Warnings: fluff, mentions of anxiety, sickness-corona, it gets a bit angsty at the end, English isn’t my first language so there could be some grammar and spelling mistakes, it got pretty long so I hope you don’t mind

This story is based on the song „Take on the world“ by You me at six. The song gets a bigger role in the next part so if you haven’t heard it before go check it out🙃

The first time that you had met Alessia was in 2019 when you started your Freshman Year at UNC.

Alessia being a Junior and also Captain of the Tar Heels soon took you under her wing.

The two of you became inseparable in a really short time.

The team started to tease you endlessly but you didn’t mind it.

Lotte was the one that made you realize that you felt a bit more than just friendship for Alessia. She came to you after a really intense practice and basically told you to make a move already. And you did. After you ignored her for a week because you got to much into your own head.

Alessia noticed your absence and forced you to speak to her. It was the best thing that she could’ve done.

„Y/N what happend? Did I do something wrong?“ She had cornered you after the last training session of the week.

You just shook your head, painfully aware of how close she was.

„Just say the word. Whatever it is. I can see, see the pain in your eyes. I care for you. You know.“

„I’m sorry. I just… it just got all too much and than Lotte got me thinking… and you are my best friend I don’t want to lose you…“

„Hey hey breath. Look in my eyes, I will never desert you.“

And you did. Her blue eyes were filled with concern and something else. Something that was reflected in your own. She was just as scared as you.

In that moment you remembered something that your father had said to you when you were younger.

„You know, sometimes all you need is twenty seconds of insane courage. Just literally twenty seconds of just embarrassing bravery. And I promise you, something great will come of it.“

So your took your chance, be damned the consequences.

You leaned in and kissed her, slowly and with out much pressure, prepared for her stepping back or even pushing you away but she didn’t.

Alessia tensed for just a second before she realized what had happened.

She was the one to deepen the kiss, pulling you towards her.

The both of you couldn’t help the smile that broke out on your faces, that ultimately made you both stop the kiss.

„You have no idea how long I wanted to do that.“ Said the blonde when you looked at each other again.

She pulled you into a bone crushing hug. Oh how you loved Alessias hugs.

„If I didn’t make myself clear. I really really like you Lessi.“ You whispered in her ear still scared that she was somehow only messing with you.

„I really like you too. Y/n I would love for you to be my girlfriend, i care so much for you.“

Instead of giving her a verbal answer you just leaned in again and kissed her . This time the blonde striker kissed right back. It felt so right. It wasn’t your first kiss, but it felt so much better than any other kiss you had before.

Lotte would later tease the both of you that she was the reason the two of you had got together but she would shut up when the two of you started to kiss each other in front of her.

���Alright alright I stop, I don’t need to see the two of you shoving each other’s tongue down the other’s throat. O what have I done.“ Lotte shook her head disgusted but the smile on her face betrayed her. You could see how happy the defender was for you and her best friend.

Your first year at college was one of the best years of your life.

You felt like you were on cloud nine. Alessia and you were stronger than ever, wether it be on the field or off.

Alessia scored the goals, you gave the assists.

So when the new year came you were exited for what was coming.

2020 started as good as 2019 had ended. Alessia and you had both been called up for the senior team for the first time.

It was the highlight of your young career, something that you hade dreamed of since you were a little kid. But boy were you nervous and you weren’t the only one.

The day before you were meant to travel to base camp was spent with Alessia.

The whole day you could feel how nervous she was.

At lunch with your friends she zoned out every few minutes, her leg bouncing up and down until you laid your hand on her leg in silent support.

But that didn’t stop her from biting her lip.

You didn’t comment on it, just silently supporting her. You knew that she was in her own head and that it wouldn’t help her to draw attention to her fidgety nervous self.

You were glad when Alessia asked you to sleep at hers and Lottes because you knew she wouldn’t be able to fall asleep otherwise and also because it would help you too.

She pulled you close once the two of you had settled in bed, silently rubbing her hand up and down your back. It was not only helping her but you too. The both of you relaxing for the first time today.

“Silence the voices, that haunt you inside.” You whispered in the blondes ear and you couldn’t see her smile slightly. Glad that the both out you knew each other so well.

“You deserve to be called up, you deserve this place. You don’t have to be great, hell you don’t even have to be anything. It’s our first camp, they don’t have any expectations. Just show them what you are made of, what you train for every day. And most importantly just be you.”

You smiled proudly at Alessia and kissed her forehead.

When she looked up into your eyes she could only see trust and love.

The national camps went better than expected for you as well as for Alessia.

But shortly after the international break everything became a lot messier.

In early March you watched the news at one training, seeing how the whole world started to shut down.

You could see the uncertainty in a lot of your international teammates.

Lotte and Lessi also looking on in concern, especially when pictures from the hospitals in Italy were showed.

You could see the worry in Alessias eyes, so you pulled her into your arms, squeezing her tight.

The next evening you walked with Lotte to her dorm after class.

When Lotte opened her dorm room you saw Lessi sitting on her bed, talking on her phone, tears silently running down her cheeks.

You immediately walked over to her, pulling her into you and silently supporting her.

“Yeah mum, I… look into flights… I try to be home as soon as possible.”

She said and your heart sank.

Lotte had come over as well and had sat down on your Girlfriends bed.

Alessia ended the call and sunk into your arms.

“My Nonno got covid, he was admitted to the hospital yesterday but my Nonna said that they don’t have enough rooms anymore so he ha sto stay in the corridor.

My Mother is scared for him, the situation in Italy is escalating so quickly. She wants me home before we are not allowed to travel home anymore.” She said and you watched as more tears streamed down her face.

“My mother called me this morning. She wants me back home too.” Said Lotte and pulled her best friend into her own arms.

You remained quiet.

Of course you understood that Alessias and Lottes parents wanted them home. The virus was spreading quicker than anyone had anticipated.

But you couldn’t help but feel a bit selfish. You didn’t want them to go back to England, to leave you here in America, but most of all you were scared what that would mean for yours and Lessis relationship, but you loved her and you knew that it was the best for her to go back.

„I don’t want to leave. I know I am selfish and that it’s best to go home and be with my family but I don’t want to leave you.“ Alessia was close to tears again when she looked at you, her lip quivering.

„I know Baby, I don’t want you to leave either, but it is the right decision.“

You noticed that Lotte had slipped out of the room to give you some space and you were grateful.

You kissed her soft lips, trying to convey your own feelings, your love for her.

„Love, I think over the last few months was fortunate to get to know you and I would say that I sometimes know you better than you know yourself.“ You were glad when Less chuckled.

„Do you remember what you said to me that day, we got together? Look in my eyes, I will never desert you. I say the same to you now. I know it will not be easy, but you just need to say the word and we will take on the world together, okay?!“

The smile on Alessias face was all you needed for you to know that whatever may happen in the future the two of you would be alright. You knew that even around 6.500 kilometers wouldn’t destroy what Alessia and you had.

Still you were not prepared for the day were Alessia and Lotte actually left.

It was one week after that fateful evening. Lotte and Alessia had talked with your coaches and teachers and they weren’t the only international students that were leaving campus.

