thinking about how easily ray was willing to make an exception to his firm ‘i can only save emma and norman’ stance once don and gilda are actually in on the escape. the fact that, during his ‘deal’ with norman in ep 5 ‘we can bring don and gilda too’ isnt a condition norman had that ray begrudgingly agreed to but rather one that ray brought up completely unprompted.

ray has spent years coming to terms with the fact that saving everyone is impossible, years putting emma and norman over everyone else because they were the most precious people in his life and because risking a bigger escape could get everyone killed. he thought it was better for the others to live ignorant, happy lives until their shipment than to get killed on the outside. 

ray never had that same ignorant bliss the others had, emma and norman lost it after seeing conny, and while don and gilda aren’t given the full truth at first, they are given enough to have that illusion shattered for them as well. i just think a lot about how ray knows what it’s like to be trapped in that house without that happy illusion, and the moment don and gilda lose it, he can’t allow himself to push them away anymore.

If they could get a win or even a draw in those it would help Sweden not get pushed even further down than 7th. If they lose all 6 games it’s like basically a drag, any points for Häcken divided by 3 and not a lot of points at all for Linköping and Rosengård.

Compression settings can be adjusted during the 'Save' command.

The quality goes from lossy 0 (the image is degraded to fit in fewer bytes) to lossless 100 (pixels stay exactly the same). Usually the compressed size increases with quality but for some images (e.g. screen captures, plain colors...), the lossless algorithm produce lighter files.

The compression effort controls the encoding speed. Slower increases the visual quality and/or decreases the file size.

The preview feature will show the compressed image and its final size. If the picture is too tall or too wide, a moveable zoomed-in area will appear. Warning: for big images and/or heavy compression effort, thegraphical user interface may be slow/unresponsive when this is enabled.

For animations (several layers containing a duration in their name e.g. 'Frame1 (123 ms)'), a slider will select the current frame, showing its preview and duration.

Common parameters

For photography, quality around 70 is a good start. If size is moreimportant (e.g. icons, heavy-traffic web photos...), going as low as 30 is notuncommon.

For artificial images (e.g. B&W text, low-effect 3D renderings...), qualityof at least 98 might be better-looking and smaller.

If these options are not enough to get a satisfying result, the command linetools offer more settings than this Photoshop plug-in.

REVIEW The Development - Jackie Kabler 🌟🌟🌟🌟 I was lucky enough to receive this book from @accentpressbooks in exchange of a fair review. The story follows Cora Baxter a TV journalist who witnesses a tragedy on her way home one night, she then sets out to investigate the incident and all is not as it seems. This is the third instalment of the Cora Baxter Mystery series. I have not had the chance to read the previous novels, but this did not stop my from enjoying this book immensely. The mystery was cleverly plotted and I did not manage to guess the culprit until the big reveal. The characters are well developed and I liked Cora and was rooting for her throughout. The only negative I have is that sometimes the dialogue was slightly jarring, the conversations between characters did not seem particularly natural.
