I don't know if I have any italian followers, but if I do: is it normal for italian shows to only have two songs they reuse for every possible scene or is "Doc - Nelle tue mani" a weird exception?
#they only have 2 or 3 songs since season 1 and it's so freaking funny why did they do that?#i know other shows don't do it cause Guida astrologica per cuori infranti had a normal soundtrack#but now i don't know which is the outlier#don't get me wrong the songs are great but every time they play it just makes me want to laugh now hgklghs#doc nelle tue mani

OMG!! It's finally here! Season 3 is finally here! After waiting one year, three months, and eleven days, we finally get to see the grand return of the Warners and Pinky and The Brain for all new adventures! I watched the first two episodes of this season, and boy, it was a doozy! Anyways, here are my opinions of these two episodes.
Episode 1: Honestly this was a mixed bag overall. The Warner segments were only okay while the Pinky and The Brain segment was great. Honestly, "Season 3 and WB" was kind of slowly paced and boring. The segment from the 2nd season that came before this was also pretty slow and boring. The Warners felt like background characters and the drama felt forced. I'll give them points for giving Nora Rita Norita a bigger personality and there were some clever movie parodies, but it felt slow. There were also some gross-out jokes that were super weird. There weren't many laughs to be found here, also. "How To: Friendship" was a nice follow-up to the previous segment. While I don't think it was as good as the first Pinky's How To, it still managed to be a funny and engaging watch. I feel like that this season is going to focus more on Pinky, since he basically had more screen time than Brain in these first two episodes. Pinky was very funny and I love how much he cares for Brain. His apology song to Brain was hilarious (and Pinky surprisingly has better editing skills than me!) Pinky playing around with Brain using the filters was cute and him moving his hand to pat Brain on the head when he was frustrated was just freaking adorable. I also liked the ending when Brain compliments Pinky for essentially saving him from an explosion. Also, this is the episode where Pinky makes a macaroni photo of him kissing Brain!!! And Brain keeps the picture even after tearing it away!! This was probably the cutest segment from the reboot and I was squealing like a little girl the entire time! There have already been more Brinky moments in these first two episodes than in the entire first season! I can't wait for more!
Episode 2: This was a slight improvement over the first episode but not by too much. "Soda-Pressed" was kind of interesting and Dot did have her shining moments. But all that character growth just goes down the drain at the end. The song in this episode was only okay, and I'm more excited for other songs to come later on. It was very slowly paced and only had a few decent laughs. This was an okay experience. "A Starbox is Born" is probably the best Starbox and Cindy segment but that's not saying much. There were some cute moments and the animation was beautiful but that's about it. I also got a laugh out of this segment so I consider that a win. It still had some slow pacing, but it thankfully didn't run on for too long. "Royal Flush" was a pretty good segment. There was some clever satire, good jokes, and a surprise song that I really enjoyed. I thought that this episode would be focused more on the poker game that Brain was in, but it was more focused on Pinky and his feelings. Pinky looked stunning in that dress and I liked the bond he formed with the Meagan Markle parody. The song they sang was a spoof of "A Whole New World" and it reminded me of the song from "Pinky's Dream House" (An episode of Pinky, Elmyra, and The Brain). This song was really good and I enjoyed it a lot. Also, Pinky is not straight! He literally envisions Brain in the stars during the parody of a romantic song when the Meagan Markle character was singing about her husband-to-be. Pinky is clearly enamored with his friend, and Brain hopefully will recuperate these feelings. I think the writers are hinting at a little something here! Anyways, I really enjoyed this segment, though it went in a different direction than I had thought. (Also, when the horse appears in the stable at the beginning, did anyone get nervous and think Phar Fignewton was back from the bin of dead Animaniacs characters? I sure did!)
Anyways, I think that the Pinky and The Brain segments are very strong, while the Warner segments were just okay. I still have eight episodes to watch, so maybe my opinions will change for the better or for the worse.

my ranks on Vidia in each movies
from worse to best! 6: Tinkerbell (2008) 5: The Lost Treasure 4: The Legend Of The Neverbeast 3: The Secret Of The Wings 2: The Pirate Fairy 1: The Great Fairy Rescue Tinkerbell (2008): the first movie explains it all and i think most of us agrees why i put Vidia so freaking low on the list in the first movie she was the reason Tinkerbell decided to switch her talent and not accept the way she is untill at the end of the movie, Vidia blamed everything on Tinkerbell when Vidia was often the one who was involved in the mess, i felt sorry for her with the hawk incident since Tinkerbell brought it but she shouldn't have treated Tinkerbell so horrible all the times (she was also in the mess like i said about Tinkerbell switching talent and the sprinting thistles mess) i saw Vidia angry almost the whole times like she wanted to get rid of Tinkerbell, i can't blame Tinkerbell for switching everything and even her personalities because of Vidia (i'd react the same if Vidia bullied me but i'll be more then just angry if i was Tinkerbell, i'd punch her to taught her a lesson) Tink wanted to get to know Vidia when she first met her but nope Vidia pushed her off (i'm glad Queen Clarion punished Vidia instead of Tinkerbell once Vidia accidently yelled at Tinkerbell about capturing a hawk instead of the sprinting thistles since Tinkerbell took her responsibilities to save spring in time) that's why Vidia is on the lowest list in the first movie The Lost Treasure: she only appeared briefly, first with the opening song and later at the end of the movie for like a minute or 2 in the WHOLE movie, she puts up her real smile for once even though she was hiding it from others, she however had no speaking role in that movie (i was so surprised it was said on wiki fandom she was actually proud Tinkerbell came by, knowing how she was in the first movie) that's why that makes this movie on the 5th list on Vidia in the second movie (at that time i didn't cared for Vidia since i used to dislike her so much back then) The Legend Of The Neverbeast: allthough she have matured the most in the finale movie, she hasn't done that much in my opinion, she only appeared a few times and was only there when it involves Gruff but unlike the second movie, she DID had speaking roles but it almost always had interractions with Fawn there, though i'm glad she was worried for Fawn and decided to benefit of the doubt about what Nyx told everybody about Gruff, it shows that she cares for Fawn more like the other girls did and remember when Rosetta said her mouth was open and Vidia was all angry over it? i'm glad Tinkerbell stopped them from fighting otherwise they could've pulled each others hair! i still love Vidia as the character type but they could've done better with her, that's why this is on the 4th list from the Tinkerbell movies The Secret Of The Wings: i really like how she's now one of the group, and still appeared after playing an important role in the third movie, she cracks up jokes i actually find it funny (like dragging Rosetta with her imagination about Periwinkle meeting Queen Clarion when she and the other girls were at the Tinkers nook when they were about to make a snowmaking machine so it can keep Periwinkle from the cold to show the other side of the seasons) i surprisingly loved how Vidia asked Tinkerbell if Periwinkle collects lost things too (little ironic she's the one who find Tinker fairies the most useless talent so i find it funny how she's the one of all girls to ask Tinkerbell about lost things) she's still doing a small risk by helping Tinkerbell to bring Periwinkle back to the winter woods knowing their wings can freeze and if not going back to the warmer side in time can break their wing, Vidia is still doing the risk (knowing how she's still so proud of her talent, it shows how Vidia also cares for the others, maybe even more so then her talent if it means saving others lives while risking her own)
i loved how she at times have her caring side in this movie, especially when it involves Tinkerbell, like the healing talent fairies she just showed up a few second after the others already did, she brought Tinkerbell back at the border and comforted her at the time Tinkerbell had a hard time about not allowing to see Periwinkle ever again, however i wished she appeared a little more and also did something more then she did in "The Secret Of The Wings" movie
This is why i ranked her on the 3rd place from the Tinkerbell movies
The Pirate Fairy: i love her way more in this movie then most of the Tinkerbell movies i've ranked so far, i loved for the way she deals with the situation (she did overreacted once she found out she became a Tinker fairy but outside that, she handles the situations very well) she's everybody's therapy (she calmed especially Tinkerbell and iridessa down when frustrated) she cares for the others, in the 2nd half of the adventure she sounded like a true leader, she's mostly the peacemaker from the group (like not blaming others for the things they couldn't control it, knowing who's really to the blame, stopping the others from a misscommunications and mocking in general) she was mostly seen to work with Tinkerbell during the adventure whenever she have asked for Vidia's help or not she still ends up helping Tinkerbell (i happen to think they have most of their interractions with each other on both sides in this movie compared to others) she remains calm most of the times compared to other girls, she's literally the only one from the group to check up on Tinkerbell and asked as a reminder in a funny way to her about giving herself a break from all of her work a little before the 4 seasons festival have started meanwhile the others just cared about the 4 seasons festival but atleast it didn't goes unnoticed by Vidia at the time Tinkerbell still tried to get the box thingy to work the whole times just for the 4 seasons festival, i barely see flaws in her in this movie but there's only 1 movie of her left which i slightly find her the best one there
The Great Fairy Rescue: she does have her flaws and she does makes small mistakes but she's working for her flaws and mistakes and takes her responsibilities to become a better person for the others but it's definitely especially mainly for Tinkerbell's sake, she changed herself because of Tinkerbell, she plays an important role there, like she makes sure Tinkerbell stayed out from troubles so humans can't be seen, she stayed much longer even when Tink made bad choices, once she accidently trapped Tinkerbell inside the fairy house she tried to get Tinkerbell out of the fairy house but it was no use and Tinkerbell ends up being seen by the humans instead, she puts everything (even her hatred on Tinkerbell) aside to call the others for help and set up a rescue to save Tinkerbell from the humans, Vidia might have suffered the most from everybody but she didn't give up and leaded the others to the humans house once the boat crashed from that waterfall, she's a true leader in this movie, she felt quilty and sad blaming herself for what happened to Tinkerbell, that was the part Vidia told the others the truth she was a tiny bit involved in that mess and once all was open she was relieved everybody forgived her once they told her it's Tink who's to the blame with the disasters and she forgived them right after that, once Vidia and the others arrived after explaining what's happening in the house, they were under attack by a cat but Vidia was the only one who was safe enough to look for Tinkerbell on her own instead and once she arrived in the room, knowing the concenquences she choose Tinkerbell over herself, just in time to get Tinkerbell out she got captured instead, she was scared for Tinkerbell the whole times during the adventure and she even got scared when Tink showed up at the time Vidia was trapped in the jar and begged Tink not to go under the car to risk her life, Vidia sure started to earn her trust in others
I also loved how once all was over they officially became best friends because that hugging part and the epilogue scene explains a lot they no longer wanted to fight and take grudges on each other all the time, instead they wanted to start over and get to know each other better (it is said that Vidia is way less cruel then she used to be and Tinkerbell isn't that argumentative like she used to) i think it's especially ironically Vidia who wanted to find her forgiveness by Tinkerbell, leaving her rocky starts with Tinkerbell in the past and is strong-willing and doing the effort to try to make things right for what she's done to accidently got Tinkerbell trapped
This is why i slightly find Vidia the best in the great fairy rescue movie then the pirate fairy movie and she' definitely the best in this movie then in all of the other movies she's in

