Also jorge/vale rivalry was one of my fav back then in 2008/9

so this has been one of the numerous jorge/valentino asks sitting unloved in my inbox because I burnt myself out on that rivalry after writing the 2008-10 long post, BUT I realised I had a take on this exact aspect... here goes. jorge in many ways is the valentino rival who has processed the whole experience™ the best. like he made it, he survived and kinda even thrived. and I have some thoughts on this

main take: jorge/vale rivalry at its height was definitely pretty nasty, but when it comes down to it jorge is the guy valentino feuded with who is most likely to fondly reminisce about the whole experience. this is obviously because he's insane and matched valentino's freak in the yamaha garage from day one... it's just pretty funny how intensely up for it he was going into the rivalry and how totally willing he was to move on afterwards. his happy memories of all the times valentino tried to murder him. picture frames for all the assassination attempts. for all the undeniable headloss jorge went through while fighting valentino, he actually emerged from the whole thing with pretty minimal psychological scarring. inspiring

secondary take: jorge and casey both still semi-regularly talk shit about valentino but it's a COMPLETELY different vibe. like jorge's kinda just talking himself up, wanting to make himself look good in that rivalry - BUT he's also going 'yeah we were the best... wish the guys today were still like us'. the most pro-alien alien!! whereas casey brings way more of a 'That Day Taught Me About Man's Capacity For Evil' vibe to the table. and a big reason for this. imo. is how jorge already went into that rivalry with so much psychological baggage BUT his issues are pretty disconnected from valentino for the most part. jorge desperately needed a positive father figure, not a less aggressive rival. so valentino did torment jorge plenty but also it's not actually adding any long-term psychological scars... jorge had to eventually make his peace with the fact that he wasn't going to be the next valentino rossi but he DID and in a way that was a good thing... jorge spent so much time trying to construct this persona for himself that would both be the ideal racer and get everyone to love him, and he needed to let go of that! he grew up a bit and he became his own person and he stopped trying to invent a perfect character for himself and he became somewhat less insecure in the process. and there's way less resentment towards valentino there, because valentino isn't contributing all that much to what remaining angst and even grief jorge is still going through related to the sport. if anything, with the benefit of hindsight, jorge kinda got a lot of the things he wanted out of the valentino rivalry! including, let's face it, the drama of it all... by contrast, valentino's entire deal just happened to map on at about 98% level of accuracy to casey's preexisting psychological baggage, it's actually pretty impressive. basically almost every single thing that caused casey angst throughout his career, including the stuff that goes back to his childhood racing experiences in australia, can somehow be related to the valentino rivalry - and casey is very happy to make those connections himself. so for casey his rivalry with valentino actively made everything so so much worse and is still massively interwoven with ALL of his angst related to the sport. because valentino is basically the most horrible casey foil anyone could possibly have invented. that's his shadow... kinda fucked up how they invented a guy to torture casey specifically

in conclusion: it's very funny how quickly jorge and valentino got over it after both of their yamaha stints, ESPECIALLY the second one. jorge can make motegi 2010 instagram jokes now. "this is only for p3 and we're team mates but fuck it: this is all about honour!" right........ yeah you really were the perfect valentino teammate, truly a match made in hell heaven. came in prepared for drama, got the drama, now fondly remembers the drama. knew what he was getting himself into and lived the feud experience to the max. made it out alive with minimal long-term psychological damage. an icon a hero a role model for us all

Mari was born on Melody to Musa Lang and grew up loving music and dancing just as much as her mother, along with gaining an interest in fashion. She and Yuma would often play with each other when they were little whenever their mothers visited each other, causing them to be close friends. After Yuma's parents disappeared, they began seeing each other less. Then, one day (during early S1), Mari decided to go pay her old friend a visit. The two instantly reconnected and rekindled their friendship. She ended up getting semi-roped into Yuma and Astral's whole thing with the Numbers, not that she minded much ("Whooo!! Some adventure!!").

Yuma introduced her to some of his new friends, including Kikyo, the witch of water, who she instantly fell for and started a relationship with when she found out she felt the same way.

Mari is a kind, upbeat, and bubbly girl who enjoys having fun with people and making them happy. That being said, she's also tough and not afraid to speak her mind, and she will not hesitate to slap someone if they're being a pr/ck, especially if they're being mean to those she cares about.

