obviously obsessed with Wei Wuxian the prettiest little shit ever. He is nicknamed Bestie. I have a lot of feelings about him but mostly I think he is shojo manga heroine levels of wonderful and I love him for that.

Then we got Lan Wangji who has some of the BEST sass. I loved him in the drama because his acting was so good despite so few lines, but omg in the book is is AMAZING. The scene where they play tag bdsm style??? Obsessed he is baby. Also the novel makes me think he's ASD coded which makes me very happy yes.

His nickname is Boyfriend because of course. He is also shojo manga levels of heroine and hero and he rocks it. I will gift him many bunnies and ribbons to tie up wwx with sjsjfjjs.

The best part of their dynamic was me realizing I have chaotic middle child energy like wwx. BNHA Rewatch: Episode 51 “Moving Into Dorms”

Class 1-A together again! I’m always so happy to return to them, every time an arc leaves them behind for a while. I miss them.

Ah, time for the big Dadzawa guilt trip I see. I dunno, I know he’s just trying to do what’s considered acceptable, but just bear in mind that this big guilt trip probably contributed to Bakugou’s little PTSD fit…wait a minute…if this caused DVK2 then I totally forgive him never mind.

I love this little running gag of Uraraka fainting and Iida being concerned for her. Iichaco is back, babies!

The floor layout is interesting, since aside from Tsuyu, every girl is in the same floor as a guy she’s popularly shipped with (Momo and Shoto, Jiro and Kaminari, Mina and Kirishima, Tooru and Ojiro, Uraraka and Bakugou) and Deku is on the only floor with none of the girls. WHAT DOES IT MEAN.

All the ladies love Todoroki now apparently. This is the first time everyone talks about him as some kind of Shoujo Manga sex god. It will only get sillier as time goes forward (and yet somehow it’s completely warranted. I still remember that costume from last arc, Shoto). Also highlighted is Momo’s RESPECT for him. Todomomo! 

SO JAPANESE. Where does he sleep.

Sato’s room is boring except for the cake.

Though I personally don’t think the BRS has anything to apologize for. They saved the day. They’re freaking heroes. And Deku, notably, does not apologize.

And this does raise a concern I have about the future of Izuku and Ochako’s relationship. Ochako, it seems, agrees with Tsuyu, not Deku. She didn’t bring this up to him. He doesn’t do as she wants here. There’s a communication problem here, during their first serious dispute, and I feel it needs to be addressed. Also, she’s just…odd in this scene…the two-faced lighting doesn’t help. It makes her seem so…strangely off.

I guess this’d be a good time to mention that I’m an Uraraka traitor theorist, though mainly because I think it would provide some good angst and give her character a little more narrative agency. But scenes like this help fuel the flame.

This ep is the breather ep, the cooldown after the intense-as-shit previous arc where we catch our breath and get ready to move forward. That doesn’t, of course, mean that nothing of importance happens in it. Or that it’s not incredibly entertaining. Wholesome Class 1-A antics are life breath and soul to me. I loove watching them goof off.

Not much in this ep, sadly. But hey, that guilt of Katsuki’s, after being slapped with his culpability in getting the Symbol destroyed, does pay off in about (checks ep #) 10 EPISODES LEFT OH MY GOD. AND ONLY 9 FOR ME BECAUSE I ALREADY DID 58. 9 MORE EPISODES THEN IT HAPPENS AND I’LL LOSE MY MIND.

Okay so this one was a doozy and I’m actually kinda excited about having the opportunity to answer about this ship.

I have a long, sordid (notreally) past with Sailor Moon. It was my first exposure to anime and quite possibly to shipping back when I was 7-8 years old. All that being said, when it comes to this ship, it’s been quite a wild ride.

When I was very young and the 90′s anime was dubbed into English (that’s right, I watched the DiC dub; come at me, bro), I liked the ship. I mean, I had about .05% self-awareness and perception and it was just… right there, obviously canon, can’t really be ignored so yeah, I shipped it. I also didn’t mind the dynamic too much wherein the characters fought a lot but probably (definitely) started caring about each other. It did feel like the 90′s anime was relying on/pushing the “destined lovers” trope too far in order to make the ship seem genuine but that may have been the dub. It felt like Serena and Darien (since i’m talking about the dub, I might as well use their dub names here) were just barely starting to turn a corner when Zoy(i)cite (lol) forced them to reveal their alter-egos and caused Tuxedo Mask to sacrifice himself, leading to the reveal of the moon princess and the seven rainbow crystals reforming into the silver crystal…

