i'm tripping for the first time in a while on a p low dose of an rc and im like out of the peak where i was just playing dragon age inquisition and i cannot decide if i should smoke marijuana or not like logically i know it is very synergistic and will make me peak again but also..... will it make me more sleepy or not probably not but also maybe it will. i also think that i could probably take half a klonopin to dampen the effects if i needed cause the rc im on is often compared to shrooms in effect and structure (ofc i know it's its own thing) but ppl say that benzos decrease the effects of psilocybin so it might also do that for this but who's to say - not a lot of info and i didn't have the patience to scroll thru this one guys trip report where he took a benzo at one point to see what the effects were. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ i mean i took a very low dose of this rc which i've taken multiple times before and it will end so ultimately whatever i do doesn't matter usually when i trip i smoke a lot of weed throughout but that also was when i was smoking a lot of weed in general and now my tolerance is wayyyyy lower. but i did roll a joint with a more cbd heavy strain earlier so it won't b like getting hit by a semi if i smoke it

I dont post a lot but i'm gonna here cause fuckin i can't really anywhere else - I got laid off back durring the last week of june in like the middle of the week (and had to ask for severance 🙄, they weren't even gonna pay me until the end of the week)

and now im trying to apply for jobs but a lot of places just post positions that they're not actually hiring for and of the like 20 jobs i've applied for already like 3 have told me no and i haven't heard back from the rest and most of them dont have any contact info that i can like send a follow up to

SO if anyone like knows of anywhere hiring, or like any help with networking for remote jobs for data annotators or software qa or like writing/editing pls hmu i've got 2 years of experience doing text data annotation for nlp ml models and 1 year doing qa and a strong writing portfolio of essays (i have some fiction as well i can throw in) and two writing workshops with author goldie gold bloom where i honed my editing skills

this is written really informally but i also am just tired and disabled and really need a remote job but networking is something i have no clue how to do and like, while i've done really well at my prev job for 2 years and never got complaints and was praised for how fast i can accurately annotate and like work independently - i've never gotten hired without a like personal reference or a vocational service that liek finds jobs for you and like is partnered with employers which feels like so similar to just a personal reference.

anyway sorry if this is rambling i'm just tired and need to be able to pay for my meds/drs appt/ car payments 😬😬

also if anyone like has any tips on how to network and is willing to share i would b super appreciative my autism + anxiety just are like fully "i have no clue how to do this or what to say" it's just professional socializing online with strangers and i would love a rule/guide book lol

ohhhh boy, what the USA is doing rn with healthcare makes me legit scared for my life, i have type 1 diabeties and i was breifly uninsured because of a fuck-up at my moms work in HR. If I had needed insulin while uninsured i would be shit out of luck and probably would have ended up in the hospital with even more expensive medical bills. It's bullshit because I literally need Insulin to live.

doctors: GOOD NEWS EVERYONE we have found a treatment for diabetes it’s called insulin! people won’t die from this illness anymore if we just give them insulin isn’t this great news?

united states of america: how about we make it so poor people have either limited to zero access to this insulin?

doctors: but don’t we have enough resources to provide for everyone in need of such a medication?

As someone who is both trans and has diabeties and uses an insulin pump that cannot go though any of the screening devices at the airport: some TSA agents might try to discourage you from opting out of the screening and choosing a pat down.

I had a lady once yell at me and tell me that insulin pumps go though their x ray machines all the time, thankfully my mom was there to yell right back at her that my doctor explicitly told me not to let it through because its code would get fried

DO NOT TAKE THIS SHIT FROM TSA AGENTS

you do not have to go through the machines, and if anyone tries to tell you you have to, report them

the pat down can be uncomfortable, but they use the back of their hands and i've never felt violated during the process

As a trans person, airport security is always weird, but I had an especially tough time today 😔

good takes all around however consider this: Aubrey died in the fire that burned her house down and killed her mother.

My partner and I are fostering this bonded pair of buns, Keebler (white) and Amy (black). We probably will adopt them because we've fallen in love with them but I think we want to update their names to something that vibes with us/them a bit more.

Amy is the dominant bunny in the pair and personality wise Keebler is more adventurous while Amy is a bit more shy but both have warmed up to us quickly and love pets.

they spend a lot of time sleeping snuggled up next to each other or eating hay together.
