Anyways akutagawa is allergic to literally everything (just like meeee) and anytime the pollen is even a little high it makes his breathing problems infinitely worse, to the point where he has to quarantine himself in his house or else he'll be completely useless coughing and wheezing all day. Atsushi always remembers to bring face masks whenever they're going out just in case 🩷 he's very attentive to how akutagawa's feeling, which drives akutagawa INSANE because he cant hide shit from that boy 💔 but its also very sweet atsushi is so caring 💞 atsu 1 hit KO'ing him with the 'are you feeling okay?' 'do you want to go home?' 'do you need anything?' hes such a sweet caretaker that its physically painful <333

On the flipside akutagawa has no idea how to take care of atsushi. Atsushi gets horribly sick from anxiety all the time (vomiting, fevers, dizziness spells, the works) and will be absolutely miserable. Poor aku is so horrid at self care and even worse at caring for others that he more than often has to call for backup from his coworkers <3 hirotsu will bring him some tea and meds and higuchi will buy all the comfort foods in the grocery store and gin will bring an unnecessary abundance of pillows and blankets 🩷 they never stay long so they dont overwhelm atsushi but he knows about them and he appreciates it a lot 💞. Aku's dramatic ass coming in with the disgustingly ronantic old fashioned petnames to make up for his total incompetence. 'darling' , 'dear', etc. 🩷🩷

oh my GODDD I love this so much I love Akutagawa suffering from allergies because of course he cannot get a break at the symptom department, there are so many things that easily make his cough worse...and Atsushi just being such a natural caretaker 😭😭😭 Akutagawa is so frustrated with bothering Atsushi and not being able to hide how awful he feels and Atsushi reads him wrong and worries he's being too overbearing, but he doesn't know how else to take care of him without being so attentive 😭😭

Anxiety sick Atsushi is my favorite thing ever and pairing this with Akutagawa being terrible at caretaking is so good...I LOVE the idea of him calling others for help because he's stubborn but he won't let that get in the way of Atsushi's comfort when he's suffering like this 😭😭 love imagining Atsushi being cooped up where Akutagawa and Gin live and they're like two concerned cats peering over him when he's finally sleeping ....and THE OLD PETNAMES RAAAAHHHH that's my favorite part about this

the development of katsuki throughout the whole thing just means SO much to me,,, he grew up so much and now hes an ADULT and he's so beautiful :')) and the devotion that he and izuku show each other throughout, whether or not it has any specific labels, means SO much to me too (esp as a person who doesn't always feel comfortable with labels of any kind). the fact that hori emphasized that it was KATSUKI who drove the fundraising efforts, but also that all of class 1-A worked together, is just lsdskldklsd izuku is so so loved :'))

and god. i love ochako so much. her moments in the last chapters were so dear to my heart, watching her break down while trying to hold it in behind a smile was so painful and so izuku-like of her and i was so happy when he came over the hill to comfort her because those two are so similar and they are so best friends and their relationships means SO MUCH TO MEEEE. ik im rambling im just,, full of love for these characters.

and they all love each other so much,,, in so many different ways. and that just really strikes a chord with me <33 and pro hero bkdk and support gear deku are CANON!!! lfg

im not gonna pretend i have anything new or smart to say abt this movie but it really is still so dear to me, flaws and all. when i was a tween one of the reasons i used to ritualistically rewatch my favorite movies and reread my favorite books (besides the fact that i enjoyed them...) was bc i liked seeing how i grew alongside it. i used to measure my age by how my reactions changed. when i reached my teens and early 20s, the reactions didn't change that much anymore —finally reached maturity and all that. but last year, i reread hannibal and i realized i like going back to them bc, yknow, growing up isn't fun. and my life is fucked but if there was one constant in it, it's that hannibal and clarice run off to argentina together (H*NNIBAL THE FILM YOU COULD'VE HAD EVERYTHING!!!!!).

so this week has been exhausting but so much better! I managed to get so much work done and it looks like the worst of it is over 🤞🏻 I had the company dinner yesterday and my mom kindly and smartly suggested getting my boss a scarf for secret santa and she actually loved it !! my secret santa got me a mug and some candy and I had a good time but omg it was so tiring. I wanted to go home so bad djdjdjsjdj I mean I'm a huge introvert and we had to work that day too, I slept for like 12 hours AHSHD