Anyway, at around 11 years old, my mom let me choose my own Christmas presents and I went on Amazon and found these awesome, pretty Sailor Moon books. I was so freaking excited when she let me pick a couple to buy. Having no knowledge of manga/comics, I picked books 1 and 4 (I don’t remember if I knew they had numbers or if I just picked two different books) and was surprised to learn they were -gasp!- not actual books but comics… but the art was so lovely and the story was so edgy compared to the somewhat gag-humor-riddled anime. Not to mention, Bunny and Darien (switching names a bit because manga opinion) appeared to develop both independently and romantically in a much more organic way, which I appreciated even at that young age. Bunny was very courageous despite her fears, she threw herself at Tuxedo Mask (who she knew was Darien by that time) and kissed him, telling him to run away and stay safe while she battled Kunzite, and she surprised and encouraged him to protect her as well. I just… really adored that.

Then, by the time I was 14, I hit my “rebellious shipper” phase. (I should  mention that part of this is due also to outside influences convincing me this ship was no good, and my not wanting to ruin the two or so friendships I had formed over this series.) I decided, nah, Bunny x Darien (or now that the internet was a more widely-spread thing and the sources were easier to find, Usagi x Mamoru) were… what? Too boring? Too obvious? Why not ship her with someone more powerful or something? I dunno. For a while, I had a soft spot for Prince Diamond/Demande (this is due only to the 90′s anime giving him redemption, which I was grateful to the series for introducing me to as well… redemption arcs are where it’s at, dudes~), then I remember continuing to read the manga and gettin’ real excited about Haruka kissing Bunny… but of course I shipped Haruka with Michiru so finally I landed on the somehow-so-explicit-it-ended-up-never-being-dubbed Stars arc character, Seiya.

A part of me still ships UsaSeiya, and as an adult I’ve learned to appreciate Usagi’s relationships with Minako and Rei in a romantic light as well… But with adult eyes and an adult brain, I go back to UsaMamo and I recognize just how well they fit together; what a wonderful, mutual relationship they have, just how much they’re willing to sacrifice for and support each other.

Mamoru is unexpectedly like Eugene Fitzherber/Flynn Rider, or perhaps it’s the other way around. I remember when Tangled came out and the question of “Why is this male love interest so popular with female fans?” was circulating and someone said it was because Disney interviewed girls/women when they were cultivating the character in order to create someone with traits that would genuinely be found attractive to a woman. Mamoru was created by a woman who wanted to create a love interest/story that girls and women would adore and find passion in… and Naoko Takeuchi nailed it.

Btw, if anyone is wondering, no I don’t buy in to the pedo argument. :-/ Wtf dudes.

I’ve been self indulging in rewriting my old Ouran Highschool Host Club Self-Insert for two days now and I’ve decided to write it down cause it’s another one of those Self-Inserts that has a descent story with it.

So, he’s trans, 1. As a child his name was Nanami, and “she” was to be Kyoya’s arranged bride. The two knew each other from Kindergarten and got along decently, as much as you can with cold stone Kyoya. “She” also knew Mitskuni and Takashi at a young age, because “her” parents ran a candy and baked goods company, very large time.

In Early Middle School, 1st year, before Tamaki, Nanami’s family moved to America to widen the business. “She” and Kyoya kept in touch because that’s the kind of guy Kyoya is, and “she” was, at the time, the person he was closest too. The bickered like typical siblings.

In America “She” became He and even adopted an American boy name, Emile! He loved his knew title and, even if his parents weren’t all for it, got top surgery and delved more and more in Sexuality and Gender identity.

With his new identity, he returned to Japan, without his parents, and lived with Kyoya.

(This is where I’m gonna switch to I/we pronouns because it’s a self-insert)

Living with Kyoya was the same, we still bicker like siblings and I call him a perverted old man constantly.

First day back to school everyone’s a buzz about “someone” returning from America. Tamaki is curious and when he’s told it’s a girl, he’s addement about being the first to welcome “her” back to the school.

Kyoya, as the Vice President, and the Class President (who’s a manga only character and I can’t find her name), start the class of welcoming the new student. The Class President is tripped up when she looks at her paper and sees an English name. Unsure how to say it, she pauses, in which Kyoya is instead the one to say my name.

Everyone is, of course, surprised when a boy walks into class and introduces himself as Emile, previously Nanami. 