The Virus had only spread and even your own family became increasingly worried. So you too were thinking about leaving campus to go back to your family in New York.

With the pressure of international flights being canceled left and right, the English girls had booked the next possible flight. So with in 5 days they had packed their thinks and were now standing with you at the airport, luggage by there side.

All three of you had tears streaming down your faces. No one knew what the next few days, weeks or even months would bring.

„I will miss you guys! Just promise that whatever happens we stay in contact, okay?!“

Alessia was hugging you her face hidden in your hair, hands grabbing your shirt as if she could take you with her.

„I love you so much! No matter what ok? We will call and face time and we will back in no time.“ Your heart shattered hearing her broken voice. And you couldn’t help but just nod. You pulled Lotte into your hug, you would miss the brown haired defender almost as much as Alessia. She had become one of your closest friends over the last year.

„I am just one phone call away. No matter the time difference. Just call me whenever alright? You too Lotte! You don’t know how much the two of you mean to me.“

„You too Y/n. We will see each other soon.“

With one last hug you said goodbye to Lotte before pulling Lessi into you for one last time.

„I‘ll miss you so much!“ You whispered and kissed her hard. A promise of Love and forever.

„Remember, we will face the world together ok? We will be alright.“

Alessia was looking into your eyes with so much love that you could only smile before kissing her one last time.

With a heavy heart you watched as the two girls left for security. One last wave from the two and they were gone.

Gone for an unknown amount of time

summary: you were an artist. when you were heartbroken you didn’t just cry alone in bed. you’re just making something out of your emotions.

You wanted to lie in bed all day. You really wanted to. But you weren’t this type of person, you couldn’t just lie all day while not doing anything but crying. It would just make you more frustrated.

So instead you just decided to pour your emotions on a paper and write a song.

You really wanted to make some energetic song where you would just badmouth your ex but you still loved him too much to do that, so instead you wrote a goodbye song for him. And it was really good.

“I want to write you a song, one as beautiful as you are sweet” you hummed to yourself trying to make a melody that would be perfect with your song.

“Already sounds great sweetie.” your manager, Ellie, said coming into your studio room. You deeply regreted giving her keys to your apartment. “What got you writing something like that? It doesn’t sound like love songs you made about Colby.”

“It’s a goodbye song for Colby. I actually wanted to call him an asshole and viagra taker but I just couldn’t make myself do that so I decided to do this. And I actually feel pretty good after writing this.” you shrugged and put your gituar in its place.

“Oh honey, what happend?” she sounded concerned.

“Colby broke up with me because he ‘didn’t felt as he should feel’ he just…wasn’t in love anymore.” you felt tears pricking at your eyes. Ellie gasped and hugged you tightly. “Don’t feel too bad, that song is amazing.” you laughed even though tears were already streaming from your eyes.

“Okay guys, so I have this new song and you’ll be the first ones to ever hear it before it comes out today at midnight.” you told the crowd which started screaming with excitement. “That’s actually a form of a goodbye to someone who was, still is, important to me and even if we won’t ever talk again I want him to know I wish him the best.”

Well, maybe that wasn’t the best way to announce your break up to the world but whatever. It’s not like twitter and tik tok detectives weren’t starting to notice little things.

Music started playing right when you started playing your gituar and crowd got silent to listen better to new song.

“I want to write you a song, one as beautiful as you are sweet…” you continued singing and people started to get what you meant, and who you meant, in your little speech and well, you never heard a silence quite this loud.

“I want to write you a song. One to make your heart remember me, so anytime I’m gone you can listen to my voice and sing along. I want to write you a song.” you ended the song with tears in your eyes. Singing it out loud in front of thousands of people made you realize how real that situation was. You were no longer with Colby. And it still hurts.

You could see that some people in the crowd had shock on their faces and tears in their eyes. It was the first time ever it was so silent after you ended a song. And it felt weird but also so right.

It was like a minute of silence for you and Colby and for your relationship. For your memories.

You and Colby were popular couple. Many people said you’re the perfect example of right person in right time, so you knew these news would be heartbreaking for some of your fans.

“I know it’s probably a lot to take in just a moment but it actually felt good singing this out loud. Yeah, some chapters in life ends but that doesn’t mean there’s nothing waiting for us. New chapter is just a new chance and I’m gonna use it as best as I can.” you did a little speech and your fans finally recovered from the news you dropped at them and applaused for you. “I love you guys, I wouldn’t be here without you. I’m so fucking grateful for y‘all. See you soon!” as you were coming off the stage you could hear squeaks, shouting and clapping and it made you smile. You made it. And you will make it through this negative feelings. And you will be fine again.

You were in a bar. It was your friend’s birthday party and as much as you liked her, this party sucked. Everybody was so sober and awkward that it made you want to leave.

“Oh hi.” you heard next to you. When you turned you saw Colby.

“Hi” you smiled to him. He looked really good. His black button up was revealing part of his chest and his beautiful blue eyes were shining in dim light “How are you?”

You tried to be civil with him. You were almost used to thought that you are no longer together. It still hurt, especially with world still talking about it since you announced it just few days ago even though you were broken up for few months.

“Good, thanks. And you?”

“Fine.” you smiled awkwardly. You stood in kind of awkward silence and just from looking at him you knew he wanted to tell you something but wasn’t sure how. “Just say it.”

“I like the song you wrote.” he finally choked out and you felt your heart squeezing. You didn’t expect him to start this topic but you just gulped and faked a giggle.

“Thank you.” when you wanted to say something else he stopped you with his words.

“I know I hurt you. I regret it like nothing else in my life but you deserve better. I just didn’t feel like I loved you enough. Not as much as you deserve to be loved. So I didn’t want to hurt you even more with pretending. But maybe…” he quickly shuted up and then changed his words, or rather tried to avoid saying what he started saying. “So I thought that would be better. But I still love you and think that in some way, I always will. But I think it’s better if you find your perfect match instead of being stuck with me. And it might seem cruel for me to say this now but I just wanted you to know that it would be impossible for me to forget someone like you. You changed my life, y/n.”

You wanted to say something but before you realized it he was out of your eyesight so you just sighed and took a sip of vodka.

It’s been a month and you couldn’t stop thinking about Colby’s words.

Did he meant what you thought he meant?

He still loved you but didn’t think it was enough? Didn’t think he was enough for you?

You had so many questions and it made you sleepless trying to think what you should do or what are answers to these questions.

So now here you were, at Colby’s door in the middle of the night, still in your pajamas, hoping he was home.

You inhaled an air into your lungs and started knocking. Maybe more aggressive than you should but you just were desperate for answers and you couldn’t give up.

Finally moments later, the doors opened revealing sleepy Colby who looked at you confused and then he suddenly were more awake looking at you with concern.

“Everything okay? What happened? Are you hurt or in danger?” he looked over you as if to look for any visible wounds.

“Yes, I mean no.” you sighed and started explaining. “Since Doris’ birthday I can’t stop thinking about your words and it’s fucking crazy. Like, what did you mean?”

Colby could see desperation and tiredness in your eyes and it make him feel bad because he was the reason of your distress.

