AN: Wrote a little kinda neutral scene. Just some general lore with a side of the card game BS (BullShit), a bluffing game I quite enjoy playing.

As the day went by, Orim and I eventually convinced Nova to go take a nap. He desprately needed it, but his anxiety surrounding Orim has become somewhat unhealthy.

Nova is extremely protective, but he'll bring himself harm in the process. Whether it be staying up all night to ensure the safety of another or fighting a dog to protect me. The latter of which he still has countless scars from.

Orim tried talking to him about it, but it only ended in Nova blaming himself even more. He's always careful for them, fearful of the next self destructing act Nova may complete.

"Harleeeeyyyyyy" Orim waves a hand in front of my face until I jump back to reality, "You keep zoning out. You okay?"

"Sorry sorry, who's turn is it?" I pick up my cards and try to mask my embarrassment as I look between Aspen and Orim.

The former smiles gently at me, "It's your turn, I just played a four."

I placed down my cards, "Two fives."

My eyes immediately lock onto Orim's as I look up. He's inspecting my expression, either trying to guess if I'm bluffing or finding the answer to the question I now realize I didn't answer. But, I am quickly spared due to it being his turn.

"One six." He placed down the card, voice scary neutral, as it always is when it comes to playing this particular game.

I look down at my hand, then back at him, "You sure that's a six?"

Orim smiles innocently, "I'm not sure, maybe you could check."

I looked between the card and his smug face, knowing his tactics in this game and still struggling to beat him every time, "I'm calling it." I reach out, flipping over the card to reveal a five of hearts.

Orim's smirk fades as he pulls the entire pile of cards towards himself, "I would have won next turn too."

Aspen laughs a bit, "Looks like I might have an opportunity to win against you two." He pulls out a card and plays it, "One seven."

Trusting this, I place my own cards, "Two eights."

But as I turn to Orim, I notice a different look in his eyes. He's stopped moving completely, the cards he was holding with his bad arm now sitting in his lap. Blinking slowly, he mutters something incomprehensible, head bowing.

Understanding what's going on, I put down my cards and move to his side immediately. I've helped him through a number of fainting episodes, so this wasn't fully unfamiliar to me.

As Orim goes limp, leaning heavily to one side, I hold him steady. His body mass is not much more than my own, making my job a decent bit easier.

Aspen was now standing, genuinely scared, "Is he okay?"

"Yeah. He faints pretty regularly. It's been getting worse recently, but this isn't new. He'll be back in less than a minute." I look up at the adult, my words not quite reassuring him.

"This is normal?" Aspen is deeply concerned, his tone full of worry,

"Yes." I respond, allowing Orim to lean on me while I pick up his cards, making a point not to look at them.

Aspen simply watches, eventually finding himself back in his chair. But I can tell this event has made him realize a few things about Orim and myself.

After I finish putting his cards back, Orim stirs, putting a hand on the table as he regains balance, "Sorry. That one surprised me."

"You're all good. When you're ready you can sort your cards and get back by playing nines."

YESS!! YESSSS!!! I legit had a dream about this situation with remy the day before you sent me this ask and I was cackling in joy when I saw this! I basically hyperfixated on it because I love this trope.

TWS: sexual themes n shit, no explicit smut. As always, reader written while picturing fem! but no specific pronouns mentioned. Semi-public making out and touching. Nipples be touched but size and type of breast not mentioned.

-Ps- reader can see heat signatures for plot purposes. I usually try to keep powers ambiguous but it was a NEED!

"In here, quick!" Remy's thick draw catches your attention, just before he yanks you into an alley. The two of you were in New Orleans, looking for a specific mutant Xavier wanted to talk to. The only downside was that Remy still had a warrant out for his arrest, and wanted posters plastered all over the city from bourbon Street to the garden district.

"Don't worry Cher. You said. NOPD 'dumber than a sack of rocks, you said!" You gripe at him. Remy laughs, tugging you around the corner. The alleyways on Burbon street are mostly private areas, owned and sealed off by the bars that line the storefronts- but Remy knew this city like the back of his hand. However, things had changed since he was here last. That became apperent when the two of you reach the end of the alleyway and there's a brand new brick wall, a dead end.

Remy curses and skids to a stop, causing you to slam into his back. You send him a dirty look as you whip around, eyes adjusting to the brick surroundings. It's hard to make out the figures of the cops through the walls of the busy bar in in front of you, too many people crowding the street for drinks even this late at night. You strain your eyes a bit, but are able to make out the stiff-shouldered men, heat signature slightly elevated from booking it after the two of you. Unfortunately, they're headed towards the mouth of the alleyway.

"Damnit." You mutter, turning back to Remy. He understands what you mean just by looking at your face. He hums, thinking for a moment before he begins to take out a playing card. You grab his arm to stop him, trying to ignore how warm his skin is against your own.