ROTTMNT SEASON 3 IDEAS!!!!!

(These are really messy cause I mostly just copy and pasted from my notes haha)

First of all, the main antagonist.

I think that the main antagonist for season 3 should definitely be the sister Kraang (I’ll be referring to her as Kraang 3 or just Three). Remember, she’s still alive. She’s only being contained. And considering how it only took 3 Kraangs to nearly take over all of New York, I think Three would be able to escape from any earthly containment. She also just has amazing potential to be a main villain. She’s definitely the most psychotic out of the 3 Krangs (Hell, the first thing she wanted to do when she was freed from the prison dimension was kill something) and loves to see people suffer. I could bring up many other times she’s acted like a psychopath but I don’t have time for that lol.

As for her motive, she didn’t seem hellbent on conquering Earth like her brother, she mainly just liked to cause pain. And with her brothers gone I don’t think she’d make it a priority to conquer Earth, at least not quite yet. I think all she wants is revenge. She’d want to torment anyone and everyone who messed up their invasion. And we all know who ruined the invasion…

Another thing is just how horrifying it would be for everyone to know Three is out there and wants revenge. They’ve all already been VERY traumatized by the Kraang and the invasion, and to have to go up against one AGAIN when they thought everything was okay and that they’d gotten rid of the Kraang for good would be insanely traumatizing. Basically I just want more trauma lmao.

I think it would be interesting if Three started becoming more present gradually throughout the season. Sort of like in Thanks To Them, how the entire time there was a build up toward Belos possessing Hunter at the end of the episode. I think it would be interesting if, as the episodes progressed, there would be more hints that Three is back. Maybe an episode about half way through the season it would finally be revealed to the turtles somehow (maybe they find her or it’s on a news report or smth idk)

Anyways moving on from the antagonist I want to see how everyone is doing after the invasion and how they’re each individually dealing with it. I want to see how Casey Jr is doing adapting to a normal life with the younger versions of his family and grieving the ones he knew. I want to see how Raph is handling being possessed and the guilt he more than likely has from hurting his family and helping the Kraang. I want to see how Leo is dealing with the trauma of being in the prison dimension and nearly (accidentally) causing an apocalypse. Obviously, I want to see how Mikey and Donnie are doing after the invasion as well, it would feel wrong if their trauma from the event was ignored, but I just can’t think of anything for them right now. My brain is tired haha.

The turtles’ issues and trauma, even from before the movie, just need to be addressed more. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not like the writers did a bad job with their struggles. They did great, I just think more time was needed to talk about their issues more in depth. Another thing is that some of the turtles’ issues are talked about more than others. For example, we needed more time to see how Mikey feels like his brothers need to protect him because he’s the youngest and such. This part can mainly be summed up to me thinking we needed more time with each turtle.

Also I just want more of the side characters, man. Characters like Sunita needed much more episodes. I already enjoy the side characters, I just think getting to know them more would make me enjoy them more yk.

WE NEED MORE CASSANDRA. PLEASE. We didn’t get to see much at all of Cass being a good guy, and I’d just really like to see it. I would also LOVE to see her and Casey Jr interact and see what kind of dynamic they’d have.

Splinter’s neglect needs to be addressed more and he really needs to work on it more. I already now that throughout the series he gets better, but he still has so much making up to do. I want to see the turtles be really upset with him. To be hurt by the lack of attention he gave them. Raph in particular was arguably affected the worst by Splinter’s neglect (since he’s the oldest) and I’d love to see Raph talk to him about that.

Now, the most important part. WE NEED USAGI. We need rottmnt Leosagi I’m dying on this hill. Now that might just be me hoping since when it comes to gay relationships Nickelodeon usually doesn’t go farther than gay parents but hey, if The Owl House could do it, I’m sure if Rottmnt really tried they could too.

Okay, so. It's a WHOLE thing. so I'm going to put it under read-more since it will get a bit long. But this is a bit of a joint headcanon between @streetslost and I, so she is more than free to re-blog this too. She added some of her own thoughts below, so it's only fair! But big tw for the usage of guns, blood, and quite a brutal death from a gun. This altercation is just a violent one, so be forewarned haha. Scott, Cat and the family are alive and okay!