“I…”

You interrupted him.

“I thought about it so much that i got to a conclusion that you still love me but don’t want to be with me because you’re too… scared of something, like hurting me or whatever. And it hurts so much anyway because I don’t think I can function without you anymore what is so funny to me because I literally wrote a song to get over you. But it didn’t work because I still fucking love you and want you back and I hope i’m right and you also still love me because I think it will break me for good if I’m wrong and you don’t love me anymore. And I might sound so pathetic right now but I don’t care becau…”

This time he was the one who interrupted you. But with the way he did that, you couldn’t be mad.

He kissed you to make you shut up.

You gladly reciprocated the kiss and after a moment he took his lips away just to place his forehead on yours.

“You’re right. I’m still in love with you. But I just felt like my love wasn’t enough, that you deserve so much better. Someone who will always be able to show you his love and share your passions with you and…” now you were the one shutting him up with your lips.

“Don’t say anything. You’re so stupid, Colbs. You’re the only one I want, even if you have your own hobbies. And you showed me your love in a way I loved. I want you, only you.”

Colby smiled at you and took your hands to lead you inside his home.

“I’m so glad you were brave enough to come here because I missed you so much but was afraid to confront you after Doris’ party.” you laughed softly at that and squeezed his hand.

Maybe now you will be back to writing love songs about this man.

My Little Mermaid Part 2:Under the Sea

Y/N looked around frantically trying to get sight of the prince. She watched as he sank underneath the surface and quickly swam down and grabbed him. Once she had a hold of him she pulled him back up to the surface and kept him afloat.

Y/N dragged the prince to the surface as the sun came up. She lied him down gently on the shore  and  gently carresed his cheek observing his features.  She softly began to hum her siren song. She watched as the prince slowly turned his head.

Sebastian watched in horror from afar, knowing that if the king ever found out about this he would be in big trouble.

"What would I give to live where you are," she softly sang, "what would I pay to stay here beside you."

"What would I do to see you, smiling at me," she continued as she gently caressed a cut that had formed above his brow,  "Where would we walk, where would we run, if we could stay all day in the sun." The prince slowly reached for the mermaids hand that had found its way on his chest.

"Just you and me," the mermaid fantasized as the prince slowly opened his eyes, "and I could be part of your world" Her attention was quickly diverted away from the prince when she heard the shouts of several men and watched as they approached the shore with torches and lanterns. She quickly got back in the water and swam behind a rock so that she could watch from afar.

"He's alive," she heard a voice shout.

“Alert the Queen," another voice exclaimed.

"What are you doing child,” Sebastian asked approaching the rocks.

"Oh, hey Sebastian, i wasnt expecting to see you here" Scuttle greeted as she stood on the rock and looked at Y/N, " and i definetly wasn't expecting to see her here.

"Look we just going to forget this whole thing ever happend," the crab suggested,"the sea king will never know, ”the crab continued. "You wont tell him and I won't tell him," the crab explained to both Y/N and the bird. "And I will stay in one piece"

Y/N slowly crept up a rock and watched as the prince was taken back to the palace. "I dont know when," she sang again, "I don't know how,"

"But I know somethings starting right now," she continued to climb up the rock, "Watch and you'll see,"

"Someday I'll be," she sang now that she was fully on the rock.

"Part of your world" she sung as a giant wave crashed behind her.

Y/N carefully admired the statue that she collected from the ship wreck. She gently carresed it's face,"Wouldn't you just look at the longing in his eyes," she sighed dreamily

"What do you know about longing child," Sebastian asked. Y/N scoffed and rolled her eyes as she  swam out of her grotto.

“Okay okay listen to me the human world is a mess,” Sebastian stated, ”life under the sea is better than anything they got going on up there,” Sebastian sat on a rock next to Y/N and crawled next to her.

“The seaweed is always greener,” the crab sang as he seperated some grass near the rock with his claws,”in somebody elses lake,”

“You dream of going up there,” Sebastian sang as he watched the mermaid attempt to swim to the surface.

“But that is a big mistake,” implied the crab as he pulled Y/N back under the sea which earned a scoff from her, “just look at the world around you right here on the ocean floor”

“Such wonderful things surround you,” Sebastian commented, “what more is you looking for?”

“Under the sea,” the crab sang, “Under the sea"

“Darling its better, down where its wetter,” the crab stated, “take it from me”

“Up on the shore they work all day, out in the sun, they slave away,” Sebastian claimed while swimming around, “while we devoted full time to floatin under the sea”

Sebastian watched as Y/N swam off and scoffed and rolled his eyes before swimming after her.

“Down here all the fish is happy,” sebastian sang as the dolphins swam around happily, “ as off through the waves they roll”

“The fish on the land ain’t happy,” the crab claimed, “ they sad 'cause they in their bowl”

“But fish in the bowl is lucky,” suggested the crab as he hitched a ride on the back of a dolphin “They in for a worser fate,” Sebastian explained to the mermaid.

“One day when the boss get hungry, guess who gon be on the plate,” Sebastian rhetorically asked Y/N while swimming towards her causing her to back away and sit down on a squid.

“Under the sea,” he continued. “Under the sea,” he sang as Y/N lay on the back of the squid and ran her fingers through the coral.

“Nobody beat us, fry us, and eat us in fricassee” the crab exclaimed. “We waht the land folk love to cook,” he explained. “Under the sea we off the hook,”he sang as Y/N swam and danced with the jellyfish.

“We got no troubles,” the crab boasted, “life is the bubbles, under the sea”

“Under the sea,” Y/N sang along.

“Hey, under the sea,” the crab continued glad the girl was understanding.

“Under the sea,” she sang happily as she lay comfortably on the backs of a group of jellyfish

“Yes, child,” he encouraged. “Since life is sweet here, we got the beat here naturally,” he sang to her. 

“Naturally,” she adlibbed as she gave the crab a gentle lift causing him to float.

“Even the sturgeon and the ray,” the crab listed as he watched several sting rays swim around happily, “they get the urge and start to play.”

“We got the spirit, you got to hear it,” Sebastian exclaimed as he and Y/N swam around with the various sea creatures, “under the sea”

“Watch this,” the crab announced as he started to dance on the back of a sea turtle and watched the mermaid sit on the back on the back of one,"the newt play the flute, the carp play the harp"

“The plaice play the bass,” he sung as Y/N danced on the back of a turtle as they walked happily on the ocean floor. “And they sounding sharp,” he commented.

“The bass play the brass,” he continued, “the chub play the tub”

“The fluke is the duke of the soul,” he stated, “the ray he can play, the ling’s on the strings, the trout rockin out, the blackfish she sings” Y/N watched in amusement as the starfish stood up and began to sway side to side.

“The smelt and the sprat, they know where it’s at” Sebastian remarked. “And oh the blowfish, blow,” he exclaimed as Y/N gently blew on the blowfish and giggled as it puffed up.

Y/N swam to an area with clustered rocks and sat down on the edge of one as she was surrounded by several beautiful striped creatures that danced around her. She watched happily as the sea mushroom began to dance on the rock next to her and swam towards them to get a closer look.

