SPOILERS FOR WEDNESDAY PLEASE DON’T READ UNLESS YOU’VE SEEN THE WHOLE SHOW/THE SCHOOL’S DANCE EPISODE
everyone looking over xavier’s and tyler’s incident can literally go to hell already because the truth is xavier was physicially assaulted by a bunch of hateful kids just for being different and people are greatly overlooking this. like !!! i can accept wednesday saying she would have done so much worse because she would, but she would have a proper reason --- revenge, for example, like at the shows beginning. but tyler and his friends were just moved by a hatred we still see in our society, wether its racism, sexism, transphobia, ableism, etc. if you like tyler (which is fine) but look over and don’t hold him accountable for what he did to xavier, let me tell you you’re not a human being because you’re turning your back to those considered different and for that considered bad. i feel so strongly about this because this is a (fictional) teen we’re talking about, and people act like it’s nothing, and these people who act like it’s nothing are the same people who let the social issues listed above and more happen because ‘it’s not that big of a deal’ IT IS. speaking up about injustices is very important, and i know this is just a show, but i think people aren’t getting the message behind it --- which is that xavier was jumped for something that still happens today.
again, this isn’t an attack towards people who like tyler. you cna like villains, morally gray characters or manipulated characters and still hold them accountable for their terrible actions when the time comes. thought i would share it with the world because oh does it get me mad.

𝑻𝑯𝑨𝑾𝑬𝑫 𝑴𝒀 𝑪𝑶𝑳𝑫 𝑯𝑬𝑨𝑹𝑻
Pairing: Wednesday Addams x fem!Reader
Summary: You catch the eyes of the last person you would expect
Word count: 5.8k
a/n: Working on Doctor´s treatment part 2, if you have any ideas, requests, questions message me!
Nevermore academy, education soil for creatures of kinds you would never even dream of. But preferred by many, you could hear about them as Outcasts. No human with a healthy mind would ever think about walking by their land or the woods. Vampires, werewolves, sirens, gorgons,... you name it. They guarantee you don´t want to mess with them.
Clearly, that´s from a human´s perspective.
As for Outcasts themselves, they don´t feel that way about them. Of course, the dirty looks that are shot their way everytime they step into the Jericho make them a little cheerless, but that wasn´t their image. That is what people created in their heads based on actions and incidents where they weren´t even present.
Wednesday was skeptical about this school, her parents used to go there for a couple of years but she isn´t like them. Or at least that is what she felt and she was sure of it. Breaking rules and always be right is like her second name and looking just at the gate of the Nevermore she knew, this school wouldn´t be any different than others. It won´t hold her inside for too long. And her roommate already persuaded her about her plants as soon as she stepped into the dorm.
The werewolf girl showed her around and explained the system of the school. The girl must admit, it was catching her attention, being around outcasts was indeed more enjoyable than around people, even though sometimes outcasts were more predictable than humans. But still, this reason wasn´t big enough to make her stay.
She wanted to escape and the girl had it planned to the last dot. Packing her things, going to the festival, and meeting up with Tyler. He would then drive her far far away. And it would have gone like this if Rowan didn´t touch her. The vision made her follow him, Wednesday went to warn him about the danger that waits on him in the trees. It turned out that he was the danger waiting for her.
And the thing she witnessed... Wednesday was sure what she saw was real, that it wasn´t just a figment of the imagination. He said that she would destroy the school and everyone in it. But the strange part was that everyone kept declining that as if she didn´t see him all bloody yelling in agony. And that made her stay.
Wednesday was now sitting in Botanical Science class. Unfortunately, she needed to sit next to Xavier who was trying to impress her with his ability. She wasn´t scared of the spiders, otherwise, she was drawn to creatures like this. The spider was slowly coming her way and now everyone was watching the interaction, waiting for the girl´s response.
On the millisecond the annoyed face appeared on Wednesday´s face as she went to slam the fake eight-legged animal but was stopped by a blue flame that was shot straight to the spider. Everyone knew who’s the fire was. You were just sitting there a couple of tables from them looking at the Xavier with an unimpressed look on your face as you held up one finger with the blue fire above. Then the fire suddenly disappeared and you went back to doing your work.
The students around the school knew you, you were unique and a lot of them wished they could do what you can. You hated that, everyone only wanted the power but nobody saw the background of it. Even though they were used to your power, it didn´t stop them from being in awe every time.
The goth girl saw you a couple of times around, she didn´t know under what category of outcasts you belong. Enid only said that you weren´t what most of them were, nothing more. And her roommate wanted but even the biggest gossip girl around the school knew barely minimum about you.
Wednesday shot her eyes at you without moving her head, slowly scanning you. She must say she didn´t expect that. This was the first time she had ever seen something like that. You shot the ball of fire straight at the fake spider and burned it into the ash in seconds, the spider stood zero chance against the fire. It didn´t touch Wednesday but she sure could feel the hotness of the flame.
„Thank you Y/N. Well it looks like Wednesday wasn´t really mesmerized by your skills Xavier.“ Mrs. Thornhill commented and went back to teaching. The boy only put his eyebrows together as he looked at you and then faced the other side of his seatmate in embarrassment. The class laughed under their breaths at the sight of Xavier’s sulking after failing to impress their new classmate.
After the class, Y/N took her books and started to walk away. She isn´t much social person and she doesn´t care about it. The girl likes it better on her own, it feels calmer that way. Y/N only talks when it´s needed, so with her teachers, parents, or her only friend in the school. She doesn´t even have a roommate which is like a win to her.
„Next time your rescue isn´t needed.“
Y/N turned around to the voice and saw a girl who sat with Xavier. She knew of course who she was, she was the talk of the week of course. This was the first time she had seen her from this close, or almost close. It was clear Wednesday doesn´t like crossing the personal barrier between two bodies. But even from this apart Y/N could notice her deep brown eyes which were staring straight into hers and barely seen freckles across her face.
The taller girl only nodded, breaking the eye contact, and walked away from the girl. Wednesday kept looking at your fading figure in the hallway till she could hear tough steps approaching her.
„She caught your eye, huh?“ Enid smirked at her new roommate as she leaned carefully so as not to touch her. „I can´t blame you, she´s really something.“ Enid sighed dreamely at the thought of you and Wednesday now looked at the girl with a slightly disgusted face before turning around to leave.
„Leave these comments to yourself.“ Enid only laughed at her as she started to follow her to their next class.
Wednesday kept thinking about you almost the whole day. More like about your ability. Hate to admit it but it was interesting. Enid said you aren’t wich or some magician that you can just control fire, or more like it´s just coming out of you.
When Y/N is not around they call her a Dragon of Nevermore or just a Dragon, they know better not to call her that when she is near, the girl doesn´t like that. And when she´s somewhere around they don´t talk about her so she wouldn´t hear, for their own safety.
Now was Wednesday´s writing time and she just kept sitting there staring blankly at the empty page. She wanted to continue with her new book but her mind went back to the blue flame every time. She sighed in frustration and went to her bed. Thing saw her thinking hard, she had something in her mind and he was glad that something ripped the thoughts of leaving this school away.
Students were now sitting outside, enjoying food and chatting with each other. Wednesday saw her roommate eating and talking loudly with her vampire friend and a couple of others. She wasn´t a fan of a lot of people but she also couldn´t care less if the attention wasn´t placed on her. She was scanning the pentagon looking for a place to sit. Preferably alone. The girl felt a soft tap on her black boot, there was a Thing facing her.
„What are you doing? You want to be seen by somebody?“ Wednesday hissed at him, trying not to look suspicious. Thing only pointed his finger somewhere. She looked up from him in the direction and found you sitting by the table on your own, quietly eating while looking down at your plate.
Wednesday sighed and made her way to you. She didn´t know why, her mind started to recalculate her options of where to sit. And understandably you were the safest option, she knew you wouldn’t try to talk to her.
And so it was like that. You barely looked at who sat beside you, Wednesday somehow felt like you could feel that it was her, that´s why you didn´t need to look at the new intruder. Students looked their way, now silently watching the invisible interaction between the two of you, looking for any change of behavior they were used to seeing from both of you. But nothing. You just sat there next to each other eating food, minding your business. The girl felt a soft tap on her boot again, this time only to tease her, Wednesday kicked him away not showing any emotion on her face.
The werewolf girl saw you both sitting next to each other, smiling softly at the image. She liked the idea of both of you together, you would look good. It was clear that you nor she were good at social interaction, and this? This was definitely unexpected. Most of the time when someone wanted to sit with you, you looked at them, not saying anything because it wasn´t even needed. They understand very fast what you meant.
You didn´t shoot Wednesday one look.
„How does your ability work?“ Wednesday asked without looking at your side profile as you chew on your food. You kept your stoic face without any unnecessary muscle work not understanding her question. The girl was slowly getting annoyed by you, it seemed like you ignored her.
Wednesday was getting used to people asking her useless questions or pleasing her attention which she ignored. Sometimes she made savage comments to shut them down. This was the other way around, now she tasted her medicine.
Y/N looked at her scanning her facial expression, why would she want to know about her? Of course, not a single muscle moved but her mind was the opposite, jumping from one thought to another not understanding the girl right now.
The young Addams was getting frustrated at the girl beside her. She wasn´t getting a single thing from her.
„Uhm... I don´t understand.“ Y/N finally said looking around to find something to take her mind off of the conversation and the look she was giving her. She didn´t like talking about that.
„Why is it blue?“ Wednesday of course knew why sometimes flame was a different colour than red. But she wanted to know if you could control it to that part when it changed it’s shade or if it was always like this.
Y/N shrugged her shoulders and went to eat again, that action completely thorn off the new girl. Wednesday saw that this was getting nowhere so she let it be, but she will get her answers.
Unconsciously, you just become her new prey.
A couple of days went by since the joining of the new student, and everyone slowly started to come back to their things, forgetting about it. There were still students that liked to get on her nerves but most of them now didn´t mind her. They were quite afraid of the goth girl and she obviously had not a bad word for it.
„Y/N! Hey!“ the cheerful voice greeted you as you slowly approached the construction. This was one of your favorite places to go to. Not a lot of people went to this place so it was always so calm in there. The boy had a beekeeper´s suit on holding some equipment in his hands.
„Hey Eugene, how are the bees?“ The girl asked looking at the thing her friends currently work on. He was the only person who made her comfortable to talk with.
They knew themselves since the boy came. He was shy, he still is but back then it was much more, always looking at the ground, not looking at anyone, minding his business. At first, it was like a nightmare to him, he didn´t want to tell his moms that he had no friends, wanted to save them from being worried so it was better to keep that information to himself.
Minding on his own of course didn´t stop the bullies. Why would it, be right? He had never understood why they acted like that to him, it kept bugging him for a long and to the point when he was afraid to go out of his dorm room.
It was like this until it was Outreach Day, it was his first time to go here and he didn´t know what to expect. Eugene was set to work at Pilgrim World and he found him again. It was much worse this time because no one was around to interrupt them from what they were going to do. Unexpectedly someone came, at first the person was trying to talk them out of it but as the boys started to treat that person too, they got beat up. It was Y/N that came to save him. It was like a dream, the boy saw the tall girl a couple of times at school, he always thought that she looked savage, not caring about things that weren´t important. And he wanted to be like her but his mind wasn´t strong enough to believe in himself.
From that day the girl would keep him company wherever he wanted and like a sibling, you had each other's backs. Y/N was Eugene´s role model, someone he looked up to, his moms were so happy to hear that he had someone like her.
„They are good but they missed you!“ Y/N smiled softly at the short boy´s words. It was true, recently they weren´t spending much time together, but it was nothing serious, they just had separate things to do.
„I missed them too.“ She whispered and looked at the bee´s hive outside the window.
Wednesday was walking in the forest. She had to think about this dreadful place, her dead classmate and her loud roommate made it impossible. She enjoyed walking alone through the dense tree foam. It created a dark atmosphere. A lot of people were afraid of woods, but on Wednesday there was nothing to be scared of, she would walk there even in the darkness. She came by the lake as her boots were taking steps along the stones around. There was an old, wooden dock jutted into the water and the waves were dancing along the gentle wind.
Suddenly she heard something from the other side of the lake. She turned her head to the noise, her hunting instinct was now on looking into the center of the sounds. The girl could see a person standing there, hands together in a praying-like position with their head down. It looked more like they were praying or meditating. Wednesday could see slow breaths based on the small shoulder movements along with the person´s chest.
She took a small step to the front to have a better look at the scene. Suddenly the person turned their face in front of them, one leg moved back making them lean a little. One arm was moving up above their head and the other one was stretched in front of their body. Both hands were slowly turned into fists. And what happened next made Wednesday stand in awe.
The fire splutters out of one of the hands into the wind. The person took a step and jumped up turning their body high in the air kicking with their leg along with the hot flame. When they came down they turned their back around now jumping backward landing on their hands as they bounced back into the feet before doing a backflip layout. The blue fire was spewing all around, changing directions like it was listening to your body.
It was absolutely known who it was. You were the only one with the ability to control a blue fire. Wednesday couldn´t tear her gaze away from you. In situations like this, it was hard not to show an interest. The young Addams wasn´t someone who pretends.
The waves of water were lazily moving like a rhythmic melody along with your movements. As she was now standing there from the other side of the water, looking at you almost without blinking, it created the feeling of a border. As if the lake was a boundary separating her and you, separating her body from the unknown, from things that she wanted to know about but didn´t know how to move, how to make the step. So desperate to explore the untouched land.
It has now been a couple of days, the case was moving painfully slowly. Wednesday shared some evidence with the sheriff´s son and Enid. The girl didn´t like getting a lot of people into her soup but at the same time, she wanted others thoughts, even if it didn´t matter to her.
Thing has been quite a handful even with his remarks on someone. The young Addams have been sitting with you every lunch break, without a single word or glance. Just sitting there, quietly eating not bothering each other. Enid and Thing were great at getting on her nerves by teasing her about it.
Why they were like that? Wednesday didn´t know, she was only sitting with you at lunch, without any interaction at all.
Since that time in the forest, she didn´t see you use your fire. You barely use it. A lot of students were shocked when you burned that spider-like they weren´t used to seeing that, and now Wednesday knew.
They are currently having a class, she and Enid were sitting together paying attention, or at least one of them.
„Hey.“ Enid whispered leaning her head slowly into her classmate's direction. „Do you know where is Y/N?“
„How am I supposed to know the answer?“ Wednesday answered with a low voice, taking notes on the paper.
„Well, you are pretty close so I thought you would know.“ Enid shot her a quick glance before facing the teacher again as if she was listening this whole time.
Wednesday stopped her writing and turned to her roommate. „We aren´t close one bit. Just because we are sitting together doesn´t mean we are close.“ Her gaze was sharp looking straight at the side profile of the girl next to her. Enid didn´t mind her, she was now used to Wednesday´s behaviour so she only smirked.
After the class, she went to Eugene. Now as a member of hummers, she needed to spend some time also in the hives. She owned him for having her back at times when she went to investigate. He was exactly like her brother Pugsley, defenseless against the pitfalls in the world. Somewhere inside of her, she grew a soft spot for him but she didn´t want to accept it. Like always.
„Hey Wednesday, would you mind if we left earlier today? My friend is sick and I need to bring her some medicine.“
Her eyes were enough for her to see that her only friend of him was Y/N. Eugene didn´t talk about you a lot, only sometimes, like that you are also a member of hummers but nothing more. She could see the two of you sometimes in Jericho, walking around or after classes, like two siblings.
But now she knew the reason for your absence.
Y/N was lying on her stomach with a pillow over her head. Even though her room was already dark because of the covered windows, it still felt like there was a lot of light. The bed under the girl was like lying on tough ground. The thought of lying on the ground crossed Y/N´s mind a lot of times. Her body was on fire.
It has been like this for a couple of days, only in her room, without any light or social interaction. The only one she could see this awful day was Eugene, he was so sweet. Where would she be without him, only God knows. He brings her food and all the needed medicine. Even though he was trying so hard to help you nothing worked. And it wasn´t his fault.
Because of your ability your body gets too heated up sometimes, most of the time when you use flames too much. That´s why it´s better to train more so you can control it better and at the same time your body heat. But these were the consequences of the success.
No medicine could help, or at least you thought there was nothing. When this happens you are dealing with it just like this, waiting till it stops.
The knocking on the door tore you away from thinking about this uncomfortable position your body was put into. You just wanted to ignore it, even if it was Eugene but another knocking was heard, this time more louder than the first time. It was too much and your head started to spin around the room as soon as you got up.
Slowly opening the door, leaning against the door frame. You were waiting for Eugene with the food in his hands, you were waiting for Principal Weems with her questions about your absence, and you were waiting for Thornhill with the class work you missed.
What you weren´t waiting for was Wednesday Addams standing right in front of you with a bag around her shoulder.
She was looking at you with her signature stare, staring right at your face. She noticed your fallen eyes, bags under them, and lowered shoulders.
„You look horrible.“ That was her first word as soon as she saw her classmate. It was nothing like compared to the first day she saw you.
„Appreciate it.“ Y/N whispered back at her, not moving a single muscle in her body. The taller girl thought that maybe Wednesday made a mistake and she didn´t want to go into your room. But the Addams never makes a mistake.
She slightly pushed you into the room as she stepped inside, closing the door behind her. She could feel the heat of your body as she touched your chest in that millisecond. It was too hot and of course, the dark-eyed girl's body was most of the time under the normal temperature of a human body so everything compared to her felt warm. But this was too much, it was like touching a fire with a bare hand.
„What are you-“
„Sit down.“ Wednesday commanded to you, cutting you from sentence and you like a good dog listened to her. You kept your eyes on her the whole time, she went to your table by the wall, pulling up her bag with some things, and she started to do something. You didn´t see what she was doing because the only thing you could see was her back.
Wednesday then turned around to you, holding something like a small cup with some strange liquid in it. You wanted to gag at the smell of it, it didn´t look drinkable.
„Drink it.“ She pushed it even further to your mouth as you only pushed your head back away from it. Was she trying to poison you? You wouldn’t be so surprised, it was Wednesday after all. She was getting frustrated by your childish actions so she took the back of your head and brought you closer to the cup. The taste of it was awful, you just wanted to throw up.
„Swallow it.“ And you did. You could feel it as it went down your throat it was cold but so refreshing after your high temperature.
„Now lay down, you will feel better. Believe me.“
And you did. Lying in that uncomfortable bed, praying to fall asleep quickly.
„It´s because it´s hotter than red. I can’t control it.“ You said with your eyes barely opened. Wednesday kept looking for you to continue. „Blue fire is hotter than red. That´s why it´s like that.“
„I know.“ She whispered back. You don´t remember much of how you fell asleep but before the Hypnos took you away you could see her sitting on your chair looking at you.
The next day Wednesday was sitting eating her lunch at your table, again without you. She must admit it felt strange but nothing she couldn´t manage to get over.
Suddenly she felt a presence next to her, and the dark-eyed girl slowly turned to the person who dared to sit next to her. Her eyes were met with the person she helped yesterday. She didn´t expect you to recover that quickly, she was guessing you would be fine by tomorrow, but here you are the next day.
„I see you feel better.“ She commented looking at your figure, as if yesterday you weren´t dying from high temperature.
„Yes, thanks to you.“ You still kept looking at her, your eyes were wide staring at her silently thanking her. Wednesday looked at her plate, not giving you another glace, her plate with food was now the most interesting thing.
„You don´t have to thank me.“ You only smiled at her actions, it was cute like she was embarrassed for helping you. You need to pay her back.
A couple of days went by and a lot of things changed. The two girls started to talk more, it was most of the time on the lunch break or sometimes when they caught themselves in hives. They weren´t friends yet but this was a great road to start the friendship between them. Wednesday even told Y/N about her case and her progress from the start.
Y/N was an intelligent, really open-minded person. It was good to have someone like her nearby if the shorter girl needed some opinions. Y/N was always available, she never turned Wednesday down. They spend more and more time together, the young Addams sometimes sits with her in class, or goes to her dorm just to talk or for help, you even told her about your ability more. Wednesday didn´t want to accept it but somewhere deep inside of her she knew, she had grown a soft spot your you
Now it was soon to be Rave´N Dance and you were thinking about it. Going there didn´t even cross your mind in the past, you had no one to go with so every time it came you and Eugene went out and did something. But now it was a little different. Maybe she wouldn´t even go, this didn´t seem like her cup of tea and why would she even go with you? There were a lot of other candidates who would have a bigger chance than you. Or maybe she would say yes, why are you doubting yourself if she didn´t enjoy your presence you wouldn´t be spending so much time together. You need to at least try. And that´s exactly why you were now standing in front of her dorm.
After a soft knock was heard on the door Wednesday did not expect to see you. You were standing before the door a couple of steps back as if you were afraid to disturb the dorm of the two girls. You were wearing your casual clothes, a black oversized hoodie and some big sweatpants, hands behind your back.
„Hey...uhm... I-I´m sorry for disturbing you, I just wanted to ask you if...“ you didn´t even look at her, your head was down looking at your shoes. Your voice was low and Wednesday barely caught the sentence that left your lips.
„Y/N you need to talk louder than that, I can´t hear you.“ She just kept looking at you, trying to find the answer by your body language. You were nervous, because of what?
You sighed and turned your head in her direction, looking straight at her face. „I wanted to ask if you would go with me on Rave´N Dance.“
The young Addams for the first time in her life felt like she didn´t know what to say. It was unexpected. Sure it wasn´t like she would decline your offer. She liked you, as a person. You were currently number one closest to her, beside her roommate of course but with Enid it was different.
„Y/N… I already have someone to go with.“
Ouch. Well, it was something you were prepared for but it still hurts a little. Yeah, like she would go with someone like you. God, it was embarrassing.
The taller girl only nodded her head looking everywhere but at Wednesday. She pushed air out of her lungs and slowly pushed her hands from her back. „Y-Yeah okay... don´t need to worry I just thought I would ask.“ You smiled awkwardly and gave her the black rose that was hidden behind your back.
„Here... This is for you.“ You looked into her black eyes, this was the first time you saw her like this, so vulnerable, but only her eyes showed that. „Well I´ll go, you don´t have to feel sorry, I get it.“
She took the flower from your hand as you turned around and started to walk away down the hallway. Her eyes kept watching you till she didn´t see you anymore, her eyes went to the black rose in her hands. It was beautiful.
Wednesday could tell that you were the only person who she ever felt so much emotions because of. And now she felt miserable.
Today was the day of the Rave´N Dance and you were lying on your bed, staring at the ceiling. You wanted to spend some time with Eugene but he had some plans which he didn´t say what it was about so you were just by yourself.
Wednesday wanted to talk to you about it but every time she mentioned it you said it was okay, so she stopped. You didn´t want to know who she went with and if your ego would take it.
The small paper slid under your door, you stood up and took it into your hands. You didn´t know who´s writing was it.
Meet me by the entrance at 9 pm.
-WA
It was sure it wasn´t Wednesday's handwriting. You saw it a couple of times when she was giving you class work which you missed the days of your sickness. But it was her initials because you didn´t know anyone with the WA.
That´s why you came to her dorm looking for answers. You knocked on the door and waited. The note is still in your hands. The dark-eyed girl opened the door, looking at you with a questionable look in her eyes.
„Hey, what brings you here?“
You showed her the note in your hand. „I saw this note, I didn´t know i it was from you or not. You are the only one I know with a name that starts with these initials.“
Wednesday studied the note. It looked like a cheap version of her writing. As if someone was trying to copy her handwriting. It was sure who it was. She´s going to kill him.
Shouldn´t she be preparing? You just noticed her and how she still was wearing casual clothes. The dance started in a couple of hours and she still hadn´t even started.
Wednesday saw in her peripheral vision Thing, he was behind the door giving her thumb up. If he had a face she was sure he would be smiling from ear to ear.
„Yes, it´s from me. I wanted to ask if you would go with me to the Rave´N.“
What?! You were shocked, she wanted to go with you? But, but...
„But you said you are already going with someone?“ Wednesday leaned her head a little to the side, not meeting your eyes.
„Yes but something changed.“ She was still facing the other way but it took you too long to answer to she looked back at you with raising an eyebrow. „Well? Would you go with me?“ You nodded with your head.
„Great, meet me down at nine.“
And after that, you ran as fast as you could.
Wednesday closed the door and looked at Thing with dark eyes, he ran under the bed to hide from her. She just sighed and looked at the rose standing in the jar with a water on her table. She wasn’t really mad.
Your hands were shaking and your body felt hot. What were the main two things you could sense at that moment? You were standing exactly where Wednesday told you to, coming a bit earlier because it´s better than late and you could only imagine what would Wednesday do if you came late.
Looking around the passing by students somewhere double looking to make sure it was you. It was the first time they saw you in formal clothes like this. You didn´t feel very comfortable with all the glares and on top of that those tight clothes.
These things were forgotten at the same time as Wednesday came down. She was wearing a dark black dress and her hair was done perfectly. She looked beautiful, like always. You were glad that you were matching even though you didn´t talk about your clothes. You were also wearing all black.
„Hey.“ She gently greeted you as she came to you. „Are you ready?“
You nodded at her smiling softly, you offered her your arm, didn´t know if she would take it but to your surprise she did. And just like just like that you walked to the ball room. As soon as you stepped in everyone´s eyes were on both of you. It was shocking, sure a lot of people saw you these days together, but you were almost the same. But they didn´t expect to see either of you on Nevermore ball.
Enid was smirking at the two of you, glad it was you instead of Xavier. It was her plan after all and with a little help from Thing it became real.
The two of you decided to drink something and as you were standing there chatting a little with Enid, you saw Xavier´s glarings. Why is he staring at you like that? You didn´t break the eye contact, not letting him win. The dark-eyed girl saw you and took you by your hand.
„Come.“ She was really gentle that night, like a whole new person. But only you could catch that, she didn´t let anyone else see but you.
And you were having fun dancing around, chatting, and drinking. It was so refreshing, you didn´t have this much fun in a long time.
„Thank you for going with me.“ You said as she had her hands around your neck slowly dancing to the song. She kept looking at you with wide eyes. This was the second time you saw her eyes like this, the first time was a couple of days ago when you came to ask her to the dance.
This was the first time you were close like this, your hands around her slim waist and her around your neck. Looking at each other, to others around it looked like you were talking with your eyes. Your body was too hot compated to hers.
Wednesday’s heart was cold, that’s was people around her said and they weren’t far from the truth. But now as she stands infront of you and you are looking at her and holding her like she’s the only one in the world… her heart warmed.
„No need for that. I would do it twice.“ Wednesday said before she smiled gently at you.

