SERIOUSLY. She is CONSISTENTLY one of the finest actresses of her generation, and she has pretty excellent taste in projects...she was incandescent in “Sharp Objects”. She deserved that award tonight ABSOLUTELY. No shade to Michelle Williams- I’m sure she’s great as Gwen Verdon- but it was Amy’s night, and the Emmy voters cheated her.

This is exactly my point lmao. I am cringing into oblivion rn. My blog is something I would not be proud for any of the cast to see so I just stay in my little tumblr corner. I’m not going to name drop people involved ON twitter where they can see it, much less to INSULT them?? Like omg. To make it worse a couple of them are literally doubling down and arguing in the replies like going so far as to say Clapton’s work sucked last season and he knows it... I mean, dude. For the 8 sentence fic: Dany/Sansa, Surprise!UST

The moment Daenerys Targaryen steps into view, Sansa manages to stop herself from saying, “Oh.”  She has known since meeting Margaery Tyrell that her feelings for women are what they should be for men, and any time she feels badly about that, she thinks of Margaery with her wild hair and swollen lips whispering against her mouth, “A man may be able to give you a child, but he’ll never be able to give you what you need.”

Everything about this new, strange woman reminds Sansa exactly what she needs, and she almost shivers beneath her heavy furs at the pictures unfolding in her mind.

Sansa schools her face into a pleasant mask, repeats the words her father once offered King Robert a lifetime ago, offering all that is hers to Daenerys Targaryen.

The older woman looks at her, clearly trying to gain her measure, and Sansa finds herself preening a bit, wanting the Dragon Queen to find her attractive.  There is a flicker of interest in the queen’s violet eyes, interest that deepens as Sansa offers to show her to the finest chamber in the castle.

“Are your chambers nearby, Lady Sansa?” Daenerys asks, and this time Sansa does smile.