She became mesmerized as she watched the multicolor squids and stingrays dance together in synch. She soon felt herself being gently lifted into a cave by a jellyfish. She was soon surrounded my several fluorescent jellyfish and was amazed by their beauty. She watched as they collectively spun their tentacles in synchronized movements. Suddenly, she was on the backs of several jellyfish and was being moved towards a slide and childishly giggled as she went down it and as it came to an end she found herself back in the open water.

“Under the sea, “ Sebastian started again with his musical number.

“Under the sea,” Y/N joined in and smiled at the crab.

MEANWHILE AT ERIC’S CASTLE

“I will not rest until I find her, I need a boat I have to get out there” Eric stated stubbornly as he stood up from the table. 

“Eric, this is ridiculous,” the Queen rebuttled, “how many times have I told you that the sea gods are against us.”

“Grimsby, how many shipwrecks have we had in these waters this year?” The Queen asked her advisor.

“Um, six your majesty,” he answered as he looked down at his feet.

”You are not leaving this castle until you’re feeling better”

“I’ll feel better when I find her,” Eric remarked as he scoffed at his mother’s statements and walked away and went outside for some fresh air.

"All I ever wanted,was the open sea and sky,” the prince sang as he walked down near the shore, ”freedom from the life I always knew”

"Now all I am is haunted, as days and hours roll by, “ he sang as he sat down on the edge of a rock, "All I ever think about is you”

"There you are (ah), over me (ah)” he stood up hearing the beautiful voice of the girl who saved him in his head,”taking me with your song to (ah)”

"Wild uncharted waters,” he vocalized as he walked down the stairs, "Miles beyond the sea”

"I was darkness bound, I had almost drowned, til you came around, and you found me,” he ran closer and closer to the shore until he reached the shoreline.

"Now I am on the shoreline, but I'm still lost at sea,” he expressed his feelings through his words as he stood on top of a rock and desperately scanned the sea with his eyes.

"In these wild uncharted waters,” he expressed his desires to see the mystery girl again ,"Come find me, again”

"All I do is wonder,who you are and where you'll be,in my mind, your melody goes on,” he replayed the beautiful melody in his song over and over again.

"Stronger than the undertow,the night you rescued me,” he remembered opening his eyes and seeing a blurry silhouette,"Silhouetted by the rising dawn”

"Oh (ah), over you (ah),” he gently swayed and closed his eyes,"I cannot get over you (ah)"

"In wild uncharted waters,beyond where man can see,” he vocalized as he imagined himself on a ship searching for her,"When your eyes outshine the horizon line”

"And you're finally real, here beside me,I'm right here on the shoreline,” he expressed his desires to have the girl in arms reach.

"I'm right where you left me,and your voice is like, a siren that guides me to wild uncharted waters,” he sang as he envisioned himself climbing up the ship and staring out to the ocean.

"Alone, just you and me,” he fantasized,”And I hope you're there in the open air,”

"There's no map or compass to guide me, no,” he sat down on a pole on the ship,"Time may change the shoreline,but time will not change me”

"If it takes my life,I will finally find you again,” he sang desperately as he looked out into the horizon.

OUTSIDE THE PALACE

Was there really ever close to a reunion as The Beatles? (I made an addiction to your question, saying “while John was alive”).

I would say no.

What the cards start telling is that this topic was discussed, I don’t think between them. It was like, for example, Paul would talk to Linda about this. The way that they discussed this topic was very unrealistic, and based on the “good times”. But then they would remember what was actually happening. They were very much into their own problems, why they would do anything in the first place. The thing is, they would’ve enjoyed a reunion, they intuitively felt that, but also they weren’t very sure of this because I think the four of them were looking to express themselves in their own way creatively. I think there was actually one of them (or two, or three…🤣) that thought that they were in a good place and did some kind of proposal, but was rejected immediately. I think this person (s) were actually very convinced that this could work. The other part (s), thought that this was actually shady, because this person (s) would be just interested in the financial aspect.

I think they were VERY eager on this to happen. They wanted it to be almost perfect, so they thought a lot about how they would approach each other in this matter. It happened that they thought so much about this that they always regretted on doing it. Until one of them did the proposition. And it’s so weird for me because it is like…it was a proposition with second intentions. It is like, yeah, he wanted to write songs, but he was surely looking for something else. So, this proposition was accepted and they were very happy that this would happen, it was like they were fully satisfied on themselves to be able to do that again, but also were very wary about their feelings, it was like they feared that “this would be IT”. They would write and everything would end. Would they be happy just writing? Of course, but it seemed that both also wanted to just, I don’t know, see each other, hug each other…just be together. The thing is, they both thought that if that would happen (the “just” writing scenario), they wouldn’t do anything. But would be “contempt” that at least they did something.

#8 Princess and the frog

This movie is without a doubt a classic disney movie. It has some of the best soundtracks of any disney movie, amazing characters, and a beautiful friendship that should never go unnoticed.

First things first I want to talk about my favorite song: Dig a little deeper. This is definitely one of my favorite Disney songs ever because of its catchy rhythm and nice message. This song is about finding who you are even if you believe you've already found your true self. I think it's a great message that is super easy to understand the first time listening to the song it's something i understood right away. It also has such a catchy beat that makes me want to listen to the song all the time. I remeber fist time I watched the movie once I was older I downloaded this song right away and it can be found in almost every single playlist I have, I get so excited evrytime this song comes on, it's the best way to start my day. The vocals in this song flow so nicely with the beat and fit the song so well, I couldn't imagine any other voice.

The best disney friendship by far is Charlotte and Tianas. Charlotte grew up as the richest family in town and never made Tiana feel bad about her situation. Charlotte supports Tiana her whole life and never leaves her side which is something I wish I had. Even when Tiana becomes a princess which was Charlotte's dream she never made her feel bad or ruined their relationship, she supported her 100%. In my opinion, Charlotte is the friend everyone wishes they had when only a select few truly do. I want a friend like Charlotte, from how she looks and how she acts towards others she dosen't seem like the best person but I love that the writers made her a very good friend and likeable character and not a villan or fake friend to Tiana.

Finally, I want to talk about Ray. Ray is my favorite character in this movie and definitely a top 5 favorite character over all. He's hilarious every everytime he speaks im dying of laughter. One of my favorite lines is "Don't make me light my butt" I think about this line often it's something I just can't forget because of how i was rolling with laughter. Unfortunately, Ray dies at the end of the movie, his death destroyed me. Whenever I watch this movie and it reaches this part i'm bawling my eyes out by the end and need to find comfort in the chips i'm eating. One aspect about his death that has me crying tears of joy however, is when he lights up as a star next to evangaline, his one true love. The whole movie he wasn't able to even get close to evagaline but he gets to rest next to her for eternity which makes me so unbelievably happy that even tho he passed he still got his happy ending.

The reason this movie isn't ranked higher on the list is because this is a movie I watched as a kid but as I grew up and forgot about it. One night when I was bored and wanted to watch a movie I just happend to stumble across the princess and the frog, i do truly love this movie and think about Ray constently but the rest of the movie is easy to forget. When rewatching it I also realised how much I don't like the villan, I know the villan isn't supposed to be liked but I didn't enjoy the type of villan he was or what he would do, I never really saw a motive, he was boring.