"Don't. The explosion will just lead them to us." You say. Remy nodds, glancing at the corner before suddenly caging you against the wall of the alleyway. You try not to blush as he does so. Remy smirks at you, and you think your heart might just explode. You remind yourself that this is standard Remy behavior, but it doesn't stop your face from heating up. You can only hope it's too dark for him to see you properly.

"Well, there is another way we could fool those pigs." Remy says, quieter than before. You cock an eyebrow at him before looking back over in the direction of the alleyways opening, able to spot the cops as they begin to enter. In your peripheral, you see Remy running his fingers through his hair to flatten it. You open your mouth to ask him what he has in mind, but the sound of footsteps cut you off.

"-Well, if you're going to do something, you better do it quick!" You whisper back at him. Remy pushes you further against the cold brick, his hands drifting down to your waist as he leans over to wisper in your ear.

"Trust me, Cher. I'll take care of you." His words cause goosebumps to rise at the back of your neck, and you hardly have time to react before he's kissing you. Your eyes are blown wide, heart thumping wildly as you start to slowly relax into the kiss.

Unsurprisingly, Remy is a really, really good kisser. It's hard to focus while he's touching you like this, kissing you deeply like he loves you. He nips at your lip, and you gasp, having forgotten about everything else already. His tongue darts into you mouth, caressing the skin he finds there. You let out a small moan as one of his hands drifts lower, caressing your thigh and hiking your leg up just a bit. Your own hands slowly slide up his chest, drifting to his neck.

The heat in your chest is unbearable when Gambit separates from the kiss, a string of spit connecting your mouths before he wipes it away, nothing but affection on his eyes. You're panting for breath while he kisses the corner of your mouth, then your cheek, and then lower. Remy places wet kisses on your neck, sucking and biting as he tries to swallow you whole. You thread your hands through his soft hair as his does so, fully encouraging him to ravage you in whatever way he would like. One of his hands begins to slide under your shirt when a cough startles you out of your heated state.

Your first instinct is to turn towards the noise, but Gambit is quick to cup your cheek and pull you into another heated kiss before your head could move a centimeter. He keeps you occupied as his other hand fully caresses the skin beneath your shirt, squeezing and caressing your chest. You hear another exhausted sigh from the cops. You crack and eye open slightly, knowing they cant see you do so in the dark. One of them begins to raise his voice, but the other smacks him on the shoulder.

"Just another pair of drunks. We've got bigger things to worry about right now." The cop says. You could practically hear the other roll his eyes before they turn to and walk away. Gambit brings your attention back to him and only him when you feel a finger brush lightly against your nipple. You gasp, and Remy chuckles, playfully biting your lip as he pulls away. He's smirking as he looks at you, and you can only imagine what you look like right now.

"Looks like you enjoyed that." He teases, voice low and husky. You can't seem to pull your thought together properly when he's looking at you like that. You nervously look away, hands playing with his collar.

"And if I did?" You ask, glancing back at him to gage his reaction. He looks surprised at first, face morphing into a lovestruck smile before he tries to cover it up with a smirk. Didn't stop you from being able to see the heat rise to his cheeks, however.

"Then gambit thinks we should do this more often."

How did your spideypool meet? Did they start to romantically touchy (like simply holding hands but romantically this time you know lol) before identity reveal? And how identity reveal went? How was Wade's reaction to Pete? Also curious if he ever met Pete before the reveal and what was Peter's reaction. And Peter's reaction to Wade's face (some makes Pete's spider liking Wade's texture skin, some makes him nonchalant, some makes him attracted to Wade's features curious about your Pete's). YEAAAAHHH, LET'S GOOOO. I'll preface this by saying everything ever is subject to change. I'm out of practice, and I have a tendency to round the corners of my writing, so this is all very experimental and fun! Anyways, here we go!!

How did your Spideypool meet?

-Full disclosure, I haven't figured that out quite yet. When I think about these two, I kinda stick within established relationship territory. But! I feel like we can easily assume they had their first meeting when they bother showed to -insert crime circle here- and Peter mistook him for another generic bad guy goon. That is, until Wade opened his big mouth absolutely gushing that

"he LOVES Spider-Man!! Oh my god!!"

That's about as much interaction they get until Wade is webbed upsidedown by his feet dangling from the ceiling.

• Did they start being romantically touchy (like hand-holding) before the identity reveal?

-Definitely flirty, more so on Deadpools part (obviously.) But Peter doesn't want to date or start dating as Spider-Man, he wants to date as Peter... but his relationship with MJ kinda crashed and blew up (their still friends!) so it's a lot of push and pull mentally on Peter's behalf. So it takes a whiiile.

• How did the identity reveal go?

-Deadpool revealing as Wade, great! I mean cmon, everyone knows Deadpool is Wade Wilson - it's practically on his business card. Shocker to noone.

Spider-Man revealing as Peter Parker, that was kind of a thing. I have it planned out so the reveal happens after a very huge fight between Deadpool and Spidey that revolves around putting people on pedestals and differences in social class. The fight itself is kinda huge but the reveal is quiet. I wanna make a more fleshed out version (and everything is subject to change.)

