Since it is back to school time, I am dedicating my Friday's to studying the things I feel I struggle with. Today is workshop day with Rachel Brice @thedaturaonline and I'm working on those bodywaves and hip circles. It may seem strange that I struggle with hip circles, but I originally learned to move the hips to the side then back and the muscle memory is tough to change.