For all of these reasons i'm rating this movie number 8 out of 10 best disney movies.

Honestly reading these speculations about the past, politics around 1D, who loved attention more than others, who was thrown under the bus etc etc… it happend, it’s the past and it can’t be changed anymore and it reminded me yesterday’s massive discussion between tumblr larries about the Blondie and her newest album version like her fans again accussed Harry for being the worst bf ever eventho their pr relationship happend 11 years ago, album originally dropped 9 years ago and here we are again like gooood leave the past in the past, why are we bringing back who was the bad guy and who was the victim when there’s nothing to change about it anymore?

For me personally - as a newbie larrie - what is actually important when reading those things from the past is that HL’s relationship survived these hard times, maybe it caused some problems and for Louis the timing of the hiatus was the worst but they found their way to be together, they faced these problems and they came out from these times stronger because I believe they promised that they are it for each other and nothing will change it.

And while I dislike Harry’s semi-manufactured success, his records etc (as it was discussed here like month or two ago), I’m happy that everyone found their way in making their own music, don’t know how about Liam or Zayn but both Louis’ and Niall’s success is growing and these days they play shows for +10/+20 thousand crowd. And seeing how this year was the most 1D since hiatus from all of them (yes, even Harry who dedicated one of his Brits speeches to the boys and said WMYB is the best song ever), I’m just glad they found their peace and are still communicating/supporting each other (and in love in HL case).

Yes, it's in the past and i think the wounds are starting to heal. Both for them and for fandom. I think they all look at their time together in 1d fondly. It's just hard for some to forgive the way things happened. But we know so little of what was really going on behind the scenes, it's hard to judge any of them or place blame. I'm giving them all the benefit of the doubt and blame the environment and their shitty contracts instead. I think they're all good people.

Hiiii, I’m Baaaaaaack, it’s beeen a looooong time cooooomingggggg after 237 days I’m back here and I can say:

I survived #MexicoCityTheErasTour night two 🥰

Made 144 Friendship bracelets, the majority were for swifties who couldn’t make them or the team and a lot to change (just like 50) ❤️

I remember the first time I saw her, watching Hannah Montana movie, i was 8 or 9, i remember look at her and think she was like a delicate princess or a beautiful little doll and then saw her on mtv with love story confirmed it, also our song and YBWM watching MTV

What else I can say… the eras tour were all I ever wish since I was a little 11 year old kid, now eleven years ago one of my biggest dreams was: me going to The Red Tour see Taylor, sing all the songs with her, get the State Of Grace hat, a lot of heart ❤️ confeti and I couldn’t… sadly. Then the same thing happen on the 1989WT (my 13 year old girl was on the floor) even if I had the hope of her coming but it ain’t happend, And same with Reputation ST, but I was old enough to accepted (16 yog), to lover fest i was happy for her on tour we know what’s next.

Andddd now in The Eras Tour i was happy when the post came on, just USA and feel completely exited to see how this tour was going to be but the “international dates to be announced as soon as we can” made me keep a light of hope, something in me though that I can finally se her, but I had to stay calm, just in case…

And got crazy when the Latin American dates came out, there were sources saying that she was going to announced at 6:00 AM so I wake up just in case, then go back to sleep again, 9:00 (I think) Taylor Nation Tweeted something about the world, well I wake up again and wait with my heart in hands and then finally announced, I won’t lie I scream loudly as I could, I cryyy a lot, my hands were shaking and couldn’t belive it was real… until I realized Taylor was coming to Mexico, Taylor was coming to my country, I can not possibly be that happy… then think I would die if I don’t get a ticket to see her.

The process was hard and very anxious, I think I never been this anxious not even in the university exam, well I pray every night to get the code email sadly I don’t buuuut my sister get it and i couldn’t belive it, I was a step to the night of my dreams. Then the presale day I pray a lot to get in the line at good time so i can get the tickets and I did 🥹🥹 my hands were shaking so I could get tickets behind it all well not that far but close, I didn’t care happiness wasn’t enough to describe the meaning to see her.

My date August 25 same as my grandma’s birthday she say “You been in 20 of my birthdays and I got 21 years with you so don’t worry, you can have Taylor Swift one day for now, let’s hope she come more” and now i feel like i must tattoo the date :)

Then the clock 🕰️ I was on shock so I started to cry very hard, I mean I wait 10 years for that moment, so when she came out I started screaming really loud, screaming and singing the songs, I dance so hard and have a nice night, really nice night.

So the show started, I lost my mind, I really dance, how can I explain it, I couldn’t believe we were in the same room at the same time 💙 even if I can’t see her really well (I hope next time be closer), anyway.

A dream come true to me, was the best night ever!!! I really had a really cool time, made the cruel summer bridge, the 🫶🏻 on fearless, sorcery things at Willow, i sing 22 before turning 22 with Taylor (even if I couldn’t get the 22 hat), singing it’s supposed to be fun turning 21 at 21, then saw her coming with the green folklore dress and the sparkly evermore one, like those are my favorites, then Taylor and I twining clothes in the 1989 set, I’m really going to say I feel like home, like a safe space with swifties were you fell free to be yourself, and that’s it Taylor singing for us and us singing with her, everybody screaming Va a reputar haha, I was jumping all YBWM, in Marjorie I flash three times to tell her I love you (hope she saw it). Cry all the Long live song, I love her so much.

At one moment Taylor said she saw us dancing and saw her soo happy melt my heart and give me the best to keeep dancing even if my mouth was tired.

Sadly at some points I was so exited so I don’t remember All Too Well but I carry the feelings if that night with me all the time.

It’s been 237 days and I can’t find the right words to describe this, but the best feeling is watching these videos I took knowing I was there and getting emotional and cry again. I’ve never been good expressing my feelings that’s one of the reasons why I made a click with Taylor, She expresses how I feel sometimes and made the things clear to me.

Taylor has a lot of meanings in my life, she’s one of the most important people in my life, we had been together for 11 years and more now, she’s been one of my biggest support in life, she’s been singing for me when I cried until I fall sleep in middle school/high school and those nights, she’s been with me in my happiest moments to my depressive ones even when nobody can heard my voice.

All my life people get laugh of me for being a fangirl and do fangirl things, I never had a swiftie friend (I hope had one someday) but to me Taylor is my best friend and sometimes I think she understands me even if she don’t know I exist (hope some day meet her) and thank her for everything tell her how much I’m proud of her (I think she knows)

Lets talk grammy's. 1/9

this is my first post on tumblr and primarily i would like to talk about recent life events and exciting things going on in my life. This past weekend the grammy's happend, im a huge fan of music so i watched the award show like i do every year. this year they had exciting performances from Sza, Olivia Rodrigo and 21 savage. I personally tune in just for the awards but the performances can also be a delight to watch. this year Sza was nominated for 9 awards making her the most nominated artist this year, now personally her last album she released titled SOS was amazing in my opinion. so i was cheering for her to take home the big awards. she was nominated in 3 of the 4 big categories (album of the year, record of the year and song of the year). she lost all her nominations in the big categories but did win r&b album of the year and best r&b song. so i did enjoy her getting her flowers for her hard work trying to bring r&b back to the mainstream of music.

