for anon! the outer two rectangles are colors that i associate with the internet, the inner rectangle is taken from an actual bulletin board, and the inner square(s) are meant to look like notes on a bulletin board to represent messages on a forum. the term is 'bullet', 'bo' from 'board', 'old' from 'old', + 'in' and 'net' from 'internet'!

flag id: two flags made up of 3 rectangles, each one smaller than the last and positioned in the center of the flag, with the smallest rectangle ultimately taking up most of the flag. from outer to inner, they are faded sky blue, light sky blue, and caramel brown. within the caramel brown rectangle in the left flag are two small squares, a white one close to the upper left corner of that rectangle and a light yellow one close to the bottom right corner of it. in the center of the flag on the right is a square, the same size as the squares in the left flag, which is divided horizontally into halves, with the top being white and the bottom being light yellow. end id.