Unfair
Wednesday Addams x Reader
Warning: mention of two-timing, not loyal, hurt, sad, just painful, torture, beaten, starved, dehydrated, this took too much effort...
"You're being unfair, Wednesday. I have ignored what you have been doing behind my back. Your everyday meeting with Tyler and Xavier? Worst kissing Tyler, while you have a partner who is constantly worried about you, and when were you going to tell me about your engagement? huh?! When?!" You screamed at her, it almost broke your vocal cords. This was the first time you screamed at someone, specifically someone you love.
You couldn't help it. The last month being with Wednesday was torture for you and your heart. Everything came crashing to you this week, her random rendezvous with Tyler and Xavier you have known for a while but didn't confront her about it, and the engagement was just a day ago when your mother asked if you were going to attend.
"What do you want me to do, Y/N? Cancel the engagement? You know I can't do that. Tyler and Xavier were merely my subjects for the investigation. The kiss with Tyler? I didn't regret it, because it lead me to solve the mystery." Wednesday says with her logical tone.
You could hear your heart shatter at her comment. You couldn't believe what you were hearing. You gave her everything, but in return, that's all she had for you? She didn't even make an effort to cancel her engagement. Did she even love you?
"Tell me, Wednesday Addams. Did you ever love me?! All the sweet things you said to me, were they all lies? Did you just use me for your pleasure? Is that all I am to you? Cause if it is, then we should break whatever we have now and you go on with your engagement." You wiped your tears away and composed back to your confident self.
"As I told you I cannot easily break off the engagement. I need time." Wednesday argued back with ease. "How much time do you possibly need to call off an engagement? What reasons do you need to delay it? If you don't love them you won't make this hesitant decision! If you love me you would have chosen me already, but you don't! You keep procrastinating!" You fire back at her.
There was silence engulfing you both. This was the sign you were waiting for. She didn't love you as much as you love her. You sighed and turned your back to her, you gave her a glance over your shoulder.
"Then I may congratulate you on your engagement, Ms. Wednesday Addams. I wish, we never see each other again." Your tears completely stopped by now and you gave her a thin smile. You left her dorm quickly.
___
After that incident, you completely vanished from Nevermore Academy. Nobody knew where you were, and a lot of students speculated that you dropped out, because of what happened between you and Wednesday.
But that wasn't the case. You had some unfinished business back in your hometown that needed to be done before you graduate from Nevermore. You didn't drop out, Principal Weems put you on temporary leave for future purposes. When you came back, everyone was shocked at your drastic change. You didn't look like how you left. You had bruises, cuts, and healed wounds all over your body and face. It looks like you got ganged up on.
For Wednesday the bruises, cuts, and healed wounds didn't bother her, what bothered her the most is your eyes. They were soulless. They weren't like the ones before, full of life, full of sparkles, and galaxy colors. Now it's pitch black, like the color of a raven. Also, your smile was far gone. This made Wednesday's heart clench as if someone is squeezing the blood out of it.
"What happened to you?" That was her approach to you. "Hello to you too, Addams. or is it a different surname now?" You said, not looking at her. You kept your head low, hiding underneath your hoodie. "Still Addams. Answer my question." Wednesday is very determined to know. "None of your concern." You answered. You head to the office of Principal Weems, and Wednesday still follows you, which irritated you. "Look, Addams. I'm not going to tell you anything even if you follow me into the bathroom. So, stop following me and piss off." You snapped at her. She was about to say something when you turned around and walked off.
Soft knocks got the Principal out of her thoughts. "Come in" was the only thing you heard from the other side. "Oh, Y/N." She stood up as soon as she saw you enter the room. You ran up and hugged her. That's when you broke loose to any emotions you were holding. "It's okay. You did great holding on. You're safe." She soothes you by rubbing your back. Before you left, you did talk to Principal Weems about your family situation and when she lost contact with you, it was her mission to get you back safe and sound, but when she found you, you were already covered in scars and wounds.
Your family is one of the major shareholders of an assassins association, when you learned about this you didn't want to be in it. So, your family and you agreed, before you graduate from Nevermore, you'll have your first and last mission as an assassin in exchange to be set free. To hear that at a young age, it was a perfect deal but when you came to realize it was a way to get rid of you for disgracing the family name, you needed help, that's when you reached out to Principal Weems.
You were tortured, beaten, and nearly starved to death when police raided your family's mansion. They found you shackled on the wall, dehydrated, and lumped. Principal Weems saw the raid go down and couldn't believe how your own family could do this to a such wonderful child.
Now you're in her care and safe back in Nevermore. "I hear from a little bridie Ms. Addams called off an engagement." She whispered as she comforts you. "Is that little bridie as big as a person, has blonde hair with blue/pink highlights?" You snickered. "Hm. Maybe?" She moved out of your hug and looked at you. "Wednesday's mother called. She confirmed it." You looked at her confused, but then you smirked up at her. "Y/N. Don't get cocky. I am still your Principal and I was invited to the engagement party." She shrugged. "I wasn't going to say something, but okay. I don't think it's smart to get back with Wednesday." You say avoiding Principal Weems as she sits back on her swivel chair. "And why is that?" She asked eyeing you as you drift your eyes everywhere but hers. "because who would want a broken me?" You whispered but loud enough for someone to hear who just entered the room.
"Me. I want you. back." Wednesday answered standing behind you and glaring up at you. Principal Weems smiled at the sight. "Ms. Addams, would you show Mx. Y/N their new room? Mx. Y/N, I'll talk to you again after supper." Principal Weems shoo both of you out of her office. "Come with me." Wednesday leads you to your new room. She opened the door and let you in. You looked around to find all of your belongings there.
"Isn't this your Typewriter?" You stopped in front of an extra desk and chair with a black Typewriter. "Yes. I have used this room for writing my novel and it reminds me of you." Wednesday said as she stepped forward towards you. "I apologize. For everything. I wasn't considering your emotions and feelings in the past. When you stormed out of the room, I have come to realize how important you're to me. I searched for you the next day, but you were already gone." Wednesday came very close to you. "I have never considered torture as painful but when you left me that torture was unbearable." She continued. "Come back to me, amore mio." her eyes pleading. "I can't. Wednesday. I have been through hell these past months. I can't throw myself into a relationship right now. I'm broken." You say looking into her eyes.
"I'm willing to wait until you're ready, amore mio."

