Commander Stew
Theron cooks something for the Commander.
Odessen - The Kitchens
A young man sporting a dollop of white hair and refined features entered the communal kitchen of the Alliance carrying a large crate, wearing a plain burlap apron, rubber gloves, and waders over what usually would qualify as a stealth suit–a bit of an odd sight, but one Theron had gotten used to over time.
“Hey! You’re back early. Put ‘em down over there,” Theron glanced over his shoulder, nodding briefly at the young man, then motioning with his head at the kitchen island. Eight squeezed past him as he ran his hands under the faucet, careful not to bump into the other spy. They set down the box on the counter and patiently folded their hands, awaiting instructions.
Theron turned off the sink and flung the remnant droplets off his hands, drying them with a slightly stained checkerboard dish towel.
Even with his fearsome past, Theron found the quiet operative to be pleasant company most days, with Eight acting as his assistant in daily matters ranging from mundane chores to deadly missions. All at the behest of Lana, of course. She was the one who insisted on (see: forced) a pair of helping hands for him after he'd incorrectly assumed she’d wanted him to take on all her burdens.
Not that he was complaining about the extra hands. Certainly not today of all days–he was planning something special, and that required all of the help he could get.
Theron opened the flaps of the crate. Fresh from their gardening plot in the Odessen fields, the box was practically bursting with colorful root vegetables and leafy greens native to the planet. Purple, orange, striped yellows and swirls of blue–all packed with vitamins and the healthy color of a successful crop. Plain proof that their efforts to cultivate more organic food for the personnel had finally given fruit, after several long winters of withered stalks and exhausting meals of food chips.
Theron smiled wryly. He’d have to make a toast to Dr. Oggurrobb’s fertilizer and the Force Enclave’s agricultural knowledge later.
“Will this be enough?” Eight asked, mellow as ever. He watched him coolly through deep umber eyes.
“It’s more than enough,” Theron answered, a bit of uncertainty leaking into his tone as he stared at the foodstuffs. The vegetables taunted him from their comfy spot atop the counter next to the impressive array of knives and cooking utensils laid out side-by-side like an interrogation toolkit. “...I think.” He wiped the tip of his nose.
Theron hated to admit it, but he was no culinarian. Master Zho had never taught him (really, what could you teach a kid to cook in the wilderness besides canned goods and pre-packaged rations), and his stint as a SIS agent since his youth had left him with little time to prepare nor care. The extent of his cooking repertoire could quickly be summed up to sticking a frozen Orobird leg in the flash oven and waiting for two minutes, sadly.
So why was he making an effort now?
The image of the Commander’s tired face weary from battle and sleepless nights, aging lines etched deep into their skin with the carvings of a destiny too large for one person, flashed in Theron’s mind. He’d seen the way they’d fought–skipped meals, denied themselves sleep, hid the way their gaze turned vacant when they thought no one was looking, left their cafeteria plate practically untouched, compounded blackened bottoms of endless cups of caf, the stims—the Commander was burning themselves at both ends.
Hypocritical as it was, he couldn’t stand watching them drive themselves into the ground. The galaxy’s fate was important, but…not as important as they were to Theron. Yet he found himself at a loss; what words he wanted to tell them to eat better, to sleep more, to stop hurting themselves fell short whenever the Commander gave him that one look. That look of resignation, deep as the dull ache that would settle in his chest afterwards.
“I’m okay,” They’d tell him, smiling wan, “Thank you, Theron.” It’s alright. It’s nothing. Don’t worry about me.
Like hell he couldn’t. He–
“Theron…?”
Theron snapped out of his reverie, realizing he’d been wringing the dishcloth far too tightly for too long. Eight stared at him, puzzled. He released it. His knuckles returned to their previous pink.
“...Sorry. Just. Tired,” Theron shook his head, massaging his temples. Tired. Yeah. He was sure someone else was too, and he hadn’t asked Eight to come here to watch him have a breakdown. Pushing off from the counter, he clapped his hands together, mustering up a second wind. “Let’s get to work. Shall we?”
Commander Stew
Ingredients:
Young Makrin Legs
Orobird Soup Stock
Rootleaf, 1 Head
Imperial-issued Instant Glowblue Noodles, 1 Package
Republic Synth-Ham and Grophet Sausages
Odessen Wild Onions
Mandalorian Spice Sauce
Zakuulan Swamp Glowshrooms
Slice of Ration Cheese
Directions:
Prepare the young makrin legs by soaking them in water and shaving the fibrous exterior with a peeler.
Theron stared at the unassuming pile of…legs that resembled roots more than they did the limbs of any creature, and secretly shuddered. Makrins weren’t particularly uncommon on terrestrial worlds, but their crabby, tree-like appearance and tendency to wallow in loam didn't make them his first choice to eat. He wasn't exactly opposed to adventurous cuisine, but he wondered how exactly the legs of a chitinous creature equaled something that would make the Commander more appetized.
As if sensing his cause for pause, Eight peered over his shoulder where he stood frozen with peeler in hand. “The Jedi recommended them for use in medicinal dishes. When eaten boiled, it lowers blood pressure, and contains many nutrients.” He said thoughtfully, as if reading an entry from an encyclopedia.
“Is that so.” Theron inwardly balked at the mention of the Jedi–a little known fact was that Master Zho had raised him on Jedi cuisine, most of it vegetarian, but even then he hadn’t sampled every bit of agriculture the galaxy had to offer. Makrin legs were a bit out there, but seeing as they were native to Odessen, recommended by the enclave and another piece of stress relief on a plate for the Commander? His survival training told him the harmless limbs could only benefit, despite their gnarly appearance.
Remove the tips and fibrous base. When cleaned and processed, set aside.
He buckled down and began shaving the legs. Lack of proper nutrition was always a deciding factor in conflict–Theron had seen his fair share of soldiers who contracted disease from improper eating and lack of supplies– and he would feed the Commander any bit of ugly vegetables if it meant seeing a little more life restored to their pallid cheeks. His fingers found their rhythm as he removed the tough outer skin from the legs exposing their soft white core beneath the blade of the peeler, their texture reminding him oddly of Dantooinian tubers with an extra coat of slime.
Slice and dice half of a medium-sized onion.
Theron had to pretend he wasn't looking particularly emotional as he chopped the onion. Or maybe he was simply brought to tears at the thought that their food could have flavor for once, all thanks to the Alliance’s team of scouts who procured such supplies for them from the unmapped regions of Odessen’s wilds. Eight was among that team, hence Theron's willingness to let an Imp spy of all people join him in cooking. There was only a small handful of people he could use to conceal his efforts from the Commander, and Theron would make use of both his ability to obtain food in secret and his espionage skills to see this through, opposing factions be damned.
And if others worried about poisoning, well. He didn't pride himself on being Chief of Security for nothing. The safety of the Commander was his priority, as were the characters of those he chose to fight alongside them. They were his responsibility. His to trust with their most important fight and everything in-between. Theron couldn't afford to keep the old grudges that the Republic and Empire maintained in these desperate times, and he would not fall victim to their need to blind themselves with their unending war. He had to fight for what was important, and that was…people. Not sides.
Theron would always be a son of the Republic at his heart. But now his heart belonged to another, and those lines had long blurred.
Slice the glowshrooms length-wise, removing the head from the stems. Set aside.
Clean and cut the rootleaf in half, then the following halves into quarters; chop into smaller squares until you have about 1 cup’s worth of rootleaf. Store the rest in a cool, refrigerated place.
Unpackage the Synth-Ham, Republic Ration #0625, and slice to desired thickness.
Theron opened the can of mystery meat and upended it onto the chopping board. The green ham-like substance plopped onto it with gelatinous grace. He poked it with his cooking knife. It jiggled away from the tip.
Eight placed an empty pot next to him along with a can of opened grophet sausages and an unwrapped package of Imperial ration Glowblue Noodles, their signature color shining through the foil. Theron quickly thanked him out of the corner of his mouth.
Arrange the rootleaf, onion, makrin legs, and glowshrooms at the bottom of the pot in even layers.
