I think it’s very interesting how Hazbin is perceived outside of some internet spaces (twitter in primis) because I have never seen such a hatedom for an indie project, but if you go outside you will find fans very easily.
For example, last week I went to a very small con near my city and I found Hazbin merch and cosplayers.
Also the Italian adaptation for Amazon Prime Ita is the best I’ve ever heard in a long long time because everyone believed it was a project good enough to care about. The songs were adapted by a fan but aside Angel’s Va nobody really knew about it and everyone did a splendid job.
Then you go on twitter and see a 25k post telling you it’s bad because *insert false information gathered god knows where*

Grell's Cantonese voice (3 versions)
Grell's slaying sm to the point her HK VA was changed thrice 😭😭
All of them did a splendid job voicing her, but Martin's ver remains my fave :D
Martin Lui-ting's ver: flamboyant and mischievous.
Rattan Ho Sing-jun's ver: posh yet sassy.
Kevin Mak Ho-fung's ver: unhinged (esp the screams).
Cantonese dub done by TVB Hong Kong.

if i may ask. thoughts on the trollhunters movie
how did they do voltron a second time
under the cut for spoiler discussion
I don't think it's the worst "finale" we could've gotten, but it's verily lackluster, considering how great the ending for og Trollhunters was.
I think the worst part is arguably the 'Unbecoming' part during the last 10 minutes, especially since Jim had finally gotten his amulet back and was REALLY ready to throw down again, just like the good old days.
The original series already showed us that Jim not being the Trollhunter wasn't destiny, so it sorta feels like a kick in the teeth for Jim to casually pass it on to Toby. I would want to think the implication is that Jim is going to bear the burden of knowing there was a worse outcome in the other timeline. But that still feels just as bad.
The idea is that the ENTIRE journey we all just went on was null and void. Did it happen? Yes, because Jim remembers by the end and he's going to use that knowledge to make this second shot better. But it feels so cheap at the end of the day.
It was like they wanted to write a little more tragedy into the show, but knew that they needed to give it a big send-off that would leave fans with some decent closure. Unfortunately, the closure comes in the form of having to accept that the massive journey you just went on has been forgotten.
Now, if this had branched into some mega version of "Unbecoming," where Jim has to face the consequences of his actions, I don't think that'd be a bad idea. But it ain't where the series ended, and thus, I don't like to consider the movie when I think about the series as a whole.
Besides the ending, I don't think the whole movie was bad. I thought the opening sequence with tryna get Nari to safety was cool and beautifully animated. There were a few scenes throughout the whole movie that I thought were fuckin dope, like the scene where Jim gets the amulet back while he's gonna fight Belroc. That whole sequence was very hype and it honestly felt earned.
The animation quality for the movie as a whole is immaculate. Nothing looks out of place as far as the original series goes, it just looks like they got a higher budget for the movie and told the animation team to go nuts. Again, it's gorgeous and I'm glad I watched it for the animation alone.
I have always had my faves and dislikes in the voice cast of ToA. Unfortunately, I still haven't gotten past the loss of Anton Yelchin for Jim. His new VA does a splendid job in his memory, but part of why I loved Jim so much in the original series was that passion from the late Anton. Of course, that's nothing that can be fixed. I have no issue with Jim's voice as it is, I just mourn what we've lost. Everyone else in the main cast does a great job, and I have a soft spot for Douxie especially. He was a beautiful addition to the franchise as a whole.
Besides that, I wouldn't want to rag on the movie fulltime besides saying the Steve and Aja sideplot was someone's disguised fetish, so I'm not commenting on that at all. I also thought Aja and Krel's presence in the movie was very weak, considering how fun a sideseries 3Below had been. The Varvatos mech was cool, even if it was just another Pacific Rim. Wish they'd been in the movie more as leading protags.
I'll write down one last thing: I thought the ending of Wizards ended kinda weak, considering how long it'd been since we saw Troll-Jim, and I personally would've loved to see more of that version of him before it got swept away in plot resolution. So not getting to see that side of him for the movie felt like a semi-loss. I don't mind that he got saved. Just that it was too soon and we could've seen more of that troll-ish side like we saw in the original series.
Overall opinion? Very poor quality close to the whole franchise. Not a terrible movie as a standalone. Good animation, bad writing choices. I don't personally think of it as canon, or accept it as a proper ending.
I can't think of much else to say, but if you wanted my opinion on anything I didn't say here, totally okay to respond or reblog with further discussion! The series as a whole means a lot to me and I enjoy talking about it, even if we do a little nitpicking.

I have started playing Genshin Impact and I have not finished the Venti archon quest.
That being said here are my favorite characters, that I play/have played as: (if I have played as them, it was probably for a main story quest):
Kaeya Alberich
Tumblr media
Kaeya is best boy and I will hear no complaints. He is Sharp, wonderful, crafty, cunning, intelligent, and brings me a lot of joy. He made up a story about a fake treasure to catch a thief. That Has to be, one of the boldest moves in the game, and it’s one of the best moves he’s pulled. His VA is an absolute delight, and did a wonderful job voicing him.
Lisa Minci
Tumblr media
This woman.
You do not know the things this woman does to me. She makes me into a puddle, she makes me into this gushing puddle every time I need to talk to her. Her attacks are amazing, her outfit looks beautiful AF, and the VA did a splendid job on her, not to mention the fact that she’s a witch, which is the coolest thing ever. Plus the side quest where you collect the overdue books is one of the best side quests I could ever ask for.
Noelle/Chivalric Blossom
Tumblr media
Listen, here are two things I am going to say about her.
She is baby. A precious cinnamon roll we must protect.
Her special move is a lifesaver, as I don’t know how many times I would’ve died without her.
Noelle, you are the most precious thing in the game. She is perfect, and I love her, and I hope she never changes.
I don’t know if there’s a side quest for her but if there is I will gladly play it.