JFW Stats for Fun and Learning
Since I haven’t updated JFW in about a month, I thought it was time to go back for another stats post. I modified the criteria slightly for when I started doing posts over the course of several days instead of 1 entry. Now only the first entry would be counted in either the Top 10 or Hall of Shame unless it was an actual sequel. Reblogs are used as tie breakers in the case of the same like count.
There were some changes to the Top 10, but not many. I’m pretty sure nothing will unseat number one especially since I don’t plan on writing anything else for JFW (but never say never, eh?)
The Top 10 JFW Entries:
Doting BF Felix Y/N - 136 likes - posted January 26
2. Yunho Best Man / Maid of Honor Y/N - 81 likes - posted January 24
3. Ateez Valentine’s Day OT8 - 69 likes (yes I laughed like the mature adult I am) - posted February 14
4. Wooyoung Next Door Neighbor Y/N - 50 likes - posted February 20
5. Yunho Best Man / Maid of Honor Y/N - 47 likes - posted February 1
6. Yunho Royalty Y/N - 44 likes - posted March 7
7. Yungi Youth - 43 likes - posted January 17
8. Hyunjae Strangers at the Club Y/N - 41 likes - posted January 29
9. Juyeon / Aeri Hookup - 33 likes - posted April 24
10. Sunwoo / Yeji / Belle - 33 likes - posted May 10
The Juyeon / Aeri Hookup entry moved up 1 spot to 9 and the Sunwoo / Yeji / Belle entry took the 10 spot since it had 1 reblog, but Juyeon / Aeri Hookup had 2 reblogs. Part 2 of Doting Boyfriend Felix was previously 9 and is now 11.
The Bottom 10 JFW Entries:
SKZ OT8 Werewolves - 1 like - posted August 10 (this entry does include references to relationship violence so I’m not surprised)
2. Chanlix FWB - 1 like - posted January 4 (I’m not sure why y’all didn’t like this one, but you didn’t)
3. Milkyu Knife Play - 2 likes - posted October 14 (I can see why this one didn’t do well either, but aren’t the denizens of Tumblr supposed to be little freaks?)
4. Sunghoon Secret Virgin Y/N - 2 likes - posted July 15 (I left y’all hanging with this one so again I’m not surprised)
5. Jumil Arranged Marriage - 2 likes - posted June 25 (I’m a little confused with this one. The one directly after it got 6 likes. Were you expecting smut & disappointed?)
6. Younghoon / Aria Blind Date - 2 likes - posted June 4 (I’m also confused by this one. The other BG/GG pairings did relatively well but this one flopped like a dying fish. Again, expectation of smut?)
7. SOPE Seasons - 2 likes - posted April 29 (After people begging me for BTS, I give BTS & get…crickets)
8. Vmin Models - 2 likes - posted April 28 (No one here likes Vmin I guess?)
9. Woosang Grief - 2 likes - posted April 2 (I get this one because it touches on a pretty heavy subject)
10. Bbangju Royalty - 2 likes - posted April 1 (This one was violent so I get it)
Now for a new entry into my stats pool. I’m going to offer the top 5 underrated entries that I posted. These are ones I’m really proud of, think you should give a try if you haven’t, or I just wanted to give them some airtime that they might have otherwise missed.
The Top 5 Criminally Underrated JFW Entries According To The Author:
Mingi “Daddy” Y/N - 21 likes - posted February 29 - Free your minds! Eschew gender roles! Bask in the glory of a man calling a woman daddy!
2. Jumil Moonrock - 8 likes - posted May 18 - They made a video set to a song about fucking when you’re stoned off your ass. What did you want me to do? Also I think it’s decent smut.
3. Hyunjin / Juyeon Car Sex - 7 likes - posted April 23 - I feel like this is more than smut, it’s also an expression of love. However, the 2 Juyeon / GG crossovers were posted immediately after this one so it might have gotten lost in the shuffle.
4. The Entire Apocalypse AU - Just read it & give it a try, yeah? Also it’s about the only place you’re gonna see TXT in here.
5. Namgi Mirrors on the Ceiling - 2 likes - posted January 11 - It was my birthday & I was trying to be funny. C’mon y’all.
In all seriousness, thank you to everyone who has taken time out of their day to keep up with JFW or anything I’ve written. It means the world to me that people read (and hopefully enjoy!) my silly little stories. As of right now I’m still taking a break from writing. I’ll know when I’m ready to come back. Until then, please keep liking, reblogging, and commenting. It really does make my day.
XOXO

Okay so here are my thoughts about the new Sanders Sides episode-
1. Freaking Logan with his big wine glasses. They were growing with time....this guy needs therapy-
2. I know a lot of people are saying that at this point Janus and Remus are accepted as sides, but I really don’t think they are. Not fully anyway. C!Thomas is kinda warming up to Janus but he still has that uhhhh.....uneasiness to him. It’s even more so with Remus. And they kinda got separated from some of the questions...so yeah...I don’t think they’re fully welcomed in regards to C!Thomas. And certainly not to the “light” sides. (Especially Roman and Virgil)
3: Speaking of Roman and Janus, Thomas has a good way of both building and diminishing ships. Like that once scene when Janus was saying that he was the “Voltaire to his Rousseau”...do you know how many people can take that and make content out of it if they know the story? (But of course Roman still does hate Janus and so.....Enemies To Lovers 40k Words, anyone?)
4. Remus just being Remus. Also I both love and hate how we had to get his symbol in a special. It probably wouldn’t have worked any other way. I also ALSO like how Remus knows more than he leads on about what’s gonna happen in the season finale....and that Janus (and himself) spraying soap keeps him from spilling. That’s funny-
5. Janus and Remus playing Patton’s DDR when they aren’t on screen. Thanks Mr. Sanders. Now whenever those two ain’t on screen, I’ll just be thinking of that. Dang it.
6. Janus getting upset about not having his own song (or at least not getting to sing at all.) And also getting mad that he wasn’t included in “Lies” absolutely sent me and I felt that on a personal level.
7. Honestly there’s not much I wanna say about Virgil or Patton themselves. I am hoping Patton does meet a nice pupper to love and I guess I hope Vigil’s relationship with the “dark” sides gets better cuuuus.....I need to know what the heck happens between them. Oh, and Patton calling Janus “Jan” revived something that was long since hidden within me........and that thing is being mild mociet shipper-
8. Logan being the “mom” of the family. I’m gonna have to prepare myself for all of the untagged Logicality posts that will be coming soon....oh and Logan says no to gender roles.
9. Roman being upset about the wedding.....or should I say the callback? Oh and we finally know where the whole “Bumba Gump Shrimp” thing came from! It came from our boi Remus-
10. I also need to prepare myself for all of the Demus and untagged Prinxiety content that will come out......tag your stuff, guys.
11. Janus is confirmed wine aunt. And Janus getting better at impersonating the sides. Oh the possibilities-
And finally 12. Only Sanders Sides can drive people insane about an orange.
My final conclusion: I talk about Janus a l o t, and I’m very exited for the season 2(?) finale. LET’S SEE HOW BAD THINGS GET!
Reflection: But in all seriousness, I’m glad this show got to where it is today. I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t scared that this show would go under because of larger gaps in content and tHe VirUs. And I realized that I, along with SEVERAL others, have been watching these figments of imagination for 5 years. I feel old. I’ve learned and grown so much with this show and it pleases me that it isn’t over yet. I want to thank my fellow fanders that gave the fandom (and the crew) wonderful art and stories and theories and fan edits and etc. And I give big thanks to the folks that joined Thomas’s patron. And finally I give thanks to the crew and Mr. Sanders for giving us this great show. Happy 5th anniversary y’all!

Top 10 Anime (That I've Seen) in 2020
Well now, it has certainly been awhile. I'm currently sitting at eight months too late for posting this, but, y'know, something something life happens. More accurately, I already made this list, but wanted to try out what response I'd get from Reddit. Turns out, they're not as cool as you guys!
Anyways, as the title states, this is not a list of my favorite anime that came out during 2020, but instead my favorite anime that I just so happen to see during that year. While it's fun to have an end of the year retrospective, I find that having a list in this format not only adds variety, but also helps bring attention to anime that might have been lost in the shuffle in previous years (I also don't have enough time to stay caught up in seasonal releases).
Honorable mentions:
Aggretsuko S3, My Hero Academia S4, Today's Menu For the Emiya Family, Interspecies Reviewers (yes, really), and I Couldn't Become a Hero So I Reluctantly Decided to Get a Job
10. Maid-Sama (2010)
In hindsight, I find it a bit funny that I wanted to watch something wholesome to kick off 2020. Anyway, Maid-Sama is about a high school girl that is also a no nonsense Class President and she kind of has to be at a school where, until recently, was an all boys school. While she kills it in academics and is good at shutting down any shenanigans from the male student body, her financial situation isn't the greatest and has to balance a job at a maid cafe along with her school-related responsibilities. She does her best to hide her employment there to keep up appearances, but is one day found out by one of the boys who happens to be a big flirt and, yeah, hijinks ensue. While this anime doesn't have too many surprises, our main leads bounce off each other well enough to keep me entertained. Nothing I haven't seen already in other anime Rom-Coms, but I think it has more than earned its place at the start of this list.
9. Haganai NEXT (2013)
It's a personal rule of mine when making these lists that I don't include sequels of shows that were in previous lists. While I DID see the first season of Haganai a couple of years ago, it didn't quite make it into the top ten at that time. Because of that, it meets the criteria for this year's list. While I found the characters were just as charming here as I did during the first season, the development of their relationships really took off. It's a shame that it will most likely not get a third season, but I'm happy with what ride this show gave me. But hey! At least I can read the light novels/manga to continue the story! Wait, nevermind, the Haganai fans on Reddit are saying that's a bad idea.
8. Engaged to the Unidentified (2014)
Based off of a Four Panel joke manga, Engaged to the Unidentified tells the story of a girl in high school suddenly getting some life changing news. As it turns out, her grandfather made an arranged engagement with her and the son of a family he knew. Next thing she knows, the boy in question, as well as his little sister, moves into her family's house! While the boy is unassuming at first, there may be more to him and his family than he lets on. Plain and simple, this anime has charmed me. There's a decent amount of drama and mystery despite the source material and I applaud it! Even though this also doesn't have much new to offer, even to the point where I would compare this to Maid-Sama, what made me pick this at the 8th spot were the color choices and animation quality. Give this a shot if you can!
7. Grimoire of Zero (2017)
It's a fantasy/adventure story starring a loli sorcerer and a huge, anthropomorphic white tiger man. I honestly can't say anything else. I won't be able to do it justice. That first sentence should intrigue you a lease a little bit. Read it, again. Please check it out. It's an underrated gem that no one is talking about.
6. ID: Invaded (2020)
Hey, here's something recent! Unfortunately, this is also not something I can say much about. There may not be too many deep characters and the secret bad guy isn't hard to figure out, but BOY is this anime cool! The best way to describe this series is that it's like the movie Inception, but instead of brain heists, it's brain murder mysteries.
5. Carole and Tuesday (2019)
A runaway rich girl has a fated meeting with an orphan and they decide to make music together...oh, this also takes place Mars. Joking aside, this show was something special with its music (a new song almost every episode no less), interesting setting (freaking Mars, dude), and endearing main cast. Shoot, the music itself would be top 3, maybe number 1, but what bogs it down is the show's second half. I can easily see myself watching this again someday, and maybe my opinion will lighten up, but for now, 5 is a dang good spot.
4. Fate/Grand Order: Absolute Demonic Front - Babylonia (2019)
Part of me hesitates placing this high up on list due to this show being animated, fan service spectacle for Fate fans. However, that hesitation is overshadowed by the fact that I am a Fate fan myself and I can do whatever I want with this list. Even if you're not a Fate fan or play FGO, if you enjoy some solid fight animation, this is worth a look.
3. K-On S1 (2009)
I'll admit it, I might regret not watching the second season then putting the series on the list as a whole, but this how I've been doing these lists and I'm such a creature of habit. There's not much I can say about K-On that hasn't already been said. By itself it's an anime classic and one of Kyo-ani's biggest properties. It's a sweet and wholesome watch, but be sure to have some insulin within reach.
2. Princess Principal (2017)
Imagine you're working with a team of programmers trying to make a mobile game then all of a sudden someone asks to make a show out of it. You know, a show with different character motivations, plot, twist and turns and all that? Most might say that's just a shameless, shallow cash grab, but it turns out okay for Princess Principal. Sure, most might summarize this anime as, "cute girls doing espionage things," but with its cast, visuals, and interesting alternative timeline, it works! Apparently there's a new season or movie in the works and I am all for it!
1. Beastars (2019)
I was not expecting this to be number one, but with much deliberation (with myself obviously) this feels right. It tells a pretty unique story while showing itself to be the exception to the rule when it comes to 3D anime.....it being that it's actually good. While I acknowledge that shows like K-On are classics and deserves to be number one on many different lists, it didn't line up with my personal criteria like Beastars did. My biggest deciding factor is: Now that I've watched this, do I want more? It's true that while I'm excited to start K-On S2, Beastars intrigues me more and ever since season two was announced, I'm looking forward to that more.
Sorry again for this list being so late, but at least the silver lining is that the next end of the year list is about four months away (in theory)!