Add a helping of Mandalorian Spiced Sauce on top.
Theron couldn't forget Torian and his people. They were the ones who suggested using their own spices for the hotpot, as “no other spice in the galaxy compares to that of a Mando’s.” Though he’d initially expressed some reservations at setting the Commander’s tongue aflame, this special mix had been made with their preference in mind; Shae had been so impressed by their valor that she presented several crates worth as a gift after the battle of Darvannis. Spices were a luxury if not a grand gesture in wartime, and not one Theron intended to use lightly.
Add the Synth-Ham, grophet sausages, and top with a slice of ration cheese over the previous ingredients.
Finally, add the Glowblue Noodles and 3 liters of Orobird stock.
Theron blinked at the finished product. “Wait a minute. This is…”
“Revanite stew?” Eight once again helpfully supplied.
It was Theron’s turn to ask the questions as he raised a suspicious brow towards his sous-chef. “They ate this during the coalition, when the camps combined. How did you get the same recipe?”
Eight smiled quietly to himself, in his mysterious and elusive way. “Our Commander was there. It was their idea to share food across factions. I still haven't forgotten its taste. If you ask any of the soldiers from that time, they will say the same.”
Theron stared at him, speechless. To think the same recipe he’d been making this entire time was a result of their union on Rishi…he recalled seeing Imperial and Republic soldiers bonding over a cookpot, but hadn't joined in, content to watch the proceedings from a distance. So much had happened during Revan’s rise that he’d failed to pay enough attention to something so innocuous as a moment of camaraderie between unlikely allies.
It had been their idea to eat something both Imperial and Republic that fateful night. To form the basis of their Alliance over a simple, warm bowl of soup.
Theron felt his heart swell.
He…he had to remind them of what they had built. What they meant to him. With this.
Set on top of a burner and deliver to recipients with bowls to share.
Theron held his breath as he wheeled the cart of foodstuffs to the Commander’s quarters, careful to avoid jostling the stew that balanced atop it as he reached his destination. He rapped on the door with the back of his knuckles.
A puff of pnematic air revealed the Commander, yawning wearily from yet another sleepless night of work and burdens. “Yes–” They stopped. “Theron? What are you doing here?” They eyed his cart. “And what's with all the food?”
Theron cracked a sheepish smile, rubbing the back of his neck. “Thought you could use some dinner, so…I brought you some. If you don't mind, that is.” He quickly added, feeling out of place in the deserted hallway.
The Commander smiled, a genuine one that reached their eyes, crinkling at the edges. “I’d love to try whatever you made. Come in, we can eat it together.” They stepped aside to allow Theron room to maneuver.
Enjoy with your intended party.
As expected, it was delicious.
Not as filling as seeing the Commander laugh to the point of tears at his explanations as to why he'd been so secretive all week trying to hide the fruits of his cooking from them, but filling nonetheless. He'd give it a 5/5, personally, as a true soup for the soul. (And a note to make it again with less sneaking around).
If the Commander was satisfied and satiated... so was he.

Fluffy February Day 10: Care
SWTOR
Pairing: Theron Shan X Eva Corolastor
Rating: T (for Tarty at the end)
Word count: 1660. (it got legs and ran off with me; I'll probably re-edit this later to include in a larger part of my fic series)
~~
After Action Report:
Submitted by EC, Captain of Virtue’s Thief, Supposed Commander of the Alliance, Fugitive of the Sisterhood of the Three Moons, Goddess of Grandolba VI, Grand Poomba of –
Koth struck that last one out, as well the other honorifics she included thereafter, which got more ridiculous as they went; even if they were true, she was just doing that to annoy Lana. (He left the goddess thing, because that was just cool.)
Initial reconnaissance and contact communications unremarkable. The Star Fortress over Belsavis, former Republic secret prison planet, did not have any indications of irregularity prior to Mission 3401, parts A, B, C – contact, supply, then sabotage and destruction of defensive bunker in preparation for infiltration and subsequent destruction of local Star Fortress, as detailed in Mission 3401D.
However, it was soon discovered that the Eternal Empire had retained some of the additional defenses when it came to the planetary bunker. Once the bunker was accessed, all non-Eternal Empire ships in the atmosphere were shot down. Agent Shan and Pilot Vortena as well as their Alliance shuttle were already planetside, awaiting further contact with Captain Corolastor and Shan’s contact on plant, K’Krohl.
During the barrage, one of the spacecraft shot down from orbit crashed onto the bunker itself, while the Captain was still inside.
Koth frowned at the description that ensued. “Eva, this is …sorta boring.”
“The way you tell it, it gets increasingly dramatic, heroic, and superhuman,” she replied to him as she walked up the hallway toward the private room in medbay.
From what Eva had seen through the smoke and a panicking Whiphid flailing his arms next to her, Theron had crouched low and then rose with the debris across his shoulders, before raising it up over his head in in a fit of adrenaline, allowing Eva and K’krohl to escape to a waiting Koth.
Somehow, even with two torn biceps and every ligament, tendon, and muscle in his legs strained or sprained, Theron had made it back to the shuttle under his own power.
He hadn’t made it back off without assistance. Now he thought he was going to be discharged to his own quarters. Fat chance, Eva had told the doctor.
Meanwhile, Koth had already launching into an expansive retelling for the benefit of the nurses and orderlies in the hallway. “And then he just – rawr!” Koth tried to approximate the noise Theron had made.
Theron pretended to be deaf as a stone while he sat in his hospital bed impatiently, waiting for his discharge. He had his datapad in his hands, on his lap (someone had positioned it specially so he could work and …not move anything vital). He pointedly ignored Koth and any of “ooh”s and “ahh”s he generated from his audience.
Theron…had never been a good or willing patient; the scars he chose instead of proper medical aftercare were well-known to her. He wasn’t going to get away with it this time. Especially not after the manner in which he’d gotten injured.
Eva finally caught his eye as she leaned against the doorframe. “Hey.”
“Yoo-oo,” she replied with a wave. “How are you feeling?” she asked, quietly.
Theron’s eyes softened at her inquiry, but Koth cut in. “How do you think he feels, lifting a starship –”
“It was a shuttle. Just the front end,” Theron protested with an eyeroll, but nothing was going to deter Koth from his dramatic retelling to those gathered in the hallway.
The doctor on duty came in and exchanged a look with Eva. “Are you sure he’s going to be that uncooperative?”
“Absolutely. He has a track record.”
That caused Theron’s expression to go from annoyed to more than slightly concerned at what his secret girlfriend had planned.
The doctor checked Theron’s vitals and his present disposition. “Blood pressure is a little high,” she commented.
Theron shrugged. “I’ll take a pill for it. Not like I can switch careers right now.”
“Yeah, we’re sort of locked in at the moment.” The Togruta swiped through Theron’s chart. “All right. No heavy lifting for two weeks, no ambulatory activity without assistance for one week. Kolto helps a lot, and your job… isn’t supposed to be high impact, but let’s not fool ourselves here.” The doctor made eye contact with Theron. “If you can keep your hands off a datapad for three days, that would help.” She pointedly glared at the tablet in his lap.
Theron almost reached up to touch the implants on the left side of his head to port the information up, but Eva had been quick to lay hands on his bandaged upper arm – the very muscles that were being knit back together by kolto as they spoke. “That’s a no go.”
Theron glared furiously at the bandages, but he said nothing other than “I understand,” in a calm tone.
Eva knew he wasn’t mad at the doctor or her. He was angry at his traitorous, painfully mortal body. He usually was, whether these setbacks happened. It’s why he got back to work as soon as possible; he thought it was his own failing when he couldn’t work. That’s what he was planning to do right now.
Not this time.
The doctor handed her datapad over to Eva. “I commend him to your care.”
“What?” Theron asked, immediately.
Eva pocketed the datapad and motioned for Koth’s audience to come in and start patient transport procedures. “Since you evidently can’t be trusted to obey doctor’s orders and not work, you’re gonna recover under my direct supervision on Virtue’s Thief. I’m taking some personal days to make sure my ops manager is back on track.”