• What was Wade’s reaction to Peter’s identity?

- That is also TBD. I'm stuck between him accepting it with a quiet wonder and a more angsty feeling of betrayal. "Do you not trust me" type of thing, but idk how that would fit into the story.

• Had Wade met Peter before the reveal without realizing it? If so, how did Peter react?

-Yes!! A little. In this universe, Peter is a part time (but somehow still working 40 hours a week) coffee barista! The first time Wade walked in ordering a "large iced latte, with four extra shots of espresso and 3 extra pumps of brown sugar, pretty please." He handled it just fine, it was bound to happen, until Wade asked if there was "anything extra sweet on the menu ;3"

• How did Peter react to Wade’s face/scarring? Was he nonchalant, curious, or even attracted to Wade’s unique features?

-Very curious! He did stare quite a bit and had to apologize a few times but it was kinda fascinating. Peter already knew it was a (in Wade's words) "leather couch fire gone wrong." So he was prepared, you could put it. Sometimes he has the urge to feel them, trace the scars and tumors but he doesn't want to offend Wade so he looks from afar. He doesn't lie to Wade and say "they make you more beautiful 🥺🩷" cause Wade will absolutely not put up with that - so he just says "They're kinda cool. Do they hurt?"

• Does his spider-sense play a role in his comfort or attraction?

Oooooh okay I have ideas. I dunno if his senses play a huge roll, sometimes when he wants to quiet his head, and if Wade's cool with it, he'll run his hand along Wade's scars where he can reach. I've also thought about something something pheromones but I'm not committed to that.

And I want an excuse to talk about this so, Peter's glasses work in reverse. His eyes worked fine before, then after the bite they worked too well, way too well. to the point where he would get constant migranes from having to force his eyes to focus and not zoom way the fuck in. So essentially his glasses are actually "De-magnifying glasses."

• How was their first kiss?

-Very sudden and clumsy. Spidey didn't take off his glasses and Wade was midway to biting his burrito but he just *had* to push in. It was one of those moments where something in your heart just clicks and you're slammed with anxiety and your face just heats up and you're shaking?? the only thing that made sense in that moment, more than fire being hot or space being big, was Peter's lips on Wade's.

Dumbification comes in a few different forms. Dollification and bimbofication, mainly. What's the difference?

Wellll. Dollification could be a number of things. People like all different kinds of dolls. Porcelain ones that sit on the shelf and do nothing but collect dust all day, action figures that can be posed, sex dolls that you inflate like a balloon and have your way with, rag dolls that have been through the war, actual stuffed animals, the list goes on. A doll is anything their owner wants them to be that day. That's what playing pretend is all about!

I see quite a few of my yandere interpretations being into dollifcation for their darling. Unfortunately not many for themself, but it's alright.

I think it's obvious that Jotaro loves dolls. Porcelain dolls, those fabric dolls with frilly dresses... he thinks they're just oh-so-cute. It's a shame they break so easily. He usually would go for someone that's already a bit doll-like- maybe their skin resembles porcelain, or their fashion sense makes for an obvious comparison.

I've spoken a bit in the past about Jotaro's fascination with lolita fashion, but it really does make a little too much sense to me. It scratches an itch for him. You either get it or you don't. The 'sweeter' styles- classic lolita, sweet lolita, hime lolita, even gothic lolita, they're all appealing. It's not necessarily the colors, it's about the amount of frills and lace and layers. He probably has a thing for petticoats because of it.

Jotaro's ideal day with his favorite dolly is nothing special. He'd prefer his doll on a shelf, safe and sound from the elements. It's not that he's a collector, it's that his darling is his prized possession. Taking care of it makes sense. He just wishes you'd stop thinking so much.

Yukako thinks you're better when you're finally broken in. You're just so much cuter when you let her dress you up and take you out! It irks her that you're not talking, but she can get you a voice box! Communication cards? Something! Maybe you're just shy. Aha. Ahahahahahahahahahahha.

She thinks a darling with a modern, feminine fashion sense is the cutest. Girly, but fitting for her age. If that isn't what she initially wears, Yukako has no problem gifting her some pieces here and there until her closet is full of cute clothes! Or, just. You know. There's a lot of yandere interpretations of mine that enjoy 'total bombshells,' but what about an actual bimbo? For some yanderes, it's about taking an entirely normal person and making them a mindless slut, for others it's about trapping one out in the wild and taking it home. It's your own little barbie! Or a bratz doll, depending on their style, I guess. Who can really tell?

Pannacotta isn't the type to openly degrade someone, his insults take a second or two to really process. He loves the adorable look on your face while you're thinking about it. Really, he's fine with you dressing however you want to, he just wanted you to know that it's fine in the first place. You know, some people don't prefer their girlfriends to dress like that, but he doesn't mind at all.