The girls in the class on in an uproar, as we were all previously in the same elementary school, asking if I’m cross dressing. After a brief explanation of what Transgender is, everyone’s cool with it. Tamaki makes a slip here and there for the first day, and continued to get death glares from Kyoya and eventually gets his pencil snapped in half over it.

Tamaki expects to be able to talk over how Kyoya’s acting weird at the club meeting today but, SURPRISE! I’m there too. In fact, Kyoya has a job for me. But first! Presents!

The Twins, who I don’t know and they don’t know me, demand their gifts first. Luckily, Kyoya told me about everyone already, so I have gifts for them and the others I haven’t met.

For the twins, they both get a ball on a string catching game thing, because Kyoya said they like games and commoner toys. They same it’s lame but start playing anyway. (And have it mastered by the next day)

For Hunny next, cause he came asking next, a stuffed bunny with a bag of chocolates!

For Mori (whom I have had the biggest crush on for years), a Woodlen animals of Northern America encyclopedia. Inside the first page is taped a small keychain of a Tanooki.

For Haruhi, based on Kyoya’s recommendation, coupons! Most of them are for food stores that are in both America and Japan. “Kyoya said you like food and saving money!” is the only explanation. Haruhi blames Kyoya.

And finally, for Tamaki, a collection of “Blind Bags” from Walmart. Little Commoner toys where you don’t know what you’ll get till you open them.

Kyoya already got his present, which was a DVD collection of some of the worst American Movies I could find. Bad as in bad jokes. This is Kyoya’s sense of humor.

Now, for my job. I’m not a host. Not good at it, too socially anxious and clumsy and dumb. Instead, Kyoya puts me in charge of serving. In case a host runs out of cakes or tea/coffee, it’s my job to deliver more. I also make the sweets because, you know, bakery family. This, of course, saves money. As Kyoya says.

I wear roller scates and deliver wherever needed, along with check the list to make sure everyone’s at the right tables and on time.

I’m very bad at the “Which one is Hikaru Game”, even without the hats, in a 50/50 chance, I get it wrong 90% of the time. Th boys don’t pick on me too hard though because I’ll almost always beat them to the punch on calling myself stupid. The first time they called me dumb and I agreed with them, Mori got up from his table, took the hat Hikaru wears for the game, hit them both with it, then lightly smacked me over the head, “Don’t call yourself stupid. The game’s rigged.” And left.

Also, I wanna say right now, Hunny and Kyoya are the same level of intelligence, and have the same sense of humor when it comes to messing with people. So, as they know Mori and I like eachother, they’re getting in the way of that. Just enough to make it fun.

One time, after being mistaken for a girl a lot in one day, I was doing the dishes in the kitchen area of the club room, and Mori came in to try and cheer me up. As he was doing this, outside the room, Kyoya and Hunny were playing Rock-Paper-Scissors to decide who gets to go in and break it up.

Haruhi’s class went to Kyoto to see Temples because, you know, the class likes to do commoner things. And OBVIOUSLY Tamaki drags the rest of us along because Haruhi cannot go anywhere without him.

We rented three rooms, becuase Tamaki thought it’s a part of the trip to share rooms with friends. Kyoya suggested I take the third room alone, but I don’t like sleeping by myself. Mori presents sticks in his hand, whoever gets sticks of matching numbers share rooms.

Mori... Isn’t a very smart man, but still tried to rig it. He placed the 2 stick in front of himself and Me so we’d pick the same room, and the 1 stick in front of Hunny and Tamaki so they’d share a room. Seemed simple. But OH NO. After I picked the 2 stick Mori planned for me, Kyoya went next and immediately reached for the stick in front of Mori. You could see the immediate panic on Mori’s face, and while it would be funny to ruin Mori’s carefully thought out plan, Hunny shook his head to tell him no. So he took Tamaki’s instead.

We ended up swapping rooms the second night anyway because Hunny and Kyoya thought that’d be more fun, and Tamaki kept complaining about being in a room alone.

Also on this trip we went to The Kiyomizu-Dera temple and learned about the old “leap of faith” myth. The tour guide asked us what our wish would be, and we both wished to cure all illness. We immedetly started talking how sense we have the same wish, only one of us as to jump to get it, but Kyoya came over to tell us if we BOTH jump, it raises our chances of getting a wish by 50%. We did the math and that’s like!!! 100% chance of getting our wish granted!!!

They twins had to physically restraint Tamaki from jumping, while Mori simply picked me up. Kyoya thought it was funny. Haruhi was very tired.

Also while we were there I followed a bird halfway across town while no one was looking like a toddler and called Kyoya crying because I was lost and couldn’t see the temple. Luckily he puts GPS tracking on everyone’s phones and was able to find me.

