🌘Professor Lupin🌒

I recently reread Prisoner of Azkaban and I can not appreciate this man enough. The tragedies of the Marauders will forever haunt me, but I will also continue to find great joy in their existence 🥹✨

I have this image in my head of Remus walking around Hogwarts as a teacher, mourning the loss of his friends but celebrating their memories as well. He continues to tease Snape, he taunts Peeves, he jokes around with his students and he helps them cope with the world they’re discovering. Copious amounts of chocolate and tea are consumed when hanging out with your favourite teacher; professor Lupin :) 💫

Having him teach only the one year is outrageous, but it was a year to remember :)

👹🪄Defence Against the Dark Arts Teachers🪄👹

This piece started out as more of a concept piece. I want to do individual lineups for the teachers, but needed to draw this first. I sometimes get overwhelmed by the amount of characters that I want to draw🥲 And they all deserve time and attention and thought. Mostly, I need to put in the right feeling when drawing a character. So, this illustration is a concept for the D.A.D.A teachers :)

It did turn out to be a fun one to draw! I was pleasantly surprised by Quirrell, I never had a clue how I wanted to draw him, but then it just… happened. Funny how that works sometimes😁☀️

Happy Halloween for those who celebrate! 🎃 I can’t believe October is already over… I have enjoyed the warm autumn weather immensely, but I do also look forward to the colder months. Time to get cosy🤗

Professor Quirrell After the initial D.A.D.A teachers illustration, drawing Quirrell was suddenly very easy :) He's a fun character to draw, with his stumbling, nervous characteristics. And of course, the turban is an amazing recognisable feature in his outfits. I played around a bit with the types of cloaks he wears. I wanted them to be big enough that he could hide away in them if he wanted to. I imagined him walking around, hiding his fidgeting fingers in the big sleeves of his robes. And then to realise that in the end, he wasn't nervous or bumbling at all, but a disturbed and dangerous wizard :) Still an iconic plot twist! PS: A shoutout to this wonderful moment in Starkid's A Very Potter Musical:

I watched that musical religiously when I was in high school. And it's still ICONIC!

📌Barty Crouch Jr📌

My interpretation of Barty… an intelligent kid who is willing to do anything to escape the future his father has planned out for him, including listening to Elton John. Ironically of course… 😌

Paddy O'Brien

Since reopening my commissions, I've already gotten some great requests. Man, I love my job and I love you all. This cool guy here was commissioned by @ raptor.goat on Instagram. They asked me to create an OC; the only requirements being that he is a Ravenclaw and a werewolf. And out came Paddy O'Brien! A little introvert, very smart and prefers doing his own projects over his homework. A true Ravenclaw. I hope you guys will enjoy Paddy as much as I do!

New Profile Picture ALERT :) I wanted to create a new profile picture for my social platforms. This one feels very much like me (ignoring the fact that I drew myself). I love these colours, they appear a lot in my work, so it felt very natural to use them for my LOGO. Because, yes, this is also a logo. I love it <3

Hiya! Thank you so much for your lovely message! Whenever I get an ask like this, I'm reminded how much we all love this world and I'm so happy to contribute a little piece of that joy 🪄

I definitely plan on branching out my shop with prints. I have a lovely notebook filled with ideas and plans that I'm dying to put into motion. And you took the words right out of my mouth. Yes! I do plan on turning my art into zines and eventually... (though, that may take a little while longer) an art book. I'll have to finish ALL the character designs first and then I plan on making one big book filled with every single character and more Wizarding World magic. It would be the cherry on top of this lovely journey 🤩🧡 So, to all your questions: YES, I am going to do that. I want to create my products in-house, so I'm saving up for a good printer because the current one won't cut it.
