And hawks is dying because he just wanted to see his s/o and him together instead of whatever they pair him with. Eventually he gets asked on a talkshow how he feels about the whole shipping meme, and hawks so so torn between having the responsibility of what his image needs to be, (the commsion might like him to present the flirty bachelor typeb and s/o might not want the attention anyway), yet wanting to tell everyone just how much he loves his s/o, eventually he laughs it off saying a little flattery isn't bad but man his desperation is killing him.

Eventually he tries going onto x reader blogs and asking very specific asks, like could I have hawks with (s/o traits here) it's been tough for him but it's sorta working. Well until it became a bigger joke to ship his s/o with endeavor

i know it will never happen but i so desperately desire an origins-type playable backstory thing in all games but especially veilguard. i feel like it added so much depth to origins and made you feel instantly connected to your character in a way that gets lost in games like inquisition where you fill in the blanks as you go except for the bare basics. like, i do enjoy the freedom to willy nilly decide where a character was before the events of the story from a creative perspective, but the playable origins were just so good! especially when you go back to where your warden is from and can engage differently with the arcs there

The reason why social media has gotten so much worse recently (reddits recent fuck-up, everything on Twitter since Musk, FB being FB, Tumblrs various attempts at expanding profitability recently) is because it is no longer possible to exist as a company by fencing in large parts of our social life and having investment money pump in on the basis of expected future value of that amount of information when it suddenly costs money to loan money due to suddenly high interest rates after the inflationary crisis of the last year, which has made the current model of the Internet that has existed for the last about 10 years completely unsustainable. All of them need to become profitable or die, and they are learning very quickly that that just isn't possible no matter how much of the life and information of the users one steals. We are witnessing the death-throes of Web2.0, and what comes after is as yet unclear.

this may sound a little strange but when it comes to the utmv fandom and in universe meta aware characters interacting with ones who aren’t aware, I like to approach it more from like a religious or spiritual belief standpoint. so like, to others, characters like killer and ink seem either really religious or spiritual (ink) or really superstitious/religious/indoctrinated (killer). ink believes in creators, but to killer, those creators are actually more like players.