Quite some time had passed since Amy and Jon took Cat off the streets. Allen, Laura, Casey, and Scott himself decided to visit one summer during a break in Hollywood's activities. But tensions ran high as Cat had to open up about her troubled past. It was encouraged by Amy, as it was important to give Scott's family some insight into her behaviors. She reluctantly shared her experiences with Copper and admitted to murders, shedding light on the severity of her crimes. She was not just a THIEF as they were being led to believe. The family, however, did not shame nor express anger towards her. Instead, they emphasized that this was a highly unfortunate circumstance she faced as a child, and one that should've never happened. However, they couldn't ignore the potential unintended harm Cat might cause due to volatile reactions. Days later, as the family prepared to return home, their plans were delayed when the car refused to start. Allen, not well versed in car repairs, quickly arranged for a handyman to fix it that day and managed to secure a late-night private plane for departure. Once fixed, they loaded up and were about to leave. However, Cat discovered a threatening drawing left by Copper in her room - a picture of a car exploding. Realizing the car wasn't properly fixed, she intervened just in time to prevent a horrendous disaster, and alerted everyone to go inside. Despite the attempt to save them, Cat's intervention triggered a series of events that lead to a confrontation with Copper, Crackshot, and Birdie. While Allen and Scott faced off Copper outside, Birdie and Crackshot held the rest of the family hostage within the house. A stray bullet, fired by Crackshot to entice fear and injured Amy’s arm in the process, prompted Cat to angrily retaliate. Jon, a licensed gun handler who had obtained his own weapon, managed to wound Crackshot in the leg, but Birdie quickly overpowered the coach and left him with a broken nose. Yet within the chaos, Cat was able to knock out Crackshot and steal his gun. Birdie took off, knowing she was no match at this point.  Elsewhere, Copper had cornered Allen and Scott within the garage, revealing his brutal nature. He was a monster. A beast who came out for the taste of blood, and he marched on a warpath to get what he wanted. Allen was briefly knocked out while trying to protect himself and his son with a pitchfork that he swiped off the wall. Copper, now wielding that very weapon, was poised and ready to bash Scott in with all the ferocity that he could muster, but Cat barreled in like a lioness on the hunt. She tripped up Copper and forced the beast to crash onto the ground. The brute tried to take out a hidden gun, but Cat still had Crackshot’s rifle.  In panic and desperation to end the haunting torment, a point blank shot took him out immediately.  Another couple shots were done just to be sure.  Not much was left of his face by the time she finished, and Scott and Allen were thankful the scene wasn’t visible from where they had taken shelter. Although facing Copper terrified Cat to death, losing her new friends and family would've terrified her more. Thus, due to working together and surviving such an incident, the family’s worries for Cat quickly lifted.

- Raphael is suffering from constant nightmares. At first it was just him being control by Shredder. Those were easy to push away

-slowly though it turned to the fight with Leo, killing Leo at that. Working him enough to wake in pure panics that had him forcing himself to vomit so he could make sure the worm wasn't there. Got so bad he was making himself sick unable to really eat most days.

- he felt bad but they git worse slowly it wasn't just Leo, it was Donnie and Mikey even. Taking their weapons and using them to due them in. Cold and with out recourse he felt free looking at the result. Slowly it would turn to Splinter even.

-slowly Raph just dosent his best to not sleep at all. Because the dreams keep happening theu are getting worse and worse he swears they are real he's having such a hard time keep track of when he's awake and when he's a sleep.

- on patrol with Casey is when that starts to show. He passes out sittingnon the roof with Casey and sadly Casey's a victim in that dream so he starts isolating. He can't eat he can't sleep his getting worse for wear. He can't trust himself he's going to hurt someone he cares about he needs to stop it.

-he tries to hurt himself as a way to shock him self awake, found with sai in hand. Unsure which brother stumbled on him they try and take his weapon but Raoh in the struggle hurts them. Everything freezes and he sprails out when the rest come to see what happened raph makes a break for it and runs

-Splinter thinking raph needs air let's him be well tending to his son. Going out later to find Raph but it's too late.

-Raphael made up his mind he needs peace, he needs to have it all come to an end he can't live like this anymore

- he gose to the foot hide out and makes his way to Shredder right away the man behind all thos torment and pain who's being plaugling his thoughts and actions ever since he snapped out of thier hold.

-and drops to a knee and bows his head because he only felt peace under Shredders control. Was that also a dream or reality though?

