hating that every ultra fem/frilly/cute aesthetic gets called creepy. first lolita. then the selkie dress trend. now coquette. almost no one is thinking about men and how men will view them when they're painstakingly putting on 300 ribbons and bows i promise you

I just saw someone talk about Simon Riley being a rapist and the only way they tried to confirm it is by saying that he is a war criminal and all soldiers are misogynistic and sexist and they also talked about how he dreamt of hurting women in the comics when that's quite literally a normal reaction by being raped by both men and women (what I mean is that abused people sometimes dream of becoming someone they're not and don't want to be) but they conveniently forgot to mention how that "dream" was a nightmare. (Just wanted to rant about this and see your opinion)
The sigh I let out when I saw this ask this morning.
I'm so sick and tired of seeing this discourse. Not just in this fandom but in every fandom. Maybe it's just because I'm old and my frontal lobe is fully developed, or maybe it's because I was in fandom back in the days where there were no tags. You were lucky if you got a warning at the beginning of a fic. Most fics you walked in blind and if you didn't like something? You hit the back button and found something else.
This sudden mainstreaming of fandom has ruined these spaces. People come in, refuse to "learn the rules" that most of us learned by just existing in these spaces and watching others interact. There were no written rules back then. We learned by observing and occasionally being guided on fandom etiquette by those more experienced than us. Now it's just like people come in expecting fandom to be like every other space on the internet and then get defensive and angry when they realize it's not. Fandom is cringy. It's nerdy. It's happy and sunshine and it's dark and ugly like every media out there. Us creators and those of us more experienced in fandom have been screaming how to exist in fandom spaces from the rooftops but no one is listening and then everyone wonders why creators are leaving these spaces. Why fandoms keep getting abandoned.
All of that aside, this discourse about FICTIONAL characters pisses me off. Simon Riley is a FICTIONAL character. He has no morality, there is no right or wrong because he's FICTIONAL. You can make him do whatever you want to do because he's NOT REAL. You can give him wings and have him fly and guess what?? Cool, that can happen because he's NOT REAL. You want to make him a rapist? Cool, you can do that because he's FICTIONAL. You can make him whatever you want to make him because he's a character. He's not a living, breathing human being. There are no consequences of his actions because he's FICTIONAL!!!
Don't even get me started on this sudden discourse about dark fics and dead dove that's appeared recently. Dark media has existed for literal centuries. The Epic of Gilgamesh from 1800 BCE. The Odyssey. Mostellaria by Plautus. The Castle of Otranto published in the 1700s. Frankenstein. Dracula. The works of Edgar Allan Poe. Lolita. Hell, look at the Bible. The Bible, especially the old testament, is fucked up. Even in the watered down, bastardized King James version, the things the old testament "God" supposedly did, when you sit and actually think about them outside the lens of religious brainrot, are super fucked up.
People have been creating dark media for a long time. Horror has existed for a long time because it plays to our worst fears. It gives us a safe way to express those fears and to experience them without having to experience them first hand. You wouldn't bitch at a horror movie director for including things like rape and gore and murder in their movies?? So why is writing different? You think every horror movie director agrees with the things they portray on screen? You think every horror movie director would go out and murder someone just because they made a movie about it? No, because we're allowed to portray things in all forms of media, we're allowed to write things without morally agreeing with them. Guess what, most people that write rape or assault or violence, aren't going out and doing those things in real life. They don't support those things in real life. In fact, people that write dark fanfics are some of the loudest protesters against those things.
If you want to make Simon Riley a real person, guess what? He's not going to be even morally grey. Most people in the military are not good people. They're not. The people that are good people in the military, or were in the military, are the ones saying that the loudest. People that got tricked into joining, people that got promised things, people that did it because they had no other choice and then realized what it was really like after getting in? Those are the people to listen to. Not Call of Duty, not the people trying to convince you to join because they're glorified sales people and have a quota to fill. Look up videos of what happened in Iraq and Afghanistan at the hands of American and British soldiers. You would not like Simon Riley if he were a real person.
But he's not real. He's FICTIONAL. Even as a fictional character, he's not a good person. So many Call of Duty fans put on the blinders and ignore the fact that these men are out here committing awful acts of violence and killing people because they're "the good guys." People love to forget that Price literally kidnapped a woman and a child and had them held at gunpoint to get information out of someone. Not only that, he was okay with it. If he were a real person that did that, you would not be questioning if he were a good person or not. You can tell the people that have never played the games or watched playthroughs, who only know these characters through the lenses of fanfics and artwork and headcanons.
Call of Duty is military propaganda. They paint these men as heroes, make it easy to put the blinders up and ignore the things that are happening, the things they're doing so that they can convince young men that they want to do that and they should join the military so they can go out and do that too. That's Call of Duty's audience. That's who they're creating these games for. These young, impressionable boys who get excited by the violence and the action who will go on to fill quota numbers for recruiters. Call of Duty was not made for us, the people writing fanfiction and creating art for it. This side of the Call of Duty fandom will be the first to tell you all of this.
This side of the fandom creates fanworks which would turn Activision's eyes red. We babygirlify their military propaganda because it actively goes against what Activision is trying to do. It goes against what Call of Duty is at its core. Sure, some people water it down a lot, and others keep it more realistic to what these men would be like in real life, because it's FICTION. You can portray these characters however you want because that's what fiction is for.
And guess what, anon? Rape kinks exist. Consensual non-consent exists. It's well known. And guess what? Victims of sexual assault and rape can develop those kinks as a coping mechanism. Here's a study from the NIH website, and if that's too complex for you, here's a VICE news article that uses that study. People can write rape and rape kinks and CNC and noncon and not support it in real life. People can write those things to bring awareness to the fact that they happen to people in real life, or because people in real life have those kinks. People write those things to help victims, to support them. It's cathartic. Dark media most often is created for catharsis. It gives people an outlet, and it allows people to experience those things in a safe, controlled environment for whatever reason.
And that's the thing, anon. People don't have to give anyone a reason for why the consume that kind of media. Creators don't owe anyone an explanation as to why they create it. It's none of your business, and if you're not comfortable with it, then don't consume it. You can turn off the TV if a horror movie is too much for you. People walk out of theaters all the time because a movie is not what they were expecting, be it because it was bad or because it was too graphic or violent or disgusting. You start reading a book and you don't like it for whatever reason? You put the book down and pick up another. Why do people have such a problem with not reading fanfics they don't like? Why do people have such a hard time just blocking creators that make things they don't want to see. Most dark fic and dead dove creators put ample warnings on their blog and their posts. That's why those tags exist. You don't like it and you don't want to see it? Then block and move on and let others enjoy what they want to enjoy.
You pearl clutchers are ruining fandom and soon there won't be anything for you to enjoy. If you can't handle fandom, then don't be in it. There is no algorithm here. You're going to see things you don't want to see and it's very easy to just block and filter tags. There was a time on Tumblr where you couldn't filter tags. I remember those days. You had to download the X-kit extension to block things, and that only worked on desktop. The fact Tumblr gave us the option to filter tags on the site and on the app was a big deal when it was rolled out. I remember so many people that didn't want to use the app when it first came out because you couldn't block potentially triggering tags.