He knows how to keep his darling in the mindset. I think I've spoken a bit about Pannacotta's inclination for mind games and conditioning, of course he's into the process of bimbofication. So rewarding to do it himself, even more rewarding to keep his darling in such a state. It's a slow process, but it's worth it. He's more patient than his interactions with Narancia would have you believe. You're not Narancia, are you? Gooood, no you're not. It's simple, really. His conditioning is very slow. It takes a while to break someone in, but it takes an even longer while to learn someone's exact niche. He starts off by 'helping' with simple things. I think being buddies with Stan would be a good way to then become friends with Ford himself, in a way, he's more on the periphery, you hanging out at the mystery shack whilst ford is absorbed in his research work. You're likely to get swept into Ford's experiments/adventures. But it makes you crush on him HARD.

Stan might not pick up on it immediately, but it only takes something little for him to notice, he's got a good read on people's tells whether they're lying or nervous and you've played cards together enough times to know yours well.

Will definitely say something immediately after Ford leaves the room, like 'so you got the hots for my brother, huh? What's that nerd done to catch your attention? Haha!' and will gauge your reaction and floundering to see just how serious this crush is and make mild, humourous threats about not doing anything in the shack/in front of him/not breaking his brothers heart etc etc.

He'd definitely joke about it like 'alright, quit with the goo goo eyes at my brother' 😠 or even 'hey! what does pointdexter have that I don't 🥺 pay attention!' definitely don't get distracted when you're playing a betting game, you may be friends but he'll pocket or switch cards whilst you're paying attention to Ford/ daydreaming as punishment. Though, he'd be jealous at first, not because he likes you that way, you're more like an annoying little sibling to him, but because he feels the insecurity that your friendship will be taken away from him, which hits harder for him when it's his brother (who has little/no idea that this is happening) due to all they're been through in the past.

Stan is deep down a very loyal person to the people he cares about the most, so it can be a little more conflicting and awkward for him than he likely shows, cause you're his best buddy and Ford's his twin brother, so if you two get together, who is he going to fight if one hurts the other? If you break up, how will that affect all of your relationships together, will he just end up losing a friend? If you get married, he can't be both your best man! He wishes there was a manual for conundrums like this. He'd joke like he isn't affected by this, but also will be quite defensive and distant with you at times as well, which might confuse you.

He'll get over it once he realises that its more mutual, if he sees his brother is taking a noted interest in you too, and/or when you spend time together his brother is significantly happier, he'll start to play wing man to both of you! Ford will get the talk of 'so you have feelings for them, sixer, admit it!' and 'why don't you just talk to them, knucklehead'. I can imagine Ford getting all stuttering and blushy.

As for Ford thinking something is going on between you...... no, I don't think he would? It would definitely depend on the circumstances, like if you're freindship enters that flirty type of joking around or he assumes a situation to be more romantic than it actually is - he might question himself into whether there's something between you, but he's likely to outrightly ask stan out of curiousity. It's only if stan puts him off of you that he'll suspect there's any deeper feelings involved, but knowing his brother, if he did truly like you romantically, he would have said specifically that you were off limits. If this happens, it will give him some time to chew on what he does feel for you, as well as wonder if you like either of them...

If you both pine (no pun intended) over each other as friends and it becomes quite obvious to everyone else but you two don't act on it, Stan would get fed up with it! It won't take him long for this to go on, especially if you're out adventuring together, for him to (unpleasantly) break the ice for you. Cue the, 'oh, spare me' type speech "just cut the tension already, and admit you wanna smooch each other!"

If that doesn't work, Mabel definitely will find out in the summer and do the work that Stan failed at, to get you two nerds to go on a date. Just don't forget to spend some time with your pal like old times. Though that's easy enough to do, since you were practically like in-laws before, the dynamic doesn't change drastically for you, there's just more grumbling and jokes about your relationship with his brother, but now you get to tease him back! (can see him cursing a lot too) male idols perceive mingyu to be someone very communicative, a person who has a lot of contacts, great at socializing and networking. very charming too, they're aware of him being someone who can talk his way out of anything.. great way with words, very witty in that regard. also extremely protective and possessive over what is his. i keep getting this very greedy energy, but many idols envy it to an extent, since it just made him incredibly wealthy in the long run.

they think he's an amazing business man, and his opportunistic tendencies have brought him a lot of success they're very jealous over. i keep hearing "와 나도 그렇게 욕심 부리면 더 잘 될 텐데 아 씨발" which kinda translates to "fuck, if only i could get that greedy, i'd do better too" i'm getting a lot of intimidation and envy, like they're jealous over how he can play his cards so cleverly, over how he can stand his ground so firmly and doesn't really seem to falter in front of people's eyes, over how he's great at justifying and defending himself. they believe he's amazing at playing people and selling a certain image of himself that isn't really representative of his actual self. male idols also think he basically got a lot of his opportunities fed on a silver spoon, just because he's a handsome prince charming. many of them think he isn't talented and didn't have to work as hard to get to the place he's at, they believe it's unfair. he's just another person benefitting from pretty privilege. they believe he always gets his way because of his god given looks and doesn't put in nearly as much effort. like the man winks and smiles at everyone, boom he has the job. they also believe he is too greedy. like he can't ever get enough and is constantly striving for more and more. very materialistic.

many of them also look at him as a fuckboy. someone with very high sex-drive, sleeps and flirts around a lot.

however, i can see many male idols sucking up to him in order to benefit from him somehow. "if you can't beat them, join them" type of mentality.