Oh man, this is going to be a hard one to choose! I think I'll do TMNT 2003 because it's on the brain right now. Keep in mind that I haven't watched Fast Forward or whatever tf season 7 is called (I think it's Back to the Sewers??). Believe me, I tried... I don't like it.

The first character I ever fell in love with: April in her biker outfit.

My ultimate favorite character: Michelangelo. It's always going to be him. Donnie is a very close second (love their dynamic).

Prettiest character: Karai and April.

My most hated character: It's easily The Ancient One. That guy is just a bundle of offensive stereotypes, good god. I also really don't like Utrom Shredder very much.

My OTP: April/Casey! I love these two in this show.

My NOTP: I really don't like Raph/Joy wtf was going on with those two lmao. I also don't think that Leo/Karai was meant to be read as romantic at all, I think they had a tragic friendship. Not sure where people got that from (other than them being a guy and a girl). I'm just grateful that romance wasn't a huge thing in 2003 save for April/Casey.

Favorite episode: This is a really tough one for me because there are so many episodes I love from this show. I adored all the famous episodes that everyone talks about, such as Good Genes, Same As It Never Was, Insane in the Membrane, etc. So I'll say The Darkness Within because I loved the horror in that episode. Shoutout to "Grudge Match" and "The Christmas Aliens."

Saddest death: Oh man, that monster Bishop made where it turned out he used to be a human with a wife and family. Also, pretty much everything that happens to Baxter Stockman. He doesn't die, but his fate is even worse than death.

Favorite season: Seasons 2-4 is where the show is at its strongest. I think it's a tie between seasons 2 and 3.

Least favorite season: Season 5. I still enjoyed myself, but oh boy, does the quality tank for this season.

Character that everyone else in this fandom loves, but I hate: The Ancient One. Once again, this guy's portrayal is so racist, why does nobody talk about this???

My 'you're a piece of trash, but you're still a fave' fave: Bishop. He's probably my all-time favorite TMNT villain. I love this guy, what a fantastic villain.

My 'beautiful cinnamon roll who deserves better than this' fave: DONNIE. POOR GUY. He's just a nice dude who takes care of the homeless and tinkers away, stop tormenting him!

My 'they're kind of cute, and I lowkey ship them, but I'm not too invested' ship: Leosagi, which is a controversial one because we don't know Leo or Usagi's canon ages. This is another one I get but I'm not super into it. Most of the time, this ship is fanon, and it kinda feels like people make a huge deal out of this ship because they want a romantic relationship to ship. I don't really get that appeal when it comes to TMNT but to each their own.

You may have noticed that I didn't answer many of the ship questions and that's because TMNT 2003 is one of my gen fandoms. I love the familial relationships and friendships in this show, but there aren't many ships I'm super into. I love watching TMNT to see a bunch of mutant dudes become a dysfunctional and sweet family. <3

Turbulent Serenity . . .

Silence is the purest form of serenity. It's when the world falls silent in the corners of your mind, regardless of the chaos that surrounds you.

"Braelynn..." Callum's voice, gentle and coaxing, broke through, urging me to turn away from the hypnotic dance of the ocean waves crashing against the dunes behind his house.

My therapist had advised that being close to a pillar of strength would aid in managing my overwhelming grief. My brother, who has always been my confidant, my anchor, and admittedly, a constant thorn in my side, rose to the occasion when I needed him most. He took care of packing up Casey's things when I couldn't bear to part with them, trapped in the throes of our shared memories. He packed up what remained of my belongings and sent them to his place in Ocean Shores, Washington, before our flight the next day. Night after night, as I was tormented by nightmares, Callum was there to hold me through the screams, witnessing my repeated breakdowns. Weariness had settled in as my new norm, my mind a fragmented tapestry of sorrow. 

Most days, you could find me nestled in the window seat of my brother's study, gazing out at the ocean as it mirrored the chaos that had become my life. Other times, I'd be out on the dunes, letting the salty ocean mist wash over me, almost as if I could let it carry me away and end it all. The cycle seemed endless, stretching on for months until Callum reached his limit.

"Braelynn," he called out again, his voice now edged with anger, a stark contrast to the softness that had been there just before. My eyes, which had been fixed on the sea as if under a spell, finally shifted towards him.

"Cal, I'm not up for another lecture. I'm fine." I replied, the chill in my tone causing Callum to visibly wince.Taking a deep breath, I turned back to the water, my voice dropping to a soft whisper, "Just leave."