He stared at her. “That’s highly inappropriate. I should be discharged to my own quarters –”
“But you suck at following doctor’s orders,” Eva reminded him. “And I’m not letting you add new scars to your collection. So you’re going to be forced to take a break.”
“There will be talk on base, and I don’t want – ”
“Theron, the only thing they’re gonna talk about is you not working for once.”
By that point, Theron’s bed was already hovering out the door toward the docks, rather than to his personal quarters high up in the main building of the base, flanked by multiple medical personnel to make sure he didn’t try to make a break for it anyway. Eva strolled along side, watching as his expression grew increasingly sullen as he realized his standard “recovery” wasn’t happening.
“And where are you going to sleep?” he asked, sharply.
Eva smirked. “I’ve only been captain for nine, ten years now. I slept in crew quarters for the first sixteen. I know which bunk creaks.”
“What if –”
“Theron, this whole thing was Lana’s stupid idea anyway. If she can’t handle it herself for three days, then maybe she shouldn’t have cooked up a galactic revolution to overthrow the Eternal Empire in the first place,” Eva told him gaily.
Everyone around them knew she was wheedling the strait-laced ops manager; it was a consistent part of their banter since he’d shown up on Odessen. The Captain would flirt with that durasteel wall, and he’d keep things on track, much to the amusement of Lord Beniko. He was impervious to her charms….or so they thought.
~~
Eva brought a tray in for supper – stirfry with Kodari rice. She’d served it up for him on Yavin 4, ages ago.
Theron was still grumpy, even as he looked with interest at supper. “I’m an adult. I don’t need a babysitter.”
“You need someone to take care of you, while you’re injured.” Eva placed the tray on the nightstand on Theron’s side of the bed. “And it’s the least I can do for you saving my life –”
“You… you would have found your own way out. I just got impatient.” His eyes dropped down toward his lap. Jedi humility and SIS duty combined to make a neat cover for his feelings.
“Were you just impatient?” Eva asked, teasingly, as she unrolled the flatware from the napkin. She shook it out with a jerk and tucked into the top of Theron’s shirt.
“No,” he said quietly. His hands, resting on his lap twitched. They wanted to reach for her, but could not. Should not. Eva decided to delay dinner.
Carefully, she draped herself in his lap, so that those anxious hands found the way to her with minimal motion, and Theron finally was able to hold her close. She’d held him on the shuttle, head in her lap, the pain obvious on his face, as Koth flew off like a man possessed…but in the rush to medical, he hadn’t been able to touch her. Have evidence she was alive and unharmed.
“I – I didn’t want you to die. I couldn’t stand it.” Theron drew in an uneasy breath, and his hands clutched at her, as her arms carefully hugged him around his neck. “I love you.”
“And the fact that I love you is why you’re here.” Eva drew back just far enough to look him in the eye. “Or is this still too close? Too vulnerable for you?”
There would always be a pause. That’s just how he was. But she always did crack open those defenses, slowly but inevitably, like her old omnitool. Theron shook his head.
She smiled.
“Dinner then?” he asked, hopefully.
With a laugh, Eva hauled herself up and got to the business of feeding Theron his dinner; he couldn’t use his arms to do it himself. “Are you actually going to go sleep in crew quarters?” he asked, halfway through.
Eva paused, fork halfway between them. “If you want me to,” she replied, honestly. “Might make it easier for your to sleep and get comfortable.”
He solemnly nodded, then his expression was all mischief. “You know, not all of my muscles were injured –”
Her laughter cut off the end of his salacious come-on.
Dessert that evening was very creative.

Microstory - 41 Comfort Food :)
Selirah
Nothing had ever looked better to Selirah than her bed. Not only because she’d been away from Odessen for over a week, but also because Theron’s pants were draped across one corner of it.. which meant that he was somewhere nearby.
And had no pants.
He emerged from the ‘fresher in a worn out shirt and shorts, wet hair in a spiky, tousled mess, and gave her a heart-stopping grin, hazel eyes lighting up. “Welcome home, Commander,” he told her cheekily, laughing at her sour expression. Pulling her into his arms, he kissed her, running one hand down her tchun until she sighed, relaxing. “Seli, I have something for you.”
“Oh? I hope it’s my pillow. Because yes, I did notice that you switched mine with yours before I left.” Theron’s chagrined expression was all the reward she could have wanted, and Selirah laughed, ruffling her fingers through his damp hair affectionately. “What is it?”
“I had Hylo find you some rycrit stew,” he announced proudly. “Best part of coming home, right? Comfort food.”
“Second best part.” She pulled him with her towards the bed, and tugged him down with her into the tangled sheets, pushing his discarded pants to the floor. “We can share the stew later, Theron. Trust me, you’ll need the fuel by then to make it through the rest of the night.”
“You say the sweetest things.”

What’s Kyros Urso’s story?
Kyros Urso, also known as the Outlander, the Hero of Tython, Commander of the Eternal Alliance, Friend of Mandalore, and Slayer of the Immortal Emperor, was a former Jedi Master who has saved the galaxy too many times to count.
A powerful Force user, it's hard to believe such an accomplished man came from humble beginnings on the Core World of Rendili. The son of shipyard engineers, he was quickly recognised for his Force prowess and sent to Tyhton where he became a student of Master Orgus Din who helped hone and enhance his abilities. Though an excellent student, Kyros had a carefree personality that made him popular among other students, who appreciated his sense of humour and easy-going outlook on life.
Having said that, he always took his studies seriously and always knew when to do the right thing. After helping quash a Flesh Raider uprising and defeated Begal Morr, he quickly set out to explore the galaxy in earnest with his new apprentice, Kira Carsen.
During the Cold War and Galactic War, Kyros was instrumental in helping the Jedi and the Republic fight back the Sith Empire. From Balmorra to Corellia, his efforts not only staved off the encroaching enemy but helped bring down the greatest existential threat facing the galaxy — the Immortal Emperor Vitiate.
Dashing hero though he may be, Kyros is not without his faults. While a capable fighter and experienced military commander, his personal life can best be described as... messy. Really messy.
Along his travels, he developed a budding romance with Kira, whom he helped free from the Emperor's clutches. The two seemed to be hitting it off pretty smoothly until the former Emperor’s Wrath, Lord Scourge, entered the picture. Since then, Kyros wrestled with his feelings for both of his crewmates, not wanting to break either of their hearts but somehow managing to do so anyway.
Things got even more complicated when fellow Jedi, Xerxies Androxida, joined their crew whom Kyros simply couldn't resist. Seemingly abandoning both Kira and Scourge, Kyros went all-in with Xerxies (Jedi Code be damned) only for things to grow sour pretty quickly. Most of this is detailed in a fanfiction I wrote with @ruberduckzilla which you can read here [x]
tho neither of us have finished it cos we're both anxious messes
Easy to say, Kyros' relationship with Xerxies failed and the Love Rhombus once again became a Love Triangle. Though Kyros had very brief flings with both Lana Beniko and Theron Shan, those relationships never really went anywhere and, thankfully, no one came out of it sore as both Lana and Theron had love interests of their own (Vaxxen Norr and Jett Jhazar, respectively).
In any case, things were left unfinished between Kyros, Kira and Scourge as the whole Shadow of Revan arc distracted them completely from their personal affairs.
Then the Eternal Empire showed up and, after having been separated from his companions for many years, Kyros decided to start again. Becoming the Commander of the Eternal Alliance and defeating Zakuul was his primary motive, however, he did find some time to romance Koth Vortena. Not enough time, though, as Koth often felt neglected. This personal issue led him to make decisions that could have ended the Alliance and further jeopardised any potential future the two of them may have had.
Needless to say, in usual Kyros fashion, he jumped from Koth to Arcann as soon as the war was over, which upset a lot of people, especially Koth. But this romance with Arcann was a half-alive thing, little more than a brief spark that occurred during the conversation on that outcrop. Soon, Kyros was feeling stifled once again and began looking elsewhere.
