can i just say that I'm haunted by the image of Ice wearing "one of Mavericks cheapest rolexes". pilots/sailors/doctors etc who do high-level specialized work with their hands tend to really be Watch Guys. and “cheap” rolexes (sub $7k ish) are actually pretty affordable if you’re making >$150k a year and want to treat yourself every fifth christmas or something. source: know several sailors & doctors. omg YES I WILL I LOOOOOOOOOVE THE KARAVERSE EEEE. ao imma focus on cross group friendships cause each group has their own dynamics and that’s a different post. i also don’t wanna add romantic relationships so this is all just friendships for now.

so our main group is heeyoung , minji and taeji, the fucking chaos triplets. jen is a recent addition the squad but she’s really fitting in with them i love it. mimi joins them every now and then but she’s quite a solo person but when she’s there they have fun. they get in a lot of shit together but they’re so fun and fresh. a sub division of this group includes the boys like james of triptych, jisung and hyunjin.

taeji is especially close with james since they’ve known each other since their trainee days. taeji , james and jeongin are a very close trio.

next is our party girls sora, kelsey and kiera. calling them friends is even a stretch they kinda just are around each other and go out together. sometimes they hang out with minchae she’s an npc oc i created that is jangmi’s ex childhood best friend. she’s a model and actress and gets the best drugs so they hang out. non of them really like each other but are a lot more involved in each others lives than they will admit.

sora and sol are one of the closest pairings in the karaverse. they’re like brother and sister and adore each other. he really is her support system and so sweet. they used to include fin a lot in their friendship but ever since their breakup they obviously are back to being a duo.

a fun little group stella, mila and nova. the three of them are very close and i looove them cause they’re all so different but mesh together so well. they’re literally the coolest people you’ll ever meet. they’re so like aloof and mysterious ugh so sexy.

next is our artsy gays; mila , stella , dayna and arin. they love to frequent galleries and go to fun exhibits not super close but hangout a decent amount.

next we have akiko and trin. theyre a cute lil duo , trin is a lot more quiet and doesn’t stand up for herself but luckily she has akiko. they’re joined at the hip and in basically in love with each other i’m obsessed fr.

iris used to train at cube and so she’s close with vivid but she’s one of sora’s best friends. they liked each other as trainees but decided to just stay friends and that was the best thing they could’ve done honestly because they make amazing friends.

lastly there’s jangmi and minseok as well as jangmi and sam from triptych. minseok and jangmi were mcs together and jangmi fell for him but he’s in love with his bandmate jun so they’ve become really good friends. jangmi has struggled with friendships and through minseok she met sam and they are instantly clicked. she decided that they’d ignore their romantic interest in each other to focus on their friendship because it means so much to her.

honorable mention to jinah bora and jade. nothing significant but like at parties they interact a lot

some of you may recognize the second and third ones, thats bc theyre old fav ocs of mine that i bestowed the highest honor (made into dt chars) these guys and juniper tend to get in a lot of trouble together and also the four of them may or may not be active spreaders of vampire rumors ive decided. tormenting those old men

in order from left to right:

kipper | nonbinary, he/they + aroace - bubbly sunshine guy who was adopted by a bunch of edgelords - he loves fashion and gardening (can you guess his fav thing to grow lmao) - theyre actually the protector of the group, as hes the most confident and courageous in the face of danger. also keeps rocks + bandaids in that bag hes holding so he can play healing or defense depending on the situation - he and ashton are qpps - originally had a normal rotary phone for a head, but they got a cute little strawberry flipphone and then had their head modeled after it bc he loved it so much (the white dots are rhinestones !) - technically lives with his parents still, but they travel a lot for work and are rarely ever in town so he basically lives in a house on his own that they pay for - plays an electronic keyboard

ashton | agender, he/it + ace and demiro - antisocial and mean and cranky - hes selectively mute and if he does speak its usually to inform someone hes leaving on account of them being boring or annoying - its pretty athletic and can do a few different tricks like backflips and stuff - he has a major interest in bugs, especially arachnids, and actually keeps live spiders and scorpions in his head. which is unfortunate considering the Massive Hole. he has a favorite scorpion and her name is glass - it's junipers next door neighbor in the apartments, its parents kicked it out around the same time juniper was showing up in town and a friend of the family it was on good terms with helped it back on its feet - hes not very expressive physically or emotionally unless hes angry - has a huge blindspot on the half of his face with the hole and if you come at him from that side and get hit bc you spooked him he considers it your fault - plays the drums

After some technical difficulties I finally watched ep12 and I've go to say:

I LOVED IT SO DAMN MUCH YOU GUYS!!!! THIS SEASON FINALE WAS ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!!!!

That opening scene was so tense, you could literally cut the tension with a knife because of how thick it is.

Manaria was being a bitch again, I have a section on that so wait for that. The amulet was shown again but it wasn't used, I'm still crossing my fingers though because they keep focusing on that thing way too much! The scales were used in this episode however and DEAR GOD the that Ceremony had me at the edge of my seat clenchining my ass! I was legit going to die when Rae pulled out that twig!

I went from saying" never let this girl cook again" to laughing with joy when the tree sprouted up! Also can we talk about the tree for a minute? Imagine my fucking shock and hysterical breamdowm as a Lumity fan when I saw that tree for the first time! It was a tree that represented their love! You know what tree also basically does the same thing?

Rae's confession was so raw and emotional to where you can feel the love flowing out of her words and you can see this is different from her other confessions cause she saying what she's wanted to say since the start and without hiding behind a mask this time. And when Clair admitted her feelings by pulling Rae away to protect her it was super sweet and shows that she's truly grown close to Rae. She even starts calling Rae by her name near the end of the episode instead of calling her "Commoner".

Clair was also great this episode, and she actually took my advice from my episode 11 rent post and reflected on her time with Rae. Her Freudian slips and gay panic because she's finally starting to fall for Rae were super cute and gave me a lot of "Ayo pause, run that back" moments!