"Brae, you're not okay. It's been tough since Casey passed, and that's alright. But the way you're living now, it's like you're fading away, and I can't stand to watch my sister suffer like this." He kneels before me, his face twisted in a silent torment. Seeing him, always the rock, now so vulnerable, hits me hard for the first time. "You've been unable to accept his absence, to move on. The nightmares every night... You still won't talk about it, and I don't know how to help. The therapist thought coming here would be healing, but you're not engaging with the process," he said, his hands cradling my face, making me aware of the tears streaming down. 

Brushing his hands aside, I wipe my tears, then bury my face in my hands as sobs shake me, my voice breaking. "I can still see him, as clear as yesterday, lying there so peacefully amidst the chaos. That awful scent of death, it lingers. Who could have done such a thing? Why him? Is it my fault, all this pain?" My words tumble out, a torrent of pent-up thoughts and feelings, as I cry out and beat against Cal's chest. He doesn't deserve my pain, my anger over Casey's loss, but he envelops me in his arms, ready to bear it all. "He's dead, Callum. He's not coming back. What do I do now?"

"You need to let it all out, grieve, and crumble. That's the path to healing, and I'll be right there to help you pick up the pieces. And it's not just me; everyone back in New York is waiting for you. When you're ready, and the pieces are in place, moving on will just happen. Casey wouldn't want you trapped in this cycle; he'd want you to find peace in letting go, even if it's hard for you. You understand that more than anyone else," Cal said, his words raw but true, as he released me only to grasp my hands and help me stand. "Come on."

Taken aback by the abrupt command, I trail behind him as we descend the dunes towards the shore. He lets go of my hands, and his gaze drifts to the ocean, beckoning me forward without a word. His voice breaks the quiet. "The ocean serves many purposes, but what I cherish most is the quietude it offers and the solace found within its depths. It's about shedding your sorrows, emerging anew, as if declaring to the world your enduring spirit..." His words fade as I'm drawn forward, compelled by an unseen force to experience just as he expressed.

The chill of the water sent a jolt through me as the waves kissed my ankles. It was a welcome respite from the constant sorrow that had haunted me for six months. Wading deeper, the ocean rose to my jean-clad hips, the black fabric of Callum's old shirt clinging to my dampening skin. With arms outstretched and eyes shut, I leaned back into the sea's hold, surrendering to the darkness behind my eyelids, sinking, letting go, as if to relinquish all the pain.

"Braelynn..." A voice whispered in my ear, making me exhale sharply. My lungs burned, craving air as I stayed submerged. His face appeared in my mind, vivid and haunting. My tears blended with the saltwater, my hand reaching out as if to touch his face one last time. "Brae... it's time," he said, his voice a melody I longed for and thought I'd lost. "Let me go." I exhaled again, shaking my head in denial. I yearned to see him more, to feel him, to love him more. – I was certain in my heart that it was beyond my capabilities. Accepting that reality is the toughest challenge I'll confront in the future, but confront it I will.

The next few months passed with ease, work was smooth, a lot, and busy, but smooth. Melinda was able to move you through things with expertise you never would have imagined, as the weather got colder you ended up on more crime scenes, more late nights spent with the detectives and one hell of a lot more coffee. But you were happy, spending the hours doing what you’d worked so hard to achieve making you enjoy every moment of it, despite the looming darkness that came along with the job. 

As for your situation with Casey, things seemed to be going smoothly, it was frequent you spent the evening together, buried in each others bodies, figuring out just exactly what made the other person tick, what made them gasp out into the room, what was the thing that truly made the other tremble beneath them, shaking against the bed. You still regularly saw each other at work, and met up for a variety of hangouts, from coffee to a brief lunch before one of you had to race off to work, or a full fledged dinner and drinks. Sometimes you simply buried into each other on one of your couches, deep into a Netflix or movie trilogy binge, the wine flowing freely while you half curled up with each other.

You did keep everything professional and private, especially in public, there may have been the rare kiss, or a hand on a thigh, a quick tug of the other’s hand, but to the untrained eye, you were simply a pair of friends out for a post work drink. Most of your time was spent in your apartment, you hated Casey’s habit of leaving, no matter how late it was, she always reminded you with a gentle kiss that she just didn’t sleep well in someone else’s bed. You’d never protest, knowing that it was usually a work night, she needed a proper head on her shoulders to deal with the case the next day. 

