Like god_ the fic itself is a masterpiece, this was written on 2016 but I can't believe how their characters and relationships are so close to canon right now. I loved the characterization of zheng xi, jian yi, he tian and mo. Especially how tianshan's relationship was written. I mean it was 2016, he tian and mo appeared just recently, their relationship wasn't healthy and we didn't know much about their characters or which path their relationship is gonna take. But damn...people who read this on 2016 wouldn't even believe that that's how tianshan is gonna be on 2023, it just shows that author had such a good foresight of characters and relationships.

Everything about this fic is awesome, if you haven't read it yet, I really recommend it.

Hi! I FINALLY got the chance to play the latest update to "Crown of Exile" and I just HAD to tell you how much I enjoyed the story thus far! The way you offer a variety of responses to all the different circumstances (both plot-wise and emotionally) never fails to amaze me. Not only that, but the way you weave world-building into the progression of the plot always feels so organic and natural. It makes total sense MC would want to learn more about X or Y at that particular moment in the story or reflect on Z after a character told them this/that. My MC is absolutely, totally, 100% pursuing Prince Irus. He is so... dreamy. <33333 And what I really, really appreciate about Irus as a character and the Irus/MC ship is that it's so mutual between them in every sense of the word. It's a give-and-take. There are times when MC steps in to rescue Irus and times when he steps in on MC's behalf. Clearly, Irus draws strength from MC and I think I'm seeing hints that MC is slowly learning to view Irus in that same manner. (Also, as a total hurt/comfort addict, I very much love seeing how the story allows for those moments to be shown in the text, rather than just brushed away or ignored.) No matter what, I'm pumped to discover what happens next in the story and to . Thank you so much for sharing this incredible story with us all. Happy to have the chance to support you and your wonderful project!

It means a lot that the choices offered feel organic. This is my first proper IF game and while I've played a ton of IF games for a long time, I've never written one before so it's always nerve-wracking when I offer options because I wonder if it's needed or if there aren't enough choices provided.

I really am bad at world-building so it's really satisfying to know you found the way everything is explained natural. I did my best to keep things simple and not overwhelm people with too much facts and essentially, I've made up everything so there's always doubt in the back of my mind that nothing I've created makes much sense 😅

I do love the dynamic with Irus and the MC too and I'm really happy that you're enjoying his route as much as I love writing it 😊 I think a lot of people expected some snotty, spoilt prince route but that was never my intention. I enjoy romances where it's not about angst, but building each other up and supporting each other.

hi, ashley!! happy thursday!!

yesterday was fine, i just made my job spreadsheet and had some time to myself because everybody else was at work!! anyway, tmi warning for sickness?? day was going really nice….until….like midnight-ish, in which case i got theeeee worst stomach ache of my LIFE. i eventually fell asleep around 1-something & woke up at like 3 because my stomach still hurt. i ended up laying on the bathroom floor because i was so dizzy i almost passed out (this has never happened from a stomach ache like …ever. i don’t get dizzy often). anyway, so i then crawled back into bed, and somehow the worst part hasn’t even started yet, because then i got nauseous. and you know me, and u know my biggest fear (besides spiders) is throwing up 😭 literally haven’t thrown up since i was 7.

(well, actually, back to 0 days since i last threw up) but anyway, i called my aunt who was somehow already awake at 3:30 and then i just proceeded to want to KILL MYSELF for the next like 2.5 hours. literally as terrible as i remember it being. and the worst part?? i’m not sick 😭 it’s the food issues!!! i think it was the coffee i had coming back to haunt because it was just like acid & mostly dry-heaving. idk why i’m telling u all this but ummm, it was so so terrible. i will now NOT be playfully trying any of the foods i’m not supposed to eat because legitimately top 3 worst experiences of my life.

anyway…now i’m laying in bed. i was up from like 3-6 and had to fall asleep sitting up, which was…weird and kinda impossible, so i’m just chilling. idk what i’m gonna get up to today.

We may take three steps forward and two steps back, but at least we're going in the right direction. Whereas the other guy has no idea where he's going. Maybe towards Vladimir.