Having said that, he chose to keep things going with Arcann for some time. Politically, it made sense as it kept Zakuul in check and it made Senya happy. Regardless, Kyros knew that he was taking advantage and could never find the right opportunity to end things with Arcann.
Things progressed rapidly, however, when Ossus appeared on the Alliance's radar and rumblings rom the Sith Empire caught their attention. Soon after that, Malgus turned up and Kyros was preoccupied with all the trouble his reappearance was causing.
Soon after that, he was reunited with Kira and Scourge, and he couldn't have been happier. He didn't quite realise how much he'd missed them.
Especially Scourge.
There is no denying that the three had changed so much in the last few years, and yet it felt as if not a minute had passed since they were separated. In all the time Kyros was battling Zakuul, Scourge and Kira were having their own adventures and both had come to warn him of the return of the Sith Emperor who, as it turned out, wasn't quite as dead as they all thought.
It was perhaps Scourge who had changed the most. After their reunion, he and Kyros had a heart-to-heart in which Scourge confessed his true feelings for him. It was then that Kyros knew who he was going to spend the rest of his life with, and that was Scourge.
It had always been Scourge. [x]
Kira, meanwhile, long-ago accepted that she and Kyros were ancient history and was more than happy to see her two best-loved companions finally get together.
And now, as new threats continue to menace the galaxy, they are all more than willing to face them all together once more.

The Sharr Legacy
@legacystarwarred tagged me, thank you!
Unfortunately, all of my toons are independent of each other, so there are no family stories or instances where they work together. I’ve also gone through a metric ton of toons, so I’ll only highlight the important ones.
Tagging @actualanxiousswampwitch, @awryen, @sithwarriorscum, @berriku, and @eabevella (only if you guys want to of course).
Name: Ashanam, Lord Kallig, Darth Imperius
Gender: Male
Species: Twi’lek
Status / Position: Alive / Ex-Dark Council Member
Relationship: Attros Finn, sorta
About Him: My original Assassin. I first played the game in like 2013? somewhere around there, but it was too much for my laptop to take and I had to focus on school. Ashanam is the only survivor of that era.
He has your typical slave background for an Inquisitor, but in the years since I stopped playing up until last year I would make up that the Dark Council fell to the Republic and that he had been captured while helping his apprentices escape. Since being Sith was never his idea, he was open to being ‘rehabilitated’ by the Jedi. Finn was the first Jedi that treated him like a person instead of a feral animal, and because Ashanam behaved around him, Finn ended up being in charge of his recovery. Eventually they ended up together, even if it was a secret from the rest of the Jedi, but my imaginings never made it beyond that. So he’s a sort of AU Inquisitor.
Name: Jet Vehl
Gender: Male
Species: Chiss
Status / Position: Alive / Ex-Cipher 9, former Imperial Vigilante, currently Commander of the Eternal Alliance
Relationship: Theron Shan
About Him: He had an extreme falling out with his family on Csilla which is why he abandoned his Chiss name, taking only the root ‘Jet’, and literally making a new name for himself as an Imperial citizen. Before joining the Empire, he’d worked in the secret police of the Aristocracy, so Imperial Intelligence were quick to take him as soon as he registered. Joining the Empire was the first thing he really chose for himself, so for a long time he was very loyal.
That loyalty was shaken by Watcher X and the plot with Darth Jadus, and then fully broken when he discovered the origin of his mind control. If the SIS hadn’t used the keyword on him, he might have eventually joined them for real, but all that went out the door as soon as they uttered that word. At the end of his class story, he essentially told both the Empire and the Republic to go fuck themselves and took the black codex for himself, becoming a sort of galactic Batman hunting down corruption on both sides.
At the beginning of the Shadow of Revan, he didn’t trust Theron as far as he could throw him, but eventually the idiot managed to squirm his way into Jet’s cold, dead heart where he stayed all the way through KotFE and KotET. The Crisis on Umbara nearly broke him, and it took a very long time for Theron to earn his forgiveness, but they did get back together and ended up married.
Name: Caden Vega
Gender: Male
Species: Mirialan
Status / Position: Alive / Champion of the Great Hunt, surviving member of Clan Lok (Mandalore the Vindicated’s clan), Commander of the Eternal Alliance
Relationship: Arcann
About Him: Currently the farthest toon I have, he’s finished all the story content so far and is the closest thing I have to a main.
He’s a very easy going guy. Honorable, loyal, practical, but kinda gruff and quiet
He was born on Mirial to a family with a proud line of Republic officers. He enlisted as soon as possible and had made it to the rank of lieutenant in the SpecOps division before The Incident occurred. Thanks to a commander’s corruption, he watched most of his squad die and lost both of this legs. When the brass failed to charge the officer in question, he left immediately after his recovery. With the skill-set he had, becoming a bounty hunter was a logical choice for him, and he quickly found that he really enjoyed the hunt. His family, including a younger sister who’s also a soldier, don’t approve, and after he starts getting notoriety in the Great Hunt, they stop talking to him all together.
He doesn’t like working for the Empire, but knows beggars can’t be choosers, especially after Serros makes him the Rpublic’s most wanted. But Darth Tormen was a bastard, he choked Mako, and from that second on Caden wanted to kill him, so the Chancellor really didn’t need to persuade him at all, honor be damned.
The Revan bullshit and Ziost were a whirlwind that he really wasn’t being paid enough for. He’s 36 by the time the Eternal Empire shit kicks off. Arcann is the first guy to defeat him in a really, really long time, so that gets his attention on Asylum, even through the whole being-stabbed business. He bonds with Senya really quick, likes her sense of honor and ruthless efficiency when it counts, so when she said that there was something worth saving in Arcann, he believes her. He lets them go, buys them time on Voss, and later accepts him into the Alliance. He still didn’t trust him, but he couldn’t ignore the usefulness of having an extremely powerful Force-user on your side, especially when facing down Vaylin. Helping to defeat his sister and then his father did wonders for Caden’s opinion of him, but it still takes a long time before either of them admit to any feelings. By the end of The Nathema Conspiracy, they are secretly together with only Senya, Lana, and Theron knowing about their relationship for now, but they plan on eventually being completely open about it

Peace and Quiet | Theron Shan x Male Reader
Fandom:Star wars the old republic
Pairing: Theron Shan x Male!reader
Summary:Theron and (M/N) find some time to themselves after so many difficulties.
Author’s note: Man I love Theron,so I tried my best. I normally play a jedi knight but I wrote this as just the commander so that it could be read as any class you play.
It all started after (M/N) dismissed the meeting. Everyone was leaving the conference room, well everyone but him. Theron approached him with an offer he hoped (M/N) wouldn’t refuse.
“Why don’t we take a speeder across the canyon get lost in the woods for a while, have a little adventure?”
Without missing a beat,(M/N) pressed his lips to Theron’s. It felt like home. After everything that happened with the cult of zildrog, these were the moment’s both men lived for.
“I’ll take that as a yes?”
(M/N) chuckled a little and motioned for Theron to follow him. The two made their way down to the hangar only making small glances at each other on the way there. They walked past vette who made kissy faces at (M/N) knowing full well what the two men were up to. Finally reaching their destination the two hopped into a speeder and soared out of the hangar.
The fresh hair blowing in his face felt good to (M/N),he had spent the last couple of days couped up in the base. After everything on Ossus and having to deal with the outcomes of that ordeal he was ready for a break. He watched the canyon below zoom by seeing a few animals here and there,it reminded him of the time Satele Shan and Darth Marr taught him more about the force and how to defeat vaylin.Looking to his left,Theron was behind the controls, the sun shining just right on him. Man he loved Theron, even after everything he pulled.
“Enjoying the view?” Theron finally broke the silence.
“It is a pretty good view”
“I hope you’re talking about me and not the canyon”
“No I’m really enjoying that rock down there it’s pretty beautiful. Hi rock!”
“Okay Okay I get it. Jeez how do I deal with you.”
“You know you love me.”
“That is true.” Theron glanced towards (M/N) with a loving smile. “We’re here”
The speeder sat down in a clearing. Theron was the first to hop out of the speeder and took in a large breathe.