+ mingyu is definitely a popular guy among female idols. i can see many swoon over him, think he's incredibly good looking, attractive and charismatic. similarly to the guys, they believe he has an irresistible charm that makes you weak at your knees. they also think he's great at flirting in this very self important manner. he's the type to brag about himself, act like he's mister perfect in front you, put on a perfect demeanor. like he has it all. he's great at selling the fantasy of a perfect man in their eyes. he knows exactly what women want and plays his charm to his own benefit.

they also think it's lowkey impressive (i'm getting this in more of a passive-aggressive 🙄 manner lol, like backhanded) how he's able to be so successful in his career while living the private life that he does. like damn, this guy really knows how to put on a show, and exactly knows what to do in order to get his bag. you know those annoying people who've probably spent the entire night drunk and being a mess, but are still able to turn up at work the next morning looking perfectly fine? that's the type of guy they see mingyu as.

- female idols just think he's emotionless and shallow. like literally, the guy doesn't know how to nurture an emotionally fulfilling relationship, doesn't know how to feel empathy for others. they think he's way too obsessed with himself to pay attention to anyone else. he disassociates and detaches from everyone, unless it's beneficial for him or displays an opportunity he's interested in.

i can also see a lot of women feeling turned off by his boastful behavior. they believe he's all talk and nothing behind it. they think mingyu would be the type of boyfriend to be very bothered by his girlfriend being more successful than him. a great guy for the night, but not someone you'd want a relationship with.

Miscellaneous list of headcanons that I have for my "Clover Lives In the Underground Instead of Sacrificing Themself" AU

(Starlo and Clover/Wild East edition)

Starlo refers to Clover as his "golden hearted deputy," both in reference to their kind nature and also a cheesy pun because their SOUL is literally "golden hearted" (but sssh. Starlo is literally a shooting star, cheesy puns are his thing because he is a pun). This term of endearment embarrasses Clover every time he says it.

In general, Starlo is the sort to heap on praise when he's talking about Clover. All of their friends have something nice they can say about Clover but Starlo is the one that will boast the most to the point that Clover gets embarrassed enough to walk away or hide their face in their hands. While they like that Starlo has nice things to say about them, he lays it on way too thick. It's overwhelming.

Starlo is still the #1 cowboy though. That never changes.

I hc that Clover has terrible stage fright so unfortunately they are unable to do the big LARPs/performances that Starlo and the Feisty Four do. If they notice too many people watching them, they will freeze up. Over time, they manage to overcome it enough to do smaller one-on-one performances/acts for small groups but they can't handle a performance where the whole town is watching. They're Starlo's stage hand and work behind the scenes during those.

Their character is the "strong and silent type" to accommodate how not talkative they are.

In order to get into character, Clover puts a stalk of wheat between their lips and that's it. It took them ages to stop instinctively eating the wheat though.

Starlo and Clover are both really into cowboys and Westerns, which is fantastic! Unfortunately, the tape labeled "0/10 Don't watch this one :(" in the Feisty Five shack is Clover's favorite movie. Ah, the pain of having the same passion as someone but different tastes! (They still agree on most things about westerns, but the debates when they disagree on a finer point/on what they like? Woof. Who knew things could get so intense between two nerds?)

Despite wielding a gun, Clover has no experience with other western things. The last time they rode a horse was during a Renaissance fair that was hosted in their town when they were 5-6. They don't know how to make a lasso. Stuff like that. Starlo is more than enthused to give Clover special deputy lassons.

Starlo tried to host the first lasson at 4 in the morning. Clover was not happy with this. Every following lasson has taken place at a more reasonable hour.

While Starlo spends the most amount of time with Clover (out of the Five), all of the Feisty Four has spent time with Clover one-on-one. Each of them have taught Clover their own tricks/things.

Ed taught Clover how to juggle (I hc that Ed learned how to juggle when he was younger to teach himself dexterity with his huge hands and now he does it for fun).

Moray teaches Clover the guitar and they sometimes have private duets playing the guitar and harmonica together.

Ace teaches Clover sleight of hand, magic tricks, card games, and how to cheat at those card games.

Mooch teaches Clover how to pickpocket. While Clover has stolen stuff multiple times throughout the game, they didn't know how to swipe directly off people until Mooch taught them.

Martlet and Starlo alternate weeks on who has Clover. This schedule is flexible if the Royal Guard is getting suspicious, so sometimes Starlo/Martlet will get extra days with Clover if the RG is doing an investigation around Snowdin/The Dunes.

