So when my tribe decided we were going to do a tribute to @rachelthebrice at Tribalmania Miami by performing her original Changes choreography, I believe my exact thought was, "oh holy shitballs!" 😂 When I first started learning it on @thedaturaonline , I knew immediately that I wasn't fast enough and I needed to hit harder to be able to perform this well. I am proud of myself for putting in the daily practice drills for this. This a one of my practice days, making sure my headpiece stayed on, lol. I love this choreo and this song. I honestly feel very happy and confident when I do this dance. Since it is back to school time, I am dedicating my Friday's to studying the things I feel I struggle with. Today is workshop day with Rachel Brice @thedaturaonline and I'm working on those bodywaves and hip circles. It may seem strange that I struggle with hip circles, but I originally learned to move the hips to the side then back and the muscle memory is tough to change. Couldn’t sleep last night, couldn’t nap after the nightshift. Can’t seem to wakeup.