Taylor Swift won album of the year, personally i was not thrilled with this choice. it did not feel like her album was "album of the year" in my opinion and there was many more better options in that category. there was fantastic albums like Did you know there is a tunnel under ocean blvd? by Lana Del Rey or even guts by Olivia Rodirgo. so personally i was not thrilled with that award choice but music taste is subjective. However i was thrilled with them choosing Flowers by Miley Cyrus as song of the year. i personally felt like no matter where you would go this past year you would hear this song. Now me, i was rooting for Sza to win for her song Kill BIll because i think that song was also incredible, but in conclusion i was still happy with there pick for song of the year. My final take on the grammy's would be what Jay-z had to say about them in his speech, to sum it up he basically said that there is no need to win in the major categories when Beyonce has won the most grammy's ever (36) without winning album of the year once. this shows even the smaller awards matter as much as the big award and even no awards at all matter, Because at the end of the day everyone is putting effort into creating art to share with the world.

I am not sure how it happend but if I were to guess the demonization of fanfiction begins with the misogynistic stereotype of the overly excited fangirl

The overly excited fangirl that is obsessed with these two characters/people or whatever really and thus has started making up their own stories including them or their characteristics- OH WAIT no sorry it‘s the crazy obsessed fangirl that fetishizes m/m relationships and writes hardcore smut or wants to be with them and writes cringy y/n fanfics sorry I seemingly misspoke

Anyway you see where I am going with this

First of all: Fanfics are part of fandom spaces but in particular they often get posted to extra specific sites, sites which are not meant for the artist in the case of rpf or even the creator of shows etc. Those sites and really I would say fanfics overall are fan only spaces. Not it‘s not cool or funny when you print out some random persons work online and give it to the person it‘s about because it was never meant to be.

Also often times this fanfics are specifically chosen as if they were to reinforce the stereotype of the crazy obsessed fangirl with which I mean the before mentioned hardcore smut, shipping and/or y/n inclusion.

Fanfics are fanworks like every other type of fanwork (see: Fan Art, Fan Songs, Covers,…)

There are a bunch of platonic written fanfics, there are a lot of really well written works that would deserve it to be made a movie or a series or officially published so the author has monetary gain from it, there is so much Fluff, Angst, AUs…but no because all of those things don‘t fit the narrative.

Genuinely some of the best books I have ever read have been Fanfics because some of them are just that god damn good

Of course there are some „weird“ ones, there are some certain works that are exactly that stereotype but especially nowadays, those are such a small majority of fanfics

AND EVEN WHEN Let I don‘t know the 14 year old girl try writing out, let her write whatever in the security of an extra fanfic dedicated fandom space. Let them find out that maybe they aren‘t a girl (all which I have heard of has happend before).

But yeah let‘s go humiliate some teenagers or not even some teenagers some people who had fun writing and now are getting ridiculed sure.

Anyway Fanfics don‘t hurt anyone. Sure there are some with…questionable content but that is such a small minority of fanfics. A lot of fanfics I have read would have been amazing movies or shows or just normal books but for some reason people outside always only look at and judge everybody based on a very specifically selected few.

The most people only know „badly“ written smutty fanfics through media (After, 50 Shades, Videos of celebrities reading fanfics) so I don‘t really wonder that there is a large majority that thinks that‘s all that fanfics are but still

(Also there is something extra to be said about interviewers that make people read fanfics often times just taking fanfics from the internet without asking the author of it first.

It‘s like you and a select group of people like apples but everybody around you hates them, so you and the others have an extra room in which they can eat apples as the apple haters have shown to not alway react that great to you eating apples. Every once in awhile though somebody stomps inside your room and makes fun of you with the rest of the apple haters that you like them, when you say that you go extra into another room so the others are not disturbed, the intruder says „well then you shouldn‘t have harvested these apples if you didn‘t want me barging into your extra room, in the first place.“

LIKE THAT‘S THE LOGIC IT‘S LIKE THE MEME OF „THAT SIGN WON‘T STOP ME CAUSE I CAN‘T READ“ EXCEPT IT‘S PEOPLE ACTIVELY READING THE SIGN, GOING INSIDE, AND TELLING EVERYONE ABOUT THE „HORRIBLE“ THING INSIDE

Anyway there was once an Interview though with One Direction in which they were supposed to read fanfics of themselves but instead of it being actual fanfics the two hosts wrote them themselves and gave it to the boys, WHICH IS A LOT BETTER

I feel like the only important note when writing fanfics is the same as any other fanwork like fanart because it‘s just that: a Fans work.

It‘s not canon, it doesn‘t mean that it will happen, doesn‘t mean that those people are together but it‘s just a story you as a fan MADE UP.

That‘s why it is called Fanfiction

(Also I often read that oh shipping ruined this and that or that and this and like…are you really best friends if you didn‘t get mistaken as a couple at least once in your life? Nah but I do get the pressure and all that but at the same time this often times happens in fandoms with a younger audience, that audience will one day grow up and go man what didn‘t I believe in when I was a 13 year old and maybe find an old WIP and maybe even cringe themselves at their writing style and be proud of how much they have improved. What I am saying is that yes there needs to be a healthy border between like what‘s reality and fiction but at the same time cut those early teenagers some slack man, y‘all wanna tell me you were perfect little 13 year olds that never did anything you now find embarrassing or something)

I‘m not even gonna start on the escapism factor of fanfiction that could be another entire block of text but yeah

Fanfics are not a problem, the problem is how they are treated

(Last Note: Yes there is some truly fucked up shit that shouldn‘t fly past and be allowed but I am certain that 14 year old sarah who was writing idk One Direction Fanfics in 2012 thought of those topics)

Next topic could definitely be the inherent sexism girls and women face online

Or maybe how a lot of those „cringey teenage girls“ online fandoms now have a largely queer online demographic (One Direction, Twenty One Pilots, My Chemical Romance, etc.)

You: What?

Future Barry: Give this to Barry. You can use it to when you need it.

You: What is it?

Future Barry: It's a communicator. Tracy Brand also mad it, so whenever people from the past.....need help, they can use this to contact with us.

You: That's great but....

Future Barry: What?

You: If we do end up saving Iris, wouldn't that mean that, this future will get erased?

Future Barry: Let me tell something? Who is the one person that he loves more than anything in the world aside from Iris? I'll tell you....It's you Y/N. So lets say if Savitar killed you, that would mean, this future will still be the same.

You: But that doesn't make any sense.

Future Barry: If it's someone he holds dear, it will break him.

You: He loves all of us. I-what are you trying to say?

Future Barry: The only two people he loves most in this world is you, and Iris. The only way this future exist, is if Iris dies or you die, or even Joe.

You: Okay, I get that. Well I think I really need to go now.

Future Barry: I'll let you be on your way. But if Tracy can't decipher it then [sighs] just make some good memories with Iris and Barry. Hold onto 'em as tight as you can. Good luck.