It's not a creator's problem if you were triggered by their media. Life doesn't come with trigger warnings and it's a blessing that it's become so normalized to include warnings at the beginnings of fics. There's websites that exist for other forms of media that will give trigger warnings. If you can look up trigger warnings for a movie and decide not to watch it, you can look at the trigger warnings for fics and decide not to interact with it. You're not out here emailing the directors and producers of movies that include triggers you don't like, telling them they're awful people for including those things in their movie and they shouldn't. Yet you have no problem coming into the comments and inboxes creators who do this FOR FREE because we wrote one dark fic. Because we wrote something that's triggering to you.
And yes, some abuse victims go on to be abusers, some people continue that cycle because they don't have the help and support to break it. It's a sad thing that happens, but it happens. It happens in the fictional world and it happens in real life. People can make that happen to fictional characters for whatever reasons they want.
I've written dark fics. I've written several. I consume "disturbing" media for fun. I've read books and watched movies that would send these pearl clutchers to the hospital. Hell, I've probably written things (some published, some that will never see the light of day) that would turn these pearl clutchers inside out. Guess what? That's okay because it's FICTION. It's cathartic. I don't have to give my reasons why because it's no one's business except those I decide to tell because I trust them and I know they'll support me. I don't support those things in real life. Just because I write for Call of Duty doesn't mean I support the things the game portrays. If you consume Call of Duty media be it the games or fanfiction, does that mean you support what the game supports? What the creators of the games support? What militaries around the world support?
Think about that next time.
I’ve made my stance very clear here before, but I’ll do it again. In real life, I am anti military, anti war, anti gun violence, anti genocide, anti fascism, anti terf, anti homophobia, anti conservative, anti rape, anti domestic violence, anti colonialism and pro choice.
Just because I may create or consume media with those things in it, does not mean I support them. It's high time some of these pearl clutchers learn that.
The next time you want to come into a creator's inbox or comments and spew hatred towards them because of the things they write, why don't you do something useful with your time instead.
This will be my only discussion on this topic. I will not be answering any more asks like this. I will delete and block anyone who tries to come "well actually"-ing into my inbox. If you don't agree with this stance, then get off my blog and block me.

Dancing in the Rain (Neuvillette x Reader)
Lolita's Note: ー in which you saw neuvillette standing by the porch in the midst of a downpour of rain ー you asked him to dance, and little did you know it soothed his aching heart.
This, again, is taken from the actual lore of the hydro dragon crying whenever it rains!
Tumblr media
There is a common superstition passed down through the hushed whispers in Fontaine…
…that when it rains, it is said that the Hydro dragon weeps.
It is something that you have always wondered about. You always thought about the things that made the hydro dragon cry, because it happens quite often too.
With that said, you have come to a realization that the Hydro Dragon must have a tender heart.
One that is as gentle as a morning drizzle.
Yet one that is as powerful as a thunderstorm blaring through the darkest of nights.
When the latter happens, you seek the arms of the one you love, Neuvillette. And somehow, when your bodies find each other, you swear to the archons that the storm has calmed down.
Even just a little.
The thing about Neuvillette is he does not like to display his emotions.
But he is very polite and courteous. He does not like to make anyone feel excluded, despite working in an occupation where a cutthroat attitude is necessary.
One can say that his personality becomes two sides of the same coin.
There is a middle ground, though ー a blurred space that combines these said facets of his personality. One that he fails to hide every single time.
One that comes out when it rains.
"Darling? Neuvillette?" You shift on your shared bed in a half-asleep state, looking for him.
When you sense that he's not inside your bedroom, you lit up a lamp and searched for him in your shared home.
It's been raining pretty hard these days. Coincidentally in your point of view, Neuvillette has been acting odd. It's as if he's more uptight and aloof. You noticed that he also stays up pretty late ー sometimes you think he doesn't sleep at all.
Another strange thing he frequently does, is he stands by the front porch watching the downpour of rain.
So now you definitely knew where he is.
Slowly, you hesitated to reach for his hair, but you did anyway. Caressing it gently, he was taken by surprise for a moment before he turned to you and gave you a small smile.
"Oh, my dear. You should go back to bed. We still have two hours before it is morning." He curtly tells you before he holds you closer to him.
"It seems that you want me to stay, though." You chuckle, placing your hand on top of his.
He lets out a small laugh ー one that comes out as a content sigh.
The loud downpour of the rain calmed down into a somber drizzle.
"Do you still find storms scary?" He asked you, while he looked out to the distance. You nod in reply. He sighs once again, as if he's apologizing that it cannot be helped.
"As long as you're here, I'm going to be fine." You held his hand and took him with you outside, a sudden idea of dancing in the rain popped in your head.
"What are you doing?" He asked you, a bit alarmed.
"Let's dance in the rain!" You exclaim.
"You're going to catch a cold." Neuvillette tries to take you back inside.
"Then take care of me when that happens!" You retort.
Neuvillette laughs. It sounded more genuine now.
It continued raining, but unlike the violent storm before, it poured gently on your skin. The man brushes a wet strand of your hair that covered your face and smiles at you again.
"Very well. Lead the way, monsieur/mademoiselle." Neuvillette put his hand over his chest, while you held the hem of your dress shirt on both sides.
After you bowed, you took Neuvillette's hands and guided them ー one finds its way on your waist and the other holds your hand.
"We don't have music, so let's just pretend that we are dancing to the melody of the rain." You laugh, as you begin dancing to the rhythm of waltz.
You both shared tender laughs and danced in the rain like children, even if the only light that illuminated you were the lamps of your home.
"I am sorry. I should've stayed in bed. I don't want you to be the one seeking my presence every time you feel afraid, upset, or terrible in general." He sighs.
Just as you wonder if the hydro dragon has a human form, Neuvillette wonders if you already cracked the code.
"Hydro dragon, don't cry. Hydro dragon, don't cry." You started to chant softly, as if lulling a weeping child.
He softened at your expression. As he spun you around he asked,
"Where did you learn that?"
"Oh, nothing. I thought it would be nice if the Hydro dragon hears it. I mean, not that it would be of much help." You chuckle.
Neuvillette then finds himself repeating the same words.
"Yeah that's it, let's chant it together!"
Hydro Dragon, don't cry.
Hydro Dragon, don't cry.
Hydro Dragon, don't cry.
Neuvillette admires your gentle nature. One touch, one word, and one look ー all of his worries dissipate.
All of his woes disappear.
And of course, the heavy rainfall that he brings forth once he has a heavy heart stops.
Just like now.
"Oh? The rain stopped!" You squealed in excitement.
"Yes, it seems that the hydro dragon heard us." He replied.
The skies cleared to reveal the slight glimmer of light at the crack of dawn.
Looking up, you can still see the full moon.
