I find it really funny how the horny art people have been drawing of Sunday seems to have done a complete 180 since his release. Like, beforehand, he was this incredibly controlling antagonist in charge of shit and trying to enforce the Order on a whole ass planet, so a lot of the suggestive art people were drawing reflected that, as soon as he gets knocked off his perch people get handed him in magic thorny angel bondage with his wings as a blindfold and also he’s crying and is just standing in the middle of the battlefield like this

Never seen like a whole ass fandom totally pivot like that lmao. Even the way I keep seeing people draw him, like face and body structure-wise, has shifted noticably on a larger scale. Ngl it’s kind of fascinating to watch everyone twinkify this dude in real time

Vera took shelter with the dalish some 20+ years ago as she ran away from Tevinter, and Rissa was born soon after Vera's arrival to clan Lavellan.

To everyone's surprise, the girl developed magic and eventually became Keeper Deshanna's Second! She tries her best with studying but truly thrives in shapeshifting and exploration.

It gives them a sense of control, and think that maybe she’ll be kinder once it’s their turn to go. Death isn’t cruel or mean or evil, just an eventuality of the passage of time, or whatever. So some people try to make their peace with her while they still can.

It also doesn’t look one specific way or another 🤔 some old artwork from time periods depict Mum as a hooded skeleton! Or with a scythe! Or sometimes just average, normal people. Mum doesn’t exactly have one set, end-all-be-all form, though.

She and Phil just like to change around and look human. Mostly human, anyway. They like humans, so they like to blend in with them <3 also kept people asking questions when they’d be out and about with me and Wil and Techno.

Just some headcanons of my Pillars of Eternity MC, mainly about her relationship with Aloth

RN I'm going off a "they both fell in love at first sight" kinda deal. But with Aloth and his... complexities, he did not realize it and spent most of his time with Darksi HEAVY in denial. And by the time he realized how he felt, he went heavy into "oh there's no way she could love me back, she's so amazing and I'm so flawed" and besides the occasional impassioned responses to awful tragedies, she is really bad at expressing herself and how she really feels. Even when she thinks she's being obvious, she really, REALLY isn't. But it goes back to her life before in the White that Wends. Treated as a spiritual figure and separated frmo her peers socially stunted her. Then being a social outcast in her new clan only made it harder. She's a mature and steady person who can be relied on, but it makes her seem distant and, in a romantic sesne, unobtainable. She seems so strong and amazing that no one is good enough for her, and she doesn't need anyone anyways. But that couldn't be further from the truth. She desperately craves a family, a sense of belonging, but she's alwas being put on a pedestal even hen she's trying not to be. And she's shyer than people think. She's not someone who really wants to be the one to make the first move, she wants to be chased, to be wooed. To be wanted. But once she and Aloth go their seperate ways, she realizes thatif she truly loves him she needs to be the one to say it. And then Aloth goes off feeling like he needs to get over his impossible love for the Watcher... oh you silly silly man.

midra is gonna make me cry like wtf. poor fucking guy. he's just suffering and he doesn't want us to get near him for both our sakes. and we just come in there and beat up this poor sad old man and THAT'S what makes him snap. i guess i am glad we put him out of his suffering in the end which is ultimately Better but nothing abt it makes me feel good cause like wtf. will the flame of frenzy even go away. how do we know we're not just like unleashing that into the ether and making it Worse. it does raise more questions on how the flame of frenzy works but also still seamlessly fits in with the rest of what we know about it.

WIP Friday Saturday

Got tagged by @solas-backpack-mug, thanks! Originally I intended to post a picture of my embroidery progress but you know what you can have my daily fic progress. I'm having some trouble orienting myself in my story so having some reaction to it might help.

A tankard was banged on the table in front of Waidwen with enough force to splash the Wyrthoneg both over his fingers and over the wood, filling the soft grooves of the grain with the sticky substance. Without thought he lifted his hand and licked the drink off his fingers as he mindlessly watched the liquid slowly creep across the table, soaking into the wood like he saw the dawn's rays soaking into every living being, regardless of the sun's position in the sky. The coolness of his tongue helped little against the burning. Where the wood absorbed the golden liquid, it turned a dark brown colour, soft and almost soothing. Above it sat more sparkling drops, shimmering in the firelight brightening room, almost glittering like early stars during sundown. Staring at them he could almost see his own face reflected, sprinkled over the wooden surface, first in the beads of Wyrthoneg sitting on the already soaked full spots, then in ever smaller droplets, specks sitting in the grain, so small that the grooves looked like canyons and he himself scattered between all of them, in ravines, mountains, fields without focus or reason, the only constant being an overpowering warmth.