Barry: So, what'd you find out?

You: Well, I talked to your future self.

Barry: What'd he say? Did he tell you who Savitar is?

You: No. But I did get a lead. He had help to defeat Savitar.

Iris: Who helped him?

You: Tracy Brand built the speed trap for him. But the problem is that she didn't figure out the technology until, four years after iris died. But, this....has all of her information on it. Now if we can find her, she might be able to help.

Wally: Well, lets get to work. H.R, Barry, Cisco, Y/N, find Tracy. Team Flash, on three.

Summary: you had a summer thing with Draco but when summer ends you realised he wasn’t yours.

Salt air, and the rust on your door I never needed anything more. Whispers of "Are you sure?" "Never have I ever before".

I didn’t know what I was gonna do. It was just so frustrating and I didn’t want it to happen. Tomorrow I start my 6th year in hogwarst and that’s not the problem. The problem was him; his stupid arrogant smile, his stupid blonde hair, his stupid face, his stupid body, everything. I wasn’t ready to see him but it’s not like I really had an option.

If you’ve would have ask me in agust about the summer, I would have told you it was the best of my life. What stupid little idiot I was. The first two months were the best of my life, the rest was the worst. And finally the day I was so scared of is here.

I just kept ignoring Draco for a whole week. Until that Saturday we’re all my friends were in hogsmade, I just wasn’t in the mood of going. In my way to the library I saw them again. He was talking to her again, and I just couldn’t move. My books felt and made a sound and both of them looked in my direction. I felted his gaze through me. When I looked up I saw his eyes filled with regret, I just ignored it and passed ignoring them while I felt tears running down.

Kakashi

Kakashi can't never and I mean ever, get jealous. Even if guys had the nerve to flirt with you in front of him, he was pretty chill about it.

So when the two of you were at the club and you were at the dance floor dancing and having fun by yourself, a guy came up to you and started dancing and flirting with you.

Kakashi saw that but he didn't mind. He trusted you, so he didn't care much if other guys were flirting with you. Besides, you were really pretty and no one could resist but to flirt with you, trying to get your number or a date with you.

You had started feeling really uncomfortable with this guy's attitude towards you and constantly tries to touch you.

You were trying to catch Kakashi's attention and take you out of this uncomfortable situation but it was impossible. He was once again reading one of his books, so he couldn't see you.

So in the end, you just walked up to him and tried your best to het his attention. But he ignored you completely and just continued reading without a care in the world. You got really mad and was about to leave from there, but a hand grabbed your wrist and pulled you back. You turned around and saw Kakashi holding you.

You were about to say something but Kakashi sushed you by pulling you closer to him and giving you a passionate kiss as he made you sit on his lap.

He then turned his gaze to the other guy that was trying to flirt with you. "I think she is more comfortable sitting here rather than dancing with you. Isn't that right babe?" He asked as he leaned over and kissed your neck.

The air around you suddently became really hot and you felt like taking all your clothes off. "What happend babe? Am I that hot for you to handle?" You felt him grinning against your neck.

When the guy saw that, he just rolled his eyes and left. You got up from his lap and was about to leave and order something to drink, to calm yourself down but a hand stopped you again, or more specifically, Kakashi's hand. Without saying anything, he made you sit back down as he rested his head on your shoulder and continued reading his book with his arms wrapped around you.

Kotetsu

Believe me when I say that this guy is a literal chaos when he's jealous. Especially when he's drunk.

So one day you were at the club drinking and having fun, Kotetsu had a little too much to drink, so he couldn't pay much attention to where you were or what you were doing. That's when a guy came up to you and started flirting with you.

At first, Kotetsu didn't notice anything, but when he did, he came up to you and started complimenting you, out of the blue, like "babe, you look so hot in that dress" or "I'm so in love with you, you're gorgeous." You tried to make him stop because he was embarrassing you but he was too drunk to understand you.

He then took your hand and led you to the dance floor where your favorite song was playing, leaving the guy standing there, dumbfounded.

You started moving your body to the rhythm, while Kotetsu hyped you up. When the song ended and his favorite song started playing, he started jumping around and dancing like a crazy person, but you still hyped him up. He called for you to join him and you started dancing and twirling with him on this crazy rhythm. The other people around you moved aside so you could dance and also absorb you two dancing. They also clapped and cheered you up.

When the song finally ended, you were really exhausted but happy because you had too much fun dancing like this without a care in the world. On the other hand, Kotetsu didn't seem so good so you took his hand and led him away from the dance floor and the crowd.

"Kotetsu are you okay?" He didn't answer to you. He just fell on your arms and closed his eyes. "Kotetsu!?" "I love you..." Was the last thing that Kotetsu managed to say before passing out in your arms.

Izumo

He is pretty chill about it, like he doesn't even care. Like at all. But if he sees the guy that is flirting with you had started making you uncomfortable, he has to act and save you.

So he came up to you, held your face in his palms and gave you a quick kiss on the lips. "You look amazing today baby." He said as he smiled and walked away, leaving you and the other guy dumbfounded.

You immidiately left the guy standing there and ran towards your boyfriend, hugging him from behind.

"I knew that I was better than him!" He grinned as you giggled, hidding your face on his back.

Genma

This guy feels pleased when someone is flirting with you because he feels like a winner for having you as his girlfriend and also owning your heart.

But sometimes, some dudes don't seem to get that you belong to him so he has to do something about it.

The clud that the you of you were had a live band playing there and Genma decided to use that as a way to show to everyone that you were his girl. So as soon as the band ended the song that they were playing and they were about to sing the next one, a guy came up to the stage and whispered something on the singer's ear. You couldn't see whot that guy was because the lights on the club blinded you but you felt like you knew him from somewhere.

"And the next song is about a girl that is the most valuable thing that this guy has." He pointed at your boyfriend. "Y/N, this song is for you!" The singer started singing your and Genma's favorite song.

Everyone in the club turned to look at you and you felt really embarrassed. You tried to hide in the crowd but Genma caught you. "Where are you going?" He asked while smiling. "Why did you do that?" "Now everyone is looking at us!" You raised your voice so he could hear you through the loud music. "That's exactly the reason why I did that. Because I wanted everyone to know that you're my girl." You couldn't help but fall into his arms and kiss him. He kissed you back as your favorite part of the song played in the background.

You pulled away and the two of you started dancing. He twirled you around and hugged you from behind, giving you a soft kiss on the cheek. "You know, I think I'm the luckiest person alive." "Why?" You asked as you turned to face him. "Because I have you in my life!"

Your cheeks became red and you hid your face in your hands as Genma pulled you closer and kissed your hair.

Itachi

Itachi is the type of guy that likes to show you off in other guys without making you feel uncomfortable.

So when he saw another guy flirting with you, he came up behind you and wrapped his arms around your body. He rested his chin on the top of your head as he started rocking left to right to the rhythm of the song "I wanna be yours."

When the refren came up he started murmuring the lyrics as he kissed your hair. You turned around to face him as a bright smile appeared on your face.

