There is one comment that I read which annoyed me and I tried to let go without mentioning it but, you know what? The poster didn't think of keeping their thoughts to themselves about it, and it's the second time this exact thing is happening in relation to one of my shows, so what the hell.

Because of the anti-AI sentiment and discourse, some of which is justified and some completely unhinged (example: if you've ever bullied disabled people online for using it to make their life easier, please rethink your life choices and touch some grass), I'd think that people would be more careful who they're accusing of using AI in art. Turns out, people are not careful.

I've read quite a few "this must have been made with AI" false accusations lately but I did not expect someone to suggest that they used AI on Hudson and Rex. On footage that has already been filmed years ago, no less, and re-used in the new intro. Most of these scenes, including footage that had been used for a S4 promo, are not new. I assume that the use of the footage from S4 is what's confusing here, along with some not-so-smooth transitions and slow motion, which is something I found jarring as well. As a fan of the show, I don't need to know the technology to say that this wasn't due to AI. But as a person who has always tried to keep up with technological advancements and understands some of the AI technology, and as an amateur (non-AI) video editor, I can say that there was no AI use anywhere on that intro.

To people who have no idea what is or isn't AI or don't know much about film/tv/video making: Please don't make accusations like that. It's that simple. And think before you make a post. Posting an opinion presented as fact on a social medium, whether you realize it or not, is like saying something out loud in a crowded (or less crowded but certainly not empty) space. Someone is bound to see it sooner or later. And in a small fandom, it's actually more likely for someone to see it, even though the number of eyeballs is likely to be small, because content is scarce and your post will not "disappear" amongst an influx of other posts.

“You were so, so very right. I've done it! The mess is...” Hesitation dripped into his words, though promptly overpowered by an excitement coursing his veins. “Well, the mess isn't quite cleaned up just yet—it's a work in a progress that I will be managing myself; don't go in my office—but the important thing here is the spell finally worked.”

His grin became fuller as his thumbs ran along her cheeks. “Have I told you recently how remarkable you are?”

It was a rare day in Rosas when the queen could spend the evening alone with a crackling fire and a good book. Miraculously, the kingdom had managed without her for the final hours of twilight...which also meant it had been a while since she'd discovered the latest magic-induced disaster quite literally painting her husband's office.

A few hours was usually as long as he needed. Just as Amaya began to ponder if it was about that time, the door to their bedchamber burst open. Perhaps even Magnifico's timing had become magical at this point. She indulged a private smile at the thought.

The excitement in her beloved's voice earned a laugh before she even looked up. She mentally marked her spot on the page just as Magnifico's tender hands drew her attention to meet an expression more dazzling than the wishes he treasured. Even after so many years her heart still melted beneath that look.

"I knew I was," she agreed, the playful dance of the fireplace reflected briefly in her gaze. But the hearth's warmth replaced it soon enough as she tilted her cheek into his palm. "And I knew it would." Truly, he was the remarkable one—especially when given the proper motivation.

"Only half as often as you praise yourself, my love." But he wouldn't be her Matteo if he didn't; a fondness which was spoken by her eyes. "You'll show me your successful spell soon then, won't you? With no mess this time?" Softer now, her bubbling laughter filled the space between them: meant only for their ears, for this fire-lit moment of simple, perfect happiness. "Honestly, I thought the red and blue spots on the walls worked rather well with the room. Very regal."

I forgot to post this before lol.

S.O.S Resurrection released last month. I was very happy that day. S.O.S has always been my favorite HOAA song,so having a remake of it whose quality equals recent DAGames/IRIS material is not only kind of a mini-dream come true but also puts a smile on my face. My baby has grown up to be a man. It makes me even more excited for HOAA: Resurrection and shows how far Will's music has evolved since 2018 (and that maybe,really,this remake album makes more sense to come out now than in 2019). I ended up doing it at the time. A test that turned into something more complete, so to speak.

First it was an exercise to practice drawing skeletons,more specifically, skulls. Trying to draw them less cartoonish,a little bit more realistic,and at the same time, make them expressive. I want to draw more Post-Explosion Goliath,and for that,I'll have to practice more on drawing skeletons.

Second was testing an interpretation of Goliath without the visor,specifically,with the IRIS embedded in his right eye. Despite knowing this information for 3 years, I don't think we've ever seen the Goliath without the visor before. I'm sure Will will show this image one day, but in the meantime, I wanted to try my rendition of this look.

In the end, I ended up choosing to use the skull exercise and make it something more complete. Which was the end result. I decided to play around with the colors and try to replicate the lyric video aesthetic. I think it turned out nice. 👍

And overall, this drawing turned out nice. I hope I can do a few more drawings with this guy before Resurrection comes out. (but I don't promise anything, tho)

Yelan. Yelan, Madame Yelan, what on earth is this outfit. Granted, please don't get me wrong, I loved and was enthralled when I first caught a glimpse of her (also any glimpse of Yelan thrills me) in it, but geez. And yet, they're so consistent with her design;

— The single-sleeved jacket is a brilliant little nod to her mantle but making it something utterly hers within something that is an AU. No mystical beasts or Tsaritsa here! — The straps near her neck are a very different, but quite nice, summer-like rendition to Hoyo's consistent choice for Yelan of a halter/high neck (even the Pizza Hut ad had her in a turtleneck). A lower neckline is something that they actively seem to avoid for her so far. — The amount of see-through fabric is simply a call-back to her default outfit, but rather than spots of it left and right, it's her full-midriff and leg. It fits, it's nothing new. And if anything, funnily enough, I'd seen numerous artworks pop up of Yelan in swimming attire, and all of the designs felt a little off. I don't actually envision her in a bikini like many draw her, but instead, something like what you see here from her neck, to the midriff to the hips. Much more fitting in my opinion, actually, so I like seeing that concept in an outfit in circumstances where you'd expect a lot of summer influence. — And a detail that makes me laugh: the hand that has the white glove in her canonical outfit is also white here, and same with the black one. Also, the bracelet. God, I love consistency even if it seems trivial. But nothing's ever trivial to me guys, you know this.

All in all, thirst trap, sure, but also, good decisions were made.