"Come, let us go back inside and dry ourselves. We still have a few hours of sleep to catch." Neuvillette tells you, guiding you back to your shared home.
"I wonder if the Hydro dragon really heard us. I hope whatever troubles them is resolved soon." You say as he tucks you to bed.
To him, if it's you, then he can get used to your lullaby ー a hushed chanting of his name, one that seeks to comfort his sonder heart.

Help this game has taken over my free time I love these characters sm <3 Billy Soukaku and Ellen my beloved
Nicole: has a not so secret hobby of bedazzling anything and everything. It’s a real problem in the Cunning Hares apartment, nothing is safe from pink rhinestones and stickers
Anby: cracked at rhythm games to an alarming degree. Can do a 2 person extremely hard DDR song all by herself
Billy: I don’t know how they did it but they programmed an android with autism. Has his own version of a skincare routine which is basically just maintenance on all of his tiny mechanical parts. Can also gain power multiple ways, including solar power. The apartment complex where the Cunning Hares live had a blackout once and everyone used Billy as a personal charging port. Nicole promised to pay him in Starlight Knight merch.
Nekomata: cuts her own hair and offers to do it for other people. DO NOT trust her when she says she’s good at it
Grace: did gymnastics as a kid which is why she’s able to pull off a ton of backflips and flexible maneuvers in battle
Anton: uses actual cement to keep his hair spikes in shape. Koleda caught him in the act once and instead of chewing him out, she decided to apply some to her own hair and now they’re cement combover gang
Ben: is completely vegan and loves chilling at hot springs a lot. Still sleeps with stuffed animals btw
Koleda: I’m making it canon right now Koleda is trans and you can’t do shit about it. Also has welding as a hobby and made most of her accessories from scratch
Corin: when not in Victoria Housekeeping Co uniform, is a Jfashion junkie. I’m talking super dedicated Lolita fits, menhera inspired clothing, the whole shebang. She ofc designs a lot of her own stuff like her bear backpack and is also responsible for a lot of the accessories Victoria Housekeeping Co wears (Rina’s bows, Ellen’s shark jaw head and neckpieces, Lycaon’s eyepatch and tail straps). She also has a massive crush on Ellen and is too scared to admit it
Rina: has a fur allergy and can’t keep animals around. Which also means she’s allergic to Lycaon. She has to take so much Zyrtec before clocking in but has such a good poker face that Lycaon has no idea. Ellen knows tho
Lycaon: specifically wears the heeled boots and has his odd posture because he’s self conscious about his digitigrade legs, he thinks they’re unsightly for a butler of his standing to have. He also tries to encourage Ellen to wear a long maid dress like Rina does to hide her tail.
Ellen: coincidentally falls into a lot of shark stereotypes. She loves seafood, has to constantly be fidgeting or she feels like she’ll go mad, and the kicker, she gets frenzied around blood, or if the thing she’s fighting puts up a struggle. Corin accidentally cut her hand while repairing her saw blade once and both Lycaon and Rina could barely hold Ellen back once Corin began bleeding. Ellen feels awful for scaring the already timid girl. Corin secretly thought it was hot and would die on the spot if anyone knew that
Soukaku: despite being a huge foodie this girl cannot cook for shit. Is also physically cold to the touch and during the summer her coworkers will ask her to hold their drinks because they’ll stay cold. Soukaku always secretly sneaks sips every time they do this to her.
Miyabi: has the worst sleep schedule known to man. Sometimes you’ll find her awake at 3AM and conked out by 4PM, other times she goes to bed at 8PM and wakes up at 4AM. It’s inconsistent and irregular and a gamble trying to contact her outside of work because she might not even be awake
Harumasa: GAY GAY HOMOSEXUAL GAY. Also pretty cracked at chess and other strategy games. Is also a major old fashioned guy and doesn’t own a lot of modern technology. He’s not into retro or old stuff, he just doesn’t like new stuff
Yanagi: her glasses are fake. When she was younger she needed them, but her vision had naturally gotten better over the years, so she now wears contacts, but for some reason still insists on wearing her glasses. Loses them constantly during battle.
Lucy: even though she was forced to play piano as a kid, she really wanted to be a sporty girl and play stuff like soccer and baseball. Now she has the freedom to take part in the sports she likes and watch them surrounded by the people she likes
Piper: insanely picky eater to the point it drives Lucy up a wall. Is also picky about a lot of other things, like how different fabrics feel, different comfort levels of chairs and beds, girl is a complainer and will always find something to complain about
Lighter: has a side gig as a tattoo artist, has really stable hands too
Soldier 11: has 5 younger brothers, a younger sister, and 2 older siblings who she doesn’t see super often. Has divorced parents who also liked to adopt, which is why she has such a huge family. Her younger brothers love it when she comes home and plays secret agent military with them
Seth: can’t drive. That’s it send tweet.
Qingyi: is outwardly dismissive of meditation tricks and hacks and tips but utilizes that shit in private ALL the time.
Zhu Yuan: shares the vegetables she grows in her garden with all her neighbors. Is also a REALLY good cook to the point people have encouraged her to potentially consider a different career path
Jane Doe: the rat girl has pet rats go figure. But in all seriousness she’d die for her little guys. She has a white one named Cocaine and a brown one named Tobacco and a gray one named Crystal Meth. She thinks the names are hilarious and every time she introduces the rats to other people their facial expressions are priceless

Do you know what I realized? I've hardly told you about the Stilnsky daughters.... And I decided to fix it! That's why I made you a full-fledged reference with girls!
Tumblr media
Rosemary, 1931
Tumblr media
Josephine, 1932
Tumblr media
Lolita, 1952
And also a couple of sketches with their Routine!
Rosemary! She is short-tempered and gloomy, many factors or luli (especially her colleagues) can infuriate her to the point that it comes to a fight. She's already had a couple of reprimands, but she hasn't been fired yet.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Josephine! A wolf in "sheep's clothing". I think this phrase will tell you a lot about this bawdy girl...
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Lolita or Buttercup.... She just exists, haha! In fact, it appeared unplanned. No one expected or planned for her, but in the end, the girl was born. There is only one deviation... She's mute. Mute with a small hearing problem. She perfectly hears her father or men with a similar timbre of voice as Roman, but she may not hear others well. She is also a contented quiet girl... She doesn't really like to go out for a visit or just, although she is rarely allowed outside because of the danger (she was almost picked up once)
I just understand one sad fact that Lois and Roman could have been terrified or sad at some point when they realized that they would become old-time parents, and Lois was completely depressed for a long time after giving birth... She was having a hard time with both the baby and her "peculiarity"

Here's a fun little Project Sekai fact! Almost all of your faves have appropriated other cultures as costumes and some have even done blackface. If you're supporting this game and refusing to make a meaningful statement about it beyond "b-b-but i said it was bad! 🥺", you are fucking racist.
You're either anti-racist, or you're a pro-seka blog. Choose one. You can't be both.