Torture Souls
Wednesday x Kitsune!Reader
Part One|Part Two|Part Three|Part Four|Part Five|Part Six|Part Seven
Waiting for Tyler was nerve wracking, especially with the knowledge that he was dangerous. Perched atop a tree, you were tasked with signalling his arrival. The plan was to lure him to the woods and restrain him. Luckily, the Nightshades were able to give their aid.
You saw your target park his car and step out to trek through the woods. With a sigh, you send out a foxfire wisp ahead of you as a heads up before speeding off to meet with the others.
Wednesday steps out from behind a pillar when you land. You readjust your clothing as you look back towards where Tyler would be arriving.
"He's on his way now. Get ready."
"I always am."
You didn't even look at her. In fact, you were a little mad at yourself for agreeing to help so easily. The feelings you held for Wednesday felt like a vice right now. For now though, you shoved them away as you joined the others.
You wait until you hear the leaves crunch under footsteps. Nodding to your friends, you wait for Wednesday's cue as she walks out to meet the boy.
"Thing gave me your note." The hopeful optimism in Tyler's voice was evident. "I'm surprised you wanted to see me after you ran out the other night."
Wednesday kept silent.
"So... Is this a date?" You nearly gag. Bianca rolls her eyes which almost makes Ajax laugh if Davina didn't swiftly cover his mouth.
You all listen back into the conversation as Wednesday relays her suspicions. Memories from Outreach day, the Rave'N and the incident at the Gates mansion filled your mind as she recounts them.
"I'm not a monster." Tyler shakes his head in disbelief. "And if you really thought that I was, why would you risk bringing me out to the woods to confront me alone?"
Wednesday's lip quirks up slightly, smirking. You step out from your hiding spot, taking your place at the goth's right side, just behind her.
"Who said she was alone?"
The others walk out. Yoko, Bianca, Ajax, Kent and Davina. They all surround Tyler, causing him to look at them in disbelief.
"Ok, I don't know what kind of sick joke you're playing, Wednesday, but I'm out of here."
You hold a smirk as he moves to walk past you only to be blocked by Bianca.
"Actually, you're coming with us."
Using her siren song, she lulls him into her sway. He stands there, as if a thrall and everyone just look at him for a moment.
"Come. I know where we can take him."
-----+++++-----
It takes a good ten minutes after tying him up before Tyler wakes up from Bianca's influence. Wednesday stands in front of him while the others line up behind her. You were perched on a stool, leaning back on the table.
"Welcome back, Sleeping Beauty." Tyler's eyes dart to you before settling on Wednesday.
"Where the hell am I?"
"Somewhere no one can hear your screams." You had to smile at that. It was such a typical Wednesday line.
You watch as the two go back and forth, with Wednesday revealing what she dug up in the past few days of investigating the Galpin family. Mainly on Tyler's mother. The group held strong until the plans for torture come up. Bianca steps up at that.
"Wednesday, hold on."
"Wait, are you being serious?" Ajax was baffled. You wondered how anyone could be surprised.
Disagreements erupted and slowly, the Nightshades filed out of Xavier's studio shed. You figure that they would go to Principal Weems which means that if Wednesday went through with her plans, she'd only have a limited time.
"You're not leaving as well?" It was the first time she initiated a conversation all night.
Looking over at the goth, you could see her eyes on you. She was waiting for an answer. With a shrug, you hop off of the stool.
"If they're going to Weems, she's gonna call Galpin." You step towards the doors. "If that's the case, someone has to warn you when they get here. I'll keep a watch." As you open the door, you turn to look at the goth. "Torture's an intimate affair anyway. Don't wanna get in your way."
Wednesday would've smiled at that if Tyler didn't open his mouth.
"Don't leave me alone with her!" The chains rattled as he struggled against them. "Please, I'm begging you!"
"Tough luck, man. Wednesday'll do what she wants whether I'm here or not."
"Why are you letting her do this? This won't make her love you. She's incapable. I should know."
You pause at that. The silence in the room was stifling. He essentially blurted your feelings for Wednesday to her. There's a moment before you're suddenly in front of the boy, tipping his chair back.
"I know. I have the scars to prove it. But despite everything... I trust her." Though you didn't see her, Wednesday's eyes softened ever so slightly. "So you better show your true colors soon or this could be a long night for you."
The chair slams back down as you let him go. With a sigh, you finally leave, the sound of the crackling taser following you.
It takes an hour before anything of notice happens. You had been perched on a tree, humming a song stuck in your head because of what Tyler had said earlier. Your fox ears were out and trained on the shed behind you while your eyes kept watch ahead.
Soon enough, faint flickers of red and blue catch your attention and you fall into action.
"Wednesday!" You called out as soon as you burst through the doors. "Galpin's on his way. He'll be here any minute."
Tyler was hunched over, breathing heavily while Wednesday held a hammer. She looked at you, going through scenarios in her mind. What she said next surprised you.
"Go. Leave me with him."
"Wait, what? No. I'm not letting you take the fall alone."
She steps up to you, words quiet but rushed. "You will not be implicated in this with me. There is still a chance to stop things if you and the others are free to act." Her eyes flicker to the lights coming closer. "Go, mia volpe."
You hesitate for a moment longer. Just enough to give her arm a reassuring squeeze before darting out in your fox form. Not two minutes later, police cruisers raced up and cops piled into the shed.
All you could do was watch and wait.
-----+++++-----
The news of Wednesday's expulsion tore through the school in seconds. As much as she hated it, the goth was always the talk of the school. The next time you see Wednesday, you manage to catch her as she's packing. You lean on the doorframe, not wanting to interrupt the roommate moment between her and Enid.
"Xavier's right. This prophecy cannot come true if I'm not here." Wednesday grips at her trunk slightly. "But it kills me to leave when Tyler is still walking around free."
Enid lets out her usual grin. "If he tries anything, we have a school full of gorgons, vampires, and werewolves ready and waiting." You decide to pipe in then.
"Don't forget kitsune." Both of the girls, and Thing you noticed, turn to look at you. You offer a small smile as Enid beams at you.
"We got this, Wednesday. We promise." You offer a reassuring nod before fishing out your phone.
"On a happier note, I got a text from Eugene's moms. Says he woke up last night. Figured you'd like to know."
"Maybe Weems'll let you drop by on your way to the station."
Thing's snapping interrupts the conversation as he signs insistently. Wednesday straightens her posture. "I think we're all set."
"I'll walk you down. I'll just be outside."
You let the roommates have their moment. It wasn't long until Wednesday appeared next to you. With a nod, you begin to make your way downstairs only for Wednesday to grab your arm and move elsewhere.
"You know Weems is waiting, right?"
"This won't be long. I just need a moment with you."
A confused look crossed your face, but you allowed yourself to get dragged. It wasn't too far. Just an alcove in the hallway. Before you could say a word, Wednesday speaks up.
"I expect to hear about Tyler's downfall soon after I leave." You smirk at that. For just a second, you thought she would be soft and sappy. Shame on you for even considering it.
"Don't worry, Wednesday. Any step outta bounds and he'll eat foxfire." Wisps float around your hands to emphasize the point. "I have some tricks up my sleeve."
"Good."
Wednesday's eyes flick around before turning to you again.
"I feel like something bad is going to happen. And not a good bad. I trust you to keep an eye on things for me."
A smile slowly grows in your face.
"You trust me? 'A trickster demon known to deceive for fun or malice.' How do you know I won't turn on you?"
You couldn't help but throw the words she spoke upon your first meeting. It showed the goth's growth during the semester and it made a sense of pride bubble up. The feelings you had for Wednesday had been well earned in your eyes. You just hoped she returned even a fraction of those feelings.
You get that answer when Wednesday takes your hand and places it on her cheek. The unexpected gesture surprises you to no end. This was the last thing you expected to happen. As the surprise ebbs away, your body reacts. You step closer as your thumb caresses cold cheeks. Her eyes stare into yours as the moment stretches in silence.
"I know you won't turn on me," Wednesday whispers. "You know what torture awaits if you do."
You let out a breath of a laugh.
"I do. But with you, I think I'd be ok with that."
The two of you spend a minute longer in your bubble until the goth steps back, letting your hand fall from her cheek. Suddenly it feels like you can breathe again.
"Any longer and I'm sure Weems will stage a witch hunt."
"Then let's away." You step back to let Wednesday walk towards the staircase. "You'll be missed, dark soul."
"As will you, mia volpe."