Haruhi asked me once to explain LGBT+ to her, because her father is a Trans woman and she doesn’t fully understand that. He still goes by he/him pronouns and Father because he doesn’t want to try and replace Haruhi’s mom, obviously.

So one day after school I got to her house with all my reference books to talk to her about it while her dad’s out. And, of course, we can’t have a meeting on our own, the rest of the club tags along.

After talking about Gender, we also talk about Sexuality. I use my own Asexual as an example, then the fact Kyoya’s Bi and Tamaki is Pan. Except. Tamaki doesn’t know what Pansexual means, so I have to explain and he agrees. 

After also proclaiming Karou as Bi, Hikaru is immediately confused because not even he knew this?? Karou came out to me because he also didn’t know much about LGBT and wanted to explore himself more. Hikaru asks me if he’s Bi too and I tell him I can’t speak for other people. “But you spoke for Tamaki!!” “Kyoya gave me permission to speak for Tamaki because he would have never figured it out on his own.”

We figure out in this meeting Hunny is the only Straight in the entire group. He’s also the only one currently dating anyone.

Haruhi reflects on the Non-Binary parts of the conversation and asks to barrow a couple of books.

At the end of this long self insert story thing, I’ll put that, like other Self-Inserts, I latched onto ships that are canon in this universe, unless I meet other Self-Shippers of this Fandom.

OH MAN LET’S TALK BECAUSE I HAVE IDEAS, OKAY.

A friend of mine did ask me about this before and I had a whole long response to it (all of which still applies, BTW), but hey, you gave me half a chance to talk about this show so I’m gonna take it.

This got SUPER long, which I feel isn’t too surprising because I crammed in literally everything I could think of that I want to happen and I’m sure I’m still missing things.

But yes, God, talk to me about what you want from the next season of this show because I could go on for literal HOURS about it. Possibly days. I have a problem.

Series spoilers below, fairly be ye warned!

Seriously, the thing I want to see more than almost anything else is dealing more with the fact that Barnaby had his memories manipulated for twenty years and there is a non-zero chance that he may know more about Ouroboros than even he knows. Like I am 100% dead serious, I have been thinking about this for months, lemme tell you about it.

So this is after The Rising, so probably what, 2-3 years since the end of the series? And my headcanon has always been that the longer Maverick is dead, the more his powers start to fade, so anybody who had their memories altered that hasn’t already broken the block is starting to get back the memories of what really happened.

And whose memories did Maverick fuck with the most? Barnaby’s!

And who was Maverick working with for 20-30 years before he died? Ouroboros! *jazz hands*

Let’s say Maverick was having a meeting with people from Ouroboros in his house a couple of years after he took bb!Barnaby in and bb!Barnaby walks in and overhears some of their plans. No big deal, Maverick just wipes his memory and puts him upstairs in bed, and assures everybody else that the kid won’t remember a thing and they’re all good to go.

Now, decades later, Ouroboros is moving one of their people into a political position, like they’re running for mayor or governor or they’ve been named the new chief of police. Doesn’t matter. And one of them—could be a fixer-type figure, could be the person actually being moved into the position of power, again, doesn’t matter—finds out these memory manipulations are fading and that people are remembering things they shouldn’t remember. 

And the person who is moving into the position of power is one of the people who was at that Ouroboros meeting with Maverick that Barnaby walked in on all those years ago. So they realize that if Maverick’s power is fading, they have a Big Problem because the McFucking King of Heroes and Media Darling, Barnaby Brooks Jr., knows about their involvement in this organization and if he reveals that, they’re kind of screwed.

So they’ve got someone low-key keeping an eye on Barnaby to see if he is remembering anything, and they find out yes, he is. Probably something like remembering a birthday dinner that he thought Maverick took him out for when he was young but it turns out it was Aunt Samantha. And so Ouroboros realizes it’s only a matter of time before he remembers them and they set out to fix this.

And by “fix” I mean “blow up Barnaby’s apartment with him in it.”

So the heroes are sent to the site of the explosion to help evacuate other people from the apartment building while the fire department is trying to control the fire, and Kotetsu knows when he hears the address that that’s Bunny’s building, but it’s not until Agnes tells him privately that he finds out the bomb was actually in Bunny’s apartment and Bunny hasn’t been responding to his communicator.

He handles this news slightly better than Barnaby would have if their positions were reversed, but not by much.