Basically everything is problematic and actually I have criticised the cultural appropriation and racism present in the game multiple times, at no point have I refused to acknowledge it (and you’re not the first person to send an anon in). You can play the game and be anti-racist actually it’s called being critical of the media you consume and having social awareness, we’ve been over this. Everything is problematic you probably like problematic media too.
Yeah the game did revival my dream and that was fucking racist, the costumes are stereotypical and they didn’t research into any specifc native culture they just wanted to make something that would get them money. it’s not princess mononoke put the trained costumes next to each other, the trained costumes are heavily stylised to look "pretty and fashionable" and forego accuracy. I’m aware of that, I’ve said this before multiple times but you wouldn’t know that because you just randomly came here to send me this message.
Then there's also the kamikou sports fes set. Luka's qipao is very obviously altered for the sake of fanservice which is just so wrong, do not sexualise other cultures for money. Rui's I think is meant to be some sort of military hanfu? But quite stylised, which again for someone outside the original culture to stylise a traditional outfit just is a no-go because you will probably get things wrong. Mizuki's outfit seems to be based on Qi-lolita and there's a whole thing surrounding that about whether you should wear it if you aren't chinese.
and then there's the island panic cards which are both orientalist. yes, not just the boys, the girls too. the outfits aren't based on any specific culture and just mishmash different swana and south asian cultures and stereotypes together to make something that looks "exotic".
If you notice a recurring thing is that all of these are in some way wxs related, and wonder why that is, it’s because they’re the theatre unit. They wear costumes, these are just cultures being appropriated as stage outfits, because the devs don’t care they just want a quick bit of money.
all of these are horribly common in idol games and gacha games, not just project sekai, and it's important to recognise the problems rather than just blindly consuming it. If it makes money, devs will continue to include ca, recognise that.
and yeah puchiseka episode 6 happened at no point have i ever denied that. it should have never happened but it did and at the very least the fandom was able to rally together and get sega to take it down. even after they did that sega and clpl should still be held accountable for even letting it be released. while they didn't make the episode, that was entirely handled by an external company (who should also be held accountable for their actions - we're never getting a second season for a reason), sega still released it knowing full well the contents. it wasn't ganguro like people said it was extremely clearly based on a very racist and crude interpretation of african tribes, and for part of a joke no less. It was disgusting. And it’s not ganguro like how people defend it; ganguro is part of the gyaru subculture and the outfits in that episode were not that. there is no defence for what happened. at the very least, it was impressive that the fandom called out the episode and actually got staff to listen and learn. that doesn't happen in other games, and we managed to do it again with rmd. the fanbase is calling the game out and actually educating staff. It’s just critical consumption - fans of the media were able to recognise that the episode was racist and correctly called out management with enough of a voice to make staff correct their mistakes. They apologised, it’s not my apology to accept, and I still hold them accountable for the fact it even happened.
This probably all makes me sound like a white saviour, and I don’t want to speak over the people affected by this, but that’s what you wanted, isn’t it? You probably have me blocked already and never followed me in the first place, but if you really wanted to call out racism, then maybe you should’ve sent this to blogs that do turn a blind eye to the flaws in this game, not one that calls them out. Why just me? Was it because of the username, because you’re not the first person to make that quip. I know you won’t see this anon, but a word of advice. Most media is problematic one way or another, you can enjoy something but still be aware of and acknowledge its problems. Project sekai is not made with the intent of encouraging or funding harmful behaviour, yet it still includes some harmful content. Call it out, educate staff and tell them not to do it again, they listened once they can do it again.

Dark Paradise| Dark Male! Dolores Haze 'Lolita' x Reader
Tumblr media
Warning: mentions of Humbert being creepy and also mentions of SA.
You are forced to live with your godfather, Humbert, after your family's death in a car accident.
Unfortunately, you had to move and leave everything behind you.
You also notice the way Humbert stares at you sometimes...which causes you fear.
Your life changes when you meet a very handsome yet pretty looking boy the same age as you.
Dorian Haze, the only son and child of the landlady, Charlotte Haze.
You would often catch him looking at you, and when your eyes meet his own, he smiles cheerfully at you, his Hawley-type retainer showing.
Dorian notices the fearful expression of fear whenever Humbert is in sight.
His mother might be too much in love with the man to notice his creepiness, but Dorian, even though appearing to be innocent, he knows it all.
Maybe, it is the fact that Humbert also stared at him with the same disgusting gaze.
Dorian takes it upon himself to befriend you and hang out together.
But as time goes on, he becomes obsessed with you.
Many times, he would sneak into your room in the middle of the night, using the excuse that he had a 'horrible nightmare'
When Humbert marries Charlotte, things turn to the worst with his actions.
Instead of just staring, Humbert would start touching you both.
His hatred grows strong for his mother for allowing herself to be fooled by a disgusting man like Humbert.
When Dorian suggests running away together.
You agree without hesitation, not wanting to see your godfather again.
After saving up enough money, you and Dorian getaway together.
But Dorian made sure to choke his mother and stepfather to death in their sleep, as you are waiting outside in the car for him.
You smile upon seeing him getting into the driver's seat.
"Did you leave the goodbye letter?"
Dorian only returns your smile with a playful smirk.
"Of course, silly"

Ok, but imagine a teenager! reader who dresses in Gothic Lolita! The over-the-top headwear, big skirts, tights, corsets, (sometimes) umbrellas, etc. etc. They are decked out in full Lolita outside of school, but they still incorporate some of the gothic feel in their clothes during school hours.
Reader isn’t really teased about their choice of clothing, especially since last time a group (with no style) was talking smack about Reader’s style in front of their face, basically calling them names and just being huge assholes. Reader, despite being shorter than the average teenager, threw hands when they started to touch them, and now that same group keeps their mouth shut since they basically got their ass handed to them by some short gothic hottie.

Self-Aware! Platonic! BSD Characters x GN! Teen! Gothic Lolita! Reader
Tumblr media
Description: You have an interesting taste in clothes.
A/N: Reader's style is a mix between Gothic Lolita clothes and Ouji (not considered part of Lolita style, but, it is the masculine counterpart of it. Style is considered gender neutral). Reader wear both masculine and feminine clothes.
Warning: OOC. English is my second language. Short.
🐾 When you saw Gothic Lolita style for the first time, you immediately fall in love with it.
🐾 It looked so cool, elegant and unique.
🐾 Without second thought, you decided to start dressing up in Gothic Lolita style.
🐾 Well, sometimes.
🐾 Wearing headwear, corsets, tights and all other clothes of that style 27/7 was hard. It was stylish, but, you wouldn't call it the comfiest everyday clothes. Moreover, you don't want to get into trouble with teachers. This Style is over the top for school.
🐾 So, the experiments time came.
🐾 First and foremost, in school you decide to wear, mostly, casual clothes. You choose black clothes with occasional royal blue and rocking horse shoes. You also wear a simple accessory, a little silver bat brooch.
🐾 At home you wear, what most will describe, Gothic Ouji. Elegant and comfortable enough for a casual hole clothes.
