Viktor has an undeniable respect for you from the moment he meets you, but that’s especially amplified when he first sees you demonstrating your strength. Maybe it’s something as simplistic as fetching Jayce his Hextech hammer, but he is knocked out of the park nonetheless.

Despite being shocked “at first”, it never quite goes away. That’s not to say he doubts you or your strength; not at all! It’s more so that he forgets, and then he’ll watch you casually offer to carry the heap of study journals he has to the laboratory and he has a real oh moment.

With the evident strength comes a very powerful sense of security, especially for Viktor. Trust is a factor important in his relationships, and he doesn’t struggle with it when he’s around you one bit. While he doesn’t necessarily need active protecting, the fact that he won’t need it due to you is comforting.

As his health declines throughout Season One, you’ll probably be just about the one thing to come between him and his work. While it would be rare and few between, there would be instances where instead of spending sleepless nights in the lab slaving over the Hexcore, he would spend them beside you.

God forbid you find him passed out the lab like Jayce had — despite the exhaustion rattling his bones, Viktor would feel indebted to you. He would suffer from an unfathomable guilt; the fact that you had to see him like that, let alone run blocks to find an appropriate hospital for treatment.

author's note: happy valentine's day idc if you're single like me or not but happy valentine's day nonetheless. i think this is pretty cute and long and that you guys will like it<3

♡ Lyney

-he planned out the best date ever months ago. the place, the time, the date. everything.

-well, the whole thing was about his show. a show dedicated to you with a lot of hearts, rainbow roses and all with a special final trick.

-he told you to wear something nice for his "special valentine's show" the day before, so you did. a really good outfit. after the show, you'll be going to a romantic restaurant with him anyway.

-although... you looked good in anything in lyney's eyes. so, you went to his show, ready to just watch the whole thing. smiling brightly and blushing. but then lyney caught you off guard-

-he called you on stage! for his final trick!

-showing some magic trick where he proves that he can see how much someone is loved by how many rainbow roses come out of their "heart/chest".

-he started pulling them out, and out, and out...

-until something like confetti popped out of your chest! confetti of rainbow roses and a single note that he signaled you to open just after the show ended.

-then, he thanked everyone, and waited for them to leave.

-after they left, you opened the note with lyney next to you.

-before him, 2 of his friends performed together, just to get the crowd excited for the final dance.

-and finally, gaming got on stage.

-dancing flawlessly, amazing everyone around. those who saw him dance that night were probably so amazed that they threw screamed after the show.

-anyways, during that lovely dance, rose petals were falling from the sky, out of nowhere! (xianyun)

-and after he finished, and bowed down along with his friends, he threw a rose in the crowd, making it specifically land in your hands.

-there was a note on it.

-he was never a fan of valentine's day to begin with.

-so, even after he met you, for a while, he avoided anything romantic in public. simply said, he hated PDA.

-but this time, when valentine's day was near, he actually started thinking of something for you. to make that day special. to try and fit in with mortals who celebrated it.

-he told you to dress up in random outfits for him, saying that he was bored and his phone didn't have any battery left. (it was at 87%)

-you started dressing up in outfits, he was rating them one by one. hepretty tough with you getting any good rates, but after a few of them, he saw that outfit that he was waiting for.

-"wear that tomorrow." he didn't even say that it meant "11/10" in his words. so you wore it tomorrow.

-he wasn't home, instead, there was a note on the living room table.

-"go to that river that nahida and i were at when she was teaching me about aranaras."

-and you headed out immediately, in the outfit that he told you to wear.

-finally, you got there and saw him, waiting for you. with a bouquet of sumeru roses in his hands.

-"happy valentine's day..." he muttered while he hid his blushing face under his hat.

-so, you got dressed and headed to the desert with him.

-chit-chatting until you got to a little shadowed place, with a heart shape in the sand.

-you sat down next to it, and cyno sat on the other side.

-he gave you a little bracelet in a box.

-it was purple with his name on it.

-that day, he suddenly invited you to go on a picnic with him, in the rainforest.

-you agreed, of course. then, got ready, and headed out to the spot.

-tighnari was sitting on a blanket under the tree, looking at some sumeru roses next to it, muttering some complaints about the akademiya.

-as soon as he noticed you, plucked one, and handed it to you as you sat down next to him.

-he even smiled back at you.

-"i hope this will be your best valentine's day ever."

-he's not one to make a surprise like the rest, he'll plan the date with you.

-an aquarium. (i would collapse if someone brought me to an aquarium)

-when the day finally arrived, the two of you got ready and went out together, hand-in-hand, to the most famous aquarium in all of fontaine.

-it had all types of fish, even the endangered species.

-you were amazed by the fish, and how beautiful it was. and the underwater world itself.

-he found it quite nice, too.

-and when you got to a section with otters, ones that looked similar to neuvillette himself...

-you took a bunch of pictures with him and them, they even played with him through the glass!

-after leaving, he gave you a kiss on the cheek.

Thank you! I adore small details like that, and I don't think I've seen anyone point this out before! (Or maybe they did and I missed it, that's also entirely possible LOL)

But yes, one of my favorite details I added to my older Starlo + Ceroba designs is the clover patches on their poncho + kimono respectively. They can't really be open about the fact that they have a kid outside of the trusted circle in the Dunes, so they wanted something to show that they love Clover and very much consider them family. I'd say it was probably Starlo's idea! He loves his kid so much.