okay i'm already procrastinating and i don't plan on sleeping any time soon so here we go.
☆ ✩ my personal ranking for every season 1 Sanders Sides episode. ✩ ☆
i think it's going to be pretty similar to @dukeofonions' but let's see if i find something new to contribute haha. i see you didn't include that one about Patton in the Big Game or whatever, so i'm not including it either xd. also i think i'm going to count Accepting Anxiety as one episode only.
edit: i finished and now i dare you to drink a shot of water every time i say the word spanish or a version of the word comfort and become very well hydrated.
#16 I'm in a Disney Show
(i agree with dukeofonions here) i always forget this episode exists. it was ok in terms of being happy for real life Thomas but as a Sanders Sides episode it didn't do anything. the sides were just giving their opinions but it wasn't very funny or interesting. also i'm bitter because it made me look up the episode he was in and i didn't like it at all. i don't know if i'm too old for those Disney shows now but Thomas was literally the only good part of it, everything else was really dull and boring imo. a waste of time.
however, Logan supporting clickbait is one of the funniest things ever, and i'll never forget it.
#15 Becoming A Cartoon
i didn't hate this episode but it was just .. meh.. you know? several factors contribute to this. one, i couldn't feel much nostalgia for Butch Hartman's shows because i watched them in Spanish, and everything feels really weird when they speak English, i don't like how my old cartoons sound in English. two, it was disappointing to me because we were all desperately waiting for Plot™ and instead they give us this short episode about nothing (oh how the tables have turned now it's the other way around haha). and three, i didn't like the style of the animation :/ their faces and expressions freaked me out, Roman's douchey face still haunts me.
#14 Way Too Adult
here i'm biased because i don't like Patton much, and i didn't back when i watched the series the first time either, so this video was a little disappointingwithout the rest. also it wasn't relatable to me because i am still too young and dependent on my parents haha. but Patton is funny and it's funny to laugh at Thomas' struggling.
#13 The Dark Side of Disney
i've never been a fan of Disney movies. i actually never watched Mulan or the Lion King or Aladdin as a kid, so meh. i liked the ending, though, it was cool to see Virgil have fun and be right for once. it does make me a bit uncomfortable because the way Thomas tries too hard with Virgil's mouth movements and his low voice reminds me of a guy that had made me v uncomfortable not long before watching that video. so an icky feel overall.
#12 A New Year of Lying to Myself
this video was actually kind of fogettable to me. i had a hard time connecting the voices in the song to the characters and idk. i don't love it nor hate it, just .. neutral.
#11 My True Identity
pretty much the same opinion as dukeofonions, again. it's a good introduction and it's good that it was the beginning of it all but on its own it's not very special. i think it's awesome on Thomas to have come up with such a clever idea, like choosing the dad, the teacher and the prince and putting them together and match them with thoughts?? that fit so perfectly?? it really is just very impressive when you think about it, that it was just a random idea he had for a short 5 minute video.
#10 Taking on Anxiety
i liked this video a lot because when i watched it i had recently been a lot on tumblr, and found out through relatable posts that i had anxiety. so watching this video was really fun and it made me happy to feel so seen, specially the intro when Thomas just talks about what it's like to have Anxiety and Virgil is so smug about it.
- ★ -
okay now that those are out of the way things are going to get hard... all the following i love with all my heart so i'm going to rank them based on the smallest things.
#9 Growing Up
once more, Patton isn't my favorite. so that's why i'm putting this here, plus the echo at the end askjhsahg, but i love love this video. i remember we were waiting and oh so ready for the angst of nobody taking Patton seriously. and we received!! i love that though Roman and Logan are antagonists here, they're both so happy about Thomas wanting to have a healthy life. and i just adore the way Logan admits his mistake at the end and asks Patton directly. my heart... also aw.. the nostalgia. i remember none of us knew how to spell Patton's name and were writing it in very funny ways until Thomas and Joan told us lol.
#8 The Mind vs The Heart
when i watched this video the first times i didn't like it much, because i only had eyes for Virgil, but later i came back to it and loved it. so taking that into account i'm putting it here. logicality was the first ship i ever shipped in the show because i saw a gifset on tumblr of Patton screaming "what do you know about love?!" and Logan "apparently more than YOU" and the caption said "MARRIED", and i thought hey yeah... anyway. i love them. they're both my dads since that day.
this video is so so so relatable and i love it. Logan and Patton are so much fun arguing and i love how they compromise at the end and work together. im reconsidering.. i might move it higher? no, fine i'll leave it here.
#7 Making Some Changes
this video was absolutely hilarious. i personally couldn't see it as the Sides still once they were acted by Thomas' friends, i enjoyed it more as that bunch being silly and trying to be the sides but failing in so many ways, while sometimes nailing stuff suddenly. i really don't take this one too seriously as an episode. except Joan!Logan and Valerie!Logan, my beloved... i love how Joan acted as Logan and their voice and that they kept their ace ring on.. there's a reason i had them as my icon for so long. and Valerie looks a bit (a lot) like me with the glasses and dressed in dark colors, plus she spoke Spanish and there's .. no words to describe the joy i felt when seeing/hearing that. wait i'm getting emotional...
#6 My Personality Q&A
when i watched this Virgil was my favorite side and i didn't care much about the rest lol. when i heard his answers i related to him SO much it was scary, and also his voice is so soft and it was all very comforting. it was also when i first starting looking at Logan with more attention, because when he brought up Big Hero 6 and Fall Out Boy and said he didn't sing and would recite it like a poem? it only took a couple seconds but my brain said "me" and never went back.
now this video is a little underwhelming to watch for me, most of the appeal for me was in finding out the answers, and also watching it when we didn't know a lot about the sides. now we know more and want to know more so it's not as fun to me as it was first.
i wish so bad they'd do another one, although i know it would be more difficult with a much bigger audience, i think they can manage and i just need it. the chaos.. the energy.. they all being so savage with each other, learning little random facts about them you didn't expect.. i need it.
- ★ -
oh boy top 5 here we go. the next three are practically a tie. i can't choose.
#5 Alone on Valentines Day
i love Valerie, and the idea of this video was perfect and so perfectly excecuted. every side just giving their crazy opinions on how to woo a random stranger, i laughed SO much. first with Logan speaking simlish out of nowhere? at that point i didn't know practically anything about the sims except that it was some video game and the whiplash of Logan going AYO and the rest killed me. then when Roman whipped out that dialogue in Spanish??? my life was completed. i've never felt more happy than i did in that moment gosh. just the hilarity of Roman's drama, the shock of them speaking Spanish suddenly like that, the absolute JOY of seeing a creator i like speak (may i say) perfect Spanish, the other characters' faces after that.. never been happier.
also the conclusion was so cute. Virgil solving the whole problem without wanting to. i loved it.
#4 Am I Original
i think this video speaks for itself. it was fun to watch them all do the ideas Roman had, plus Logan and Virgil nodding at each other, (i love them so much), plus the angst at the end of Roman's perfectionism, plus Roman's just perfect name. this video has it all.
i think Thomas posted it kind of late at night and i watched it at 7am in the classroom as i waited for my classmates to arrive and the class to start. (i usually was like 40 minutes early to school due to mom’s work). i had to contain my laughter and it wasn’t easy.
#3 Losing My Motivation
i started loving this video after a while, when Logan passed Virgil in the position for my favorite side. but once he did this episode was beautiful. it's so funny and i love Logan and Patton's dynamic so much. and the video also so damn relatable in general. i felt so seen with it because they named all the problems i have when procrastinating, down to Patton's vague explanation of his feelings, it's exactly how i feel every time i want to do stuff. and the plot twist! i can hear the dramatic sound effect and see how they all turn to Logan clearly in my head, and it always makes me smile. plus there's so much Logan angst that can be dug up and overanalized. i love to watch it over and over.
#2 Accepting Anxiety
this video was perfect. everything we wanted. we knew it was coming and it delivered perfectly, better than any fanfic done in the waiting time. the week between the parts was agonizing but in a fun way somehow. i remember precisely when i was watching part 2 in my living room. i screamed. and i cried, a lot. i was feeling terrible at that time in my life and Thomas was such a comforting presence and i can't begin to describe how this episode made me feel.
and later it is always fun to rewatch with all their different reactions to being in Virgil's room, the energy of that was on point. Thomas is such a great actor and the characters where just amazingly performed. plus it gave so much to talk adn think about, the idea of the rooms, lots lots of insight into the characters, foreshadowing, so much. it's just perfect i have nothing else to say.
#1 (for purely emotional reasons, ironically) My Negative Thinking
i think Accepting Anxiety is the best episode of the season objectively but my favorite is My Negative Thinking. because i love Virgil and Logan so much and seeing them argue together was and is great. the comfort.. i can't repeat that word enough throughout this post. it's such a soft video while not being overwhelming with Patton and Roman's outbursts. just quiet (mostly) and clear and with perfectly timed humour.
Logan my beloved.. learning spanish... helping me with my own anxiety.. and their debate was so good. and the fact that they were friends i- i can't. Virgil didn't think Logan liked him and Logan told him explicitly that he did and the casual softness of it i cant even. Logan is happy that he tried.. it's just marvelous. Virgil and Logan as best friends will always be my favorite pair, and their dynamic will always be what i strive for in any relationship i might form, with both sides silently comforting each other within their own limits and realistic perspectives. so nice.
- ★ -
so yeah. that's all. thank you if you read all the way up to here. ♡ ♡ ♡