Never Happy
Wednesday tries to sit in class carelessly, but she just couldn't. Today was one of those days where everything felt like a punch, in her ears, in her side, on her temple.
All it took was the scratch of a pencil to set her off, for the class to be chatting to get to her. The laughing of the one guy in the corner of the class, how it reverberated to her, though her desk.
Her foot was bounding up and down, muscles buzzing, fingers twisting together. Each second made it harder and harder to keep her emotionless mask on. She wanted to let go. She couldn't, not here.
The braids on her head felt too tight. The beating of her own cold and black heart in her practically caving in chest was too loud of a disruption. Never less the goings on of the other twenty seven students in botany all around her.
A sadistic concept, putting a life's worth of hormonal teenagers in a building together and expecting everything to end up fine. She used to relish in the thought of whoever thought up the idea of public school. But in Nevermore, it was worse. These hormonal teenagers had an edge, they were all freaks. The private school complex they all had in their rotten brains made them entitled.
Wednesday couldn't take it. The ever-so-faint sound of Yoko sipping her blood bag behind her. The barely audible tapping of Thing scuttling from behind one poisonous plant to behind another. The graphite-on-card stock slice of Xavier's drawing beside her. The piercing nasal echo of Mrs. Thornhill's voice ringing out through the greenhouse, not to mention the sickening crack of her heal against the floor of the classroom.
No, the raven-haired girl could barely take it. The depth of her observational skills only dug away at her everlasting hatred of sensations when she was close to her breaking point. She used to think she didn't have one, or that it only resulted in mild frustration or torturous methods inflicted on others. But recently she had discovered that, unless she was stepping on eggshells, she could set herself off, and ruin her worldly image of herself, and the Wednesday Addams to everyone at this insipid school. It would most definitely make it's way to Principle Weems, causing it to make it's way to her parents. Weems had kept an extra close eye on her after what happened with Tyler after last semester.
She couldn't take the shift of Bianca's uniform as she repeatedly raised her hand, hearing the scratchy material rub against it's self as her arm elongated before returning to her side as she answered the question, her voice cutting away at Wednesday's proverbial last straw. She couldn't handle the feeling of the fibers of her own black-striped uniform on her hyper-sensitive skin cascading together in a suicidal rhythm over her entire body, making her want to claw her external organ off in strips, only to haphazardly glue back on later.
Earlier in the week, three days ago to be exact, she had been assaulted with a flashback from Crackstone's Crypt. Wednesday knew that sooner or later, the faulty barricades of her fragile, trauma-prone brain, just like everyone else's, would come back and haunt her, the incident not disturbing enough to be blocked out, but still worrisome enough to cause her mental distress later on.
But she expected it to be of the fight, her getting stabbed, or hanging by shackles, or Crackstone rising. But the flashback took her right back to her one and only date with Tyler. The candles and the blanket and the rose petals and the projection of the truly horrifying movie and the Galpin boy turned monster himself. She couldn't shake the feeling oh him next to her, his breath hot on her cheeks before they were interrupted, his smile.
His claws digging into Enid as she fought for her that night.
How Wednesday remained so fucking guilty for fighting with Enid, for letting her fight the Hyde in her honor, for letting Tyler trip her warning alarm and still moving on in the pursuit of secret happiness. She never found it with him. She had yet to find it at all. Maybe she should end up alone, undeserving of anyone or anything else. Alone and forgotten and rightfully unhappy.
And now there was the shriek of chalk on a chalkboard and the heels against the ground and her uniform on her skin and Bianca's arm up and down and Xavier's drawing and Yoko's sipping on blood and Thing's scuttling and the laughter reverberating-
A tear stung her eye. And then another. And another.
Before she could make a fool of herself, she collected her backpack and ran out of the class, cheeks wet and eyes streaming, practically sprinting to the dorm. She heard someone call her name behind her and steps following suit but she ignored whoever they were's advances, bounding up the stairs and taking refuge in her dorm room.
No less than a minute later as Wednesday was desperately trying not to have a meltdown and failing horribly did someone enter her room. It was Enid, and she looked worried. Confused. Empathetic. The smaller girl almost jumped out of her skin, face heating and legs scrambling out from under her and trying to get away, but there was nowhere to go.
"Hey, hey, It's okay"
Enid says slowly, locking the dorm door behind her softly. Wednesday obviously wasn't herself in this moment, or really at all since the incident last semester, and she couldn't resist the comforting tone in her roommate's voice, lulling her towards the compelling girl in front of her. She craved comfort and praise and recognition and everything she was usually so averted to.
"I-, uh, I-" She tries, but her throat is against her. Enid cuts her off.
"Shh, shh, you're okay. Take a deep breath, just tell me what's wrong. Can I step closer?" She nods, hurriedly breathing. It's like she couldn't get any air, and when she tried, the tears only got thicker and rained down in more of a downpour than a drizzle like they had started out.
"It w-was all too muh-uch. Noise and f-feelings" Her roommate nods understandingly, taking another small step closer, noiselessly.
"Okay, okay, look up at me. W-" Before she can finish her sentence, a boom of thunder resonates from outside, the clouds beginning to muddle gray and grow heavy with precipitation. That's how Wednesday felt at this moment, even as she wholeheartedly jumped at the sound of the storm, dark and growing heavy, too much filled up inside of her.
"-What would make you feel better right now?" She thought for a moment before remembering the insisent itching of her uniform on her skin. She tugs at her sleeve to portray her distress. Right now, she just tried to forget all the repercussions of this moment, of all the regret she'd have later. Of how she would newly perceive herself. She just wanted this moment to play out, comfort and acceptance.
"Maybe a bath? Would that help, getting your uniform off?" Wednesday nods. "okay, is it okay if I hug you?" to her surprise, she skyrockets into Enid's open arms, burying her face in the cool fabric of Enid's vest. It was softer than hers, significantly so.
The colorful girl began lightly rubbing her back, whispering things in her ear. Not long after the hug had started, the goth gave in, and began to sob, letting all the storm inside her out. But every time she thought the war had ended, it began again. Her fists were balled in her roommate's shirt, and they only gripped harder when she felt a ghost of a kiss being pressed into her forehead, alone with soothing words and the subtle pressure of the embrace. Goosebumps prickled her skin.
"C'mon, lets get you to the bath" She feels herself being led into the bathroom, and eventually the tap switches on, water pooling into the tub. Enid adds some of her bath salts into it, making it smell like her. Wednesday was trembling and sobbing and had no idea what she was even doing to herself. "Willa, look at me" she says, trying to tilt her head up off of her chest. She wouldn't budge. "It's okay, look at me, shh shh" The dark haired girl finally allows her face to meet her roommates, all watery and tear-stained.
"Ready to get in, hmm?" The colorful girl asks her, tucking a loose piece of hair behind her ear. She nods shakily, and halts her tears as much as she's able to. "Let's take out your hair" she says, taking one of her braids between her fingers and unraveling it, doing the same to the second one. Her headache dulled a bit by her hair being set free.
"Is it okay if I help you get undressed?" Wednesday knew that all Enid wanted to do was help, and she trusted her, and only her. So she nodded.
She carefully helped her pull her arms from her fest, her blazer and blouse following right after. Her eyes never lingered on a certain part of the girls body, thankfully. Even she got self conscious. Once she was completely stripped, she slowly sunk into the lovely-smelling, warm bathwater, allowing the world to sink away.
Her roommate washed her hair and helped her dry off and redress. She was exhausted, physically and mentally. Her brain was spinning in circles in a pool of grease, slowly frying away. By the time she made it into bed, she was back in Enid's arms, sobbing again. She had no idea why she still couldn't stop herself fro breaking down, but she let it happen.
"Let it all out, baby" She would say while rubbing her back, or she'd kiss her forehead and tell her, "You're okay, I know how bad it hurts".
It hurt so fucking bad, but it was numbed when she had someone to hold her through it.
idk what this is but I hope you like it. this will be up on my ao3 account, but im still waiting to get an invite so i'll let you know when thats up. okay love you guys, bye!!

the moments that cemented me as a Weyler fan was their first meeting where he says “first thing you should know about me is I can’t be bought” and she immediately peaks sort of like, this is interesting.
Then the next moment was literally later on the beast doesn’t attack her. Literally defends her against Rowan who tried to kill her.
Given also the moment where she and Tyler talk about the incident against Xavier. Where he says “you mean like putting piranhas in a swimming pull?/I did a little digging when we met/I knew there was a reason I liked you”. She is intrigued by it. Especially given most ppl would reprimand her but he accepts her dark side.
These moments are what made me ship them. I don’t know what S2 has in store but if they abandoned this dynamic. Whether it be romantic or platonic or rivalry. They would be missing out.

Dark! Xavier Thorpe x reader: part 11
18+ smut
Part 1 Part 2 Part 3 Part 4 Part 5 Part 6 Part 7 Part 8 Part 9 Part 10
Xavier and Y/n made their way back to the weathervane hand in hand as he smiled at her happy to see she was over the incident even if he wasn't. Entering Y/n moved to the register smiling at Tyler as she put on her apron Xavier making his way to the staff room to collect his as Y/n apologised to Tyler for leaving so quickly the brown haired boy assuring her it was alright and hoping she was okay since he'd heard the comment. Y/n smiled patting his arm.
"It's alright, i should be used to it by now." Tyler smiled sadly moving to take an order before Y/n stood infront of him deciding she wanted to interact with the normies and make them uncomfortable, if they wanted to say anything she'd throw them across the room. Xavier began sweeping the floor and collecting cups his eyes finding Y/n each time he turned seeing her serve customers with a soft smile and Tyler making the drinks, Xavier didn't enjoy how close Tyler got to her each time he took an order from her or the way he smiled down at her when their hands brushed. Xavier scowled as he kept turning to look soon deciding to walk over once a customer left, leaning over the counter and smiling at Y/n as she moved closer tilting her head with a grin.
"What can i get you handsome?" Y/n said with a teasing smile as Tyler cleaned the machine, Xavier casting a look at him before pulling Y/n down and kissing her Y/n melting into the kiss before he pulled away kissing her cheek with a smirk.
"That was all." Xavier said Y/n rolling her eyes as she stood straight shooing him away as a young man came in, Xavier smirking towards Tyler as he went to clean a table at the front of the shop, the young man grinning at Y/n as she licked her lips before smiling politely at him.
"Welcome to the Weathervane, what would you like today?" The young man leant against the counter looking down at Y/n as he ran his eyes lazily over her body with a lopsided grin, Y/n's smile twitching as she looked towards Xavier seeing him glaring at the man before she widely grinned looking at the man and twirling her hair as he spoke.
"I'd love a coffee and a slice of you gorgeous, i've never seen you working here before and i make it my business to know all the beautiful women in this town." Y/n leaned against the counter watching Xavier out the corner of her eyes as he cleaned the table aggressively trying to walk over as an old lady began talking to him, Xavier too polite to push her away and slam the asshole flirting with his girlfriend into the counter.
"I'm only here for the day." Y/n said with a cheeky grin as she watched Xavier try to be polite to the old woman whilst he was seething not caring for whatever the man infront of her said as she rubbed her thighs together loving how jealous Xavier got from a man flirting with her.
"What do you say?" Y/n tuned back in wanting to drop the smile on her face as she looked at him but forcing a sweet one on as Xavier stormed over, Y/n pretending to think before she felt arms around her waist pulling her into Xavier's chest as he scowled at the man.
"She's busy." Y/n looked up at Xavier biting her lip as she looked over his face, his eyes dark and angry as the man glared standing straight before grinning at Xavier.
"She doesn't look busy, looks like she's entertaining charity." Y/n's face dropped as she looked at the man ready to tear him apart before Xavier stepped forward grabbing his shirt and dragging him down to look at him.
"She's busy now fuck off." Y/n's eyes went wide as the man nodded rushing off Xavier turning around and pulling Y/n into him as he leaned on the counter his hands tightly around her waist as he looked down at her.
"You are in so much trouble." He whispered in her ear watching her shiver at his tone as she ran her hands along his arms to link them behind his head pulling back to smirk up at him.
"You're cute when you're jealous." Xavier squinted at her before grabbing her hand and dragging her towards the staff room.
"I'll show you jealous." He muttered, Tyler moving out the way as he looked at them oddly and shrugging before stepping behind the counter only serving a few people before Principle Weems walked up to the counter.
"Goodafternoon Tyler, where are my students?" Tyler looked around, he'd been so distracted he hadn't thought about them before he smiled nervously finishing a drink before looking up at the tall woman.
"I think they're in the staff room on break, i can get them if you need me to?" Principle Weems nodded with a wide smile before moving to the side waiting for her students.
Xavier held his hand over Y/n's mouth as she whimpered, her underwear pushed to the side as his other hand gripped her thigh his face in her neck as he nibbled at the skin trying not to moan as he thrust in and out of her, his eyes moving to the staff room door as he heard footsteps Y/n too out of it to notice as she clung to Xavier. Moving his head he looked down at her as she opened her eyes tears brimming as he rolled her hips feeling her drool against his palm as her eyes rolled back, Y/n's nails digging into his shoulders as she cried out his name muffled by his hand as he leaned down moving his hand and kissing her as the door slightly opened Xavier thrusting deeper forcing Y/n to cum as she sobbed against his lips. Her eyes screwed shut as Xavier looked towards the door smirking at Tyler as he flushed red and ran out the room, Xavier grinning as he pushed his hand into her hair forcing her head as he kept thrusting her eyes opening.
"Look at you, getting fucked whilst everyone is outside all because you couldn't keep your pretty mouth shut." Y/n whimpered pulling his head back down as she kissed him feeling his thrusts stutter. Xavier moving his hand to slam against the wall as he came shuddering in her mouth as he whispered her name thrusting harder into her as Y/n whined sensitive from cumming, pushing her hand through his hair as he panted looking down at her with a soft smile.
"We should go back." Xavier whispered looking down as he pulled out, Y/n moving to clean herself up quickly but Xavier tutted at her pushing her under back with a smirk.
"A reminder of who you belong to." Y/n blushed getting her jeans and pulling them on quickly as Xavier watched with a grin as she bent down seeing how soaked she was through her underwear and loving how she rubbed her thighs together.
Tyler cleared his throat trying to hide his blush as he moved back towards Principle Weems avoiding eyecontact as he spoke.
"They'll be out in a little bit." His voice cracking as he ran a hand through his hair scurrying back behind the counter and making drinks hastily to forget the image in his head. Y/n came out moments later her apron askew as she fixed her hair looking up at Principle Weems with a guilty smile as Xavier came out with a cocky grin not bothering to hide his messy hair or swollen lips as he threw his arm over Y/n's shoulder and kissing her head.
"It is time to go now." Principle Weems said Y/n nodding as she felt Xavier's head drop to her neck and kiss the hickey he'd left when he'd pressed her against the wall and fucked her like they weren't in a coffee shop. Xavier grinned against her neck as they began walking, looking back at Tyler with a proud smile as Tyler looked away with a blush and hid behind the machine making Xavier chuckle happy with himself for marking his territory.
Laying in Xavier's bed Y/n rolled over groaning as Xavier smacked her butt whilst he drew, Y/n moving back to her original position as she laid sprawled out for her in his shirt and lace underwear both their hair wet from their shared shower as he furiously sketched her.
"Can't you sketch later? I want to cuddle." Y/n said with a small pout as Xavier smiled moving to kiss her as she tried to pull him down only for Xavier to push himself up and away with a soft smile.
"Be patient, you look so pretty i want to keep this moment." Y/n huffed laying back as she waited soon moving her foot to touch his thigh as he sat opposite her, Xavier ignoring her as she pushed up the shirt to expose her breasts palming at them as she sighed his name. His eyebrow rising as he watched her still sketching as she bit her lip as moved a hand down her stomach slowly watching him as he kept glancing at her as she slid a hand into the lace moaning out as she pushed her foot into his crotch. Xavier holding his composure as she began masturbating, hardening against her foot as she loudly moaned his name exaggerating to turn him on as his hand slowed until he only watched her, his hand moving to hold her foot and graze along her leg as she looked at him. Kicking his hand off her with a cheeky grin.
"Finish your sketch." Xavier groaned moving back to try to finish his sketch as Y/n lewdly moaned out his name, her eyes on his as he watched her waiting for him to break as he quickened his hand until he finally broke throwing his book and yanking her leg so he laid over her.
"Fuck that." Xavier said kissing her as Y/n wrapped her legs around him moving her hand to hold his hair before he grasped her wrist, sitting up and bringing her fingers to his lip and sucking them as she grinned listening to him groan.
"You're such a tease." Xavier breathed out as he leant down pulling her into a kiss as he palmed at her breasts and press into her.
"It's just so fun." Y/n said with a grin as she leaned against the pillow Xavier letting go of her top and pushing it down as he moved down laying his head on her stomach as she ran her hand through his hair, his hands behind her back holding her waist as he kissed her stomach then closed his eyes. Y/n raking her hands through his hair comfortingly as she sighed closing her eyes a pleasant silence taking over as Xavier pushed his head against Y/n's stomach. Y/n smiling down at him as he turned to look up at her, kissing her stomach with a grin.
"Come up here and give me a kiss." Y/n said watching Xavier groan as he sat up moving to kiss her as she pulled him down and turned to lay against his side.
"This is better." Y/n cuddles against him as Xavier chuckled pulling her into him as she curled into him. The two sat in silence for a moment before Xavier spoke with his eyes closed completely comfortable.
"Will you go to the raven with me?" He mumbled so chilled he barely thought about it as Y/n smiled nuzzling into him as she closed her eyes ready to sleep.
"You didn't have to ask." Xavier smiled kissing her head as the two settled slowly dropping into a peaceful sleep as they cuddled together.