🐾 But, every time you need to go somewhere, besides the school, you finally can have fun and wear full Gothic Lolita outfit.
🐾 Black headpiece, poofy skirt, petticoat, tights, black umbrella... But no corset. It was impossible to tie this thing correctly, so you could breathe. But, your light makeup was always on spot.
🐾 You were confident in your style. Still, when BSD Cast arrived in your world, you feel a little bit nervous. You don't want to make a bad first experience with your clothes.
______
You, dressed in your Gothic Lolita outfit, finally enter the living room. BSD Cast (manly Fitzgerald) offer you to go on a small shopping trip.
All gazes were on you, when you enter the living room. For one moment everything was quiet. Then a choir of 'You look great!' and 'I knew, you had style' fill the room.
You were nervous for no reason.
_____
💰💉 The shopping trip leads to Fitzgerald and Mori buying you all clothes from every 'Gothic Lolita' brands you love.
💉 Mori do a little research, to help you find more Gothic Lolita clothes, that are suitable for school. Mori also likes to see you in new outfits.
🍰 If you became tried of Mori's advices, ask Elise for help. She knew, how to make Mori stop dotting on you.
📒 Kunikida do keep an eye on what you wear to school. Not because he doesn't trust you. Because he doesn't want you to get in trouble like last time.
_______
You were standing between Kunikida and Jounou, glaring at two of your classmates. They were beaten up and were shaking, looking at you. They were hiding behind their parents.
Fitzgerald, who was leaning towards the headmistress, hissed.
"So, let me get this straight. This two were harassing [Y/N] for no reason. When my kid reported them to a teacher, the only reaction was, 'Learn to get along.' But, when this two almost assaulted [Y/N], and my kid had to defend themselves, you are ready to explain them?"
The situation was a little bit funny. Because you were shorter than Chuuya by a few centimeters. And two jerks were much taller than you.
They messed with the wrong person. You know, how to throw hands. And have protective family.
_____
🐾 You don't have any trouble with other students after that.
🐾 Manly, because of your fighting skills.
🐾 You dressed as you feel comfortable, live with people, who accept your style and didn't pay any attention to people, who has problems with your style.

How are you able to enjoy toxic/unhealthy/“problematic” ships/characters without feeling weird (for lack of a better word) about it?
I ask this because I want to be able to do this myself as it seems like a much more enjoyable way of engaging with fiction to me. I can get over some ships just being toxic and the characters not being good together and still enjoy their dynamic but I have trouble with the other ships that feel morally wrong. I know it’s just fiction but I can’t seem to get over the ick feeling I have when I think about those ships/characters. I feel like I’m being too puritanical about these things but I don’t know how to stop feeling like something is gross when I feel it’s gross…
Do you have any tips to stop jumping to moralizing ships/characters?
thank you very much for the ask, anon!
i'm going to be upfront that this reflexive gross feeling isn't something i've ever really struggled with - both in fic and more broadly. this is due to various personal idiosyncrasies, above all the fact that i've got disengaged boomer parents who didn't police our media consumption [my favourite book when i was eleven? lolita...] and that i'm a doctor, which is a profession which requires you to develop a very high threshold for what you find disgusting. the human body - at all stages of its life-cycle and its cycle of decomposition - produces a lot of different fluids... and it's also the case that [just as if you can think of it, there's porn for it] if an inanimate object exists, somebody somewhere has got it stuck inside them...
and so the situation that i find myself in is that i consider it infinitely less weird that i enjoy the odd bit of hot tomarrymort action than that i actively enjoy cutting through bone with a saw...
but, obviously, "get a medical degree" isn't particularly helpful advice...
i am a ride-or-die fan of the concept of stepping outside of your comfort zone. this is why i'm such an avowed multishipper - i think it's good for us as fandom citizens to examine the potential of our faves in relationships [romantic or otherwise] which are either not their canon endgames or which aren't our preferred pairings, and in situations which don't align with their canon experiences [whether that means making them suffer or giving them full-on fluff]. it draws out the multiple aspects of a character to consider them from these different angles - and it prevents us from getting so stuck in one interpretation of a character or configuration of a ship which means that it puts our backs up to stumble across stories which approach things differently.
but stepping outside of your comfort zone doesn't mean that you have to go enormously far. it may be that a reader decides - having only ever read teen-rated fics where characters' sex lives don't extend beyond hand-holding and forehead kisses - to take the plunge into an explicit piece filled to the brim with watersports and age play. it may be that a reader decides - having only ever read teen-rated fics for one canon pairing - to read a teen-rated fic for a non-canon alternative. both of these are entirely valid approaches.
by which i mean, our comfort levels and our thresholds for discomfort are subjective, they're personal. if there are ships or themes or characters you don't want to read about because they don't feel good... you're not doing something wrong if you avoid them. exposing yourself to fics you expect to make you uncomfortable can be useful - and fiction is certainly a way to explore discomfort which gives you much more control over the experience than encountering it in real life - but it's not something you're obliged to do to be active in fandom.
the thing you are obliged to do to be active in fandom is to be nice to other people, no matter what their tastes in fiction. this means, at its fundamental level, that when you see people who ship pairings or like themes which make you think "ew"... you keep it to yourself/the group chat rather than putting it on the timeline.
but, once this is something you've got the hang of [which takes a bit of time! but practice makes perfect!], something i feel can be a really useful way of overcoming a tendency towards knee-jerk moralising reactions is to just vibe in the vicinity of people you know like the content you instinctively feel is gross.
this doesn't mean you have to read any of this content - but you'll learn just by hanging out near them that the people who do are just... normal. one minute they might reblog a rec for a pairing you think "absolutely not" about, the next they might reblog a cat picture which makes you squeal with delight. you'll like some of their content, but not all. you'll agree with some of it, but not all. you might like progressively more of it as you spend time in their orbit - maybe they'll explain why they like the pairing or character in question and you'll think "huh, i've never looked at it like that" - or you might not. this is absolutely fine.
all of us - at one time or other - have made a black-and-white moralising pronouncement: people who think x are gross; people who like y are fucked-up, you'd never catch me doing z. and these pronouncements are different from our wider, societally-influenced moral codes - which are good things, otherwise we'd live in the purge - in that they're fundamentally ways for us to feel good about ourselves and our families and our friends by defining ourselves as better than a faceless other. we say "you'd never catch me reading that, it's foul" when we know [or think we know] that the friend we're talking to would agree with the statement. we are far less likely to say it if we know that the friend - whom we see as a human being who is beautiful in their imperfection and inherently worthy of love simply by virtue of being alive - was reading and enjoying that just the other day.
and so the best way to train yourself out of reflexively moralising ships or characters or tropes is to put a face to the faceless other who likes them. be intentional in sharing a space with fans of the stuff you feel uncomfortable with and, eventually, it just becomes background noise. you'll scroll on tumblr, say "well there we are, jane's written some more of her sirius/harry piss kink fic - although i'm not interested in clicking on it" and go on with your day.
because the other thing i think it's really useful to do is to train yourself into reframing your disgust as disinterest. there are plenty of things which i don't seek out to read - and some of these topics are completely benign and some are darker [i don't enjoy reading explicit non-con, for example] - but this is because i try to frame it as that i don't think these things would interest me.
this is still the maintenance of a personal comfort zone, but thinking of the content outside this zone as something you are disinterested in turns it into something neutral. when you think of it as something to be disgusted or grossed out by, it naturally provokes a visceral response which makes you look through a moral lens. thinking in terms of disinterest, instead, gives you sufficient detachment from this visceral response to recognise, interrogate, contextualise, and control it.
and - in time - this neutral reframing may result in you feeling more interested in taking the plunge into the ships and characters and stories you currently don't vibe with, once you don't have an instinctive disgust response as a barrier.
or it may not. and this is absolutely fine.

