IT Horror Story

So I haven't been tumblin' recently because work is busy. Doing beta test of a big new feature and then out of nowhere, I get pulled into an all hands on deck meeting with IT, DEV, and Conversions. Turns out IT learned that the most recent acquisition has 23,000+ UNIQUE mySQL instances!! one for each customer.

I was beyond flabbergasted. Like how do you run a business like that?(probably why they were acquired ngl.) IT was begging for us to help brainstorm how to convert this mess but I don't know how to help them. No one had any good ideas either so IT is going to investigate more at come back with more data. Please pray for their souls (and potentially my future workload).

The foreshadowing is cool and all that, but can we tone down the angst and whump a bit please and thank you. Maybe put in a fun filler chapter with a silly lil adventure.

And if we're being honest it's a little repetitive, gotta quit using the same trope over and over again

And can we speed up the payoff of all the descent to villainy foreshadowing ... Maybe add in an unhinged madman arc?