During your next weekly phone call you voiced your concerns over the Hyde to your parents. Some of the pages in the book that you hadn’t shared with anyone, had lead to some disturbing discoveries.
You’d found out that certain bloodlines appealed to these creatures. While these bloodlines weren’t refined to a certain species, it was made clear your mothers side had a strong connection.
From the research done over the many years, they’d found that Hydes and other creatures were drawn to your ancestors. The pheromones in your scent drew them to you. No matter the gender both your past relatives had had encounters with creatures like this. While they weren’t always Hydes. They were very dangerous.
The book specifically mentions how it was only this bloodline that was known to have this calming property for a list of creatures. The part that made you blush were the details of how.
Sex
Repetitive and constant sex with the creature would keep their own beast at bay. The joining of the beast and your ancestors creating a bond. One stronger than that of a Master and Hyde bond. It meant they were in full control of shifts, triggers, transformations.
The new knowledge scared you. Knowing that if it was true there was a chance you were more appealing to this creature than anyone else. Could you be it’s next target?
In the past few days another hiker had been the target of the Hyde. Wednesday was all over it of course. Her mystery board was only growing in her and Enid’s shared room.
You went over a couple times since meeting her in the weathervane to talk over theories. But she was more reserved than normal. She often voiced theories you’d heard many times before.
You weren’t stupid, you knew she suspected you. You were only making yourself a suspect as you shifted blame on to Xavier. The guy did creep you out and he was always at the scene of the incidents.
So for the time being it felt as if you were benched from the case. Something that did disappoint you.
Over the week you’d heard from Tyler. You’d actually swapped numbers and had been casually chatting. About the case, about his job, about Jericho. He’d told you bits about his dad, he was out a lot of the time for work. The police department in Jericho was severely undermanned.
Your mothers voice brought you out of your though.
“Yeah, I’m still here.”
“Darling, I really sorry to have to have this conversation over the phone.”
Your mother explained how it was your ancestors job to calm these creatures down, their duty almost. Flustered you told her you knew what she meant, exactly what she meant about calming them. You also mentioned how there was a suspected Hyde in Jericho.
“Darling, your blood heritage makes you theirs biologically. Once they catch scent of you it’ll be nothing but instincts.”
“Are you telling me that there’s nothing I can do, that I’m stuck being some sex doll for this Hyde for the rest of my life?” You vented.
Your mother stuttered, unsure what to say. But you were right. You’d crudely summed it up, but you were right. The Hyde in this case would need repetitive help. To keep the bond strong and their Hyde at bay.
You doubted it would be possible to have a functional relationship with anyone else while you were getting fucked by a Hyde every week.
“Your great great Grandmother made it work. It was a really long time ago, but that doesn’t meant it can’t work.”
Yeah, she made it work because she married the guy - was what you wanted to say to your mother as rudely as possible.
“Why don’t you come home baby? Until they’ve got this Hyde business sorted.” She reasoned.
You contemplated it.
Staying meant you could be free to explore your powers, make friends with people like you, have independence to be on your own. But staying could also lead to you loosing your freedom, your friends, your sanity, your virginity.
“I’ll think about it, for now I’ll stay away from the woods.”
The birthday party you tried to hold for Wednesday had been less than successful. Well it wasn’t successful at all. Enid had planned it all, from the decorations in Crackstones Crypt to the cake. The guest list was questionable in your opinion. It included Xavier, who you were sure had been ghosted by Wednesday. And also Bianca, someone you were sure Wednesday hated.
But she hated everyone, so Enid deserved credit regardless.
After the disaster that was the party, you were sure you were never going to hear from Wednesday again. Yet when you returned from classes you were met with an impatient hand, tapping his fingers on the table.
He brought a note from Wednesday. Type written of course. Telling you to meet her and Enid at the front gate to work on the case at 8:00pm.
You were surprised or course. Thinking that you’d never be let near the case again or Wednesday. But part of you worried what working on the case would mean.
You had a picture built in your mind that the Hyde would snatch you away the minute they smelt you. Not knowing who the person you’d be obligated to have sex with for the rest of your life scared you. But you pushed it aside, if things get too much you’d run away. Leave Nevermore and hide in a bunker for the rest of your life. Avoiding any and all creatures written in that book.
When you got to the front gate of Nevermore you were surprised to see Tyler in what you could only assume to be his car. Wednesday was sat in the front and you were sure you could see Enid in the back.
You got into the car, being met with a disappointed Enid, emotionless Wednesday and a smiling Tyler.
Tyler started to drive, not that you knew where. While Enid told you how she’d been tricked into coming, under the guise of a girls night.
“So where are we going?” You asked.
“To investigate the old Gates mansion.”
Maybe you were a coward, but exploring an abandoned mansion at night time didn’t sound like a good idea. And the creeping feeling of bumping into the Hyde grew within you.
You leaned forward over to Tyler’s ear, “Hey Tyler.”
Your breath against his neck made the his hair raise. His pulse quickened and he took a minute to recover:
“Hi (Y/N).”
The whole scene before you was out of some awful spoof horror film. Complete with the rusted gates, over grown garden and clueless teens about to walk to their death. You were certain you weren’t going in.
“I’m not going in.” You stated to the group, as you sat in Tyler’s car unmoving.
Next to you Enid spoke up, “No I don’t want to either, this place doesn’t looks safe Wednesday.”
Wednesday sighed, getting out of the car regardless of who was coming. Next Enid followed her out. Then finally Tyler got out after her.
He moved to open your door, bending his tall frame into the car. His head next to yours.
“I know it looks scary, but I’ll be here the whole time. We won’t be looking around for long,” you still didn’t look like you were going to move. “I’ll let you hold my hand.”
Everything about Tyler’s presence sent your hormones into over drive. His mouth was so close to your ear, it almost made you shiver. What you didn’t know was that this was Tyler’s was of getting pay back. How did it feel to have a taste of your own medicine?
He almost snickered when he heard your heart beat faster and you swallow, hard. He reached a hand around to undo your seatbelt. Caressing your thigh as his did. He hoped you didn’t notice how his hand lingered near the buckle.
With a little more coaxing he got your out of the car. You caught up to Wednesday and Enid at the front gate. Your hands wrapped around Tyler’s hand and arm, shielding yourself away from the creepy house.
After Enid had broken down the door, you all went in. Armed with flashlights and overactive adrenaline glands, you slowly explored the ground floor. You stayed as a group as you navigated the living room of the late Gates family. Still clinging to Tyler like a monkey on a tree.
He could pretend he didn’t enjoy this: the dark and eerie atmosphere; Your heart beating impossibly fast; you clinging to him for dear life. It made him feel like your protector, your hero, your saviour. When in reality, he was anything but.
At the first chance he was taking what was his. He’d read your book, he knew you were destined for him. Your delectable scent that sent him into a horny frenzy was no coincidence. Your bloodline was designed for him. For creatures like him. So dangerous they needed your ancestors to control themselves.
It was funny to think that after all the effort Thornhill had gone to - to control the Hyde, all she needed was a magic pussy so to speak. But she didn’t, she just had plants and chemicals that she used to control him.
You would liberate him, free him of the chains that held him back from being his true self. With you and your magic little cunt, he could be a force to be reckoned with. He doubted you’d be giving yourself to the Hyde willingly. So he knew he’d have to come up with some sort of plan.
He couldn’t have come up with a plan as good as this. An unfamiliar place, in the dark, with no one around for miles. He’d make you his tonight. Regardless of your little friends.
You could only stare at the alter behind the once closed bookcase. Suddenly it all felt so real. The realisation that someone really wanted to eradicate outcasts became real. The evidence was right here, arranged neatly on a alter designed for worship.
You curled into Tyler more. He turned to reach his hands around you, embracing you, shielding you, away from what had upset you.
“Me and Enid will check the upstairs. You and Tyler stay and explore the downstairs.”
Enid shared your reluctance to go anywhere else. You were thankful you were split into pairs, especially with Tyler as your partner. Yet it did little to smother any feelings of unease within yourself.
You and Tyler broke off, going further into the living room. You tried to find anything useful. Doing so was made increasingly hard by your shaking hands holding the torch.
After a considerable amount of shaking Tyler stopped and turned to you. Holding you closer in his arms. Subtly he sniffed your hair, inhaling more of your scent. He took great pleasure out of seeing you so vulnerable.
“It’s going to be okay. We’ll be gone soon. Now let’s go down that hallway. I’ll be right behind you.”
It was hard to say no to Tyler. He’d been so kind to you already. With all the Hyde business going on, it made you resent your heritage. Life would be a lot simpler if you could just date him. You tried not to entertain those thoughts. It would only lead to disappointment.
Slowly you moved down the hall. Some of the doors around you were closed, some open. You’d just walked past an open door when Tyler screamed.
He’d been pulled into the room. The door slamming behind him. You could hear his screams along with a deafening and distinctive roar. The Hyde.
Without thinking you dashed down the hall and into one of the rooms. A bedroom. You tried desperately to barricade yourself in the room, pushing a table and chair over near the door.
You dove into the nearest corner, pressing yourself against the wall, pretending you were part of the peeling wallpaper. You tried to calm your breathing. But it soon turned out to be an impossible job.
There was a slow thud heard down the hallway. It was quiet, but you could tell the thing making them was heavy. They advanced closer, getting louder. You didn’t dare breathe.
The knob of the door started to turn, the creaking of the metal sending your heart into overdrive.
Then it stopped.
In the next moments the door burst open. The Hyde appearing in the doorway. It was just like the drawings in your book. Larger than life, two enlarged eyes, and terrifying teeth.
You cried out, kicking you legs as you tried to get away. The corner you’d put yourself in making it a fruitless task.
It crawled closer. It’s steps thundering in your ears. When it was close enough it reached out, pointing a claw in your direction. Gentler than you’d expect, the Claw moves the hair away from your face.
For a moment you don’t move.
Neither did the Hyde. It was to busy indulging in the sweet pheromones you can’t help but give off.
Then it leaves in an instant. Running out the door. A moment later you hear the screams of Wednesday and Enid. You’re paralysed, unable to move. You tell youself you need to move, you have to move, or else you’ll die here.
The thought doesn’t make you move. You’re still frozen on the ground.
But the thought of Tyler, sat alone and bleeding out, that makes you move. It makes you bolt actually. Soon you’re running around the downstairs, shouting madly for Tyler. You go back to the room he was taken into. Finding that the door is blocked from the inside. You try and barge it open. Your lack of strength being a major disadvantage in this instance.
You hear the Hyde growl once more along with the girls screams, that sound further away now.
After a few more tries you get the door open. Finding Tyler hunched over an open window, seemingly trying to escape.
You shout out for him, running over.
“Your hurt” you whimper. You can’t help but feel responsible. It could have been your scent that the drew the Hyde here.
“It’s just a scratch.” He tries to downplay the severity of his wound. Three large gashes lay across his chest. Self inflicted or course.
You can only fuss over him as the two of you escape the mansion. As you make your way back to his car you bump into Wednesday and Enid. The two look pretty shaken up. Well Enid does. If anything Wednesday just looks more pale.
“What happened?” She asks, in her usual monotone voice. Despite being chased by a Hyde.
You explain the Hyde attack, missing out when the two of you shared intense eye contact.
“We should split up. Me and Enid will go to the sheriff. You take care of Tyler.”
Her tone leaves no room for argument. Before you can, she’s left in the direction of Jericho with Enid trailing behind. You forget how expendable Wednesday treats her friends.
You take Tyler to his car, helping him into the passenger seat. You’d driven before, just not to the level of getting you license.
“We need to get you to a hospital.”
Tyler turned to you, his best hurt puppy look on his face, designed to induce pity, “No hospitals. Take me home.”
You agreed and started driving. With his help directing you, you started to make your way to his house.
Tyler tried to keep the smirk of his face. The two of you would be at his home, alone. His father would be kept busy with Wednesday.
And he could have you all to himself.