“Take a look at that view”
(M/N) came and stood beside Theron looking over the canyon in front of them. The view was indeed breathtaking, the forest’s and rivers filling the bottom and far off in the distance the view of the alliance base. The sounds of the odessen fauna echoed through the canyon signifying they are indeed out in the wild. (M/N)’s hand found Theron’s and they stood there enjoying each other’s company for a while before Theron let go and walked back to the speeder. Reaching in the back he pulled out a blanket and a picnic basket.
“I’m not gonna lie,I figured you’d say yes so I was prepared” He said walking back to where (M/N) was still standing. “Would have been embarrassing if you had said no.”
“You know me well agent Shan.”
“I love it when you call me that. Come on,help me set all this up.”
The two quickly set up their picnic. The picnic consisted of food smuggled out of the special stocks back at the base. They would sneak in conversation in between bites, just trying to distance themselves from everything happening in the alliance at the moment. With everything it’s been very rare for the two to find time to themselves. They were completely unaware of the two figures in the distance watching them.
“Even after everything your son has done, they still love each other.” The ghost of Marr stated.
“Yes,it would seem that the commander and Theron have a much stronger bond than Jace and I had.” Satele watched her son and the commander with a small smile.
“Here I thought you would have a problem with romantic attachment and separating it from duty, most Jedi do.”
“Once I would have. However, now I can see that attachment is not a weakness. Attachment can lead to the dark side, but it also helps our light shine brighter than any star. Look at them for instance, they use their love for each other to motivate themselves and to keep fighting. Even with Theron’s seeming betrayal, they continued to hold on to their hope and it proved that they were able to carry out their duty for the name of love. Which is more than I can say for Jace and myself.”
“Do you ever regret the decisions you’ve made?”
“I regret many decisions I’ve made...but the past is the past. I can only hope to find a way to right the wrongs I have done. Maybe one day I can connect with Theron the way he wanted...how I wanted, but for now I’ll let him have this.I have always wanted him to be happy,I won’t get in the way of something that has proven to be a light in the dark.”
“That we can agree on my friend.”
The two master’s watched Theron and (M/N) return to their speeder and head back to the alliance base.
“That we can agree.”
The ride back to the base seemed to go by fast. (M/N) loved the moments when he and Theron could escape from the stress of reality. The sun had set on their way back so the hangar is empty. Looking to the left he saw that Theron was watching him with stars in his eyes.
“What?” (M/N) asked.
“Nothing,I’m just not ready to leave yet.”
“I’m not either and the hangar IS empty.”
“I like the way you think.”
(M/N) was the one to lean in first and Theron did not hesitate to make the kiss deeper. This was a kiss of pure passion and admiration. Both men were so entranced with each other they did not hear the sound of approaching footsteps.
“Ahem”
The two quickly separated and looked sheepishly at who the voice originated from. Lana.
“If you two are quite done,I need to fill the commander in on some new intel I have received.”
“Jeez Lana can’t you give a man a break for a while?” Theron pestered her.
“You’ve had all day to yourselves, now it’s my time. Do I need to remind you we are at war.”
“Alright,alright...I’ll head to the command center right after I finish up here.” (M/N) interrupted.
“Thank you commander.”
With that she took her leave. Neither (M/N) or Theron could see the sly smile that plastered her face.
“I think she likes to tease us.” Theron inquired.
“No...she only likes to tease YOU.”
“Shut up.” he pulled (M/N) into a quick kiss “I’ll see you later?”
“My room one hour.”

SWTOR Fic: Time and Tides (Pt. 1)
Summary: An unexpected arrival provides for a potentially awkward reunion. (Emrys Legacy - Theron Shan/Female JK -- Annya x Theron)
Notes: A very definite “what if” that I’ve been playing with for almost a year now. The muses were finally willing to cooperate. At least for the beginning. I don’t know yet if this is canon for “Between the Lines.” I’ll get back to you on that. If it were, it would fall somewhere between Chapter 7 (”Holding Pattern”) and Chapter 8 (”Clue-By-Four”).
More to come.
Posted without beta and with minimal revision.
Sighing, Lana Beniko lowered herself into her desk chair, blowing away the steam billowing from her cup of caf. She was just reaching for her first datapad when she sensed a familiar presence lurking in her doorframe. “Good morning, Kaliyo,” she said. She didn’t bother to look up as she booted up the datapad.
“You Force sensitives are all so creepy when you do that,” the arsonist groused. She folded her arms across her chest, leaning against the bulkhead.
The Sith cast a glance upward, arching a fine blonde brow. “I could say something similar about your propensity to lurk in the shadows, but I’ll refrain,” she retorted. She tapped a few more commands into the device, unlocking a file for her perusal.
“Hey, I can’t help that you guys are more entertaining than a holonovel.” A suggestive smirk curled across her lips. “The only thing really missing are the gratuitous sex scenes. The constant fade to black does nothing for me.”
Lana heaved sigh and fully looked up for the first time. “Was there something in particular you needed? Or are you just here to discuss your voyeuristic tendencies?”
“A bit of both,” Kaliyo answered with a chuckle. She jerked her thumb over her shoulder. “There’s a new arrival out there.”
“And?”
“And it might give our favorite super-spy the biggest cockblock in history.” Her grin widened as Lana regarded her with confusion, turning to offer her a sidelong glare. “Doctor Archiban Kimble is standing out on the shuttle pad.”
Shock swept over her, and she felt her grip on the datapad falter. Reaching instinctively into the Force, she bolstered herself, recovery almost instant. “Kriffing Hells.” The frown returned. “Has anyone told the Commander?”
“I said I’d take care of it.” An odd mix of amusement and sincerity lit the Rattataki eyes. “But I know Spy-Boy just got back from a two-week recruiting mission and the lovebirds haven’t exactly been spotted yet this morning. I figure having the ex rapping on the door might be bit of a rude wake up call.”
“That’s… unusually altruistic of you, Kaliyo.”
“What can I say? I ‘ship it.” Kaliyo shrugged, smirking. “And Kimble’s not a bad guy. He doesn’t deserve to walk in on that... It’s not his kink.”
“There’s no guarantee they --” The arsonist arched her own brow, and Lana sighed. She allowed her eyes to drift left as her focus shifted, seeking out the Force signatures of her two friends. As a Jedi knight, Annya Emrys had learned an unobtrusive manner of cloaking, one that projected a signature, but did not allow access to surface thoughts or emotions. While not effective for interrogation, it was exceedingly useful for infiltration -- and protection of privacy. So it was with a degree of difficulty that Lana found her signature, shielded though it was.
Theron Shan was an entirely different case. As a boy, he had learned many Force manipulation techniques -- in theory. His poor connection to the galactic energy, however, left little practical experience. Thus, like most good operatives, Theron had instead learned to block the possible mental intrusions of Force users by constructing what was, in simple terms, a wall around his signature. As a result, he appeared much like a singularity in the Force. It was this technique that frequently served as his default, usually when he was too distracted to harness his emergent Force abilities. It also meant he stood out like the proverbial sore thumb... exactly as he did at that moment.
Drawing back to herself, Lana closed her eyes and shook her head. “Right,” she said, pushing herself to her feet. She pointedly ignored the knowing smirk that spread across Kaliyo’s features. “I’ll meet him; get a read on what he wants. I’m sure the Commander will want to see him… at some point.”
“When she comes up for air.” Kaliyo paused. “You don’t think he knows about the Commander and Spy-Boy?”
The Sith frowned at her as she tapped a command on the datapad. It would, in the next few moments, dispatch a time-delayed message to Theron’s implant, strongly suggesting he contacted her at the earliest convenience. “You’re more than welcome to return to your duties,” she said.
“I’ll take that as ‘no.’”
Lana strode past her, heading into the corridor and toward the lift. To her frustration, Kaliyo merely fell into step beside her. An expectant silence fell between them. “No,” she replied at length. “I don’t think he knows. They were fairly discreet during the Revan matter but, from my understanding, there wouldn’t have been much to tell. The Commander was very much a Tythonian Jedi. At the time.”
