It can be hard to understand one's mind & separate the physical, chemical reactions of the brain & the spiritual soul connection to the universe.

I still can't help but feel like something metaphysical is holding me back.

...I am excited for Road to Kingdom 2.

I know there was a lot of drama and possibly mistreatment the first time around, but that is true of everything in this industry :(

Kingdom: Legendary War is how I fell in love with Ateez and how I discovered The Boyz. I'll Be Your Man is so iconic for Stay, Kingderland is so important to Atiny, and Red Wedding as a Deobi omg. Without Kingdom we wouldn't have some absolutely iconic covers, mashups, or just astonishingly produced versions of the songs we love. And Kingdom is also how we got The Real and Wolfgang and Kingdom Come. It gave us some of the only real and true cross-company/cross-group interactions and group stages we get.

I understand where people are coming from with saying they don't want their faves to go on it, because the stress of being in the fandoms when it was going on was incredible (especially because it coincided with both Mingi and Hyunjin hiatuses) but I am very excited to see what gets produced this time around.

i wanna get a buzzcut sooo bad but i'm so scared because i've always had a reputation for being a girly-girl and i care wayyy too much about other people's opinions

wtf i just realized that i've been writing fanfiction for over a year now - i looked in my google docs to find the initial version of the first fic i ever wrote and the document was created on march 22nd 2023, (but i didn't post fics until september 16th 2023). i calculated the word count of everything i've posted and in terms of RE, i've posted approximately 153.6k words (rounded down), but then if we include other fandoms we reach 166.7k, and if we include wips that i intend to post then we reach 179k. (if we add things i never intend to post we would definitely surpass 200k total bc i have a dbh fic that's 13k words lol)

anyway, i was reading some old stuff and i'm a better writer now and that makes me so happy ! i feel like i've been letting loose recently and allowing myself to write the way that *I* write (like, in terms of the prose itself i'm not writing for the sake of the audience.) i've been writing poetry for ~9 years and if you read stuff like never penelope, always calypso, it kinda shows. i just started writing fics on a whim bc i fucking hated my boyfriend and i hated being in florida (where i was at the time) and i missed my playstation. i never planned on writing prose, only poetry, so it's fucking wacky to be a person who now primarily writes prose (i need to do more poetry tho :( i've been finding stuff in my wips where i'm like hmmm should that line go into a poem or does it actually belong here) like "You wear green like an olive, body stuck through the oversized sweater like a toothpick. It's the only part of a martini he dislikes." i feel might be a poem bc i cannot find the correct plot for that fic :(

It’d probably be around 10/15 years now, though, realistically I’ve been drawing for all 22 years of my life, but I guess I started taking it like more “seriously” when I was like 8ish and really into pokemon. Fun fact: gravity falls was what got me really interested in animation! Here’s a redraw of an old thing I drew too :)