pumpkin peanut brittle for all your F/Os! since it can apply to all of them I think? :D (n maybe strawberry pound cake if you wanna vent a lil LOL)
This is going to be so long… rip to anyone who reads it all (no but seriously thank you sm for asking!!)
pumpkin peanut brittle: if your f/o is from a TV series/game series, what is your favorite episode/game? if your f/o is from a film/stageplay/etc., what is your favorite scene? why?
Charles: My favorite scene with Charles is definitely the training montage in First Class where he’s helping the students learn to control their powers. You can really see how much he cares and how much he believes in them and it’s really sweet :’)
Harry: This is very similar to the one I just talked about with Charles, but I love the scenes in Order of the Phoenix where he’s teaching Dumbledore’s Army. You can really see how much he wants everyone to succeed :’) Also the scenes in Half-Blood Prince after he takes the Felix Felicis, because he’s so freaking cute and it’s a side of him we don’t get to see often
Frodo: I love pretty much all of his scenes, but I guess my favorites would be the ones at the beginning of The Fellowship of the Ring, where he’s talking to Gandalf and enjoying Bilbo’s party (because he’s carefree and happy and we don’t get to see him like that once he gets the ring 🥲)
Luke: I like the scenes in Empire Strikes Back where he’s training with Yoda on Dagobah. Because it provides a lot of insight into his character, no other reason *sweats nervously as I think about how good he looked in the outfit*
Merlin: Season 1 episode 10, The Moment of Truth. I think it’s really sweet how he goes back to his old village to help the people. Plus it provides some insight into what his life was like before he came to Camelot. And I love seeing him interact with his mom :’)
Q: He isn’t in many scenes to begin with, so can I say they’re all my favorite? 😉 If I had to pick, I guess I’d say the scene in Skyfall where he first meets Bond because I love their banter.
Sherlock: Season 1 episode 1, A Study in Pink. It’s a classic, and as soon as I watched it I was like “…well shit. I’m in love with this bastard.” I love the case, I love his snarky one-liners, and I love watching him become friends with John.
The Doctor: It’s so hard to pick just one episode, but I think I’ll say season 4 episode 10, Midnight. I like it because it focuses entirely on him and not his companions, and it’s fun to watch him have to take charge of the situation without help from anyone else. And it’s just a really cool (and creepy!) episode overall.
Steve: He has so many good scenes; I can’t pick just one! He’s in a lot of movies so I’ll pick a movie instead. 😉 And that movie would be The Winter Soldier! It’s my absolute favorite Steve movie because we get to see him adjusting to the modern world and learn more about his relationship with Bucky. I also love his interactions with Natasha and Sam. (And there are no unnecessary love interests, lol)
Sam: There are a lot of Supernatural episodes I like (…and a lot I don’t, lmao), but my favorite Sam episode is season 3 episode 3, Bad Day at Black Rock. He’s so freaking cute when things keep going wrong for him because of the bad luck curse. Absolute baby 🥺💕
Matt: Season 4 episode 2, Reunion, because it’s pretty much the only episode that focuses heavily on him and goes into detail about his life. I love learning about his relationship with Pidge and seeing them reunite :’)
Jaskier: Season 1 episode 2, Four Marks, because it’s the first time we meet him and that’s when I fell instantly in love with him. The fact that he’s introduced singing a song about someone getting an abortion… what an entrance lmao. I also love how he basically annoys Geralt into being his friend 🤣
Tommy: Hands down the scene where he defends Gibson when all the other soldiers are trying to kick him off the boat. It shows that he cares about doing the right thing even in horrible circumstances that reduce other men to only caring about their own survival.
Stefan: Idk if Bandersnatch counts as a movie or a game, lol. But none of the endings are my favorite because none of them are happy for him 😠 I guess my favorite scenes are the ones at the beginning where he’s explaining his ideas for the game, because he sounds happy and hopeful instead of stressed and depressed 🥲
strawberry pound cake: what's an overdone take/opinion that you see about your f/o? do you agree with it?
I’ll just answer this one for Steve, since this post is already so long lol. But one thing I see a lot of on TikTok is people making jokes that he would be racist and/or sexist because he’s from the 1940s. 🙄🙄🙄 It’s not at all funny and certainly not true; there’s plenty of evidence throughout the movies that he’s neither of those things and never was. He’s the sweetest person ever and I get so mad when I see people suggesting otherwise, even if it is just a joke.

Aikatsu EPs 1-3
EP 1
The first ever Aikatsu shot. You can really tell that it’s the first season of the franchise.
Considering that it was a freaking one-man live in a stadium, the set list probably had almost 20 songs. Ik Ichigo just had her gay awakening (as Aikatsu protags do) but having to process 20 songs in a row is a lot when you’ve never heard them before.
As if we’d be seeing Kaede or Sakura soon lol.
It’s honestly... interesting that they’ve had Sakura and Kaede’s designs since day 1, but the two of them, especially Kaede, got crumbs in terms of content. Yurika didn’t get much either.
No it’s not. If you aren’t popular enough, then your agency would barely give you any stuff. If you decide to freelance, then you probably wouldn’t have enough budget to do anything you want.
It’s not that natural though? You can be a dancer or a choreographer.
Actually I think she kinda looks like Yumiko, Dempagumi.Inc’s choreographer?
Aoi in this episode feels more like an aspiring producer than an aspiring idol.
POV You’re Ran and you are watching the new students, thinking about how their friendship is gonna end soon.
EP 2
That’s like, the worst way to word it.
I find it so funny that they take lessons in coordinating coords and stages. That’s literally so easy.
Wow, they’re already talking about this in the second episode.
I wonder if Wake Up My Music or this BGM track that shares the melody came first. Imagine if the song is actually a vocalised version of the BGM track.
You can form a unit? Many idols make their major debuts in units. Idk much about the idol industry beyond Dear Stage but I don’t think there are many active solo idols out there. Even the “Single Combat Type Idol” Aonyan had to put her activities on hold.
I wonder how expensive the school is. You get in and automatically get a coord and a phone. I also wonder how much of the profit you earn from your activities go to the school itself.
Ran hates it.
This isn’t THAT big of a deal though. Being Mizuki’s manager for a day wouldn’t earn you anything in terms of fame. But if you form a unit, everything you do on your own would count as an achievement of your unit. It’s more efficient and can help you stay together.
They only have three cards each. How are they supposed to coordinate outfits when there’s only one option available.
Completing a special appeal in your entrance exam, then immediately falling on stage in your first audition is... so embarrassing.
She’s not thinking about her tripping and falling on stage instead?
...but... you can.... form a unit....
EP 3
Did you not research the industry before joining it
I’m morally opposed to this.
Couldn’t they have made Mizuki older?
So much for all students being active idols lol.
What does one student need an entire HOUSE for
Can Ichigo not act like a creepy fan in the third episode. Sneaking into the trunk of the van?
That’s too much for a 13 year old. I opppose to this.
Is it trespassing if you’re hiding in someone’s van? Anyway what do the teachers have to say about this
Mizuki is too nice. I would’ve kicked Ichigo out and gave her a speech about responsibility.
Wonder if they had Minako sing along with Risuko here.
Why would you think it’d be a good idea to have a 13 year old answer this.
Has she even made any public appearances yet

WIP Tag Game
@whump-town tagged me in it and it’s going to be funny to look through the singular document that has every single one of my fics (apart from baby hotchner, which is in a separate thing and aaron, which is also it’s own thing) and reminicise over all the things I swear I will one day finish.
1) the date basically Hotch and Emily the morning after JJ and Will’s wedding discussing what’s next for both of them
2) did i even make a sound? set during and in the immediate aftermath of Nameless, Faceless. Hotch has been stabbed, Haley’s gone and the team are more concerned with Reid because he wants them to be. He ends up phoning Eleanor, who’s actually transferred to Seattle and is able to come down because her supervisor remembers him (take it as an AU of the fic she’s in) and the two of them bond.
3) it was your heart on the line after post season six finale, Gideon comes back to the BAU. Why, I have no idea, but he does. And because Hotch was so overwhelmed by everything else that happened, he never fully processed his departure. So he’s very upset when he sees Gideon is stood in his office like all is forgiven. Reid is just flat-out angry.
4) forgive me for all the things i did (but mostly the things i did not) basically Hotch trying to comfort every member of the team because he feels like he has to, but still feeling like he failed because bad things will happen. And then the team comforting him by teaching him that he’s enough.
5) the boggart au in which the team are at a magic school where it’s a cross being the mirror or erised and boggarts as they’ll show your biggest fear but you need to think of something that combats it to defeat it. Everyone else is able to do so, but Hotch does it for the first time during an assessment and that’s how everyone learns about his home life.
6) the boston fic the title is going to change. Basically looks at what happened during the Adrian Bale case but with added Hotch angst because it’s slightly different to canon. It involves a woman named Jacqueline and confirmation of a pregnancy
7) strawberry cheesecake the time that Aaron Hotchner- someone well aware of their allergy to strawberries- ate an entire slice of strawberry cheesecake at an FBI function because he felt bad. It’s set during his early days at the BAU and involves Strauss thinking he’s got a cute butt.
8) chapter three of aaron I haven’t looked at that fic since I published chapter two, so I’m going to reread it before I start chapter three. All I know is that he goes back to his hometown, who the unsub will be and that I’m rewriting Route 66 for it.
9) coffee which is set in the baby hotchner au. Hotch loves Derek- he’s one of his favourite adults- and he decides to express that love for him by making him a coffee. It goes a bit wrong. There’s tears, Garcia and Morgan being good with children, and of course, baby hotch with his accent.
Okay, these ones technically aren’t WIPs as I haven’t started writing them, but the idea is there
10) curfew the one and only time Jack Hotchner broke his curfew. He snuck out to a party, not because he wanted to go, but because he was mad at his dad and he... he doesn’t actually know why he did it, but he feels like the biggest piece of shit when he gets back.
11) champagne problems in which Emily and Aaron are friends when he works for her mother and have one small kiss (for plot, Haley and Hotch aren’t dating at this point) but she freaks and runs away but she doesn’t know why. After Minimal Loss, they get together. Foyet messes things up for a while, but they regain their footing when she refuses to stand down. He proposes right before the whole Ian Doyle thing. She says no. Dave was the only one that knew. Ian Doyle happens, and when she comes back, she breaks things off. When she meets Beth, she knows that she’s what Aaron needs and walks away.
12) happiness which is obviously, set to the Taylor Swift song and is basically five times Aaron Hotchner smiled because of Haley (Hotchner) Brooks and the first time he smiled after her death
Anyone that would like to do it can just say that I tagged them, buttt @laiba-the-person and @84hotpockets I am sure the two of you have so many brilliant ideas, so please, if you haven’t already?
Also yes, I am well aware of the length of this list and no, I am not exactly proud of it

