Good Bye 2018 and Hello 2019 I am ready to construct you into something amazing!

2018 was a great year filled with new friendships, learning, developing, growth and working with some amazing families to get into home ownership but most importantly I got to make positive change in some people’s lives.

Don’t make any New Year’s resolutions this year but instead try to make goals that you look at it daily throughout the year and not just once a year as this will make you obsessed with that goal which in turn help you get closer to achieving it. Obsession is not a bad thing if it is for the reaching of a positive goal of yours and it is a must actually as in today’s world we have to many distractions to not be obsessed to help keep focus.

There is some key ways to make sure you follow your goals and line yourself up for success and these are ways I work in my life that have helped me this year and in the past and hope it gives you some perspective and ideas and helps some people out there:

- Be very Obsessed with your goals ( A vision board is very powerful and I made mine 6 years ago and all of my items on my list have come true because I saw them every day and discussed them every day. Writing your goals down every day but most important have goals and think and discuss them frequently not just sometimes

- Be Very honest and create Win- Win situations ( In life or business both parties must be happy with the outcome or deal…Sometimes this means you take losses but it is for the greater good then later on it will come back to you in a good way- Doesn’t matter the kind of job you have whether it is pizza guy, IT, teacher, or business owner just make the best of what you do and do it fairly

- Be prepared to and Make sure to sacrifice ( You need to know that you have to sacrifice time with friends, family, T.V shows and more…Everyone works 7-9 hour shift but the difference is what you are doing after you finish work or on weekends – These things make the world of difference- Watching T.V shows, news, articles and so on are very time consuming – In 1 year the amount of time spent not working on your goals and dreams is crazy and it is because no one works after work…..While at work you are not able to make time for your goals so you need to work on this after work and on weekends…I work 7 days and always try to put in 80 hours a week of work)

- Your goals don’t need to be monetary ( Make your goals something that means something not just about money…I always take on any task regarding of monetary value the same as a task that is worth a lot of monetary value and keeping the focus on the actual task at hand…Some goals of mine for example are to be able to provide for my family and parents so they can comfortable when they retire…To make sure that my future kids can have a foundation they can build on and have all the options I never have....to have a multiple properties with multiple income streams….none of my goals are monetary value but that is just me….Your goals should reflect what you want to see yourself like in the future

- Partners and Love ( In business or life you will have partners and no matter how good it is, things will go wrong or problems will occur so it is very important to keep people around you who are going to elevate you and not bring you down- This goes for good friends, lovers and even sometimes family members …Do not hold grudges against anyone as everyone is going through something and have their own way of doing things but move on from these type of people...Don’t through around Love without meaning it and be careful who you say it to – Be grateful for the amazing family and people that you do have in your life and cherish them

- Focus on your own lane (It is so easy to lose focus as we focus on what others doing such as your competition, friends, colleagues, news but it is important that you never focus and get distracted from anyone or anything and keep your eyes on your lane at all times…I avoid news, talk shows, reality TV and negative people to keep my mind on my lane and goals at all times and stay obsessed…It is not easy in todays world as it easy to put the T.V on or to compare ourselves with others but this is very important to be focused on you only and be contempt with what you have an accomplished so far

- Wake Up Early and Keep Busy ( It is important to wake up early as possible and get started on your day and to have a full calendar – If you are not busy and planned out for the coming week or month then you will find leisure activities to not be productive towards your goals- I typically wake up between 4:30AM -5:30AM every day and sleep roughly 5 hours a night and my calendar is booked solid for the week and month and I do this to make sure I am not wasting time on leisure activities and now I get obsessed when my calendar is not full enough

- No one will see your struggle but only your accomplishments ( Remember that no one will care about the work that you put in at night, in the morning, extra studying or reading or the time you put in research, ground work or planning or any sacrifices that you make …People will only see the outcome of your work and never understand what it takes and took …This means you must realize that you must do this alone and not seek any reward from anyone or anything for the work you did extra as NO one will thank you for this but yourself…It is hard to push yourself in this kind of situation and why you must be obsessed with your goals

- Be Prepared for Change/Problems ( Doesn’t matter if it is business or life but problems will happen 110% as you might not get that deal or make that goal and sometimes people will cheat or lie or leave you but the most important thing is how you react to the change or problem ..Be prepared for a problem or change and know it is coming so you can look forward to overcoming it but always stay positive in your response and next move after this problem or change and how you react can make for a positive or negative outcome….No obstacle small or big is unmoveable or fixable with time and positivity and being prepared mentally