I don’t know why she isn’t an knight, but she deserves it. She deserves to be a night. If not a night, then give her a custom-made title please and thank you

Honorable Mentions:
Amber
Tumblr media
Amber is pretty good. She shoots fire arrows and that’s amazing. (I have a thing for characters who do archery)
The only reason this gal is not one of my favorites is the fact that she’s kind of mean to Kaeya, and our introduction to her was her interrogating us. Harshly…
Otherwise, she’s pretty cool!
Diluc Ragnvindr
Tumblr media
Diluc Ragnvindr, Diluc, Has to be one of the most popular characters in the game.
He should be one of my favorites.
His VA is the same man who plays Revali, guy is dressed to the Ducking nines, he owns a wine company. In our introduction to him, he kept us from being arrested by the Knights of Favonius, and his attacks are pretty cool.
I like his dynamic with Kayea, and The fact that they’re, in a way, estranged family. His relationship with Kaeya is not the problem.
The problem is: I know little about him.
I know very little about Diluc, And because of that I can’t make the dude one of my favorites. If I learn more about him, maybe I could make them one of my favorites but I’m not sure.

The Wonders of Magic (And Science!)
Part 1: The Guinea Pig Stage
Dr. Schneeplestein and Marvin come up with something spectacular! But, they need a test subject, and they know just the man to help them!
WARNING: A couple swears.
"Blue button?" *beep* "Check." "Green button?" *Beep* "...Check." "Great. Orange button?" *Beep* "Check!" Splendid. Dial opzion 1." "...It's working! I can see the skeleton!" "Excellent! Opzion 2." "Brain and nerves are visible!" Okay. Opzion 3." "WHOOOAA! I can see the organs!" "Perfect. Opzion 4." "Arteries and veins are visible!" "Vonderful. And lastly, Opzion 5." "Muscle is visible." "Excellent. Now all ve need, is a test subject." "OH! I know who would be PERFECT for this!" "........Okay. I'll trust you viz zhe test subject, zhen." "Sweet! Be right back!"
Marvin eagerly ran through the house. He had JUST finished double checking the invention, and was SUPER EXCITED to test it! He had been working on a way for Dr. Schneeplestein to be able to confirm bone fractures, internal bleeding locations, problems with any organ, brain damage, and even more! While Schneeplestein had the science and DNA available to use, he still needed magic for it to do its job. That was where Marvin came in! Now, they have a useful invention!
"CHAAAAAASSE!" Marvin yelled, bursting into the guy's room. Chase was throwing tea bags from his chair into some cups, like usual.
"What is it?" Chase asked, spinning his chair to stare at the giddy magician.
"Me and Henrik made something REALLY COOL, and we need YOU to be our test subject!" Marvin explained quickly. Chase's eyebrow lifted.
"Wwhaaaat iiss it?" Chase asked, stretching his words out of hesitation and caution.
"It's a skely-man...thing...I'll show you when we get to Schneeple's room!" Marvin said excitedly, grabbing Chase's hand, and pulling him out of his room.
"HOLY FUCK! S-SLOW DOWN, MARVIN!" Chase yelled, trying not to lose his footing and fall over.
"HENRIK! I GOT THE TEST SUBJECT!!!" Marvin shouted towards Schneeplestein's door frame. Just as he was about to sprint through the door, Chase lost his footing. Chase ended up belly flopping against the ground, and only half his body made it through the door frame of the doctor's office. As he stared at the ground for a split second, he could hear Marvin laughing his head off at the fall that just took place. Still slightly stunned from the sudden fall, Chase turned his body around, to lay on his back. The first thing he saw above him, was Dr. Schneeplestein and his curious and worried look.
"You okay, Chase?" Henrik asked.
Chase felt an uncontrollable smile grow onto his face. Before he could stop it, he started laughing at himself! "Hahahaha! Ihihi'm fihihine." Chase replied as best he could, through his laughter. As his laughter died down, Chase pulled himself back onto his feet.
"I apologize for Marvin's...eagerness to pull vou into zhe room like zhat. He vas really excited about zee invenzion ve put togezer." Schneeplestein said, glaring at Marvin.
"Can we show him the invention yet??? I'M GETTING ANTSY!" Marvin squealed, jumping around and clapping his hands like a child. Chase was surprised. He's never seen Marvin so excited like this before. It was kinda cute, and contagious.
"Ya! I'm actually eager to find out what this is." Chase replied, rubbing his hands together.
"Vha-" Henrik turned his head towards Marvin. "Vou haven't told Chase about zhe invenzion yet?" Henrik asked, frustrated.
"I didn't know how to explain it!" Marvin argued.
"All he said was 'It's a skely-man thing.'. That's it." Chase explained, shrugging his shoulders. Henrik sighed, rubbed his nose, and walked over to the closet.
Here's the invenzion." Henrik said, pointing at the skeleton on the stand, in front of the closet.
Chase narrowed his eyes. "It's...a skeleton." Chase stated, not fully grasping the idea.
"Oh! It's not just ANY skeleton, it's a MAGICAL skeleton!" Marvin corrected excitedly.
Chase's chuckled. "A MAGICAL skeleton? WOW! That's in-CREDIBLE! What's it gonna do? Dance for me?" Chase joked, sarcastically. Schneeplestein rolled his eyes, while Marvin slowly pulled his wand out of his sleeve.
"I meeeeaaaann...If you want me to-"
"MARVIN!" Henrik yelled, pushing the wand down. "ANYVAY! Zhis is a magical skeleton, that helps me see ze patients body in front of me, viz zhe help of DNA and Marvin's magic to make it happen." Schneeplestein explained. Chase's jaw dropped.
"Are you serious?!" Chase asked, dumbfounded that this type of thing existed.
"Yes, ve are serious. All I need is a piece of your hair, and I vill be able to see vour body on zhis skeleton." Dr. Schneeplestein replied, pulling out a pair of tweezers. Henrik removed his hat, sanitized the tweezers, air dried them quickly and reached for a hair on Chase's head.