Currently, you were thrown against your bed, head tossed back in the pillows as your hands gripped the sheets so tightly your knuckles were white,  whimpers leaving your lips while Casey tortured you with a rabbit vibe, her voice huskily chuckling as she watched the toy plunge in and out of you. “That doesn’t mean neither of us has to work.” Her lips met your softly, “Hell it probably means there’s a higher chance for one of us to be called in.” You cracked an eye open, taking in her gentle smile through the dark room, “I’ll text you once I’m home, sleep tight baby,” Her lips met your head once more before you were completely blissed out, falling into a world of sweet dreams before you could even imagine.

imagine dustin roping them all into working at camp knowhere though!!! you're completely correct about everything tbh. dustin is obviously well known because he's definitely went every single year since he was 12, the older kids know him and so do the older counselors. he's the perfect storm between responsible and HEY KIDS WANNA SEE SOMETHING EXPLODE? lucas is the biggest sweetheart counselor and he's super popular for the obvious reasons (i mean come on he's lucas sinclair). max is cool and aloof and she skateboards and is the coolest person on the planet (popular but on the opposite end of the spectrum. she's also a big sweetheart but she will not hesitate to threaten kids not to talk about it and ruin her Cool Teen Reputation).

will is good at his job because. look at him in season 4. he was literally created to be an older brother. he's nice and nurturing but also the biggest shithead ("is that why you have no friends?") which is a huge part of his appeal. he's sweet but then he'll say something super sarcastic and kids will be left baffled.

mike and el are popular for the same reasons. they're a huge mess. mike is literally a sentient pile of twigs that someone gave a shakespeare anthology to once. he's 90% limb. but also he's super smart, so like, he gets cool points there. el is, like you said, extremely strange (affectionate) and thus extremely fascinating to be around. kids are gossiping that maybe she's like, magic or something.

exactly!! you pegged dustin to a T, they would all see him as The King Of Know Where, and kids are always bothering him asking him science questions cause he just knows everything. lucas is the counselor everyone has a crush on. you either like him or want to be him, and you can't even hate him out of jealousy bc he's too nice. and ykw fuck it im saying camp know where is in michigan and they take a beach trip and lucas and max are the cool lifeguards in charge of keeping the kids alive. max takes no shit from the kids. "nerds, lights out was ten minutes ago. get your asses to sleep." they think she's super cool cause she curses. she can also do card tricks (which she only does in the cabin and makes them swear not to tell anyone) and knows all the best camp songs. her cabin always wins challenges, though el's cabin puts up a good fight through the power of sheer chaos. her cabin and will's gets partnered a lot cause their tables in mess are near each other, and its always so much fun. they always kill at volleyball for some reason. i think it takes will a little bit of time to get confident telling the kids what to do and acting as an authority figure, and he's nervous at first, but once he gets his footing he's such a great counselor. "cmon...casey... you can't eat that." everyone thinks he's super nice, until someone catches him teasing mike. thus the rumor that mike and will hate each other is born, and obviously everyone takes will's side bc will is a sweetheart and mike what the fuck did you do? like you said, mike is super smart, but i also think he's a little pathetic and has a hard time getting the kids to respect him. his and will's cabins are partnered for arts and crafts one day and mike is having difficulty getting his kids to settle down. will steps in and is like, "guys, come on. let's chill out, okay? listen to mike," and they go quiet. mike's jaw is on the floor, cause they actually start listening to him after that. well. until arts and crafts is over, at which point they start tormenting him again.

Why was this so hard? Normal life was supposed to be like this. Calmer. Not causing Casey to run for his life every minute.

The first few weeks after the invasion hadn't given Casey much time to think. He was always rushing around or learning about this new family. Even when he had nothing to do, he hung out in the Medbay with Leonardo as his

Sensei healed.

But now that everyone had healed, the family had settled into a routine that was comfortable for them but completely unfamiliar to Casey.

There weren't many threats in this city, he had found, and he sometimes thought about leaving just to find places with more action.

He spent the days training constantly to distract himself from his thoughts, but even though it had been weeks since he had been sent back in time, he could still see his Leonardo and Michelangelo's deaths every time he closed his eyes, clear as day.

He needed a distraction.