So I just finished watching Wednesday again for the first time in a whole year right? Y'all I swear to you I swear to you all that Wednesday and enid liked each other through out the show, and to make this even better they realized they actually LOVED each other after the whole crack stone incident.
Anyone who tries to deny the fact that they could potentially like each other is a very concerning person that I would watch out for 🤫
Now I will say that the whole Tyler and Wednesday thing kinda made sense I can see where they are coming from, but like bro in all honestly I literally think Tyler manipulated Wednesday into thinking she liked him, we already know Wednesday isn't like an emotional person, and I would go as far as to say that she's actually emotionally unintelligent quite honestly. I mean it makes sense tho yeah?
She made sure she would never feel any sort of emotion for the rest of her life at the very young age of 6 years old that's like the most crucial time for a child and their emotional development bc they are actually seeing the world for the first time.
I think when Tyler said that she liked him that they were like showing feelings for each other I think she was like well if he says then it must be? Like ik that doesn't make very much sense since its Wednesday and she doesn't let other people tell her what to do or even influence her but like really think about it.
Now Xavier and Wednesday. There was no romantic anything between them at all I saw none, it was one sided with Xavier just liking Wednesday, I could not see one time she showed interest in him. I will admit at the very end when he gave her the phone that could have been like a 'romantic' interaction but it was very little. Plus the boys toxic sorry not sorry he really pissed me off the whole show, bc he tried too act like he was on her side but then dismisses everything she says and tell her she's wrong? 😐
NOW BACK TO WEDNESDAY AND END if they dont end up together then honestly Nexflix or the people making up the show hate gay people and yes I'm pulling that card I've never said this before but I am now bc bro THEY DO HAVE SO MANY ROMANTIC ENCOUNTERS like come on. If they dont end up together nothing will make sense about their interactions.
ENID LITERALLY WOLFED OUT TO SAVE WEDNESDAY!!! SHE DIDN'T EVEN KNOW SHE COULD AND STILL WENT TO FIND HER!! IF THATS NOT LOVE THEN WHAT IS Y'ALL?? Bc who in their right fucking mind would go save a girl who insulted her, was mean to her, lied and manipulated her, AND put her in danger and not just like law danger like u could go to jail but actual potential possibly die and never have another chance at life danger, fantasy, TV show or not no one in their right mind would do that. Just saying.
And yes Enid and Ajax are like a thing but u gotta understand something not only could she be bi and was with Ajax bc she did actually like him a little more than she liked Wednesday and also bc he was there first plus Wednesday seemed interested in Tyler but theres a possibility she could be with Ajax bc of her mother, I mean the women is a bitch for goodness sake, Honestly Enid and Ajax felt forced and rushed, I thought that when I first watched it and i feel that now.
In conclusion I think Enid and Wednesday are more than freinds and rewatching the show just confirmed that 🤷♂️

Can you do a pre-wednesday Tyler, like right after he comes back from boot camp, and the reader goes to the coffee shop and he's working there, and the reader doesn't realize he's back and she's always had a bit of a crush on him but is still weary of him because of the incident that happened with Xavier.
The show Wednesday! Okay, I can do that. Here's a cute and awkward first interaction with Tyler Galpin ever since he returned from boot camp. Here goes :)
Desc: awkward fluff, feminine presenting reader. Use of she/her
Warnings: none
Ding ding! The tiny little bell on the counter rang through Tyler’s ears. Normally, the Weathervane never got busy. They got a few of their regulars each day, and during autumn, it got a little crowded. But it was never this busy.
“Tyler, get that!” His father shouted from the break room, sitting in a chair with a newspaper in hand. Tyler was in the back, making practice of his latte art. The clover he just tried to do getting messed up, adding to his frustration. A long sigh draws from his lips. Sheriff Galpin was a hardass. He was especially hard on his son when he didn’t live up to the expectations Donovan wanted him to meet. Acting like a total dick in school was just the icing on the cake. His dad sent him to boot camp, with the hopes of his son returning “a better man” who’d get himself a job (Apparently being a barista boy would do that).
It was only Tyler’s second day working at the Weathervane cafe, and he wasn’t thrilled having to work on such a busy day when normally all he could do was make a cup of coffee from a Keurig machine.
Y/N sighs. When am I going to get a coffee? She slams her palm on the bell, ringing it rapidly. Dingdingdingdingdingdi-
“Coming!” Queue Tyler Galpin. He flashes a polite smile and pushes his annoyance down into his throat. “Sorry about the wait! What can I get you?” He leans in, folding his arms on the counter and looking joyfully at his customer. Y/N gulps, and it feels like all the eyes are on her. Tyler wasn’t supposed to be here, she was supposed to ring the bell and her best friend was supposed to drag herself out and her mood would change and they’d bounce up and down together and-
“Hello? Miss?” He chuckles nervously when y/n breaks free from her thoughts and meets his gaze of green eyes. “Oh, sorry. I was just- I was trying to remember everything I needed to order!” She skillfully lied. “But um… is Lilli here?” Her gaze scans the area, trying to find something else to focus on to take away from this god awful experience. “Nope, she’s taking a day off today. It’s just me.” He forces a smile. “Oh, okay. My bad. Can I get an iced mocha latte with 2 pumps of chocolate syrup in it?”
Tyler blinks and there’s a beat of silence as he grabs something. He lifts up a bottle of Hershey’s chocolate syrup. “...This?” Not something he had seen often, but it could be done. Y/N looks like she wants to curl into a ball. “Oh! Haha geez I meant vanilla syrup. Like the flavoring!” She scrambles the last of her words out, wanting to smack herself upside the head. “Oh. Alrighty. And what size…did you want that?” Doing his best, he smiles again, softer this time, in hopes of alleviating the pain this was. She gave a helpless looking grin back. Could it get any worse? “Large is fine. That’s it.”
He turns around, getting to work on her drink. Oh god. Are you fucking kidding me? What was that shit? Y/N went to school with Tyler and they had shared a few classes. He sat behind her in math class, where she daydreamed about him just reaching forward and playing with her hair, and he sat next to her in history. They had english together too, but he was across the room. Seeing him here after having disappeared for a while caught her off guard and it threw her out of her rhythm at the Weathervane.
His agitation gradually went away as he got to work on the drink, and soon enough it was done. “Hereee ya go.” He presses a few buttons on the screen at the register. “It’s $7.01.” Tyler offers a plain smile. Y/N fights off making a face. Geez. Lilli must’ve usually given me a discount every time. Damn. She braves a brief grin and pays for the drink. With a quick thanks, she scurries off and out the door. The bells on the door jingling again as she leaves.
“Are you kidding me?! You took a personal day?!” Y/N scolds her friend. A muffled response comes from Lilli over the phone as y/n sips her latte. She fires back. “Well, no. Oh but you DID kinda forget to mention that Tyler was back in town and that you w o r k with him! When were you gonna tell me that?” Y/N stomps away, heading to her next designation. Tyler is back to practicing his latte art.

Y’all ever think of the possibility of Bianca and Tyler hooking up to spite Xavier? Say, After one of her and Xavier’s many fights or break ups. Bianca heads out to Jericho and ends up at the Weathervane for a coffee or something. She sees Tyler there either working, or hanging out with Lucas and the rest of their friends depending, on this if this is before he got the job working at the café. So maybe this is some time before the mural incident. Bianca makes a brash decision to get Tyler alone. And for Tyler it serves as one of the many ways he can stick it to that Thorpe kid he loves messing with. Plus, Bianca is hot, so it doesn’t take too much convincing.
They do it and it’s never mentioned again. The only ones who know is them. They still act like strangers when they see each other around.

Wednesday's Bestie
I hope the wednesday-fandom hasn't died out yet, but I wanted to share my thoughts on Wednesday having a best friend who just came out of nowhere and shocking everybody. Also with a hint of pining, but - who knows? Maybe also angst for those who want it~...!
Also I didn't proofread and english is not my mother's tongue.
Part two , Part three
---
What if Wednesday had a best friend, somebody, who's got the same mindset and lifestyle as her. But, her best friend shows more emotion, AND, her best friend is manipulative.
Imagine, you, who's been the deadly girls best friend ever since you two could remember, also comes to nevermore a few days later for similar reasons as Wednesday and Wednesday shows actual emotions on her face.
Of course, Enid, Ajax, Xavier, Bianca and the others are shocked by the behavior of you two meeting and being all giggly and shit. Enid is jealous that you make Wednesday laugh until she wheezes, Bianca is disgusted by both you and your goth bestie and the others...well, they don't know if they should be happy or crying, since they don't know you.
I mean, Enid was the one who tried to get on Wednesday's good side since day one while you just swooped in one day and reclaimed your spot as her best friend. How were you able to befriend her anyway? You seemed so...well, too nice for Wednesday! However, she should actually listen to what you two are discussing while squealing like little piglets instead of getting her load of prejudice out on Ajax, who has to listen to her tantrums about her trying everything in her might to become the Addams' best friend while you are casually cracking jokes left and right, making Wednesday ring for air between laughter.
Xavier sees you as a potential rival- love rival, to be exact, because he doesn't miss the way you two look so fondly at each other. I mean, maybe it's just his jealousy and mind playing tricks on him, because you two obviously haven't seen each other in so long, maybe he's also right about his suspicious about you two secretely liking each other.
And for principal Weems, oh, that poor, poor lady...
One minute it's a student crying for help- Wednesday's fault, the next minute somebody breaks their arm- your manipulative advice. Sure, Wednesday and you have missed each other dearly, but what you guys missed much more was to cause chaos all over your surroundings. And what better place would be than your sweet Nevermore, where you and Wednesday didn't want to be in since the beginning?
Weems can only do so much as to threaten and give you guys detention. Because A. you guys hide the evidence too good, B. She never sees you two doing anything suspicious, and C. You, for example, don't look like somebody who'd befriend Wednesday at all, but there you are, talking to her about things Weem's too far away to understand.
In the prom or wherever you guys had to go, you asked Wednesday if she'd like to be your date there with fiddling thumbs and your eyes cast downside in a shy manner, but she declined, having to go with some normie called Tyler.
Oh yeah, you were a multi-monster. Extremely rare. To put it simply, you could shapeshift into anybody you'd like, have the icks of a siren, vampire, werewolf and every other monster, making you practically invincible.
Upon hearing her choice being some lanky dude who worked at a boring cafe, you were furious, but you didn't show it. Instead, you stalked Tyler through and through. and you found some interesting details about his past. But, it seemed like Wednesday really was all heart eyes for the little shit and threatened you to break whatever connection you two had if you didn't stop with accusing the 'human'. After that blood-incident by the prom happened and some time later, where Wednesday went to meet Tyler, you followed, in hopes of gaining her trust again.
Of course, you were still sour about this, and you even lost some of your treasureable feelings for her, but she was still your friend, that you'd still hoped that she'd listen to you. And well, if it wasn't for you, then Wednesday could've died that day if you didn't save her. Furthermore, instead of apologizing for her not trusting you even though you were her closest friend of more than a decade, using you being manipulative and shit as an excuse to defend herself, you just...shut off. Now, you were really like Wednesday, no emotion on your face, and Wednesday didn't like to admit it, but she felt scared for some reason.
"All I wanted was your love. Your attention on me. And you give it to some dude you don't even know for a month? Kissing him and exchanging spit?", you asked quietly, in a hissing matter as you slowly stepped towards the black haired girl, and she took a few cautious steps back.
"We were fucking friends, wednesday, you- you were my friend, even if you didn't believe so! I never know what is going on inside your head and I never know if you ever even thought of me as even an aquaintance, but you s-saying that I am manipulative ot you?", you stopped, taking a deep breath and giving the gurl in front of oyu some space too. your voice was croaking like a frog and your throat was going dry, but you had to get one last thing out of your soul and heart.
"I never manipulated you wednesday. In fact, i fucking admired you, you know? I wanted to become like you; uncaring of what the hell other people thought about me, being scared of me, never knowing what is going on inside my head, and more.
Also, I had the longest crush on you, but of course you'd never know. You're too egoistical to even notice your own fucking mistakes. You're toxic and I should actually fucking-...hate you. And I do.
I do hate you Wednesday Addams.
But oh, cara mia, I'd be lying if I said that I didn't love you.", you whispered, your eyes filling with tears and your fisted hands wiped them aggressively.
During your whole confession, Wednesday only stared at you, unable to form any words. She knew that you were hiding something from her, but not...that. Bad thing was, she didn't know if you were even telling her the truth. Or if you were just manipulating her with gaslighting. She didn't know whether or not you were the still person she hung out all these years. I mean, you grew in all the right places, you had a new haircut and you looked much more mature than you did the last time she saw you.
And there was another thing; Even though she didn't harbour any feelings for you, your romantic speech did things to her, too many than she'd like to admit so herself. Wednesday couldn't handle any of it, so she chose the safest option.
"Get out."
You stood there for a moment, stopping dead in your tracks with wiping the neverslowing waterfall which came from your tearducts. you then frowned at her before storming out of the room.
Wednesday sunk to the ground and even her eyes got wetter than usual.
---
How was that? I hope it wasn't too confusing cause I threw in some sentences there and here, hehe...
Would oyu guys like a part two?