"Oh...kay-OW! Jesus, that hurt!" Chase yelled, as a piece of hair was pulled off of his head. Henrik held the hair in between his tweezers, and carried it over to the skeleton. He placed the hair into the open skull, where the brain was supposed to go. Suddenly, a glow of gold highlighted the skeleton, and Chase felt a tingly feeling go from his head, to his toes.
"oooooooh my gooodd! Thisfeelssoweird!" Chase said super quickly, clenching his fists in front of his chest, and chattered his teeth.
"Interesting." Henrik said, writing down the reaction. Suddenly, the skeleton stopped glowing, and Chase calmed down within a couple seconds.
"uuuhhh...Is something supposed to happe- OOOOOH MY GOD! THE MOUTH IS MOVING!" Chase shouted, covering his mouth and pointing at the skeleton's moving teeth.
"It's your teeth. Your teeth are moving because you're speaking to us." Henrik explained. Chase slowly lowered his hand from his mouth.
"Hello? Hi? Can you- Oh my god that's weird." Chase reacted with a slight smile.
"It is a little bit vierd. But now, ve can see zhe different parts of your body, viz my dial. Observe." Schneeplestein said, switching to option 2. Suddenly, the skull became semi-transparent, and a brain, and a bundle of nerves appeared on the skeleton. Chase's eyes went wide, and his jaw dropped as far as it could possibly go.
"Is.........is this for real? Am I dreaming?" Chase asked, terrified and curious at the same time.
"Perhaps zhis vill help." Henrik said, before poking the skeleton’s left shoulder joint.
Chase's focus immediately changed from the skeleton, to his own shoulder. "Something touched me." Chase said, touching his own shoulder.
"It vas me." Henrik explained, as he poked the skeleton’s shoulder bone again. Chase looked right back to the skeleton, observed Henrik's poking, and the feeling of a poke against his own shoulder.
WHAT THE FUCK?!?! Chase did NOT LIKE THIS!
"AAAAHH! I HATE THIS!" Chase yelled, before receiving another poke. "STOP THAT! THIS IS FUCKING TERRIFYING!" Chase shouted, hugging himself with his arms.
"Chase, it's gonna be alright, it's just magic-" "STOP FUCKIN' TOUCHING ME! THIS IS VOODOO SHIT!" Chase yelled, attempting to swat away the invisible hands.
"I'm surprised. I never expected zhis type of reaction from vou." Dr. Schneeplestein said, backing away from the skeleton.
"Do...Do you wanna stop? We can stop if you want." Marvin offered, a worried expression on his face. Chase took a second to try and calm down. The truth was, he could probably handle it better, if he was introduced to it slower. The constant touching while trying to process that they WEREN'T touching his actual shoulder, was overwhelming.
"I...I-No. I don't wanna stop. I...I just need to get used to it slowly." Chase explained, taking deep breaths to keep himself calm.
Schneeplestein grew even more shocked. Chase, who was clearly terrified of a power that shouldn't exist, still wants to give it another go? This man is brave, braver than most of the people he knew.
"Okay. I vant vou to close your eyes." Henrik suggested. Chase did as he was told, and closed both eyes.
"Alright. I'm behind the skeleton. Vhen I touch vou, I vant vou to tell me vhat body part I'm touching." Henrik said, calmly. Chase took another deep breath, and nodded his head.
Henrik placed his finger on the first spot.
"Head." Chase said.
Henrik moved his finger to a new spot.
"Elbow." Chase said.
Henrik moved his finger again.
"Thigh." Chase said.
Henrik moved his finger.
Chase smiled. "Nose." He said.
Henrik moved his finger.
"Upper back." Chase said.
Henrik moved his finger.
"Calf." Chase said.
Henrik moved his finger to one more place.
"Knee." Chase said.
"Alright. you can open your eyes now." Dr. Schneeplestein ordered. Chase opened his eyes, and felt a little more comfortable with it.
"Alright. Vant to see more of your body parts?" Dr. Schneeplestein asked.
Chase bit his lower lip. "Okay." Chase replied. Henrik turned the dial to option 3, and organs started appearing. His heart, his lungs, his stomach, his pancreas, you name it! They showed up.
"Wooooooow. This is unbelievable." Chase said, mesmerized by his own body.
"Heck ya, it is! Look! there's your digestive system!" Marvin pointed out, drawing out the esophagus, the stomach, and the small and large intestine. Hearing those words, sparked an idea in the doctor.
"Marvin, I have a fascinating idea! Vhat if Chase ate somezhing, and ve vatched it go down?" Dr. Schneeplestein suggested. Marvin gasped and clapped his hands.
"YES! That's an amazing idea! Do you have anything in the fridge over there?" Marvin asked. Henrik looked in the mini fridge, and grabbed some yogurt.
"Ve'll go viz somezing soft, since soft foods don't change, and vou don't feel ze need to vomit." Henrik suggested, pulling the tab off the yogurt cup and grabbing a spoon fron the drawer. Dr. Schneeplestein gave Chase the yogurt, and watched as he put it into his mouth.
"Mmm! Cherry!" Chase stated, before glancing at his moving teeth and tongue filled with yogurt. Upon viewing the yogurt that's in his mouth, across from him, he giggled and covered his mouth again.
"And...svallow." Henrik said. Chase did as ordered, and watched as the esophagus started contracting.
"It's pushing ze food down." Henrik explained. He watched the contracting reach the stomach, and slowly watched as the stomach made slight contractions as well.
"That's so cool!" Marvin said, marveling at the fact that he could watch such a thing in his lifetime. A few moments later, Marvin started to question something.
"Hey Henrik, can I try something?" Marvin asked. Henrik looked at Marvin, smiled, and gave him the remote. Marvin took it, moved the dial back to option 2, and gave the remote back to Henrik.
"What are vou doing?" Henrik asked.
