One issue I see many pups have is that they need to do these scripts and hypnosis in general completely isolated. Many times I do text hypnosis, I put on an album I like or isochronic tones or binaural beats I like, or a combination of them. Those last two aren't magical, but what they do is give you some consistent stimulation if your mind needs more of that than the average pup.

Even for audio hypnosis files or personal sessions with my hypnotist, I tend to have extra binaurals or music playing. If a lack of stimulus distracts you, stimulus will help you focus better.

Because he knew she'd be irritated at being woken up and he also knew that she was going to think he was dumb 😂

And then he woke her up and felt his heart soar at seeing her irritated, sleepy eyes staring up at him, still filled with love, and he felt it again in his entire soul that he loved her more than anything in the world and wanted to spend forever with her.