Where Danger Finds Me, it Follows with Tides - 8
Morality's Dust, I Lack in Trust Ch 8
Word count: 2.4k
Warnings: Blood, my gosh blood, angst
Relationship: Wednesday Addams x Reader
A/N: I had to rewrite this so many times ugh, srry it took so long. Man I gotta speed this up so I can get to the good parts. Edit: but there’s like TONS of foreshadowing I’ve added in the series, so overthinking you over thinkers >:)
All she got was holes—not an answer, not even a hint. Wednesday has been playing cat and mouse with you for weeks since the document incident. She gives plaudits for how well you can avoid things and push her onto a podium. One of your preferred answers was 'Why do you care?'
It could send Wednesday into a spiral. Why does she care? You were nothing but a stone on her glorious path of self-success, but you’ve grown into an illness, a parasite, and a leech. Those never troubled her before, so why now?
Enid advised Wednesday multiple times to take things from a different perspective if she didn’t understand something at first. Of course, in typical Wednesday fashion, she thought that was puerile. You act childish, so she must evaluate childish ideas.
Instead of taking you as a sycophant, you shall be perceived as a case, just like Tyler, Xavier, and Laurel. Then, once she figures you out, you’ll just be another reward and out of the way. Superb plan.
—————-
The creaking of hinges attracted Wednesday's attention. A quick slap on the cool wooden boards shut down her anticipation for someone different.
"Why thank you, Thing." Enid skipped her way past the door frame, letting Thing scurry and claw in before closing said door.
Enid continued to beat the floor with her unnecessary movements. "Whatcha doing?" She said, peering over the smaller girl’s shoulder.
Wednesday was wrist-deep in the front pocket of her black bag; she shuffled in it to organize. "I’m going to the sheriff's department," Wednesday explained.
The wolf did her classic head rotation, displaying her confusion.
Wednesday adored when Enid did that; it was beautifully simple, Wednesday would of course never voice that, but it’s something that makes her like Enid just a bit more—a minute amount.
"The bullet, I want to inspect if there’s DNA still on it," Wednesday said.
Enid fidgeted with the rings on her finger. "Doesn’t the sheriff hate us after I almost killed his son?" She questioned.
The goth girl snapped her fingers twice, commanding the extra appendage on her bed to come forth. "Unlikely. His son almost killed you; he also falsely accused us the whole time as well." Wednesday corrected. Thing followed her nonverbal order.
The blonde slumped "Well, gee, when you put it like that, it’s like you praise him for it." Enid huffed.
"I vocalize facts, Enid," Wednesday said. "Now come on, we don’t have all day." She put on her bag, moving to the door.
Enid straightened back up, following her roommate. "I get to come?"
"You did say us; don’t make me deplore my decision," Wednesday said, leaving the room.
"No no no, no need for that," Enid reassured. The wolf skipped pursuing Raven's Wednesday.
She talked the raven's ears off the whole way there, Wednesday only responded in simple hums and subtle nods. Enid learned to appreciate small things like this with Wednesday. Instead of ignoring her, snapping, and saying shut up, she now listens. It shows growth in the closed-off girl.
The contrasting friends finally reach the police department, with one of the two walking in as if they owned the place. Wednesday didn’t give it a second thought when passing the receptionist. Enid silently apologized, rushing to get back to her free bird.
Wednesday surged in the sheriff's office, and the man sitting in the chair jumped slightly. "Who the hell comes into a room like that?" Galpin scolds the girls in front of him.
"Sheriff Galpin… we come to you with a request,," Wednesday said.
"Well, don’t you always." The sheriff mumbled, "There’s a receptionist for a reason, Addams." He tapped his fingers on paperback books in a rhythmic pattern.
"I don’t wish to parley with someone who doesn’t have significant power in rank," Wednesday said.
The sheriff gave a puzzled look before nodding slowly and saying, "I didn’t know Addams were capable of giving compliments." Galpin chuckled slightly.
"It wasn-"
"It was!" Enid interrupted the girl beside her, "It’s very hard to get a compliment from this one," she nudged Wednesday, "consider yourself lucky, Sheriff!"
Donovan nodded again. "So what exactly did you two need?" He asked.
Wednesday stopped her death glare at Enid to turn to the man. "I want you to run DNA on something, thoroughly." The raven said before fishing out the zip-lock bag she placed that carried the bullet, Wednesday settled it on the table.
Galpin laughed again. "You don’t seem like a gun person, Addams." His posture fixed itself once he got hold of the bag "Where did you get this?" Donovan’s voice became more serious; his jaw relaxed, but his eyebrows told a different story. There were points where the sheriff did this—the whole changing demeanor, Enid thought it was intimidating, while Wednesday interpreted it as tomfoolery.
But Wednesday was perplexed now. Figuring out a story to tell the sheriff that won’t jeopardize her reputation in the case she’s made that mistake too many times and can’t afford it now, Wednesday now understands your importance in her makeshift cases and how you played a part in getting her out of legal trouble. It was going to be difficult to be against someone who helped in the shadows. That string of why?’ again whispered in her head: Why is she even doing this? The raven ignored what she could.
She noticed the pause was lengthened enough to make it suspicious, "I was in a friend’s dorm; I found it on the balcony." Wednesday said.
The sheriff showed inquiry about her story; his silence pressed for more. Enid broke the thick tension.
"She was in there for a project." Her voice was alert, and Enid’s movements were animated as usual.
Galpin shifted his body in the chair, laid back, slouched, Wednesday mentally recorded, it’s something you do when you know your audience. Adapting to their personalities, ensuing a more comfortable conversation.
"Can I ask what friend this is?" The male focused on Enid. "I want to make sure if they were shot by this, I've got a name already."
"Y/n L/n." Enid spoke without equivocation.
The sheriff’s face snapped, attentive, incredulity, choler, possibly gaiety? "L/n? The one with the marking?" He sounded frantic, as if you were a threat. Wednesday nodded slowly.
The tall male stood up in haste, "If you never listen to my advice, listen to it now. Keep. Away. From. Her. You two understand?" The girls exchanged looks at each other. "Do you? This isn’t a plea; it’s a demand." Galpin’s tone was stern.
"Before we agree, can we ask why?" Wednesday said.
"That’s something I can’t disclose; I wish I could for your safety, but I just can’t." The sheriff sighed in grief.
Wednesday rose a brow, "Do you know someone who can?" She said.
Donovan rubbed his forehead with his thumb and index finger; he let out a puzzled groan. "Unless Y/n tells you, which won’t happen since you two won’t be talking to her anymore, nobody can tell you, not Weems, not me. End of discussion."
"So Weems knows?" Enid asked.
"End of discussion I said. But I will get back to you on the DNA." He said while walking towards the exit of the room. "Do. Not. Talk. To. Y/n." Galpin glared at them before leaving, the two did the same, exiting the building itself.
"I’m going to guess that you’re going to do the exact opposite," Enid spoke up.
Wednesday had a barely noticeable grin, "You know me so well." Oh, those devious eyes could kill.
They continue to walk and talk, "So how do we get the reason?" Enid asked. She pondered her own ideas.
"Thing is doing that right now," Wednesday said. The wolf looked around to see where the hand was. "He’s staying at the sheriff's office for the day; hopefully he can actually get something this time," Wednesday explained. Enid’s mouth made an O shape, she nodded in silence.
Wednesday continued, "Us on the other hand, shall try to pry Weems." Enid flashed her toothy smile, an attempt at burlesquing Wednesday’s devilish one.
—————
Larissa’s work came to an abrupt halt when the heavy double doors opened. "Ladies, how can I aid you?" Enid shut the doors before standing next to Wednesday.
"Principal Weems, you told us before that Y/n is here on mandatory terms? Why is that?" Wednesday catechized the older woman.
Weems hummed before looking away to drink her coffee. The girls were riveted by her movements until she finished the sip. "I’m going to guess you two have already challenged someone for material?"
Enid, playing her good cop, "Yes, we have."
Larissa nodded, clasping her fingers together and white-knuckling each other. "I cannot tell you." She had a tight-lipped smile. "If I get word that you were able to pull some strings to get this information without Y/n’s consent, censure will be sent." She focused most of her attention on Wednesday. "Is that all?"
Enid spoke, "Well, actually yes, I keep finding hair in my-"
"That will be all." Wednesday cut her off, dragging the wolf outside again. Weems chuckled.
"Wednesday, that was important! I keep finding it in the food! It’s gross!" Enid complained.
"It’s your hair, Enid; you’re just shedding again." Wednesday huffed before mumbling, "Censure... Sure, watch me, Weems. Where’s Thing? I need that file."
To Wednesday’s surprise, he was in the dorm with a file! For a second Wednesday debated whether to reward him. "Good job, Thing." He tapped around on the file, and the girls learned it’s a happy dance—well, Enid calls it that.
Wednesday shooed him off of it. Enid and Thing gathered on this side of her table as she sat, the goth was just staring at it. What possibly could this contain where people couldn’t even speak about it? Why should they avoid you? Who are you?
"You're just gonna stare? Hurry and open it!" Enid bounced with anticipation. Wednesday wasn’t helping with her slow opening.
The first papers were a little boring if not looked at carefully: plane tickets from Egypt to Washington, D.C., to here. What absorbed Wednesday was the plane; it wasn’t a regular commercial plane; this was a government aircraft. Why?
"Plane tickets, so what, next?" Enid ushered the goth. Wednesday satisfied Enid’s wishes.
On a copy of your birth certificate, multiple things were marked over with a black sharpie, the place of birth, hospital, DOB, last name, gender, and parents.
"What’s up with this? All of it’s marked off, even the last name, is not their real name? The birthday is crossed off, parents crossed? Who did this?" Enid queried the same things Wednesday did in her head.
They removed the paper, which was in a sealed plastic cover. On the front page, a paragraph with marked-out words like the previous page, Wednesday managed to create a clear story. In summary, someone was describing the documents in the plastic as graphic, horrid, and completely grotesque. They said the crimes committed were outrageous; from what she guessed, your name, crimes, and punishment were covered up.
"What the hell did she do?" Enid gawked at the paper.
Wednesday had those eyes—eyes that showed how enticed she was. Her orbs looked to be void black, dilated black holes. Wednesday was so on edge that her skin was full of goosebumps; she was cold to the touch, "Clearly something odious." Wednesday responded while warily opening the seal, and removing the front cover.
Wednesday was no foe to blood; she’s seen it all in different forms, but never this much on one body.
This was only your mugshot alone; you looked drowned in red, chunks, muscle, skin, shards of bone, and hair. Not an inch of your face wasn’t red. You looked less than six, but your eyes told a story only someone with years ahead of you could tell—a 100-mile stare. It didn’t help that there was blood in your eyes. You looked abominable.
Once perfect hair is caked and coated with red. Lips were chapped, and blood was in their ravines. Your mouth was slightly gaped, your front teeth were stained. Eyes were bloodshot, just as the rest of you, but the veins in them were prominent purple webs. You didn’t look sad or scared; prostrated and exasperated were the words. The marking had similar veins to your eyes.
"Oh my god." Enid’s voice was muffled, her hands were over her mouth, and her complexion was paler. "I’m like literally going to puke. Who the hell’s blood is that?"
The rest of the page contained your name, which was marked over; the date of your incarceration is the same as practically everything else, scribbled out.
Wednesday removed the page. Pictures of your clothes, hands, and fingerprints.
The prints weren’t even inked; you just used the blood that was already on them. Your hands drew her in; they were painted with blood, inside your nails, and creases, but crescents were dug in them, to the point you were bleeding. Wednesday has never seen scars on you except for those crescents on your hand.
The clothes you had on were tattered, buttons gone, sodden in blood.
Again, she removed the page and fingerprint card. About all of the words were written over, just the last name ‘Khuld’, age of five, and the gender of a girl.
The silence of stupefaction was broken, "Wednesday please don’t tell me this girl’s blood is on Y/n." Enid's voice was trembling, her breath was ghostly frozen, and she was as pale as a ghost. All Wednesday could do was shift her head down; she didn’t know, but all they did was wish it wasn't.
Wednesday regrets even lifting the page up. She heard Enid gag before running to the bathroom, and the wolf hurled vulgarly in the toilet.
All Wednesday could do was stare at the pictures in front of her. How could someone do this? The amount of blood on you didn’t Juxtapose to this or anything she’s ever seen. The pictures just kept coming—diverse angles, variant zooms.
Wednesday shuffled the pictures until the autopsy photos.
There is barely anything to prove this discombobulation was once a body. The doctors laid out organs to match a body and connected as many bones together as possible. The sage-green eyeball on a metal bed pierced Wednesday’s soul.
Thing placed himself on her hand, benevolently petting it. Wednesday broke her focus with the eye, giving her diligence to the hand. He nudged her to the bathroom. Wednesday made a keen effort to help her friend.
Enid was on the floor beside the toilet, her back resting on the tub wall. She was in a fright—an enervated fright. "She was five Wends," she paused to breathe, the blonde on the verge of tears. "Five. Can you believe that?" Enid broke down in a fit of sobs. All Wednesday could do was rub her back. As the crying girl reiterated ‘five’.
"I know…"