First and foremost, the 2007 movie with some alterations. Where as I could see RISE Raph taking on a Nightwatcher Persona (Red Angel of Preventing Harm anyone?) and I could see RISE Leo living in South America to continue his training, there are some alterations I would have to make

2007 Movie Verse

1st of all, Leo isn't all angsty and sad. he's loosing his mind. He probably had a bunch of rock 'brothers' aroudn to talk to and argue with as he laughed manaically. Adn the reason *he* didn't return home when he was supposed to was because he didn't think his brothers wanted him back, he thougth he had failed and deserved to be all alone. The only reason he did return home was cause April (on a school trip) convinced him to come back atleasat for some super exclusive jupiter jim item he had preordered ahead of time. And when he sees how happy his brothers are to see him he stays purely out of guilt without acknowledging his own feelings and still feeling guilty about Splinter giving him the leadership role

2nd of all Raph isnt' angry and angsty the whole time. Raph still becaomes the Nightwatcher as I said, but he also feel so guilty about his decision to go agaisnt his fathers wishes that he tries to make up for it by being overly optimistic, which becomes worse when Leo gets home because Raph is upset he's not leader anymore but doesnt' want Leo to know he feel sthat way. SO instead of glaring at eachother and making snide comments They're being overly " OH HI BUDDY! BIG GUY! BIG RED!" with eachtoher. And of course there's still the fight which almsot plays out the same way, except instead of blaming eachother their blaming themselves

Mikey becomes a cooking youtuber. He started off making great good on it but foudn he only got more views when he messed up so he continuously puts up videos of him failing while cooking which affects his self esteem but becuase it helps makes money he keeps doing it :c he's sad

Splinter is wracked with guilt when he realizes he never shoudl fo send Leo away and though he puts on a brave optimistic face for his sons, he regularly retreats to his room to sleep and eat carrots to make himself feel better (why carrots? he doesn't deserve the sweet embrace of ice cream)

And ,of course, theres mah boy Donnie. His mental health is suffering, he's having meltdowns more and spends more time in his room. Seeing his family so different makes him feel alienated and he wants to blame Leo for the change but because he knows its not Leos' fautl and he's not sure how to deal with his emotions he spends more time playing video games by himself and only talking ot Shelldon (who often acts as a go between between him and his family cause he can't handle alot of social interaction at the moment)

In the end, everyone confronts thier guilt to themselves and eachother and help eachother heal :3

2003 Series (my personal favorite)

For this i love to imagine the "Shredders Strikes back" arc (which is the infamous "Leo goes through the window" scene for this series happens) Which is super interesting cause of the events leading up to it would be different. I'm not sure how yet. Maybe They're spying on the Foot Clan? Maybe The Foot Clan is spying on them as they have a sleep over at Aprils either way Leo ends up running to the store alone to pick up a itme which leads ot the Foot Ambush and Leo, being Leo underestimates the fight and makes a bunch of jokes. which slowly become more and more frantic as more foot show up. Then of course Shreddy shows up and does his thing adn bam window scene. And of course we keep the "Tales of Leo" episode which is more humorous and heart felt

I'd also want to use Good Genes arc which....wont go into details for reasons (dont look at me like that)

of course, I'd have to do a "Across the Universe" Arc (which includes SAINW cause haaha Donnie torment) which would basically play out the same except I can see Mikey's arc being alot more "OK I GET IT YOURE SUPER HEROES I WANNA GO HOME!!!" and Leo spending five minutes on his phone weeping casue " DIDN'G THEY HAVE THE INTERNET IN FEUDAL JAPAN!?" and Raph whose more anxious adn probably needing some comfort from Hawk (was that his name? HEEL BHNA FANS) not too sure about Splints, he'd probably be nuts going rabid

I woudl also try to incorporate as many Casey epsides as humanly enough, cause 2003 Casey and Rise Casey are differnt but similar enough I'd love to do that character study

OOoh then theres imagining the justice force as Yokai rather then just super heroes

Anyway yeah it’ll be Utrom Shredder I am writing considering he was the main Shredder for most the show XD my main verse for him likely gonna be foot turtles and such but he's here out side of that too!

