I distinctly remember a storyline of Kate/another argent stealing a glove of stiles at a grocery story or somewhere public to be able to scent Derek.

GIANT maybe: deaton having a sanctuary for wolves somewhere up north and stiles can’t know the location because it’s safer but something goes wrong with the escape trip.

the brenwulf fic is a love song to the_deep_magic's blumendrei fics! Bitte is an old and enduring favourite, but Drei is closer in tone and topic to this particular WIP of mine, where bren is a horny teenager who loves his girlfriend very much and is confused/upset/distraught that she keeps involving eadwulf in their relationship, and even more confusing/upsetting/distressing is how much bren likes being with another man. the idea is that there's a lot of boundary pushing and gender fuckery 👍

this fic is not particularly close to finished because the WIP is currently rather flat, repetitive, and i fear simply not very interesting. here's a snippet that i still like:

But tonight she was in a mood to tease, which was just as well—better than her being disappointed in his inability to conjure something for her in the fire—and she let her hands wander first, palming slowly at his sides and then his ribs and then down his chest and belly and—

She never even complained if he finished too fast, gasping open-mouthed against her skin, before he had given anything more than a fumbling attempt at her pleasure too. She just smiled at him, which was good, because she was the beginning and end of him. He would be forever defeated in her hands. Let her be happy.

She was perfect. The only problem with Astrid, really, was Eadwulf.

the modern vday dinner is a direct sequel to well, the blumendrei modern vday fic, which i started because the fic i published felt too messy and complicated and i wanted a fluffy and sweet chaser. almost half a year has passed since then and i actually feel much better about having posted that fic the way it is, so 🤷‍♂️ i think it's very likely i'll repurpose this one to some other point in the timeline, because i never got very far into this WIP anyway:

Their sixteen courses passed quickly enough. Bren oohed over each of them as Wulf snapped pictures. Astrid let the chatter fall to the wayside as plates of familiar and unfamiliar slices of sushi melted in her mouth. The wasabi hidden under the fish sparking bright notes of pleasure up in her nose. The yellowtail sashimi was so good that Astrid made a mental note to order it more often, even if she already knew it would never be as good anywhere else. And who knew tuna could even do that?

Stiles growing up with Claudia and Sheriffs shadow, understood but not well connected to the police? - I wish I could remember the name of it b/c there is a really great Sterek AU oneshot where Claudia lives and the Sheriff is killed in the line of duty when Stiles is a child. It's a really great read.
