reno and erin have known each other since they were babies cause their moms are coworkers and good friends

reno met lenora in high school, she saw her at lenora’s cheer practice and thought she was the coolest person ever and then they fell in loveee

erin and daria were roomies in their first year at uni. erin wanted to find a place where she could play some of her music so daria introduced them to dalton and erin played a little show at the bar where he works. and then they fell in loveee

erin and dalton (and technically daria) have two cats named maggie and arlo

maddox and silas met in middle school. maddox was very annoying and wouldn’t leave silas alone until they became friends and then they became inseparable. maddox is kinda the only person silas tolerates to have around.

hello, sorry idk if this was already asked, do you have an opinion about what Luca Marini said on Marc's championship? that "they already decided he's gonna win" or smth like that, like. i don't get what does he mean by it, he never seemed against Marc in any way, quite the opposite despite being the brother of we know who... maybe he meant that ducati did everything to have him and it's gonna be easy for him bc he's the best?? this would be undermining Pecco tho so WHAT, I don't want to think he's saying there's a PLOT 😧

(x, from november) yeah i think this is more like. about giving pecco his flowers and recognizing that the proverbial media train is gonna jump on marc championship 2025 bc marc is a popular little charisma demon than saying there is a legit conspiracy, especially after pecco’s title loss last season gets solidified into what they decide is his narrative as a sportsman… so he’s less “against marc” here and more “hey my friend won 11 races last season anybody remember THAT ?”

it’s honestly such a shame how little kara and querl interacted on the show. and while, yes, i would’ve loved if they got together, even a strong friendship would’ve worked.

i think querl truly understood kara best. he came from a time and place where supergirl was an ideal people strived to emulate. and querl was one of the people her legacy deeply inspired. he changed his ways and became a better person because of her. he knew her as the legendary hero who inspired many first.

querl knew what supergirl meant to the world because he was one of the people she inspired. it’s what “she’s the example we all aspire to emulate” means.

but then querl met kara, the woman behind the legends. she’d smile at him during game nights, the same way she would smile at all her other friends. she’d talk to him about movies, how her day was, the weather - everything friends talk about. for a while, he was part of her family. she wasn’t an ideal anymore, she was his friend.

querl knew what kara meant to her family because he was part of it too. it’s what “she’s our beacon through the darkness” means.

while the rest of the world sees supergirl as an ideal and an inspiration, and the rest of kara’s family see her as kara, their friend who would always be there for them, querl sees both. because he knew supergirl first, and then he met kara. he knew the symbol of hope, then got the chance to meet the woman behind it. you can see the person behind the legend, but you can’t see the legend behind the person if that person is already close to you. and that’s the case for all the other people close to kara.

i’m not saying querl knows kara best because the people who know her best are alex and j’onn. but querl understands kara best - everything she is and stands for.

not only that, but querl is also an alien. so he could understand the kara zor-el part of her too. i’m telling you, that guy understood every part of her. they also had insane chemistry so there’s that too.

querl truly provided a unique perspective on who kara is to her core. the show is a fool for not doing a character study through his eyes because he was the only one who got the full picture.

I think when you talk about the batkids relationships with Bruce it's also important to talk about their relationships with each other as dick Jason cass Tim duke and damian have all referred to each other as brothers and sister multiple times previously so even if there's not that straight forward relationship seeing Bruce as their dad there's also a complex relationship with each other where they all obviously see each other as something like siblings

like they can have trouble seeing bruce as their father but bruce has very little to do with the fact theyre siblings!!! they have all referred to each other as siblings even when they dont think of bruce as their father. theyre all a family even if its not as easy as it looks <3

like a good example to me is that i think dick & jason are always brothers even when jason is trying to distance himself from bruce. like in utrh jason says shit like "i am no ones son" but every time he interacts with dick in that era it gives "i hate my brother" vibes instead of just hating this other guy. plus the one thing rhato ever did right was the "i have four brothers" line despite the fact that it was in the era of jason leaving gotham and staying away from bruce. also ofc dick & tim have been brothers since like day one even though tim absolutely did not see bruce as his father until years later!!!

but also the fun part is even the siblings arent straightforward bc jason is dukes brother and cass is dukes sister but that does NOT mean jason and cass are brother and sister. also throwing steph in there bc steph is in no way bruces daughter, but she is absolutely damians sister but very clearly not a sister to some of the other batkids.

theyre all siblings but theyre also not all siblings but they are always siblings and will be forever. the end.

Why do certain coworkers have to get you so annoyed with them without even trying, and they don't realize how annoying/obnoxious they are?? Or worse, they KNOW how annoying they are but don't seem to care cause they find it funny?

It's like the silence and neutral expressions aren't enough of a hint that I don't think you're funny and you should just stop while you still have your dignity...