Carry Me Home (Various JJK Men x Reader)
ー drunken hcs of jjk men/reader wanting to be carried home
Lolita's Note: As far as I remember, Gojo canonically doesn't drink bc he says he can't stand alcohol, so I wanted to make him extra whiny bc I think he's a cute little bastard for that~ Also it's been a while since I wrote for jjk!! Yay ~ ♡
Tumblr media
Gojo Satoru
Poor, poor you.
You never get away from his attention seeking behavior when he's sober, what more if he's drunk.
Will make all sorts of funny faces just to hear your sweet laugh (it boosts him up and will increase the chance of him clinging onto you)
He gets really loud and more shameless when he's drunk (or if he's in a sullen mood he would have this sulking expression on his face as he tries to keep to himself)
Whines, whines, whines a loooot
"Babe, let's go~"
"I want to go to bed with you.~
"Satoru, we're outside."
If he gets too drunk he becomes unaware of his surroundings so you have to keep an eye on him.
Wants a piggyback ride home
You end up complying, but after a few minutes your body gave up so you had to drag him with you
Yes, he's a handful. A manchild indeed.
Though, the rare times where you're the one who gets drunk, he becomes really observant.
Will do his best to listen to your woes, dance with you, give you a kiss or twoー all that jazz.
Geto Suguru
This man… drinks his frustrations away.
No, scratch that. He drinks and ponders about everything.
Geto worries and thinks a lot. It's his second nature. Though he toned down a lot after he parted ways with Satoru.
Before, especially during his time at Jujutsu Tech, his choice of drink were beer cans strong spirits like whiskey and gin.
He drinks a lot, so naturally he also has a high tolerance.
But after he established his own cult, he settled for wine and saké. And he doesn't drink as much as he used to.
You really don't have to worry too much about him losing control of himself. He's got you, especially if you're a lightweight.
One time though, in his tipsy state he will suddenly walk to you and pull you into a hug and he'll whisper sweet nothings to your ear.
"I love you."
"Did you know that you're so beautiful tonight?"
"Oh, my sweet little darling has their cheeks painted pink~"
You got a little frustrated at his lingering touches so you suddenly challenged him to a drinking contest.
Which you lost to, and now you want nothing more than for him to take you home.
He'll laugh at your state for a bit before he sweeps you off your feet and obliges.
Once you pass out he'll take photos of your messed up state.
Maybe it's for times where he'll be drinking alone.
Before his thoughts eat him alive once more, he'll look at those photos of yours so that he can silence them all at once.
Nanami Kento
Now this is a man who drinks his frustrations away.
Whiskey is his favorite.
You'll either find him alone at the dining room or by the bar stool as he silently finishes his glass… that you probably lost count of.
"Love, you need to stop drinking for now."
Nanami often has this exhausted expression on his face that gets really highlighted when he drinks.
His eyebags, tousled hair and wrinkled suit are telltale signs that he's really on the edge of it.
"I should drive, okay? You're really drunk."
He nods and he presses a kiss to your cheek.
God, he reeks of the musky scent of whiskey.
He'll end up venting to you about his wishes for a more relaxed life. And he'll promise again and again that he'll make it come true just for the sake of you both.
Toji Fushiguro
Definitely someone who drinks beer and rum.
Although he doesn't drink often, he'll gladly join you if you invite him to drink with you. Even if he despises alcohol.
He prefers it if you come over to his place or a nearby bar (make sure you put everything on your tab, he's broke as hell).
Sometimes he drinks a beer can while he cleans his weapons.
"Hey. What's up, doll?"
"Don't you dare puke on me now-"
"Geez, you've made a mess."
Says him as you spilled your guts outside the club you went to.
"Let's get you home now."
He's got decent tolerance, but that's because he's not a heavy drinker. He prefers guarding you over drinking with you.
Def would piggyback you or carry you over his shoulder like a ragdoll as you whine at him for not letting you return back to the club.
He's not the best, but he cleans you up with a damp rag and places another one on your forehead to help lower your temperature.
The type you'll see shirtless the next morning while cooking you breakfast and hangover food.

Where to buy lingerie?🥀 Girlhood Tips #1 🥀
Tumblr media
Whatever happened to wearing beautiful undergarments while prancing around our rooms? One of the staples of being youthful is now seemingly dead and gone. I love to whine down in my fabulous undies and sway to my favorite songs.
Hopefully we can bring this tradition back! To help kick start this, I’ve compiled a list of size inclusive lingerie brands from cheapest to more pricier items.
(If you guys want more options or help please let me know! I'm a chronic online shopper😭)
$
(1-20 USD per set/item)
AliExpress
Ali express stores is the absolute cheapest option for both price and size…yall already know it's fast fashion most times but some reputable brands from them are (IEUHIA, Wriufred, ChenFa Store, and Aiangelaquin official store)
Not much to elaborate here but they usually have a XXS-XXL
Cannot link the stores but just search up by the shop name.
FreetheFrillies
Tumblr media
Handmade undergarments shop based out of the United Kingdom, features both religious and Victorian imagery on their clothing.
Sustainably at a reasonable price is one of their main concerns and they take pride in hand sewing each and every one of their items before they are shipped to you!
Material includes cotton, satin and elastics.
Sizes ranges from UK8/10 to UK16/18
ShopCryBunni
Tumblr media
Small indie early brand ran by a student in Salt Lake, Utah! Very simple designs usually solid color or floral garments with a small bow or a flower on top. Very affordable.
Shipping is quick and punctual usually taking 2-3 days on average inside of the US. Internal customers can take up to 2-3weeks.
Sizes range from xxs-L US standard and does not make custom sizing outside of that at the moment.
$$
(30-70 USD per set/item)
AKAMYDINH
Tumblr media
Small fashion label based in Saigon, Vietnam. They repurpose factory scraps and excess to make their brand as sustainable and ethical as possible! Their lingerie is simple solid colored bikini style sets with a frill finish. Occasionally with a cherry, bow, or floral embellishment.
XXS-XXL is the sizes offered with a additional custom sizing upon request!
70% of their items are made to order while the other 30% is made by fairly paid seamstresses.
Quick and helpful customer service with an outstanding 4.8 stars. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for simple yet ethical clothing.