Hello everyone
Since the Produce series is now in shambles, I still continue to be survival show trash and would like some other mutuals to join my crackhead addiction. If you haven’t heard of Youth with You, it is the Chinese version of Produce that uses similar formatting. The judges of the latest season—which this time has girls competing to form a 9-member girl group—include Ella Chen, Jony J, Cai Xukun, and Lisa of Blackpink. Not only are the mentors astounding, but the participants are incredibly talented starting out that nearly all of them deserve to debut. In fact i would say it rivals with or dare I say is better than the original Produce series. In addition to this the show invites girls of different styles, weights, backgrounds, and androgynous looks making the show a lot more diverse and fleshed out from the typical female idol look. If you guys haven’t started it and are interested in something a bit more fresh to quell the pain of losing the Korean Produce series, I would highly recommend watching it. For those who are all caught up, please let us fangirl together over these competitors. Down below are my current top 9 and brief reasoning for each.
NOTE: It was very hard to pick a top 9 and honestly i would still rearrange this later on because it’s still too early in the game. I have way too many favorites for this season T.T. That being said I have no particular order for these gals.
——————————————————————
1. Xiaotang Zhao
The girl is hilarious so don’t let her resting bitch face fool you. She is so friendly and easygoing and I love her don’t-give-fuck attitude and because of that she’s so real and open to her thoughts regardless of backlash. She’s odd, but there is no doubt that she is talented. She’s been dancing since childhood and her skill shows on stage. Not to mention she is pretty good at rapping.
2. Yan Yu
Another “cold” looking person. But listen I would risk it all for her. She is beautiful, her body is goals, she is actually a goofabll off stage, is really caring of her teammates, loves her family despite teasing them occasionally, and her vocals are P O W E R F U L. She has the most stunning expressions and the way she stares into your soul when she gets into stage character? *dies* Plus she has proven to adapt to any concept, be it serving that cold girl crush look or a more delicate cute style. I hope people begin to realize that later on in the season.
3. Babymonster An Qi
This right here. This little pepper? She is fiery. She has incredible dance skills and charisma on stage. She is goofy and loves to eat a lot and nothing warms me more than seeing trainees/idols just eat well disregarding strict diets placed on them. She is also great at getting her teammates to familiarize and better their dance moves and has great leadership quality in that field. She is well prepared and knows what she wants and goes for it, and with that I know she will debut.
4. Frhanm Shangguan
Ohohoho Frhanm Shangguan is indeed the W H O L E fucking package. Miss most competent girl of Youth with You Season 3. I still watch her audition clip religiously to this day. The girl can not only sing, rap, dance, and possess a stage like no other, but she redefines the idea of how female idols should look. She loves herself, from her weight to her hair to her overall confidence. She screams positivity, acceptance, and big sister energy. She believes all girls can do anything they put their mind too and she is such a hard worker and motivator for all girls in the season. I’m straight up calling it out right now that if she doesn’t get to the final lineup—preferably as the team leader— I’m going to yeet myself out the window. I feel like we’ve only scratched the surface of what this girl is capable of and I cannot wait to see her adapt to whatever is thrown at her.
5. Shaking (Xie Keying)
Here is one of your rappers y’all. This girl is such a ball of fun energy and charisma. It amazes me she is considered one of the rookie rappers of the season. Her ability to ride the beat and change her vocal tone is great. Plus her expressions on stage are killer. She really shined in the rap group battle and rightfully so. She is so funny and knows how to get along and make other participants laugh. She also has some really good vocal skills and I can’t wait for her to showcase them more. And I also must agree with Cai and Ella. They were right in giving her an A , especially over Lil Jeta 🙄.
6. Xin Liu
Another girl who redefines how a female idol should look! I love her androgynous look and I think it’s hilarious how vain she is when it comes to makeup. That aside I need to point out how her and others with this similar boyish look had the option of wearing shorts or a skirt and I’m glad she addressed it as it is part of her identity and makes her comfortable. This girl happens to be the theme song stage center and rightfully so! She can sing, rap, and is a killer dancer with popping her main forte. She exudes coolness and I know she will go far with her stage presence and hardworking attitude.
7. Kiki Xu
Gah what a cutie. Another skilled dancer who definitely proved that when she battled with An and Frhanm in the auditions. I thought it was funny when she struggled with trying to look cool for the dance group battles but then absolutely killed it with this girl crush look that made me think “oh my god STEP ON ME”. Whew but like really she is a great performer, but I really wanna see more of her vocal skills. Good luck to Kiki and I hope she can show more sides of herself through the season!
8. Snow Kong
See this queen? She is trying to learn to be more confident in herself and has shown how much she really adores the stage through her hardwork and tears. It’s been a while since she performed but she wishes to start new and give it her all. This girl is fun, loving, and has powerful vocals and rap skills. Plus her dancing is amazing. Just everything about her screams well-rounded idol material. She is a lovely visual and also gives me Sakura vibes. And don’t mess with her hair it will attack you the way she whips it like a maniac on stage. I also love her dynamic with others, especially Xiaotang and Esther Yu lol. Here’s hoping she will develop and astound us more through the later episodes.
9. NINEONE
Nineone is, to me, a dark horse like Yu Yan. She is a professional rapper so naturally her rap skills are the best this season. She knows how to take charge and level with teammates. She is another type of person who has clear cut goals and gets them done. Funnily enough she also has this childish and shy side to her that may come off uncharactertic to her considering her swag and charisma on stage, but I think it is so real and fresh. The final lineup would need another strong rapper that know what she is doing, and after seeing her audition I think she also has some fantastic vocal skills that I’d love to see branch out later on if possible.
———————————————————————
HONORABLE MENTIONS: Zoe Wang, Sharon Wang, JU Chen, Yvonne Wang, Yu Zhang, Diamond, Lingzi, Jue Chen, K Lu, Duan Xiaowei, Flora Dai, Meddhi Fu, and omg literally too many all of these girls are too talented it would be easier to narrow it down to people I don’t want/don’t see debuting....
But I won’t pour that hot piping tea out just yet ️
———————————————————————
If y’all feel the same or just want to talk about the show hit me up because I need more people to rant/freak out with over these queens.

Mr Miyagi and Samantha & Anthony headcanons
Since Cobra Kai tells us Miyagi died in 2011 (a rough seven years before the beginning of season 1), it leaves us with many opportunity to explore his relationship with Daniel’s kids, especially Sam, being the oldest. As stated by her Wiki Karate Kid page, she was born in 2002, making her 9 when Mr Miyagi passed away; plenty of times for them to know one another and interact. As for Anthony, I’m pretty sure he’s met him but being born in 2008 (if I trust the KK Wiki) that would leave him being 3 years old when Miyagi died so he probably would not remember him specifically aside from Daniel’s, Amanda’s or Sam’s tales.
(Which honestly, when I think about it, makes me kinda sad because that kid, although having such a rude attitude, seems left out and the fact that everybody have something to say about Miyagi and Anthony doesn’t... Well. You get me)
Anyway, here’s of a list of little things I headcanon between Miyagi and Daniel’s kids:
Knowing Daniel it wouldn’t surprise me if he told Miyagi he was going to be a father first before Lucille. Would not surprise me at all. And of course Miyagi would be ecstatic, the kind of ecstatic when Daniel takes the car and he screams ‘BANZAI” at him. But I feel he would be really emotional as well. After losing his father in The Karate Kid Part II, and said his farewell to Yukie, he truly has no one else in the world except Daniel. Daniel is like the son he should have had but didn’t because of the internment camp. So for Daniel to 1) Manage to get his way up to being his own boss with the dealership 2) Meet Amanda, a beautiful and brilliant woman with whom he’s serious and settles down and 3) Starts his own family with her, this would make Miyagi so proud and emotional because he’s a part of it, Daniel makes sure he’s a part of it.
Maybe Daniel freaks out sometimes during Amanda’s first pregnancy because he wants to be a good father and he doesn’t know for sure if he’ll be one since he didn’t have his father for long, and what if he’s not good enough. So Miyagi gently but firmly reassures him and gives a piece of wisdom. And some alcohol too.
MAYBE MIYAGI TEARS UP WHEN DANIEL PRESENTS SAM TO HIM
And MAYBE he’s at the hospital having driven Lucille from the airport, and MAYBE he waits patiently as Daniel paces and then goes to be in the room with Amanda and just waits with Lucille and MAYBE he stands up abruptly with Lucille when Daniel comes out and he’s grinning like a madman and he just says “I’m a father” like he can’t believe it and Lucille and Miyagi hugs him real tight.
Since Daniel has no siblings, that, until Louie Jr came to LA for a job at the dealership, his family lives on the opposite coast... Daniel asking Mr Miyagi to be Sam’s godfather. He’d probably be considered a grandfather but up until them there would have been no official link/ties between Miyagi and the LaRussos (not that they need any but you get my point) (though Daniel would probably ask Miyagi to be his wedding witness because you know he would lmao) and that’s another way for Daniel to show him just how much he loves him and considers him like a true member of his family.
For real tho, Miyagi would legit be so gentle, tearing up at seeing a little bundle in Daniel’s arms and he’s so happy to introduce his daughter to his father figure and it’s all very solemn and emotional before Miyagi cracks up a joke about Sam being as stubborn as his dad when she does whatever.
If you don’t think Miyagi would swear to protect little Samantha LaRusso until his dying breath, think again. He’d cherish and treasure her and yet still spreading his bits of wisdom when Daniel is too hot-headed to do so.
One time, when Daniel and Amanda have no solution, they drop Sam off to Miyagi’s and she spends the day with him. He shows her his garden, that has seen better days but is still pretty much alive and not as rusty as we see in Cobra Kai before the renovation. He tells her many funny tales about Daniel learning Karate and falling into the river, of being covered in green paint. And Sam’s listen, she has stars in her eyes (Sam may look like Amanda but she’s a LOT like Daniel). Miyagi shows her some basic movements like Wax On/Wax Off without the waxing cars part and Daniel is this close to be jealous of a five year old.
Sam being excited whenever she goes to Mr Miyagi’s or he comes around and she asks him many questions about Daniel, about karate, about Okinawa too, how it was like (since I’m pretty sure Daniel would already talk a lot about his trip to Okinawa, etc).
When Sam pouts Miyagi laughs because it really is Daniel’s spitted portrait. He always have a little hug for her though and sometimes a little sweet to comfort her.
She’s not too fond of fishing however from times to times she’ll go because she just wants to keep Miyagi company
When Daniel tells Miyagi Sam wants to do karate. That she wants to learn with her dad. Man’s legit the happiest crying mess on earth.
Daniel freaking out big time when Amanda’s expecting Anthony (I read it was apparently unplanned but I can’t remember when it was said in the show so I might be mistaken. Another good excuse to rewatch, eh :p).
Miyagi comforting all the freaking LaRussos during that pregnancy. Daniel who’s panicking a bit (lot), Sam who has your typical “what if they don’t love me anymore” and Miyagi taken her up in his arms saying NO ONE could ever stop loving her and that she’ll have a friend in Tony and that she’ll be able to teach him loads of stuff. But also Amanda. I NEED some Mr Miyagi & Amanda interactions.
Like even though Miyagi is a constant presence in Daniel’s life and is obviously very important to him and Sam that would still be Daniel’s world, something Amanda knows on the surface but not well. And I need a moment between Miyagi and Amanda when it’s heartfelt and touching and Miyagi opening on how she helps him find balance and how he’s really happy for the both of them and that it truly makes his old man’s heart soar to see Daniel, to see the closest to a son he has find happiness and stability and that’s thanks to Amanda. Also give me a lunch or dinner when Miyagi is invited and Daniel suggests something stupid and Amanda is “na nah” and Miyagi backs her like “Listen to wife, Daniel-san. Amanda very smart” and Daniel crosses his arms like a pouty child.
I’d like to think Anthony was named after Daniel’s father so, once again, Daniel’s a mess and Miyagi’s there with Lucille maybe other LaRussos.
Dealing with two mini LaRussos will be the death of Mr Miyagi he swears (even though he loves them with his life)
Sam coming in one day after she pestered Daniel to teach her some japanese word like (Konnichiwa or Samu desu, arigato, simple words you know), she’d be so proud to show him and he’d be really touched and smiling his tight-lipped smile and warmth in his gaze.
Sam helping Mr Miyagi to cook whenever he cooks a dish from Okinawa or from Japan. Sam being the best sous-chef anybody could hope for and being really focused and intense on the tasks Miyagi gives her and just him making her feel like a real pro and how he couldn’t have done it without her.
Sam and Anthony making tons of drawings for Mr Miyagi and he keeps them all, hangs them all up in his house
Anthony stopping his cries the second he’s put into Miyagi’s arms.
Mr Miyagi singing traditional songs from Okinawa as lullabies for Sam and Tony.
And his last year when he begins to get weak and can’t move as much as before, Sam always hugging for a bit longer every time. She doesn’t really grasp what really is to come but when Daniel makes him soup when he’s sick or when he comes back from an appointment at the hospital, Sam is always there to help and to bring it to him and make sure he drinks every drop with her little hope that he’ll get better.
When Miyagi dies, she’s as distraught as Daniel. She cries a lot, sometimes at random but she also cries because she sees just how sad her dad is.
That’s about when she stops doing karate altogether because it hurts too much and moves on, meeting Aisha and being passionate about physics with her
She has photographs of her and Miyagi, some with Anthony and Daniel and the whole family. She has them hidden into an old children’s book in her bedroom and there are times when she feels a bit down and she looks at the pictures and although she’s sad and misses Miyagi a lot, she remembers his kind words, his advices and his gentleness and she feels suddenly better and warm, as if Miyagi had just wrapped a blanket around a shoulder and given her some hot chocolate or tea.
Anthony knows about the pictures, found them by accident once when he wanted to read the book (before being introduced to video games) and sometimes, when Sam is not there and he goes in her room and looks at them trying to remember scenes, words, Mr Miyagi’s voice. He can’t, not really, just some faded images and sounds. It makes him sad in a way that he’s the only one that doesn’t really remember Miyagi but still, he feels a sort of comforting feeling whenever he looks at the pictures.
Anyway, just Mr Miyagi loving the hell out of Sam and Anthony and being there for all the LaRussos and being a comforting presence and thought and a positive influence on them
#Cobra Kai#The Karate Kid#headcanons#Cobra Kai headcanons#Sorry it got a bit angsty#but yeah give ALL OF THIS#Mr Miyagi#Samathan LaRusso#Anthony LaRusso#give me more of Anthony please#Daniel LaRusso#Amanda LaRusso#Lucille LaRusso