"I wanna try something." Marvin explained, as he walked over to the skeleton. Eyeing up the nerve-invested skeleton, he was able to get a general idea of the different spots on Chase's body. Out of curiousity, Marvin lifted his finger, targeted a specific nerve, and touched it.
"WAAAA! What was that?! That felt so weird!" Chase reacted, rubbing his collar bone.
"That was my finger. I can touch your nerves now!" Marvin rejoiced, poking an arm nerve. Chase jolted, and tried to rub off the feeling. Next, Marvin touched Chase's funny bone.
"OOOHOHOHO! NOT THAT! Come on, dude! That feels so...I don't even know how to explain it! GAH!" Chase yelled out of frustration.
Meanwhile, Marvin was admiring a bundle of nerve endings that were on Chase's left side. "What are these, I wonder?" Marvin asked. Out of genuine curiosity, Marvin poked the bundle of nerves.
"Bahahahaha! Dohohohon't tohohohohouch thahahahat!" Chase bursted out laughing, instinctively moving his hands to try and stop it.
Marvin's eyes widened. "Tickling?! Wait...THAT'S WHAT BEING TICKLISH LOOKS LIKE?!" Marvin yelled, upon realization.
"Indeed, it is. Ticklishness is caused by a bundle of nerve endings on a certain spot. Let's see if zhere's any more bundles of nerves, shall ve?" Henrik suggested. Marvin nodded and started looking around the skeleton. Noticing a smaller bundle of nerves in between Chase's shoulder blades, Marvin tried there.
"EeeEEEE! Heheheheheheyyy! hehehehehe! Ihihihihihit tihihihihihihickles!" Chase giggled loudly, curving his back and shutting his eyes.
"Oooooh...interesting discovery." Henrik said, writing down the new, useful data.
Marvin looked around Marvin once again, letting Chase take in a few breaths. Marvin decided to move on from the upper body, and start investigating the lower body. One of the first things he noticed, was a few small bundles of nerves on the inside of the skeleton's thighs. Curious, Marvin touched them.
"Pfffffff...Gahahahaha! NAHA! Hahahahaha! Nonono- AAAHAHA! STAHAHAHAP THAT!" Chase yelled, kicking his legs on the hospital bed. Marvin was poking each and every bundle of nerves on the thighs, causing Chase to interrupt his own laughter, in every spot. He would've tickled him there for longer, but he could tell that this spot was a little too much for the guy. So, he stopped.
"Alright. Where else?" Marvin asked aloud.
"I...I had no idea I was ticklish there! I also had no idea I was ticklish on my back!" Chase confessed. As he was talking to Chase, Marvin started to eye up a pair of bundled nerves on the back of both knees.
"Really? Well in that case, let's take advantage of this invention, shall we?" Marvin said, before touching each and every nerve on the back of the skeleton's knees.
"AAAAAAAHAHAHAHAHAHA!" Chase's kicking start up again, as the father screamed with laughter. Marvin touched the other knee and it's nerves. "MAHAHAHAHARVIHIHIN! STAHAHAHAHAP!" Chase begged, kicking his legs harder.
"Wow...Who knew you'd be so ticklish here?" Marvin teased.
"I did." Henrik replied. Marvin stopped tickling for a second.
"Wait, you did?" Marvin asked.
"Vhy, yes, I did. Zhat is a bad spot for Chase. But his vorst spot-"
"HEHEHEHENRIK! DOHOHON'T YOU DAHAHARE!" Chase interrupted, not at ALL ready for what was to come.
"Oh, I definitely dare. Anyvay, his VORST spot of all, is..." Dr. Schneeplestein said, before poking one of the ribs. Chase jolted and curled in on himself. But, Marvin was confused. The significant bundle of nerves he always looked for, was not there. Where were they?
"Fun fact, his ribs are VERY ticklish. Observe!" Henrik said, before poking at each and every rib and space.
Chase completely lost it. "AAAAAAAAHAHAHAHAHA! NAHAHAHAHAHA! HEHEHEHEHENRI-WAAAAHAHAHAHA!" Chase shouted, squirming and kicking his legs frantically. Chase had NEVER, in his LIFE, felt so out of control before! He felt exhilarated at the amount of touch and signals his brain was receiving, but was also terrified that no matter what he did, he couldn't stop the tickly fingers! It didn't help that they were touching the literal nerve endings in his body (Thanks to the skeleton magic, or course), that just increased the sensitivity! Had his nerves not been directly touched, his back wouldn't have caused him to giggle earlier.
"NOHOHOHO MOHOHOHOHOHOHORE!" Chase begged, pounding his fist into the bed. Marvin started to take pity on his friend, and pushed the doctor's fingers off the skeleton. Chase completely gave up, and took in as much air as possible.
"Interesting. Viz zhe normal touch, you laughed hard, but not to zhe point of screaming. Hovever, direct touch against zhe nerve, causes sensitivity to increase. Perhaps ve should be careful how much pressure ve put on zhe nerves in zhe future." Dr. Schneeplestein said, writing the information down. Marvin walked up to Chase, and rubbed his back.
"You okay?" Marvin asked calmly.
Chase's head lifted up a bit. "I...Never *pant* ex...pected *pant* to...be *pant* Ti-*swallow and grunt* tickled." Chase said, through pants.
"Are vou aszmatic?" Schneeplestein asked, worried for his friend. All he could do, was shake his head no.
"Okay. Good." Henrik said, finishing the last of his information. Chase sat back up, and watched the doctor put the lid on his pen.
"Hey Dr. Schneeplestein..." Chase started. Henrik looked up from his clipboard. "Doesn't proper research involve experiencing it for yourself, as well as observing someone else?" Chase asked, a smile growing onto his face. Chase watched as Dr. Schneeplestein's face went pale, before dropping his pen.
"OOOH! Good point! That's a great idea! I'm actually kind of curious, as well!" Marvin said eagerly, looking at the nervous doctor.
"V-Vell..." Was the only thing that came out of Henrik's mind, as he watched a revenge hungry guinea pig, and his partner start to gang up on him...