(Ceroba spends time with Clover when they're in the Wild East so it's not like they've forgotten about her entirely. I'll elaborate when it's Ceroba's time)

When Clover first started staying in the Wild East, the Royal Guard got called on them. A lot. Even though Starlo lies to try to cover up their presence ("You think Clover's a human? Nah, that's just their hat giving you that impression.") and talked to the regulars about keeping things hush (they're fine with keeping quiet because they like Starlo, they don't want to upset their sheriff, and Clover is a good kid), that doesn't deter everyone. It felt like almost every other day, the Royal Guard was showing up to capture the human and Starlo and the Four had to scramble to hide Clover somewhere.

List of places that Clover has been hidden (non-exhaustive): In pretty much every crate/barrel in the WE, in the rafters of the stables, behind the bar in the Saloon, locked up in jail and covered in blankets to hide their form, dropped in the Dunes well (one time), behind the curtains on the Saloon stage. It's gotten to the point that Clover went from "Oh no, the Royal Guard is coming!" to "Seriously, I gotta hide again? I just opened my root beer :(" They're used to contorting themself into a pretzel in order to fit into whatever thing that they're getting crammed into. Thankfully they're not claustrophobic.

Undyne eventually got frustrated with running down to the Wild East to handle the human she could never find (if they even exist) so she has cameras installed all throughout the Dunes. Starlo gathers up the Feisty Five and is like "Okay gang, our next mission is to take out every camera in the Dunes while also making it look like an accident 😀" Eventually cameras stop getting installed and she stops responding to most reports coming from the Dunes.

Starlo is legitimately a thorn in Undyne's side; she HATES him so much. Even post UT Pacifist when it comes out that Clover was living in the Wild East and Undyne can understand why he was so protective because she has Frisk and would die/kill for them, that doesn't stop him from being on her personal shit list.

Clover earns their own wage around the Wild East by doing odd jobs/helping Dina with serving customers (non-alcoholic) drinks/food when things get busy in the Saloon. Clover still has their sense of independence.

Starlo has his bar tab extended to include any of Clover's purchases regardless.

Clover joins in with Ceroba when it comes to teasing. They don't tease him nearly as much as she does and it's never mean-spirited. It's stuff like:

The Feisty(j) Five is now the Feisty(j) Five(+1). The "j" and "+1" are silent. The alliteration is preserved!

It really bothered Starlo for a while trying to come up with an alliteration to suit the six of them (the Supreme Six? The Spirited Six?) while also giving everyone in the intro their own part (Clover would obviously be "Justice" except that's Starlo's part). Eventually Clover was the one to point out that it's best that they aren't included because it'd make the Royal Guard suspicious since they can't show their face around the RG yet there's supposed to be six of them in the group if they're called "The [insert adjective here] Six." And while Starlo wants to have them included, unfortunately their reasoning for being excluded is sound.

Out of all of Clover's friends, Starlo is the most vocal about how unfair it is that Clover has to live in secret. They're a great kid, he wants to show them off, it's not fair that he has to hide them because other people want them dead for who they are.

Blackjack still respects Clover even though he can't stand the rest of the Five because Clover is always quiet and polite when they visit. The Five usually sends in Clover to do shopping for them because Blackjack is nicer to them, but it also creates a hilarious situation where Clover is walking in and out of the shop carrying messages for Starlo/Blackjack when they're bartering.

Starlo doesn't swear whenever Clover is around (true in canon btw. He only swears in the Flawed Pacifist ending). Clover, meanwhile, has no trouble with swearing.

Starlo and Clover have a bit of a dynamic in the Wild East where, if there's a problem and someone wants something done about it, it's best to go to Clover. But if someone wants to talk to someone about the problem, it's best to go to Starlo. Because Clover will fix that problem if you ask but they might look at you like you're an idiot if the reason why you got into trouble was very dumb (I just see Clover as kind but not nice, okay. I'm deeply attached to that interpretation of them). Meanwhile, Starlo would talk to you about addressing the problem and will get around to it, but he's a busy person so it might not be handled immediately/he's more likely to forget.

Even though Starlo can be too much at times and Clover finds themself rolling their eyes at some of his antics, they do trust him and look up to him. They're shy about admitting these things but they do love him a lot.

Venture is a chatty person, often complimenting you or jokingly flirting with you whenever. PDA isn't overwhelming, but don't be shocked to find them kissing your cheek in front of colleges. They just love you so much. Why stop if people are around? Expect lots of compliments and hugs from them. A kiss on the cheek is a must and the softest smile whenever you look at them. Sloan loves you, and affection is always a given when you're around.

B = Best friend (What would they be like as a best friend? How would the friendship start?)

