Dream's Cosmic Colloquy
Dream, guardian of dreams, journeys to the cosmos' edge. He meets Thoth, the ibis-headed Egyptian god of wisdom, amidst swirling galaxies. They discuss constellations, humanity's stories in starlight. Thoth reveals them as a tapestry of myths and legends. Dream realizes constellations reflect humanity's search for meaning. Their discourse explores the universe's mysteries. Dream departs, forever changed, carrying Thoth's wisdom and the constellations' legacy.
Dream, the ethereal guardian of dreams, embarked on a quest that transcended the realm of slumber. He journeyed to the furthest reaches of the cosmos, where the cosmos shimmered and celestial whispers echoed with secrets. There, amidst a breathtaking expanse of swirling galaxies and stardust, he encountered Thoth, the ancient Egyptian god of knowledge.
Thoth, adorned in the radiant form of an ibis-headed avian, embodied wisdom and arcane power. His piercing gaze held the weight of eons, observing Dream with an all-knowing smile. They stood upon a platform of pure starlight, an awe-inspiring spectacle that dwarfed even Dream's vast dreamscape.
Dream, ever the weaver of dreams, spoke of the constellations that sprawled across the celestial canvas. He marveled at how these celestial patterns, like threads in his dreams, served as a universal language, guiding humanity across cultures and inspiring countless stories since the dawn of time.
Thoth, his voice resonating with the echoes of time, acknowledged Dream's observations. He revealed that the constellations were far more than random configurations of stars. They were a magnificent tapestry woven from the myths, legends, and collective imagination of humanity throughout history.
With a flourish of his ibis wings, Thoth conjured shimmering constellations – Orion, the mighty hunter eternally pursuing the Pleiades; Ursa Major and Ursa Minor, the celestial bears forever guarding the heavens; and the zodiac, a celestial map charting the sun's grand journey.
As Dream listened, enthralled, he perceived a profound truth. The constellations mirrored humanity's inherent yearning for meaning and connection within the vastness of the cosmos. He began to see the universe as a reflection of the human desire to dream and create stories.
Their discourse delved into the profound mysteries that veiled the universe. They explored the celestial ballet of galaxies, the birth and death of stars, and the enigmatic flow of time itself. In this convergence of dreams and knowledge, Dream and Thoth found a kinship, reveling in the awe-inspiring beauty and boundless potential of the cosmos.
As their profound dialogue concluded, Dream and Thoth shared a look of mutual understanding. They acknowledged that the constellations were not merely distant points of light, but rather luminous testaments to the enduring human spirit, forever reaching for the stars.
With a heartfelt farewell, Dream departed from the edge of the universe, forever transformed by his encounter with Thoth. He returned to his dreamscape, carrying with him the profound wisdom gleaned from the ibis-headed god and the everlasting legacy of the constellations, forever etched in the celestial tapestry, hinting at further horizons beyond.

Unread the red queen trilogy the biggest waste of my time. The selection trilogy is another one. They have so many reasons why they suck but think crappy dystopia ya.
I had literally never heard of those two and I discovered that these both have 5+ mainline books. SMH, they can't even keep to the Crappy YA Dystopia Trilogy thing. Luckily they are very far away from my TBR list.
I recently read the first book of the Zodiac Legacy (Convergence) and it was just...painful to get through. I just did not find it appealing. It's not too bad, it's just boring and not really what I expected from the title and blurb.

Books I’ve finished over the past month + ratings
Red Rising - 9/10, for a military genius, Darrow is kind of a dumbass in everything else, now that I think about it.
Survival Strategies of the Almost Brave - 6.5/10, not my type of book but pretty good.
Five Elements: The Emerald Tablet - 8/10, this book is really fucked up for its target demographic, but middle schoolers are little shits anyways, so...
Aru Shah and the Tree of Wishes - 7/10, I feel bad for the planet Jupiter now.
Steelheart - 8/10, the bad metaphors were almost as painful to read as Cody’s accent. /ns
Zodiac Legacy: Convergence - 7/10, would’ve worked so much better as a comic book.

The Zodiac Legacy: Convergence - 2/5
I have to admit I was slightly disappointed by this book. Being a life-long fan of Stan Lee I quickly rushed out to buy ‘The Zodiac Legacy’, expecting it to be just as marvelous (pun-intended) as The Avengers, Nova Corps, or Guardians of the Galaxy. Instead, I got a children’s version of the X-Men with a more diverse cast. I understand, however, that this book is aimed at young teenagers, and me being not-such-a-young teenager should have expected the simple language and over-used plot.
It follows the story of Steven Lee (i see what you did there Stan) as he tries to find his place in the world after gaining the ‘superpowers’ of the ancient Chinese zodiac dragon. It involves a group of teenagers from various countries, each with a different zodiac power, fighting against Maxwell, a somewhat-insane war lord who wants to harness the zodiacs and take over the world.
Although imaginative and full of graphic art, the story took a long time to unfold, with over the half the book being written before all main characters come into it. There was a lot of action but not much mystery and very little character development. While I personally found the book drawn-out and rather flat, I can see how younger readers would find it interesting, so for all those 15 and under, I recommend it! For other’s, however, read at your own risk!

Book Review
SPOILERS MAY BE PRESENT IN THIS REVIEW!!!!
Title: The Zodiac Legacy: Convergence (Zodiac Legacy #1)
Author: Stan Lee, Staurt Moore, Andie Tong
Pages: 263
Synopses:
When twelve magical superpowers are unleashed on the world, a Chinese-America teenager named Steven will be thrown into the middle of an epic global chase. He'll have to master strange powers, outrun super-powered mercenaries, and unlock the mysterious powers of the Zodiac.
Review:
I picked this up for two reasons Stan Lee and Zodiac. I love superhero stories and the zodiac. This story did not disappoint. I enjoyed it a lot. It does have a lot of bring the team together and get them to function as time in this, but I think there was enough action in it to not drag. I loved meeting each character in this story. I liked seeing Steven become more confident in himself as the story goes on. Jasmine annoys me sometimes because she just doesn’t trust the kids and leaves them out. It already ended badly, but she continues to do it. The story between Jasmine and Maxwell that isn’t fully told in this book has me intrigued. The powers with each zodiac is unique, but a power Maxwell shows in this book freaks me out to know end. I am just glad I have the rest of the series to read right because thing are revealed very close the end that makes me want to read the next one more than I already did.
Quotes:
“Who wants normal?” He replied. “Normal’s totally overrated.”

1) I recently finished reading “Indian in the Cupboard” by Lynne Reid Banks and I finished it last week.
2) I’m currently reading or going to start reading La Llorona/ The weeping woman. It’s a bilingual (spanish and english) book.
3) I plan to read as far as new a Superman book, and Zodiac Legacy: convergence by. I also plan to read more of The Bane Chronicles.
4) The Percy Jackson series and The women of hollering creek by sandra cisneros.
15) It would have to say Harry Potter. I loved that book series so much and it was one of the very first series that I read in a short time and it increased my love for fandom and being a nerd. :)

My first main thought is that this is a surprisingly quick read for a book just over 450 pages long, as I read it in only a couple sittings (I just don't have much time to read anymore, unfortunately). This might be in part due to the fact that I legitimately found myself loving this book. I mean, it's obvious this is intended as a kid's book, but here I am at 24 loving it just as much. That, folks, is good literature, when people of a wide variety of ages, etc. can all read a book and enjoy it.