Kaliyo gave a chuckle as they stepped into the lift. “They’ve tried to be discreet since before I got here,” she commented. “Fails pretty miserably when he doesn’t even live in his own quarters.”
“How did you --?” Lana stopped herself short as the lift doors opened, then strode out. Her scowl deepened when the firebug continued to follow her. “Let me guess: Jorgan.”
“Funny thing about training -- sometimes you get to know the person you’re working with.” She rounded the corner, keeping up easily with the woman beside her. “Turns out he likes not having to share, and I’m sure Theron prefers not having to clean furballs out of his shower drain… among the other perqs.”
The Sith drew a deep breath. She would have to speak with Jorgan… and, it seemed, with Theron. But first, there was another issue to resolve -- with or without Kaliyo in tow. Her feet covered the remaining distance to the landing pad quickly. She found the doctor standing just to the side of the transport, silhouette mostly unchanged since they last met.
“Doctor Kimble,” she said, extending her hand. “Lana Beniko. I’m not sure if you remember me --”
“Creepy Sith Intelligence lady,” Doc interrupted. He clasped her hand with his own, notably still wearing a set of well-fitted leather gloves. “Kaliyo said you were helping run things around here.”
“Yes -- acting as Director of Administration,” Lana explained. She pursed her lips, briefly casting a glance to Kaliyo. “I’m afraid Annya is in a debrief and won’t be available for some time. If you’d like to wait…”
His brow furrowed and he swallowed, averting his eyes for a moment before looking back to her. “If she doesn’t wanna see me --”
Lana sensed the flicker of pain -- worry, heartache, embarrassment -- he didn’t quite manage to smother. But then, she thought, he was never trained to. “Her crew was one the first things she asked about when we arrived,” she said. “I rather suspect she will want to see you. But she truly is otherwise engaged at the moment.”
Behind her, Kaliyo gave a cough. She turned a flickering glare at the Rattataki, then looked back to Kimble. “Perhaps you’d join me for a cup of caf? I was just settling in with my first cup when Kaliyo informed me you were here.”
If he noted the interplay between the Alliance personnel, Doc didn’t react. Instead, he pursed his lips and gave a single nod. “Think I could handle that.”
“If you’ll come with me then, Doctor, we’ll make our way to the mess hall…”
Turning, Lana drew a deep breath, exhaling discreetly as she led the way to the lift. Dammit, Theron, she thought, you’d better check your messages...

Since I completed Ziost again, I’ve been thinking about its writing. I know KotXX gets grief, but at the same time Ziost leaves us with an incorporeal, planet-gobbling emperor. How the hell do you fight that? Lana and Theron both have their failings on Ziost but there really nothing they can do to stop the enemy. Everything is in vain, which does give Ziost its sorrow and desperation….….
but it also offers no way out. There is no other solution beyond a deus ex machina such as the Eternal Empire. Yes, Lana screws up by letting an agent of Saresh climb to her side. Yes, Theron gambles on a black op that totally wouldn’t have been greenlit. But… they fail because the enemy is undefeatable. It does not matter how competent or incompetent Lana or Theron are. Ziost was dead the second the Emperor left Yavin, and the storyline failed to give any solution other than Revan’s idea to make the guy manifest. No breadcrumbs no theories, no tech, nothing. We just get left with Lana and Theron trying to stick it out (or being pressured to resign by the player).
How could anyone predict or combat an entirely mind controlled planet? The people who resist are highly trained, disciplined, or damn lucky; there’s no way to predict who the Emperor could or could not control. Does this make Ziost’s feelings that much more Intense and powerful?
Yes, but now the Emperor is as OP as the player is with the Eternal Fleet. It’s the same dead end, just on the end boss, not the player. The one positive thing I would say about Ziost and the planet eating emperor is that it made us feel something. Unless you were into Theron, Nathema probably didn’t hit the same buttons for you (and I say this as a Theron fangirl). Still, a dead end is a dead end, regardless of the feels. I wish the SWTOR writers hadn’t written themselves in a corner -- multiple times.

Thanks to @caffeinatedrogue for bringing this to life! It is amazing in every detail; thank you for your beautiful work.
25 ATC/3628 BBY: Alliance Commander Captain Eva Corolastor in evening wear and her husband Theron Shan in his formal Republic SIS uniform for her coronation (sorry, Lana) the two-year anniversary celebration of the liberation of the galaxy from the Eternal Empire.
Ever since @commanderlurker gave me the “why are you blushing” prompt, the idea that SIS has a dress uniform (and Theron kept his) has taken up residence. This is eventually going to be a short chaptered fic, and I have a couple of bits written, but when the opportunity came up to commission @caffeinatedrogue.... I got impatient. :D Couldn’t pass it up.
Connected fics (eventually will be one chaptered fic, at some point):
“All I did was look at you, why are you blushing” -- @commanderlurker ‘s prompt, archived on AO3
The sorta sequel, wherein SIS gets roped into doing security for event: A Better Work Life Balance, archived on AO3.

I noticed a certain commonality between the SWTOR trooper and KOTOR dialogue choices:
1. Yes (with enthusiasm)
2. Yes (reluctantly)
3. War crime

KOTOR Social Media
silly post incoming
Based on the ‘tumblr users are burned out gifted students’ trope, Bastila is CLEARLY the tumblr user on the Ebon Hawk, but only after she got fed up arguing with (wrong) people on Twitter. (She still argues with people on Twitter, but on a new handle.)
Mission is on Tiktok and Youtube, doing urban exploration and makeover videos. Somehow, Zaalbar stars in both.
Juhani is on Instagram. She likes the filters and captioning system. She makes it a point to tag the Jedi Council on everything, with lots of emojis. That said, she has a secret tumblr where she obsesses over Bastila’s posts and vents her angst and frustration about her gender identity, sexuality, status as an alien minority, and injustices in the Republic.
Canderous is on Tindr, Grindr, Fetlife, Ashley Madison, Hinge... the list goes on. He has the general attitude of ~unzips~ “There’s your content!” .
Jolee Bindo is on Facebook, and every person he’s ever met is his friend. He reposts low-quality memes that make him laugh. He semi-regularly writes massive storytime posts that seem to be one very elaborate run-on sentence. He has no idea how to tag anyone or how to make anything “friends only”. He also has a MySpace account from ‘back in the day.’
Carth is on LinkedIn. He checks it once every six months, if that. He seriously doesn’t get any of this. He changed his profile picture for the first time since Dustil was born and was utterly bewildered by the excessive amount of likes and comments.
HK-47 and T3 are clearly on Reddit.
Revan has all of the above, somehow, from OG Revan, Amnesia Identity, and Revan the Remix. In what order and in what combinations, I leave up to your headcanon for your own personal Revan

My #1 post of 2022
Holy. Shit.
Ok, for those not clued into US politics or not watching the news right now, Trump got raided by the FBI. You’re gonna love why.
It is a felony to take historical documentation and paperwork from the White House. There are specific rules/guidelines, but most of the stuff from each administration goes to the National Archive, including and especially classified docs.
So, it’s not January 6. It’s not the tax evasion. It’s not the money laundering.
It’s because he stole history from the nerds in the National Archives that the FBI raided his house.
Since we’re all loving on our favorite archaeologist/historian this week, an appropriate comparison: This is like Talos Drellik bringing down the Empire because someone on the Dark Council took some holocron off planet.

Character Master Post
I thought that it was about time to put all of my characters' information into one place. Under the read more cause this gets crazy long.
If I make any edits, this post will be reblogged.
Name: Mai Shan
Age: 21 at the beginning of the Jedi Consular Storyline
Job(s): Jedi Consular, Member of the Jedi Council, Alliance Advisor
Alignment: Light Side
Romance: Married to Felix Iresso
Personality & Traits: Mai is incredibly kind, giving and considerate. Everything that she does is for others. She's basically a cinnamon roll. She comes from the Shan family (the family of Satele Shan, Theron Shan and my Revan, Shyon); which results in a massive amount of pressure and worry during her teenage years through to the Jedi Consular story. Although her family and personal life was not always the best, Mai strives to stop focusing on her own problems, rather to help others with theirs.