You and Sloan, when first starting as friends, quickly developed into one of those friendships you know will last forever. They have this quirky way of life that draws you in, the best friend everyone needs. They're the type of friend to always have your back. They will listen to any silly thought or interest as long as you hear them out about archeology. Being friends with Venture means never being alone. They might not have advice for everything, but they will definitely stand up for you when you need them to. Friendship with them is easy, compliment a shirt they wear and soon you two will be hanging out 3 hours later and you have a new friend.

C = Cuddles (Do they like to cuddle? How would they cuddle?)

Yes. They love to cuddle. So. Much. They love to wrap an arm around you as you two watch a movie together, kissing your forehead and playing with your hair. Sleeping in the same bed means you will be cuddled. They will happily be the big spoon all the time if you let them. They love how warm you can be, Sloan is also a heater themselves, so prepare to not need a blanket for the most part.

D = Domestic (Do they want to settle down? How are they at cooking and cleaning?)

Sloan still has many things they want to see, settling down isn't in their cards yet but maybe once they've seen many things and participated in society changing digs they'll consider tuning travels down a bit. But in general, Venture would want you to join them on digs. They love having you by their side, and if you can join them in exploring the world, they would be in heaven. When it comes to cooking, they are.. questionable at best. They will definitely learn if you teach them, cook together, and you have one of the best dates.

E = Ending (If they had to break up with their partner, how would they do it?)

Venture really couldn't, they love you so much it would take a lot for it to reach that point. If it does, Venture would be withdrawing more. They'd go to sites alone and a lot more frequently, leaving you alone. It hurts them to be around you, and as they withdraw more, they're trying to stop all those happy memories from coming back to them. If it stays like that long enough with no word from either of you, then Sloan would have to break it off through text when they're in a different country.

F = Fiancé(e) (How do they feel about commitment? How quick would they want to get married?)

Venture likes the thought of marriage. It makes you both bonded together more, and they just love that. They will happily commit to you, join them on their adventures, and live your life going place to place, and that is the perfect thing for them. When you get engaged, Venture is always saying, "and this is my fiancé, y/n." With this goofy smile on their face, and so help me when you get married everyone knows you two are with how much Sloan boasts about it.

G = Gentle (How gentle are they, both physically and emotionally?)

Sloan knows they are a strong person, carrying around that drill adds to a lot of strength in their arms and everything in general. They tend to handle you with care, much like a precious attifact they are gentle when they hold you or carry you in their arms (unless they get really excited to see you then expect a death grip hug.) When it comes to emotions Sloan is gentle in every way, they love and care for tou so of course they will reat you with care.

H = Hugs (Do they like hugs? How often do they do it? What are their hugs like?)

Sloan gives the best hugs it's insane, each one makes you feel loved and cherished and all warm inside. Sloan leaps at every opportunity they can to hug you, after a long day? Hug. Something exciting like a promotion? Hug. You just being you? A hug that leaves you warm and fuzzy. Their hugs are always all encompassing, often they will pick you up mid hug and swing you a little bit. They just love you so much they can't help it!

I = I love you (How fast do they say the L-word?)

All the time, Venture loves saying it to someone they care about. They say it all the time to you, expect every text conversation to have 'I love you' in it somewhere. Sloan definitely said it first, and when they do, they mean it. Sloan fell first and harder. You are their first love, and they cherish that fact.

K = Kisses (What are their kisses like? Where do they like to kiss you? Where do they like to be kissed?)

J = Jealousy (How jealous do they get? What do they do when they’re jealous?)

Sloan doesn't get jealous.. that's what they tell themselves when you're talking to someone whose eyes are lingering for far too long. They try to keep their jealousy to themselves, but sometimes they can't handle it. When someone is rubbing them the wrong way enough, they'll happily swing by, wrap an arm around you while giving the person the biggest grin they can muster. Hell, if that doesn't work, they will happily give you a peck on the cheek while calling you sickly sweet nicknames.

Venture can be a little sloppy when it comes to kissing. They just get so excited to kiss you that they'll miss where they're aiming. It's funny and charming, just like your Sloan. They really enjoy cheek kisses, it's cute and lighthearted. If you kiss their cheek, Venture is melting with a soft blush on their face.

Sloan is so cool to children. They can mention all the cool and exciting facts about history, and they have the silly vibe children just love. It's not uncommon to see Venture cheering up a crying kid in public. They are a natural at it, it seems. If you ask, you'll learn that Sloan was a babysitter when they were growing up, and they're still amazing at it. If you two ever have kids of your own, expect them to have the coolest rock eating parent.

M = Morning (How are mornings spent with them?)

Venture is a morning person, but not a proper one because they wake up messy. Hair everywhere and eye crust, they drool in their sleep and overall not a pleasant sight. It's absolutely hilarious, though. Once they're tidied up, they make themselves a cup of coffee and often flip through whatever article they're reading. Maybe tidy the artifacts in their personal collection and just enjoy some quiet time before the day starts. If you join them, you'll both talk about your plans for the day, possibly even the future. If you aren't a morning person, expect a kiss on the forehead before they are on with the day.