They get to the building, Kotetsu goes after Bunny and finds him unconscious and buried under rubble in his apartment, but he’s alive. He gets him out of the building and down to an ambulance and is torn between going with Bunny (because it’s Bunny) and staying to help out the others (because he’s a hero and he’s supposed to be helping people right now).

And of course all of his friends yell at him to go with his partner, to trust them, they’ve got this; besides, Barnaby is going to need him.

So Barnaby wakes up in the hospital twelve hours later to see Kotetsu passed the fuck out in one of those hospital chairs in what looks like the most uncomfortable position ever. And then he wakes up and he’s like BUNNY! and scrambles upright and they do That Look, you know the one, the soft goddamn “I miss you/I love you” look they have:

(I literally can’t even with this show, I can’t. THESE WEREN’T EVEN MY ONLY OPTIONS FOR SCREENSHOTS.)

ANYWAY the other heroes are also there by this time, Barnaby tells them all what he remembers about the apartment exploding and they figure out that someone probably wants Barnaby dead, although they have no idea who and why. And initially Barnaby’s like “I’ll just get a hotel room,” Kotetsu is like “NO. You should not be staying alone right now. You should be staying with one of us until we figure out who’s trying to kill you.”

And Barnaby thinks about it for 2.5 seconds and goes “Then I guess I can stay with you.”

And that’s how Barnaby ends up moving in with Kotetsu because if this damn show gave me accidental baby acquisition, amnesia, single dad, enemies to lovers, and breakup/makeup (TWICE), then by God, they can give me roommates and forced bed sharing.

(Does Kotetsu go back to the exploded apartment and rescue everything that he can that he knows is important to Barnaby? Of fucking course he does, which is how Barnaby ends up with a box containing the Christmas tree pin, the picture of his parents, the robot toy, and the singed stuffed rabbit.)

So the entire big storyline is Kotetsu, Barnaby, and the other heroes trying to figure out who wants Barnaby dead and why, while Ouroboros is moving forward with their own plans without the heroes’ knowledge.

And throughout all this, Barnaby and Kotetsu are trying to figure out how to live with each other in Kotetsu’s little apartment, when Barnaby’s never had a roommate and it’s been close to 10 years since Kotetsu was sharing his space with anybody (let alone someone who’s as compulsively clean as Barnaby is), and Barnaby is dealing with random memories resurfacing at inconvenient times.

I still have not decided if I want Kotetsu’s powers to start fading again, because on the one hand fuck no, but on the other hand, it does make for some delicious angst and pushes him back to that question of “what do I do if I lose my powers completely?” (And who knows, maybe this time around he would actually talk to Barnaby about it instead of hiding it for months on end.)

OTHER THINGS the series would include, if I had anything to say about it:

- A Rock Bison episode, which would also involve flashbacks to high school with how Kotetsu and Antonio met, plus teenage Tomoe and some more very unsubtle parallels between her and Barnaby and how Kotetsu has A Type.

- A Sky High episode with A HAPPY ENDING YOU ASSHOLES, GIVE KEITH A ROMANTIC PARTNER AND 50 DOGS *slams fists on table*

- Kotetsu dealing with the fact that Kaede is a teenager now (probably 14-15, depending on timeline), who’s probably learning how to drive and is looking seriously at what she wants to do when she finishes high school. Probably at least one somewhat heart-wrenching conversation between him and his mom where she talks about how it felt for her when Kotetsu was that age and possibly a little bit about his father. (Give me some more goddamn Kaburagi family feels, okay, Sunrise, just fuck me up with them.)

- A subplot that is Barnaby and the other heroes doing their level best to get Kotetsu enough points to be King of Heroes at the end of the season, without Kotetsu or Agnes figuring out what they’re doing.

- Kotetsu going to the orphanage with Barnaby and helping out with the kids there.

- KOTETSU BIRTHDAY EPISODE. Please please give me an episode that’s the reverse of episode 5, where it’s Barnaby low-key freaking out over what to get Kotetsu for a gift because it has to be perfect and he’s got nothing.

- I literally just finished reading Sakakibara’s manga last night, so maybe an episode or a mini-arc dealing with some of the anti-NEXT sentiment. We got some of that in the first series, but it would be interesting to see it brought out a little bit more and seeing the heroes having to deal more with that (and maybe some non-hero NEXTs as well).

- A flashback episode showing how all the main heroes became heroes.

- Kotetsu and Barnaby cooking fried rice together please I am begging.