Reviewing Dramas I Have Watched Part 8
Again, here is my rating system: 1- Did not like, 2- Enjoyed but probably wouldn’t watch again, 3- Enjoyed and would watch some episodes again/may watch again, 4- Enjoyed and would watch again, 5- Loved
Korean Drama
My Strange Hero: 4
Trigger Warning: Suicide, Bullying, Verbal and Emotional Abuse
My Strange Hero is about a man named Bok-su (which stands for revenge), who was falsely accused by his friend and girl friend of shoving his friend off the school roof and expelled from high school. Now nine years later, he gets the opportunity to return to school but he isn’t just going to go back nicely, seeing the seemingly cozy lives those who betrayed him are living he decides to enact his revenge by proving how corrupt the high school and the people working in it are. However, his plans for revenge get more difficult to achieve when he begins to fall for his ex-girlfriend once again.
This show was cute and interesting, it made me mad and lot and Yoo Seung-ho never disappoints. I ended up watching it in less than a week with studying and all so it draws you in really fast. I absolutely loved the realistic factor of not having to forgive everyone for a good ending and to move on. Many shows, kdrama or otherwise, make characters forgive even those who did horrible things to them just for a good ending, and it’s not always that simple nor do you owe those who did horrible things to you an apology to be a good person and move on looking at you Missing Nine. However my main complaint with it is that the ending isn’t as impactful or satisfying as the ending three episodes previous. I’m glad they had the three ending episodes because the other characters got more closure, I just wish they would have made it as impactful as the ending of episode 29. It is about thirty minutes an episode so it’s a really fun and interesting watch if you need something on the shorter side. I highly recommend!
Love Alarm (Season 1): 3
Trigger Warning: Bullying, Suicide, PTSD, Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Abuse
Love Alarm deals with the concept of having an app that can read your emotions and alerts your phone when you are in 10 meters of someone who loves you or alerts your crushes phone if they are within the 10 meters. It follows Jojo, a girl with a mysterious and sad past, who can’t download Love Alarm because of her phone. She is in an unhappy relationship and begins to have feelings for the new student. After being kind to a student, he gives her the phone and she can finally download it only to find that love is a lot more complicated than she originally expected.
Okay, I started this show because the new season was coming out and everyone was freaking out about it. I had been avoiding it all this time because I love Song Kang and have been following his work since his smaller roles, hoping he would get bigger roles. I was so excited when I first heard he would be the main here but couldn’t ever bring myself to watch it cause I don’t like romance love triangles and already knew he was playing the webtoon second lead which made it worse. Plus I have a trauma with anything that has Kim So-Hyun in it. I adore her acting, she is so good, too good. She just always plays in really sad, dark Kdramas and I always like the second leads in her shows so I just get sad and angry when I watch her shows. I at the time just didn’t feel like dealing with being annoyed and finally got in the mood to watch a cheesy love triangle romance. *spoiler alert* I can confidentially say that while no character and no ship is necessarily healthy, I do prefer Sun-ho to Hye-yeong. No, not because he is played by Song Kang, in the first few episodes I hated his character. I wanted to punch him so badly, but with all his immature flaws he did do some mature things. He told Hye-yeong to not fight over Jojo and to let her pick which I loved because, shows like to have the two people fight amongst themselves who gets the crush and that’s so stupid to me, Jojo is a person with feelings too and she might not like either so I loved that he said that. I also loved that instead of telling Hye-yeong not to pursue Jojo because he still loved her, he told Jojo to stay away from Hye-yeong so that he wouldn’t be hurt by her like Sun-ho was. He still loved her but his friend came first, and I felt horrible when he lost almost everyone who genuinely loved him. Hye-yeong is okay, but he isn’t even a healthier option, he literally stalks her all the time without her even knowing about it, he memorized her daily routine, where he’s going to college so he could move there to be around her, it’s just too creepy to me. Yes, Sun-oh stalked her too and that is not okay at all, but he made his presence known so that she can voice if she was uncomfortable or knew to call someone if she felt threatened, Hye-yeong sneaks around and doesn’t even talk to her and that’s super creepy to me. I just think they are both immature and personally with some growth I think Sun-oh is more fitting than Hye-yeong cause the two really do seem like they are in love with each other while Jojo and Hye-yeong seem like a crush that will turn out to be more platonic. I know it’s wishful thinking but that’s just my hopes. *spoiler over* I did really love this show actually, sometimes you just need a trashy dramatic romance. Yes, it had toxic behaviors but I still liked it, it felt like a realistic teenage couple in high school (minus Mr. Stalkery Stalks.) I think that not everything has to be analyzed, I enjoyed the cute romantic scenes at face value, even though I knew they weren’t healthy. If it happened to me in real life, I would have punched a bitch but it’s fun to watch on a screen.
Blood: 2
Trigger Warnings: Blood, Suicide, Terminal illness, Murder, Abuse.
Blood is about a surgeon who is also a vampire. He tries to control his vampire self and help humans while working on a way to make himself human. When he transfers to a new hospital things take a turn for the weird as the patients of the new ward start exhibiting symptoms he is all too familiar with.
Blood was really good for the first two thirds of the series. I watched it before I found out about the main couples real life situation but continued to enjoy it because it’s none of my business what they do in their personal lives (so please don’t message or leave comments about that situation or your opinions on it.) Both couples were super cute and there were some plot twists that admittedly got me. I liked the story line and the idea that vampires were viruses that doctors were researching in secret. I really got hooked for most of the story; however, the last few episodes felt almost like they switched writers and the new writer had never watched the previous episodes. Comments were made that never were brought up again, like the thirty minutes of vaguely discussing his parents and who he was as an infectee that was never even slightly brushed upon for the rest of the episodes let alone resolved. Not to mention that last episode was a total mess and the ending sucked. The last two episodes are not canon in my mind that’s how weirdly out of place for the show they felt, it was like a 180. The ending was so confusing and I just really hated how it all played out. Because of this, I give the show a 2 cause I did enjoy it a lot but I won’t watch it again. Once of that was enough.
Legend Hero: 4
Legend Hero, also known as Legend Hero Samgugjeon or Legends Heroes the Three Kingdoms, is about people who compete in a dream battle to acquire their ultimate dream. The main character acquired three spirit helpers which help him in combat by transforming him into an armored knight with special power, and later befriends angels who help him in the battles by boosting this power. He has to fight friend and foe alike to achieve his ultimate dream but that begs the question, is a dream really worth it?
I really enjoyed this show, it was admittedly difficult to get into at first but once I did, I was hooked. The characters were so cute and endearing, the plot had humor, angst, and fluff alike. The acting was a little silly at points but it was made for kids so it’s a little overdramatic. It was all around a very entertaining watch, I watched the whole series while on vacation during the resting hours when my family and I were lazing around the hotel and it was such a refreshing, happy, lazy watch. I highly recommend for those who enjoy a happy watch when they just wish to relax.
Web-Drama/Mini-Series
Power Rangers Dino Force Brave: 4
Power Rangers Dino Force Brave, while technically a sequel to the super sentai series, is a original stand alone production and sSouth Korean take on the power rangers series. While the power rangers finally enjoy the peace that had come to the earth, a new threat is brewing. The Neo-Deboth Army has arrived looking for the power of the dinosaur king, the power ranger once more have to come together to defeat this threat.
This show was super interesting and cute. I have never seen any of the power ranger series so I am entirely inexperienced when it comes to their world. However, I can confidentially say this is a good stand alone as I was not confused while watching it. The first episode got recommended to me on youtube and since I was bored and unsure of what to do, I decided to watch it. I believe I finished the whole series in only a few days. It was super cute and I liked how ironic and silly the ending was with all the characters, including the evil ones dancing together. I’m sure die hard power rangers fans hated that but as someone who knows nothing about the series, I found it quite hilarious. The plot itself was entertaining and cool, it had some angst moments and some cute moments. I loved the ending, but that’s all I will say about that.
Founder of Diabolism Q: 3
Founder of Diabolism Q is simply snippets of cute or funny scenes from the book that didn’t make it into the series or at least not in as much detail. It follows many characters in small, five minute long episodes and the shenanigans they get in to.
Founder of Diabolism Q was super cute! I have watched The Untamed and read some of the book but haven’t watch the actual anime yet. Still, I decided to watch this short series. I watched each episode as it came out and loved every one. There isn’t much to say on it though, other than it was super cute and if you love The Untamed or its adaptions, I highly recommend. Just make sure you watch or read one of the full adaptions first otherwise you will be very confused.
Imaginary Cat: 4
Trigger Warning: Depression, Suicide, Vomit, Illness, Death
Imaginary Cat is about an aspiring webtoon artist who, after loosing his crush and falling into a depression, finds a cat in an alley and takes her in. He is able to recover from the loss and get back into writing when he meets a girl who is obsessed with cats especially after she lost her kitten as a child. He is just trying to get his webtoon accepted and she just wants to get close to him and his cat.
This was such a cute little easy watch, but was really sad at some points throughout the series. I teared up through some scenes and laughed so hard through others. I also related a lot to how the main plays with his cat, especially when said cat wants none of it. It was a really nice mini-drama to watch in the very little time I had between studying and moving house. I thoroughly enjoyed it and would highly recommend to those who want a easy watch that’s a little sad and very cute.
Korean Movies
The Magician: 4
Trigger Warning: Blood, Abuse, Drugs, Suicide Attempt, Murder, Death
The Magician is set in the Joseon Era and follows the famous magician, Hwan-hee. He along with his blind friend Bo-eum ran away from their abusive caretaker as children and are still worrying about being found by him even to this day as they perform to keep their livelihoods. Meanwhile a noble lady who was sold to the Qing dynasty comes to town. The two end up running into each other and quickly fall in love, however they both have to overcome the obstacles in their way in order to be together.
I loved this movie, I had to pause a few times just to process how much I personally enjoyed it. I wish I was able to watch it in a better quality because I never once saw how his one eye was blue, I just took their word and the movie poster for it. Unfortunately, it was the only place I could find to watch so I took what I could. The only reason I am giving it a four instead of a five is the ending sucked. I hated the ending. It just felt unnecessary and honestly really pissed me off. I don’t always need a happy ending but I also didn’t need that kind of ending either. I would still recommend it to those who like angst with some romance and a open-ish ending.
Seondal The Man Who Sells the River: 5
Trigger Warnings: Blood, Death, Vomit, Gore
Seondal is supposedly a comedy about a group of swindlers who become fast family after escaping from a war they were drafted in. They work together to swindle their way into riches and out of dangerous situations. They gained a huge name in the Joseon dynasty for even swindling the king. However, after tragedy strikes, they decide to do their greatest job yet, sell a river of fake gold.
The movie was really good, both funny and heartbreaking. My friend and I watched it together thinking it would be a nice comedy after we watched some sad kdrama earlier that week however, it was most certainly not. We both ended up crying and raging. So just be warned it claims to be a comedy and it is hilarious for the first half of the movie, however it quickly turns dark so fast you are just sitting their in shock wondering what happened. I thought Xiumin’s acting was great and his character was adorable. I had not seen his acting before and he easily became a favorite. The movie’s plot and writing kept you engaged and entertained throughout and the ending was great in my opinion. Overall it was a really good watch, I have seen it twice now and thoroughly enjoyed it. I highly recommend to those who enjoy both comedy and angst.

