌

bailan wedding vows — I actually cannot believe the day has come where a bailan moment is in my top 5 episode moments but these wedding vows showed me how the writers are finally able to articulate what works about them as a couple!! with someone as impressive and as versatile and skilled as bailey, I think literally any other man would feel threatened or emasculated, but nolan really is just Some Guy™️ who’s really into her and obsessed with her and is very sturdy ground for her to come home to. I wish we dove more into her past as a survivor of abuse because I feel like that previous situation informs so much of why she loves john even though, let’s be real: she’s eons above his league holy shit it’s not even funny how out of his league she is. but also she could never be with anyone else! she really just loves him and they have such a nice soft relationship which the wedding really sold me on. I liked it a lot even though I had my qualms about her and him as individuals and together.

had the idea of designing a buttload of minds a bit ago, then recently this week i decided the same for soul. doodled him at school, then showed him to my friend via whiteboardfox :]. i draw Dyadra semi different now than there, but all his design is the same. rope neck that coils up inside his body when not in use, oversized pointy teeth (went monochromatik style with human teeth originally but nah), frizzly uhkempt hair, and a trident through his head. he’s always bleeding from the roof of his mouth, whether the trident is retracted into his skull or not. i love him so much😭💛. he has a full body and even a cute little gut but that’s kept for later for now. consider this a teaser of my inner workings :monk_devious:

I want to make a Reader with that kind of context(without being a Toxic person ofc), like, has temper issues and problems with emotions due to the degradetion of her family(plus, low self esteem) and how would those two(the total oppositive) be with her and help her out with the "situation" with her mother, the bad relationship with her brothers and overall with her father.

Rin Okumura x Best Friend Reader(Platonic)

I make something similar with Zuko, this is the same, Rin with a Best friend who is his total oppositive, that is very shy, quiet, inteligent,is only son, and even not have really a good relationship with his father even though. I think is kind of cute.

Ex-Bully SatoSugu x Reader

based on a post I made that became relatively popular, in a No-curses AU, Gojo and Geto used to be Reader's Bullys until they went to different schools, grew up, matured, were ashamed of their younger selves, met Reader in a new environment and tried to make them fall in love but having to see the damage that the years of bullying had done. They try to help them heal and above all make up for all the shit they did when they were immature.

(this is the only ACTUAL kind of Bully x Reader i like to be honest)

I will try my best at Exams so i can Open My Request sooner, but i have things like 1- make a 12-minute short film, 2- a theater show (on my birthday too:')), 3- put together reports, 4- make several artist analysis folders, etc.

Not to mention that I already have responsibilities at home like my paraplegic dog and my activities outside of school like Tango.

So for my mental health I will have to neglect various social networks a little, but I will not leave them completely, they are what keeps me sane after all;)

So I have a tiny bit of bad news… I have to put “Lost in Time” on a break. I just don’t have a lot of time to write with my art courses taking up most of my time. Although, there is MORE story to come and I WILL be continuing it! I’m not stopping the story. That would be dumb since I have so much of it planned out. I just need a break to catch up on my course work! I will be posting some doodles and teasers on here while I get everything sorted out! Sorry for the sad news and I’ll try to get the next chapter up as soon as I can!

On a more happier note, take these doodles of Raph I did! Most of them are practice sketches from the show since I have trouble drawing muscles. The top left is from an artist called Snowydayout. They had a cute Raph sticker and I couldn’t help but draw it! Anyway, I’ll see you all next time! ❤️