You know what’s the perk of watching an anime in several languages? Comparing voice acting performances, voice choices translation similarities and differences... It can be very fun. Especially when you grew up with a German dub and then watch the Japanese original.
I was always convinced that Digimon Adventure was very close to its original - and that holds true for the majority of it, minus some of the Japanese centric info, but hey, it was the late 90s and they did what they could. I still like revisiting the German dub every now and then, as it is very dear to my heart, I love all the voice choices and the performances.
Fast forward 15 years and they decided to give Digimon Adventure Tri a German dub. While I, personally, am not the biggest fan of Tri, I still got teary eyed when I heard that the majority of the voice actors would return. Now I watched a few of the trailers on YouTube, expecting to burst into tears...
... I cringed instead. I mean... Yes, I could be absolutely biased, the Adventure dub certainly WASN’T perfect and had its flaws (Yes, Sora, the thing you are describing there is your crest, not your digivice, who gave you the script?! Yes, Jyou, Taichi disappered into another dimension, you asking “What is wrong with you?” won’t bring him back). And Tri probably isn’t the best source material, but... I simply doubt that I can give this a watch without crying throughout.
Taichi & Agumon: Taichi’s voice actor came all the way back from Austria to voice this character since he was so excited for it, but... You can tell that he hasn’t done acting in a while. Okay, his first Tri movie had a few problems with pacing and there were literal MINUTES without having him say anything, but... He sounded rusty. Unenthusiastic. For a brief moment I didn’t even recognize him. Agumon’s VA is a legend in the business, has been around for as long as I can think, but even his performance pales to the original, he sounds a bit weaker. But I guess that’s also part of aging.
Yamato & Gabumon: Nothing to complain here so far, they still know how to deliver and it’s just so nice. Both of them are known for their performances since the 90s, so I am not surprised here. :’)
Sora and Piyomon: I’ll need to check, because I THINK Piyomon got a voice replacement in the later movies? Her VA is a veteran too, I think she’s been around since the 80, so I wouldn’t even complain. Sora on the other hand... She wasn’t very known back then, her actress had plethera of different roles in recent years, mainly in the comedy genre. So she sounds edgier, more snarky, less soft - it actually fits well for a teenager if you think about it, but for some reason, I can’t really unhear it and it doesn’t really sound like the Sora I’ve come to love, but that could also be because of Tri itself.
Koushirou & Tentomon: ... Tri simply doesn’t want me to like my favourite character. His Japanese voice actress was perfect for the job, although his character wasn’t valued enough... In German, it’s impossible for me to recognize him as the original character. Not only did he get TWO new voice actors between movies (so he had four voice actors in total by now), but... They messed up his name. You know, the German dub took the Japanese lines as baseline for the dub, but they took the English dub names. (Which was funny, because they still introduce the characters by their Japanese names in the first episode and then claim their dub names as nicknames.) However, this was the year 2000 and they didn’t pronounce Izzy like the english dub would, but used a kiiiinda Germanized “Issy”, with a sharp s. That was the case for literally over 100 episodes. And NOW they decided to take the English pronounciation and it’s horrible. You her “Tai” and Tentomon call him English!Izzy, when you heard these voices say “Issy” a million times and it gives me emotional whiplash. Tentomon is still splendid of course, even though his voice actor has lost a bit of edge here.
Mimi & Palmon: Nothing to complain with them either, Mimi’s voice actress is also a veteran who can do no wrong.
Jyou & Gomamon: I keep saying these words a lot recently, but Jyou is, once again, the MVP. Another veteran in the business and he does such an emotional job, it’s splendid. Gomamon, just like Tentomon and Agumon, sounded rusty, but still knew how to deliver his lines very well.
Takeru & Patamon: It’s his 02 voice actor once again and he, obviously, sounds a lot older than he did back then, but he still does a good job. Patamon’s the same as the other Digimon.
Hikari & Tailmon: Oh boy. Another veteran starting and then leaving in the middle of the movies, it’s jarring. She sounds stiff and inexperiences in my opinion, even though the comment section seemed to differ. Tailmon had similar issues as the other voice actors of the partners, 15 years can really do a lot to your voice.
Long story short - I could watch Mimi and Jyou’s movie without dying, but the rest is just... I’m sad and I can’t get up.