FairyTailWzard’s New Annual tradition!
2020’s Top 10 List Part One!
So here’s a list that no one asked for of the top 10 anime series I watched this year. I wanted to put this in no particular order but I figured I might as well. I’ll also be doing my top 10 fanfics from this year and my top 10 books I read this year so stay tuned for parts 2 and 3!
10.) RWBY
Uuuggghhh I really didn’t wanna put this on here… but I really didn’t watch much this year so I had to I guess :(((
I’m really not liking this right now… if my blog wasn’t sort of popular because of my rwby oneshots I’d consider just dropping the anime all together….
(I’m seriously debating on whether to watch the new season or not)
Honestly, the only thing bringing me back is my unhealthy love for Ozpin, Torchwick, and Ironwood.
Honestly, I’d give this show about a 3 or 4/10…
I used to love it so much but I think the quality of writing is going down and the show is trying to be too many things at once that I’m just losing interest.
9.) My Hero Academia
Why is this so low you may ask? Well, cause I think my main hype coming from this is the manga.
Yes I love the show, the animation studio is freaking amazing and the quality of animation never ceases to amaze me. But I love the manga a bit more.
This will probably jump up in rating around season 5 or 6 but for right now I’ll leave it in the 9th spot :)
8.) Sirius the Jaeger
Oh my GOSH, I want a second season so bad. One of my favorite OC’s I’ve ever made was for this anime (it’s Idris Tana btw) and I actually commissioned artwork for her recently and it’s SO PRETTY.
Anyway getting off-topic, the animation of this show and again with the dark and grittiness of it is what drew me in.
Actually, my late grandma and also my great aunt tagged me in a Facebook post with the trailer when it first came out cause they saw vampires and thought I would like it and that's what got me into this show in the first place.
So thank you grandma and auntie!
But I absolutely adore the soundtrack, the mix of orchestral pieces mixed with the more electro-kinda-vibes is my life (seriously go listen to “The Beginning of the Hunting” it changed my life, as an orchestra and cello geek it made my heart so happy)
7.) Tokyo Ghoul season 1-3
Ok, I’m currently reading the manga after I’ve seen the anime and lemme tell you I wish they didn’t censor the anime so much.
I can’t even find an uncensored version anymore and it makes me so upset.
The darkness and goriness of the manga is what appealed to me in the first place (yes I get weird looks for it, no I will not change my mind)
Kaneki is my CHILD and he CANNOT do any wrong. I don’t care who you are I love him
6.) Ajin: Demi-Human
Uuuggghhh to be honest the anime is kinda meh but my love for the manga is so great I am legally obligated to put this here.
Don’t get me wrong, the animation and soundtrack for this show is phenomenal and I think they got Satou down pat.
But they did dumb down and cut out a lot of interesting scenes. Scenes like how Satou takes down some of his opponents (which I can see why... many American viewers would most likely get offended by it… you manga readers know what scene i mean)
Nagai Kei turns into a bit of a whiny character instead of the smart but exasperated teenager I know and love in the manga is the anime version of Kei going to bite off his own fingers in order to climb a wall into a military base?? Definitely not. Would manga-Kei do that? Well, he already did… so... yes..,
Nakano Kou is still kind of funny but he is so much more fascinating in the manga (his backstory breaks my heart).
5.) Bungou Stray Dogs
Another new one that I was actually recommended by my friend @bright-like-the-sun-00 :) I ended up watching it originally in dub but then went back and rewatched it in sub because I love my children so much.
Chuuya is my bean and I love my OC that I created Charlie Dickens :)
(if you guys could go read her story I’d be eternally grateful).
Anyway!
This show has a fantastic cast in both Japanese and English and the music score is one of my favorites. The characters are so wonderfully hilarious and interesting and fhajxbqbaka I love this show okay??
4.) Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba
I actually put this off for YEARS because my oldest step-brother kept saying I should watch it. At this point, I was refusing out of spite cause I’m petty like that. But I finally started watching and-
HOLY-
GUYS
I have never gotten so attached to a character (cough cough Giyuu) so quickly.
I have been listening to Gurenge and Kamado Tanjiro no Uta on repeat for literal weeks now and I still grin like an idiot when listening to them. I also have a potential OC/crossover coming out soon sooooo…. stay tuned??
I also broke my sister cause I showed her a post that said national donut day and had a picture of Rengoku on it… I didn’t understand it until she explained it to me and now I cackle every time I think about it.
3.) Jujutsu Kaisen
@plusultranerd got me into this blame her for the future spamming of your dashboards
GUYS GOJO SATORU IS MY LIFE NO QUESTIONS ASKED
He could literally murder me and I’d thank him. He is the prettiest anime character I have EVER SEEN and I love him so much.
Anyway anime. The show got my attention from the get-go. Itadori is such a fun main character and Megumi is me cause you know dogs.
I think I saw an ad for it and since I have Crunchyroll I figured why not and fell in love with it
AND THE ENDING SONG
BEST ENDING EVER YOU CANNOT CHANGE MY MIND
I put it on sometimes so me and my sister just start jamming out to it and we get the stupidest looks and it is amazing
2.) Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood
Another anime that I will rewatch over and over again until literally the end of time. Also, another series that I’ve already read/or am reading the manga.
Alphonse Eric is my cinnamon roll you can pry him from my cold dead hands.
I have cold hands and no heart by holy heck my BOY
I actually am buying the special edition hardback manga covers that are coming out and I LOVE THEM
THEY ARE SO PRETTY
Am I talking about the characters or the manga?
My answer is yes
Anyway, all of the characters in this are so wonderfully complex and have motivations and i fall in love with 99% of the characters (except for Shou Tucker, I even like Father actually)
1.) Death Parade
This has got to be one of my top favorite anime of ALL TIME.
I rewatched it early this year and this is one of the very few anime that will get me to cry and this makes me cry every freaking time.
The music is stunning, the animation is magnificent.
For being based on an animated short film, this has such potential for a second season and such a complex storyline was packed into 12 episodes.
I will forever recommend this anime to literally anyone who is looking for something new to watch.
I’m also noticing I have a thing for white-haired male anime characters with really pretty eyes….. Kaneki… Gojo… Decim...
Honorable mentions!
Darker than Black
I didn’t rewatch the whole thing this year but this anime is literally my life. Hei is such a bean and I love him.
Hunter x Hunter
Another anime i didn't rewatch completely but still adore :) I heard they’re continuing it and I’m excited for the dark continent arc!
Dororo
Technically i watched this late 2019 but whatever; I do what I want. The animation was absolutely gorgeous and I loved the gritty darkness of it. Mio will forever be my favorite character; you cannot change my mind. Some parts I did find a bit boring but overall I’d rate this a solid 6/10!
The Devil is a Part-Timer!
I rewatched parts of it and not the whole thing, I also have the first two volumes of the light novels and I forget how funny it is until I actually watch it. It has me laughing every time and never fails to put a smile on my face :)

Reacting To: Kipo and the Age of Wonderbeasts (Season 3 Episode 5)
Episode Title: Song ReMix
Spoiler Warning: Kindly proceed if you’ve already seen the episode or are able to handle spoilers
1. It’s time for a flashback! We trace back to the time when Dr. Emilia still had control over Song as the Mega Monkey. She tells Song to go after Kipo in the burrow and kill her, which we already know in Season 1 that Kipo managed to escape. The pheromones Emilia took from Scarlemagne are controlling Song but at least she is still somewhat aware of what she’s being forced to do.
Yasss....a second Troyson kiss! I didn’t expect that <3
2. Kipo, Lio, Dave, Benson, Wolf and now a regular kitty cat, Yumyan return to Timbercat Village. Troy, Asher, Dahlia and Song all happily greet them back but unfortunately, Kipo needs to break it to them and the rest of the mutes that Yumyan has been “cured”.
Well, at least he’s not dead.....
3. Hence, a ceremony takes place for Yumyan for him to get inducted into the Great Hall of Axe Lords, whatever that is lol. The rest of the mutes are sad about what happened to Yumyan but they’re also freaking out about the same thing possibly happening to them.
4. All hope isn’t lost though because Lio is confident that he will be able to make a vaccine to reverse the effects of the cure but he will need Song’s help and it so happens that he had stolen a cure dart from Emilia in the last episode.
ROFL! He didn’t know?
5. He administers the cure on Song and despite the initial shock, she finally reverts back to her human self! And cue the waterworks. As expected, she finds difficulty speaking since she’s been a mute for over 13 years but I’m pretty sure she will be speaking properly in no time. I’m pretty psyched to see the role Song is going to play for the rest of the season; It would be fitting if she or Scarlemagne were the ones to take Emilia down.
Round 2 of the waterworks: Lio gets in on the hug too.
Family group hug!
6. Wow, it didn’t take her any time to start speaking normally again. Anyways, Song advises them that they should start working on the vaccine pronto. Meanwhile, we see Dr. Emilia setting Margot and her brother free from their restraints only to shoot them with the cure darts whilst they were running away. She’s such a bi**h lol but a great villain I will admit.
7. Song is trying hard to remember the genetic composition of the cure she developed but it’s been ages ago. So, she’s forgetting a lot of the details. I wonder if they can get her research journal back for her. I don’t think the pages are completely obliterated, right?
8. Song feels the pressure to develop the vaccine and it’s really unfair to put all of that on her so quickly. I’m glad Kipo recognizes this. All of a sudden, the Humming Bombers show up at the village warning them that Emilia is on her way with her army. They also announce that they’re joining HMUFA too; Their abilities and nectar bombs should definitely come in handy for the alliance.
9. They need to come up with a plan quickly. Thanks to Dave, Kipo suggests to everyone to build a wall of protection that would scare away the humans. The mutes try to give their suggestions. One of the said that diversity would scare the humans away LOL. Now that’s funny.
10. Benson suggests Death Ivy, which is pretty much explained by what it’s called. Amy adds that the Dubstep Bees would be able to help them build the wall since they’re immune to it. So the plan now is for Kipo and Wolf to try to get the bees to help them, giving Song enough time to work on the vaccine. But Song is still experiencing a mental block. So, Kipo also asks her and her dad, Lio to join her and Wolf as well.
I didn’t know that saying “Ming, ming, ming” would pull cats in towards you.
11. On the other end, Dave and Benson need to find out where Yumyan is since they left him in a kitchen with a giant hole in it. Ugh, those two lol.
Don’t mess with Kipo’s mom!
12. As they make their way to talk to the Dubstep Bees, they are stopped by the Scooter Skunks because won’t allow them to cross their territory unless they race them. Song accepts the challenge partly because she wants to look cool in front of Kipo but.....she flops. The skunks make fun of her, which angers Kipo and she goes full-on Mega Jaguar to chase them away. I’m not one for intimidation but I’m glad Kipo did it this time.
Side note: I feel bad for Wolf because she’s never had cake!
13. We should now dub the scenes with Dave and Benson as their own comedy show because these two together are just so hilarious. It’s funny how they were low-key debating on the importance of human lives vs bug lives. But the jokes on me because Dave doesn’t seem to value bug lives himself. Exactly, Benson. What?!
It’s the queen dubstep-bee
14. Song says she knows how to talk to the bees in their language but Kipo accidentally interrupts her plan, which in turn insulted their queen bee who actually proceeds to sting Kipo and she starts dancing unintentionally, which is known as dance fever. What a pun.
Cats just can’t resist boxes, huh? Even if they’re drawn. There’s too many cat puns in this episode and I’m all here for it!
I never thought I would see a dancing Mega Jaguar Kipo.
15. Song continues talking to the bees and fortunately, what she said somehow manages to convince the queen to give them Kipo back IF they impress her with their dancing. I’m sorry but this is getting a little too corny for me lol. But I’m definitely digging the background music:
And Wolf dancing is a vision
Yumyan has returned! He’s been in the kitchen the entire time. I have no words.
16. They’re all still dancing. The bees are starting to lose interest lol. I can see why. Song then tries to reason with the Queen by telling her that she has had it rough for the past 13 years and she really wants her to forgive Kipo because she’s her one and only daughter. Basically, she’s playing her sympathy card. And of course it works! These episodes are never going to be direct haha. Kipo has finally recovered from her dance fever and they manage to convince them to build the wall for them.
Aww Yumyan still remembers his pet flea, Pierre!
The dynamic between Wolf and Lio has been pure awesomeness throughout the entirety of this episode.
17. Song expresses to Kipo that she feels like she needs to overcompensate in doing things for her daughter since she cannot protect her as the Mega Monkey anymore. But Kipo tells her that she has helped her plenty just by being her mom. Plus, she was the one who convinced the bees to build the Death Ivy wall.
18. The episode ends with Emilia and her human army, making their way towards the village. Well, that’s the end of my review of episode 5. Stay tuned tomorrow for my review of episode 6. Thanks for reading everybody!

