bobette is a lil cutie but i was not expecting them to just throw another main at us. like woah!! maybe give us some warning first!!! i was not ready for another main and would have liked to see it coming

yeah she’s darling and all but if you showed me a pic of her standing next to vee, shelly, astro, sprout and pebble i wouldn’t immideately think “oh it’s the mains” i would immediately think “oh it’s the mains and bobette.” and bobette. she just doesn’t feel like one of them to me.

i promise i’m not a bobette hater!!! i’m just not used to her. i started playing like riiiight (maybe 2 weeks before MAX, probably less) before the sprout update so i’m used to the same 5 mains and bobette kind of upturns that

maybe this is on me for not liking change. i was still very new to the fandom when the sprout update happened so that’s what i got used to first. i was iffy on gigi at first but sort of warmed up to her. when looey and connie first came out i was iffy on them too (now okay with looey, tolerate connie) so i guess it’s in character for me to feel very iffy abt the christmas toons considering, yknow, the updates been out for 2 whole seconds

also what is her lore not a rhetorical question i do not know anything about her lore. if it’s interesting then i’ll take all of this back