Itachi blushed as you rested your head to his chest, listening to his heart beat entangled with to song. He stroked your hair as he placed another kiss on your hair. You pulled away from him as you looked him in the eyes. "Well, you're already mine darling."

His heart skipped a beat when you called him "darling." He used to call you "darling" but now that you do the same to him, he can't handle it. He blushed once again as he placed his hand on your cheek, rubbing it with his thumb slowly.

He pulled you closer to him and kissed your lips slowly. His lips felt really soft against yours and you wrapped your arms around his neck, kissing him back as you stood on the tip on your toes because you were shorted than him.

Itachi started moving once again to the rhythm of the music without letting go of you. Instead, he raised you up from the ground and twirled you around as you pulled away from him and started laughing. You felt so happy and it was all because of him. "I love you!" You whispered as he put you down and hugged you, hidding you in his arms so no one could see you but him. "I love you too darling." He whispered back.

Top 15 Vmin moments 2021

I might not have had the best year personally, but Vmin for sure had some great moments this year and as we move into 2022 I would like to celebrate the year that has gone. I’ve chosen 15 favorite moments of mine, but I am sure I’ve missed many and some I couldn’t find gifs/photos of that worked (like Tae having Jimin on a leash). 15. Vmin in Permission to Dance

I know it’s an MV and I know it’s all in my head, but I just can’t stop thinking about the Brokeback mountain couple. Vmin as gay cowboy dad’s is something I will treasure for a long time. (I also loved the behind the scene moments).

14. “My love”

It’s not really anything new, and maybe I am still on a high from this moment since it just happend like two days ago. But Jimin tweeting and using MY and LOVE about Taehyung was just so lovely. They really are each other’s person. I am also weak for when Jimin uses TaeTae so seeing it again was wonderful. 

13. Jimin’s cold hand Run ep. 135

I don’t know why, but Tae feeling Jimin’s cold hand just did something to me... I know this is a tiny moment, but I just personally found it so sweet. And of course also the way Tae kept being suspicious of Jimin during the episode and couldn’t let go of Jimin’s suspiciously cold hands.

12. Vmin in Run 127

Ok, so I know there was a loooot of Vmin from Run episodes this year, and honestly ranking them was incredibly difficult. But Vmin being total soulmates in ep 127 had to be on this list.

11. The Coway ads

Pairing Vmin together in commercials is just a winning concept. And them looking like domestic husbands in the Coway ad was a real blessing.

10. Taehyung’s using “Blue mold/Penicillin-shi” for Jimin’s contact name

It’s not a big moment, but it’s one of those things I don’t think I’ll ever let go of. Just the fact that Taehyung has a unique name for Jimin compared to all members is cute on it’s own. But then he uses Blue mold, which is from Jimin’s song and which has been explained to mean “my savior”. And that he also designed matching phone cases for him and Jimin years ago where Jimin’s said blue mold. Let me cry about this forever, it’s too cute for words.

9. Vmin in Run in the Joseon Dynasty (Ep. 145-147)

I could once again pick out a few moment from these episodes alone (like Jimin being suspicious of Tae, or Tae getting hurt when they don’t believe him and Jimin getting him a hug), but I just have to pick their roleplay of Tae first giving the flowers to Jimin and then Jimin helping Tae to “shave”. It was just very Vmin, very funny and also very cute.

8. Vmin in Run ep. 130

The tennis episode gave us a lift and spin hug, a bridal carry and mouth to mouth roleplay. How could I not include it?

7. The hand kiss

Honestly, this is one of those few times we got something new from Vmin. And it’s so cute, and it just happened so easily. The way Tae once again interrupted a high five between Jimin and Hobi and the way Jimin just took his hand and kissed it like he was endeared and it was the most normal thing it the world.

6. Vmin in Run 140-141/Crossover with Na PD's The Game Caterers

They were just having so much fun here! They were clingy, they defended each other’s character and over all I just got to see a lot of Vmin being happy together. It’s once again difficult to just pick one moment, but them jumping around and then Jimin trying to stop Tae from moving just made my heart soar. (Just look at their smiles!)

5. BAK BAK in Run 150

Ok, so... I know it’s not anything suspicious about Tae accidentally saying “Jimin doggystyle”, but it was still hilarious. And the whole episode was just full of cute Vmin. I think BAK BAK will be one of those Vmin moments that stay for a long time and might even become something of a meme or inside joke. Also, the way Tae noticed Jimin being bummed out for being last and lifting him from the floor.  😭

4. Taehyung making food for sleeping Jimin in ITS

ITS gave us a few really nice Vmin moments (like the casual hair pull for one), but my personal favorite was a moment that was just so domestic and sweet it deserves to be on this list. Taehyung who begged others to make food for him because he is bad at it, going out of his way to bring Jimin breakfast directly to his room. Honestly, Vmin are such husbands sometimes.

3. Vmin in LA

I know this is probably cheating, but how else do you expect me to be able to choose? Vmin did so much in LA I just can’t pick out a few moments without this list filling up with just moments from one week. But a few of the highlights include:

The Vmin hug during My Universe in PTD LA concert

Of course there are plenty of moments to choose from the concert (like their struggle to hold hands during Fake Love as one great example), but I think most of us agree this cute hug as they jump towards each other as they sing “you, you are my universe” will have a special place in our hearts for a long time.

Taehyung’s comment on Jimin’s thighs. Also the way Tae just needs to praise Jimin, and the thumbs up... This moment killed me.

Vmin during the AMAs (so many moments, what a day it was). SO DAMN SWEET! Jimin leaning on Tae’s shoulder.

Vmin behind the scenes while filming with James Corden. The way they couldn’t stop touching. Aaah, I just wish I had these moments in better quality.

Thank you LA Vmin for providing us with so many moments we didn’t know what to do with them. (Also does anyone know who made this collage? Because I’ve seen it everywhere on twitter but not with credits.)

2. The Vmin vlive

I know it happened in LA, but I just had to give it a spot of it’s own. I mean, we got a VMIN VLIVE!!! For the first time since 2016! (Unless you count the Yeontan Vlive I guess, which I really should, but anyways...) This was a big deal and it just felt like it came out of nowhere! They were so sweet and awkward and I could literally watch hours of them like this. 💜😭😭

I in particular really loved the reaction from Jimin when Tae hits his head on the lamp, and how the petname “Teddy bear” just slipped out. 💜

So, if the Vlive was number 2, then I think you all know what is coming for number 1. This year really started of with a bang, and one of the best and most iconic Vmin moments ever.

1. Vmin during Let’s BTS

This whole show was just filled with Vmin moment after moment. I just can’t get over it and the fact that I wrote a very long analysis post on the whole show says quite a lot (Let’s BTS - Vmin analysis). Obviously if I had to pick just one part it would be “Jimin-ah, I like you the most“. Like, how did we move on from this? So sweet, Taehyung choosing Jimin out as special (once again) amongst the members and Jimin’s reaction and how shy he got. Honestly, this is one of those shows that every Vminie needs to watch!

2021 was such an amazing year for us Vminies, and I hope 2022 will bring a lot more. I also wish joy and a wonderful year to all of my readers. I purple you. Happy New Year!