Besos Biquinis
Tumblr media
Famous tik tok brand that is known for their super cute vintage day of the week panties packs!
Their other items are more expensive like the 100+ range but most of their undies are $40-70 USD
Sizining is XS to XL usually. However, only going up to L in bottoms. Biggest cup size is C-DD cup without band specifics.
Unsure about custom sizing but I’d assume not? It’s always worth it to email! :)
Cute packaging and great customers service from what I’ve hear they also send out PRs soooo….if you have a big following definitely worth checking them out
ShesArMermaidCat
Tumblr media
An absolute classic in the coquette community! She makes Dolores haze inspired garments with bloomers and cupcake style tops. The sets are usually solid colored or gingham! Perfect for the more modest Americana girlies.
She’s a gem and has amazing communication. You can also request a custom piece or size.
Each and every set is made to order and is handmade right out of California. 10/10 definitely recommend this shop for every Lolita!
FeelingVaugeVintage
Tumblr media
Exotic dancer style lingerie brand. This is for the girls who are secy workers or love that style of lingerie. Much more form fitting, skimpy and trashy which I love and I know there's girls who love it too!
Handmade brand based off of esty who is always running sales. Currently offer 20% off when you buy two and 30% off when you buy three! Great deal an already cheap brand.
Sizing is a standard S-L but with any handmade brand just message the seller and ask if they can make a custom size just for you ;) they are a very sweet and punctual seller and they have well over 16,000 sales and a 4.8 star! Definitely recommend!
PurrfectPineapples
Tumblr media
Cruelty free lingerie brand based out of Chicago, Illinois. The underwear is all pinup, vintage rockefeller style. Using vintage prints and designs. The embellishments are simple and usually lace or bows. Most sets include bra, panties, and a garter belt for about 60ish USD which is amazing tbh!
This brand is handmade to order and does take custom orders/sizing. The wait time is anywhere from 2 weeks to a month at most for an order.
Great customer services and many ways to pay including klarna payment plans.
(80-100+ per set/item)
$$$
Malicious designs
Tumblr media
Handmade sustainable brand that sells tons of babydoll and lolita style clothes. This business is ran by Sheana Hinesley and is a fairly popular place to shop both on Depop and Etsy! They use standard sizing US S - L and is open to doing custom sizing
I do own an outfit for them and well made and I do think it’s worth the price! Fair warning is that shipping takes. 3 months to a year….. And at times their communication is less than the standard.
Would mainly suggest either buying second hand or through their Etsy for the best experience possible!
International shipping plus esty allows payment plans soooooo
Buttress and snatch.
Tumblr media
A handmade and sustainable brand that sells 60's american style lingerie with beautiful craftsmanship. Most of their items have bows, rose, or lace embellishments which are a must for any lolita! They are based in the UK with international shipping. The cup sizes goes all away up to a. 36E/40DD and the bottoms up to a size UK18!
For the more adultish sexy girls they do have see through and fully lace garments. For the girls love the environment they have a line of items that are all made out of 100% recycled cotton shirts! How cool.
The brand also has great customer services and can do custom sizing if needed. If you’re ever worried about size conversion please shoot them an email.
They also have a one cup bra for support for anyone that needs that which I think is absolutely amazing. Definitely worth a look.
Love for lemons 🍋
Extremely well known sister brand of Victoria’s Secret that has absolute gorgeous pieces. Their pieces are packed with laces, frills, and florals! Perfect for a more mature, classy coquette.
Unfortunately not as size or comfort inclusive as our last pick but they do have sizes ranging from. XXS-2X and the cups can go up to a big as 38DDD but unfortunately that’s usually for select items such as teddies :/
One the bright side items such as garters, shoes, skirts, and swimwear is available compared to other brands. International shipping is available as well as sales and discounts. P.s. there’s a sale going on for $30 USD on select items.
Good customer services with no custom sizing however you should always mail before buying if unsure! I’d still pick lemons over Victoria’s any day! Tea.

Once they get accustomed to going out, where are some of the toys’ favourite places to hang out at that aren’t the house, the hut, and the farmland?
Poppy, Mommy Long Legs and Bobby love the mall! Not even just for shopping, but just for hanging out and being silly together. It's always funny seeing the trio because MLL is almost always dressed head to toe in more gothic and grunge looks, while Poppy and Bobby are full on lolita fashion.
Crafty also goes to the mall with them, but what she's actually looking forward to is watching a movie in theaters. And her being dressed in scene head-to-toe just makes the four of them stand out even more.
Huggy, Kissy, Picky, PJ and Bunzo like going to a park nearby. Kissy and Picky prefer it over all the noise and people in the mall.
Bubba loves a good library and the arcade, just like Delight! They're always getting high scores. Only difference is that Delight actually prefers going to the aquarium more.
Kickin and Hoppy made friends with a bunch of bikers and hang out with them often, but Hoppy prefers playing sports more. Boxy always follows her!
Catnap's #1 place outside the farm is the Church he goes to, but if you take that it's definitely the park where he can just run as much as he pleases.
Dogday had trouble finding things to do that he genuinely enjoyed instead of just following his friends around, but he found out he loves both the park and the aquarium. Mostly the park.
The other mini toys all have different favorite places, and they're too many for me to list at the moment!
Bonus: Angel had completely forgotten how fun it was to go out, as they mostly left their tiny home to either work, take a walk, or visit their family's houses. As time post-rescue goes by they start enjoying mall visits as well as hikes and trips to the nearby lake. Prototype on the other hand HATES leaving the farm, but he enjoys hikes as well.

Actually no im not done because I know it gets talked about a lot but Lolita is such an interesting piece of media; not just the book itself but people's attitudes towards it.
like, first off, there's the actual author (nabokov) who goes out of his way to talk about how childish, mokeyish, immature and whatnot Dolores is in the most unnappealing possible ways, and then specifically said that he didnt want the kind of cover that every single fucking published edition of Lolita has?? With girls who are either being sexualized or very obviously having "a good time" which is absolutely not what Dolores was doing in the book?? I really, really, don't think anyone who designs these covers has even opened the first page because what. the. fuck.
It's so obvious that my man Humbert Humbert is an unreliable narrator, but gee, I guess we learned to take everything we read at face value, and also everything that comes from a protagonist's mouth as the "correct" way of viewing things, both in the book and in real life?
And even then, maybe, just MAYBE I can excuse the people who talk about how the book is fucked up because it's "glorifying pedophillia".
Maybe they had a really shitty english teacher. At the very least, they're reading it and understanding that the actions of Humbert Humbert aren't okay? They got to the halfway point. Maybe their education sytem failed them.
Maybe they had a really shitty high school english teacher that never taught them the skills necessary to understand this kind of writing. Maybe they're just dense, that's who they are as a person, and it would take someone going out of their way to point it out for them to consider the possibility.