Notes/Random Facts about Her:
• Mai is secretly married to Felix Iresso. At the beginning of their relationship, Mai was reluctant to pursue a romantic bond, as the Jedi Code did not allow it. However, she soon realised how much she was in love with Felix and decided to make a ‘selfish’ choice, to marry him. They are happily married now, and although they don’t often talk about the inner workings of their groups (Republic military and Jedi), they understand each other.
• For their first year anniversary, Felix gifted Mai with a Shadow Nekarr Cat, which she named Glass.
• Mai doesn’t know her father very well, but she very much knew her mother, a Jedi and sister to Grand Master Satele Shan. Mai’s mother (name still in the works) was her teacher most of the time. Since Mai is apart of a very famous family, she was given special treatment within the Jedi Order ranks (extra classes, etc), which earned the slight contempt of her fellow classmates. When her mother was killed, Mai was so broken and angry that she actually Force-screamed the Jedi Master who informed her about it across the room.
• Mai got her facial scars during the Siege of Coruscant. She was training with her fellow classmates when a Sith barged into the room and started attacking. Mai leapt in to protect them and she fought bravely, before the Sith sliced her face, causing her to faint from the pain. She was told later that only a few seconds after she had fainted, a Jedi Master had come into the room and killed the Sith.
• Mai was there during KOTFE (link to post x), though she isn’t the canon Outlander. She was put into carbonite with Pheebi for five years, causing her permanent blindness. There was a moment after she had awoken where she could not sense the Force and she had a mini panic attack.
• I headcanon that Mai is almost as strong as Vaylin is in the Force; I mean, she’s got just as strong of a family as Vaylin; Revan, Satele Shan, and even more Jedi than that. She just does not use that power because either she does not believe that she is that strong or she chooses not to, because she believes that she is susceptible to the dark side if she does.
Link to 30 Day SWTOR OC Challenge: x
Name: Pheebi Bralor
Age: 23 at the beginning of the Jedi Knight story
Job(s): Jedi Knight, Hero of Tython, Outlander, Alliance Commander
Alignment: Light Side/Neutral
Romance: Romantic feelings for Scourge
Personality & Traits: Pheebi is headstrong, confident and occasionally a little rash. She likes to takes risks, because she is sure of her abilities and the strength of her allies. If the situation calls for it, she will kill an enemy, though she will do it honourably (she doesn’t like the idea of killing from afar).
Notes/Random Facts about Her:
• Pheebi is part-Mandalorian. She is a member of Clan Bralor, along with her sister, Cloe. When she was young, she was accidentally left behind during a raid. The Jedi took her in, even though she was ‘too old to begin the training’. She was too young to remember her Mandalorian heritage and the Jedi refused to tell her. She found out that she was Mandalorian after the Jedi Knight storyline, when her sister, Cloe, found and told her.
• After the events of KOTFE-KOTET, Pheebi leaves the Jedi Order, tired of the Jedi Council controlling her and refusing to tell her things. After she left, she focused fully on the reformation of the Republic, serving as Alliance Commander for as long as she was able.
• Pheebi has a grudge against my Sith Warrior, Arachne, after their confrontation on the Black Talon. They have never liked each other.
• Pheebi and Doc don’t really get along. When they first met, Doc flirted with her and she was tempted to kick him out of the airlock. She finally told him to stop pursuing her and he respected her wishes.
Name: Cloe Bralor
Age: 22 at the beginning of the Bounty Hunter storyline
Job(s): Bounty Hunter, Mandalorian, Leader of Clan Bralor, Grand Hunt Champion
Alignment: Neutral
Romance: Married to Torian Cadera
Personality & Traits: Cloe is strong, bold and no-nonsense. It takes a while for her to like someone and even longer to trust them. She bonds with people by fighting alongside them and she respects talent and strategy.
Notes/Random Facts about Her:
• When Pheebi was left behind, Cloe thought that she was dead and fought in her name for years. After the end of the Bounty Hunter storyline, Cloe discovered her sister was alive when she was looking through the Empire’s Most Wanted List. Pheebi was on it, because she had recently just ‘killed’ the Emperor. She hunted her sister down and told her who she was.
• Cloe got her scar during the same raid that ‘killed’ her sister.
• Cloe uses a katana blade in battle; a gift from her father upon winning the Great Hunt.
• Since she had lost her biological sister when she was young, Cloe was quick to bond with Mako, who replaced Pheebi.
• Cloe is extremely skilled in hand to hand combat, so much so that she sometimes doesn’t even use her weapons in battle.
Name: Caney (last name not decided)
Age: 21 at the beginning of the Imperial Agent storyline
Job(s): Imperial Agent, Republic SIS Agent, Alliance Operative
Alignment: Light Side/Neutral
Romance: In relationship with Theron Shan
Personality & Traits: Caney is strong, deadly, with a follower mentality, at least at first. She subconsciously blinded herself to the evils of the Empire, until after she realised that they were using her for a weapon. Underneath her deadly exterior, Caney is sweet, loving and full of hope for the future. She is sensitive and can be easily sickened by awful events, which is why she created a wall around herself, trying to convince herself that it wasn’t true or that it was justified. After she defected to the Republic SIS, Caney became more independent and less susceptible to lies.
Notes/Random Facts about Her:
• Caney got her scar when she was young during a training match with another Imperial cadet. Her opponent sliced her cheek and she got angry and unintentionally killed him. She has always regretted that, so much so that when her teachers told her to cover it up with a special skin covering (so she would look like the rest of the cadets), she refused. She didn’t want to hide that she had killed someone; she kept it to honour the fallen cadet.
• Caney and Theron Shan bonded after they realised how alike they both were and how they had both felt controlled by people with ulterior motives.
• After she defected, Caney became close friends with Natila, a Republic SIS contact and went on multiple missions with her, Jonas Balkar and Theron Shan.
Name: Dyana (real name unknown)
Age: 22 at the beginning of the Sith Inquisitor storyline
Job(s): Slave, Sith Inquisitor, Dark Council Member
Alignment: Neutral/Dark Side
Romance: none
Personality & Traits: Not a whole lot is known about Dyana. She is very mysterious. However, it is known that she is very vengeful, especially after she hunted down the slave traders that sold her and killed them all. Dyana is power-hungry, dangerous and prone to killing by lightning, at least on the outside. The truth is, Dyana inside is extremely scared. She knows that if she doesn’t act like the rest of the Sith, she will soon be killed off and that is the last thing she wants. She does want power, but only to survive, not for the sake of it.
Notes/Random Facts about Her:
• Dyana loves going on her own and hunting ancient Sith artifacts.
• She tries to free as many slaves as possible during her time as a Sith Lord, often welcoming them into her cult. She also let the ghosts go at the end of the SI story; she did not want to become a slaver herself.
• Dyana has a slave brand on her back, between her shoulder blades.
Name: Luca (last name not decided)
Age: 25 at the beginning of the Trooper storyline
Job(s): Republic Trooper, Leader of Havoc Squad
Alignment: Light Side/Neutral
Romance: Undecided
Personality & Traits: Luca is dedicated, sassy and mentally, very strong. She jokes around a lot, but she is very focused during battle and all things related to planning out one. She can be very sarcastic and loves to tease Aric and Tanno. She is extremely respectful of Elara and her defection and helped her get through all of the prejudice within the Republic.
Notes/Random Facts about Her:
• Luca is actually related to Mai. This is a bit of a mouthful, but stick with me. Mai’s father’s brother is Luca’s father. So, basically, Mai and Luca are cousins.
• Luca’s head jewellery is a gift from her mother, with inscriptions outlining her family history.
