book one atlas constantly talking about his little brother, making references to him and pointing out books and trinkets he'd think he'd like. the reader starts to get a feel of how loved this little boy is, and it's atlas who's constantly shown as someone warm and good with kids, so they must have such a sweet relationship!! and then they get to morielle. and mordred is introduced as someone not bothering to leave his lessons to greet his brother. and atlas acts like it's fine. and mordred appears later and it's stiff and they act like strangers and atlas is...as cold as atlas can be. it's uncomfortable. mordred looks at atlas like he's waiting for something but doesn't expect it to happen and atlas is looking at mordred like they've never spoken before.

ABFD: Gets cold, minds it -> wears bomber jackets and parkas (fingerless gloves)

Uriel: Doesn't get cold, doesn't mind it -> wears whatever looks cute; fur-lined crop jackets, makes people feels cold just looking at her (Cute gloves!)

SWK: Gets cold, doesn't mind -> Wears really big floofy jackets, not the long kind, just fluffy as hell. Turtlenecks are irritating (no gloves)

SP: Doesn't get cold, doesn't mind -> Wears long coats and the like (more form fitting); if it has fur, it's itchy, so no floofy outerwear (Usual black gloves)

Onto them in the summer, ft a pool party

SP plucking ABFD out of the pool: if you drown one more time you're going to sit with me at the chairs