- Barnaby going with Kotetsu to Oriental Town to visit his family when they’ve got a few days off (or maybe they’re told to get out of town for a few days because of all the Ouroboros stuff), with Barnaby learning more about Tomoe and being quietly supportive of Kotetsu the way that Kotetsu has always been supportive of him.

- I would love to see more of Barnaby and Kaede interacting because I really think they would get along swimmingly.

- A girls’ night out/guys’ night out episode split between Fire Emblem, Dragon Kid, Barnaby, and Blue Rose and Origami Cyclone, Sky High, Rock Bison, and Kotetsu. (Conversely, this could happen while Barnaby and Kotetsu are out of town, and just focus on the other heroes, but I would really like to see Barnaby being friends and doing stuff with the others, not just Kotetsu.)

- I don’t know how everything would shake out, but it would end with Barnaby just…staying in Kotetsu’s apartment rather than moving back out, his picture of his parents joining the row of photos Kotetsu has on his shelves, and them drinking champagne together on the front steps of the apartment building, side-by-side.

- Okay I mean obviously my shipper heart wants it to end with a kiss and a marriage proposal but I feel like the previous point is more likely.

Seriously I just want everything from this series. Throw the kitchen sink at me, Sunrise, my body is ready.

In which I learned the power of Nine. lol I haven’t written much of him, but this one proves if you want the clicks and kudos, Nine is where it’s at, y’all. haha Or maybe it was both of them in one fic. idk. Whatever it is, people liked this way more than I anticipated. 

2. Changes - E - Rose and Tentoo go on a date to an alien planet that specializes in fall festival tourism. Little does she know, he has a surprise plan for a significant night together.

Yay! This smutty, virginity-loss, fall on an alien planet fic is one of my favorites and I love it very much. So glad you all did too!

4. In Living Memory - G - Rose and Tentoo are off in their TARDIS defending the galaxy when an injury causes Rose to lose her memories of their life together. Luckily, Tentoo is there for her every step of the way to getting them back.

Y’all!! I just finished that this weekend and it’s already in the top five?! This is so encouraging. Honestly, I thought this fic hadn’t done very well. I was feeling like it wasn’t super popular, especially compared to other things. So very happy to see this here. 

5. The Alien You Deserve, part 2 - E - The Doctor unexpectedly takes the lead in moving their relationship forward into romance and the interfering!TARDIS helps Rose get him into bed. Be warned, shippers, here be smutty fluff. And not much else.

Yes, yes, it’s canonish Ten x Rose. I know, I never write them, and this isn’t in line with my headcanon. But the plot bunny was too good to pass up.

My MLP Future AU (beware long post)