Name: Kalanti (last name not decided)
Age: 19 at the beginning of the Smuggler storyline
Job(s): Explorer, occasional Smuggler, member of Koth Vortena’s crew
Alignment: Light Side
Romance: Undecided
Personality & Traits: Kalanti is brave, stronger than she thinks and a bit naive when it comes to the evil of the galaxy. She grew up hearing the classic hero stories, like the legend of Revan and Malak. She grew up on her homeworld of Mirial and didn’t know much about the galaxy. When she declared her dream to become an explorer and leave the planet, her parents urged her not to, warning her about the dangers of the galaxy. She ignored their wishes and left the planet on their ship the Suubatar. She explored the galaxy until she landed on Ord Mantell, where Skavak stole her ship. As she and Corso hunted him down, Kalanti realised just how horrible people could really be. Her first kill was actually Skavak and after that, she felt a horrible remorse and pain. After that, Kalanti decided that even if the galaxy wasn’t as good as she had thought it was, she would still fight for what was right, following the paths of the great heroes before her.
Notes/Random Facts about Her:
• Kalanti found the wreckage of the Endar Spire on Taris and actually sent a holo of her near it to her uncle, who had always inspired her to become an explorer.
• Kalanti loves to tinker and actually carries around a pouch of random things from the ship to fiddle with when she’s bored.
• She admires a lot of people and hopes to meet them all one day.
Name: Natila Omari
Age: about 24
Job(s): Ex-Jedi Padawan, Republic SIS Contact
Alignment: Light Side/Neutral
Romance: Currently dating Jonas Balkar
Personality & Traits: Natila is smart, sarcastic and fun to be around. She was a bit bitter about being kicked out of the Jedi Order after she failed her trials, but she quickly moved on, to the Republic SIS.
Notes/Random Facts about Her:
• Natila likes colourful clothes, often wearing a magenta jacket over her underworld fatigues.
• Natila was Mai’s best friend when she was in the Jedi Order and after she left, their friendship fell apart, until they met again and joined forces. Now, Natila is a trusted contact to both Mai and Pheebi.
Name: Arachne (last name not decided)
Age: 24 at the beginning of the Sith Warrior storyline
Job(s): Sith Warrior, Emperor’s Wrath
Alignment: Dark Side/Neutral
Romance: Undecided
Personality & Traits: Arachne comes from a very influential Imperial family, so she is a bit stuck up. She thinks herself above others and most of the time, she is, at least in terms of combat. She has been trained, sometimes brutally, since she was a young child. Her parents never really loved her, at least not any more as they would love a weapon, which is all they thought she was. They saw her just as another chance to get higher up in the Imperial ranks.
Notes/Random Facts about Her:
• Arachne has many alien ancestors, like Zabrak, Arkanian and even Sith Pureblood. Usually, this would be considered a disadvantage in Imperial society, but Arachne uses it for her own benefit.
• Arachne wields two orange lightsabers into battle.
Name: Shyon Onasi
Age: 32 at the beginning of the KOTOR 1 storyline
Job(s): Jedi, Darth Revan, Republic Soldier
Alignment: Neutral
Romance: Married to Carth Onasi
Personality & Traits: Shyon is strong, passionate, and reckless. She was extremely shocked when she discovered that she was actually Darth Revan, but she did not embrace the dark side again.
Notes/Random Facts about Her:
• Shyon is Mai’s ancestor. Although the last name is Shan is associated with Bastila Shan, the Satele Shan Shans are actually not related to her at all. I headcanon that Shan is actually a really common last name.
• Shyon’s best friend is Juhani. They immediately connected because, even if she didn’t know at the time, they had both had their time with the dark side and had come out of it.
• Shyon really despises Bastila and how hypocritical she could be, but she did save her on the Star Forge.
• Shyon’s hair band is actually a piece of fabric ripped from her Revan robes. Later, it was gifted to Mai.
That so far is the end of the character master-post. If there are any edits, this post will be reblogged and the edits will be noted above the read-more thingy.

Decisions (Vilrthis x Theron Shan)
831 words, M!Pureblood Sith/Outlander
Rating & Tags: Teen; Difficult Decisions, Crisis On Umbara, Reflection
Notes1: contains spoilers for crisis on umbara so think twice before you read if you haven’t played it

Notes2: shaaaaame on you, bioware. with a little bit of tweaking, you could have had your ‘shock factor’ without going overboard; slight canon deviation, Theron pondering his life and decisions
Theron was looking at the decrypted datapad, reading its contents over again and over again. He was slowly chewing his bottom lip, his mind in a deep thought.
The Order had contacted him again, but this time they wanted more than some meaningless snippets of information about the Alliance. /Make sure that the peace between the Republic and the Empire doesn’t last/ was not a hard mission to accomplish. Both sides were practically already at each other’s throats, trying to be the first to fill out the power vacuum Vilrthis had left behind.
Theron smiled at the thought of him, feeling quilt immediately raise its head afterwards. The Sith had endured so much, succumbing deep into the dark side and only barely clawing his way out of there. Vilrthis had changed after that, and Theron still didn’t know how he could make his love feel better.
Ruining every possibility of peace between the Republic and the Empire was a good place to start, Theron thought dryly, his eyes focusing on the datapad again. He felt conflicted, one part of him feeling that it was best for everyone if he proceeded forward alone. That way, if something happened, he would be the only one to face the consequences.
Theron’s chest tightened uncomfortably.
Theron had tried to tell Vilrthis about this earlier, when the messages first started appearing. However, he had made the decision of not doing so, when faced with the exhausted Sith. Theron had reasoned that Vilrthis had had enough on his plate without him adding anything extra to it. Besides, he worked best alone.
Now, it seemed that he was faced with a similar kind of decision. If he went through this alone, it would be most convincing. The Order would hopefully accept him into their ranks, and he could finally find out what they were truly after, instead of trying to piece together rumors from here and there. But, doing this meant that he would have to lie to everyone. He would have to come to accept that Vilrthis might not understand why he’s doing this, and loose him forever.
Theron winced. He looked at the datapad, its words blurring in his mind. He sat on his bed until he had made his decision.
*_
“Commander. Lana. I need to talk to you!”
Theron had explained everything to them, starting from the very beginning. He had not been interrupted once, even though Lana had started to look increasingly angry.
“And, that’s that,” Theron finished, licking his dry lips. He glanced nervously at Vilrthis whose expression had not changed one bit. Lana on the other hand… “You didn’t think to tell us about this earlier?” she started, and Theron could feel heavy tightness squeezing his throat.
“Like I said, I didn’t want to bother you if this Order turned out to be nothing of importance,” Theron answered, standing his ground. “We could have found out that together!” Lana snapped, taking a step forward. Her knuckles turned white while she gripped the datapad Theron had given her of his research about the Order. “Well, now you know,” Theron said, his mouth turning into a thin line.
“What’s your assessment of this, Lana?” Vilrthis suddenly asked, making Lana’s anger slightly falter. She cleared her throat and looked the datapad again. “I need to double check everything but if the Order has truly been the one behind the scenes pulling the strings, they are a dangerous foe,” Lana admitted but didn’t stop glowering Theron with her yellow eyes.
Vilrthis nodded, shifting his look to Theron.
#1.I forgive you.
#2.You should have told me about this earlier.
#3.This better be the last time you hide something from me. [Force choke]
“You did the right decision by coming to us with this,” Vilrthis said. His voice was solemn but there was a small smile on the Sith’s face, when he came to Theron and kissed him. Theron answered to it, feeling light-headed from all the stress that was leaving from his body. He wrapped his hands around the Sith, letting himself succumb to the feeling of him.
The kiss ended when Theron could feel a rather forceful poke against his chest. “Even if I have forgiven you, it doesn’t mean that you can take it easy,” Vilrthis said, and for the first time in months, Theron could see genuine amusement on his lover’s face.
*_
“No!” Lana yells. Blaster fires and her body falls temporary stunned to the ground.
“It’s over for you, Commander,” Theron says darkly, firing another shot. It hits its mark, breaking the window behind Vilrthis. “In a few minutes, this train will collide with that mountain range–”
“We have reached a decision. Theron Shan, welcome to the Order,” the masked figure said. Theron nodded at it, and turned the transmission off, preparing for lightspeed. He smiled relieved. Their intensive research and planning had born fruit, and now it was up to him to start the next phase of the plan.