Foot!turtles: Shredder has spent a long time building his power and regin as a utrom the only real risk he's ever had threaten that were the turtles. Sure he can try and stomp them crush them under his will or he can bring them into his ranks and become his new elite soldiers. Personally speaking I feel like Shredder tormented and beat the turtles using each other against each other on what made them crack. Hurt Mikey till one one of them agreed to something and so on. Slowly shaved down their resolve. Because brainwashing could be undone but having their undying loyalty? For the ones brainwashing was more for he left for days on end till they were fully under.

2012 Shredder

As stated in the pervious I feel my aus will be the main verses for him as well but here here out side of those to I just have thoughts arounds the au mostly uwu

-Foot!Casey Au

 Casey’s protective nature and anger when he and his sister Angel were left behind after parents deaths, is what got his attention drawn to the boy. He could see the curtly just laying in Casey (as seen in the good the bad and the casey jones) So he adopted the pair and took them in. His main drive was wishing to bring that out more in Casey, because he recognized it as the same hatred he has in himself. He dose see Casey as well skilled and talented and plans him to work as like Karai’s right hand when she takes over the clan. Basically having the job Chris bran ford/Tiger claw have under him being the one to lead missions and such and keep the foot soldiers in line if they dare step out of it. Once he learned his older rival is still alive he come sup with a plan and puts Casey in the center of it, its sort of Casey big mission to prove himself to his father. Casey mission to gain the turtles trust befriend them learned their weakness and what not.Because simply taking them out isn’t enough he want to crush them break their spirits even. and turning someone they trusted and for Raph love against them? is even better. Despite his cruel nature Shredder dose care for his kids but that care is just no where as deep as his hate “Why dose he hate Splinter more than he loves us.” Shredder becomes aware of Casey’s feeling for Raph and sees how they may work against him maybe even make his son betray him guess it’s a good thing he has Raph to use against Casey to keep them in line, hey he may even be kind enough to simply give Raph to Casey, with a new fresh brain worm changing the turtle uwu -Foot!turtles

in the 2012verse due to his vendetta towards Splinter, Shredder found the turtles and Splinter when they were still young still wishing to take everything from them. Shredder takes the four turtles and raised them as his own so they have been his son instead of Splinters. Where Splinter ten tries to help his son recall that n matter what their bond as brothers should always be important teaching them to stay a strong united front. Shredder more pits them against each other encourages the rivalry between the four of them because part of him knows if. They work together they could band against him.

And with new muse and verses I also can add in new au versions of my turts uwu

Foot! Raph (bts makes this easy so I don’t gotta edit anything)

Loyal to Shredder works mostly as the main defense having to watch his brothers get hurt and torment unable to help them did him in at the end. Beating him didn’t do it and he was able to resist brainwashing. Because of this he is the hardest to talk though he may be loyal to Shreder but that dsen’t mean his ways have change he still goes out on his own perfectly able to come across old friends uwu

2012 Foot!Raph (For th 12 boys I am just using thier emo super ninja looks for the foot versions)

All his worst traits are the ones Shredder brought to the forefront. His ‘hate’ for Leo always being compared to them put down when he fails making him mostly seek to best Leo. His anger at it’s worse. Despite this he ca’t help but jump in to block hits against the others he can’t help this trait of his still even he tries to deny it

Foot!mikey (okay getting shots of him wasn’t easy so lot of his icons got the orange mask after they broke free but shush XD)

Mikey was one who went through tourment to break and turn, he just couldn’t handle the pain for long anything that made it stop. Because of this Mikey is far more focus as a foot solider anything that means he won have to go through that again he isn’ above throwing others under the bus to save himself from getting hurt even. Carefree days are lon gone he wont even dare to dream.

2012

Shredder put Mikey through a lot of personal trianing aka beating the shit out of him so to make him focu better not allowing for Mikeys more Janie methods of fighting style. Mikey still has his play side and. Often uses his pranks to get his brothers into trouble if they made him mad. Mikey still pretty in tune to other mentions however and has at times shown that kindness in him is still there.

In this case granted I am thinking of the roof top scene in 2007 movie which I know are not the same really buuut it’s close sooo I would say Raph is a bit quicker to listen to Casey compared to Casey to Raph. Though I feel Casey dose get better about it as he spends his time around the turtle.

Who’s the most eager to have kids? hmm maybe Casey? I don’t think it crosses Raph mind as much.

Which of the two rolls their eyes the most often? Raph you know it is Raph who is always rolling his eye not that he has any room to talk of course but he still rolling his eyes every time.
