Easy Fondant Figure Ears: 1. Create small and plump teardrops 2. Attach at nose-line with Tylose glue 3. Stretch ears in upwards straight line towards front of ears until top of ears reach eyebrow line 4. Flop tops of ears forward. HOW TO DISTRESS GUMPASTE LEAVES: Wipe petal dust off using paper towel soaked in Vodka. While area is still wet, add dark petal dusts. You can cut off pieces of the dried leaves or cut pieces off/out when you first make the leaves and let dry, then distress afterwards. In progress shots of part of the next project for fall. These berries are modeled after bittersweet berries and the tiny “seeds” will become a part of seeded eucalyptus foliage. The berries and “seeds” will resemble their real counterparts more once dusted with color and of course taped and assembled.