Did Musician Tommy Lee Write This Open Letter To Donald Trump? Everything is digital, nevertheless it wasn’t all the time digital, so I determine different individuals have a lot of photographs that they want scanned, shared with household, and so on. I’ve been spending hours and hours scanning my mom’s household pictures from the past. I actually don’t have the time to do it, however want to make sure they are scanned before they're misplaced, put away, taken, or damaged. Nice article here, and I think you’ve given your readers some worthwhile issues to contemplate. Also, instructing programs and delivering on-line studying via video, particularly… is an effective way to construct digital property that can pay off perpetually. It’s as much as you need data you are happy to share. All in all this has been a time consuming, headache inducing approach to spend the final two weeks. Every free moment has gone into “making further cash” and the only thing that has come out it is having my privacy invaded and my ID shared all over city. I’m so much joyful to come back throughout this list of concepts, however my drawback is that if it will actually work for me here in Nigeria. I would love to strive a few of them, like tips on how to promote my pictures and earn cash. I am undecided you’ll be able to participate in surveys as you might be solely 14. I think babysitting at your age is a great idea, in addition to starting to write. Can you make a list which is universally accepted? You can turn a depreciating asset — your automotive — into an earnings-producing one by turning into a driver for a ridesharing service like Lyft or Uber. We have a tendency to think of things in yearlong cycles of fifty two weeks, however it doesn’t should take a full 12 months to earn $5,000. You can do it in lower than 12 months by working an additional few hours every week — and even sooner than that if you dedicate extra time to it. I assume for most individuals, affiliate internet marketing like you recommend is one of the best, easiest and quickest way to do that. The majority of these don't generate a one hundred a day because the title reads. To many bloggers are getting articles from different blogs an giving it slightly twist to call it there own. If you prefer one thing a little extra sedentary and predictable, you can try picking up a work-at-residence job. While there are lots of sorts of this kind of distant work, a number of the most common are customer support and virtual name heart gigs. A entire host of gamers out there will allow you to flip the photographs on your smartphone into money. So, I imagine, lots of the sources are still alive. So, the chances of incomes through them are still fairly shiny. Some of these methods work from everywhere, like running a blog and promoting pictures. You also can work as a VA from anywhere or create on-line programs. I do mention that it takes a year to make $50 with Nielsen, and you can read every little thing in regards to the privacy coverage on their website earlier than you take part in it. Carvertise is a similar service, but they usually pay solely about $one hundred a month. Once you’re wrapped, you simply drive your regular commute in your automobile. Drivers receives a commission by the mile based mostly on a visibility method that components in time of day and areas of heavy traffic that you cross by way of. Like nearly all of the stuff you talked about only work for the US, UK, and Canada. I being an Indian can not put much of this listing to use because the companies usually are not prolonged to different international locations. Blogging and few surveys work however I wish to know when you have any concept/opinion on this. Dead drop splendid concepts to earn cash I have ever seen. Like your links a lot, they're so helpful to many people. Many individuals have complete houses full of stuff they no longer need, need or use. While you possibly can’t fairly maintain a storage sale every week at your own home, you can start with one massive sale and see how far you get. As a common rule, you should have a automotive that’s no more than 10 model years old to work with any of those providers. The final 5 articles I read on this subject have all had the same information. I even have a friend who works in India and has started a blog and he or she is kind of profitable. By utilizing Pinterest she has a giant American viewers with means she will be able to apply to US affiliate programs. Really enjoyed studying the article and I must say you’ve listed out the factors intimately and have explained them beautifully on making 100 dollars.

All right people, it has been officially CONFIRMED that Zelda Williams didn’t voice Hira in Voltron. Give proper credit, it’s unfair and it definitely discredit the one who actually voiced her, like the VA still did a splendid job.

Dust Watched: Knight's & Magic
Genres: Action, Fantasy, Mecha, School [PG-13] // 13 episodes
This anime committed one of the biggest crimes in anime history. Not the typo in its title but that it was fucking boring.
✧  art  ✧
Let’s start with the good part. The artstyle is gorgeous (i’m all for bright and pastel colours), the animation is fluid, the only less-detailed scenes are faraway shots so those are acceptable. The magic looks cool, the character designs are (more-or-less) unique and the mechs have really good 3D models which don’t distract or seem too out of place for the anime. (BUT the few non-mecha CGI’s looked really weird. Like the horses. Oh god, the horses.) (9/10)
✧  sound ✧
So the VA’s did a splendid job, no complaints there. The music on the other hand is underwhelming. The OP is one of these high-pitched-sounds-like-a-12-year-old-singing pop songs. Same with the ED, they’re both incredibly generic (just like this anime). The OST fits but it’s also just very...boring. Predictable. (6/10)
✧  story  ✧
SO it’s rushed as fuck, constant plot with no filler and it’s STILL BORING. Why? Because of the characters but I will get into that in a second. A disclaimer: I don’t particularly care about mechas and they were not the reason I picked this up but the magic.
I’d assume, the background story is on some LOTR level. There are kingdoms and characters and lore and magic science and mecha science and they tried to put all this in a 13 episodes EXCEPT they didn’t really because everything that happens has to do with mechas. Characters appear and vanish in the blink of an eye, plotlines are resolved in 1-2 episodes and most of the anime is spent in the lab while Ern comes up with some NEWER and CRAZIER update for the mechs to make them STRONGER and BIGGER. The science behind the magic and mechas sounds interesting at first but after sitting there for nearly 10 minutes listening to characters talk about how mechs work every second episode feels like you’re stuck in a spectacularly boring physics lesson. (5/10)
✧  characters  ✧
Oh god. Where to even start. First of all the background and the side characters are one of the most boring set of people I’ve ever had the displeasure of watching interact. The knights have basically no chemistry and while they had potential to be interesting, they don’t have enough screentime for that. The dwarves don’t do anything just build mechs and act exasperated. I can’t remember any of the background characters’ names cause they either 1. don’t have screentime 2. have no personalities  3. literally appear for 5 minutes.
And then there are the twins. You look at these 2 next to Ernestie’s design and just scratch your head. These are supposed to be the main-side characters? Their designs are flat and boring with washed out colours, just like their personalities. The girl just squeels ERU-KUN!!! in a high pitched voice and hugs Ernesti once per episode. The boy doesn’t do anything or has any personality and then is shoved into a boring romance plotline with an also boring character who just appeared like 2 episodes ago...what???
And Ernesti. The gary stu. The OP character. The self-insert for the mecha otakus. Listen I can relate to him. I can relate to having immense passion for something and working your ass off to achieve it. But HE is the thing that makes this anime boring. Because there is literally nothing that can stop him. <minor spoiler> Literally in the 2nd or 3rd episode he defeats one of the biggest and strongest monsters known to mankind? Like what the fuck, chill and slow down a little, you can barely walk, you’re just a baby.</minor spoiler>
There’s nothing to root for! To get excited about! Because you already know that Ernesti will smirk and bash whatever it is into the ground and walk away unscathed. So not only was the talking portion of the anime boring, the battle portion was as well! Sure it was flashy and looked good but as soon as you try to look further than that it all falls apart. (3/10)
✧  OVERALL ✧
And what makes me the most mad? The final episode was AMAZING! There was finally a formidable foe to challenge Ernesti which allowed him to express more than 2 emotions. And because of that the finale and the battle was actually fun! And this is why it makes me mad. The potential was there but it was completely wasted. Maybe this is a good eye candy anime for the mecha fans but if you’re here for the story or the characters, don’t touch this one.