But then there's the fucking apologists?? Like, putting aside the whole Dolores being 12 (which, yeah, is akin to putting aside the whole book, but bear with me for a second), Humbert Humbert not only kidnaps her (illegal), lies to her for a long time about her mother (not illegal but generally shitty), but is implied to have committed murder (illegal, not sure if implied is the right word here because it absolutely happened and everyone knows it), and sexually abuses Dolores (very illegal). These are crimes. He is a criminal. Say what you want about the justice system these are crimes that absolutely should be crimes.
He's clearly not an upstanding citizen, and I fail to understand how some people look at all his behavior and go "oh yes, the the man who killed a woman and kidnapped a 12 year old girl is just misunderstood, and he did those things for true love" like fuck no.
I like Lolita. It's an objectively good book. The quality of writing (high quality, I mean, I normally hate first-person writing but I actually liked Lolita), it's a great psychological horror piece that doesn't rely on things like shock value and overused tropes. The characters are all multi-dimensional and frankly, act realistically. But that's all it is. A psychological HORROR piece. It's not romantic. If anything, it's meant to make you sympathize with Humbert, and then you're supposed to take a step back and be like, "Wait. Why am I sympathizing with him? I'm not a pedophile." Because yeah, he's a complex character but that only goes to make him realistic in terms of the kind of pedos that exist in real life.
Pedophiles are people too. Mentally ill people, really, really shitty people who need serious help, but reducing them to "not human" only makes them an "other", which makes you forget that on the outside, they look like normal people. That have friends and family and go to school or have jobs and order coffe and read in libraries and yeah, maybe you sat next to one of them an entire year in organic chemistry. They're not weird stalkers that hang out in bushes in parks. Some of them, maybe, but not all. Nowhere near all.
man that derailed fast.

Be the first reccuring anon? HELL YEAH‼️
This is about the same reader of the previous ask, the lolita one that hits people with their parasol (me too girl me too, i have also hit people with my parasol before(mostly my brother))
ANYWAYS, this is another ask for the sans and papyri of UT, US and UF!
They come into the living room and see the lolita doing...something? When they ask what they're doing they pick up what they were busy with and show it to them
ITS A DWARF BUNNY!! AND THEY'RE NAMED BLOSSOM!!! SO CUTE!! And she is wearing a matching lolita dress with bow! (Yes there is clothing for bunnies, i'm obsessed)
Also since when did they have a bunny?
Where did this bunny come from??
They refuse to answer
...should they be concerned?
Welp cant dwell on that for too long because there is another bunny in a matching dress thats now demanding the skeletons attention and stomping their foot!
Also why is this bunny so big? its the size of a big cat
Hello again! (≧▽≦)
I've just been thinking of you as the Lolita Anon so unless you want me to refer to you as something else, that's gonna be my nickname for you. I wasn't sure for a second if the third part of your ask was about another bunny entirely but I wrote this with that in mind.
Undertale: Classic (Sans) & Vanilla (Papyrus)
Classic
- Huh, that's pretty cute. He thinks the name Blossom is very fitting for such a small bunny. He's seen pictures online of people dressing up their pets but not bunnies. Most people just put bows on them and call it a day.
- He's curious where you got a bunny, especially one so small. Did you buy it? Or was it just outside? It's not really a big deal but you refusing to tell him only makes him more curious. He doesn't mind either way since he knows you're responsible enough to look after it.
- He's a little taken aback when the other bunny starts demanding attention. You had another one? He didn't think bunnies generally liked being touched so you might need to reassure him that it's okay. The size difference between Blossom and this other bunny is interesting to him. Are they the same breed or are there just different sizes of bunnies?
Vanilla
- Oh my stars! That is the most precious thing he's ever seen! He loves Blossom already! They're so small and cute in their little dress! Can he hold them? He's positively smitten so I hope you don't get jealous if he pays more attention to the bunny for a while.
- Where'd you even get such a small bunny? He's asking for a friend of course, no other reason. He wants to get another one so Blossom can have a friend, but he doesn't push the topic if you won't say. He hasn't had a bunny for a pet before so it's probably best that he learns how to care for one before getting another.
- Wait, you had another bunny all along?! And it's wearing a matching dress?! That's too precious and he might die if things get any cuter. He's perfectly happy to pet this new bunny but he's gonna want a picture of them so he can look at how cute they are later on.
Underfell: Crimson (Sans) & Scar (Papyrus)
Crimson
- Aw, that's adorable. He's not really interested in bunnies but he can appreciate cute things. He didn't know bunnies could be that small though. Are you sure this isn't a baby one? Don't ask him to play dress up or anything, cause he's worried he'll hurt the poor thing with his claws.
- He's definitely concerned when you won't tell him where you got it. Blossom doesn't look like a wild bunny and he's not sure if you're aware that his brother raises rabbits or not. Oh well, he trusts that you'll take care of it.
- Okay, that's definitely one of the bunnies from the barn. Why did you bring it inside and put it in a matching dress? He doesn't have the heart to tell you that his brother doesn't keep them as pets. He'll pet it just to pacify the both of you. Hopefully, he won't get in trouble because of this.
Scar
- Cute. He's not the type to keep small creatures as pets but he's not gonna stop you from doing so if it makes you happy. Of course, that's providing you take care of and clean up after it properly. The mini lolita dress is rather cute on it though.
- Why are you being so secretive? If you've got nothing to hide, why won't you just tell him where you got the bunny? He's certainly suspicious of you now.
- You do realize the rabbits in the barn are livestock and not pets, right? It doesn't belong inside, okay? No, please don't give him that look... You're not making this easy and he's not sure what to do. He ends up giving the bunny attention anyways.
Underswap: Blue (Sans) & Saffron (Papyrus)
Blue
- Aw, they're so small and they're in a dress! You named it Blossom too? He might melt this is so cute. He won't hurt them if he picks them up, right? You might've just lost your pet if you don't speak up cause he's already fallen for them.
- Not fair, he wants to know all about Blossom, including where you got them. Maybe it's for the best though. He doesn't know how to look after bunnies but that won't stop him from buying more cute outfits and toys for them.
- Nevermind about getting another bunny when you were smart enough to know that he'd want one. He's gonna give it so much love and attention! Does it like have its fur brushed? What happens if it's teeth grow too long? He's got sooo many questions now.
Saffron
- He's got the cheekiest smile on his face and keeps looking between you and Blossom. Brace yourself because he's going to make exclusively rabbit based puns from now on. If he wasn't already comparing you to a bunny because of your quiet demeanor, he's definitely gonna now. He's also gonna take loads of pictures of you two cause you're both so adorable.
- Oh, you won't tell him where you got Blossom? Fine, but don't expect the puns and teasing to slow down until you do. He'll probably secretly buy them an outfit that is the complete opposite of a lolita dress, partially to mess with you but also because he thinks it would be really cute.
- He actually really likes bunnies so he's really happy you have a larger one. He wouldn't want to accidentally hurt Blossom and this one seems like it likes him already. Do bunnies make good snuggle buddies? Maybe not, but that won't stop him from finding out by letting it sit with him on the couch for a nap.
