Anyways I'm a lot less invested in arcane by now that this season is out but I have a couple things to say: in the tags!
#vi rambling#firstly the characters are behaving in character. yes most of the characters in this show suck to a certain degree it's called nuance.#jayce however fucking sucks and always has!!! HATE THIS LITTLE SHIT!!!!#viktor continues to be my favorite character to no one's surprise. I thought his direction was very interesting#although I am very confused as to how we're going to get to him being the machine herald from here.#it is definitely Ridiculously rushed. I'm enjoying the plot bits but like#the lack of actual screentime to flesh them out is beginning to be bothersome.#It also somehow splits the storylines even more which has me really confused?? if you know there's a short runtime it just makes me question#Why would you split all these characters into different storylines if you have barely 3 hours to wrap it up.#also as usual vi and jinx's scenes are the best written by a wide margin. The vander bit was great if#again. wayyy too short#and WHERE. IS EKKO. I was actually so sad when Ice Adolescence was canceled. You don’t even know. Back in the days where I had just realized I was queer, 11-12, I watched Yuri on Ice. And I rewatched it. I watched it when I got home from ice skating practice. It was something I loved so deeply. And then there was the movie I was waiting on, for years. AND THEN THEY CANCELED THE MOVIE.

Very strange to me that the longer supernatural went on, the kinder it was to John Winchester and the uglier it made Chuck.

And the further we get into the show, the more Chuck becomes a Writer, rather than it being about God as a Father. (Never completely losing that aspect, obviously, just like Chuck was always a writer, but one of these parallels clearly superceded the other in terms of importance to the story.)

I'm so disappointed I won't be able to immediately tune in on the twst update like usual 😭 I'm pretty sure this is the first time I won't be watching it right after it's up, and not only that, but my early morning obligation preventing me from enjoying the update is going to last FIVE hours 😭😭😭

As of tonight, I have officially beaten Sonic Adventure 2 Battle to 100%, all emblems collected with every A Rank. Do not do this.
Ok but being real here, while this is an absolutely monumental task, it has given me a new appreciation for many aspects of the game. It really does force you to learn the ins and outs of each character's mechanics and levels. It is very fun to learn the intricacies of each level's gimmicks and how to use them to save time or rack up higher point combos. In most cases, this gave me at least a little more appreciation for each level. Most cases. In light of this I went and ranked every stage in the game based on how much I enjoyed them as a whole including their missions.
#I mean this with every fibre of my being#Fuck Crazy Gadget#especially Mission 5#Unironically one of the worst experiences I've had playing a game#Looking at this now it's pretty disappointing how poor Rouge's stages are#She has the best Treasure Hunting stage in Security Hall but the rest are pretty bad#It does not make up for Mad Space at all#Whoever designed that level really hated their players#Shout out to SA2's ost though#Not only keeping me sane in the process of playing these levels with all the bangers it has#On top of all the story telling put into the lyrical themes#especially Shadow's#great touches