I'll Find You || Tyler Galpin x Thorpe! Sister Part 1/?
The reader is Xavier's older sister with existing psychokinesis abilities (light/matter bending + telekinesis kinda vibes) and it's the first time seeing Tyler since the incident last Outreach Day. No matter how hard she tries to avoid him, she can't, but not for lack of trying. Is their sudden acquaintance due to more than just mutual attraction? Something darker?
A/N: First I want to apologise that this is technically all in 3rd person with she/her and existing descriptions even though I've inserted a reader option. It wasn't originally written for Tumblr but I'm gonna post it here anyway. Lemme know what ya think x
Also ps. I have more chapters planned with a darker vibe to Tyler's character a bit earlier on but if you have any requests let me know!
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The sky was thundering above her and rain threatened to pour at any moment, her surprisingly light footfalls were barely audible as she ran across the pavement to reach the door of the Weathervane cafe, finally. She took a brief look through the glass door noticing the absence of any other customers and silently pushed it open, quickly smoothing down her purple Nevermore uniform as she stepped inside.
As she began to walk towards the counter intent on ordering herself a coffee, she stopped abruptly when a boy popped up from behind the counter. Even with his back turned to her, she immediately knew who it was and almost instantly regretted coming into Jericho today but her dorm mother Ms Thornhill informed her that she had confiscated her coffee stash from her dorm so she had no other options for her caffeine hit.
It was Tyler Galpin. She’d seen him a few times in town over her last few years at Nevermore, although they’d never interacted, and after everything that happened, she was mentally cursing herself for remembering how cute she thought he was when they were 15.
She remembered exactly what he looked like, dark blonde hair and big bright eyes somewhere between blue and green. He was taller than her although looking at him now he seems to have grown considerably taller in the last year and filled out a bit as well, but she supposed she probably looked a little different also.
She knew he was the sheriff’s son and based on the small interaction she’d had with him after last year’s outreach day, she rather wished never to see him again, at least for Xavier’s sake. He and his friends destroyed her younger brother Xavier’s mural and tormented him quite harshly for being an outcast, to the point that Principal Weems got the sheriff himself involved in reprimanding them calling it assault.
Though she wasn’t quite sure what happened to him after that day, she knew that he was sent away to some boot camp after hearing Weems telling Xavier but after that who knows? Certainly not her, considering she had refrained from entering Jericho for a while after that event unless absolutely necessary.
Despite this, she now finds herself about to be face-to-face with him again, and after some silent contemplation as to whether she really needed the coffee, she walked forward to the counter where he still had his back to her polishing some glasses.
As she went to touch the bell, a lound crack of lightning came from the sky outside and he turned around a little startled that he’d not realised she’d come in as he stopped polishing the glass in his hand and stared at her with wide eyes.
“Uh, h-hi, hello. W-what can I get for you?” he stuttered out, putting the glass and towel down very quickly, the nervousness he was displaying seeming very uncharacteristic compared to his apparently “aggressive” personality a year ago.
“Iced mocha…to go please” she replied in a monotone voice not quite meeting his eyes despite him looking like he wanted nothing more than for her to make eye contact with him and his face falling at her tone.
“Yeah, sure” he replied now rather nonchalantly, his face and shoulders relaxed almost as if his personality had suddenly flipped. He accepted the money she handed him and began to make her drink.
She stood at the end of the counter waiting for her coffee whilst mindlessly scrolling on her phone. She was hoping to avoid all conversation with him but judging by the way he kept glancing at her from the coffee machine, she might not be so lucky. He walked over about to hand it to her when he paused, “You’re Y/N Thorpe aren’t you?” he mused somewhat confidently.
“Yes, your point?” she replied quite abruptly, now reciprocating the strong eye contact he was making with her.
“Sorry, I just, I’m Tyler. Tyler Galpin. I umm, I kinda ruined your brother's painting last year” he said scratching the back of his head and falling into the nervous persona again, dude is flipping the switch constantly.
“Amoung others things, yes i know who you are Tyler Galpin” she stepped forward towards the counter intending to take the coffee and leave the interaction but he continued to hold the plastic cup in his hand as he spoke.
“Look, I just wanted to apologise, that was really shitty of me to do and I shouldn’t have let my friends do it either. I was going through a rough time, my mum had just died and I was taking my frustration out on everyone else. I’ve gone through a program to work out my anger and I just wanted to-”
“It’s not me you need to apologise to, though I doubt Xavier would be interested to hear your half-assed apologies” she interrupted and put her hand forward in want of the coffee. He just nodded in defeated understanding and handed over the coffee.
She immediately turned on her heel and walked towards the cafe door pushing it open as quickly as she could and opening a black umbrella she had with her as the rain had just started reaching the town now.
“Wait!” Tyler tried to interject as he went to follow her, trying to get out from behind the counter as quickly as possible.
As soon as she hit the portion of windows that had the blinds closed blocking her from his view inside, she shut her eyes and used her ability to bend the light around her rendering her invisible, wanting to be away from him as quick as possible. She’d learned they referred to it as psychokinesis at Nevermore.
She heard the cafe door open just behind her spinning around as Tyler went to call out “i really-” he looked around trying to find her in the street, “-am sorry” he trailed off looking thoroughly confused where she went so quickly but weirdly transfixed on the exact spot she currently stood invisible. It was like he knew she was there but there’s not way he could see her, ‘of course not’ she thought ‘even my umbrella is cloaked’, shaking the notion from her mind.
As soon as he went back inside the cafe, she continued her hurried walk back to the shuttle station to wait for the next one back to Nevermore with her caffeine fix in hand. No matter how hard she tried to put the interaction with Tyler Galpin out of her mind she couldn’t, thinking about how grown-up he was now. He seemed like a very different person than the one that had terrorised her brother a year ago. As the shuttle came screeching to a halt in the rain she tried to put him from her mind again whilst he was doing the exact opposite.
As Tyler stared out at the street where she’d mysteriously disappeared very quickly he swore he could still smell the perfume she had on, like jasmine and vanilla. With visible confusion on his face he walked back inside the cafe, his head was reeling with what just happened. He’d finally seen Y/N Thorpe after nearly a year and all he could blabber out was some excuse about what he did to her brother, what an idiot! He left out a frustrated sigh and he went to finish polishing the glasses he was part way through before she came in.
Y/N Thorpe. She looked just as pretty as he remembered, however her once long honey brown hair was now a very dark brown almost black stopping bluntly just before her shoulders. She had definitely matured into her body however her uniform left a good deal to imagination and he’d definitely imagined all of it, the reminder of the little (huge) crush he had on her when they were younger despite never getting the courage to talk to her.
He supposed that it’s to be expected she’d look more grown-up as she was about to be 17 if he remembered correctly as she was just a few months younger than him, he had attempted to keep up with her socials but everything was now private. She was significantly shorter than now as he’d grown a fair bit in the last year and she still had those hazel doe eyes. He remembered how fearful those eyes were when she came running to Xavier after Tyler and his friends destroyed the mural and practically assulated him, asking if he was okay.
He can still picture the scene, looking from around a corner after they’d run away when that Nevermore Principal was about to intervene. He just stared at Y/N as she cradled her younger brother’s face, he was wide eyed taking in her almost maternal nature towards Xavier, with almost the same expression he had worn earlier today.
Even with the angry tears threatening to fall from her eyes they were still so warming but when she locked eyes with him from his hiding spot and he quickly fled, following Lucas and the others. He noticed now however, her eyes seemed darker, more dull than before, making her seem more unapproachable and possibly displaying the contempt he knew she must hold for him.
He already had a million things going on in his head right now but just like that day a year ago, everything seemed to halt when she was front and center again in his mind as he continued with his shift. He wondered if she’d come back into the cafe again, probably not now that she knew he worked here. He couldn’t stop thinking about what he should have said to her, ‘I’m a better person now’, ‘I would never do anything to hurt you’, ‘please give me chance’. All valid thoughts but he froze instead, making stupid childlike excuses for his behaviour.
He really wanted to tell her that he’d thought about properly thanking her since that day when she let him go without altering the Principal that he was still there watching. Whilst he was still required to go to court ordered therapy and sort his behavourial issues, it was nowhere as harsh of a punishment as it could have been. He’d often thought about whether she’d forgive him if he explained what happened, if she’d talk with him, maybe even look at him how he looked at her.
He wouldn’t go as far to say it was an obsession but just when he thought he’d stopped thinking about her after getting back he heard one Lucas’ friends mention her name in conversation whilst sitting in the cafe. Talking about how one of them had come across her at a bookstore in town a few months after the outreach day incident.
Tyler had almost felt the need to punch him when the boy vulgarly described her outfit and all the things he wished he could do to her. Tyler wasn’t a fan of people thinking about Y/N like that, despite himself doing exactly that whenever he saw any glimpse of her on Instagram or in the background of some nevermore student’s Tiktok.
He had become so tense that he flexed his arm so tightly he smashed the glass in his hand and blood was now running down his wrist from a cut on his palm. He held up his hand to his eye level and just stared at it for a moment watching as the blood poured down his arm. He was almost transfixed on the sight thinking about the sense of deja vu he got looking at his hand covered in blood as the rain pounded outside. Before he could place a memory he heard the cafe door open, “Tyler, my god son, what have you done?” Sheriff Galpin had come rushing in with sloshy footsteps as he’d been drenched by the rain.
“It’s fine dad, I just broke a glass. It must have cracked in the dishwasher and I didn’t notice” Tyler responded hollowly torn from his thoughts as he quickly wrapped his hand in the towel he was using for the glasses a moment ago.
“I’ll just find the first aid kit and i’ll grab your regular, give me 5” Tyler walked into the backroom to find the first aid kit.
“You sure that doesn’t need stitches, it looked bad” his dad called as he walked away.
“Nah it’s not that deep” Tyler responded from the back room whilst he stood looking at his hand noticing that the blood had stopped very quickly, almost too quickly.
As he bandaged his hand his mind floated back to Y/N and he remembered how quickly she disappeared earlier also, almost impossibly quickly. He wanted to talk to her about so many things and he wanted, no he needed, to find a way to see her again.

I’m unaware of what exactly happened with crackstone in this au, but let’s assume Tyler survived the incident. I imagine that during the spider Enid au, reports of a hulking creature gets Enid’s attention. At first she’s all, “ooh boy, another big one, hopefully I won’t be as bruised after this.” To her surprise, unlike the other animal themed villains, this one looks like it’s covered with sticky ink, and has a giant, sharpened white spider on its chest. After the fight comes to a draw and this thing escapes, Enid senses something familiar about it. It also seemed weirdly jealous and angry at her. So, her initial guess is Tyler (idk how paranormal this au is, so he’s either a literal or metaphorical monster in the past) and she tries to prove it but can’t find any legit evidence.
Anyways, more plot stuff passes, the creature calls itself Venom, more Wenclair stuff, then we get to the reveal. Enid is sure Venom is Tyler, and at this point, with the help of Bianca, they’ve figured out it’s weak to certain noises. They get the symbiote off, and it’s…Xavier? (You mentioned his feeling weren’t reciprocated, and while maybe for the most part he accepted it, the symbiote brought out his worst qualities). Jealous tortured artist venom, hates spider Enid because he knows about Wenclair (even if they may not realize it themselves at this point). Idk what happens after that.
Most people like the symbiote becoming venom after it was once spider-man’s black suit, creating emo spider-man, but I’m kinda over those storylines, don’t need emo Enid, Wednesday would probably step in the second she started acting differently. I like the mystery on venom’s identity. One could say swapping out venom with green goblin would also work, but I figured that would actually be Tyler. Plus, the juxtaposition of what Xavier looks like and what venom’s looks like works better in my head. Plus, the inky type texture of venom vibes with the fact that Xavier draws and paints (also, the spider symbol can both be a bastardization of Enid’s symbol, and a reference to when he and Wednesday first met, she squashed his spider drawing).
Oof, that was a lot. I rambled for a bit my bad, the release date for the sequel game came out today so it’s on my mind. I may have more ideas but maybe later (I did have a passing thought that some version of Morbius exists in this au, and Yoko hates them because morbius is a bad excuse for a vampire wannabe)
Xavier with venom? Hm, I can see it but id need a reason as to why he'd go after spider Enid bc I'm keeping the secret identity a secret
Also bc if he knew abt Wenclair what's stopping him from attacking them at school

Xavier Thorpe=Wasted Potential
Honestly, I think he's a bit over hated, and of course, canon kind of did him dirty too. So here's a list of things I wish they'd elaborated on about him.
Xavier and Bianca
He gets a lot of hate for some scenes, and yeah, I will say, the siren song comment at the dance was asshole behavior, even if it was the throwaway kind of comment you don't really mean to say, which is how I interpret that scene. I'm not saying he's completely devoid of blame in that scene, but Bianca does not let him get away with it. She doesn't take his shit, and later asks him to apologize, which he does sincerely. And yeah, they sometimes act like bitter exes, but honestly I think their kind of edging to a friendship relationship is probably one of the healthier ones in the show. Yes, both of them have messed up, but they do own up to it. And if someone hates on him for breaking up with her, they're teenagers. Teenage love doesn't work out most of the time, and Bianca herself admits to using her siren song on him once. I wish they'd elaborated on that incident, but given that she admits it herself, I personally think it was valid for them to break up. Honestly, Bianca is depicted as a competitive girl with a mean streak and control issues, something that partially resulted from her upbringing, and I think she would benefit from therapy more than and actual romantic relationship. To be frank, Bianca and Xavier work best as friends, and in the show I think they're slowly edging towards a healthy friendship. Both parties are not completely blameless, but they do own up and apologize for it, so I don't think they deserve hate for that?
Xavier and Wednesday
Honestly this is really complicated for me. On one hand, Xavier crushing on a girl who once saved his life as a kid is like totally normal. Like I see people hating on him for not being 'dark' enough for Wednesday? Well cool that you don't ship them but why blame him for that? I do think some people think he's annoying and boring, but he's a teen. With a crush, and he's depicted from Wednesday's perspective. Honestly, in his scenes with Wednesday, I think the writers were trying to sell a romance too hard, which resulted in him being weird. And yeah part of that is just crush behavior. Honestly, he doesn't take too much shit from Wednesday, which is good, and I hope they can be friends and remain friends in s2. I think some people hate on him for being mad at Wednesday for asking him to the dance on false pretenses, but like, she did invade his private space. And before anyone says he should've expected that from her, would it really have gone down well if he saw her near his shed and immediately accused her of snooping? I don't think so. He was acting like a normal human with a crush, and of course he'd be hurt when someone asks him to a dance to cover up their invasion on his privacy. I think everyone would be mad if someone did that to them, crush or not. And why are we hating on him for having a crush again? Like I myself don't ship Wavier here. Another scene I think people hate on him unnecessarily on is his argument with Bianca. It's framed by the show writers like he's arguing with his ex and suddenly his ex gets jealous of his new crush, but I could've sworn they were literally just arguing about their relationship. Like Bianca was literally the one to bring up Wednesday and the she's not the girl of your dreams comment was quite out of the blue, something Percy Hynes White shows quite well, because Xavier looks really confused at the sudden comment too.
Xavier and Tyler's beef with each other
Okay this is more what I wish they could show in s2. But also, I don't think their rivalry is actually that much jealousy of each other's relationship with Wednesday? In the show, Xavier is shown to be untrusting and bitter towards Tyler, and it's a bit weird and played of as jealousy, but we actually find a valid reason, and it's called Tyler and his friends ruined his mural and assaulted him a year ago. I think anyone would be quite angry at that. So yeah his stay away from Tyler comments may seem like jealousy and kinda weird from Wednesday's perspective, but when you think about it, he's just concerned that Tyler is prejudiced against outcasts, as per his own painful experience. Even then he actually didn't make Tyler's life as hard as he could have, something even Tyler admits to. So like, his anger at Tyler? Was pretty justified, rooted in reason, and explainable.
Him and just his backstory in general
For someone who's supposed to be a main love interest, he doesn't really get an arc. For example, in the parent's day arc, Enid's argument with her mom ends in her standing up for herself and hugging her father who's proud of her. Queen behavior, we love her for that. Bianca doesn't exactly get a resolution here, but something progresses, threads for s2 are laid, and she starts to try help people like Lucas to stay away from her mom. Character development and plot, cool. We learn something about her. But Xavier? His dad doesn't come, and that's all we know. They bring that up and just never do anything with it. In episode 7, we learn that his father has him go to therapy in secret so he doesn't cause trouble. Terrible parenting, but except for it being a plot device to implicate him, it doesn't go anywhere. He's a main character of sorts, and all we know about him is that he secretly goes to therapy, his father is implied to not care about him much, and that he canonically has mental health issues. That's it. And yeah, I get it, the show is from Wednesday's point of view, that's why we don't know much about him. But we do get something from Bianca and Enid and tentatively Tyler, so why not him? I hope that in s2, we could maybe learn why he goes to therapy in the first place, and his backstory. Like his dad obviously only cares about publicity, so what could possibly prompt him to send Xavier to therapy and risk having people find out his son has mental health problems? Like what did Xavier do to actually make his dad send him to therapy?
Okay so this got long, but I have a lot of feelings. Maybe I'll elaborate on my own headcanons, but for now, this is it. I hope Xavier gets over his crush in s2, and actually has his backstory explored like you'd assume a relatively main character would be.