Please if you read this tell me what you think...I spend hours on this. I will try to explain this as easy/organize(not so many rambling) as possible. I'm awful at story telling. But first.. -ENGLISH IS NOT MY LANGUAGE! PLEASE HAVE IN MIND I CAN MAKE MISTAKES.... and my dyslexia doesn't help shit -This Au is canon divergence. -5-30 years after season 6-7. -Some ponies don't exist in this AU (but just a few) -Believe me there's only 2-3 OC (One is a maybe) -The only ship that is canon in this AU is SunLight. I mean I will not say which other ship is canon because it will be for the people to interpret what they want....Okay I'm a multi-shipper and can't stand not having almost all the ships here. -If someone has ideas for this AU please tell me, I'm all ears. -This AU needs a better name Main story: Few years after season 6-7: It all starts with Sunset coming back to Equestria. Sadly in the human world is all gone to chaos and magic was actually discovered and exploited. This cause wars and shit to happen. Sunset and Sci Twilight (btw they are married) found a way to destroy all magic but learn that would destroy the connection with Equestria but either way they tried. In the process Sci Twilight...die (sorry) Sunset heartbroken that her wife died she destroys magic and in the last minute got through the portal. When she got to Equestria she stayed in Twilight's castle(no one trusted her and Twilight saw she was emotionally unstable) everything was normal (heartbroken and sad but normal) at first but later on the counselors of Equestria learn that Sunset return and so they bring up that Sunset once stole the crown/element of harmony and wanted her to be punished for it. Twilight and Celestia try to stop it. Both parties made a compromise and decided that Twilight will have to keep a watchful eye on Sunset and keep her custody. Sunset can't leave Twilight's side, she only will have freedom when they are inside the castle. Few months later: Celestia and Luna decided that they will retire (didn't tell any pony about it, just the counselors). This cause for them to choose somepony to be the next successor on raising and lowering the sun/moon, both choose Twilight and Sunset. Sunset started learning from Celestia, while Twilight from Luna (both Twilight and Sunset didn't knew why the princesses where doing that) But the counselors weren't very happy with this decision. They try to stop both Celestia and Luna and even suggested that they will be the ones raising/lowering the sun/moon like the old days. Both princesses shot the idea down so they decided to take action by their hooves. But they knew they needed power and this led them to Tartarus; there they were looking for a specific box, Pandora's box, and they open it. Inside the box there was a creature and they TRY to control it but fail. The creature needing life and well magic, he killed them. More months passed and ponies started to disappear (almost a 10% of the ponies population by then). This of course started to cause panic and dysphoria. This led to Celestia asking for help from Discord; he started investigating (mostly because Fluttershy made him promise he will help) but when he finally learned what was wrong it was too late. The creature already too powerful, took control of Tartarus and controls the minds of Chrysalis, Tirek, even bringing back to life, Sombra and create creatures to destroy Equestria. Attacking from different parts of Equestria at the same time cause the Royal Guards/police/Wonderbolts to be scarse and transforming Equestria in chaos. Both princesses command the mane 7(actually 8, with Starlight's help) to bring the ponies to safety(aka Canterlot). The princesses made a safe barrier to prevent the creatures from entering Canterlot. But before the Mane 8 leave they asked about the creature. Celestia with a little time, explain that it was a pony that found so much power that began to be corrupted. This cause him to look for more power and knowledge and found a way to control and mold ponies the way he wanted. The first pony victim been Discord. Twilight a little destroyed and disappointed to learn that this evil creature is actually Star Swirl the Bearded, wants to help the princesses but the help was refused for her safety. So Mane 8 helps with the evacuation. The princesses and Discord knowing that they will fail eventually,they reached a decision. They will sacrifice themselves to create a spell. This spell having 2 outcomes, is quite what they needed it. What this do is actually divide their power into some sorts of crystals and creates a barrier around Equestria. But there is a catch, not only they will lose all their power and possibly die, they will doomed all the ponies that are under the barrier to never aged (immortals but still can die from illness and other stuff). The crystals in the other hand(hoof?) can be use as a weapon for ponies to use against the dark creatures Star Swirl created. After doing the spell Starl Swirl had to return to Tartarus. While the spell did worked to keep Star Swirl out of Equestria and creating the barrier, his creatures could still create havoc as well at those he controls. Both princesses and Discord disappear later but during the spell Discord didn't quite go with the decision of the princesses made about dividing their power into million pieces. He actually stored all his power in one crystal. 15-17 years later: Sunset and Twilight rule over what is left of Equestria. Equestria still isn't the same. Those creatures destroy almost everything and there's only 30-40% of the pony population. Only Canterlot, Crystal Empire and a few shelters are inhabited while there rest of Equestria is covered in darkness. During those years ponies learned how to used the crystals and later called them 'Vidres'. But vidres aren't that easy. Each being different in many ways, their powers, shapes and how to control them. Not anypony can used it. But more importantly, they choose the wielder. Thanks to this no pony or monster can steal a vidre but it can be destroy. The pony doesn't die if the vidre is destroyed but if the pony dies the vidre shatters and no longer has the power. As well, using a vidre brings consequences, it gives you power but take something in return (this is why they cast a spell of the barrier to let everypony immortal). While they can't take the ponies lives anymore, they take something from the wielder, like the ability to walk or talk or see, etc(depending on the vidre's power). After this discovery Twilight and Sunset with the help of the Royal