THE POST FINALE HENRY DANGER OPINIONS TAG:
Hey party people! Sorry I’ve been a bit out of the loop. Due to what’s going on in the world, adulting sorta got in the way and I have to DVR the final episode. No one tagged me, but I just wanted to add my two cents since this is officially the end and this is a really cute tag.
1. Who was your overall favorite member of Team Danger and why?
Charlotte hands down. She was brilliant, sassy and just a great friend to Henry no matter what. She’s one of the main reasons why I decided to tune into the show. I saw a lot of myself in her. I was once that little smart black girl that no one listened too. But it’s okay though, but that GLOW UP is real! I know from experience lol.
2. Who was your favorite non-team danger character and why?
Y'all know I love Fran the security guard. She should’ve gotten more air time. I just think she’s hilarious! I’d loved to see her try to wrestle a dolphin any day!
3. Who was your favorite villain and why?
Dr. Minyak & Nurse Cohort. I just gotta respect his hustle. Other than Rex and Rick Twitler, I feel like he’s the only everyday villain who always came close to defeating Captain Man & Kid Danger. He always had unique plans; from capturing and brain-altering Charlotte to taking Piper and the man fan hostage, he was always creative. Plus I love his little temper tantrums he sometimes throws.
4. What were your top five favorite Henry Danger episodes of all time and why?
1) All time Fav would go to The Great Cactus Con. From the dopeyness of how everyone can do a backflip instead of Ray. How Charlotte gets to show off her fashion design skills. How Piper unofficially works with Team Danger. Plus I love the cute romantic bit between Jasper and Patina. 2) Rumblr- That whole episode was just comedy gold for me. They should’ve brought Kyle back for the finale and had him show up at kid danger’s funeral 3) I dream of Danger - Its Char’s episode. I like how it alluded to Charlotte’s dream might come true but it doesn’t. However, I don’t like how they just moved on like the episode never happened even when Jasper thinks that char likes him. 4) Flabber Gassed- I love that char got to show off her fighting skills and how happy Jasper was to be a superhero. 5) Holey Moley- I straight up die for laughter every time I see that episode. I love how Henry kept saying, “oh look, a downside.” I feel like that episode would have been a sketch on All That or the Amanda Show. It just felt like good ole Nickelodeon comedy.
5. What were your top five least favorite Henry Danger episodes of all time and why?
1) Henry’s Birthday- Call me a diva, but if anyone treated me like that on my birthday, the party is OVER! 2) Captain Makini (I think that's what it’s called). Sorry, I'm not really a fan of Frankie Grande and though he was great for the musical, I really don’t think he needed a second episode. 3) Meet Cute Crush- I’m sorry, anything involving Piper is just physical and emotionally draining. All that girl does is yell. Thank u, next. 4) Sick & Wired- Because I got sick and tired of Ray’s shenanigans. 5) JAM Session- Now Piper isn’t my favorite character, but how that girl was manipulated all over a bet was just stupid and disrespectful.
6. What was your favorite running gag and why?
1) Fran’s line, “There’s only one in the whole world, and we got it!” Swellview must be a fun, mysterious place that always gets amazing things lol. 2) When everyone says “Click” before hanging up their phone. I find it funny because I’m pretty sure the kids had never owned a flip phone in their lives.
7. What was your favorite one-off throw away gag and why?
When shwoz referenced his song from the musical when he said, “Science, science, science, I’ve said this already.” I think he said this in Theranos boot. And also the grammar fights and how grammar rules don’t apply to Charlotte lol.
8. What episode, which character and which duo made you laugh the most?
I think Holey Moley & Rumblr both made me laugh the most. Those were great episodes. Jasper would have to be the funniest. That boy says the darndest things lol. Hensper. Because of how Henry loved Jasper’s mustache and wanted to get one too. And when Jasper and Henry were both “Dude. Bro. Dude. Bro. DUDE!” Over the Patina situation and Charlotte had to break them up.
9. What episode, which character and which duo made you the most emotional?
I think it was Second episode of the finale episodes, when Henry was freaking out at the end because he was alone and Rex had sent Ray A Million and one years into the past. The fact that he literally had to think like all of his friends because obviously that’s what he was used to, everyone being there to help figure out a plan and keep swellview safe. And the fact that for that moment he was kid danger and all alone was really scary for him.
10. How would you rank each season from 1 to 5, one being the best and five being the worst?
I would rank season 5 as 1. It overall had great episodes and delved into different genres and fun tv and movie tropes. It made it a joy to watch, though some episodes leading towards the end didn’t quite catch me. Season 4 would be like a high 4 but not exactly a 5. Season 3 was sorta Meh to me. So maybe a #. Season 2 would be a 4 and season 1 would be like a 4 because it was a the beginning to a great show and was still working out the kinks a bit.
11. Who was your favorite duo in the show (romantic or non-romantic)?
Chenry 100%. The friendship that those two have is great! Now I must say, I hate that Nick was still posting about them on their youtube page for clout knowing that it wasn’t gonna happen. I felt like they did that just so people would watch the final episodes. I was gonna watch regardless, but really Nick? Really?
12. What was your favorite Henry and Ray moment/episode?
The bro song! Plus I love that it kept getting referenced after the musical as well.
13. What was your favorite Chenry moment/episode?
When Char was controlling Henry in flabber gassed, she made him jump up and down while clapping! I love that even shwoz joined in too lol. And when Henry was concerned about her after she ate bad meat from the auto snacker.
14. What was your favorite Hensper moment/episode?
The mustache scene from Grand Theft Otto, “dude if I had one, I’d be Man Danger!”
15. What was your favorite Chensper moment/episode?
This also kinda includes Ray but when they were all stealing Joss Ross’s gift from her birthday party and they were just casually leaving. And how Jasper kept saying, “It’s not stealing if it’s from a criminal.” Plus I like the episode when Hen and Char have to pretend to date just to see if Jasper would keep their secret. The boy poured a whole bowl of pees down his shirt lmaoooo!!
16. If you could go back and change one element of the show, what would it be?
Have Ray grow up and stop fawning over Henry’s mom. It was just plain creepy! Oh and put some respect on my girl Charlotte’s name.
17. If you could say one thing to each main character in the pilot, what would it be?
Life isn’t always about one day getting a statue, (I’m looking at YOU Captain Man). Crime-fighting is fun and being a sidekick could literally every kid’s dream. But don’t forget to be a kid. Hangout with your friends, go to school, go on dates. Do the whole growing up thing. But at the end of the day, you have to do what’s best for you.
18. If you could say one thing to each main character in the finale, what would it be?
Thank you for sharing your lives with me and I am so so sooo proud of you all!
19. Were you satisfied with the finale? What part was your favorite and what part was your least favorite?
Honestly, I think it was okay for what it was. My fav part was when Jasper literally had to carry Char out of the mancave because she refused to leave Henry behind. I love that they decided to stick together. They did leave a lot of storylines open. I thought Joss Moss would be revealed as the real Mob boss. I thought Rick Twitler would regain his memory. Where the heck is Gooch? Caitlin? Chenry (for obvious reasons). I'm just spitballing here. Was it good? Yes. could it have been better? Hell yes.
20. What would your ideal Henry danger spin off look like?
Charlotte and Henry have powers and Jasper can fight! Dystopia. That was the spin-off that I wanted! I don’t really care about the new kids as much. They’re college-aged too? Just imagine the shenanigans they would get into! But we need to kick the Charlotte hating writer off the staff though. Can The CW pick this show up?
21. Where do you personally see the characters 10 years from now? What are they doing, who are they with, where are they in their lives - what do you think happened to them? Most importantly, are they happy?
I honestly haven’t thought about it. But I believe no matter what they do or where they may end up, they will be happy. They’ll probably always be a team.
22. What was your favorite part of the show and why did it initially draw you in?
It became an escape from my normal adult life. (I’m saying like I’m old. I’m only 23.) I randomly flipped it on one day, I can't remember what episode it was, but from then on, I was hooked. I used to watch it a while back, but I fell off, but at that moment on time, it was easy for me to fall right back into it.
23. What was your favourite part of the fandom and why did it initially draw you in?
The friends I’ve made, the people have met! They are the best out of all the fandoms I’m a part of. I’ve been on tumblr for years and never had I have a group of people be so nice, supportive and just incorporate me into things. I love you guys so much!
24. Describe your overall emotions/feelings regarding the show being over and the show in general, looking back on it as a whole, with one quote from the show.
It’s a bittersweet feeling. I hate to see it go. But all good things must come to an end. But I guess there’s nothing better to say than, “Feels Good.”
25. If you were able to add one scene in the finale, what would you add?
I don’t know honestly. Maybe we could have seen him reunite with his friends and family. Especially Charlotte and Jasper, Afterall, they probably thought that their best friend was dead for all they knew.
26. Favorite outfit/hair style?
Charlotte’s Date outfit with Jack Swagger. Sis was rockin that romper. Also when Jasper and Charlotte were helper bunnies! Those outfits were hilarious and cute.
27.Least favorite character?
I'm sorry but Piper. She was worse than the whole annoying little sister trope. I swear all ash did was yell through most of the seasons and then they gave this chick a driver’s license, I mean what?? Plus i think her reaction to finding out Henry was kid danger was better in Broken Armed and Dangerous, than in twisted sister.
28. What is question you would like to ask the writers/ producers?
Im tagging @adorkable-blackgirl @chenoahchantel