Granted, Zeno learns to be grateful for food and literally everything (man has literally had to make himself clothes with whatever he could find---probably a very interesting low that is worth mentioning) he ever comes to have in his possession, and was already a pretty polite/educated/well mannered/grateful boy, but I just. I really like this thought y'know? The third person talking is the thing he does bc of Kaya, I'd like to imagine he felt so terrible about letting that one uneaten bowl of rice go to waste that he became incredibly passionate about refusing to let food be wasted.

Also, brief, very nice little character development touch, in my humble kayazeno opinion.

nightmare: "sometimes the world hates me. ah- well, what i meant was, the path of fate has me set on a predetermined path of struggle! and yet, when even i, the queen of negativity, could not stop my kin from slipping on a ridiculously placed banana peel and almost breaking her neck, swap was her knight in shining armor and caught her. needless to say, just as fate despises my bloodline, fate also has angels sent down from heaven. i do suppose swap is one of those, bless her soul."

SHOKO HCS !!!!!!! my wife ….. i do i do ………. this is more of a character analysis maybe but ;;;;;;

shoko is very similar to stsg in many ways. one of them being her brand of loserism …….. just like them she appears very cool and nonchalant at first glance, a charming stranger that keeps catching your eye from across the room ……. i think she has a very particular allure. pale skin and long coats and half-smoked cigarettes and a barely-there kind of smile. radiates the kind of energy that makes you go ’i could fix her’. BUT once you actually get to know her that mysterious charm gets dashed to bits because i do think she is a loser …… a wet cat of a lover. if she falls for you i don’t think she ever falls out .

she is sooooo emotionally repressed and detached but she loves you very deeply and steadily ……… touch is something kind of foreign to her but she’s pretty clingy with you . or more like she wants you to he clingy with her so she doesn’t have to initiate…. i think she melts whenever you link arms. loves feeling like she’s safeguarding you somehow (sashisu all share this trait). basically !!!!!!! she is a bit awkward when it comes to love . a bit of a mess. but she’ll stay with you through thick and thin — that’s the easiest way for her to show her love for you . she has a lot of love to give but you’ll have to get used to her emotional constipation and occasional withdrawal

☕️ König headcanons

Oooooh thank you Anon, I love König very much <3

- The man is extremely capable in his work and has no problem leading a high risk mission, but the moment he's not working, his anxiety creeps back in. I think there's a huge difference between König and the man behind the name and mask. He feels safe and strong as König but as a civilian he hates how much he stands out, how much people are looking at him when he's outside, and he has a very lonely existence because of it.

-Where some other operators / characters wear masks for anonymity, König 100% wears his because it makes him feel confident, makes him feel intimidating and accentuates that König/The man behind distinction. Doesn't help that he's a pretty boy and that people used to not take him seriously because of it, thus leading him to wearing a mask.

- Ginger, 100%

- Struggles with mental health a lot, and I hc that someone important (family maybe?) gifted him that red bracelet from his arachnid skin. He seems like someone who would be close to their mom to me.

- Not really a hc but I just want the 141 to adopt him. I've seen fanart of him and Gaz being friends and it melted my poor heart, and I think Price should take him on a fishing trip someday.

So color thinks Killer is brainwashed, BUT, what if one time when Killer's soul is normal and he can feel and think for himself again, what if they are chilling at Color's place and then Killer gets up and says something like "I have to go home, don't want to worry dad"

What would Color think ? Would he rethink everything because "wait, why did you call him dad ???" Or would he think that damn, this brain washing is even worse than he thought because apparently Nightmare makes them call him dad ?? Which is weird even for Nightmare that could be a manipulation method ??

OH I LOVE THINKING ABOUT THESE GUYS OKAY SO!!!!!

(I'm still new to Color so if I'm wicked super wrong let me know!)

I feel like no matter what Killer said about Nightmare, Color wouldn't believe it. If somebody's been held captive so long they no longer think they want to leave, of course they're going to say they like living there. No matter how much Color cares about him, I think he has to consider Killer an unreliable narrator as far as his own situation is concerned.

But! Color's main concern is giving Killer his autonomy back and helping him learn to make his own choices. This unfortunately means if Killer keeps choosing to go back to Nightmare, Color has to respect it.

I feel like the only way he would begin to slowly unwind and trust that Nightmare had good intentions would be to see it for himself repeatedly. It's going to take more than a few good turns to prove that he isn't just putting on an act when Color is watching and then turning the whip on them again when nobody's looking. That's going to be hard to set up though since neither of them want to be around the other very much lol

I do think a good start for it would be Nightmare giving Killer the choice though. Like, not that they don't get to choose things regularly, but Killer isn't really one to think much about what he wants or come forward with it so Nightmare kind of assumes he's content and doesn't really think to check in with him. So if he actually made a point of asking Killer what he wanted and he said he wanted to spend a day with Color, I think that would be a good start. Obviously Color's not gonna jump to trusting him after one day, but hearing that Nightmare is also giving Killer his own choices and actually respecting them might give him a bit more reason to trust him.

That said, the image of Color's face as he asks "he makes you call him dad??" is sending me lol