Guards and Wonderbolts create a school to help find and train ponies. So they can help protect Equestria and bring it back. More Facts about this AU: -All of Mane 7 have a vidre (Starlight does not have one) -Because there isn't much ground, races and tradition are mix up -In one place can be a lot of ponies with different accent -There's Batpony/pony hybrids -Sombra used to ruled Crystal Empire until the Mane 7 killed him. -During the invasion Sunset save a lot of lives turning her into a hero and later on she ascended into alicorn (with the help of Twilight) but in one accident she hits her head and got into coma and when she wakes up a few months later she didn't remember few stuff, one of those stuff been what happen in the human world (she still remembers a few stuff from there but not everything or why she left). She often tries to see if the portal works or tries to fix it but always fails. -Starlight is actually Twilight future daughter that came from the future by accident (Only Trixie knows this) -Trixie and the crusaders have vidres and teach at the school. -The barrier does prevent ponies from aging but is when that pony reach maturity. -For this reason the Crusaders are grown. -Spike is a full size dragon. -Discord's crystal nopony has it. Instead Discord gave it to Angel bunny and turned him into a pony to protect Fluttershy. -Angel is actually a white Batpony/pony hybrid now. -Fluttershy doesn't know is him but she has this deja vu every time she is with him and sometimes she just stares at him trying to figure it out. And it doesn't help that he is very overprotective of her, so she is very confuse. -Angel goes by different names, he never gives the same one every time someone ask him. -Because he has Discord's vidre he can lose control very easily. -Star Swirl had two daughters, those been Celestia and Luna, and one son. -Trixie is actually a decedent of Star Swirl's son. -Granny Smith die during the invasion, Applejack blames herself and this cause her to be a little more distant and quiet. -Each darkness of Equestria can be destroy if somepony(ies) destroy the point of concentration/portal of darkness that connects to Star Swirl. When destroy the barrier reacts and turn time(only in that space of Equestria) to when the invasion started. -Thanks to this places that used to be farms are top priority to save. -Some of the point of concentration are Chrysalis, Tirek and more. Mane 7's vidres: -Twilight and Sunset both have the power of illusion. -Twilight's more darker while Sunset usually involves fire. -Consequences in the long run: They both lose their sanity, not knowing what is real or fantasy. -Pinkie is teleportation -Consequences in the long run: Loses the ability to walk -Rainbow Dash can manipulate weather -Consequences in the long run: Loses the ability to fly -Rarity can read ponies minds (she doesn't like it at all) -Consequences in the long run: Loses the ability of magic -Applejack have small premonitions (she only can see a few seconds in the future and that's it)(Ex: If she is walking she can have a premonition that somepony will rob her in the next 5 seconds, and that's it, she can't see more than a min. into the future) -Consequences in the long run: Blindness -Fluttershy can heal -Consequences in the long run: Every injury she heals she actually transfers to her body. -One time she healed Rainbow of a terrible wing injury and she no longer can fly (this was before ponies knew about the effects) -Rainbow blames herself for this. Facts I'm still undecided to incorporated in here or not: -Twilight adopts a filly, her name is Dawn (original ik -_-) -Dawn is actually Sunset and Sci Twi daughter. -Before Sunset coming back to Equestria she was actually pregnant and came through the portal. -She gave birth a few days before the invasion -After waking up from the coma she didn't remember she had a wife, much less a daughter. -Twilight took full responsibility of Dawn, raising her like her own. -Dawn knows she is adopted but doesn't know her real parents. -Twilight not knowing how to tell her she keeps pushing for later or when she is going to tell her something occurs that stops her. Random facts that has been said before on my DA: -Sunset Shimmer is actually a (half) alicorn but a WINGLESS alicorn. This is because she was born premature, her wings didn't develop in a correct way; so she was put through surgery to remove her wings. -She does have scars on her back. -Alicorns are slow in development. Even so they look younger than the rest of the 'normal ponies' they have the same mind capability than the rest. Thought they do not live forever; they have the same live span of a 'normal pony' but they never get to appear old. But if it is a alicorn that was transform from a pony to an alicorn, they do get old and do not grow the same size of a full alicorn. -For this reason Sunset is smaller than the rest; even in the human world she used to use boots that had heels to appear taller to others. -So Twilight use this as a advantage (not always, only when Sunset get on her nerves). Like Sunset have to be with her 24/7, it gets to the time that they tend to annoy each other. -Example: Twilight want to re-shelve the library (again), by this time Sunset is tired of it and decides not to do anything even if Twilight ask her to help and this conversation happen somewhere in there. Sunset: "Tell me a reason why I have to do this again? You know I'm older than you, you should do what I ask fo-" Twilight: "'You know' I'm taller than you, plus I'm a princess.*smirk* So help me and don't make me turn it in to a order....please." Sunset: "I just realize I'm a bad influence towards you." -Through the years Sunset does grow taller than Twilight. She has Luna's height while Twilight stays the same. -Twilight doesn't like wearing her crown, and this make her kinda forgetful about the crown. Most of the time is Sunset, Starlight or Spike that reminds her to put it on before a meeting. -Sunset likes to tease Twilight....a lot but there are times that Twilight surprise her. -Celestia and Luna were both earth ponies. -They both lived with their father in a small village. -Their father owned a library and Celestia always had something to read, but Luna didn't liked when Celestia ignored her and always tried her best to get her sister's attention. -Most of the time Luna got her way but when 'Tia start to read a really good book, it was impossible to get her attention. And there it is...God it took me hours There's more but I will later draw them. So what do you guys think?