N = Night (How are nights spent with them?)

Venture, once everything is wrapped up for the day, is very relaxed. They will happily join you on the couch as they read, and you do whatever hobby you enjoy. Night walks are a favorite for them. The streets look pretty at night, and they enjoy it. If you want to watch a movie, they're down, maybe watch a documentary of their choosing, and you have a very happy Sloan on your hands. You definitely got to, documentaries are their favorite thing ever.

P = Patience (How easily angered are they?)

O = Open (When would they start revealing things about themselves? Do they say everything all at once or wait a while to reveal things slowly?)

Sloan is an open book. They're absolutely horrible with secrets. Let them talk, and soon you know everything about them. They love talking, and if you let them ramble soon, you know their embarrassing story when they were 5 after meeting them an hour ago.

I don't think Venture could have. Single mean thought about you, hell anything you do has them watching with heart eyes. But when someone disrespects you or archeology, that's when Sloan gets mad, and even then, that anger is more yelling at them and calling them names.

Q = Quizzes (How much would they remember about you? Do they remember every little detail you mention in passing, or do they kind of forget everything?)

Sloan remembers absolutely everything. Including the small details, they remember what you like to order at restaurants to the specific brand of salt you like to get. Sloan already built up the abilities to remember historical facts. Someone as important as you is the most important thing to learn everything about in their eyes.

R = Remember (What is their favorite moment in your relationship?)

The time Sloan brought you out to your first dig with them. There you saw a new side of them you didn't see before. Venture showed you all the sights, what each tool does, and the crew they were currently working with. You learned the history of the sight, myths, and legends around the area in so on. You saw Sloan when they were passionate, excited to learn, and very attentive to you. During the breaks, Sloan would take you into the nearby town and enjoy street foods with you. The first site you saw was with them, and the first of many you would attend with them.

S = Security (How protective are they? How would they protect you? How would they like to be protected?)

Sloan always has your back. They're strong and an Overwatch agent. They're always confident you're safe with them. Venture is protective of you. They treasure you, so of course they'll always watch out for you. Always warning you if they see a dangerous thing nearby or a possibly dangerous person. They themselves don't really need protection. But let them know of possible issues such as a spill or a broken cup in the ground they're appreciative of it.

V = Vanity (How concerned are they with their looks?)

T = Try (How much effort would they put into dates, anniversaries, gifts, everyday tasks?)

Sloan loves to plan things out. Always keeping track of dates and what could be a good activity for you both to do. They always put as much effort as they can, Venture happily makes handmade gifts for you and always plans things. Just don't get mad at them if they get days off. They can be a little forgetful about time, but they always make it up to you on the rare occasions mistakes happen.

U = Ugly (What would be some bad habits of theirs?)

Sloan leaves dirt everywhere. Sand gets stuck in their hair and mud caked to their clothes. They also forget to take off their shoes sometimes. Dirt gets tracked into the house constantly. They also forget to tidy up after themselves sometimes, like a forgotten plate from supper or a spill they forgot to wipe fully. Also totally the type to use their sleeve instead of on a cloth to wipe something up. Venture also is out a lot of the time. Working for Overwatch is busy, and adding working on different digs takes up a lot of time.

Venture isn't really too concerned in their appearance. They can enjoy a bit of fun with experimenting with eyeliner, but that's really as far as they go. They don't do it to look pretty but rather for the fact it looks cool, much like their tattoos. Sloan doesn't really care for their appearance in general, often having dirt caked to their jacket and buts of gravel falling out of their tangled hair. Looks don't mean the world to them. They enjoy looking at you, but they could care less about what they look like.

Y = Yuck (What are some things they wouldn’t like, either in general or in a partner?)

W = Whole (Would they feel incomplete without you?)

Absolutely. Before you Sloan thought they were content, that gap they felt was just wanting more knowledge, right? Not really. Once they met you and everything you made them feel they realized you were the thing they missed. With you, Sloan now wants a future with you by their side. They can never go back.

X = Xtra (A random headcanon for them.)

100% brings you the random things that makes you question them. Yeah, Sloan can be amazing at gift giving, remembering what you like and what you want to get. But they also can bring back the goofiest figure that looks horrible, maybe a cursed doll for you who knows. Sloan likes your smile, and if that means bringing back a funny painting someone did so be it.

Someone who won't listen to them. They've often been shut down about their more out there personality and not as common interests they just need people around them who will listen. They also don't really like mean people. If everything you say is negative, it will start to wear them down with thoughts of 'do they think of me like that?'

Z = Zzz (What is a sleep habits of theirs?)

Venture surprisingly is a good sleeper, they often go to bed around 10 and sleep soundly through the night. They seem like a dream, that is until you're beside them. Sloan SNORES. You think you've heard snoring, but they take it to another level. If you get them to roll over, they somehow are still snoring it's crazy. They're apologetic, though, and for your sake, they try different snoring aids. It might work, might not.
