I actually don’t think anyone in this fandom has seen or even heard of Stargate, Stargate SG-1 specifically. Good show tho definitely recommend it’s free on Amazon prime.

so i can’t remember if we know anything about this from sga canon (?), but do the wraith have to put their feeding hand on their victim’s chest, specifically, for this thing to work? is there any precise area that they need to hit? could their victim make an unexpected little jump and the poor hungry wraith just flat-handedly punches its dinner in the stomach? can you be fed upon through your back as long as it’s the same general area of the body as on the front? would it work if the feeding hand attaches to your shoulder, your hip, the sole of your foot, the middle of your face? can you die a miserable death as you shrivel into a husk of the person you once were because you allowed a wraith to slap your ass?

1. why did you choose your url?

I had just come out as asexual and felt, at the time, that I was just wandering through life with no purpose so....the wandering ace. It's this blog's third url.

So many. I have ones for whump, stargate, history, hawaii five-0, art inspiration, broadway, mental health, and marching band.

Since June 2012!! Which is crazy and feels like forever!

5. why did you start your blog in the first place?

Because while sitting in the cyber cafe waiting for classes to start during undergrad I saw some funny posts and wanted a place to save them so I created a blog.

6. why did you choose your icon/pfp?

Well my previous one, apparently, according to some people, thought it looked rather....suggestive lol and i couldn't stop seeing it. And I'm obsessed with the Weeping Monk from Cursed so I chose my favorite image of him for my new icon :)

7. why did you choose your header?

It's aesthetically pleasing. I love fall. I love castles.

8. what’s your post with the most notes?

According to this one website, it would be this gifset I made of Klaus Hargreeves holding Dave's dogtags while the world ends. I love that. I'm proud of that set.

A quick, important life update for those following along at home

I never made a post about this, because I guess somewhere deep inside me I knew there was a real chance that it wasn’t actually going to happen. But I told a lot of friends that I was moving to LA in September, and for a while I really was making plans to do it, and I really did think I was gonna see it through.

I’ll spare you guys the details of how I came to this decision, but the short of it is: I am not moving to California, and I don’t know what Plan B is but I’m in a stable enough position that I’m not in any danger of not having a place to stay or of running out of money.

I feel a lot of things about this decision but the biggest thing I feel is relief, so I think I made the right call. Feel free to PM me if you���re curious about the details. 

And no matter where I go, I’ll still come online to shitpost about my novel, Stargate SG-1, vampires, and linguistics, so ya’ll can look forward to more of the same from your friendly neighbourhood Jules!! <3

Ohhhh yes. Several. This is technically a sideblog. I've got a stargate one, a history one, a H50 one, a broadway one, a marching band one, a personal thoughts one, an art inspo one.

It's all because of this post. I saw it and it led me to the whump community. As soon as I realized there was such a community in existence here on tumblr I immediately created this blog for it. Immediately. I didn't hesitate. Now I have a wonderful safe place to rant about all my whump feelings and I love it.

It's Mike Warren having an emotional breakdown and crying. One of the best scenes in Graceland. Need I say more? lol
