Summary: It’s been a long time since Claire Novak had parents. That’s just the way the world works; some kids grow up in a loving family, spoiled by mommy and daddy until their teeth rot out of their skulls, and some kids’ moms and dads get creatively murdered by feathery jackasses of the Lord. Nothing to see here - life goes on, and the world keeps slowly turning. Except for when Claire gets an unexpected visit from a stranger, and everything falls apart. - a study of Castiel and Claire, largely inspired by 15x15 Gimme Shelter.

My thoughts: Tearing up a little. Ah fuck. Claire really always goes through it. The fact that she and Jack never met in canon is a fucking crime and I really love how this meeting was engineered. And the way that Claire gets when she hears that Jack stole Baby lmao.

Wow this is a journey! Ok. We have similar starts, my first episode was also Bloody Mary i was 10 and I had nightmares. For years I just thought of spn as that scary show my babysitter watched. Then in 2012 at the age of 15 I had already been on tumblr for a while and obviously saw it all over the place so I decided to check it out, the rest is history.

Can’t believe you came back on thee ‘y yo a ti’ day!! HISTORIC. How did your boyfriend handle the confession? How did you make it so far with no spoilers?? Ahhhh I am obsessed with all these stories i wish i could sit and talk with all of you!!

Thank you, honestly, just reaching out means so much.

We’re having the procedure done in our home, so he should feel calm and comfortable, and he’ll be surrounded by family. It will be hard to adjust to life without him, but nothing can take away the 13 years of memories we made with him.

like... people, kids? no. I’d love to adopt a ferret one day, though.

okay so I've been thinking about LOTR lately & the mcu and while like they aren't any direct parallels but like some of the ideas and things?? IDK but like I just want a fic of the avengers + guardians + EVERYONE having a lotr movie marathon? 

but mostly I've been thinking about Thor & Loki and that’s what started this and like all of the things and anyway I am rambling but I was thinking about Boromir and Faramir and also Aragorn and Eomer and I’m not saying they are the same or anything but I feel like there are things that like they could find similarities or relate to??? 

I just like making parallels between my favorite things and also like my favorite characters in one thing loving or liking my other favorite things like shows/books/movies 

idk this might be silly but it’s where my brain is at???

thanks guys. he’s been in my life longer than not (literally since I was 10-11 years old) so it’s just...unfathomable, to think that I can count the days left with him on my hands. there’s so much that went unappreciated because how could I have known it was the last time (his last time laying in the summer sun, his last time with a fancy fresh shave...) I don’t know how I’ll be able to do just...anything...once he’s gone