My Rating: 4.4/10

The voice actors for VRAINS had finally been revealed and I’d like to comment on some of them. As always, Yu-Gi-Oh has quite a variety when it comes to voice actors: new, old, popular, not that well-known and so on.
So, the protagonist’s seiyuu, Shōya Ishige is new to the anime industry, so I can’t say much about him. He does have acting experience and I’m looking forward to hear him as Yūsaku.
Next one, the one who will voice the Mysterious Lifeform is Takahiro Sakurai. And goddamn, not only have I heard him in lots of anime series, but he’s also one of my favorite voice actors. When I first started watching anime, this guy was only starting to get popular. He also appeared in some of the first anime series I’ve watched. I’ve heard him voice all kinds of characters (jerky, stoic, harsh, kind, loyal, just, villains, anti-heroes, allies, and so on), but never something like an AI, so I’m curious how he’ll play it. I’m also wondering if they’ll keep his natural voice or make it sound more machine-like.
Next up is a newly revealed character, voiced by Subaru Kimura. Not a very well-known seiyuu, but I am familiar with some of his roles. Satori Tendou from Haikyuu is the one that particularly stood out to me (also Papa from Kuroko no Basket xD). Definitely, there’s potential there.
Then we have Chiharu Sawashiro. Again, not a very prominent one and I haven’t watched any of the anime he was previously casted in...However, I’m familiar with his sister, Miyuki Sawashiro, another favorite of mine. Now, I don’t intend to compare them, since they are complete different people after all, but that’s just a piece of trivia which makes me look forward to hearing him.
Next up, for one of the already revealed characters, Go Onizuka, we have Daiki Hamano. Ok...I did watch anime he appeared in, but I don’t even remember the characters...Guess they were very minor. It looks like he also had some very minor roles in Arc-V. It’s always nice to see returning voice actors, especially if their characters end up becoming more relevant (kinda like how it happened with Yoshimasa Hosoya).
I was looking forward to see who voices the heroine and it turns out I really don’t know anything about her seiyuu. It seems she is newer to voice acting and is even part of a seiyuu band. Hmm, maybe she’ll end up singing an ending song or something.
Shouma Yamamoto returns. He voiced V/Chris Arclight and Yamikawa and Zexal. I liked both of them, so I’m looking forward to hearing him again. Also, his character’s family name is Zaizen, so I wonder how is he related to Aoi.
Yuna Kamakura is another voice actress I know nothing about...So nothing to say here.
And lastly, Shunsuke Takeuchi for Revolver. Hmm, that’s interesting. I just checked, and he voiced Lovecraft in Bungou Stray Dogs and did a splendid job. Also, I remember his role in Servamp, even though it was a minor character. The scene  (he is the guy in the blue whale costume) was rather memorable for me, so that’s why xD . I don’t think he will use that really deep voice though.
The link to the article at the beginning also contains the VA’s comments. I personally find them interesting to read.

liegh’s thoughts about dsod under the cut:
DAT ANIMATION! like the cgi and the fluidity of the scenes! The duels were engaging and kept me on my toes, and the exchanges of dialogue in between were witty.
on the topic of wit, the dialogue itself was hilarious! There were a fair amount of corny jokes, but not enough that made me cringe. I liked the balance of seriousness and humour.
Eighth millennium item? are you serious? no, i sure hope that was a translation error.
diva’s voice makes me swoon ♥ just - wow. his VA did a splendid job ♥
diva is also one part overpowered OC (cute transfer boy with his own “millennium item” and spends his time either with yuugi or ryou) and one part malik ishtar (angsty teenage boy goes after revenge and kind sister tries to remind him not to be swayed by his emotions. also wears the ring because i dunno bakura apparently only sets certain people on fire)
THAT FLASHBACK THOUGH!! like it doesn’t really fit into canon because where were the plana kids when pegasus came to get him item just before ryou got his, but i can still appreciate how this affects diva. seeing what actually killed shaadii was really cool --
seeing shaadii himself though? no, shaadii is not a sympathetic character. he never was. he gave pegasus, bakura, and malik their millennium item like no dude you messed up big time. you were not saving any kids’ lives.
Kaiba Seto is the most extra character you will ever meet and you bet his corny lines gave me life
Kaiba Seto pulled a god card out of the ground - “screw the rules” right there
yuugi standing up and telling kaiba !! you go dude !!
im actually happy with anzu’s development. like she’s not there for much but she gets her dream and that’s more development than jounouchi --
jounouchi is who im sad about? jounouchi who always gets to class early and who works hard and who is yuugi’s best friend? how is none of that shown? he’s turned into comedic relief and it’s disheartening.
and there’s probably more just -
i loved it! there are parts i would change (wishshipping please) and parts i would keep (gimme that strong and confident yuugi), but overall i’d watch it again and again and again♥

CHARACTER Tab > CHARACTER > FORT > Ray Platière Ray Platière (VA: Midorikawa Hikaru) Gender: Male Age: 28 Height: 182cm Hobbies: ??? Affiliation: FORT "There's nothing to worry about."
He’s pretty much FORT’s top dog, as well as the founder of said organisation. Ten years ago, after the “Brutal Mass-murder in the Prime Minister's Official Residence”-case, the government was left in a state of confusion.  During this period, Ray was brought in by government officials. In addition to proving the existence of Silent, he also did a splendid job at resolving the incident. The government took this opportunity and made the establishment of an Anti-Silent organisation one of its top priorities. Back

My Squad Wars 3320
My Squad Wars 3320
Day 1; Brotherhood Dragons Delta - Star League.
Tumblr media
Starleague Compound, Meeting hall, T-11 hours.
The Squad Wars are a nuisance in my opinion, they break up otherwise well functioning teams. You might have to forge new alliances to get places for those there isnt room for, and the big question is always; who will be left out of the clan? Flip side is 1) It keep you on your toes 2) It offers oppurtunities to work alongside other people than you normally do.
Star League`s leader, Paulzilla, had gone to fight alongside Spirit of Bunny. Our Medical officer, Jorge, had been offered, and accepted to have a tour with the Defenders of Bunny as they expected their normal heavy casualities. And now this. Jordi, our top science man, had gone to join a two day panel on what mech upgradement we mercenaries should support, the Gigus or the Freon. On the face of it, as there are many more Freons than Gigus`s serving, the choiche seemed simple. On the other hand. Reports from the last skirmishes (ok, full scale battles) against the Unification forces showed them to have an even more loopsized ratio than we have. It can be taken as a given they will capture some upgraded mechs and duplicate the technology. So on second thought, The Gigus might be a better choiche.
Now, the last act Paulzilla did before his vacation was to place the mantle of leadership on my shoulders. Me! Leader? Worst part was the others seemed to think it was a splendid idea, or at least there hadnt been any open rebellion yet, they were probably still to numb with shock.
But now I had gotten the draftresults for the war and it was time to announce the bad news: "Friends, Star Leaguers, Warriors. I stand before you, not as a leader, but a coordinator to make us work together for our common goals. A good placement in the qualifications for good prizes, an even sharing of oppurtunities in the raid against the unificationers, and heartfelt wishes that Paulzilla and Jorge will return sound and hale to take up their duties." The last part got an ovation. But, there were bad news to be told as well.
"Due to the inexperience of our current command team, we dont rate higher than division six this time, that result in second tier prizes" An angry muttering greeted those news. Desperately lightening the unit screen behind me I continued; "Our opposition is, as you can see mostly old names. We havent met the Dragons before, but my guess is we will face both teams during this struggle. The first team we meet is the Delta`s, notice their specialists, a big Antswarm and a tough Single Rainbow. Many of you have met these people singly in the KOTMs, and know they are our match. We must pull together to get a win, so I want no more leaves around here. As you can see from the map, our objectives lies here. There is some broken ground on the flanks. Jordi`s welterweights will hold the right flank, Caitlyns heavy scouts the left. I want at least two of us in the centre at all times to keep them from an endrun to our rear."
They got up silently and filed out. Hopefully that ment they were content, and was planning to give their formations an extra shine. And if you believe that, I have a bridge to sell you. ------------------------- ==================== ---------------------------
Star League Compound, outside Meeting hall, T-10 hours, 20 minutes.
Boris shook his head. "Keikko, I think the boss have gone nuts after he got promoted, those orders he gave are plain stupid" Keikko nodded agreement. "Paulzilla will go ballistic when he returns and find his bonzai garden destroyed. But for now Sten is the big boss, so lets get to it, no more leaves around here" Together they hefted the tanks of herbicide, checked the functioning of the apparatuses and started spraying all plants within a hundred meter radius from the hall.
____________________________ ============ ------------------ Star League Compound, CO Office, T-8 hours.
I was fighting my losing battle with the paperwork, I swear, it must have been reproducing. I couldnt have Lt Lee help me as this was command grade personell job. Likevise, as none of the others had any spare time to help me out, they couldnt be producing it either. A startled yelp from my left as one of the paperwork mountains toppled over and caught Paulzillas pet snavrum, A`thl`s, was the last straw. Knowing it would end badly, no matter how I did it, and whatever I said, I called for Boris and Keikko. Paulzillas liquer cabinets held thousands of bottles of Saurian Brandy, all kept at his preferred age as the cabinets were stasisunits. I would put the soon-to-expire paperwork there, perhaps even stopping their reproduction cycle. Boris and Keikko arrived, smelling unpleasantly of some chemicals. "Boris, Keikko, I have a job for you. You will transfer all of Paulzilla`s Saurian Brandy to secure storage in the hangar. You will fill the cabinets with paperwork as you empty them, and when full you will turn them to maximum effect. Somewhere in here, buried under paperwork is A`thl`s. Take him with you, and make sure he comes to no harm. The Saurian Brandy is not to be drunk by you or any other persons under my command. Are the orders understood?" They nodded their assent and went to work. I had to run to a contract meeting and hope they wouldnt manage to circumvent my orders again.
______________________=====================-----------------
Star League Compound, Bugler Company hangar, T- 3 hours
Boris grinned, they had fulfilled the orders to the letter. The matriarchs had wasted no time in uplifting A`thl`s and he was busy servicing them. Keikko gave an answering grin. The matriarchs were certainly persons, but not under Star League`s colours. And they had taken an instant liking to the Saurian Brandy. The trees were wilting, the grass and bushes had succumbed and the paperwork had been frozen in time. __________________======================______________
The battle
Caitlyns scouting had brought welcome news to us. Willie Waltons Heavy Guard drones had hit some snafu upon delivery. Currently he had less than a third of the full complement. I decided to lead from the front and double stomp him, Paulzilla style. Schattke responded by smashing Jordi`s welterweights twice, and I pullad back to plug the gap. Tony, Rob and Eric used the minor confusion in the Dragon ranks as they moved in response, and hit them hard. Another unit might have broken at the shock, but the Dragons rallied. Rolling up our week right flank, Schattke, Walton, Griffin and Hicks struck in the flank and vas on the verge of capturing the flag. Desperate times call for desperate measures. Switching to my ants I engaged their leader, Brainstorm. I managed to doublestomp him, and with their own HQ threatened they ran back to chase me away. That was Caitlyns signal. The backside of retreating mechs is her favorite target. As they started to turn to face her she darted past and doubletapped Brainstorm. New frantic rush to secure their HQ and new shots in the back. After that both forces were more or less spent. Brainstorm rolled up our right flank again in the last hour and a confused meelee ended with more defwins than offensive wins. I dared breathe a small sight of relief, our score was higher and the fighting tapered down. Eric and Able nailed the coffin shut on them with some last minute attacks. With the dust settled we had won by a decent margin, 32-19, but it could have gone the other way as well.
Tumblr media
Thanks to Delta Dragons for a good fight, opponents like you are a treasure.
